- 2:42Speaker 1: You're looking great man with your faded old chicken shirt.
- 2:45Speaker 1: And that is that a gray T shirt underneath?
- 2:47Speaker 4: Or black? But really old? It's blue? It's blue? Yeah,

- 2:52Speaker 4: Thanks mate. You what I've been filming today? I'll be
- 2:55Speaker 4: honest with you. I've been in aho of a mood,
- 2:57Speaker 4: but I managed to control up most of the days.
- 3:00Speaker 4: That's good. Had a really weird dream last night which
- 3:03Speaker 4: I want to talking. We'll talk to you fellas about
- 3:05Speaker 4: a little bit later on. There's lots going on in
- 3:08Speaker 4: the show, and let's get into the tune show. We
- 3:10Speaker 4: even have read hot chili peppers. That's right.
- 3:13Speaker 1: And don't forget to listen out. If you hear a
- 3:15Speaker 1: fiddler a fiddle mixed into any of the tunes call
- 3:18Speaker 1: straight Away and I eight hundred Hoduck you could want
- 3:20Speaker 1: a thousand bucks with a twenty five k fiddler.
- 3:23Speaker 3: The Hoodarky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keezy.
- 3:28Speaker 4: Oh Indeed the Killers there on the radio hoed Archy
- 3:31Speaker 4: Big Show this Tuesday afternoon, thirteen minutes past four o'clock. Now,
- 3:34Speaker 4: you'll have to forgive me feels. I'm feeling a bit
- 3:38Speaker 4: discombobulated today. I've just been a little bit out of sorts,
- 3:42Speaker 4: and I had a dream last night that really threw me.
- 3:47Speaker 4: And you know when you have a dream and you
- 3:50Speaker 4: wake up in the morning and you just can't shake
- 3:52Speaker 4: it off, you know what I mean?
- 3:53Speaker 1: I know exactly what you mean. Jason, um and tell
- 3:57Speaker 1: us what the dream was about. Was it scary?
- 4:00Speaker 4: Yeah, there was a lot of sort of danger signs
- 4:04Speaker 4: and I'm convinced, actually I'm going to die.
- 4:07Speaker 5: Was it bugging you?
- 4:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess it was bugging.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Was okay because I just started the sp.
- 4:15Speaker 4: It's been bugging me all day. But that's not really
- 4:23Speaker 4: the vibe I was looking for. But yeah, no, it
- 4:26Speaker 4: was just one of those massively intense dreams. If you're
- 4:29Speaker 4: wack them and go.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Actually, what you should do is you should tell us
- 4:32Speaker 1: what happened in it.
- 4:33Speaker 4: Okay, Like I was at the shot right before before
- 4:38Speaker 4: the dream. No, no, ok this is the dream. Yeah,
- 4:43Speaker 4: this is in the dream. At the shot, I was
- 4:45Speaker 4: at a shot. It might have been a night and day.
- 4:48Speaker 5: Even sounds like it. What time of day was it?
- 4:52Speaker 4: It was nighttime, It could have been day.
- 4:57Speaker 5: That could have been night and day as well. Yeah.
- 5:01Speaker 4: Anyway, so I I was and I think it's because
- 5:04Speaker 4: I was getting a bit of acid bird in my
- 5:05Speaker 4: chest for real, and I ordered a little lemonade popsicle
- 5:10Speaker 4: what And anyway, the next thing I know, I'm walking
- 5:15Speaker 4: down the street right and it's fiercely hot, and I'm
- 5:17Speaker 4: holding an ice cream that's just dripping my hand. Yeah,
- 5:22Speaker 4: just a slow dripping ice cream.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And I was like, and it was definitely an ice cream.
- 5:27Speaker 4: It's definitely an ice cream that.
- 5:29Speaker 5: You'd already in an ice block at this point.
- 5:30Speaker 4: No, but this is the thing I went hanging about.
- 5:32Speaker 4: This is not what I ordered.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Ah. That's what freaked me out that that doesn't sound
- 5:37Speaker 5: like a day, because that would be bad service.
- 5:40Speaker 4: But it was just dripping slowly down my hand. It
- 5:43Speaker 4: reminded me of something. But you know in your dream
- 5:45Speaker 4: when you're you're just reaching for things, and I was like,
- 5:50Speaker 4: and so I kept walking all of a sudden, Then
- 5:52Speaker 4: all of a sudden, I was down by at the
- 5:54Speaker 4: batch keysy, you know, the little patch of grass at
- 5:57Speaker 4: the front of the beach, and I was fishing and
- 5:59Speaker 4: I caught you know, there's a massive thing on the line.
- 6:02Speaker 1: So that would have been a dream, right.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I was in the dream. Yeah, yeah, I was
- 6:05Speaker 4: definitely dreaming it, pulling it in, pulling it in, pulling
- 6:08Speaker 4: it in, pulling it in. Then DI do my line
- 6:10Speaker 4: snacks and it was just this sort of line flapping
- 6:15Speaker 4: in the air, and then I woke up.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Yeah right, See I don't want to alarm you, but
- 6:21Speaker 1: the melting ice cream symbolizes no, it's symbolized. So the
- 6:26Speaker 1: ice cream melting and slowly.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Dripping down my hand and on my pants.
- 6:30Speaker 1: And all it was on your pants as well, yeah down,
- 6:33Speaker 1: some of it got on my chest. You know what
- 6:36Speaker 1: that signifies? Symbolizes what's that man, basically a rapid loss
- 6:40Speaker 1: of life. So the ice cream melts away, and that's
- 6:43Speaker 1: your life. You melt your life for.
- 6:44Speaker 5: There is although to be fear keasy. There is an
- 6:46Speaker 5: alternative interpretation of what the melting idea of the melting
- 6:50Speaker 5: ice cream, That is, it represents your downstairs, that as
- 6:54Speaker 5: a melter, and that that reflects your mortality. You're coming
- 6:58Speaker 5: to the end of the line because you're not as
- 6:59Speaker 5: very as you once were, and that is a fear
- 7:02Speaker 5: of reflection, isn't it?
- 7:03Speaker 4: Oh my god? Because I just realized, you know, I
- 7:06Speaker 4: said in the dream, I was like, this reminds me
- 7:08Speaker 4: of something, isn't it. Yeah, I've just had a she
- 7:10Speaker 4: melted ice cream, my mount, my own melted ice cream,
- 7:13Speaker 4: my downstairs.
- 7:14Speaker 5: And then when you go fishing there, Yes, and you're
- 7:17Speaker 5: on your old little petro grass outside your batch there
- 7:19Speaker 5: and you you cast off and you're pulling it and
- 7:21Speaker 5: you're pulling it and you pulling and you're pulling it
- 7:22Speaker 5: in and then you snap it. Yes, and there's just
- 7:25Speaker 5: a line hanging there that represents the end of the line.
- 7:28Speaker 5: It's the end of the line. The fishing nine is
- 7:29Speaker 5: the end of the line.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 7:31Speaker 5: So you're going to die. I don't know if it's
- 7:32Speaker 5: going to be today, No, but I get my fears
- 7:35Speaker 5: in order.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Yeah, because you or having several affairs at the moment
- 7:38Speaker 1: to get those in order. And also the rod, the
- 7:42Speaker 1: ineffective rod. Yeah, that represents your downstairs as well.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Yeah, so basically my downstairs has poked and about to die.
- 7:50Speaker 1: That's right.
- 7:50Speaker 4: Yeah, weirdly, I feel better now.
- 7:52Speaker 3: The whole Key Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy
- 7:55Speaker 3: tune in four on radio.
- 7:58Speaker 4: Indeed, Tom Pitty there on the radio Hodaki Big Show
- 8:02Speaker 4: Tuesday afternoon. The time is four twenty two and all
- 8:06Speaker 4: as well.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Totally is Jayce's good point. Listen to the doctor today. Sorry,
- 8:13Speaker 1: I was sent to the doctor today.
- 8:14Speaker 4: Oh yeah, okay.
- 8:15Speaker 1: My wife actually yesterday she booked an appointment on my
- 8:19Speaker 1: behalf and I was able to get on the next day.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Actually, I was going to say, that's quite genuinely, that's amazing.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Yeah, And so she was like, I've booked you and
- 8:27Speaker 1: it's at ten to eleven you're going to the doctor,
- 8:29Speaker 1: blah blah blah blah. And it was because I had
- 8:31Speaker 1: had a shower and I was getting changed and she
- 8:33Speaker 1: walked into the bedroom there and she noticed a mole
- 8:37Speaker 1: on me. Yeah, and she was like, that mole looks weird,
- 8:41Speaker 1: you know, it's kind of a bit off, and I
- 8:42Speaker 1: think you should go to the doctor.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Oh I think, okay, I think all moles, if you
- 8:46Speaker 5: look at them long enough, pretty good look suspect.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Absolutely, But she was like, it's discolored. It's two different colors,
- 8:52Speaker 1: you know. She's like, and apparently that's one of the
- 8:54Speaker 1: signs if it's like light brown and dark. But I
- 8:56Speaker 1: could be wrong on this one. Three four eight three
- 8:59Speaker 1: feel free changing? Yeah, yeah, and so but then the
- 9:02Speaker 1: interesting point was that married men or men in long
- 9:06Speaker 1: term relationships actually have longer lives because their wives always
- 9:10Speaker 1: do stuff like this and force them to go to
- 9:11Speaker 1: the doctor.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, yes, she noticed that instead of your meat,
- 9:15Speaker 4: your meat patties.
- 9:16Speaker 1: But well that fun because I've been like that since
- 9:19Speaker 1: I met her.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, so I suppose he's your meat patties.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 9:22Speaker 1: And this mole was sort of in between them. But
- 9:26Speaker 1: when I got checked out by the doc and he
- 9:27Speaker 1: was like, that's fine. What it is is it's almost
- 9:29Speaker 1: the meat patties are encroaching, and then that little mole
- 9:31Speaker 1: in between is like joining them together.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Like I hear a sunglasses, So it's like a meat
- 9:36Speaker 4: patty mono brow.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like a monobrow, but for nips is what
- 9:39Speaker 1: the doctor.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Look. I'll be honest with you. My wife used to
- 9:43Speaker 4: be like that, keezy she used she used to be
- 9:46Speaker 4: like that, but now she just doesn't. She just gives
- 9:50Speaker 4: up on me. Not in a bad way. She's totally
- 9:54Speaker 4: justified in doing so. Yes, because she just got She
- 9:57Speaker 4: says it to me, and I just ignore her.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Why why won't you go to the doctor. Do you
- 10:00Speaker 1: want her to be alone?
- 10:01Speaker 4: I've got I've got a syndrome called white coat syndrome
- 10:04Speaker 4: where I freak out when I go to doctor's true story.
- 10:07Speaker 1: That so because my wife misses me when I was away.
- 10:11Speaker 1: When I was on the way, she misses me. Was like, hey,
- 10:13Speaker 1: good luck, and don't freak out if it's anything any
- 10:15Speaker 1: bad news. I'm like, I'm not going to if it's
- 10:16Speaker 1: bad news. We've called it early sweet as well. Yeah,
- 10:20Speaker 1: apparently it was sweet as we say. It was just
- 10:22Speaker 1: mono nip. When they start encroaching on one another and
- 10:24Speaker 1: joining together, that's fine.
- 10:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Yeah, So you'd freak out of that, would you.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Yeah? And and the and the terrible thing about that
- 10:30Speaker 4: too is you're fine with your house with in your
- 10:32Speaker 4: relationship if I bang on about something which I don't
- 10:36Speaker 4: do to be fair, Like, if I've got some sort
- 10:37Speaker 4: of ailment going on and I bang on about it,
- 10:40Speaker 4: she's she just won't have a bar of it, right,
- 10:43Speaker 4: she says, to me, go to the doctor or shut it.
- 10:45Speaker 5: Yeah, that's true.
- 10:47Speaker 4: And I don't even bother talking about the immense amount
- 10:50Speaker 4: of pain that I'm in most of the time, save
- 10:52Speaker 4: that when you're in here out because you found us
- 10:55Speaker 4: a more receptor.
- 10:56Speaker 5: Yeah, totally, we love it. Yeah, yeah, I don't have
- 11:00Speaker 5: that issue. If I've got anything going on, I just
- 11:02Speaker 5: I just go to the doctor myself, because I'm a
- 11:05Speaker 5: mature adult, right, do you know what I mean?
- 11:08Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 11:09Speaker 5: And in fact, i'd probably be more prone to just
- 11:11Speaker 5: go along to the doctor just in case, because I
- 11:14Speaker 5: think I'm not ready to die just yet. And I'd
- 11:17Speaker 5: feel like an idiot if it turned out to be Oh,
- 11:20Speaker 5: I wonder what that is. That it's all good, and
- 11:21Speaker 5: then it turned out that it is something. But I
- 11:23Speaker 5: could have saved it if I did something about it
- 11:25Speaker 5: weeks before or months before.
- 11:26Speaker 1: And also the other thing about that is you don't
- 11:28Speaker 1: want your partner to be alone raising your child. So
- 11:31Speaker 1: it's a very like you.
- 11:32Speaker 5: Want to be more selfish than that. It's more about
- 11:34Speaker 5: me being alive.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Right, whereas Jason you're not interested in that.
- 11:39Speaker 5: And weirdly and that never crossed my mind, keysy, but
- 11:41Speaker 5: there's a good point as well, right.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean all bam, my youngest have flown the
- 11:48Speaker 4: coop kesy, right, you know I've set them free onto
- 11:53Speaker 4: the world and stuff. You know, I'm tired now, yeah,
- 11:56Speaker 4: and you know what I mean, It's like she's all
- 11:58Speaker 4: good right, Okay, I'm like an old line, like an
- 12:03Speaker 4: old ram car.
- 12:05Speaker 5: Not a ram, like an old hyena, like an old
- 12:08Speaker 5: chi wah wah, like.
- 12:09Speaker 1: A really tired slug.
- 12:11Speaker 3: The Hurdiarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hodikeys.
- 12:16Speaker 4: The Queen there on the Radio Hodarky Big Show, Tuesday afternoon.
- 12:19Speaker 4: I hope you're getting through your afternoon. Okay, the time
- 12:22Speaker 4: is caught it a five neck man, have you?
- 12:26Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 12:26Speaker 4: What a bugger?
- 12:27Speaker 5: Not happy about it? Yeah, I think I've got Shagger's neck.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Sure.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Yeah, you know when your head sort of your going
- 12:34Speaker 5: up and down like that real hard out.
- 12:36Speaker 4: No, my my head's very still when I'm making love
- 12:38Speaker 4: generally speak.
- 12:39Speaker 5: Really yeah, yeah, ah maybe it's an age thing. You're
- 12:42Speaker 5: fine when you get to my age man sort.
- 12:44Speaker 4: Of starting when I'm making out, or it might.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Have been from the gym, because I'm back at the gym.
- 12:51Speaker 5: I told you so. I'm on one of my health
- 12:53Speaker 5: kicks again. It happens every now and again, doesn't it.
- 12:55Speaker 5: So I'm trying to do one hundred days. No drinking, Chase, yes,
- 13:00Speaker 5: no smoking, Jimmy, and eating yummy food that Kiezi wants
- 13:04Speaker 5: to gobble up every time I bring it into the studio.
- 13:06Speaker 1: So like tofu desiccated chicken, rice and a little pottle
- 13:09Speaker 1: of nuts.
- 13:10Speaker 5: I'm off the tofa at the moment. I'm missing it.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Is that too bad for you?
- 13:13Speaker 5: It's too bad for me? Chicken and horny chucky bars?
- 13:16Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I got a bar of that game there.
- 13:18Speaker 5: But what I was doing is I'm going to the gym.
- 13:21Speaker 5: I'm getting up at five o'clock in the morning and
- 13:23Speaker 5: I'm going to the gym then. And there's different people
- 13:25Speaker 5: down at the at the gym at that time of day,
- 13:28Speaker 5: and there's less of them, which I'm quite enjoying too. Yes,
- 13:31Speaker 5: I know that, Jace. You're very big on getting to
- 13:33Speaker 5: the gym as early as possible, not can go two
- 13:36Speaker 5: or three in the morning.
- 13:37Speaker 4: Often, Yes, well I like to go two or three
- 13:39Speaker 4: times a day sometimes when I'm in the moods. So yeah,
- 13:41Speaker 4: you got to space it out through the day.
- 13:43Speaker 5: Yeah. And what I find is when you leave the gym,
- 13:48Speaker 5: So I leave there at about I guess I get
- 13:50Speaker 5: there are about ten past five, so I leave probably
- 13:52Speaker 5: about seven, eight or nine or something like that.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:57Speaker 5: And then so you've got those sort of people that
- 13:59Speaker 5: are coming and that time of the day, you know,
- 14:02Speaker 5: and you've got a real feeling of superiority because you
- 14:05Speaker 5: have you've done, and you've done and dusted while they're
- 14:08Speaker 5: still arriving, do you know what I mean? Yes, you
- 14:11Speaker 5: feel like you're a better person if I could, if
- 14:14Speaker 5: I could go that far. And I'm not sure if
- 14:18Speaker 5: I'm going to keep on rubbing it in tune up
- 14:22Speaker 5: because what I'm finding is they won't even look you
- 14:23Speaker 5: in the iks right, and you're trying to like eyebroil. Yeah,
- 14:26Speaker 5: that's right, that's what's up. That's what's up. But also
- 14:28Speaker 5: I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to
- 14:29Speaker 5: continue going at five am, because five am is really
- 14:31Speaker 5: early sure, yeah, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Yeah, have you what time do you usually get up? Like,
- 14:37Speaker 1: are you on a good night's sleep?
- 14:39Speaker 5: Thirty?
- 14:39Speaker 1: Sex sex thirty? Yeah, right, so you're getting up especially early,
- 14:42Speaker 1: just especially early to get alarm.
- 14:44Speaker 5: Yeah, but this morning I also woke up at two thirty,
- 14:47Speaker 5: right in the morning because I was so excited about
- 14:49Speaker 5: going to the gym five at five, and so I
- 14:51Speaker 5: was just awake the whole way through. Yeah, you know
- 14:53Speaker 5: what I mean.
- 14:54Speaker 4: It's really interesting because, and this is true, Well, when
- 14:57Speaker 4: I'm going to the gym and someone's coming out of
- 14:59Speaker 4: the gym and like you son of a bitch. Yes,
- 15:01Speaker 4: you know what I mean, I hate them. I hate
- 15:03Speaker 4: them at that moment. And then when I'm leaving the
- 15:05Speaker 4: gym and people are going into the gym, I'm like.
- 15:07Speaker 6: Loser, lose, Like you're already done earlier, loser because you've
- 15:15Speaker 6: even bother You've been in the plane, the guitar and stuff.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, you're like I've already perved and everyone that
- 15:20Speaker 1: you're about to go and perv on.
- 15:22Speaker 5: What's the point?
- 15:23Speaker 4: I respect men and women and the gem, and I
- 15:28Speaker 4: would never perve.
- 15:30Speaker 5: Well, you'd never get you've you've sworn up and down
- 15:32Speaker 5: to me that you would never ever get caught perving.
- 15:39Speaker 1: And I feel like this, I don't even need to
- 15:42Speaker 1: make that statement on radio because it goes without saying yeah,
- 15:45Speaker 1: Whereas I feel like you're forcing yourself to make it
- 15:47Speaker 1: just to clear up some issues from the past, but
- 15:50Speaker 1: you're perving.
- 15:51Speaker 5: The theme tune is the song like this is like
- 15:53Speaker 5: it's your eyes that are singing this song.
- 15:55Speaker 4: And I see you two lose a spearing outside the studio.
- 15:58Speaker 4: He don't even get me started.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Here's Mattella the Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.

- 16:16Speaker 4: I've got you an amazing role, genuinely this time genuinely men,
- 16:20Speaker 4: and I think you're going to love it. And I
- 16:21Speaker 4: think it could be a real breakthrough role for you.
- 16:26Speaker 1: The kind of role that I could stop doing the
- 16:28Speaker 1: Big Show and just go full blown.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Not quite that much, certainly not but certainly launched quite
- 16:34Speaker 4: a significant career for you, right way very keen. Excuse me,
- 16:38Speaker 4: just choking on a bit of chicken there. What else
- 16:41Speaker 4: have we got after five dollars?
- 16:42Speaker 1: Well, of course for the entire month you got to
- 16:45Speaker 1: keep an ear up for the twenty five k fiddler
- 16:47Speaker 1: that could play at any moment if you hear some
- 16:48Speaker 1: fiddle mixed in with one of your favorite songs called
- 16:50Speaker 1: straight away oh Hoduki to win some cash cash cash plus.
- 16:54Speaker 1: We never touched on the All Blacks game.
- 16:56Speaker 5: God, yeah, we been a morning, to be honest with you.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Well, that's the thing, is Hoidy j especially he's got
- 17:00Speaker 1: his own Rugby union segment. We didn't even get to it.
- 17:03Speaker 5: That's true.
- 17:04Speaker 4: Well, we hit so much going on on the show.
- 17:05Speaker 4: You said, I didn't feel like it was the right
- 17:07Speaker 4: time because I want to give up the due sort
- 17:09Speaker 4: of attention that it should have.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Do you think you'd be able to digest it now.
- 17:13Speaker 4: Now I've gone through the tapes, Yeah, I've analyzed it. Certainly.
- 17:18Speaker 4: There were some things that went badly wrong.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I mean the chicken that you're eating.
- 17:21Speaker 4: Oh yes, stuck it with trope. But you know, I'm
- 17:24Speaker 4: a backbone. I'll just carry on with it. Man. So good,
- 17:28Speaker 4: all that after five.
- 17:30Speaker 3: The Whole Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 17:33Speaker 3: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hod Ike.
- 17:36Speaker 4: Welcome back to your massive backbones. I hope you're getting through
- 17:38Speaker 4: your Tuesday tickety boo. The time is five oh three
- 17:42Speaker 4: and you, my friends are listening to the Big Show,
- 17:44Speaker 4: brought to you by Night. Yeah.
- 17:57Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, guys. I know we've got normal stuff
- 18:03Speaker 5: that we talk about in the segment. I just had
- 18:04Speaker 5: a dash back and he didn't know. I was just
- 18:06Speaker 5: went to the toilet and between you, me and the
- 18:10Speaker 5: gate post there, I was doing poos. I knew I
- 18:13Speaker 5: was running out of time and the toilet paper got stuck.
- 18:17Speaker 5: I couldn't get the toilet paper out, So then I
- 18:19Speaker 5: was in panic mode in the air, and so I
- 18:24Speaker 5: dashed back in here just in time. And I'm still
- 18:27Speaker 5: not done. I'm not done. So as soon as this
- 18:29Speaker 5: breaks down, I've got to go back in there.
- 18:32Speaker 4: Okay, may It's been my experience. It probably feels like
- 18:38Speaker 4: you're not done.
- 18:39Speaker 5: Right.
- 18:40Speaker 4: Just go with it, man, right because eventually it just
- 18:43Speaker 4: all grubs off in your andies evens out?
- 18:45Speaker 5: Yeah? Was it?
- 18:46Speaker 7: It?
- 18:46Speaker 4: Just? It just can I evens out?
- 18:48Speaker 1: Just a question Mogi, did it bug anything?
- 18:51Speaker 5: Brother?
- 18:52Speaker 1: Did it bug you? When you hit to interrupt it
- 18:53Speaker 1: and come back.
- 18:53Speaker 5: I can tell you something. It continues to bug me.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Yes, I'm bugging.
- 19:01Speaker 5: But you're right. It's feeling good now, Jason.
- 19:03Speaker 4: Yeah, That's what I mean is sort of you know,
- 19:05Speaker 4: you get used to it. I mean, I'm getting to
- 19:08Speaker 4: the point now I don't even think I need to
- 19:09Speaker 4: bother with toilet paper. You know what I mean? That clean?
- 19:12Speaker 5: You're just going your diapers, don't you.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Wow, I'm going to eventually get to that level. Sure,
- 19:19Speaker 4: I'm not quite the yet.
- 19:20Speaker 1: No, can you guys please sort out your hygiene because
- 19:23Speaker 1: I have to sit in the studio with you for
- 19:24Speaker 1: three hours a day.
- 19:25Speaker 4: What I'm more concerned about is the amount of steamers
- 19:28Speaker 4: you're doing. You are doing a lot of steamers.
- 19:31Speaker 5: Well, I'm not counting them.
- 19:32Speaker 4: We are.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You need an advocates to count them, you know what
- 19:37Speaker 1: I'm saying?
- 19:37Speaker 5: Keysyah?
- 19:38Speaker 1: Well, just and I love doing poose chat just after five,
- 19:42Speaker 1: but when we're a Nelson, I think I.
- 19:45Speaker 5: Counted like six yes Nelson Separate. On Friday, three days ago.
- 19:49Speaker 4: We were doing the brewery stuff. Six poos, Yeah, it
- 19:53Speaker 4: would have been six poos.
- 19:56Speaker 5: It was a.
- 19:57Speaker 4: Sex everywhere we went.
- 19:58Speaker 1: You're like, sorry, fellas, I need to go and you
- 20:00Speaker 1: into the toilet.
- 20:01Speaker 5: Well I don't remember that, but that doesn't mean it
- 20:03Speaker 5: didn't happen anyway. Let's make a number seven. Can I go?
- 20:08Speaker 4: All right? I'll play a song? Fine bit of foods?
- 20:11Speaker 4: Oh god, what bit of foods?
- 20:14Speaker 3: Yea foods fighters totally The Wary Big Show podcast.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Yes, indeed, radio Head there on the Radio Honarchy Big
- 20:22Speaker 4: Show this Tuesday afternoon. The time it's fourteen minutes past
- 20:25Speaker 4: five o'clock. Now, we covered off a lot of sport
- 20:28Speaker 4: yesterday and what we didn't cover off was the rugby
- 20:32Speaker 4: over the weekend. So let's have a bit of rugby chat.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Crouch touch, puse engage rugby union chat with wy J. Yes. Indeed,
- 20:50Speaker 4: the All Blacks obviously facing off against the Argentinians, and
- 20:53Speaker 4: I think the expectations, fellers were that we were that
- 20:56Speaker 4: Argentina would put up a good fight, but that we
- 20:59Speaker 4: were eventually prefil One thing I was actually quite genuinely
- 21:03Speaker 4: shocked about before the match. The statistics at the Cake
- 21:06Speaker 4: Tin are terrible for the All Blacks, one like one
- 21:10Speaker 4: out of their last six test matches there, which maybe
- 21:13Speaker 4: should have been a bit of an omen for us.
- 21:16Speaker 4: What were your thoughts on the match there, Mogi.
- 21:18Speaker 5: Well, I watched it, I can put it to you
- 21:20Speaker 5: that way, and I think to me it looked like
- 21:23Speaker 5: the Argentinians wanted it more. Yes, it looked like they
- 21:27Speaker 5: were sure of themselves, they were sure of their game plan,
- 21:30Speaker 5: they had confidence in each other. They attacked the ball,
- 21:33Speaker 5: they were ferocious defensively, and it felt like the All
- 21:37Speaker 5: Blacks are still finding their way a little bit under
- 21:40Speaker 5: the new coaches. I don't know, it's a little bit timid,
- 21:42Speaker 5: you know what I mean. Like, yes, it felt like
- 21:44Speaker 5: Argentina were playing as a team. This is what we're doing.
- 21:47Speaker 5: We're off, we're giving it a hundi and the only
- 21:48Speaker 5: way you're going to want to test match is if
- 21:50Speaker 5: everybody on the field is given it a houndis yes,
- 21:53Speaker 5: and every single thing that they do And it didn't
- 21:56Speaker 5: really feel like it was clicking for the Abs.
- 21:58Speaker 7: No.
- 21:58Speaker 4: Well, you know, there was some signific things for the
- 22:00Speaker 4: All Blacks as well, injury wise, you know, in the
- 22:03Speaker 4: locking department there a couple of youngsters.
- 22:06Speaker 5: Went very well. Though they went very well on the
- 22:08Speaker 5: line out.
- 22:09Speaker 4: They did pretty pretty good at Lands. But yeah, I
- 22:11Speaker 4: just think the Argentinians had more intensity. They they hit
- 22:14Speaker 4: the line with the ball with pace.
- 22:18Speaker 5: Looked very good, ran with real intense that.
- 22:22Speaker 4: They did, and the Argentina's always got up for Argentina's
- 22:25Speaker 4: are really good. I I what was really interesting too
- 22:28Speaker 4: was seeing Old Razor and the coaches box after the match.
- 22:31Speaker 4: He was filthy. He doesn't like losing at all. And
- 22:36Speaker 4: then in the pros after the match, the interview that
- 22:38Speaker 4: he had you could tell he was seething with rage.
- 22:41Speaker 4: So it'll be interesting to see how the All Blacks
- 22:43Speaker 4: bounce back from that. I suggest they'll be better on
- 22:46Speaker 4: the next match.
- 22:47Speaker 5: It is interesting, isn't it, Because you'd have to say
- 22:50Speaker 5: they've got the cattle. Like I look at the team
- 22:52Speaker 5: and I think good cattle. God, that's good eating. Yes,
- 22:55Speaker 5: all of that's good eating that cattle. The players, yeah,
- 22:57Speaker 5: the players that good cattle. Good eating. So yeah, I
- 23:00Speaker 5: don't know. You've so you've got to find a way.
- 23:01Speaker 5: But Raizer, he knows how to inspire. He can come
- 23:04Speaker 5: up with a game plan. I wonder if there is
- 23:06Speaker 5: a massive leap between your super and then your internationals.
- 23:10Speaker 5: I'm sure it's going to be tickty boo. But I
- 23:11Speaker 5: tell you what I do like. I like close rugby, yes,
- 23:15Speaker 5: and I like not expecting the All Blacks to win
- 23:18Speaker 5: every single game because that takes all the joy out
- 23:20Speaker 5: of sport as far as I'm concerned.
- 23:21Speaker 1: And it's because you're a Warriors fan. You want to
- 23:23Speaker 1: go into any game thinking, ship we could lose this,
- 23:27Speaker 1: expect to lose.
- 23:28Speaker 4: And the good thing about it, sorry, the good thing
- 23:29Speaker 4: about it. The good thing about it too is there's
- 23:32Speaker 4: no complaints from the All Blacks. We were fair and
- 23:35Speaker 4: feared in income beaten by them. They were the better
- 23:37Speaker 4: side on the day. We have to cop it and
- 23:39Speaker 4: get better. Just incidentally, I watched South Africa Australia as well.
- 23:44Speaker 4: South Africa are looking like absolute beasts machines. They slaughtered
- 23:49Speaker 4: Australia who have actually been looking pretty good under Smith
- 23:53Speaker 4: or Schmit or whatever his name is, Jochi. They are
- 23:57Speaker 4: going to be a formidable so I to beat. They're
- 23:59Speaker 4: definitely the favorites with the championship.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Do you think Fozzy Ian Foster watched that game and
- 24:05Speaker 1: then went not so easy after all?
- 24:07Speaker 6: Was it?
- 24:07Speaker 5: Razor? Yeah?
- 24:08Speaker 4: I was wondering, maybe, yeah, maybe a little bit just
- 24:11Speaker 4: because totally Razers obviously had so much success for such
- 24:14Speaker 4: a long time.
- 24:15Speaker 1: It's been the first time in ages that you know,
- 24:18Speaker 1: things haven't gone his way? So can he light can
- 24:22Speaker 1: he light a fire under them? Fellers?
- 24:23Speaker 5: What do you reckon totally differently this week?
- 24:27Speaker 1: Where I can kick it more?
- 24:28Speaker 3: Oh?
- 24:29Speaker 1: Yeah, true and passed the ball back at our end
- 24:31Speaker 1: zone a few more times.
- 24:33Speaker 3: There's Tool the Darky Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Tune in and four on radio guns Roses there on
- 24:43Speaker 4: the radio, hold Aki Big Show this Tuesday afternoon. The
- 24:46Speaker 4: time is twenty six minutes past five o'clock. Now, great
- 24:49Speaker 4: opportunity for you, Keezy. I've managed to get you an
- 24:53Speaker 4: audition for a part on what has been one of
- 24:55Speaker 4: the most successful successful V franchises ever. Feels you're joking
- 25:04Speaker 4: joking for eels.
- 25:05Speaker 1: What's what's the what is it like a new version
- 25:06Speaker 1: of it or something?
- 25:07Speaker 4: It's yeah, the latest in sortment of Toy Story. Toy Story.
- 25:12Speaker 5: They just announced that it Disney they did Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 4: So number five I believe it is. So they're casting
- 25:20Speaker 4: around for new voices. Obviously going to have your standy
- 25:22Speaker 4: characters there core castes care cast, your woodies, your buzzes.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Oh man, that's so cool.
- 25:27Speaker 5: Ye Barbie Ken remember remember Barbie and Ken? Yeah as well?
- 25:34Speaker 4: Yeah cool? Right?
- 25:36Speaker 1: So what am I playing?
- 25:38Speaker 5: A toy?
- 25:38Speaker 4: I'm assuming Well, obviously it's toy story. So what we're
- 25:44Speaker 4: going to do is sort of get an idea of
- 25:46Speaker 4: what voice you're going to use, because I think that's
- 25:47Speaker 4: obviously well, it's got to be a he's kind of
- 25:51Speaker 4: a goofy.
- 25:52Speaker 1: What's the toys name?
- 25:53Speaker 4: Buddy, Buddy?
- 25:55Speaker 5: Yeah, buddy boy guys.
- 25:59Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah, buddy kind of like that's not bad. Yeah,
- 26:04Speaker 4: that's pretty good.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Extra Nasally quite daisily, Extra Daily doesn't want to I'm
- 26:11Speaker 1: a toy toy story fights and you think that's what
- 26:15Speaker 1: they want.
- 26:16Speaker 4: Well that's good. They want people to be innovative and
- 26:18Speaker 4: and just bring what they do.
- 26:20Speaker 5: You don't want a normal voice, so that's great to me.
- 26:22Speaker 5: But that to me it sounds like a character, right,
- 26:24Speaker 5: yes it does. Yeah, true, it's a toy after.
- 26:26Speaker 4: All, and you know, obviously it's an animation. So I'll
- 26:29Speaker 4: show you some pics later on that they've sent me through.
- 26:32Speaker 4: But did you get that scryptos?
- 26:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I've got it here.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Great?
- 26:36Speaker 1: Oh wow, it's with Woody and buzz.
- 26:38Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, do you want to be buzz buzz? Like
- 26:42Speaker 4: maybe I'll be Woody and beyond. So cool, man, I
- 26:46Speaker 4: love this friend. Yeah, all right, hang on.
- 26:48Speaker 1: What I'll do is I'll get the toy story.
- 26:53Speaker 4: Put you in the mood, doesn't it?
- 26:54Speaker 1: Absolutely?
- 26:55Speaker 4: Okay?
- 26:55Speaker 5: Here we go.
- 26:56Speaker 4: Interior and appearance house day. The toys have found their
- 27:03Speaker 4: new friend Buddy and are trying to pull them out
- 27:05Speaker 4: of a sticky situation. Come on, buddy, you can do this.
- 27:12Speaker 4: I'm trying, but I just can't get out.
- 27:14Speaker 5: Just relax, buddy, jeez, you're just making this harder. I
- 27:18Speaker 5: can't relax.
- 27:18Speaker 4: It's so dark in here. How on earth am I
- 27:21Speaker 4: supposed to relax?
- 27:22Speaker 5: All right?
- 27:23Speaker 4: Everyone, grab a hole on my count one two? Ah,
- 27:35Speaker 4: thanks guys. It's so great having friends like you.

- 27:44Speaker 4: Right, insane that I liked that. It was fun, That
- 27:49Speaker 4: was pretty what you did A good job there, actually, Keezy.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, you had.
- 27:54Speaker 4: A bit of oomph in your character as well. Yeah.
- 27:57Speaker 5: Yeah, it's good. That was good. Yeah. So that might
- 28:00Speaker 5: be the thing, man, It might be a character directing
- 28:02Speaker 5: things more up your alley.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Right, as opposed to just real I'd like to have
- 28:07Speaker 1: a crack at both and.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Have another the Sure, if you want to have another
- 28:10Speaker 4: go to.
- 28:11Speaker 5: Yeah, I think I can, and we'll just want to

- 29:08Speaker 4: I don't know?
- 29:09Speaker 5: Season the script here he lives in Andy's mum's bottom drawer.
- 29:15Speaker 3: The Holarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio hodk Udio.
- 29:19Speaker 4: Slave There on the Radio Holarkey Big Show this Tuesday afternoon. Now, Fellas,
- 29:25Speaker 4: I was humiliated today again. Yeah, I mean, it's not
- 29:29Speaker 4: something that's unusual for me. Ma, you need be to
- 29:32Speaker 4: be fair. But I was filming this morning and I
- 29:35Speaker 4: was going to you filming late night Big Breakfast. Oh wow,
- 29:39Speaker 4: it's back. Everyone's so stoked.
- 29:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 29:44Speaker 4: And I was in the makeup chair now, for people
- 29:48Speaker 4: are unfamiliar with makeup chairs. You know, when you're getting
- 29:50Speaker 4: ready and they put all your makeup on the light
- 29:53Speaker 4: that they have in a makeup sort of caravan is
- 29:56Speaker 4: the most horrendously offensive light you could imagine. And you
- 30:00Speaker 4: look in the mirror and you literally look like one
- 30:02Speaker 4: hundred and eighty years old. You see every line and wrinkle,
- 30:06Speaker 4: all the dark rings under your eyes. It's it's horrendous.
- 30:10Speaker 4: But today, as I was sitting in the makeup chair,
- 30:12Speaker 4: something happened to me which has never happened to me before.
- 30:15Speaker 4: And the makeup lady was sort of tuttling with my
- 30:17Speaker 4: hair and she went, oh oh, and I was like,
- 30:20Speaker 4: what's wrong? And she said, oh, we may have to
- 30:23Speaker 4: shave your ears, my ears, and I was like, excuse me,
- 30:28Speaker 4: and she said, wow, you just got a few hair
- 30:29Speaker 4: a straight here sort of not poking out, but actually
- 30:32Speaker 4: on the outer rim of my ears.
- 30:34Speaker 5: Oh.
- 30:35Speaker 4: I've never shaved my ears in my life. And she's
- 30:38Speaker 4: spent a good five minutes literally defluffing my ears. Do
- 30:42Speaker 4: you shave your ears?
- 30:44Speaker 7: What?
- 30:45Speaker 5: Yes?
- 30:46Speaker 4: Do you?
- 30:46Speaker 5: Seriously? Yeah?
- 30:47Speaker 4: I do.
- 30:47Speaker 5: I've got a little a little machine there, a little
- 30:50Speaker 5: hair tremor. It does inside my mess of honker anyone, anyone, anyone, anyone?
- 30:56Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 30:57Speaker 4: And why you can really get it in there for sure,
- 31:01Speaker 4: weed Wacker. Thanks.
- 31:04Speaker 5: And then also over not as often, but on occasion,
- 31:08Speaker 5: over the top of the year, on the outside of
- 31:10Speaker 5: the on the edge of the year, like you say,
- 31:11Speaker 5: because it gets a bit of fluff on there.
- 31:13Speaker 4: Yeah, well this is more sort of around unfluff my
- 31:16Speaker 4: lowb area. Yeah, I had it all apparently straight straight.
- 31:20Speaker 1: You get his in your ears, Keezy, I don't think
- 31:22Speaker 1: I'm there yet. You Also, I did notice you have
- 31:26Speaker 1: like and Mike, I haven't noticed yours yet, but you
- 31:29Speaker 1: do have hears coming out from your actual ear holes.
- 31:33Speaker 5: I shaved those off. Yeah, don't like people don't like
- 31:37Speaker 5: looking at that? No, I hate it.
- 31:39Speaker 4: Are you serious?
- 31:41Speaker 1: Serious?
- 31:42Speaker 4: You have not have hair coming out of my ear?
- 31:45Speaker 5: If you have never cut the heir out of your ear,
- 31:49Speaker 5: then it is there.
- 31:51Speaker 1: In fact, I got Pugs to mock up a little
- 31:54Speaker 1: sort of just for us.
- 31:57Speaker 4: That's what you were doing.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Like this is actually what it sounds like for Jas
- 32:01Speaker 1: when he's doing the big show or just to day
- 32:06Speaker 1: one in the morning and after the show. So that's
- 32:08Speaker 1: all you, that's all Jas can hear. Yeah, every time
- 32:11Speaker 1: because of the sheer amount of I can't even hear
- 32:14Speaker 1: what you're playing well because it's now doubled for you.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Ah right, okay, yeah, yeah, but they've trimmed it clearly
- 32:19Speaker 1: because then I was going to go.
- 32:20Speaker 4: In my ears. I didn't realize I had stuff coming
- 32:23Speaker 4: out of my ears.
- 32:24Speaker 5: Go home tonight. Yes, so you make a note of
- 32:26Speaker 5: this punk's animal, follow it up tomorrow. Go home tonight
- 32:29Speaker 5: and ask your wife to check your ears for here.
- 32:31Speaker 5: Ask if there's any straight here coming out of there? Okay,
- 32:34Speaker 5: so do I have here? He is? Yeah?
- 32:37Speaker 4: Because I remember your atrocious here.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Is keezys oh without full of wax? They have like
- 32:44Speaker 1: really waxy filthy years is real cool, but here he is. Oh,
- 32:47Speaker 1: it's super embarrassing.
- 32:49Speaker 3: The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kezy tune in.
- 32:54Speaker 4: On Radio bon Jovi there on the radio hole Narkey
- 32:57Speaker 4: Big Show this Tuesday evening. I reckon, yeahmen one in
- 33:09Speaker 4: the harm movies.
- 33:13Speaker 5: I don't mean to get bogged down and Edmund here,
- 33:15Speaker 5: but with that sting, it doesn't really feel fear that
- 33:18Speaker 5: it's one and a half Meggis and yet Jays, you're
- 33:20Speaker 5: the star of that singing performance.
- 33:22Speaker 4: Totally, I am to be fair. It was like that
- 33:29Speaker 4: with the choir as well, right, I always stood out.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Yeah, was it because you sang it incorrectly like you
- 33:36Speaker 1: do with that sting?
- 33:37Speaker 4: Yeah, it's because I sung with the voice of an angel?
- 33:41Speaker 5: Oh really?
- 33:42Speaker 4: And it used to make people cry. Yeah, people would
- 33:45Speaker 4: literally cry, literally cry, Yeah, when they heard me sing.
- 33:48Speaker 5: A voice of an angel that smoked forty a day.
- 33:51Speaker 4: Totally, but still had a troubled voice at that point.
- 33:53Speaker 4: But even that was quite patchy beautiful.
- 33:56Speaker 5: Hey, fellas, I just want to talk about what's been
- 33:59Speaker 5: happening with my daughter there. She started at school now
- 34:03Speaker 5: she's a big kid. Yes, you know what I mean.
- 34:06Speaker 5: She'd been there for about two days, and all of
- 34:08Speaker 5: a sudden, I started getting inundated with email requests from
- 34:12Speaker 5: the principal. They're asking me to do things yes for them,
- 34:17Speaker 5: so I've got to One of the things he asked
- 34:21Speaker 5: me to do was MC the speech competition really for
- 34:28Speaker 5: the year one and two's now, I don't know if
- 34:33Speaker 5: that's a lot of responsibility. If he's trying to start
- 34:35Speaker 5: me out on the you know, the stuff on sort
- 34:37Speaker 5: of the bottom rung.
- 34:38Speaker 1: It sounds like a big.
- 34:39Speaker 4: Jase would get for me without a word of a lie.
- 34:42Speaker 4: I've done two of them.
- 34:44Speaker 5: Have you, Yes, Yeah, I'm Mark Mitchison of all people. Really, yes, Now,
- 34:48Speaker 5: what kind of content do you do? Because I'm quite blue.
- 34:51Speaker 5: I just I like getting everyone going with a few
- 34:53Speaker 5: jokes about downstairs backdoor activity and all that sort of stuff.
- 34:58Speaker 5: But I'm not sure if this is the right kind
- 34:59Speaker 5: of a well year one and two five six years old.
- 35:04Speaker 4: I just wrapped into them, you know, I did, you know, Yeah,
- 35:08Speaker 4: just a kind of riscue opening. And then after the speeches,
- 35:13Speaker 4: I just just I didn't spare the horses. I laid
- 35:15Speaker 4: into them in terms of their performances and speeches. Yea,
- 35:19Speaker 4: I was a judge as well as the MC.
- 35:21Speaker 1: If that was me, I would have been like, ah,
- 35:22Speaker 1: you know, tailor the content to the EMMOGI. Yeah, school lunches,
- 35:27Speaker 1: what's that about.
- 35:29Speaker 5: Yeah, I think what I'll be doing is I'll line
- 35:33Speaker 5: them all up on the stage. They've got a big,
- 35:35Speaker 5: bloody stage. Man, they do big shows that I've got
- 35:37Speaker 5: a big show coming up towards the end of the
- 35:38Speaker 5: year there and I think it was about thirty kids,
- 35:41Speaker 5: and I just line them all up on the edge
- 35:43Speaker 5: of the stage with their toes hanging off the edge. Right.
- 35:46Speaker 5: Everybody does a speech and you know, I've got a
- 35:50Speaker 5: broom and I just sort of in the back push
- 35:52Speaker 5: off the stage. Sure, a tap on the shoulder and
- 35:55Speaker 5: you get to stay on.
- 35:56Speaker 1: There's like a nice mat underneath it. They land on,
- 35:57Speaker 1: like a fun soft mat thing.
- 35:59Speaker 5: Oh, I hadn't thought about that, but no, because I
- 36:03Speaker 5: probably that would be a fun thing. Yeah, but yeah,
- 36:06Speaker 5: I don't know. I'm just sort of it doesn't feel
- 36:09Speaker 5: like it's a big.
- 36:09Speaker 4: Enough gig from Yeah, what are they paying?
- 36:12Speaker 1: What's the pay?
- 36:13Speaker 5: Six K?
- 36:14Speaker 4: Yeah? No, you you got to gaze K eight or
- 36:18Speaker 4: nine at least that's.
- 36:19Speaker 5: A yeah, I'll do it. That's what it feels like
- 36:21Speaker 5: to me.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I'll tell them I'll do it. If it's interesting, well
- 36:23Speaker 1: I can do it.
- 36:23Speaker 5: No, because it's you know, it's sort of in my
- 36:26Speaker 5: you know, my daughter's at the school. I don't want
- 36:27Speaker 5: to disgrace here. Um, you know, I have a think
- 36:30Speaker 5: about it. But I might get you in as well. Joke.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Sure, man, then you're gonna have to bump it up
- 36:34Speaker 4: to fifteen.
- 36:37Speaker 3: The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy
- 36:40Speaker 3: tune in week days and four on Radio hod Ike.
- 36:43Speaker 4: Welcome back your massive backbones. You're listening to the Big Show,
- 36:45Speaker 4: brought to you by Night Day.
- 36:52Speaker 5: Really good?
- 36:53Speaker 4: Yeah? Good? Was it? Hey? Listen to the podcast outro today.
- 36:57Speaker 4: The podcast outro is another another podcast we do that
- 37:00Speaker 4: isn't the highlights package of the show. So it's separate
- 37:03Speaker 4: from the show. But it is the show, but it's
- 37:06Speaker 4: separate from the show.
- 37:07Speaker 1: That's really confusing. Not really, let's hang on bonus content,
- 37:11Speaker 1: bonus content not bonus content? Bonus is it not bonus content?
- 37:16Speaker 7: Have you been thinking?
- 37:17Speaker 5: I've been saying bonus the whole time.
- 37:20Speaker 4: Today Keysy came in in a horror of the mood
- 37:23Speaker 4: and was explaining just exactly why I.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Swear once a week. You throw to this podcast clip
- 37:29Speaker 1: and say that it was me and a horror of
- 37:30Speaker 1: a mood.
- 37:30Speaker 4: Well you were, but to your credit, Kesy, you're pulled out.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Oh I always. I'm not gonna say. Here's a clip
- 37:38Speaker 1: of today's potty, which comes out at seven thirty tonight.
- 37:42Speaker 5: Is he a good bastard? Your one? What would you
- 37:45Speaker 5: as a good bastard? A backbone? Look, it's yes, here
- 37:51Speaker 5: is it goes?
- 37:54Speaker 4: It's let's just say it's significant. It's not a question.
- 37:59Speaker 4: Is he a good past? How the hell are you?
- 38:02Speaker 4: What are you think?
- 38:04Speaker 5: I just want to just want to crowber?
- 38:07Speaker 1: And so that was what were you asking him? You're
- 38:15Speaker 1: asking Jace his downstairs was a good bus?
- 38:17Speaker 5: Yeah? Would you we refer him as having a good
- 38:19Speaker 5: personality your backbone?
- 38:20Speaker 4: You know?
- 38:20Speaker 5: Would you introduce him to your mates.
- 38:22Speaker 4: Life at the party by one? Really? Yeah? Yeah, totally.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Whereas you took that opportunity to just say that it
- 38:27Speaker 1: was massive, well, I mean to reiterate.
- 38:31Speaker 4: To be fear, as we discussed heater in the show,
- 38:34Speaker 4: my hearing's not great, and I was I thought that
- 38:37Speaker 4: was the question. Am I massive? And now it's obviously yes?
- 38:41Speaker 5: Just at what point? At what point do we refer
- 38:46Speaker 5: to you as banging on about your down stairs? Oh?
- 38:48Speaker 4: Look, okay, Jase, I'm quite embarrassed about it. I get
- 38:51Speaker 4: quite shy.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Seriously, Jase, right now, seriously, I think you have a
- 38:56Speaker 1: tiny downstairs. That is one hundred percent of my thoughts. Okay,
- 38:59Speaker 1: am I feeling?
- 39:00Speaker 4: Have you ever heard my voice? Kesey? Yeah?
- 39:02Speaker 1: I think that you use it as a way to
- 39:04Speaker 1: pretend you've got a massive downstairs, but you don't actually.
- 39:06Speaker 4: Okay, do you want to measure my feet? Keysy?
- 39:10Speaker 1: Oh good man, my feet are bigger than yours.
- 39:13Speaker 4: Yeah, but you've got a little button mushrooms?
- 39:20Speaker 5: What is this for? Coming?
- 39:22Speaker 4: No, I'm sorry, Casey, more of a saki.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Thanks man. That's what I was upset about.
- 39:29Speaker 3: The whole Big Show week days from four on Radio Hodak.
- 39:36Speaker 4: Incubus. There on the radio Honanky Big Show this Tuesday evening.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Hey, fellers, have you heard about our our beer we're making?
- 39:45Speaker 5: Yes, oh you have, because we.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Went down a hot federation.
- 39:51Speaker 4: That's right, the backbone brew, that's right.
- 39:56Speaker 5: Pelson ray round about five percent?
- 39:59Speaker 4: Yeah, five and half I thing make Oh yes.
- 40:01Speaker 5: It's crept. That beautiful was down there. Jason was spotless,
- 40:04Speaker 5: wasn't it. They run a tight ship, very clean, Yes,
- 40:07Speaker 5: very nice, it was. They're making about four hundred kegs
- 40:10Speaker 5: and that's it. That's the only one they're doing. I'm
- 40:12Speaker 5: not caring anything as far as I can understand. Only
- 40:15Speaker 5: going to be at Beavana twenty third, twenty fourth of August.
- 40:18Speaker 5: We'll be down there, of course, Jase doing a show
- 40:20Speaker 5: on the Friday afternoon, the twenty third in Wellington. There
- 40:24Speaker 5: it's going to be cold, so you're going to make
- 40:25Speaker 5: sure you're dress warm.
- 40:27Speaker 4: Why do you have a couple of backbone beers? Easy?
- 40:29Speaker 4: Warm up, pretty clear?
- 40:30Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that's right. And you'll be surrounded by your
- 40:32Speaker 5: breather and your brother, yes, your kinfolks, and that always
- 40:36Speaker 5: warms your heart up as well. A couple of beers,
- 40:38Speaker 5: a bit of a yarn, bloody, beautiful.
- 40:40Speaker 4: Couple of darries.
- 40:42Speaker 1: It's just that I was going to do the Edmond
- 40:43Speaker 1: on this, but you guys have already done it.
- 40:45Speaker 5: Oh, we're just sort of doing a Iceland front chase.
- 40:47Speaker 4: Good god, Well, it looks like she's wearing pajama.
- 40:49Speaker 5: Peans she does to be fair only because I think
- 40:53Speaker 5: she is.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Did you mention Beavana Dolcado ins end, No, I don't
- 40:58Speaker 1: like to mention that.
- 40:59Speaker 5: Oh really, Oh, it was just sort of like an
- 41:01Speaker 5: organic chat we were having jail, so I would have
- 41:03Speaker 5: want to pollute it with website. It makes it seem
- 41:05Speaker 5: an authentic.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Right, It's just that I have to, so I might
- 41:09Speaker 1: just captain Edmund. You can grab tickets at beer Vanner
- 41:13Speaker 1: dot co dot in z.
- 41:17Speaker 4: Did just say how much the tickets are? Kiezy?
- 41:20Speaker 1: Not on this thing I'm reading right now. Go along
- 41:22Speaker 1: to that website and shined out for themselves.
- 41:24Speaker 4: Because the sessions a sessions.
- 41:27Speaker 5: That's right.
- 41:27Speaker 1: So there's a morning session in an afternoon session on
- 41:30Speaker 1: the Friday, and then another on the Saturday. We're in
- 41:32Speaker 1: the afternoon session on the friday. That's a really good question.
- 41:34Speaker 5: Jason good Man, Yeah, thank you, it was good.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Do you remember the kind of hops that they used
- 41:38Speaker 1: for our beer?
- 41:39Speaker 5: Oh?
- 41:41Speaker 1: No, neither. It's Waiti and kohatu.
- 41:43Speaker 4: What does that mean? Hops? Yeah? But what what?
- 41:49Speaker 1: So it's going to be delicious beer. Vanna twenty fourth August.
- 41:52Speaker 1: We'll see their fellas. Good work on that by the way,
- 41:54Speaker 1: that's done. That little commercial will read there.
- 41:56Speaker 5: So that was great. That was really good, wasn't it?
- 41:58Speaker 4: Thanks mate?
- 41:59Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, the whole Wacky Big Show podcast.
- 42:02Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Gorilla's there on the radio, hol darky Big Show.
- 42:05Speaker 4: Let's have some TV chat. What's on the Telly with
- 42:11Speaker 4: Mike Minogue?
- 42:15Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, at its moments?
- 42:26Speaker 5: Good Fellers there and Time bandits Man on Apple TV.
- 42:31Speaker 5: There's got Ta and Jermaine Clement and the guy that
- 42:38Speaker 5: did the in between us and Phoebe isn't it from Friends?
- 42:44Speaker 5: But she's not Lisa Kudro the actor. She's actually Phoebe
- 42:47Speaker 5: from Friends really, and she's a time traveler, which is
- 42:50Speaker 5: pretty out of it. Old Mogi is in there. Blink
- 42:55Speaker 5: and you'll miss them.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Really, what what is the scale of your role in this?
- 43:00Speaker 5: Put it this way, kezy on every single episode and
- 43:02Speaker 5: you probably wouldn't know it. I only did substantial amounts
- 43:08Speaker 5: of dialogue. There's a lot of improvisation that went on
- 43:10Speaker 5: on set. None of that has made it into any
- 43:13Speaker 5: of the episodes that I've seen thus far.
- 43:14Speaker 1: And is that usually a reflection of the quality of
- 43:16Speaker 1: what you said or is it usually a timing thing?
- 43:18Speaker 5: Is normally. I think the quality was high through the roofs.
- 43:22Speaker 5: When we start improving, yes, and just for the length
- 43:26Speaker 5: of those scenes, just like, look, if we start including that,
- 43:29Speaker 5: we're going to have to add another six minutes because
- 43:30Speaker 5: all of it is gold. So let's just have them
- 43:33Speaker 5: standing there like statues.
- 43:36Speaker 1: Store stoked about the show.
- 43:38Speaker 5: It's a good show. Yeah.
- 43:41Speaker 4: My wife and I did a weird last night because
- 43:45Speaker 4: there was a planet Planet of the Apes on Disney
- 43:48Speaker 4: and I went, did we have we seen that? Oh? Yes,
- 43:51Speaker 4: we saw that in the cinema and then the original
- 43:54Speaker 4: and then I scrolled down below. But here's the thing,
- 43:56Speaker 4: and it had all the Planet of the Ape movies
- 43:58Speaker 4: that have ever been made, and so we watched the
- 44:01Speaker 4: one from nineteen seventy. Was the sort of nineteen seventies?
- 44:04Speaker 5: Was it the actual original?
- 44:06Speaker 4: Yes? I think it was the original. It was hilarious.
- 44:09Speaker 1: Is that that's the one that famously ends with the
- 44:11Speaker 1: shot of the statue of Liberty?
- 44:13Speaker 4: Everyone's minds. Yes, bad day, so ridiculously bad. But yes,
- 44:20Speaker 4: but you know, and the lovely thing about it too,
- 44:22Speaker 4: there was a suitin There's something very sweet about the storytelling.
- 44:26Speaker 5: Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 44:27Speaker 4: But still you know, massively sexist with one of the
- 44:30Speaker 4: main characters just a woman who never speaks, who's dressed
- 44:33Speaker 4: in like basically nothing, who just rides around looking hard.
- 44:37Speaker 5: You're saying off here. That was the best thing about
- 44:39Speaker 5: it what I do like, And it was the line
- 44:46Speaker 5: get your hands off me, you damn dirty apes.
- 44:48Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, yeah, one of the great lines. So that
- 44:52Speaker 4: was actually quite entertaining. It's quite nice to go back
- 44:54Speaker 4: sometimes you look at those old movies.
- 44:56Speaker 5: But I think better than the new one that came
- 44:58Speaker 5: out with Mark Wilburg.
- 44:59Speaker 4: That was No Boy.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Yes, we were talking about this, like remaking stuff and
- 45:03Speaker 1: then just throwing the top of the top Hollywood A
- 45:05Speaker 1: list is into it. I hate it and instantly ruined
- 45:08Speaker 1: stuff for me. I like it back when the day
- 45:09Speaker 1: when Game of Thrones was all these very talented English
- 45:12Speaker 1: and European actors who over here in New Zealand I
- 45:14Speaker 1: had never seen or heard from. And then they you
- 45:17Speaker 1: ruin immersion as soon as I'm like, oh cool, that's
- 45:19Speaker 1: Jack Black or that's the Rock, that's Kevin Hart.
- 45:21Speaker 4: You know, maybe there's what we should look into, fellas
- 45:24Speaker 4: bringing a show back.
- 45:26Speaker 5: Let's let's about talkback.
- 45:29Speaker 4: Yeah, let's bring talkback.
- 45:30Speaker 1: I think it should be something. It should be something
- 45:33Speaker 1: that had like quite a like a good shelf life
- 45:35Speaker 1: at the time.
- 45:35Speaker 5: You know what I mean. I don't worry. It's still
- 45:38Speaker 5: on the shelf.
- 45:39Speaker 4: Mate, and let me trust me, in five years time
- 45:41Speaker 4: that show is going to go off. It was just
- 45:43Speaker 4: way ahead of its time off, like reach its expiry
- 45:46Speaker 4: date or no, I mean go off as and be
- 45:48Speaker 4: a huge yet again.
- 45:50Speaker 1: Again again TVNS plus. By the way, talkback watch it please,
- 45:54Speaker 1: just for these.
- 45:55Speaker 5: You're meant to be watching that with your wife. How's
- 45:56Speaker 5: that game? You know what's actually happening? I suggested every
- 45:59Speaker 5: night and she go, oh no, let's do it tomorrow night.
- 46:02Speaker 5: She wants to want to be fond of her. The
- 46:04Speaker 5: whole nation did that.
- 46:07Speaker 3: The Hurdiarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and.
- 46:11Speaker 4: Kisy smanishing pumpkins there on the radio Hodakee Big Show
- 46:15Speaker 4: this Tuesday afternoon. Now, one of the things I've been
- 46:17Speaker 4: loving that we've been doing on the show is highlighting
- 46:20Speaker 4: a brewery every single day across this great nation of ours.
- 46:24Speaker 4: What are we running with today?
- 46:26Speaker 1: Are you talking about the brewery of the.
- 46:27Speaker 4: Day, Yes, we're up to the brewery of.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Today's beer.
- 46:39Speaker 4: Vann.
- 46:40Speaker 1: A brewery of the day is double Vision.
- 46:42Speaker 7: Oh I know double Vision? Yeah, yep, yep, good double vision?
- 46:47Speaker 7: Yeah can be Ah, well the brewery you mean double
- 46:51Speaker 7: Vision or the brewery? Sorry, the brewery names double I
- 46:54Speaker 7: don't know about them them.
- 46:56Speaker 4: I mean because you can have double vision if you
- 46:57Speaker 4: spend too long in a brewery.
- 46:58Speaker 5: That's true.
- 47:00Speaker 4: I think that might be what they're getting at.
- 47:03Speaker 5: Clever now you're talking.
- 47:05Speaker 1: They are a Wellington local brewery who simply aspire to
- 47:09Speaker 1: create the kind of damn fine beer that delivers mouth
- 47:12Speaker 1: parties and a bit of character.
- 47:14Speaker 5: See what I'm saying, easy man, easy man.
- 47:18Speaker 1: They enjoy spinning their waking hours, taking a second look
- 47:20Speaker 1: at what defines the traditional style, and then from there
- 47:23Speaker 1: giving the boundaries a bit of a nudge, just like
- 47:25Speaker 1: the Big Show, pushing the boundaries they fellows.
- 47:28Speaker 4: Oh yeah, with double Vision. Yeah totally. That's a really
- 47:32Speaker 4: good point, Jason.
- 47:34Speaker 1: Do they use hops? Ah, Like, I don't hurt it
- 47:37Speaker 1: in front of me. But once again, I don't have
- 47:41Speaker 1: the info in front of me. But I'm going to
- 47:42Speaker 1: say they do make beer, so probably sure to bring
- 47:47Speaker 1: an absolute party for your mouth at Beer Varna this year.
- 47:49Speaker 1: Get on down twenty three, twenty fourth of August, Wellington
- 47:52Speaker 1: sky Stadium, Beervanner dot co dot ms in by yourself
- 47:54Speaker 1: a ticket.
- 47:55Speaker 4: We're gonna be there Friday afternoon. Do they make a
- 47:57Speaker 4: stout huh? Do they make a stout Double Vision?
- 48:01Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 48:01Speaker 1: I don't know if they do. Lot of like craft
- 48:03Speaker 1: beers don't often make stouts.
- 48:05Speaker 4: How do we feel about stout by the way, you
- 48:06Speaker 4: know what? Nah?
- 48:08Speaker 5: I need them to be sessionable. I don't know the
- 48:11Speaker 5: idea of just heavy for an hour? Guinness?
- 48:16Speaker 1: Yeah St Patty's Day, I'll have a ship little guinnesses.
- 48:20Speaker 5: I've never had one. Wow.
- 48:22Speaker 4: Yeah. What do they say about the old Ginness? It's
- 48:24Speaker 4: a meal, really, isn't it, do they? And it feels
- 48:27Speaker 4: a meal in the glass because they say that she's
- 48:29Speaker 4: pretty heavy. They do to be sure to be sure.
- 48:32Speaker 1: Oh god, Well that's racist, is it? And the other
- 48:37Speaker 1: thing too, is this You've not only have you been racist,
- 48:39Speaker 1: you've done it in the middle of like a client thing.
- 48:41Speaker 1: This is for double vision, and you've brought up Guinness
- 48:44Speaker 1: and then you've been racist about it.
- 48:47Speaker 5: Tech.
- 48:47Speaker 1: Now this is going to be on the radio, and
- 48:48Speaker 1: we're going to send it to them and they go, oh,
- 48:50Speaker 1: this isn't what we wanted.
