- 0:01Speaker 1: Can I need your help on this. I'm calling on
- 0:05Speaker 1: thirteen one oh six or five, get ready, I need
- 0:07Speaker 1: your advice. I'm very offended. I've got to say, all
- 0:10Speaker 1: right here, yeah, and I'm not being dramatic. I don't
- 0:12Speaker 1: think anyway. You can tell me if I am, if
- 0:14Speaker 1: I'm being over the top. So I've got you know,
- 0:16Speaker 1: the boys that I've known since high school. We've got
- 0:19Speaker 1: like a WhatsApp group, yep. You know, we mainly just
- 0:21Speaker 1: talk about like footy and crap on each other and
- 0:24Speaker 1: all of that. Occasionally go out for beers. Gets less
- 0:28Speaker 1: and less as you get older, a.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Oh does it? Yeah? Yeah man, but I've been out
- 0:33Speaker 2: with you guys when you're on the beers and yeah,
- 0:35Speaker 2: like you, I mean, I think it is time to
- 0:38Speaker 2: get over to a degree. But it's like you're just
- 0:42Speaker 2: all in school again and your.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Yeah, we're all good mates, known each other a long time.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:47Speaker 1: The other day though, I found out, Yeah, they started
- 0:51Speaker 1: a WhatsApp group without me in it.
- 0:54Speaker 2: So all of the others except you.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Yep, I'm not included.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Actually, I mean that really does hurt people. You know,
- 1:02Speaker 2: it happens in workplaces and stuff.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel excluded. Yeah, there is a reason. Well,
- 1:10Speaker 1: they're planning something without me. So they're planning a trip
- 1:14Speaker 1: without me. So they've started a WhatsApp group planning a
- 1:17Speaker 1: trip without me.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Yeah, but there's a there's a kicker somewhere. It's with
- 1:21Speaker 4: their kids or something right or families with oka.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Yes, exactly right. So they are planning What I found
- 1:27Speaker 1: out is a boys camping trip where they take their kids.
- 1:32Speaker 1: And yes, I'm childless. Okay, some would say I've left
- 1:34Speaker 1: my life choices a little late. Is it like I've
- 1:37Speaker 1: got a girlfriend now though, so you know.
- 1:39Speaker 3: You're on the right track.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Is it like a father and something because my husband
- 1:44Speaker 4: has done these where a bunch of his mates will
- 1:48Speaker 4: take their sons and they go on like this father
- 1:51Speaker 4: and son camping trip and they take a boat and fishing.
- 1:54Speaker 1: And all I believe the thing is, let's go away
- 1:57Speaker 1: for the weekend. And by the way, we used to
- 1:58Speaker 1: go down the coast every year, get on it, have fun.
- 2:03Speaker 3: All the boys pre kids, right.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Pre kids, that's kind of dropped off obviously, and all
- 2:07Speaker 1: of them, all of my mates have kids, right, and
- 2:10Speaker 1: it is no they're going away camping with the kids.
- 2:13Speaker 1: So I think they take the kids that way, the
- 2:15Speaker 1: wife's let them go and have a break. So I
- 2:18Speaker 1: don't know if it's just the boys, they're taking the
- 2:20Speaker 1: girls as well as in the kids.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Well, I can understand why you might feel a little
- 2:27Speaker 4: bit left out, but I can should go half of
- 2:29Speaker 4: a parent. They would flat out one hundred percent just
- 2:32Speaker 4: assume that you wouldn't want to go.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Well, I want to go with the boys. I don't
- 2:35Speaker 1: care if their kids are running around. Shouldn't I be
- 2:37Speaker 1: able to go.
- 2:38Speaker 4: I've got a girlfriend who has chosen not to have kids.
- 2:42Speaker 3: She doesn't want to have kids. She doesn't like germs.
- 2:44Speaker 3: She's like, there's a whole thing I.
- 2:47Speaker 2: She didn't have kids because she doesn't like germs.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Yeah, she's a realer.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Do you exclude her? If you're going away for the
- 2:55Speaker 1: weekend with a couple of the girls and bringing the kids,
- 2:57Speaker 1: would you not invite her?
- 2:58Speaker 4: I would know because I know she wouldn't want to come,
- 3:02Speaker 4: flat out want to come.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Because she's made it very clear she wouldn't want to
- 3:06Speaker 3: come to things.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I mean, they haven't even asked me. They could have said, I, mate,
- 3:09Speaker 1: we're going to take the kids away. I do you
- 3:10Speaker 1: come if you want? Not even asked I feel discriminated.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Against to go. If they had asked you, would you go.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I'd think I'd at least consider it.
- 3:18Speaker 4: I'd be like, oh yeah, because it's not like when
- 3:20Speaker 4: you're taking your kids away. It's not like, yeah, there's
- 3:22Speaker 4: going to be drinks at the end of the night.
- 3:24Speaker 4: But it is quite a different holiday.
- 3:26Speaker 3: To when you're not with your mates. Well, I just
- 3:29Speaker 3: like there's no parenting.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Here's the thing, it would still be a good chance
- 3:32Speaker 1: for us to catch up saying we don't do that
- 3:34Speaker 1: much anymore.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Yeah, where they're.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Coming from, Because if it was if it was mum
- 3:39Speaker 2: and Dad's all away on a big family group holiday, like, yeah,
- 3:43Speaker 2: you probably don't want to be in on that. But
- 3:45Speaker 2: it's a it is a boy's weekend. It's the boys
- 3:48Speaker 2: hanging out, just the others have their kids with them,
- 3:51Speaker 2: and now Mikey's excluded.
- 3:54Speaker 4: I think the thing is you just want the option, right,
- 3:56Speaker 4: you want to be invited so then you can make
- 3:59Speaker 4: a decision. I I probably would have done the same thing,
- 4:06Speaker 4: not out of a place of like offending you or anything.
- 4:10Speaker 4: I'd probably start the group chat, but then I might
- 4:12Speaker 4: say to you, oh, by the way, like the boys
- 4:14Speaker 4: and the kids are going away, Like, I know it's
- 4:16Speaker 4: probably not up your alley, but if you want.
- 4:19Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 4:19Speaker 4: I had a sympathy here, really sad.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I'm just being honest.
- 4:24Speaker 2: It a bit suss though that like if you come
- 4:26Speaker 2: out and you're like desperate to go along to this
- 4:29Speaker 2: kid's holiday.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Don't scout leader, I have no kids. Why was he volunteering?
- 4:35Speaker 4: Olie, You've got like nephews or something. Can you take
- 4:37Speaker 4: one of them?
- 4:39Speaker 3: Maybe you could.
- 4:39Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I don't have the opportunity, not in the WhatsApp? What
- 4:42Speaker 1: am I going to add myself? Steal their phone? Being serious,
- 4:45Speaker 1: but I want to hear from you, like maybe you
- 4:47Speaker 1: don't have kids and you feel like you miss out
- 4:50Speaker 1: with what your friends are up to, because you know,
- 4:53Speaker 1: even when they started having kids, you get invited to
- 4:55Speaker 1: like a first birthday and then it sort of drops off.
- 4:58Speaker 3: And I get it.
- 4:59Speaker 1: I don't have them. I do want to have them.
- 5:00Speaker 3: I haven't done it yet. Well you know how they're made.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm practicing, so I understand. But like as someone
- 5:07Speaker 1: who hasn't got them, yeah, you can feel excluded from things.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And I want to know if anyone else feels that
- 5:12Speaker 1: thirteen one oh six.
- 5:13Speaker 4: Five or what about yeah? Thirty one and one six five?
- 5:16Speaker 4: Is it weird that Mikey wants to go on the
- 5:18Speaker 4: father son camping trip?
- 5:20Speaker 5: Like?
- 5:20Speaker 4: Do you is that weird? Do you think it's I do?
- 5:23Speaker 4: And think about Ryan's friends. There is a guy who
- 5:27Speaker 4: doesn't have any kids and he goes to he comes
- 5:30Speaker 4: away with the family trips like we all go with
- 5:32Speaker 4: a whole bunch of families. We don't go to a caravan,
- 5:35Speaker 4: parks and whatnot. And Rob will actually come on his own,
- 5:40Speaker 4: without a girlfriend, without kids, He just comes on his own.
- 5:43Speaker 2: That could be Mike, That could be your new sad life.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Mikey phony in Okay, thirteen one oh six five? Do
- 5:53Speaker 1: you think it's weird that I want to go on
- 5:55Speaker 1: the camp?
- 5:55Speaker 3: Do you want to cuddle?
- 5:57Speaker 4: No?
- 5:57Speaker 1: Fine, you are right. Watch he's over there be excluded
- 6:01Speaker 1: thirteen one. Love to hear from you if you've got
- 6:03Speaker 1: an opinion on this this morning.
- 6:05Speaker 3: On kiss gather around the camp camp.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Yeah, so my maids are doing this like camping trip. Yeah,
- 6:14Speaker 1: them and their kids, just the boys. I'm not invited.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I found out that they've got like a secret WhatsApp
- 6:20Speaker 1: group going on because I don't have kids. Yeah, you
- 6:22Speaker 1: think that's fair enough.
- 6:24Speaker 3: I think it's not a big deal.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It's offensive though.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't see it that way. I think you're
- 6:35Speaker 4: holding on to like your friendship group and you know
- 6:39Speaker 4: what you have with your mates of twenty years like
- 6:42Speaker 4: from twenty years ago, like.
- 6:43Speaker 3: The boys going away. We're getting sink some and pissed.
- 6:45Speaker 3: But h it's quite different when you're taking kids away.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Okay, So you're saying I shouldn't be offended, just deal
- 6:50Speaker 1: with you? Yeah, okay, thirteen one six five. I want
- 6:53Speaker 1: to hear from you. Should I be able to go on?
- 6:55Speaker 2: This?
- 6:55Speaker 1: Is it weird that I'm annoyed that I'm not going
- 6:57Speaker 1: away with it? Jesse?
- 7:00Speaker 5: Hey, Jesse, Hey, guys, how are we? I think you
- 7:05Speaker 5: need to get over it, honestly. Yeah, I've been on
- 7:09Speaker 5: both sides. So yeah, you're not gonna want to go
- 7:12Speaker 5: on the father fun trip and you're gonna want to
- 7:15Speaker 5: get lit and you don't want to be the drunk
- 7:18Speaker 5: uncle there while everyone else is not getting lit.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Yeah, like the kids are like their dads are.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Gonna have to take their kids bike riding and catch
- 7:25Speaker 4: fish off a wolf and stuff. And you're just gonna
- 7:27Speaker 4: be there wanting to smash some cans, so the.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Kids will be annoying. Yeah, the kids will annoy me,
- 7:35Speaker 1: and I see what you're saying. But it'd still be
- 7:37Speaker 1: nice to be invited, right, Anthony, what do you think?
- 7:43Speaker 5: Let's see, really, you haven't been been half invited for
- 7:46Speaker 5: a reason. He inter be the buddy, creepy uncle.
- 7:50Speaker 3: We didn't even get half invited. He got zero zero invited.
- 7:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna come on, what I can't hang around my mates.
- 7:58Speaker 5: They're all going to be susy, mate, we know it.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Right, Okay, that's what I would be worried about. Vikey
- 8:07Speaker 2: just slept. The families, live their lives, hang out with
- 8:12Speaker 2: your girl.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Yeah, what are you going to do?
- 8:13Speaker 5: Make?
- 8:13Speaker 3: Are you going to go?
- 8:14Speaker 1: Well, I'm not invited, so I can't really force myself
- 8:18Speaker 1: on it.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Oh maybe your mates are listening to this segment and
- 8:20Speaker 4: they might give you a call after this.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Yeah, that's our grief. The one that I'm still in
- 8:24Speaker 1: is probably going to blow up if.
- 8:25Speaker 3: They extended the invite to you and said, oh, sorry.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I'm not going now, Okay, I'm just going to ignore them.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Oh are you going to stone wall them.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Stone wall Okay, crow at Nadi hit a celebrity gossip
- 8:37Speaker 1: coming up? What are your God? All right, we'll hear
- 8:39Speaker 1: that next right here on Kiss and Georgina Walkey is in.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I will do our snap free predictions coming up, all right,
