- 0:00Dave Hamilton: Business Brain, episode 767
- 0:02Dave Hamilton: for Casual Friday I, July 3rd, National Independent Beer Run Day, 2026.
- 0:10Dave Hamilton: I know. Talk about the charmed life. Yeah, man.
- 0:14Dave Hamilton: Welcome to Business Brain, everybody. Thanks for listening. We are the show
- 0:19Dave Hamilton: that takes some ideas from you, from us.
- 0:22Dave Hamilton: We crunch them, we dissect them, we use them to tune our business brains so
- 0:25Dave Hamilton: that we can each keep on living that charmed life, and we do it twice a week.
- 0:30Dave Hamilton: This is our AI episode. Our sponsors for this week are fanvue.com,
- 0:35Dave Hamilton: F-A-N-V-U-E.com, where you can go and start your own creator journey.
- 0:38Dave Hamilton: Everybody's in the creator business. You can start making some money.
- 0:41Dave Hamilton: And bitdefender.com slash brain, where you can save 30% on Bitdefender Ultimate,
- 0:46Dave Hamilton: small business security.
- 0:48Dave Hamilton: We'll talk more about both of those in a little bit. For now,
- 0:51Dave Hamilton: here in Durham, New Hampshire, as usual, I'm Dave Hamilton.
- 0:54Shannon Jean: And here in Northern California, I'm Shannon Jean. How you doing?
- 0:57Shannon Jean: I'm in low data mode, Dave. That's why we have no video today.
- 1:01Dave Hamilton: No video. That's right. No video this week because of low data mode.
- 1:04Dave Hamilton: But your internet delays actually allowed us to sneak an extra topic into the show that,
- 1:12Dave Hamilton: we would have been done recording before the news that Anthropic had released
- 1:19Dave Hamilton: Sonnet 5 for Claude had come out. Oh.
- 1:24Dave Hamilton: I figured you probably missed it because you've been fighting with your internet
- 1:26Dave Hamilton: connection for the last hour. Yeah. Oh. So go ahead.
- 1:31Shannon Jean: Is this a watered-down version of Fable?
- 1:35Dave Hamilton: No, no. Sonnet is kind of, you know, if we take Fable out of the equation for
- 1:43Dave Hamilton: just a second, Claude, Anthropic, and Claude has had essentially three families of models.
- 1:50Dave Hamilton: There's low, medium, and high, which are named Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus, right?
- 1:56Dave Hamilton: Fable then sort of sits on top of that and is the gateway to mythos and all
- 2:00Dave Hamilton: that stuff, which is, at least at the moment, we're recording still on hold for people like us.
- 2:07Dave Hamilton: So Sonnet's this middle-of-the-road one. They've generally said that we should
- 2:10Dave Hamilton: be using Sonnet for our day-to-day stuff so that we're not burning tokens using
- 2:15Dave Hamilton: Opus and use Opus for the good stuff.
- 2:17Dave Hamilton: However, Sonnet hasn't been as good as it could be.
- 2:23Dave Hamilton: And now sonnet 5 is um,
- 2:26Dave Hamilton: is really the agentic focused release that improves all the multi-step step
- 2:33Dave Hamilton: tool use for things like coding and automation and claude co-work so,
- 2:39Dave Hamilton: i i've been living i tried living with sonnet 4.6 or whatever it was for a little
- 2:43Dave Hamilton: while and i had to go back to opus so i was like no i can't do this so i did
- 2:48Dave Hamilton: some a little bit of experimenting while you were fighting with your internet connection
- 2:51Dave Hamilton: and so far i think i will default to sonnet 5 for things and then ratchet up
- 2:59Dave Hamilton: to opus when there's some high stakes work or or whatever it is but,
- 3:03Dave Hamilton: uh you it burns less tokens and for,
- 3:06Dave Hamilton: the they reset everybody's um usage and for the until august 31st they've got,
- 3:13Dave Hamilton: pretty low introductory pricing if you're paying uh,
- 3:17Dave Hamilton: by the token it's two dollars per million tokens of input and ten dollars for
- 3:23Dave Hamilton: to per million tokens of output.
- 3:27Dave Hamilton: Uh and it'll normally be three dollars and fifteen dollars so you know a pretty
- 3:31Dave Hamilton: decent a pretty decent discount while we all get used to it and see how it works.
- 3:37Shannon Jean: Yeah, that's cool. Yeah. I love it.
- 3:40Dave Hamilton: Yeah, I love it.
- 3:40Shannon Jean: Yeah. Yep. That's good. That's good. Anything that keeps you from,
- 3:43Shannon Jean: I mean, how often do you hit the limit?
- 3:46Dave Hamilton: Well, when I, I had, I spent 10 days, Shannon, living in $20 a month Claude
- 3:52Dave Hamilton: land before I ratcheted back up to $100 a month Claude land.
- 3:56Dave Hamilton: And I hit my limit routinely because I was just using Opus willy nilly.
- 4:01Dave Hamilton: And then it was like, all right, I need to be more thoughtful about this.
- 4:05Dave Hamilton: And once I was, then it was like, okay, with Sonnet, and especially if I don't
- 4:09Dave Hamilton: put it in super high context mode,
- 4:13Dave Hamilton: Sonnet was able to do a lot of the grunt work, things like summarizing stuff,
- 4:22Dave Hamilton: and just the standard day-to-day grind, Sonnet was fine for.
- 4:27Dave Hamilton: When I was doing coding, it was like, ooh, no, no, no, no, no, sweet.
- 4:30Shannon Jean: Couldn't handle it.
- 4:31Dave Hamilton: Yeah, I mean, it was okay, but so I'm eager to try it for some,
- 4:35Dave Hamilton: try Sonic 5 for some coding, because from the charts that Anthropic just put
- 4:40Dave Hamilton: out, it seems like that's really going to be doable, so, in a meaningful way.
- 4:47Shannon Jean: That's great. Yeah. That's awesome.
- 4:49Dave Hamilton: Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's good. There was something else released this week. Go ahead.
- 4:52Shannon Jean: Yeah, I was going to ask you about that. Talk, if you're going to,
- 4:55Shannon Jean: I think this is where you were going. Talk to, I saw this headline as well,
- 4:58Shannon Jean: Open Claw for iOS. Is that what you're going to talk about?
- 5:00Dave Hamilton: It was. It is. Yeah.
- 5:02Shannon Jean: Tell me, tell me more.
- 5:03Dave Hamilton: So, um, I've only had it for about 24 hours.
- 5:07Dave Hamilton: Um, but I, I, I downloaded the open claw app for iPhone and was,
- 5:13Dave Hamilton: it was fairly straightforward to wire it up to my open claw instance. Um,
- 5:20Dave Hamilton: It's really straightforward if you're on tail scale, which I am.
- 5:25Dave Hamilton: Tail scale is this networking protocol. It's available for free.
- 5:29Dave Hamilton: It's a freemium thing. But for
- 5:31Dave Hamilton: what most of us would use, we would never have to pay them a darn thing.
- 5:35Dave Hamilton: But it essentially creates a local area network of all your devices,
- 5:39Dave Hamilton: regardless of whether you're on a local area network together.
- 5:41Dave Hamilton: Right. So that allows my phone to see my tail scale.
- 5:48Dave Hamilton: My tail scale allows my phone to see my open claw instance no matter where i
- 5:52Dave Hamilton: am now tail scale isn't something i like to run full time on my iphone because
- 5:57Dave Hamilton: it it's like a vpn so it burns battery and things like that but it definitely works um,
- 6:03Dave Hamilton: and it's i already had my open claw wired up to telegram so that i can talk
- 6:09Dave Hamilton: to it from anywhere on the planet okay,
- 6:12Dave Hamilton: and so like a lot of that work was already done for me uh.
- 6:20Dave Hamilton: But what's nice about the first party iphone app is i get voice control with it and i also get like
- 6:29Dave Hamilton: it can share my location with it because the app knows my location i can give
- 6:32Dave Hamilton: the app permission to share my location with open claw if i want it to
- 6:36Dave Hamilton: so there's there's a lot of i,
- 6:38Dave Hamilton: i think it's more paving the way for the future and and it might be,
- 6:43Dave Hamilton: I don't mean to say that they have feature limited it it's that I haven't built
- 6:48Dave Hamilton: my open claw instance to do anything that would take advantage of this yet because
- 6:53Dave Hamilton: I didn't 24 hours ago I didn't have this right so,
- 6:56Dave Hamilton: you know like my son has his own open claw setup running.
- 7:02Dave Hamilton: And he had it, uh, he has it start picking out his outfits for him.
- 7:07Dave Hamilton: He spends, uh, in the summer, especially with our daughter home from Italy,
- 7:13Dave Hamilton: he spends about half of his time here in, in Durham with us.
- 7:17Dave Hamilton: And then half of his time at his apartment on the other side of the state.
- 7:20Dave Hamilton: And it's because of the way his job works. He can work remotely some of the
- 7:22Dave Hamilton: time and, you know, not all the time.
- 7:24Shannon Jean: Right. Yeah.
- 7:24Dave Hamilton: But he has certain clothes in certain locations. And so he was like,
- 7:28Dave Hamilton: wouldn't it be great if his open claw agent could just, you know,
- 7:32Dave Hamilton: Tell him what to wear. Look at the weather. Know where he is.
- 7:35Dave Hamilton: Yeah, that's pretty cool. And then tell him what your options are for, you know, for today.
- 7:41Dave Hamilton: And he was really excited. He's like, oh, this might mean that it could have
- 7:44Dave Hamilton: my location. And then I don't have to tell it where I am.
- 7:48Dave Hamilton: It just knows and it can suggest outfits for me. It's like, okay, sure.
- 7:51Dave Hamilton: You know, so like things like that, I think it'll open the door for stuff like that going forward.
- 7:56Dave Hamilton: And I think we are moving more and more towards having local,
- 8:03Dave Hamilton: like the value of local models is not going down.
- 8:07Shannon Jean: Oh, no, I think it's increasing.
- 8:09Dave Hamilton: Oh, big time.
- 8:10Shannon Jean: Yeah. And I think people are also more comfortable with it. For sure.
- 8:17Shannon Jean: In the sense of like privacy stuff or sharing your data.
- 8:21Shannon Jean: And, you know, as those local models get better and better, I think they're
- 8:25Shannon Jean: just going to be more useful for everyday stuff that, like we were talking about
- 8:29Shannon Jean: before, different clots on it.
- 8:33Shannon Jean: The daily grind, questions, connections, you know, projects you're working on.
- 8:39Shannon Jean: I think it's a great development.
- 8:42Dave Hamilton: Yeah. Oh, it is. Yeah. Yeah, it's in it. I mean, with what Apple's doing,
- 8:47Dave Hamilton: like we're what a main part of what Apple's doing is putting local models on your iPhone.
- 8:53Dave Hamilton: In fact, your iPhone, if it's doing Apple intelligence even today,
- 8:57Dave Hamilton: like starting back in the fall or even before that. Yeah.
- 9:02Dave Hamilton: You're running a local model on your iPhone. The one in iOS 25 is not a particularly
- 9:07Dave Hamilton: good local model, but, you know, or what are we on now? We're on iOS 26. Sorry.
- 9:13Dave Hamilton: Yeah. The one in iOS 26 isn't particularly good. The one in iOS 27, much better.
- 9:18Dave Hamilton: Right. And I'm running the beta of that and seeing some of the benefits of that.
- 9:21Dave Hamilton: But a lot of that is local models. So, yeah, we're definitely heading down that
- 9:26Dave Hamilton: path, which I like. I think it's great. I do, too. Yeah. It's really good.
- 9:30Shannon Jean: I feel good about it.
- 9:31Dave Hamilton: I think we have some more things to talk about in the world of AI here but before
- 9:37Dave Hamilton: we do the next thing I want to talk about is our sponsors so let's.
- 9:42Dave Hamilton: Start with something every entrepreneur is quietly guilty of,
- 9:46Dave Hamilton: the password situation, right?
- 9:48Dave Hamilton: You've got the same one slightly modified across, what, like 40 accounts, right?
- 9:54Dave Hamilton: A sticky note somewhere you'd never admit to, and a forgot password link you
- 9:59Dave Hamilton: click way more than you'd like to admit.
- 10:02Dave Hamilton: We've all built our charmed little
- 10:04Dave Hamilton: business empires on a foundation of password one, two, three, right?
- 10:08Dave Hamilton: But with an exclamation point this time.
- 10:11Dave Hamilton: And that's exactly the door scammers walk right through, especially today.
- 10:16Dave Hamilton: And that's why Bitdefender stands out to me.
- 10:18Dave Hamilton: Bitdefender is a global leader in cybersecurity, and their ultimate small business
- 10:23Dave Hamilton: security is built for businesses with 25 or fewer employees who don't have an IT team on call.
- 10:30Dave Hamilton: What I really like is their built-in password manager, one master password,
- 10:34Dave Hamilton: right, and everything else is locked down properly across your whole team.
- 10:39Dave Hamilton: Pair that with AI-powered scam and fraud protection tuned for small business
- 10:43Dave Hamilton: attacks, dark web and identity monitoring,
- 10:46Dave Hamilton: unlimited VPN, and a single clean dashboard to run it all, and you've got real
- 10:51Dave Hamilton: protection without becoming the security department. Right.
- 10:55Dave Hamilton: Keep your small business safe with Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security
- 11:00Dave Hamilton: and save 30 percent when you go to Bitdefender dot com slash brain.
- 11:04Dave Hamilton: That's Bitdefender dot com slash brain for 30 percent off.
- 11:08Dave Hamilton: Check it out. And our thanks to Bitdefender for sponsoring this episode.
- 11:12Dave Hamilton: And here's a number that should make every entrepreneur sit up.
- 11:16Dave Hamilton: The people building real businesses today aren't waiting for permission,
- 11:20Dave Hamilton: a big launch, or a perfect moment, right? They're just starting.
- 11:25Dave Hamilton: And that's exactly what makes our sponsor, FanView, worth talking about on this show today.
- 11:32Dave Hamilton: FanView is a creator monetization platform where you build, grow,
- 11:36Dave Hamilton: and earn from your own digital content business, right? We always say every
- 11:40Dave Hamilton: business is in the content business.
- 11:42Dave Hamilton: And their whole model is beautifully simple. You create content,
- 11:46Dave Hamilton: you share it with subscribers, and they support you directly,
- 11:50Dave Hamilton: turning what you make into recurring, predictable income.
- 11:55Dave Hamilton: The part that fits our Charmed Life conversations best is how low the bar is to get in.
- 12:00Dave Hamilton: You don't need an existing audience. You don't need years of experience.
- 12:04Dave Hamilton: You don't need a following that you've spent a decade building.
- 12:07Dave Hamilton: You just need something worth sharing, and that works across basically any niche,
- 12:12Dave Hamilton: whether you're into fitness, finance,
- 12:14Dave Hamilton: cooking, coaching, or something that nobody's even thought of yet.
- 12:18Dave Hamilton: Their AI analytics show you exactly what's earning and what's growing,
- 12:22Dave Hamilton: so every move you make is backed by real data.
- 12:26Dave Hamilton: It scales entirely on your terms, and I'm fairly sure if I launched a fan view
- 12:31Dave Hamilton: tomorrow about my sock drawer, three people would subscribe by lunch. Maybe I'll try that.
- 12:36Dave Hamilton: Are you ready to start your own creator journey and make it big?
- 12:40Dave Hamilton: Visit fanview.com today and launch your career. That's F-A-N-V-U-E dot com.
- 12:47Dave Hamilton: Check it out. I think you're going to like it as much as we do.
- 12:49Dave Hamilton: And our thanks to Fanview for sponsoring this episode.
- 12:54Dave Hamilton: All right, Shannon. In the pre-show here, we were talking about a couple of
- 12:59Dave Hamilton: things. You mentioned a tool that I hadn't heard of before, this Supercut thing.
- 13:05Shannon Jean: Yeah. So I've talked about Loom on the show before. Yep, for sure. And the value of...
- 13:14Shannon Jean: Screen recordings to, one, make SOPs and share instructions with your team is
- 13:22Shannon Jean: incredible. And that's how I started using it.
- 13:25Shannon Jean: But then I started using Loom for tutorials and for sharing things.
- 13:30Shannon Jean: And then I started using it to reply to emails because if it was a long,
- 13:35Shannon Jean: complex, I seem to be surrounded by a lot of people that if you put more than
- 13:39Shannon Jean: one topic in an email, it doesn't quite work very good. Yes, I guess, for sure.
- 13:45Shannon Jean: So I started recording looms and go, oh, hey, I appreciate it,
- 13:48Shannon Jean: yada, yada, yada. We do this kind of thing. It was really great.
- 13:51Shannon Jean: Then one of the folks on my team recommended Supercut, and that's at supercut.ai.
- 13:59Shannon Jean: It's another screen recording app.
- 14:02Shannon Jean: I would share my screen with you, but I'm on low data mode, and it's not going to work.
- 14:06Dave Hamilton: There's no video version of this episode, so it wouldn't go anywhere anyway.
- 14:10Shannon Jean: Exactly, exactly. So the beauty of this app, one of the things I like is it
- 14:16Shannon Jean: allows you, this was what got me into it, and it sounds very simple, but it's not.
- 14:21Shannon Jean: It allows you to reposition and change the shape of your head as you're talking
- 14:27Shannon Jean: with the screen behind you.
- 14:29Shannon Jean: And that doesn't sound like a lot, but it is. Because sometimes when you're
- 14:32Shannon Jean: recording, being in the top or the lower right is just not as good.
- 14:35Dave Hamilton: It's the wrong spot. Yeah.
- 14:37Shannon Jean: It's the wrong spot. So Supercut, you can move it around everywhere.
- 14:41Shannon Jean: The other thing I really like is it allows you just to record.
- 14:46Shannon Jean: You can choose. I'm going to just record my face. I'm going to record this window.
- 14:51Shannon Jean: I'm going to do the whole desktop.
- 14:54Shannon Jean: It's very flexible. And finally, what really sold me is their AI editor is very, very good. And
- 15:05Shannon Jean: One of the ways that it really stands out to me is that as you create this screen
- 15:10Shannon Jean: recording and your head's in the corner or wherever you're going to put it,
- 15:13Shannon Jean: but with the Supercut AI, it changes the viewpoint.
- 15:18Shannon Jean: When it can tell there's like a lull in what you're doing, show your full face,
- 15:25Shannon Jean: full screen, and then it'll change back to the screen recording.
- 15:29Shannon Jean: And then it'll bring it up again in a few minutes. So it keeps the interest of the viewer.
- 15:33Dave Hamilton: I was going to say, it's built to be that, I mean, I was going to say conversational,
- 15:38Dave Hamilton: one-sidedly conversational, but still engaging maybe is a better way.
- 15:42Shannon Jean: Yeah, and I really like it, and it allows you to, the editor is very easy to use in a web browser.
- 15:51Shannon Jean: They also just released uh an mcp for claude and whatever ai you want to use
- 15:57Shannon Jean: it with so i can get into uh
- 16:00Shannon Jean: and do other things that you know with the day with my recordings up there um
- 16:05Shannon Jean: so i i still like loom but uh they got bought by like at lazian i think
- 16:11Dave Hamilton: Oh is it lazian yeah yeah okay.
- 16:12Shannon Jean: Yeah and so you know their the price went up and it's about 40 bucks a month
- 16:16Shannon Jean: now but it's not that that got me to switch. It's these other features that
- 16:20Shannon Jean: I really like. And I just think they're scrappy.
- 16:22Shannon Jean: It's a smaller company out of Germany, I think.
- 16:27Shannon Jean: You ask a question and it's really quick and they help you figure stuff out.
- 16:30Shannon Jean: So you can share it with your team. They have a thing called Stacks and you
- 16:34Shannon Jean: just assign people to I want them to access this stack of videos and you drag
- 16:38Shannon Jean: them in there. So it's great. It's a part of my workflow. I use it.
- 16:43Dave Hamilton: How is it? I have to ask because I...
- 16:48Dave Hamilton: I utterly dislike when I'm messaging with someone and they send me a voice text back.
- 16:55Dave Hamilton: I get it. But the problem is now I have to consume this in, you know,
- 17:00Dave Hamilton: I mean, it might not have to be real time, but it's one and a half time or something.
- 17:04Dave Hamilton: But I have to be in an environment where I can listen and to a voice text.
- 17:11Dave Hamilton: And certainly then now with this, I have to be able to watch.
- 17:13Dave Hamilton: That's very different than reading an email.
- 17:16Dave Hamilton: And yes i and i i wind up not listening to those messages like i have i have one.
- 17:24Dave Hamilton: Person i work with in particular who just loves sending voice messages,
- 17:28Dave Hamilton: and so it's maybe once a week that i get to,
- 17:31Dave Hamilton: sort of consume their podcast that they've written for me you know they recorded
- 17:36Dave Hamilton: for me and yeah yeah it it really is an imposition
- 17:41Dave Hamilton: when i get something like that it's like we have a text conversation going here
- 17:45Dave Hamilton: be it you know via text message or email or whatever and then suddenly it's
- 17:48Dave Hamilton: like hey i've decided to move this to a you know an audio thing,
- 17:53Dave Hamilton: and it's like oh yeah like i i guess i guess what i'm asking or what i'm what
- 17:59Dave Hamilton: i'm saying here is this might actually,
- 18:03Dave Hamilton: not serve the purpose that you wanted it to serve because so right because you
- 18:08Dave Hamilton: know you said people don't read emails that or don't,
- 18:12Dave Hamilton: ingest emails that have more than one topic in them and i i agree with that
- 18:18Dave Hamilton: uh but will people ingest these even less.
- 18:23Shannon Jean: Yeah so i've had
- 18:27Shannon Jean: uh well first i've had
- 18:29Shannon Jean: It's not, you can't use it for everyone, right? And everything.
- 18:32Shannon Jean: But there are times where I have sent a response and it's just a link.
- 18:38Shannon Jean: It's not like I'm sending them this thing. They can just, and I tell them,
- 18:42Shannon Jean: hey, this was a little bit more complicated. So I just wanted to record this
- 18:47Shannon Jean: and walk you through this or present this thing this way.
- 18:51Shannon Jean: So I just give them the link so they can use it on their time, on their terms.
- 18:57Shannon Jean: It automatically creates captions, so they don't have to be able to listen out loud.
- 19:02Shannon Jean: They can just, you know, follow along. And I probably, thinking about it,
- 19:06Shannon Jean: I probably use it in Slack more than I even do in email, where somebody will
- 19:11Shannon Jean: ask a question or raise a topic
- 19:14Shannon Jean: and I'll create the thing. So I think it's definitely situational.
- 19:18Shannon Jean: Yes. You don't want to overly complicate things if you can answer something quickly.
- 19:23Shannon Jean: Don't use it for this. And that's kind of, it's probably not even a tertiary use of it.
- 19:31Shannon Jean: The main way I use it are for SOPs and for tutorials and weekly wrap-ups,
- 19:39Shannon Jean: that kind of thing. I do it for my team each week and what we got done,
- 19:43Shannon Jean: what worked, what didn't. I think it's pretty powerful.
- 19:46Dave Hamilton: Yeah, I agree. I can see it just like with Loom.
- 19:50Dave Hamilton: But there are scenarios where it is 100% the best way to do something.
- 19:58Dave Hamilton: I guess I would caution people to don't default to it.
- 20:02Dave Hamilton: And in the same breath, be aware of when you wind up shifting a conversation
- 20:09Dave Hamilton: from text to audio because it could work against you, I guess.
- 20:16Shannon Jean: Yes, I agree. I do know of a couple of people that are using it for
- 20:25Shannon Jean: like on LinkedIn to connect with people and act surprisingly,
- 20:29Shannon Jean: because that would annoy me, I would think, to your point, your example, surprise.
- 20:33Shannon Jean: They come back and say they have a very high conversion rate versus just sending a text message.
- 20:40Dave Hamilton: I can see that.
- 20:41Shannon Jean: Yeah. So it's another one of those things to experiment with and see how it works and track it.
- 20:45Shannon Jean: And the nice thing about Supercut is you get the data with it,
- 20:48Shannon Jean: too. If you're just sharing the link, you get alerted.
- 20:52Shannon Jean: Somebody watched it. They can comment right on it. So you can have a discussion
- 20:56Shannon Jean: next to the video if you want. But I like it. It's good. It works great for me.
- 21:01Dave Hamilton: That's good. Yeah, I'm glad. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It totally makes sense.
- 21:06Dave Hamilton: And I like some of the features that you were describing there. That's good. Yeah.
- 21:10Shannon Jean: That's awesome.
- 21:11Dave Hamilton: All right. Well, we need to decide what our big takeaway from this episode is.
- 21:20Dave Hamilton: We talked about Sonnet. We talked about Open Claw. We talked about Supercut.
- 21:23Dave Hamilton: We didn't really talk about any concepts, but...
- 21:26Dave Hamilton: But we did. Yeah, I guess we did, didn't we?
- 21:29Shannon Jean: We did. I think the local LLM is the big takeaway for me on this episode, because
