A Maplewood teen, just 17, is facing adult charges after allegedly murdering her 43-year-old mother with a hammer — the deadly blow sparked by a simple phone dispute. Surveillance footage allegedly shows the teen leaving with a garbage bag and later with the weapon before vanishing from the apartment complex.
