- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello everyone, and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm
- 0:04your host, Bobby Capuci, and this is a morning update.
- 0:10We're going to talk a little bit more about the
- 0:13plea deal in Florida. Now we know that the Eleventh
- 0:19Circuit Court just heard the appeal from Courtney Wilde and
- 0:24Paul Cassell to try and have this NPA overturned. Well,
- 0:30an article from the Palm Beach Post is really digging
- 0:37to the heart of the matter, and the heart of
- 0:40the matter is that the Palm Beach County Prosecutor's office
- 0:46worked in conjunction with the defense of Jeffrey Epstein to
- 0:53make sure that these girls didn't get justice. Now, I've
- 0:58talked about this from almost the very beginning, right how
- 1:03the Epstein legal team and his CONGLOMERATEI of powerful lawyers
- 1:10were able to put a significant amount of pressure on
- 1:15the state prosecutors, and they were able to control the
- 1:19narrative and get their client, Jeffrey Epstein, one of the
- 1:24most prolific sex traffickers and child abusers in the history
- 1:29of this country. Well, they were able to let him
- 1:35get that nice NPA, catch a nice cushy jail sentence,
- 1:41and the girls that were abused once again were just ignored.
- 1:51And this new article today from the Palm Beach Post
- 1:55delves into that, and it talks about how the high
- 2:00profile lawyers from Jeffrey Epstein's team were able to use
- 2:05their significant amount of influence to push this case in
- 2:09a way that they wanted, and the saddest part is
- 2:14the state prosecutors went along with it. This article was
- 2:23published by the Palm Beach Post the headline Jeffrey Epstein
- 2:28case PBC's state attorney worked with defense to undercut Feds.
- 2:33The report says this article was authored by Jane Musgrave
- 2:41and that headline alone is enough to make you want
- 2:43to beat your head off of a wall. Right, How
- 2:48in the hell does the state attorney's office work with
- 2:51the defense to undercut the feds? And furthermore, how are
- 2:55the FEDS led by spineless bitch ass Acosta getting run
- 3:02roughshot by a local attorney's office. From the moment federal
- 3:10prosecutors were handed the Jeffrey Epstein case, they didn't trust
- 3:14Palm Beach County State Attorney Barry Krisher. Yeah, I don't
- 3:19blame them, right, you know, Barry Krisher is the guy
- 3:21that tried to throw Rush Limbaugh in jail for a
- 3:24bazillion years over being a drug addict. Now, I don't
- 3:28care what you think about Rush Limbaugh one way or
- 3:30the other. But if you're going to pursue somebody for
- 3:33having a drug addiction as as hard as they pursued
- 3:39Rush Limbaugh, you would think the same prosecutor would be
- 3:42just as worried about someone like Jeffrey Epstein conducting all
- 3:46sorts of crimes against children. Right, you would think that
- 3:51it would be the same kind of hard charging, I'm
- 3:54gonna throw you in jail the rest of your life attitude.
- 3:56But we certainly didn't see that from Barry Krisher. In fact,
- 4:00we saw Barry Krisher attempt to get Jeffrey Epstein pretty
- 4:03much off. But even though federal prosecutors believed Krisher had
- 4:10intentionally torpedoed the case, they took the rare and misguided
- 4:15step of putting him in the driver's seat. You see,
- 4:18this is why none of it adds up, Right, The
- 4:21Feds never defer to local like this in a case
- 4:24like this, But yet they deferred to the local prosecutor
- 4:29and let Jeffrey Epstein face state charges instead, If anyone
- 4:34thinks that that was a decision that was made by
- 4:37Acosta on his own without calling his buddy, mister Mukesy
- 4:42frantically and frequently, you're not paying attention to how all
- 4:46of this bureaucracy works. Instead of vigorously pursuing and the
- 4:52politically connected financier pedophile on charges that he sexually assaulted
- 4:58dozens of teens at his Palm Beach mansion, Krisher joined
- 5:02hands with Epstein's defense team and undermined federal prosecutor's efforts.
- 5:09I've talked about the Federal Prosecutor's office in Palm Beach
- 5:14for a while, and I think that they played a
- 5:17huge role here. Obviously, I think the OKA came down
- 5:20from uh Mukasey's office, but I think that the Palm
- 5:25Beach office here was very significant in the deal that
- 5:32Jeffrey Epstein ended up getting. I think that the State's
- 5:37Attorney's office, even I'll take it a step further. I
- 5:39think Krisher in the State's Attorney's office went to bat
- 5:42for Jeffrey Epstein. Now do I have direct evidence of that. No,
- 5:46I don't. I can't provide that evidence for you. Unfortunately,
- 5:50but all the pieces fit together. And when we keep
- 5:54getting articles like this after the fact, when we add
- 5:57more context to this story after the fact, things start
- 6:01to emerge, right, things definitely start to emerge. And it looks,
- 6:07at least to me that the State's Attorney's office was
- 6:13playing ball with Jeffrey Epstein. And I don't see how
- 6:19anyone cannot see that at this point. The conclusions detailed
- 6:26in a three hundred page report of an investigation by
- 6:29the US Justice Department paint a damning picture of both
- 6:32Christian's duplicity and federal prosecutors being naive that I wouldn't
- 6:40even die. I can't even say that, I don't even think.
- 6:43I won't say that the federal prosecutors are naive, and
- 6:46I won't even say they're negligent. I'll say they're just lost. Right,
- 6:52they're easily guided from up high when they get a
- 6:56call from the Attorney General's office. These dudes aren't willing
- 7:00to risk all of that static right, They're not willing
- 7:02to risk the chance of never attaining whatever political position
- 7:07they have their eye on, so they play ball. Muksey's
- 7:13office contacts Acosta's office, and then Acosta's office tells Chrisher, Hey, look,
- 7:19the ball's in your court, my boss. You know, this
- 7:22is the way we decided to go after this case.
- 7:26And the ball is in your court court, mister Krisher.
- 7:30That is such a rare occurrence for the federal government
- 7:34to pass off providence like that. The federal government wants
- 7:39that feather in their cap, right, the federal prosecutors want
- 7:42that feather in their cap. They want to take down
- 7:45the big game, like Jeffrey Epstein. Why in the hell
- 7:47would they pass it off to Krisher, unless, of course,
- 7:51there was some sort of bargain worked out behind the scenes.
- 7:59The twenty two month long investigation by the Office of
- 8:01Professional Responsibility cleared former South Florida US Attorney Alex Acosta
- 8:07and his top lieutenants of wrongdoing in connection with their
- 8:10handling of the solicious case that began more than fifteen
- 8:15years ago. And I always expected that, right, cover your ass.
- 8:19The Department of just Us is always going to protect
- 8:23their uh shitbag employees like Acosta. They're gonna do their
- 8:28best to protect them. And that's what you saw in
- 8:31this report. Right. Oh, we made some mistakes, there was
- 8:34some bad decision making, but nothing to damning right. Nothing
- 8:38that's going to get Acosta hemmed up, nothing that's going
- 8:41to get some bracelets tossed on his bitch ass, you see,
- 8:45because if they did that, then the whole entire operations
- 8:48in jeopardy. Right now, he's ratting out Mukasey or Philippe
- 8:53or whoever it was that passed these UH orders down
- 8:57to him. We know that Mukasey's off signed off on
- 9:01the deal, and we know that Mark Philippe signed off
- 9:05on the deal. So if they went after a Costa
- 9:10right and tried to hold him responsible in this report,
- 9:13they'd have to go all the way up the top.
- 9:15And the just US Department certainly isn't setting that precedent, folks.
- 9:21Since Chrishier doesn't work for the Justice Department, it offered
- 9:24no opinions about his conduct. Under investigation by the Florida
- 9:28Department of Law Enforcement for his actions, he declined to
- 9:32detail his decision making to investigators or comment for this story. Yeah, well,
- 9:37no shit, Chrisher is the last guy that should be
- 9:40opening his mouth at this point. Everybody knows that Krisher
- 9:45dropped the ball. Everybody knows that his office acted like
- 9:51the three stooges times one hundred. Everybody knows that his
- 9:58office let Jeffrey Epstein walk. The report comes one year
- 10:07after the Palm Beach Post, in an investigation called the
- 10:10First Failure, detailed how Krisher crippled his own case by
- 10:14working with the defense and treating Epstein's teenage survivors like
- 10:19prostitutes instead of victims of sexual assault. And we see
- 10:23the same strategy popping up again now right as they
- 10:27try and go hard to discredit Virginia. And it's the
- 10:32same story this time around, except for one crucial factor.
- 10:38The prosecution isn't sitting behind the scenes with Jeffrey with
- 10:42Gilay Maxwell's scumbag lawyers and working out some kind of
- 10:46ridiculous deal like the state prosecutors did. That's not going
- 10:52to happen this time around, thankfully. But the first time,
- 11:00and the strategy of calling them prostitutes and only one
- 11:04of the witnesses speaking before the grand jury, that could
- 11:08have never happened without the State Prosecutor's office signing off
- 11:12on it and being on board. So the State Prosecutor's office,
- 11:17like I've said for a very long time, should really
- 11:20bear the brunt of all of this and people like
- 11:24Chrishier and even Villa Fauna, who people who have tried
- 11:27to lionize as of late, are all responsible for this.
- 11:32In my opinion, at some point, you have to say
- 11:36to yourself, enough is enough. If you're a prosecutor here
- 11:40or you're involved in the case to set the state
- 11:42level and you know it stinks to high heaven, you
- 11:45got to come out all guns blazing and you go
- 11:48to the media, whatever it takes. If you lose your job,
- 11:53then so be it. Some things are more important in
- 11:55my opinion, and it seems like a lot of people,
- 11:59especially in the world of politics, have seemed to forgotten that.
- 12:05While investigators found no evidence that federal prosecutors violated any
- 12:09professional codes or criminal laws, they said Acosta showed extremely
- 12:14bad judgment by placing his faith in Krisher. Again, do
- 12:19you really think Acosta made that decision on his own.
- 12:23You think Acosta woke up one day and said, look,
- 12:25we're just going to pass this case off. That's it.
- 12:27I'm making that executive call. That is not what happened.
- 12:32Acosta doesn't have the power to make that call. None
- 12:35of these states attorneys do, none of these attorney generals do.
- 12:41All of that stuff gets kicked up high station chiefs,
- 12:44bureau chiefs, all the way up to the directors, all
- 12:47the way up to whoever the man is that on
- 12:49the top. That's how these things are handled. When we're
- 12:56dealing with somebody like Jeffrey Epstein, or we're dealing with
- 12:59somebody like Elaine Maxwell, it's not made. The decisions aren't
- 13:03made by mid level bureaucrats. Too sensitive, and it's a
- 13:09political hot potato. So Acosta letting Krisher run the ball
- 13:21here and control the offense was not a decision that
- 13:25was made by Acosta. If Acosta tried to make that
- 13:30decision on his own and his bosses didn't like it,
- 13:33do you really think they wouldn't have shut it down.
- 13:36Of course they would have, even after the longtime state
- 13:43attorney showed he shouldn't be considered a reliable partner. Acosta
- 13:47continued to let Krisher make key decisions about a controversial
- 13:51federal non prosecution agreement. And again it just goes to
- 13:57show you that the federal government is not as interested,
- 14:07shall we say, and going after the so called elite
- 14:12as they would be going after you. You would be
- 14:17in prison for a million years if this was any
- 14:20of you out there, but Jeffrey Epstein. Nah, we'll pass
- 14:25that off to the state's attorneys, three stooges of an office,
- 14:29and we'll let them uh yok yok yok yok yok
- 14:31themselves around the case all day, and we'll just have
- 14:34our hands off, you know, here at the federal prosecutor's office.
- 14:37We'll just kick back and let you prosecute this high
- 14:39profile case and we'll just you know, eat some sandwiches
- 14:42and act like fools. I just I cannot believe for
- 14:49one second that this is a decision that was just
- 14:52made by spineless ass bitch Assacosta. I am sorry, but
- 14:56I think that is just scratching the surface, and that
- 14:59is no nowhere near deep enough for us to get
- 15:03the answers that we need in this specific situation. Acosta
- 15:12blindly handed authority to Krisher to craft the crucial parts
- 15:15of the secret Epstein deal that allowed Epstein to escape
- 15:18a sixty count federal indictment as long as he pleaded
- 15:22guilty to two state prosecution charges. Let me read that
- 15:25for you again. Sixty count federal indictment turned into two
- 15:31state prostitution charges. You really think that Acosta has that power.
- 15:37He just waves a magic wand and all of those
- 15:39felonies go away, sixty federal indictments go away, zero chance, folks.
- 15:47And I know I'm sorry that I'm driving that point
- 15:50home so often, but I see so many people so
- 15:53many times turning their ire completely onto Costa. And as
- 15:59I've said, he does deserves it right. He deserves to
- 16:01be maligned, he deserves to be ridiculed, and he deserves
- 16:05to be hammered in the press. But it shouldn't stop there.
- 16:10Remember what I'm always talking about. The pitchforks and the
- 16:15torches need to focus their rage at the right people
- 16:18and mid level bureaucrats. While it might make us feel
- 16:22good if they get toppled, if they lose their jobs,
- 16:27if they know they get caught up in an embarrassing
- 16:30scene and they're caught, it might make us feel good,
- 16:33but at the end of the day, they'll just be
- 16:35replaced by another mid level bureaucrat until we get to
- 16:39the real problem, Until we get to the real meat
- 16:43in this dish, and that's the people that provide all
- 16:48of this money to these politicians.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Until we focus.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Our ir on them and our rage at them. This
- 16:55is a story that's just going to continue to replay
- 16:58over and over and over again because you can take
- 17:02out all the mid level operatives you want, like Acosta,
- 17:05but the real problem are the people above them. While
- 17:15investigators said the non prosecution agreement was unjustified and ill
- 17:19advised from the outset, any hope that it would lead
- 17:22to real punishment for Epstein disappeared when Acosta seated authority
- 17:27to Krisher as a fourth term state attorney. Krisher knew
- 17:31the rules of Florida criminal justice system. Federal prosecutors did not. Well,
- 17:37that's a cop out. I don't even want to hear that. Shit.
- 17:39This is the federal government we're talking about. They could
- 17:42have had a local attorney, state state attorney general, or
- 17:47a state prosecutor on retainer to walk them through the.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Loopholes of the legal ease of the state statutes.
- 17:57Speaker 1: But they didn't. They let Krisher and his office have
- 18:03the reins. They let Krisher and his office do the
- 18:06damn thing. And what that did was it added another
- 18:11layer of plausible deniability for the f heads at the
- 18:16top of the CIA and the FBI. Right, that's what
- 18:19they always want layer upon layer upon layer. Like any
- 18:23organized crime enterprise. Krisher used his knowledge, so loopholes were
- 18:30in the agreement that Epstein, with the help of his
- 18:33high powered legal team, was able to exploit. Look, Krisher
- 18:37needs to be held accountable, folks. He needs to go
- 18:39to jail. That's my honest opinion of this guy. He
- 18:43was a key cog in what happened here. Without him
- 18:46and his meddling, Epstein would it would have been in
- 18:50prison for a million years. But Krisher, at the behest
- 18:55of the federal prosecutors, put his fingers into the pie,
- 19:00mixed it all up, pulled his fingers out, and we
- 19:05were left with a shit pie. Evidence repeatedly showed that
- 19:11Krisher was predisposed to manipulating the process in Epstein's favor.
- 19:15Investigators wrote, this is all damning stuff, right, And while
- 19:20we covered the initial drop of the DOJ investigation, this
- 19:28goes deeper into the state level. And as you all know,
- 19:31I've always thought that at the state level was where
- 19:35the real big problem was here. And I think that
- 19:39Krisher needs to be arrested. And I don't say that lightly,
- 19:43right in my opinion, Chrisher needs to be charged with
- 19:47some sort of negligence in this case or something. There
- 19:52has to be a way for him to be punished
- 19:56and to face some sort of repercussions for his behavior.
- 20:00You can't be in a position like he was in
- 20:02can conduct yourself the way he did and get off
- 20:05scott free. There's no way in hell that that should occur,
- 20:08in my opinion. For instance, because language in the agreement
- 20:15wasn't clear, Epstein was housed at the Palm Beach County Stockade,
- 20:20a minimum security facility that was known for its lacks rules,
- 20:24instead of at the county jail, as federal prosecutors intended.
- 20:28So again, remember when we're out there and you see
- 20:33people yiping, yawn and hawing about Acosta, and they're so
- 20:37adamant that it's just a costa and it was all
- 20:40his fault and all his Remember this article that we're
- 20:43reading here, and refer back to it if you must.
- 20:47The state prosecutor's office in this case has and always
- 20:53will be the biggest problem here. Even though federal prosecutors
- 21:02insisted he be locked up continuously, Epstein was approved for
- 21:06work release. He was allowed to leave his cell for
- 21:09twelve hours a day, six days a week to work
- 21:12at his Florida Science Foundation, even after federal prosecutors provided
- 21:17strong evidence that the operation was a sham. So imagine
- 21:24putting yourself in Epstein's shoes, right, slip it around. You're
- 21:28the scumbag Epstein. You're You're going to you know, you
- 21:31get arrested for something. Do you really think you'd get
- 21:35the privilege of being in this stockade, low level, able
- 21:40to leave your leave the jail cell for twelve hours
- 21:44a day, six days a week, go to work, you know,
- 21:46all of that jazz. Do you think you would have
- 21:48ever been afforded those rights, especially being charged and convicted
- 21:53of the crimes Epstein was. But yet he gets all
- 22:00all these special privileges afford it to him by Barry Krisher.
- 22:07And then the Feds will say, well, we handed it
- 22:10off to Chrisher's state department. State prosecutors sludes their fault,
- 22:15and then the state prosecutors blame the federal prosecutors, and
- 22:18we have this hodgepodge of bullshit. Get that stupid report
- 22:22that comes out blah blah blah blah blah blah, And
- 22:26the only people that are holding anyone accountable are the
- 22:31local papers in Florida. It would seem the Palm Beach
- 22:34Post has been great about this. They've been all over
- 22:37this proportion of the case from the beginning, and they
- 22:41have been of the same mind as myself when it
- 22:45comes to Barry Krisher and his office. There are big
- 22:50time villains in this story. In my opinion, what sort
- 22:53of disgusting prosecutor works behind the scenes with a scumbag
- 22:58like Jeffrey Epstein to try and undermine the allegations of
- 23:04these little girls. If that doesn't get you fired up, folks,
- 23:11you better check your pulse.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Further.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Epstein was able to circumvent what Acosta described as one
- 23:21of the most crucial parts of the agreement. When Acosta
- 23:25agreed not to pursue federal charges, he said he wanted
- 23:28to make sure Epstein was forced to register as a
- 23:31sex offender so he couldn't continue to pray on teenage
- 23:34girls anymore. However, when Christier charged Epstein with soliciting of
- 23:40a minor for prostitution, he chose a victim who was sixteen,
- 23:44even though evidence showed at least one of the teens
- 23:47he molested was fourteen. The survivor's age made a difference.
- 23:52Investigators wrote, of course it did. The older the girl
- 23:56is the less the charges are going to be right.
- 24:00Them using the sixteen year old and not the fourteen
- 24:02year old got Jeffrey Epstein. The lesser charges meanwhile protected
- 24:08him and threw all of these little girls under the bus.
- 24:13And when I say little girls here, folks, we're not
- 24:14talking about eighteen or nineteen, we're talking about fourteen, fifteen,
- 24:18and sixteen. We're talking about the Palm Beach portion of
- 24:23this sixth son of a bitch's disgusting criminal crime spree
- 24:32fourteen years old and Krisher, this disgusting, smarmy scumbag son
- 24:38of a bitch, uses the sixteen year old instead to
- 24:42manipulate the ruling by the court.
- 24:49Speaker 2: It met that it met.
- 24:50Speaker 1: The Palm Beach resident, who also had homes in New York,
- 24:53New Mexico, the Virgin Islands in Paris, didn't have to
- 24:57register as a sex offender when he visited his sprawling
- 25:00ranch in New Mexico. The edge of consent in New
- 25:03Mexico is sixteen. So again, right back to New Mexico,
- 25:09all roads lead to Zoro Ranch. Don't they funny? How
- 25:14that place has still never been raided. Huh, But that's okay.
- 25:17I'm headed back there in February, I think, or March
- 25:22one or the other, probably the end of February, like
- 25:24I've thought, and I'm going to do some more investigating.
- 25:29I'm going to spend some more time at the Santa
- 25:31Fe Institute. I'm going to drive down to Los Alamos
- 25:34and get an idea of just how far that is
- 25:36from Epstein's ranch. And I have a few other irons
- 25:41in the fire down in New Mexico. As we speak,
- 25:45Hopefully I'll be able to talk to my sources down
- 25:47there again. Hopefully that occurs, Hopefully they'll be able to
- 25:51be available. And I have also been talking to a
- 25:53couple of new sources in New Mexico that certainly have
- 26:00a tale to tell. Epstein bought the ranch in New
- 26:06Mexico with this in mind. He knew the age of
- 26:09consent laws. He could have had a ranch in.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Nevada or Colorado, or he.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Could have had a ranch anywhere. He chose New Mexico.
- 26:17A because it's close to the Santa Fe Institute and
- 26:20Los ale and b because of these laws. After Epstein
- 26:28was found hanged in a Manhattan jail cell. In twenty nineteen,
- 26:31while facing multiple charges of child sex trafficking, New York
- 26:35prosecutor said he had exploited teens at his ten thousand
- 26:39acres Zoro Ranch near Santa Fe. So where is the subpoenas,
- 26:44Where are the warrants to kick in the door and
- 26:47wave in your four or four? Where's any of that
- 26:50in Zoro Ranch? How come that's not occurring? And folks,
- 26:55by the way, if you notice, I haven't even talked
- 26:57about the nonsense that people the per SnO said we.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Saw Jeffrey Epstein drive up to our gate.
- 27:04Speaker 1: That did not occur, okay, And it makes everybody look
- 27:08like a whack job when you have these people out
- 27:10there making those sorts of allegations. So do better. If
- 27:14you're out there and you're protesting at Zoro Ranch, I
- 27:17totally support that for sure. But don't make up any wild,
- 27:20weird conspiracy theories. Okay, Please, we have enough real shit
- 27:24that's mind blowing in this case that wild made up
- 27:27conspiracy theories aren't needed. Save it for your Reddit, can't
- 27:33sleep thread, or whatever the hell it is you got
- 27:35going on. Krisher was aware that different states have different
- 27:41rules for sex registration because one of Epstein's attorneys explained
- 27:45it to him in a two thousand and six letter.
- 27:47Investigators said, Unfortunately, they said Acosta and his team didn't
- 27:53do the same research, or they didn't they ignored it.
- 28:00That's not possible. You really think they didn't do their research. Huh.
- 28:04Pretty sure they did their research, but they just ignored it.
- 28:09More significantly, Krisher misled federal prosecutors about what state charge
- 28:13would require Epstein to register as a sex offender. It
- 28:17was Epstein's own legal team that contradicted Krisher's erranus assertion
- 28:23in time, so the correct charge was filed. Imagine that
- 28:27this guy's such a bumbling idiot, such a buffoon, that
- 28:32the defense had to fix his filing charge to make
- 28:36sure it was the right one. So there was no
- 28:39prosecutors in this case the first time around, folks, Not
- 28:42at all. It was the state of Florida, the federal government,
- 28:47Jeffrey Epstein and his high profile lawyers against poor girls
- 28:51from broken homes who had nobody standing up as their surrogate,
- 28:56who had nobody standing up for their rights, had a
- 29:00court system who failed them, a prosecutor who did not
- 29:03care and unfortunately a populace who was left in the
- 29:09dark due to the negligence of the legacy media. How
- 29:15in the hell is this non prosecution agreement still standing yet?
- 29:25Despite this evidence, which at least suggested that the state
- 29:28authorities should not have been considered to be a reliable
- 29:31partner in enforcing the NPA, Acosta did not alter his
- 29:35decision about proceeding with a process that depended completely on
- 29:40state authorities for its successful execution. Investigators wrote again, I
- 29:45don't believe it was a costa. I believe and this
- 29:49is me being cynical again, right, I believe that the
- 29:52Department of Justice and the federal prosecutors' offices wanted it
- 29:59to look like this, Right. They wanted it to look
- 30:03like the state government flubbed the ball. If it ever
- 30:06came back to haunt them. They're certainly not going to
- 30:11make it look like it. They screwed the pooch, right,
- 30:15So Acosta was left holding the bag as the front man,
- 30:19for sure. But really, I've said it from the beginning.
- 30:22I truly believe that the State Prosecutors' Office's office here
- 30:27needs to be fully eviscerated. They need to be held
- 30:33to account for what they did, folks, and for the
- 30:35way they conducted themselves. There's no prosecutor's office in the
- 30:38whole entire country that should be taking the side of
- 30:41a sex offender over the fourteen fifteen, sixteen year old
- 30:45high school girls that he or she abused. That should
- 30:49never occur. These prosecutors should be the biggest advocates for
- 30:54these girls once the case is brought. They shouldn't be
- 30:57working behind the scenes to undermine them or their case.
- 31:05At first, Krisher was gung ho. That many believed Krisher
- 31:09had no interest in prosecuting Epstein for learning teens to
- 31:13his home for sex should come as no surprise to Acosta,
- 31:16who stepped down as US Labor Secretary in twenty nineteen
- 31:21after questions were raised about the sweetheart deal he helped negotiate.
- 31:26The case was brought to Acosta's office by Palm Beach
- 31:30Police Chief Michael Ryder, whose agency had uncovered Epstein's lurid
- 31:34scheme during a year long investigation, and Michael Ryder was
- 31:38one of the only heroes in this whole entire storid ordeal.
- 31:42In my opinion, Michael Ryder was one of the good
- 31:45guys he brought this case to light. He went after
- 31:51Krisher's office after they didn't want to send it up
- 31:55top after they were going easy on Epstein, and the
- 32:01chief writer was a hard charging man who really wanted
- 32:07to get to the truth of this. While Chrisher was
- 32:13initially gung ho about pursuing the case, writers said the
- 32:16state attorney's enthusiasm quickly waned after Epstein's lawyers peppered him
- 32:21with the teens MySpace pages, which they used to portray
- 32:24the girls as willing participants and worse, Krisher decided their
- 32:28claims weren't incredible, writer said, you know, I got news
- 32:31for you. If this was my kid and this asshole
- 32:35state's attorney prosecutor here tried to use their MySpace page
- 32:40to demean them and undermine their credibility, it would have
- 32:44been on. I would have gotten a contempt of court
- 32:47charge and I would have had to been escorted out
- 32:50of that court. I would have lost my shit. Furthermore,
- 32:55I would have worked as hard as possible for the
- 32:58rest of my life to make sure that Krishna and
- 33:00company were held responsible. Assistance Date attorney Lana bell Holovak
- 33:08told investigators there simply wasn't enough evidence to charge Epstein
- 33:12with unlawful sexual activity with a miner and lude and
- 33:16lascivious molestation of a miner as police wanted. Bullshit, absolute bullshit,
- 33:22a mountain load high. We're talking everests stacked on top
- 33:28of everest high. There was no evidence. Huh, unbelievable. Instead,
- 33:38she said, Instead, she said, she offered to let Epstein
- 33:41plead guilty to a charge of aggravated assault. While he
- 33:45wouldn't have to serve any jail time, he wouldn't be
- 33:47allowed to have any unsupervised contact with miners during his
- 33:51five year probation. Epstein rejected the offer, of course he did.
- 33:56Look how easy that would have been. No jail time
- 34:00and he wouldn't be allowed to hang out with unsupervised
- 34:02miners in his five years. Well that's okay, because don't worry.
- 34:08Glenn and Eva Dubin will let you hang out with
- 34:10their daughter, Uncle Jeffy. What sort of deals worthies? Right?
- 34:16We went from sixty federal accounts to aggravated assault. I mean,
- 34:23how can anyone look at this and not see that
- 34:25this is completely fed, that this has not been completely
- 34:28and utterly manipulated. But Now the house of cards is
- 34:36tumbling down, folks. We used to just we had a
- 34:40peek in the window. Now because of independent content creators
- 34:46and investigative journalists that have worked hard on this case,
- 34:50it's not just a little piece of the curtain that's
- 34:52been pulled back.
- 34:53Speaker 2: We've pulled the whole.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Damn curtain back, and everyone's getting a whole, big eye
- 35:00full of the filth on the other side. Later, Krisher
- 35:07convened a grand jury that indicted Epstein on a single
- 35:11charge of solicitation of prostitution. There wasn't any recognition that
- 35:15he paid women as young as fourteen, women girls as
- 35:19young as fourteen to give him massages that led to disrobing, fondling,
- 35:24and sex.
- 35:26Speaker 2: We're talking fourteen years old, folks. Fourteen year old girls
- 35:30come into his house for massages, fondling, and sex. If
- 35:34you throw out everything that we've discussed after Palm Beach,
- 35:38even him delaying Maxwell and the rest of them should
- 35:41be in prison for the rest of their lives, never
- 35:44mind adding on all of the other crimes that were
- 35:46committed elsewhere and the financial crimes on top of that.
- 35:50Just what happened in Palm Beach alone, makes this guy
- 35:53and his criminal enterprise some of the most disgusting, prolific
- 35:58sex traffickers in history. But by then Ryder had already
- 36:05gone to the FBI, who had dubbed the investigation Operation
- 36:09Leap Year because police initially identified twenty nine survivors. I
- 36:15knew that it didn't really matter what the facts were
- 36:17in this case. It was pretty clear to me that
- 36:19mister Krisher did not want to prosecute this case, Ryder
- 36:23said in a deposition. For sure, Chief Rider said that
- 36:27from the jump, and that's why they went over his
- 36:29head and brought the FEDS in. And even when the
- 36:33FEDS came in, even though the FEDS at first were
- 36:35going to charge Epstein with sixty counts, the pressure started
- 36:39to come in hot and heavy from Epstein's attorneys, and
- 36:42they pulled the right levers up top. And my guess
- 36:45is Mukasey and his band of criminals put this all
- 36:49into motion because of the leverage being put on them
- 36:53and the pressure being put on them by Epstein and
- 36:57his high profile attorneys. During a May two thousand and
- 37:06six meeting, Palm Beach Police detective Joseph Riccari warned that
- 37:10Epstein's attorneys used hard knuckle tactics. Assistant US attorney Marie
- 37:14Villa Fauna told investigators Rocceri said pressure had been brought
- 37:20to Baron Krisher by Epstein's attorneys. Recalled Villafauna, who worked
- 37:24in Acosta's West Palm Beach office and spearheaded the federal investigation.
- 37:30What did I just tell you?
- 37:31Speaker 1: Pressure had been brought right and right here they say
- 37:34it on by Epstein's attorneys, and not only by Epstein's attorneys.
- 37:38I'm sure they were buoyed by federal prosecutors. And I
- 37:41don't mean Acosta. I'm talking the big wigs on high folks.
- 37:47Epstein was represented by Harvard law professor Allen I kept
- 37:51my underpants on, Dershowitz and nationally known defense attorneys including
- 37:56Jay Lefkowitz and Gerald Lefcourt of New York and Roy
- 38:00Black of Miami. But once Krisher was involved, Epstein hired
- 38:04West Palm Beach defense attorney Jack Goldberger. You see how
- 38:08that works, Goldberger, local guy has an inn with Krisher,
- 38:13their buddies. Favorable deals come in your way, and so
- 38:18the wheel spins and the spokes gleam. According to Ricari
- 38:24Goldberger was hired to force assistant State Attorney Delia Weiss,
- 38:29known as an aggressive prosecutor, off the case. Because her
- 38:33husband worked in Goldberger's firm, Weiss had to step aside. Again,
- 38:40the manipulation of the legal system by Epstein's attorneys is
- 38:45right there in your face. They made these moves behind
- 38:49the scenes. They used loopholes to try and get Weiss off,
- 38:52god Her bumped, and then pursued the case the way
- 38:55they wanted to pursue it without the interference of Weiss.
- 39:03But investigators said there was likely another reason Goldberger was
- 39:06asked to join the defense team. The longtime defense attorney
- 39:10had a relationship with Krisher. Of course he did. That's
- 39:13how this hall works. Don't you know what you don't
- 39:15think Christian Everdell Kelane, Maxwell's lawyer, an ex prosecutor in
- 39:19New York, has a relationship with the prosecutors. I'm sure
- 39:22he does. Epstein's wealth enabled him to hire multiple attorneys
- 39:28who had pre existing personal connections to some of the
- 39:31government attorneys involved in his case in the State Attorney's office,
- 39:35in the USAO and elsewhere in the department. They wrote
- 39:40based on the attorneys Epstein selected to represent him. A
- 39:44reasonable inference can be drawn that Epstein believed that hiring
- 39:48attorneys with relationships to the prosecutors would be beneficial to him,
- 39:54and of course it would be. That's how this all works, right,
- 39:57That's how this works. Guys have these relationships. That's what
- 40:02you're paying for as well. You're not just paying for
- 40:04their legal advice right in the courtroom, you're paying for
- 40:07all of their connections as well. Recognizing that she was
- 40:14up against aggressive legal heavyweights, Villa Fauna alerted her top
- 40:18bosses in Miami, including a Costa, that they would be
- 40:21inundated with calls about the case. Villa Fauna said that
- 40:27she had never before asked to meet with executive management
- 40:30about initiating a case, but the allegations that Epstein had
- 40:34improperly influenced the state Attorney's office greatly troubled her. Investigators
- 40:39wrote over time, other top officials in the US Attorney's
- 40:44Office came to share Villa Fauna's view that Krisher had
- 40:49bowed to pressure. Look again, I'm not going to lionize
- 40:56Villa Fauna, but I won't demonize her either. She was
- 40:58the only one that had add any sort of plan here,
- 41:02the only one that was really going hard, the only
- 41:05one that really wanted to send Jeffrey Epstein up the river,
- 41:09it looks like. So I'm not going to demonize her either.
- 41:14But at the same time, if it was me and
- 41:18I was in her position, I would have rolled over
- 41:22played whistleblower, no matter the cost it would have had
- 41:25to my career. And I think that is a black
- 41:31mark against her. Right in a case like this, And
- 41:33as a prosecutor, your number one goal should be to
- 41:36protect people. And if that doesn't occur because of pressure
- 41:39from on high, then you have to step up and
- 41:41you have to put an end to it. Right. You
- 41:48have to be the one to make the step, to
- 41:50take the step to stop the corruption, to stop the nonsense.
- 41:56And Villafana didn't do that. But what I will say
- 41:58is this, from all of the stuff we've heard, all
- 42:01of the reports we have read and seen, she seems
- 42:03to be the only one in that office that truly tried.
- 42:06So I definitely will give her that. All right, folks,
- 42:10that's the end of part one of this article. We're
- 42:13going to pick up part two tonight during the Daily Drop.
- 42:19I didn't it'll probably run another half hour or so,
- 42:22so I didn't want this episode to be too long.

- 42:58All right, folks, I'll be back later on tonight for
- 43:01part two of this story end the Daily Drop. Hope
- 43:07you all have a fantastic Sunday and we will pick
- 43:10up where we left off later on. What's up everyone,
- 43:15and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. If you ever
- 43:19really want to know about something, you have to start
- 43:21at the beginning, right Well, when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein,
- 43:24it's no different and when you look at his disgusting
- 43:27ass behavior throughout the years. It all started really with
- 43:31the case in Florida that was dropped by Barry Krisher,
- 43:35and it's something that we've talked about at length here
- 43:37you know, you have people that want to attack Alexander Acosta,
- 43:40and there's no doubt the dude's a slimy scumbag, but
- 43:44he certainly wasn't the main villain of this story. I
- 43:47would say that Barry Krisher is a way worse villain
- 43:50in this story than alex Acosta could have ever been.
- 43:53Today's article is from the Palm Beach Post and the
- 43:56headline failed twice Jeffrey Epstein's victims statute Tory rape case
- 44:00dropped by early prosecutor Barry Kroscher. This article was authored
- 44:05by Holly Boltz. The first ever prosecutor of Jeffrey Epstein,
- 44:10failed to pursue a statutory rape case reported by a
- 44:13girl who would become one of Epstein's victims a year later,
- 44:16despite the adult admitting they had sex. The fourteen year
- 44:20old told police in nineteen ninety eight that two male
- 44:23teenagers ages seventeen and eighteen had raped her in an
- 44:26area known as the Woodsy's in Losahachi. According to a
- 44:30police report recently released amid Epstein related core documents, all
- 44:34three told the police that they had had sex. Please
- 44:38tell me how Barry Krisher isn't the bad guy here.
- 44:40And then you have Ron DeSantis talking about how if
- 44:43he was elected for president that he would take care
- 44:45of the Epstein stuff, he'd have stuff get released, blah
- 44:48blah blah. Well he can't even do that in his
- 44:50own state of Florida, his home state of Florida. Here
- 44:53is at the center of this maelstrom, and there's nothing happening.
- 44:57Nobody's being held accountable. Where's Barry Krisher at Why isn't
- 45:00he being deposed? Oh, that's right because nobody who is
- 45:04in a quote unquote official capacity knew anything. Right, nobody
- 45:08knew what was going on here. And if you think
- 45:10anything otherwise, well you're just crazy. It's illegal for an
- 45:14eighteen year old to have sex with a fourteen year old,
- 45:17whether it was consensual or not, according to Florida law.
- 45:20Then pom Beach County State Attorney Barry Krusher's office dropped
- 45:24sexual battery charges against both defendants, including the adult, however,
- 45:28citing the girl's lack of credibility. The report says, and
- 45:31that was his go to. This guy destroyed his own
- 45:35witnesses time and time again, and it's about time that
- 45:38Barry Krishers called out into the spotlight. So this is
- 45:41a great article by the pom Beach Post. We've talked
- 45:44about this man multiple times here on the podcast Whole
- 45:47Last Episodes, and that's because he played a huge part
- 45:50in what happened. This dude could have forced the issue.
- 45:52He could have made sure that Epstein did serious time.
- 45:55He could have made sure that all of these girls
- 45:57who were abused well that they got some justice. But
- 46:00he didn't do any of that, and then he was
- 46:02able to just continue on with his career, his life
- 46:04like nothing ever happened. Everything's all good here, nothing to see, folks.
- 46:08There was no indiscretions that took place. Her credibility at
- 46:12the time. Was he irrelevant, said Spencer coven, an attorney
- 46:15who has represented Epstein's victims. If the eighteen year old
- 46:18had said the two had sex, that's an admission of
- 46:21guilt and statutory rape. He added, Yeah, I guess it
- 46:25is right. I mean, that's what the law says. So
- 46:27how come is it Jeffrey Epstein wasn't charged with statutory rape?
- 46:31How come he wasn't hit with the whole ass kitchen sink.
- 46:34Under the law, children under eighteen cannot consent with an
- 46:37exception for sixteen and seventeen year olds having sex with
- 46:40someone younger than twenty four. You know, that's probably a
- 46:43good law, honestly, because there's some gray area there, right,
- 46:46you're talking about kids that might have been in high
- 46:47school at the same time, whatever it might be. And
- 46:50I know there's laws around the nation that govern that
- 46:52sort of stuff, called like Romeo and Juliette laws, but
- 46:55that obviously doesn't apply down in Florida. So the law
- 46:58is what it is. And if you're out and you're
- 47:00out here trying to bag sixteen seventeen year olds or whatever,
- 47:03and you get caught up, you should get hammered by
- 47:06the law. Whatever the law says in the state, you
- 47:09should get prosecuted to the full extent of it. It
- 47:13is statutory rape for an adult eighteen or older to
- 47:16have sex with the person who is fifteen or younger.
- 47:18Consent isn't a defense in statutory rape cases. So why
- 47:22didn't Krisher's prosecutors pursue it when all three said they
- 47:25had intercourse? That case was absolutely prosecutable, Kuvin said, And
- 47:31it was just part for the course. Barry Kirsher had
- 47:34no respect for these girls who were being abused. That's
- 47:36really what it comes down to. He didn't care. They
- 47:39weren't his kids. There were just some throwaway girls from
- 47:42the other side of the tracks. That's how this scumbag
- 47:44looked at him, Just another piece of garbage who was
- 47:47in a position of power, who did nothing. State Attorney
- 47:50Barry kirschher torpedoed his own case against Jeffrey Epstein. The
- 47:54decision by at Kuscher's office to drop charges was no surprise.
- 47:58He had a pattern of not prosecuting or under prosecuting
- 48:01sex crimes cases involving teenagers, as he did in the
- 48:04Epstein case. The posts found in a twenty nineteen analysis
- 48:08of a sex crime cases like, if you don't want
- 48:10to prosecute people for simple possession, Okay, I get it,
- 48:14But you're not going to prosecute people for this sort
- 48:16of shit, then what kind of dirtbag are you? Like?
- 48:18What are you even doing in that job? Aren't these
- 48:20the kind of people that you should be going after
- 48:22in the first place, People who were hurting kids, people
- 48:25who are a threat to the community. But nah, I'm
- 48:27gonna do whatever Jeffrey Epstein's lawyers want me to do.
- 48:30A two thousand and six grand jury presented with the
- 48:33Epstein case by a Chrishcher's office came up with only
- 48:36one solicitation of prostitution charge. Despite the fact that Palm
- 48:40Beach police had found nearly two dozen girls or young
- 48:43women who told similar stories of abuse at Epstein's mansion,
- 48:48grandeurs heard from only one victim, whom the prosecutor is
- 48:51undermined with her MySpace pages, sources told The pom Beach
- 48:55Post in the twenty nineteen investigation. The social media posts
- 48:59had been supplied by the state Attorney's office, by Jeffrey
- 49:02Epstein's lawyers. Yeah, by Alan Dershowitz. You're a real big man,
- 49:07aren't you going after a little girls like that? Real
- 49:10big man Alan Dershowitz. Oh, that's just his job. I
- 49:12get it, Okay, fine, But really, to destroy the credibility
- 49:16of a little girl who had been diddled by Jeffrey
- 49:18Epstein because she had a MySpace page where she said
- 49:21she liked to drink and maybe you know, dade a
- 49:24boy or two. God forbid, a teenager wants to be
- 49:27a teenager. And I think it's important to point out
- 49:30that people want to talk about all the soliciousness in
- 49:32this case. They want to talk about all the nonsense
- 49:35when it comes to celebrities and all the rest of it,
- 49:38but nobody has the time, it seems, for the long
- 49:40form conversation that's needed. And if you want to get
- 49:43into that conversation, that has nothing to do with evil spirits.
- 49:46It has nothing to do with the plot of the
- 49:48evil Jews or anything like that. Okay, it comes down
- 49:51to the financial sector fucking around, being scummy and people
- 49:55like Barry Kersher carrying their water this whole entire time
- 50:00when Epstein should have been in prison. That's what it
- 50:02comes down to. There's no spiritual plot, there's nothing to
- 50:05do with the occult, none of that bullshit. And anybody
- 50:08who's pitching it, man, I don't even know what to say. Honestly,
- 50:12enough is enough, Stop wasting time, stop wasting other people's time,
- 50:16and let's start holding people to account. How about that
- 50:19The post suit in twenty nineteen, so that the public
- 50:22and especially the victims could find out what exactly happened
- 50:25during what are normally highly secretive proceedings. In May of
- 50:30panel of the Fourth District Court of Appeal ordered the
- 50:33trial court judge to review the transcripts redact them and
- 50:36release them to the public under a furtherance of justice
- 50:39provision of Florida law. Hallelujah, like hallelujah. Just because the
- 50:45grand jury records usually aren't turned over doesn't mean we
- 50:48have to never turn them over. Right, this is an
- 50:50extraordinary circumstance and it should be treated exactly like that.
- 50:55In July, Judge Lewis Delgado received the transcriptions of the
- 50:59audio tape from the Palm Beach County Clerk's office, where
- 51:02they had been stored under seal. He has not released
- 51:04the transcriptions to the public. Yo, Judge Delgado, you should
- 51:08do exactly what Judge Presca did and release all of
- 51:11this because the public deserves to know. Fifty percent of
- 51:14rape survivors are assaulted again. The girl who said that
- 51:18she is raped met Epstein the next year. Nearly fifty
- 51:21percent of survivors of sexual abuse are assaulted again in
- 51:24the following years, according to the World Health Organization. A
- 51:28lot of times the reason is these girls end up
- 51:31having mental problems, right issues because they were abused, and
- 51:35then they get into sex work or they get into
- 51:38stripping or whatever it might be because they feel like there's
- 51:41nothing else for them, and we know that that's not
- 51:44the truth, but it's very easy for us to say
- 51:46that if we're not living it. It's very easy for
- 51:49people to judge right. It's a whole different story for
- 51:53people to have compassion. And there's a lot of times
- 51:56that women who have been raped or who have went
- 51:59through this kind of asla they're still stigmatized in society,
- 52:02so it makes their self worth, you know, plummet, and
- 52:06it leads to this circular life of abuse. A lot
- 52:09of times the reason is not scientifically established, but in
- 52:12a cruel irony, multiple reports of rape can make law
- 52:15enforcement and others doubt the victim's stories. In February of
- 52:19nineteen ninety eight, the fourteen year old had joined the
- 52:22male teens to go out drinking. She said she was drunk,
- 52:25according to the report by a Palm Beach County Sheriff's detective.
- 52:29When the three arrived at the Woodsies, she passed out.
- 52:32She said. When she awoke, the eighteen year old was
- 52:34on top of her, forcing sex. The report stated. At
- 52:38that point she said she told him no, but the
- 52:40other teen assaulted her as well. After that, she added
- 52:43that the eighteen year old assaulted her again later at
- 52:46his home. Whoever this is who assaulted her should be
- 52:49beneath the prison. But why would Bumble and Barry Krisher
- 52:53want to do that. Both males told detectives that they
- 52:56had had sex with her, but never heard her say no.
- 53:00According to the eighteen year old, she told them she
- 53:02was going to sleep and said something about whether they
- 53:05were going to do something about it. A victim's inebriation
- 53:08could actually increase the penalty for sexual battery on a minor.
- 53:11In Florida, a person who assaults a victim who is
- 53:14physically helpless could be looking at a first degree felony
- 53:17punishable by a life sentence. Physically helpless means unconscious, asleep,
- 53:22or any other reason, physically unable to communicate unwillingness to
- 53:26an act, according to the Florida statute, certainly fits under that,
- 53:30doesn't it. But these dudes, ah, that's okay, these kids,
- 53:33they were just having a good time. I guess. Statutory
- 53:36rape is a second degree felony, punishable by up to
- 53:39fifteen years in prison. How Krisher's lack of zeal on
- 53:42teen sex crime cases led to ghastly acts. It wasn't
- 53:45the first case involving a teen victim that Kirscher's office dismissed,
- 53:49only to see more horrific acts by the suspect. Krisher
- 53:53was lauded as a champion for children in the community.
- 53:56He worked to keep sexually violent child predators locked up
- 54:00on their prison sentences under the Jimmy Rice Act. Before
- 54:03he became state attorney, Krisher served as the attorney for
- 54:06the Child Protection Team in Palm Beach County from nineteen
- 54:09eighty three to nineteen ninety two. Once in office, he
- 54:12added three prosecutors to the Crimes against Children's unit, assigning
- 54:16his most talented prosecutors there. But when he came to
- 54:19teen victims, it was another story, and their social media,
- 54:23like in the Epstein case, appeared to do them in.
- 54:27The only thing that I can take from this is
- 54:29that Barry Krisher didn't find what was going on here wrong,
- 54:32and that's the whole story into itself right. Former high
- 54:36school softball star Amanda Buckley met a horrific end after
- 54:40Krisher ignored earlier as sexual assault case. Two teens ages
- 54:44eighteen and nineteen told investigators from their hospital beds in
- 54:47November two thousand and six that Jason Sheenfield had bound
- 54:51them with duct tape and threatened them with a knife
- 54:54and with his pitbull if they didn't perform sex acts.
- 54:57Krisher didn't charge Shenfield. Months later, Amanda Buckley, an eighteen
- 55:02year old star at Palm Beach Gardens High School, was
- 55:04found raped and strangled to death in Shenfield's closet. Duct
- 55:08tape was in her hair. So all the signs are there.
- 55:11And when you have a bitch ass prosecutor like Barry Krisher,
- 55:14this is what happens. This is what happens when you
- 55:17have somebody that doesn't really care, somebody that's a fellow traveler,
- 55:21and somebody that's you know, out here making pretend that
- 55:24he's this crusader for children, but the reality is he's not.
- 55:29The proof is in the pudding. During the investigation of
- 55:33the two teens case, Shenfield's attorney supplied their MySpace pages
- 55:38to prosecutors. The teens later said prosecutors focused on inconsistencies
- 55:42in their stories, not similarities, but one team's account of
- 55:46the incident and the order of occurrence were very consistent
- 55:50with the interview of the other teen, without any indication
- 55:53of being exact or scripted, a sheriff's detective wrote. Shenfield's
- 55:58attorney also planned to bring uh Buckley's MySpace pages in
- 56:01the murder case, but Shenfil pleaded guilty to first degree murder, kidnapping,
- 56:06and sexual battery. He was sentenced to life. Well, yeah,
- 56:09if you'll find a girl in the guy's closet and
- 56:12she's dead, yeah, chances are my man's guilty. The case
- 56:15of McKenley Daddy Desert, they drugged me, sold my body,
- 56:19and beat me. Krisher did not prosecute McKinley Daddy Desir
- 56:23after he was arrested in December of two thousand and
- 56:25seven on charges of aggravated child abuse and procuring a
- 56:29person under eighteen for prostitution, among other serious felonies that
- 56:33shouldn't even be a law. We talked about this a
- 56:35whole bunch, and it's the most ridiculous shit ever. The
- 56:38seer would take young runaways hostage, give them drugs, and
- 56:42turn them into prostitutes, according to police corpt documents. Two
- 56:45aggravated assaults and battery cases involving young women were dropped
- 56:49In two thousand and nine, The FBI investigated him five
- 56:53years later and charged them with sex trafficking by force. BV,
- 56:57a seventeen year old from Palm Beach County, was one
- 56:59of the two main victims. She didn't provide a victim
- 57:02impact statement, but the other young woman, CJ, whom Dazier
- 57:06had picked up after she got out of Boca Raton
- 57:08Treatment Center, did. They took me, shut me in a
- 57:11room where I was isolated. They drugged me, sold my
- 57:14body and beat me, CJ said. Dasier is serving three
- 57:18life terms in prison. Not the only case Krisher didn't prosecute.
- 57:21Involving teens. All of the defendants pleaded guilty at a
- 57:24lesser charges. None got more than a year's probation. William
- 57:28Chadraw forty four, arrested on charges I'm molesting a child
- 57:32or young teen under sixteen at the Mall in Wellington Green.
- 57:35Stephen F. Collins thirty nine charged with lude molestation involving
- 57:39a fourteen year old girl. Thomas E. Martin the third
- 57:42twenty six, charged with impregnating his neighbor, a high school student.
- 57:46Todd C. Corsine forty one, charged with sexual battery and
- 57:50lude and or lascivious battery. Involving a teen girl over
- 57:54a period of years. So there's Barry Krusher's resume. Are
- 57:58you impressed. I'm guessing you're not. And if you haven't
- 58:02figured it out yet, neither am I. All Right, folks,
- 58:05that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
