  Speaker 1: I can't even I can't even put it into words, man,

  Speaker 1: But I try, though, I try, I try, I try.

  Speaker 1: God does things for me just right on time. He's
• 0:34
  Speaker 1: so cool with it. And I happened to run across

  Speaker 1: Joel Oldstein on television like I often do all the time,

  Speaker 1: and I was sitting there and he had such a
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: timely message for me. A part of it was something
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: that I've said oftentimes about if you really really want
• 0:59
  Speaker 1: to be success, if you really really want to change,
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: if you really really want to prosper, if you really
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: really want to achieve greatness, if you really really want
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: to have something in life that's worth having, if you
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: really really want to accomplish your goals, you got to
• 1:15
  Speaker 1: push through all of it. He said that when you
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: get closer to it, the more difficult it becomes. Did
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: you hear me? He said, the closer you get to
• 1:30
  Speaker 1: what it is you want or you need, or you
• 1:32
  Speaker 1: have to have, or you would love to be. It
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: gets a little bit more difficult when you get closer.

  Speaker 1: He told this story that's in the Bible that I
• 1:46
  Speaker 1: never heard before. This is what he said. He said,
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: there was a man who was paralyzed and he had
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: heard that Jesus was speaking at a house, and so
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: he wanted to get there. So he convinced four of
• 2:05
  Speaker 1: his friends to put him on a stretcher and carry
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: him for hours to get to this house where Jesus
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: was speaking. He said that along the way, these friends
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: said that they went along because he had so much
• 2:28
  Speaker 1: faith that if he could just get to him, it
• 2:31
  Speaker 1: could be better that he could if he could just
• 2:35
  Speaker 1: get over there and he could see him, that he
• 2:37
  Speaker 1: might have a shot at getting here. And so he said,
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: they took out along the way and they walked and
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: they walked and they walked for hours. And then when
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: they got there, the house was completely filled with people.
• 2:51
  Speaker 1: That was absolutely it was packed wall to wall. There
• 2:54
  Speaker 1: was absolutely no way for the men to get him
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: on that stretcher in to see Jesus. This is a
• 3:02
  Speaker 1: story that uh Joe Losting said is in the Bible.
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: And he was telling it now. I'm just repeating the
• 3:08
  Speaker 1: parts of it I got gathered and so he said.
• 3:12
  Speaker 1: They sat there and they went, wow, man, we walked
• 3:14
  Speaker 1: all this weight and it's full, and and and and
• 3:18
  Speaker 1: and and and we can't get there, he said. And
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: then the guy with the affliction told the four men,
• 3:27
  Speaker 1: if you get up on the roof and cut a
• 3:30
  Speaker 1: hole in it and lower me down, I bet I
• 3:35
  Speaker 1: could see men, and I bet it to be all
• 3:37
  Speaker 1: right now. He then said, you must imagined how these
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: four men must have felt when you carry somebody for
• 3:47
  Speaker 1: hours on on on on on on on the way.
• 3:50
  Speaker 1: They had to carry some cloth connected by a couple
• 3:53
  Speaker 1: of sticks, said to me, and shoulders had to be bruised,
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: had to have deep gouges and I'm not cut, but
• 4:00
  Speaker 1: just indentations where they had carried the weight of this
• 4:03
  Speaker 1: grown man for so many hours. And they looked at
• 4:06
  Speaker 1: him in disbelief, like, man, what are you talking about?
• 4:08
  Speaker 1: We done walked all this far? He said, yeah. But
• 4:11
  Speaker 1: if you get up on that roof and you cut
• 4:13
  Speaker 1: a hole in it and lower me down, I can
• 4:17
  Speaker 1: see him and when he see me, it'll be all right.

  Speaker 1: After sitting there and imploring the men they went up
• 4:25
  Speaker 1: and did just that, and then the story that Joel's
• 4:31
  Speaker 1: dean said, the man was healed. But the point he
• 4:34
  Speaker 1: was making was he was saying that the closer you
• 4:39
  Speaker 1: get to what it is you really want, the more
• 4:41
  Speaker 1: difficult it's going to become. But you've got to push through. See,
• 4:46
  Speaker 1: if you don't push through, you never know. See, you
• 4:48
  Speaker 1: can't get right to the answer. And because it gets
• 4:52
  Speaker 1: really difficult, started creating those little saying that we got
• 4:55
  Speaker 1: as people. Well, I guess it wasn't meant to be.

  Speaker 1: I guess it wasn't the Lord's will. Now, man, I
• 5:03
  Speaker 1: guess you should not give up right now. I guess
• 5:07
  Speaker 1: you should keep pressing. I guess you should do more
• 5:10
  Speaker 1: because see, in all of us, in all of us,
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: when you've had enough, I want you to know something.
• 5:16
  Speaker 1: You do have a little bit more in all of us.
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: You can do one more. You know. That's one of
• 5:23
  Speaker 1: my favorite things that I heard Joe Oldstein said, and
• 5:25
  Speaker 1: it kind of made me feel good. He said, I
• 5:29
  Speaker 1: always feel like I can do one more anything, And
• 5:33
  Speaker 1: I tell my friends all the time, I can do
• 5:35
  Speaker 1: one more, man, I could do one more day. I
• 5:39
  Speaker 1: can do one more anything. Now Here was the jewel
• 5:44
  Speaker 1: that I never really knew that Joel Oldstein and God
• 5:50
  Speaker 1: sent to me I needed to hear. He said that
• 5:55
  Speaker 1: no matter what you're going through, no matter how long
• 5:58
  Speaker 1: the challenge is you've been, God has an end date
• 6:03
  Speaker 1: for it all. Did you hear me? No matter what
• 6:07
  Speaker 1: you're going through, no matter what challenge you're facing, no
• 6:10
  Speaker 1: matter what situation you've gotten yourself into, God has an
• 6:14
  Speaker 1: ending date. All you got to do is keep pressing forward.

  Speaker 1: All you got to do is hang in there. All
• 6:22
  Speaker 1: you got to do is don't give up. All you
• 6:25
  Speaker 1: have to do is don't turn back. There is an
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: end date for all of it, even when you think
• 6:34
  Speaker 1: you've had enough. And boy, have I had this conversation
• 6:40
  Speaker 1: with God on several things that I've been going through
• 6:44
  Speaker 1: and going I've even told him, look I got it, man.
• 6:49
  Speaker 1: He said, just keep hanging on. There is an end
• 6:52
  Speaker 1: date to whatever it is you're going through. There's an
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: end date to your illness, your sickness, your time of
• 7:00
  Speaker 1: being tired. There's an in date to this relationship that
• 7:05
  Speaker 1: you can't seem to get through, beyond over that's like
• 7:13
  Speaker 1: a cancer to you. There's an end date. But you've
• 7:17
  Speaker 1: got to hang in there. You've got to keep pushing forward.
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: You cannot turn around. You must not go back, because
• 7:26
  Speaker 1: when God gets you through this and you break through
• 7:30
  Speaker 1: to the other side, the reward and the benefit is
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: far greater than the struggle. I oftentimes look at some
• 7:41
  Speaker 1: of the things that God has brought me through in
• 7:44
  Speaker 1: my worst times, and when He brought me through, I went, Wow, Man,
• 7:49
  Speaker 1: now that I understand that, Now that I'm on the
• 7:51
  Speaker 1: other side and I have the benefit of the reward
• 7:54
  Speaker 1: for it, would you do it all again to get that. Yes,
• 7:57
