- 0:00Speaker 1: Peyton, what are you working on?
- 0:01Speaker 2: Well, apparently the post-breakup glow-up is real. So basically, if
- 0:04Speaker 2: you leave your man, you're going to get way hotter.
- 0:06Speaker 2: And there's scientific proof. Psychologists and aesthetic experts are saying
- 0:11Speaker 2: that this can be emotional and physical. So I was like,
- 0:14Speaker 2: this is actually kind of tea.
- 0:16Speaker 1: You're supposed to break up, glow up. So you break
- 0:18Speaker 1: up and you get really good looking. Exactly.
- 0:21Speaker 2: This is why. Because your stress can go down. So
- 0:23Speaker 2: less relationship stress can mean lower cortisol. You may start
- 0:27Speaker 2: sleeping better, which obviously, I mean, we say it all
- 0:29Speaker 2: the time, sleep, it heals all. Less inflammation, it means
- 0:32Speaker 2: your skin's going to start looking better, your circulation, your
- 0:35Speaker 2: hair is going to grow. But the biggest thing is
- 0:38Speaker 2: that you start focusing on yourself again. So once you
- 0:40Speaker 2: start focusing on yourself and putting that energy into you,
- 0:43Speaker 2: All of the things in your life are going to
- 0:45Speaker 2: come right back.
- 0:45Speaker 1: And you're just going to be hotter than everyone. Wasn't that,
- 0:48Speaker 1: was it Khloe Kardashian? Did something like that happen to her?
- 0:50Speaker 1: Was it a TV show she had? Yeah. She did it, right?
- 0:53Speaker 1: It was a TV show? It was like something revenge,
- 0:55Speaker 1: but revenge body. Revenge body. Oh, that's cool.
- 0:58Speaker 2: See, but that's so valid though, because sometimes it's like,
- 1:01Speaker 2: you do just need to lose that man. Sometimes he
- 1:05Speaker 2: is really draining the life out of you.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You know what? Hold on a second. Joanna, you got
- 1:09Speaker 1: a post-glow up story?
- 1:11Speaker 3: I do. So it's kind of a long one, so
- 1:13Speaker 3: I greatly apologize.
- 1:14Speaker 1: It's okay.
- 1:16Speaker 3: So last year I got broken up with. And I
- 1:19Speaker 3: kind of lost myself with my friends and making new
- 1:21Speaker 3: people because I'm kind of an outgoing person. And so anyways,
- 1:25Speaker 3: I went to this concert and met this guy named
- 1:29Speaker 3: Austin Martin. He's kind of like a famous singer or whatever.
- 1:32Speaker 3: I listened to his music for years. Well, after that...
- 1:37Speaker 3: I went to another concert of his that actually got canceled.
- 1:40Speaker 3: And there I had met a girl, like a 16-year-old
- 1:43Speaker 3: girl or whatever. And she saw my shirt of his.
- 1:48Speaker 3: And she was like, oh, my God, I know that song.
- 1:49Speaker 3: So then, like, I gave her the shirt and posted
- 1:52Speaker 3: about it. And Austin had shared it. Well, then I've
- 1:54Speaker 3: been kind of like on his radar. And then for
- 1:57Speaker 3: some reason we became friends. And so because of him,
- 2:00Speaker 3: I ended up making other friends in Billings, Montana. And
- 2:04Speaker 3: like this vibe marketing place, like we're all friends, a
- 2:07Speaker 3: bunch of rappers, a bunch of comedians. And so like
- 2:10Speaker 3: we all just became these friends. And now often I've
- 2:14Speaker 3: been invited to his album release party. I actually got
- 2:18Speaker 3: to go to. back in June. And then I actually
- 2:23Speaker 3: got to go up to see him this weekend. And
- 2:25Speaker 3: he's actually coming to my town in a few weeks.
- 2:28Speaker 3: And he's coming and celebrating his album with all of
- 2:30Speaker 3: us and partying with me and all my friends. So
- 2:32Speaker 3: it's been kind of cool. He's really fun and interesting.
- 2:35Speaker 3: But all because of the breakup, I decided to go
- 2:39Speaker 3: out and start doing concerts again. And then I made
- 2:41Speaker 3: friends with him and some of his friends. And now
- 2:43Speaker 3: we're all friends.
- 2:45Speaker 1: That's awesome. I keep trying to Google him. All I
- 2:46Speaker 1: can find is the car, Aston Martin. Oh, that's nice, too.
- 2:49Speaker 1: She's friends with the car.
- 2:50Speaker 3: No, it's Aston Martin, Montana. His hit song is called Wrangler,
- 2:56Speaker 3: and he actually did a remix with Chingy. Chingy went
- 2:59Speaker 3: to Billions, Montana and did the music video with him.
- 3:03Speaker 3: um so it's actually really cool that to get to
- 3:05Speaker 3: meet him or whatever and his album just came out
- 3:08Speaker 3: this year it's called yellowstone county which is what billings
- 3:11Speaker 3: montana is.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Is it country is it what is it what kind
- 3:14Speaker 1: of music.
- 3:16Speaker 3: It's country rap is what they put.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Country rap looks like he's a jelly roll type of.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Guy kind of yeah and it's really good he um
- 3:26Speaker 3: Like I said, his hit song is Wrangler, and that's
- 3:29Speaker 3: what was written on my sweater that I met this
- 3:31Speaker 3: 16-year-old girl in Omaha, Nebraska. And I went to go
- 3:36Speaker 3: to a different concert to visit somebody else, and she
- 3:39Speaker 3: started reading the lyrics that he wrote on the back,
- 3:42Speaker 3: and she was like, take off these Wrangler jeans. And
- 3:44Speaker 3: I laughed because I turned around. So I'm like, oh,
- 3:46Speaker 3: my God, somebody knows who Austin is. And I turn
- 3:49Speaker 3: around and she's like screaming with joy. She's like, oh,
- 3:52Speaker 3: my God, that's an Austin Martin shirt. She's like, have
- 3:54Speaker 3: you seen him in concert? I was like, absolutely have.
- 3:56Speaker 3: I was like, he's amazing. He's actually a really sweet
- 3:59Speaker 3: person to talk to. You know, he grew up on
- 4:01Speaker 3: his parents ranch. So like he he kind of grew
- 4:04Speaker 3: up with those cowboy roots. And her and I talked
- 4:08Speaker 3: for hours. I mean, this poor girl, she was 16.
- 4:11Speaker 3: She was super excited and she always wanted to see
- 4:13Speaker 3: him in concert. So I went to my hotel room,
- 4:15Speaker 3: changed out of that sweater and gave her the sweater.
- 4:18Speaker 3: And so I posted about it and Austin actually shared it.
- 4:22Speaker 3: And now then I was like kind of like on
- 4:24Speaker 3: his radar about it.
- 4:25Speaker 1: And you told us this already.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:28Speaker 3: And it was really fun. And it was just really cool.
- 4:30Speaker 3: And then like I said, we just became friends from that.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Sorry. No, that's good. That's good. I love that. That's cool.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I thought, oh my God, I feel so when you
- 4:37Speaker 1: said you feel sorry for the 15 year old. So
- 4:38Speaker 1: did I. I thought you were starting to tell her
- 4:40Speaker 1: over and over again that you're going to go get it.
- 4:41Speaker 1: That's what it is. Wait right here. Wait here in
- 4:42Speaker 1: the lobby. I'm going to get this one. Wait right here.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Wait right here in the lobby. Austin's a friend of mine.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Hold on. That's Joanna, thanks for calling in. Thanks for listening.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Have a great day. Thank you. Okay. You too. Bye. Ari,
- 4:53Speaker 1: you have a post breakup glow up story. Am I right?
- 4:58Speaker 1: I so do. What happened?
- 5:01Speaker 4: Okay, so my breakup glow up was actually disrespectful. So
- 5:08Speaker 4: I was with.
- 5:09Speaker 3: This man for three years and I was.
- 5:11Speaker 4: Looking tired, right? I gained like 20 pounds. I stopped
- 5:16Speaker 4: doing my hair. I like lived in his oversized t-shirts
- 5:20Speaker 4: all the time, like the whole thing. And when he
- 5:23Speaker 4: dumped me, he said he needed to go find himself.
- 5:27Speaker 3: So apparently I.
- 5:29Speaker 4: Found myself, too, because six months later, I'm down 25 pounds.
- 5:35Speaker 4: I got my teeth fixed. I started Pilates and I
- 5:39Speaker 4: got promoted and my skin cleared up, too.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Wow.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Man, he was really sucking the life out of you.
- 5:47Speaker 4: I know. That's what I said. I mean, he slid
- 5:49Speaker 4: into my DMs last week, actually, and he was like, oh,
- 5:52Speaker 4: my God, you look amazing. And I said, thank you.
- 5:55Speaker 4: It turns out I was allergic to you.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And then I blocked him.
- 5:58Speaker 1: What was that when you say you got your teeth fixed?
- 6:01Speaker 1: What was it? What kind of teeth did you have?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Did they go buck teeth, giant teeth?
- 6:05Speaker 3: I had some severe buck teeth.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Wow.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Do you think he told his friends? Do you guys
- 6:09Speaker 1: have a nickname for you behind your back? Do you
- 6:11Speaker 1: guys see Buck Teeth? Oh my gosh. Buck Teeth got
- 6:13Speaker 1: her teeth fixed. No way. She looks so hot. She
- 6:15Speaker 1: lost three pounds. Look at Buck Teeth. He's showing all
- 6:17Speaker 1: his friends pictures of you and like, wow, man, you
- 6:19Speaker 1: screwed that up. You need to get back with Buck Teeth.
- 6:21Speaker 1: I know. He screwed it up now. All right.
- 6:23Speaker 2: All right.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Well, congratulations. Crazy cool.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Good job, girl.
- 6:27Speaker 1: We might give you tickets to Austin. What's his name?
- 6:29Speaker 1: Austin Martin Montana. Austin Martin Montana for you. You can
- 6:33Speaker 1: hang out with Joanna. All right. All right. Hold on.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Thanks for calling in. It's John Jay and Rich.
