- 0:02Speaker 1: Apostle Femi Lazarus is a man raised by God to
- 0:06Speaker 1: demonstrate his wisdom and authority to the last day church.
- 0:10Speaker 1: He is the lead pastor of Sphere of Light Church
- 0:13Speaker 1: and God told him years ago that a time will
- 0:16Speaker 1: come where my wisdom will be needed to navigate tough
- 0:19Speaker 1: times in the body of Christ. Then I will cause
- 0:23Speaker 1: your voice to be heard and all who pay attention
- 0:27Speaker 1: to my word on your lips will not lack light
- 0:31Speaker 1: and direction. He is a man sent from God, sent
- 0:35Speaker 1: to raise God's end time armies. With Apostle Fermi Lazarus,
- 0:40Speaker 1: every minute counts as you listen attentively.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Blessed, blessed be the name of the Lord. Thank you Father.
- 0:54Speaker 2: We bless you Lord. Lift your hands, everyone, and just
- 1:02Speaker 2: bless the name of the Lord. It's a blessing. He
- 1:09Speaker 2: deserves all gratitude. He deserves all praise. Blessed be your
- 1:16Speaker 2: holy name. Lift your hands where you're standing and honor
- 1:22Speaker 2: the one who lives forever and ever. Bless him. We
- 1:32Speaker 2: bless your holy name. Thank you, Father. Blessed be the
- 1:40Speaker 2: name of the Lord. There's none to be compared to you.
- 1:46Speaker 2: There's none like you. You are God all by yourself.
- 1:52Speaker 2: And we just honor you. And we thank you. Thank you, Lord.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Blessed be the name of the Lord. Oh, thank you, Father.
- 2:04Speaker 2: In Jesus' mighty name, we are praying. Hallelujah. Who is
- 2:13Speaker 2: excited to be in church? Amen. God bless you. You
- 2:22Speaker 2: may please be seated. Thank you. How many of us
- 2:28Speaker 2: were blessed last week? Bible study? Wave your hands, let
- 2:35Speaker 2: me see. Okay. How many of us are ready to
- 2:40Speaker 2: be blessed today? Are you sure? All right. Thank you, Lord. So,
- 2:50Speaker 2: last week we examined, we started the series.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Yes.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Isaac and Samuel. Okay? In other words, we are saying
- 3:05Speaker 2: two kinds of product. Okay? Two kinds of product. Isaac
- 3:19Speaker 2: was a product of a kind of waiting and Samuel
- 3:25Speaker 2: also a product of another kind of waiting So what
- 3:28Speaker 2: we did last week was to examine the progenitors, separated
- 3:36Speaker 2: Abram and separated Elkanah. Right? Good. By the time we
- 3:45Speaker 2: placed the both of them on the weighing scale, we
- 3:48Speaker 2: observed that it is even an insult to compare. Okay? Okay?
- 3:56Speaker 2: So today we want to weigh two similar individuals on
- 4:01Speaker 2: the weighing scale. And that's the person of Sarah and
- 4:07Speaker 2: the person of Hannah. Okay? But today we are not
- 4:16Speaker 2: going to be going the route we went last week.
- 4:19Speaker 2: All we are going to be doing this week is
- 4:20Speaker 2: that I'm going to be speaking to Sarah's and I'm
- 4:24Speaker 2: going to be speaking to Hannah's. I'm going to be
- 4:27Speaker 2: speaking to individuals with two kinds of waiting. Is that okay? Good.
- 4:32Speaker 2: So I'll be speaking to Sarah's. I'll be speaking to Anna's.
- 4:37Speaker 2: So let's turn our Bibles. Let's do a bit of comparison.
- 4:42Speaker 2: As we check the book of 1 Samuel. 1 Samuel.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Are you there? Let's start the reading from verse 1,
- 5:01Speaker 2: chapter 1, sorry. And then we'll see where we go
- 5:08Speaker 2: from there. So let's start. 1 Samuel chapter number 1, alright,
- 5:16Speaker 2: from verse 1. Now there was a certain man of Ramah,
- 5:22Speaker 2: of Mount Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah. the son
- 5:27Speaker 2: of Jeruam, the son of Elihu, the son of Toh,
- 5:31Speaker 2: the son of Zuv, and Ephratite. And he had two wives.
- 5:38Speaker 2: And the name of one was Hannah, and the name
- 5:40Speaker 2: of the other was Peninnah. And Peninnah had children, but
- 5:43Speaker 2: Hannah had no children. You see, we've seen different kind
- 5:49Speaker 2: of dust rise in this generation that we did not
- 5:53Speaker 2: imagine will rise. We... We didn't know that a time
- 5:58Speaker 2: will come that people will use the Bible to justify polygamy.
- 6:02Speaker 2: So let me answer the question. And in fact, I was,
- 6:09Speaker 2: what word should I use? I was shocked when one
- 6:15Speaker 2: of my boys uploaded a video where I was talking,
- 6:21Speaker 2: saying that the Bible does not endorse polygamy. And I
- 6:26Speaker 2: was shocked that the only person there who was arguing
- 6:29Speaker 2: with it was a pastor. You cannot use the Bible
- 6:35Speaker 2: to endorse a weakness. You can't import scriptures to justify something.
- 6:43Speaker 2: The Bible has its own flow of thought. We come
- 6:47Speaker 2: to that level, we don't bring it to our level. Okay?
- 6:51Speaker 2: One of the ways doctrines are established in scripture is
- 6:53Speaker 2: to check patterns. When God made Adam, he didn't give
- 6:57Speaker 2: him two. He gave him one. That's the pattern. You
- 7:01Speaker 2: go to the person of Noah, it was one. Okay?
- 7:05Speaker 2: You go to Abraham, it was one. When he went
- 7:07Speaker 2: to pick out his girl, that's when the problem came.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Are you with me now? Later, you know, you check
- 7:12Speaker 2: the patterns, the flow of scriptures. We don't import things
- 7:18Speaker 2: to justify heresy. The Bible is clear. Is that okay now? Good.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Good.
- 7:25Speaker 2: So, there are things that were mentioned in Bible as
- 7:28Speaker 2: we read storylines. That is not God endorsing those things.
- 7:33Speaker 2: But that is the Bible saying they happened. The same
- 7:38Speaker 2: way it is not everything you will read in stories
- 7:40Speaker 2: that God approves of. But they happened. Is that simple enough?
- 7:45Speaker 2: Very important. Alright? So, look at it. He had two wives.
- 7:48Speaker 2: The name of the one was Hannah. Hannah. And the
- 7:51Speaker 2: name of the other was Peninnah. And Peninnah had children,
- 7:53Speaker 2: but Anna had no children. Yes? So, verse 3. And
- 7:59Speaker 2: this man went up out of his city yearly to
- 8:02Speaker 2: worship and to sacrifice the Lord of Hosts in Shiloh.
- 8:06Speaker 2: And the two sons of Eli, Ophni and Phinehas, the
- 8:08Speaker 2: priests of the Lord, were there. And when the time
- 8:12Speaker 2: was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah his wife
- 8:17Speaker 2: and to all her sons and daughters portions. But to
- 8:20Speaker 2: Hannah he gave a worthy portion, for he loved Hannah,
- 8:23Speaker 2: but the Lord had shut up her womb. And adversely
- 8:27Speaker 2: provoked her so, to make her fret, because the Lord
- 8:31Speaker 2: had shut up her womb.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Alright?
- 8:33Speaker 2: And it did so year by year, when she went up, sorry,
- 8:38Speaker 2: and as it did so year by year, when she
- 8:40Speaker 2: went up to the house of the Lord, so she
- 8:43Speaker 2: provoked her, therefore she wept, and did not eat. Look
- 8:48Speaker 2: at verse 8. Then Elkanah said to, then said Elkanah
- 8:55Speaker 2: her husband to her, Anna, why weep you? Why eat
- 9:00Speaker 2: you not? And why is your heart grieved? Am I
- 9:03Speaker 2: not better to you than ten sons? Scum. So she was,
- 9:15Speaker 2: and she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to
- 9:17Speaker 2: the Lord and wept so. And she vowed a vow
- 9:20Speaker 2: and said, O Lord of hosts, if you will indeed
- 9:24Speaker 2: look on the affliction of your handmaid and remember me,
- 9:28Speaker 2: and not forget your handmaid, but will give to your
- 9:31Speaker 2: handmaid a man-child, then I will give him to the
- 9:34Speaker 2: Lord all the days of his life, and there shall
- 9:37Speaker 2: have no reason come upon his head. And it came
- 9:40Speaker 2: to pass that as she continued praying before the Lord,
- 9:42Speaker 2: that Eli marked them out. Now Hannah, sorry, now Hannah,
- 9:48Speaker 2: She spoke in her heart, only her lips moved, but
- 9:51Speaker 2: her voice was not heard. Therefore Eli thought she had
- 9:55Speaker 2: been drunken. And Eli said to her, How long will
- 9:58Speaker 2: you be drunken? Put away wine from you. And Hannah
- 10:00Speaker 2: answered and said, No, my Lord, I am a woman
- 10:02Speaker 2: of a sorrowful spirit. I have neither drunk wine nor
- 10:06Speaker 2: strong drink, but I have poured out my soul to
- 10:09Speaker 2: the Lord. Alright, so we are seeing that, let me
- 10:18Speaker 2: identify three things. That was happening. Okay. She was waiting
- 10:24Speaker 2: for something. She did not have. But. The other woman
- 10:30Speaker 2: had what she was waiting for.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Okay.
- 10:34Speaker 2: And. The fact that. Anna. Had no child yet. Gave
- 10:41Speaker 2: the other woman. The reason. To provoke her. To taunt her.
- 10:49Speaker 2: You see. Peninnah was doing the exact same thing that
- 10:58Speaker 2: the devil likes to do. The devil is an opportunist.
- 11:04Speaker 2: There are things he wants to say to you, but
- 11:07Speaker 2: you will not believe it now. So he will wait
- 11:11Speaker 2: for the situation that will make you believe. Let me
- 11:14Speaker 2: give you an instance. Let's assume that The devil really
- 11:25Speaker 2: wants you to believe. Okay, let's take the case of Elijah.
- 11:31Speaker 2: You will know that the devil has been looking for
- 11:34Speaker 2: a way to afflict him and to say things that
- 11:37Speaker 2: will damage his heart, things that will, you know, prick
- 11:41Speaker 2: his soul. But the devil had no occasion to say that.
- 11:46Speaker 2: So what the devil did was to wait for the
- 11:50Speaker 2: time that Jezebel spoke some very heavy words that will
- 11:54Speaker 2: open the door for him to now believe. The devil
- 11:59Speaker 2: waits for people, waits for situations to get at you.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Then the door is open. Then he can say the
- 12:07Speaker 2: things he's always wanted to say. For instance, in the
- 12:09Speaker 2: case of Adam, the moment they ate the fruit, and
- 12:14Speaker 2: they were both naked, when God came, he said, who
- 12:18Speaker 2: told you that you are naked? This is not the
- 12:22Speaker 2: kind of nakedness you'll be aware of by yourself. This
- 12:25Speaker 2: is the kind of nakedness that you come into the
- 12:28Speaker 2: consciousness through a statement. They could not... Are you with me?
- 12:34Speaker 2: Are you sure? Should I stay on the surface or
- 12:37Speaker 2: should I go deep a bit? Alright. So, there was
- 12:41Speaker 2: no way anyone could believe that they were naked unless
- 12:44Speaker 2: that they have eaten it. And then that gives them
- 12:46Speaker 2: the license to now believe anything the devil is saying.
- 12:49Speaker 2: The same way sin gives the devil the opportunity to
- 12:51Speaker 2: say to you what he has always wanted to say.
- 12:54Speaker 2: And what he has always wanted to say is the
- 12:56Speaker 2: fact that God has rejected you and there is no
- 12:58Speaker 2: more hope. So, the barrenness of Hannah was the opportunity
- 13:07Speaker 2: that Peninnah had to scorn her. And you have to
- 13:11Speaker 2: get used to the fact that there are things you
- 13:13Speaker 2: will lack that your neighbor will have. That's life. That
- 13:23Speaker 2: you are in process doesn't mean you are better than
- 13:24Speaker 2: your neighbor. And it doesn't mean you are worse. You
- 13:27Speaker 2: are just in process. The reason why you need to
- 13:36Speaker 2: hear what I've said again is because if the devil
- 13:43Speaker 2: can't stop you from doing what is right... It will
- 13:46Speaker 2: get you to be proud in the process. That is,
- 13:50Speaker 2: you come out of the situation and you begin to
- 13:53Speaker 2: use your waiting process as the yardstick for what you have.
- 14:00Speaker 2: That is, you look at people and say, look at you.
- 14:02Speaker 2: What have you gone through? Let me tell you what
- 14:05Speaker 2: I've gone through in the hands of the Lord. So
- 14:09Speaker 2: that you can know where we came from. The fire
- 14:11Speaker 2: that processed us is the fire that processed gold in heaven. Yeah, yeah.
- 14:19Speaker 2: I'm going to get there tonight. Are you with me now?
- 14:23Speaker 2: The moment some things are not coming on time, then
- 14:28Speaker 2: you begin to hear what the devil has always wanted
- 14:30Speaker 2: to tell you. You start jisting with you. You are
- 14:34Speaker 2: not better than your fathers. All these Christianity things you
- 14:38Speaker 2: are doing, it's a waste of time. Scam. Scam. Okay?
- 14:44Speaker 2: Look at your life. What's the difference? Your brother who
- 14:47Speaker 2: is in the village. What makes you different? He has car.
- 14:53Speaker 2: You don't have. He has his own house. You don't have.
- 14:58Speaker 2: The devil will steal all manner of things. And that's
- 15:00Speaker 2: why we must raise believers who are deeply rooted. Who
- 15:04Speaker 2: have come to know God beyond things. You must know
- 15:13Speaker 2: him and judge him faithfully. Beyond things. Beyond physical results.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Getting somewhere. Now, I want to tell you what waiting
- 15:34Speaker 2: is and what waiting is not. Waiting is not just
- 15:39Speaker 2: the passage of time while trusting God for something. That is,
- 15:47Speaker 2: it cannot be said that you have waited because time
- 15:50Speaker 2: passed and certain things have not come. Are you with me?
- 16:05Speaker 2: Are you following what I'm saying over there? The fact
- 16:08Speaker 2: that the train did not come on time doesn't mean
- 16:11Speaker 2: you have waited. Waited. Doesn't mean you have waited. First
- 16:21Speaker 2: and foremost, some things takes time. If you just finish,
- 16:27Speaker 2: I don't want to use that. Let's assume somebody just
- 16:32Speaker 2: finished a process and something has not opened up yet.
- 16:34Speaker 2: You are not waiting yet. I mean, turn your Bibles now.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Ecclesiastes 3, look at it. Ecclesiastes 3, 11 and 12.
- 16:42Speaker 3: Look.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Ecclesiastes 3, 11 and 12. If you are there, say amen.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Okay.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Let me read from here. Look at it. He has
- 17:02Speaker 2: made everything beautiful in his time. What that simply means
- 17:09Speaker 2: is that the day you plant a seed is not
- 17:11Speaker 2: the day it will grow, sir. Just understand where you
- 17:15Speaker 2: are in the time chain. That's it. Just understand where
- 17:19Speaker 2: you are. It's not the way you plant a seed
- 17:21Speaker 2: that it will grow. Some things take time, naturally. You
- 17:24Speaker 2: have not started waiting. This is just the time it takes. Okay? Hello.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Are you with me? In the Nigeria of today, the
- 17:36Speaker 2: moment you finish university, except you have serious qualifications, serious connections,
- 17:42Speaker 2: plus the first class, or strong 2-1, there's a slight
- 17:48Speaker 2: chance that the moment you are done, you are going
- 17:51Speaker 2: to wait for a while while they are processing this
- 17:54Speaker 2: here and there. It's not waiting yet. It is just
- 17:57Speaker 2: the time it takes for that thing to crystallize. So
- 18:01Speaker 2: the fact that something has not happened, don't throw yourself
- 18:03Speaker 2: into a waiting room that, you see, we are the
- 18:05Speaker 2: ones who are waiting on the Lord. No. This thing
- 18:07Speaker 2: takes time. That's right. That's right. Oh, yes. Is this
- 18:14Speaker 2: simple enough? Yes. Naturally. Okay, for instance now, when a
- 18:17Speaker 2: woman goes to the hospital and finds out that she's pregnant,
- 18:20Speaker 2: then imagine the woman after three months now say, ah,
- 18:22Speaker 2: this baby has not come. No, this one takes nine months.
- 18:31Speaker 2: And one of the things parenting has taught me is that, man,
- 18:34Speaker 2: you have to be patient. First you wait and wait
- 18:37Speaker 2: and wait for the child to be born, then the
- 18:38Speaker 2: child is born. Then you wait a few more months
- 18:41Speaker 2: for the child to see and recognize you.
- 18:43Speaker 4: You wait.
- 18:43Speaker 2: You wait. Then you wait a few more months again
- 18:48Speaker 2: for the child to be able to respond to you
- 18:51Speaker 2: when you make some jokes. You wait. You wait for
- 18:53Speaker 2: the child to sit. You wait. You wait for the
- 18:55Speaker 2: child to start crawling. You wait. You wait for the
- 18:57Speaker 2: child to start standing. You wait. For the child to
- 18:59Speaker 2: start walking, you wait. The talk takes time small. You
- 19:05Speaker 2: wait longer. That's why they will call the first daddy.
- 19:11Speaker 2: While that process is going on, that is not delay.
- 19:14Speaker 2: That is the time it takes. you must understand the
- 19:17Speaker 2: time it takes for what you are doing to crystallize.
- 19:20Speaker 2: That is not delay. Is this simple enough? So that
- 19:30Speaker 2: by the time you are in that process, you will
- 19:32Speaker 2: not be hard on yourself and feel that your world
- 19:35Speaker 2: is crashing, why I think it's not going well for me.
- 19:38Speaker 2: And by the way, we all don't have the opportunity
- 19:41Speaker 2: to start at the same point in life. So, some
- 19:45Speaker 2: of us are going to go on a longer journey
- 19:47Speaker 2: than the rest of us. for instance the time it
- 19:51Speaker 2: will take for the one who had parents who had
- 19:53Speaker 2: everything ready for him to climb up it's different from
- 19:55Speaker 2: the time it will take for the one who started
- 19:57Speaker 2: from the bottom understand where you are starting from sir
- 20:03Speaker 2: okay and don't compare yourself with somebody who has leverage
- 20:08Speaker 2: Some people, they are the third generation of people who
- 20:12Speaker 2: are climbing up in their family. You are trying to
- 20:14Speaker 2: be the first generation. While you are trying to climb up,
- 20:18Speaker 2: even those who gave birth to you, you have to
- 20:19Speaker 2: still support them. You can't compare your life with them.
- 20:23Speaker 2: What I'm saying is that, if we have, please both
- 20:25Speaker 2: of you come. If we are putting these two men, alright,
- 20:28Speaker 2: to run this race, please face there. Okay? And then
- 20:31Speaker 2: we bring this one here to run. And this is
- 20:34Speaker 2: the destination they are running to. Okay?
- 20:37Speaker 3: Okay?
- 20:38Speaker 2: It will be unfair for him to think that because
- 20:44Speaker 2: this one gets there first, he's faster. Listen to what
- 20:51Speaker 2: I'm telling you. Sometimes somebody here can be running at
- 20:54Speaker 2: 60 kilometers per hour. And this one here is running
- 20:58Speaker 2: at 200 kilometers per hour. This one is most likely
- 21:01Speaker 2: going to get there first because he has shorter distance
- 21:04Speaker 2: to cover. But this one has more speed. You must understand.
- 21:11Speaker 2: The fact that people, are you following what I'm saying?
- 21:14Speaker 2: Don't judge your speed by who gets there first. Check
- 21:17Speaker 2: the pace you cover. Some things take time. I mean,
- 21:24Speaker 2: having gone through all the things you've gone through, survived
- 21:25Speaker 2: what you have survived, to come here and judge yourself
- 21:28Speaker 2: and say my life is just slow. Is that how
- 21:29Speaker 2: the race started? Who is there to support you? I
- 21:36Speaker 2: think we need to recognize people's hard work, not just
- 21:42Speaker 2: their result. We must have a culture that celebrates effort also.
- 21:50Speaker 5: Okay?
- 21:50Speaker 2: Because if we only celebrate result, people will jump process,
- 21:54Speaker 2: and since the result is what we recognize, and get
- 21:56Speaker 2: that result and say that effort is nothing. Are you
- 22:00Speaker 2: following what I'm saying here? Celebrate yourself, you have tried.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Thank you, sir. Are you following what I'm saying here?
- 22:13Speaker 2: So in the same light, that's the way life is.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Two people can be getting married, friends, the same Saturday,
- 22:23Speaker 2: across different states, but they have different leverage. You must
- 22:28Speaker 2: understand your own starting point and where you are. But
- 22:33Speaker 2: one thing is very certain. There is a God who
- 22:36Speaker 2: gives grace to those who wait on him I said
- 22:39Speaker 2: there is a God who gives grace to those who
- 22:42Speaker 2: wait on him. You will not crash. Maybe I don't
- 22:47Speaker 2: have the right audience. But I say again, you will
- 22:49Speaker 2: not crash. And because while you are in the process,
- 22:54Speaker 2: the devil keeps reminding you where others failed. You will
- 22:58Speaker 2: not stop there. You will go far ahead. You will
- 23:04Speaker 2: become the first generation of excellence.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Amen.
- 23:09Speaker 2: You become the first generation of genuine result. In the
- 23:15Speaker 2: name of Jesus. Now, listen to this. You will know
- 23:18Speaker 2: what it means to be fulfilled in life. In the
- 23:22Speaker 2: name of Jesus. You won't vanish halfway like smoke. God
- 23:27Speaker 2: will preserve you. In Jesus' name. Now, sit down for
- 23:31Speaker 2: a while. One of the things God does is that
- 23:34Speaker 2: while we are in that process, And some things are
- 23:37Speaker 2: to take 10 years. Some things are to take 20 years.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Some things are to take 15 years. Sometimes it gives
- 23:41Speaker 2: us boosters. One contact. One access. One door. Just boosters.
- 23:54Speaker 2: And you discover that sometimes you are seeing 10 years remaining.
- 24:01Speaker 2: And God just gives an advantage. And you are seeing
- 24:04Speaker 2: three months to go. Amen. God is going to give
- 24:10Speaker 2: you speed. You must look forward to it. Like I said,
- 24:16Speaker 2: today's Bible study is more of me ministering to those
- 24:20Speaker 2: who are having two kinds of waiting. Okay? So it's
- 24:23Speaker 2: not just us comparing, but also ministering to the spirit
- 24:29Speaker 2: of those who are weary because of waiting. God gives boosters.
- 24:35Speaker 2: He does. It does. It does. It does. It would
- 24:40Speaker 2: have taken David, only God knows when, to get to
- 24:45Speaker 2: the palace. But God said to Samuel, go to the
- 24:48Speaker 2: house of Jesse. That was a booster. And sometimes the
- 24:51Speaker 2: booster comes as an activity of the enemy. And the
- 24:57Speaker 2: enemy thinks that they are destroying you, but what they
- 24:59Speaker 2: don't realize is that they are pushing you faster towards
- 25:02Speaker 2: your promise. Like the case of Joseph.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Joseph.
- 25:06Speaker 2: They thought they were selling him. But Joseph said, hey,
- 25:09Speaker 2: the Lord sent me ahead of you. Alright? To prepare
- 25:12Speaker 2: the way for you. He recognized that. God is giving
- 25:15Speaker 2: you boosters. One of the entry point of discouragement is
- 25:22Speaker 2: that the devil is able to convince you that this
- 25:24Speaker 2: is the time it will take. Your times are not
- 25:27Speaker 2: in his hands. Your times are in God's hands. They
- 25:30Speaker 2: are in God's hands. They are not in the hands
- 25:32Speaker 2: of the devil. He cannot tell you how long it
- 25:35Speaker 2: will take. Are you following what I'm saying? The situation
- 25:38Speaker 2: that you are going through, the pain has opened door.
- 25:42Speaker 2: I know. Many voices are coming. When, what's her name?
- 25:47Speaker 2: The girl, the servant girl of Sarah, when she gave
- 25:50Speaker 2: birth first, you saw what she did. She began to insult,
- 25:53Speaker 2: despise her mistress. There is a very high tendency in
- 25:58Speaker 2: life that when you get resolved early, you may not
- 26:01Speaker 2: know how to talk.
- 26:07Speaker 3: Okay?
- 26:08Speaker 2: You may not know how to talk. You may just feel,
- 26:11Speaker 2: you see, it's just about positioning. It's just about knowing
- 26:14Speaker 2: how to position yourself well. Young ladies, just make sure
- 26:19Speaker 2: that you dress well, have your makeups on, be at
- 26:23Speaker 2: the right place at the right time, this, this, that.
- 26:26Speaker 2: That's somebody who has no report. That thing you are
- 26:34Speaker 2: talking is trash. When you find real reports, you'll understand
- 26:42Speaker 2: that answers to prayer when it comes to marriage goes
- 26:45Speaker 2: beyond fine face. And it goes beyond beautiful Instagram pictures.
- 26:54Speaker 2: God makes everything beautiful in its time. Are you with me?
- 27:01Speaker 2: People can see you and still not see you. But
- 27:09Speaker 2: when the... See, the time. When the time is right.
- 27:14Speaker 2: The time is not just the moment. What you are
- 27:21Speaker 2: seeing is time as the moment. No. What God is
- 27:24Speaker 2: calling the time is the season. You can be the season.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Let me have five guys. Quickly, quickly, quickly. Can I have...
- 27:35Speaker 2: This is a season. where, please stand there, just stand there,
- 27:41Speaker 2: thank you. All, no, face us. All the people coming
- 27:45Speaker 2: around this season are wrong. And yes, we are coming.
- 27:52Speaker 2: But here is another season where the one is passing
- 28:02Speaker 2: and this is God. This one Is the right time...
- 28:10Speaker 2: Not because of what the clock says... But because of
- 28:13Speaker 2: what it brings... Your time... Comes with your people... And
- 28:22Speaker 2: your resources... It's not the moment... It's not calendar... It's
- 28:28Speaker 2: not Kronos... It's Kairos... Pregnant moment... If you are under pressure...
- 28:38Speaker 2: You say, now that all these guys are passing around
- 28:41Speaker 2: this time, a time comes that they will cease. That's
- 28:44Speaker 2: good news if the wrong one ceases. If it is
- 28:50Speaker 2: not God, it is not time. Amen. Lift your hand
- 28:58Speaker 2: and say again. Say, God makes all things beautiful in
- 29:03Speaker 2: its time and season. Do you understand that illustration? Give
- 29:08Speaker 2: Jesus a big hand. Thank you. So, it is not
- 29:22Speaker 2: everybody that have result that can have your ears. But
- 29:28Speaker 2: you check the report. Hebrews 11 from verse 1 to 3. Quickly.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Hebrews 11, 1 to 3. Now look at it. Hebrews
- 29:39Speaker 2: 11 says, Now faith is the substance of things, but
- 29:41Speaker 2: for the evidence of things not seen. For by it,
- 29:44Speaker 2: the elders obtain a good report. So I think I've
- 29:48Speaker 2: shared this story before. I was in GSS 1 or so.
- 29:53Speaker 2: I mean, when I left primary school, I used to try.
- 29:57Speaker 2: But when I got to secondary school, I stopped trying.
- 30:00Speaker 3: Okay?
- 30:01Speaker 2: Somehow, I think I came 31st. No, 33 out of
- 30:07Speaker 2: about 35 or 36. Amen. Are you here? So, pay
- 30:23Speaker 2: attention to this illustration. So, I was... I didn't know
- 30:29Speaker 2: how I was going to take the report card home.
- 30:33Speaker 2: My dad would check it and you would tell him
- 30:38Speaker 2: that after paying all the amount of money they paid
- 30:41Speaker 2: for school fees, this is what you can come with.
- 30:44Speaker 2: So I thought to myself, this is dirty thought. Let
- 30:52Speaker 2: me cancel one third. And I did. And I did.
- 30:59Speaker 2: I canceled. I just got TPEX, and I just erased
- 31:03Speaker 2: one thread, and I just made it in a way
- 31:06Speaker 2: that it would blend so that all my dad needed
- 31:13Speaker 2: to do was to turn the report card the other side. There,
- 31:17Speaker 2: the real report was glaring. Experience, though. So, now, hold
- 31:26Speaker 2: on a minute. So, But what I did not know
- 31:32Speaker 2: was that I was more concerned about the result as taught.
- 31:37Speaker 2: But there are many reports that makes the result valid.
- 31:44Speaker 2: For instance, how can you have read in math, read
- 31:48Speaker 2: in English, read in elementary science, read here and read
- 31:53Speaker 2: in all those things. Then suddenly you have taught. In
- 32:01Speaker 2: the same light, how can you have read in patience,
- 32:04Speaker 2: read in character development, rest in prayer, read in all that,
- 32:09Speaker 2: and yet have the result? The report of the things
- 32:16Speaker 2: you passed are more important than the ultimate result. While waiting,
- 32:25Speaker 2: were you patient? Did you become more kind? Did you
- 32:30Speaker 2: learn to be more loving? Did you learn prayer? Did
- 32:33Speaker 2: you learn fasting? Did you learn the word? It is
- 32:37Speaker 2: not just about the result. There are many reports that
- 32:41Speaker 2: are hats off to give us the result. So there
- 32:47Speaker 2: are things that God wants us to carry while we're
- 32:51Speaker 2: in process. Say I hear. Anywhere there is genuine waiting,
- 33:03Speaker 2: there will be character. Nothing is more humbling than doing
- 33:09Speaker 2: everything you know to do and not seeing the result
- 33:12Speaker 2: you want to see.
- 33:12Speaker 6: It's humbling.
- 33:15Speaker 2: It's humbling. It's humbling. It's humbling. One of my... I
- 33:36Speaker 2: think we're having a minister's conversation. I just want to
- 33:42Speaker 2: chip this in because I know that I have a
- 33:45Speaker 2: special calling to ministers and to raise leaders. You know.
- 33:52Speaker 2: So one of my boys was asking me, I said,
- 33:56Speaker 2: when you pastor a church and you are doing everything
- 34:01Speaker 2: you know to do, And the church is not growing.
- 34:06Speaker 2: Nothing is responding. What else do you do? Well, sometimes
- 34:11Speaker 2: you are doing the right things, but those right things
- 34:14Speaker 2: must be done for a period of time. You are
- 34:19Speaker 2: pouring water on the seed you have sown. Nothing is growing.
- 34:22Speaker 2: You are doing the right thing. Wait. There is a
- 34:25Speaker 2: time it will take.
- 34:25Speaker 7: Hello.
- 34:29Speaker 2: It's not eat and run. It takes time. It takes time.
- 34:39Speaker 2: And sometimes... Until I say this, let me say it.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Sometimes the answer to growth is not with you. Let
- 35:00Speaker 2: me tell you something. When this church... a certain season
- 35:05Speaker 2: last year, somebody just attended this church. We had the,
- 35:11Speaker 2: I mean, I've missed those kind of settings. We need
- 35:13Speaker 2: to have it again soon. After service, we just had
- 35:16Speaker 2: lunch together at church. And we're talking. And a guy
- 35:20Speaker 2: came to church. And the guy said to me, he said,
- 35:23Speaker 2: I'm hearing your sermon. He said, it's like you don't know.
- 35:28Speaker 2: He said, the whole city is coming to your church.
- 35:30Speaker 2: He said, What I'm seeing here, I don't think you
- 35:34Speaker 2: know what's going on on the street. Very soon, you
- 35:37Speaker 2: will have a problem with space. I mean, when they
- 35:40Speaker 2: say somebody gives you OT, that guy brought that. I
- 35:46Speaker 2: heard him and I heard God as he spoke. Jethro
- 35:49Speaker 2: may not be a pastor, but if a pastor will succeed,
- 35:52Speaker 2: you will need to hear Jethro. Are you following what
- 35:57Speaker 2: I'm saying? It is not everything that you see in
- 36:00Speaker 2: the Bible. I read books on management. I read books
- 36:05Speaker 2: on administration. I read books on businesses. I read books
- 36:08Speaker 2: on governance. All right. When you get those, let me
- 36:13Speaker 2: leave it. Are you following what I'm saying? Because let
- 36:26Speaker 2: me show you a few things. while you are in
- 36:38Speaker 2: the process for things to happen, understand that there are
- 36:42Speaker 2: tests you must pass. And they mean so much to God.
- 36:47Speaker 2: And they must mean so much to you. It is
- 36:51Speaker 2: not enough that time is passing. Time can pass only
- 36:54Speaker 2: to be wasted. What did I say? Time can pass
- 37:02Speaker 2: only to be wasted. Wasted. It is not passage of time.
- 37:08Speaker 2: It is you getting right what God needs you to
- 37:10Speaker 2: get right. Sometimes, in fact, many times, God is not
- 37:16Speaker 2: the one occasioning delay. What is helping you take advantage
- 37:19Speaker 2: of it. When the devil thinks they are afflicting you,
- 37:23Speaker 2: they don't know that the devil oftentimes make the plans
- 37:28Speaker 2: of God come to pass fast. Because he has darkened wisdom.
- 37:32Speaker 2: He doesn't know. He thinks they are afflicting you. In fact,
- 37:36Speaker 2: one time when David was running from Absalom, the guy
- 37:41Speaker 2: saw David was running from his son. David, the sweet
- 37:46Speaker 2: Samis of Israel, the lion himself, was running from Absalom.
- 37:51Speaker 2: The guy stood from afar and was throwing stones at David,
- 37:55Speaker 2: was insulting, calling him names. He said, this, this, this.
- 37:59Speaker 2: God is doing this to you because of what you
- 38:00Speaker 2: did to the house of Saul. Abner and Joab are
- 38:06Speaker 2: men that will not have to throw a spear twice.
- 38:08Speaker 2: You understand what I'm saying? These are not normal guys.
- 38:13Speaker 2: They don't need to throw a sword. Even if they
- 38:16Speaker 2: do like this, the head is off. The guy said,
- 38:19Speaker 2: let me fall on him. David said, no, allow him.
- 38:22Speaker 2: Maybe God will hear him and look on my afflictions.
- 38:30Speaker 2: I was hearing.
- 38:32Speaker 2: One of the pastors I respect so much. I think
- 38:36Speaker 2: I shared this in a battle. And they asked him,
- 38:38Speaker 2: how do you deal with offense? He said, and that's
- 38:42Speaker 2: the most profound answer I've seen. He said, I see
- 38:46Speaker 2: the sovereign will of God in everything. That is, if
- 38:51Speaker 2: you look at me and begin to insult me and
- 38:54Speaker 2: call me names. He said, I will just conclude in
- 38:56Speaker 2: my heart that there's something God wants to deal with
- 38:58Speaker 2: in my life. I've allowed you to do this to me.
- 39:02Speaker 2: So he gave an example. He said, if you look
- 39:04Speaker 2: at even David, he said when Saul was trying to
- 39:07Speaker 2: kill David, he said that was God trying to help
- 39:09Speaker 2: David to deal with certain things. Sometimes the time you
- 39:13Speaker 2: were sin is the time the enemies were after you.
- 39:16Speaker 2: And he said, he said what Saul, what could not
- 39:19Speaker 2: be dealt with in David then was what still went
- 39:22Speaker 2: after Bathsheba and killed Uriah. Don't be quick to remove everything.
- 39:29Speaker 2: Sometimes it's God's. take note. There's pride here. There's anger here.
- 39:35Speaker 2: There's overconfidence here. This is it. Okay? Do you understand
- 39:40Speaker 2: what I'm saying? Let me tell you, in all honesty,
- 39:42Speaker 2: some things are painful. But we grow.
- 39:45Speaker 3: Grow.
- 39:47Speaker 2: We just see through the smoke screens. And understand. Okay?
- 39:51Speaker 2: And understand. There are times that people do things to me.
- 39:57Speaker 2: And I look at them. And I say, no, you
- 39:59Speaker 2: are not this wicked. No, you are not. You can't be.
- 40:04Speaker 2: This is the devil who hates me. Trying to afflict
- 40:07Speaker 2: me through you. Okay? I know you. I know who
- 40:10Speaker 2: you are. And I know the person behind. You know
- 40:13Speaker 2: the devil can wear pull-like suits. And when they have
- 40:17Speaker 2: done what they are doing, they now wonder, did I
- 40:19Speaker 2: cross to this? Yes, they did. But it's not them,
- 40:21Speaker 2: it's the devil. If you don't see life this way,
- 40:28Speaker 2: you will play into the hands of the devil. And
- 40:30Speaker 2: you'll be easily angered. There are times you get to
- 40:34Speaker 2: where your blessing is. The devil just wants to use
- 40:36Speaker 2: a very funny person to frustrate you. Say, I refuse
- 40:39Speaker 2: to be frustrated. Say it again, I refuse to be frustrated.
- 40:43Speaker 2: I refuse to be frustrated. How do I walk into
- 40:47Speaker 2: a place, an organization, to get something done? Okay? And
- 40:52Speaker 2: somebody just start looking at me and look at me
- 40:54Speaker 2: and look at me. How is that my problem?
- 40:58Speaker 3: No.
- 40:59Speaker 2: How is that my problem? Have I urinated on my body? No.
- 41:06Speaker 2: Am I your headache? No. Whatever it is, I'm not
- 41:10Speaker 2: the victim. I'm just a beneficiary of your goodwill. I
- 41:15Speaker 2: have five minutes to spend there. I will go. I'm
- 41:18Speaker 2: not the victim. You must learn how to interpret life.
- 41:25Speaker 2: If not, the devil will get you. But in this
- 41:28Speaker 2: social media world, you know, somebody asked me, I said,
- 41:33Speaker 2: how do you pastors deal with media criticism? Sometimes you
- 41:38Speaker 2: say something plain. Somebody will bring it from another angle.
- 41:44Speaker 2: What do you do? I'm not the victim. You must
- 41:47Speaker 2: learn how to set your face like a flint and
- 41:51Speaker 2: keep doing the things you have to do. When you
- 41:53Speaker 2: are at the top, you are the topic. Continue. You
- 41:57Speaker 2: don't have to pause to answer everybody. You will drain yourself.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Keep the energy. Put it on the progress. Think. At
- 42:10Speaker 2: the level that God is bringing you to, you can't
- 42:12Speaker 2: be thinking like a pauper. You have to think well.
- 42:16Speaker 2: Think as one who is ministering to the world. Understand
- 42:19Speaker 2: the devil will come at you at that level. Wake up!
- 42:23Speaker 2: Oh yes. Oh yes. If you are not being criticized,
- 42:29Speaker 2: you are not doing enough. One of the announcements that
- 42:33Speaker 2: you are beginning to try is that you will be cancelled.
- 42:38Speaker 2: Tell anybody to try. Amen. Amen. Is somebody following what
- 42:47Speaker 2: I'm saying here? Let's do a bit of comparison. Are
- 43:00Speaker 2: you with me?
- 43:03Speaker 7: What?
- 43:05Speaker 2: How do we describe the waiting of Hannah and the
- 43:08Speaker 2: waiting of Sarah? Hannah was that woman who her husband
- 43:17Speaker 2: as another wife, and their children. And for some reasons,
- 43:22Speaker 2: the Bible didn't seem to give us a clue about
- 43:24Speaker 2: our age. But from the description, it didn't look as
- 43:30Speaker 2: though the Bible was describing a couple that were advanced. Okay?
- 43:36Speaker 2: Because the kids of Peninnah were referred to as children.
- 43:40Speaker 2: Maybe two boys, two girls. Maybe three boys, one, two girls. Alright?
- 43:44Speaker 2: But we know that somehow, These still seem to look
- 43:48Speaker 2: like young couples. Okay? And Anna kept, they kept going
- 43:53Speaker 2: to Shiloh. The husband was saying, I'm better than 10,000
- 43:58Speaker 2: children to you. Like I said at that time, scam.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Okay?
- 44:02Speaker 2: We don't know. Maybe the guy could still go out
- 44:05Speaker 2: and get more wives. Okay? Because he was not in
- 44:09Speaker 2: the waiting process. If you link this to last week,
- 44:11Speaker 2: he was not waiting. It was just Anna that was waiting. Okay?
- 44:18Speaker 2: Some other time I'm going to bring this out in
- 44:19Speaker 2: the subject of marriage. Because you win the battle faster
- 44:23Speaker 2: when it is two going through it, not one. Okay?
- 44:27Speaker 2: So she had to go and cry out to God.
- 44:30Speaker 2: And she gave birth. But in the case of Sarah,
- 44:35Speaker 2: as a matter of fact, the Bible had to give
- 44:37Speaker 2: us an hint that it had ceased to be with
- 44:40Speaker 2: her after the manner of women. Let's look at it. Genesis,
- 44:45Speaker 2: all right? Turn your Bibles there. The book of Genesis
- 44:49Speaker 2: chapter number 18. Are you with me? Let's start the
- 45:04Speaker 2: reading from Genesis 18. Let's start the reading from verse 6.
- 45:12Speaker 2: And Abraham hastened into the tent to Sarah. And said,
- 45:17Speaker 2: make ready quickly three measures of fine meal. Knead it
- 45:21Speaker 2: and make cakes on the earth. And Abraham ran to
- 45:27Speaker 2: the head and fetched a calf, tender and good, and
- 45:31Speaker 2: gave it to a young man. And he hurried to
- 45:34Speaker 2: dress it. And he took the butter and milk and
- 45:36Speaker 2: the calf which he had dressed and set it before them.
- 45:39Speaker 2: And he stood by them under the tree and they
- 45:41Speaker 2: did eat. I don't know what kind of meekness this is.
- 45:45Speaker 2: How will the old Abraham be standing if he gets
- 45:47Speaker 2: peace be eating, sir? That's the lifestyle they built. And
- 45:53Speaker 2: they said to him, where's Sarah, your wife? And he said, behold,
- 45:57Speaker 2: in the tent. And he said, I will certainly return
- 46:01Speaker 2: to you according to this time of life and see Sarah,
- 46:05Speaker 2: your wife, shall have a son. And Sarah headed in
- 46:11Speaker 2: the tent door, which was behind him. Now, Abraham and
- 46:16Speaker 2: Sarah were old and stricken in age and it ceased
- 46:21Speaker 2: to be with Sarah after the manner of women. Meaning
- 46:29Speaker 2: that this prophecy was believable when she was still menstruating. Therefore,
- 46:38Speaker 2: Sarah laughed within herself saying, after I am watched old
- 46:45Speaker 2: Shall I have pleasure? My Lord being old also. You
- 46:50Speaker 2: know there is a certain age people just say day
- 46:53Speaker 2: or day. This guy is old. Nobody is touching anybody anymore.
- 46:59Speaker 2: So how will these things be? Hope you know to
- 47:05Speaker 2: understand the power of prophecy. We will still get to
- 47:10Speaker 2: Genesis 20. Are you with me? and see a king
- 47:16Speaker 2: pick Sarah, thinking she was a young girl. Are you
- 47:28Speaker 2: following what I'm saying? If Sarah at 80 plus, somebody
- 47:34Speaker 2: can be crushing on her. How old are you? Are
- 47:40Speaker 2: you saying nobody see me? Shun that nonsense and move on. Amen.
- 47:46Speaker 2: She laughed within herself. So for Sarah, the testimony that
- 47:53Speaker 2: she needs, her body, her anatomical configuration contradicts it. As
- 48:02Speaker 2: far as the science of the human body is concerned,
- 48:04Speaker 2: it was too late. For Hannah, it was still possible.
- 48:08Speaker 2: So what I'm saying is, if you put a Sarah
- 48:12Speaker 2: and a Hannah side by side, 40 years ago, they
- 48:16Speaker 2: were still both waiting at the same level. 40 years later,
- 48:20Speaker 2: the child of Hannah is already 30-something years. Sarah is
- 48:23Speaker 2: still waiting. And that's when the pain becomes more, that
- 48:36Speaker 2: there are people that you know, you were all in
- 48:38Speaker 2: the waiting room till they all left, and you are
- 48:42Speaker 2: the only one left there. And sometimes it looks as
- 48:46Speaker 2: though the body of theology we have seems to demonize
- 48:50Speaker 2: people that don't get results on time. That there's something
- 48:53Speaker 2: you are not doing right. I am saying you can
- 48:55Speaker 2: do everything right, but yet the time has not come.
- 49:04Speaker 2: It can happen. So, this is where we get to
- 49:11Speaker 2: the point where waiting It's beginning to make no more sense.
- 49:18Speaker 2: This is now not making sense. We thought we were joking.
- 49:21Speaker 2: We thought we were just trying to do some things.
- 49:25Speaker 2: If this is a joke, it has to stop now.
- 49:27Speaker 2: This is no longer making any sense. This is nonsense.
- 49:30Speaker 2: I'm done. I'm done. And you know the funny thing
- 49:33Speaker 2: is that while you are in this process, you will
- 49:38Speaker 2: also see people who don't pray in tongues, who don't
- 49:43Speaker 2: read the Bible, who don't fast, who are not workers
- 49:48Speaker 2: in church, who are not born-again Christians, who don't have
- 49:53Speaker 2: your consecration, get the things you want without even waiting
- 49:57Speaker 2: on God. So, if we say that, hey, look at
- 50:04Speaker 2: this testimony, this testimony, you know, these are... This testimony,
- 50:09Speaker 2: look at this testimony. This is the kind of testimony
- 50:11Speaker 2: you get when you are a faithful steward in this house. Now,
- 50:14Speaker 2: so it happened. Now, so God, they do harm. It
- 50:18Speaker 2: is also happening outside. For those who don't even know Jesus,
- 50:20Speaker 2: talk less of being a steward. How do we balance it?
- 50:24Speaker 2: These things are not balanced. Are you aware that as
- 50:35Speaker 2: we celebrate... 100 babies, God answer people. They are also
- 50:44Speaker 2: doing so in some shrines. The difference is, those who
- 50:48Speaker 2: wait on God will not inherit shame. When God gives,
- 50:56Speaker 2: He protects what He gives. He backs up what He gives. Now,
- 51:04Speaker 2: how many of you have seen that before? That, look
- 51:06Speaker 2: at people. Look at people. We are not even Christians.
- 51:09Speaker 2: Look at them. They have the results we don't have.
- 51:12Speaker 2: They have the results. Look at them. It looks like
- 51:13Speaker 2: it's only Christians that are in the waiting process sometimes.
- 51:16Speaker 2: It's like, let me just go outside the world and
- 51:18Speaker 2: enjoy myself and then come back and I don't pass
- 51:20Speaker 2: that process. I'm not sure I've seen that happening before.
- 51:22Speaker 2: You see people outside. They're not born-again people and they're
- 51:25Speaker 2: not waiting. Have you seen that before? Yes. But do
- 51:27Speaker 2: you know you are wrong? You are wrong. Let me
- 51:33Speaker 2: show you something. The moment waiting gets to a level,
- 51:48Speaker 2: the devil convinces you. What he does is that he
- 51:53Speaker 2: paints a single story. Hey, are you following what I'm saying?
- 52:03Speaker 2: The devil paints a single story and shows you only
- 52:08Speaker 2: one side of the divide. Look at those outside. Outside.
- 52:12Speaker 2: They get the things that you pray don't get. But
- 52:17Speaker 2: then they die too. He won't show you that. I
- 52:21Speaker 2: shared the story of two boys who went to perform rituals.
- 52:28Speaker 2: And they went to a car park. They were going
- 52:31Speaker 2: to wash a car.
- 52:32Speaker 3: Okay?
- 52:33Speaker 2: They were discussing. The father of one of my friends
- 52:35Speaker 2: was inside his own car. They didn't know somebody was there.
- 52:38Speaker 2: And one was asking the other one, what did Baba
- 52:40Speaker 2: say you should do? He said, Baba said I should
- 52:42Speaker 2: buy a kara. If you don't know what that means,
- 52:44Speaker 2: that's beans cake, fried beans cake. Alright? And then he
- 52:48Speaker 2: said he should pour it on the road. On the road. Yes?
- 52:53Speaker 2: He said he should wait for a car to match it,
- 52:55Speaker 2: then bring what is left. So a car matched it,
- 52:58Speaker 2: it took what was left to the man. That was
- 53:00Speaker 2: what they used to perform the ritual. And the condition
- 53:03Speaker 2: for that money was that the way the car matched
- 53:06Speaker 2: this beans cake, this is the way a car will
- 53:08Speaker 2: match your head when time comes to die. Okay? What
- 53:12Speaker 2: is beautiful about what the devil gives, he will not
- 53:14Speaker 2: show you that. He will show you the shiny aspect.
- 53:18Speaker 2: He will give you the impression that look at what
- 53:20Speaker 2: is happening. See as they enjoy their lives. All these
- 53:24Speaker 2: Christian things that they carry for head, where they hand.
- 53:27Speaker 2: See girls where they go club on Saturday night. They
- 53:30Speaker 2: find better men. But they use them for ritual too.
- 53:37Speaker 2: It is those who have gone through that life that
- 53:39Speaker 2: can tell you the pain they live life with and
- 53:42Speaker 2: the regret that comes. The fact that you have not
- 53:47Speaker 2: been there doesn't mean you should envy it. You only
- 53:50Speaker 2: have an aspect to the story and the one who
- 53:52Speaker 2: is painting it is the one who wants to get
- 53:54Speaker 2: you there. The devil himself, he wants you messed up.
- 54:00Speaker 2: There's nothing there. We go to party, dance, dance, dance. Say,
- 54:06Speaker 2: devil's basket. I don't know if you guys see the red. Nadia,
- 54:10Speaker 2: we stop. Pick, pick, pick. Kande, you look like you
- 54:14Speaker 2: know what's going on. Pick, pick, pick, pick. Having done
- 54:19Speaker 2: all those things, it is superfluity of naughtiness. A well
- 54:22Speaker 2: you dig, you won't touch water. You carry this girl,
- 54:30Speaker 2: no satisfaction. Another one, another one, another one. And the
- 54:34Speaker 2: pattern continues. and discover that the one whose life is
- 54:36Speaker 2: being spent is you. The devil tries to give believers
- 54:42Speaker 2: the impression that you are cake. You are in church.
- 54:46Speaker 2: Hearing the word. Some of you are married. Your children
- 54:50Speaker 2: are here. Learning the ways of God. But you know
- 54:54Speaker 2: you have colleagues who have come back from work. Now
- 54:57Speaker 2: that it's public holiday. They don't bath. Put small perfume.
- 55:01Speaker 2: Don't go coven. Drink small gouda. Serve them well. The
- 55:05Speaker 2: children are starving at home. The wife is looking like
- 55:07Speaker 2: a shadow of herself. The girls that is liking there,
- 55:10Speaker 2: he will not buy the same clothes for his wife.
- 55:13Speaker 2: The children grow up to hate the kind of father
- 55:16Speaker 2: that he is. You are in the right place, doing
- 55:18Speaker 2: the right things at the right time. You are not
- 55:20Speaker 2: backward because you are serving God. You are not. This
- 55:27Speaker 2: is how to catch real fun. To be in the
- 55:29Speaker 2: presence of our maker. And learn how he designed our
- 55:33Speaker 2: lives to function. This is what we do. You know,
- 55:36Speaker 2: I went for myself and my friends. We went for, well,
- 55:41Speaker 2: maybe a vacation. Just a time. It was not really
- 55:45Speaker 2: a retreat. Just to, we've been walking. Let's just rest.
- 55:48Speaker 3: Okay?
- 55:49Speaker 2: We were living for different countries and we might not
- 55:51Speaker 2: be able to be together again. So let's just rest.
- 55:53Speaker 2: So we're We were in a place. Let me just
- 55:57Speaker 2: put a place. Okay? And the owner of this facility
- 56:01Speaker 2: is a billionaire. All right? So the son was there.
- 56:03Speaker 2: And one time the guy got confused. And he was like,
- 56:09Speaker 2: you guys have been here for some days. When I
- 56:15Speaker 2: day here, fine guys, yes. No girls. No, no girls.
- 56:21Speaker 2: No drinking. No, no drinking. He said, how are you
- 56:28Speaker 2: guys now catching fun? Come, let's show you how we
- 56:32Speaker 2: catch real fun. What we are doing is not boring.
- 56:40Speaker 2: If it is club, I know what it means to
- 56:42Speaker 2: go there. You go stand throughout. Now church day, they
- 56:46Speaker 2: sit down. You know what I'm saying now. You stand.
- 57:02Speaker 2: You drink. You don't even know where your car key
- 57:04Speaker 2: is again. But when we leave this place, we are
- 57:07Speaker 2: more charged. Pumped up to first life. We are not
- 57:12Speaker 2: behind because we are in church. This is where it
- 57:15Speaker 2: is happening. We teach the world how to catch real fun.
- 57:20Speaker 2: We are not behind. We don't copy them. There's a
- 57:23Speaker 2: lot they should learn from us. Look at the peace
- 57:26Speaker 2: we have. Yeah. Hey, one imperial bottle there. They carry this.
- 57:36Speaker 2: This one, don't go boring money. You see, bring two,
- 57:39Speaker 2: bring two. Some girls will carry the light, carry the thing.
- 57:42Speaker 2: The bottle that you buy for, how would you sit
- 57:45Speaker 2: down to drink a bottle of drink for 3. something million?
- 57:48Speaker 2: Just because they will ail you. And you know those
- 57:50Speaker 2: hype man. And you are here, just starting your life.
- 58:04Speaker 2: Pressure wants to kill you. If they use Infinix, don't
- 58:10Speaker 2: raise your phone, iPhone there. Pressure wants to finish you.
- 58:23Speaker 2: But here we are in God's presence. No discrimination. Nothing.
- 58:31Speaker 2: This is where it is happening. This is where it
- 58:34Speaker 2: is happening. This is where it is happening.
- 58:36Speaker 7: Hallelujah.
- 58:41Speaker 2: Sometimes you meet people like this and they want to
- 58:43Speaker 2: give you the impression, now why are you so backward?
- 58:45Speaker 2: Am I? If you don't know where you are, you'll
- 58:51Speaker 2: be confused. Am I really So, let me just say this.
- 59:11Speaker 2: One of my boys asked me, he was following me everywhere.
- 59:15Speaker 2: So he said, I noticed that since you've been around,
- 59:20Speaker 2: you've sown seed here of thousands of pounds. I said, yes.
- 59:29Speaker 2: I said, number one, I like to give. Number two,
- 59:32Speaker 2: I like to shame the devil. You know how many
- 59:35Speaker 2: years the devil convinced me that because I refused to
- 59:38Speaker 2: go to the UK early, to London University of Tropical Medicine,
- 59:42Speaker 2: that I failed. I like to show the devil I
- 59:49Speaker 2: don't fail. I might not be in front, but I
- 59:53Speaker 2: wasn't failing. God was preparing something. You are too quick
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: to conclude You are too quick. There are things that
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: will not come in the time that they make sense.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: That's the truth. That's the kind of person that Sarah was.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: It won't come in time that it makes sense. And
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: you have to learn how to deal with the seasons
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: of depravity. Because if you get your conclusions wrong, you
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: may not come out. Maybe one of these days, I'm
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: going to tell you the year I was able to
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: buy my first brand new suit as a pastor in
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: a boutique. If I say it, you'll be shocked. One time,
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: somebody came to meet me and said, Hi, I want
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: to borrow your suit. I've been nominated as men in suits.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: Money suit for someone's wedding. So I saw that you
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: have many suits. Now, one suit I get, I have
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: a friend who is a photographer. He will sit down
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: that one suit for different poster and use Photoshop to
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: change the color. So I said, this is the suit.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Join them for the wedding. If you want, after the wedding,
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: we use Photoshop, change the color. And that suit, I
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: went for my cousin's wedding. who happened to be a banker.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: And as far as he was concerned, he had used
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: all the money on that suit. I said, I can
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: start from where you stopped. And I took that suit,
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: and that suit still did another two to three years
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: with me. By the time I was done, I gave
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: it to one of our pastors. Into doing it on
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: two years. When he finished, he gave another junior pastor...
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: So I now went to meet them and give me
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: this suit. The time has come for deliverance. Whether we
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: wear suits then or we don't wear, it doesn't stop
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: the message. It doesn't stop the message. You know, I
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: was in Lekki. Permit me to be a bit vain.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: And I went to one of my boys. I call
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: them my boys not because they are my boys, like
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: the way we relate.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Friends.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Friends. Very close. Very real guy. You know me very well.
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: Know that. So we went there. We were going to
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: buy some suit. So it was one pain. Then we
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: just looked at each other and I remembered that years
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: back I went to Koza. I went to Lagos, JJ,
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: to go and do apostolic ministry. I said, let's go
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: to Koza. Excellent church. Well, I sit down. The devil
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: just remind me, say, Lazarus. I said, here I am.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: He said, look at the legs of your age mates.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: I look to the right. What? Oxford. Brooks. Nice shoes.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: I don't know past Oxford and Brooks. I looked out
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: and said, it was like every... Colleen!
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: Colleen!
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: See your leg. I looked at my leg.
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: Ah!
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: I folded my leg under the chair. When they call
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: first timers, I don't go. Before they would think I
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: needed charity, I don't go. So after the service, I
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: got angry. I told the boy, see you, you dress well,
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: you don't tell me. Laughter So after the service, I said,
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: I'm hungry. Let's go now to buy shoes.
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: Me.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: If you say ministry just contributes more change. Say, as
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: you go, God will go with you. You are doing ministry.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: I said, let's go and buy shoes. So I pick
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: one shoe. I said, how much is this shoe? I
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: want to buy this shoe. The guy said, I think
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: then he said, 38,000. Don't angry. What do you mean?
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: This Lagos. That's how you pull out. You put just
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: one for state. You guys say, I post you.
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: Calm down.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Don't for state. Don't for state. Calm down. So he
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: now come and say, actually, actually. This shoe actually is
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: around that price.
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: See?
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: The last time I bought shoe ever was one, two.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: So I had a feel, say, maybe now two, five.
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: Max.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: And I said, this one that you are wearing, how
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: much is this? He said, ah, this one. I said, sir,
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: I bought it around $ 37, 000. Really? When I was going
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: to get married, towards my wedding, I bought about 12 shoes.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: He said, why are you buying shoes? I said, I'm hungry.
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: I want to show the devil. Devil, your head is
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: not correct. You're... So we were together again at the
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: shop in Lekki. And then we were paying certain amounts
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: for some collections. Then we remembered. It will not always
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: remain the same. It will not. Things change, sir. But
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: mind you, even if things have not changed, we'll still
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: be on this path.
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: You must understand that balance. Yes. Stay beyond this part.
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: Praise God. Don't kill yourself. Because things have not changed yet.
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: There was a time in my life that if they
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: told me that a time will ever come that I
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: will have 10,000 naira balance in my account. Not doing anything.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: I will hurt you. That 10k. The way my brain
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: was wired, when money comes, you look at them, but
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: it only came to pass. It won't wait forever. It
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: doesn't matter how much we prophesy, change, receive. If you
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: are in that kind of season, that is where you are.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: But there's a flow of time. Are you following what
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: I'm saying here? There's a flow of I see God
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: giving you speed and helping you in the name of Jesus.
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: I see God helping you in the name of Jesus.
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: It's so beautiful when those you have struggled together are
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: still by your side when things change. And they can
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: remember when what we have seen was just a word
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: of prophecy and we are open. Things will change in
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: the name of Jesus. Things are changing.
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: Amen.
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus. Tell yourself, I refuse to
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: be discouraged. Say it again loud and clear, I refuse
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: to be discouraged. Say it loud and clear, I refuse
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: to be discouraged. And usually, it becomes very, very frustrating
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: when what you are waiting for To happen in your
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: life is happening in different lives. For Sarah, she was
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: seeing Aga. For Hannah, she was seeing Penina. And sometimes
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: there are constant reminders that you might be failing. But
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: maybe that's not true. I said maybe that's not true. Now,
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: look at this. What do you do when the time
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: frame that what you are waiting for will make sense
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: in his passing? Let me explain. There's an average age
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: that menopause kicks in. No one is waiting before that
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: age for a child, for this and all that. It's like, okay,
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: we're still within time frame. It's making sense. But now,
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: you're about to celebrate your birthday. And that birthday marks
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: the season. From what you have read medically, that is
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: the season that menopause may likely start kicking in. If
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: care is not taken, and God has been tempted to
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: raise this alarm, as you begin to celebrate your birthdays,
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: it will not be seasons of joy, but seasons of depression.
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: Because the birthday seems to be reminding you that time
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: is not on your side. There comes a time that
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: a birthday is a constant reminder to the fact that
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: something is going on. And if care is not taken,
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: every time you get close to your birthday, you are depressed.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: You won't get results that way. You won't get results
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: that way. Let me show you a scripture. Joel chapter
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: number 1. Joel chapter number 1. If you are there,
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: say Amen. Okay.
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Let's start the reading from verse 8. Joel 1.8. If
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: you are there, say amen. Look at this. Lament like
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: a virgin greeted with sackcloth for the husband of a youth.
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: The meat offering and the drink offering. Amen. Is cut
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: off from the house of the Lord. The priests. The
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: Lord's ministers mourn. The field is wasted. And the land mourns.
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: For the corn is wasted. The new wine is dried up.
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: The oil languishes. Be you ashamed. O you farmers. Howl.
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: O you vine dressers. For the wheat. And for the barley.
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: Because the harvest of the field is perished. The vine
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: is dried up. And the fig tree languishes. The pomegranate tree.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: The palm tree also. The apple tree. Even all the
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: trees of the field is withered. Because joy is withered
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: from the sons of men. When we say rejoice, it
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: is not a church slogan. It is actually a fetcher.
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: The moment, listen to what I'm saying. The moment your
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: joy dries up, your condition will dry up. Let me
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: tell you, as you keep marking seasons that should be
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: seasons of joy, and instead of you rejoicing, you keep
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: crying and say, now, another time, this has not come.
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: You have just marked the register to come again next
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: year till you pass that test. The Bible said, you
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: are complaining, everything is dried. The palm tree is dried.
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: The pomagone tree is dried. The apple tree is dried.
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: All things are withered. This is dried. He said, it
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: is only happening because joy has left you. When was
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: the last time you sat down despite the fact that
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: you don't have everything you needed and rejoiced? When was
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: the last time you look at the things that God
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: has done, regardless of what is yet to happen? And
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: you say, I just want to thank you, Lord, for
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: all that you have done. When was the last time?
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: Sometimes we make requests like we're asking the God who
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: is not responsible. Like the irresponsible one. Let's ask him.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: If you forget us for here. And you confront God
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: like one who has never... Let me ask you a question.
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: Has God been good at least once? Are you aware
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: that the fact that you are here and talking is
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: a proof of his goodness? When was the last time
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: you rejoiced even when your joy was not full? You
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: know you can have joy and not rejoice. Like this
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: you say it is on my inside but you did
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: not manifest it. Let me tell you Go and check.
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: Every miracle that has to do with multiplication, most times,
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: there is always a template of joy and thanksgiving. When
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: Jesus saw three loaves of bread, two fishes, he did
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: not say, what nonsense, now we are stranded. No, no.
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: He gave thanks. Oh, Father, thank you for a new age.
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: I'm a lady. 33, no man has come. Thank you
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: because you have made me wonderfully well and beautifully well.
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: I know my David is coming. Every time you rejoice,
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: you get closer to your breakthrough. You cannot get it
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: by complaining. Having tried everything else, switch to what? Kenneth
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: Copeland asked Bishop Redepo and said, we thought you fit.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: He said, but the results we are seeing here, how
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: do you get all these people to be in one place?
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: And you know what he said? He said, I danced
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: them in. Let me tell you something. I don't know
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: if I've said this publicly before, but at certain period
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: of my life, I went to lock myself and I
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: do that Every now and then. I just take my bag,
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: pick my things, go out of the house, lock myself
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: for days, maybe in the guest house, fast, pray, seek God, jot,
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: write things. I needed answers as to how church can grow.
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: God told me. He said there are three ingredients you
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: will find in any church that will grow. Number one, joy, unspeakable,
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: full of glory. Go back and create an atmosphere of joy.
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: What you are not rejoicing over cannot multiply. That is
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: the reason why we praise God the way we do
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: in this house. So when we are rejoicing, we are
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: not saying that we have all that we need. But
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: we are saying we recognize the one before whom we
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: are dancing. We recognize. That was what God found in David.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: David was dancing almost naked. I'm not saying we will
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: start with a poor clothes. But he was dancing. Michael
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: sat down as the two-spot girl now. Look at this guy.
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: Look at this guy. See the way he dances. This
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: one says he's kinky. Look at you. You are dancing
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: like miserable men in Israel. David said, I am dancing
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: before the God who chose me before your father. Very heavy.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: This is what I was doing when God found me
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: above your father. And God said, the womb of Micah, short.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: Anywhere you despise joy and gratitude, there's barrenness. I want
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: to give us some 2-3 minutes to rejoice this morning.
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: Look at the way you are rejoicing. We give you praise, Jesus.
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: We bless your holy name. Things may not be where
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: we want them to be. But we rejoice in you regardless.
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: We bless you from the depth of our hearts. We
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: thank you. Because you are the good God. We may
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: not have all the answers. But we rejoice in the Lord.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: I may not have all the answers. I may not
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: have it figured out. I may not know what to
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: eat tonight. But I choose to rejoice. I choose to rejoice.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: It is with joy we draw from the wealth of salvation.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: We choose to rejoice in the Lord. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: I love what the Bible says in Psalms 100. It
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: says to make a joyful noise to the Lord. Yes.
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: This is what we do. Hallelujah. Now, I've shown you
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: several times. Um, The woo-hoo we are used to it.
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: Because the word make there is the word to invent.
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: It's the word to create. You see, whenever there is joy,
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: three things happen. Number one, there is shouting. Number two,
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: there is dancing. Number three, there is laughter. You can
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: never have somebody who is joyful. Say, I'm rejoicing. What
- 1:18:33Speaker 2: are you doing? That's how I rejoice. May I know
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: that too. Rejoice, somebody!
- 1:18:40Speaker 7: Hey!
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: Amen. Now, let me show you a scripture. We practice
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: this again. Are you with me? Job chapter number 5.
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: Job chapter number 5. From verse 21 and 22. I
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: love the fact that the instrumentals are there. We're going
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: to raise a sound. This is Bible study. We're going
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: to raise a sound and rejoice.
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: Amen.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: Amen. And bless God for me. You see, one of
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: the things that happens when there's joy is that that's
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: when you can see clearly. You just know that. You see, listen.
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: Have you been in that situation where things have not
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: changed physically? But you know, I am close. Just know.
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: I'm close to it. I'm close to it. Yeah. Be
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: more loyal to that perception. Than all the external conditions.
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: I'm getting there. Look at what it says. Thou shalt
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: be hid from the scourge of the tongue. Neither shalt
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: thou be afraid of the destruction. So I've faced many things.
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: I'm no longer afraid of anything. Look at verse 22.
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: At destruction and famine, thou shalt laugh. Neither shalt thou
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: be afraid of... Are you following what I'm saying? That is,
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: you are hearing people panicking, saying this, this, this, and that.
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: What you are doing as a way of responding as
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: a spiritual man is that you are what? Laughing. Listen, oh. Nobody,
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: you know, I've told you. This one that you used
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: to think that everybody is looking at you. Nobody is
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: looking at you. Wait. Wait. People get issue. Huh? Huh?
- 1:21:05Speaker 2: Everybody's looking at themselves. Mind your business. For like five minutes,
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: can we raise some sounds? Huh? Can we raise some sounds?
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: Come up, come up, come up. Wait, wait, wait. Wait, wait.
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: Let's have as many praisers and dancers as we can.
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: Let's have as many praisers. Welcome, welcome.
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: Welcome, welcome.
- 1:22:02Speaker 8: Oh, my God. .
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: .
- 1:22:51Speaker 9: .
- 1:22:56Speaker 3: .

- 1:23:33Speaker 8: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you. We have the covenant of grace.
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: I want us in the next few seconds. Get crazy,
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: get crazy tonight. Carry something, carry something.
- 1:25:10Speaker 5: .
- 1:25:18Speaker 10: .
- 1:25:37Speaker 4: We'll be right back.
- 1:25:59Speaker 10: I'm gonna follow you to the goal I'm gonna follow
- 1:26:05Speaker 10: you to the.
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: Goal I'm gonna follow you to the goal I'm gonna.
- 1:26:18Speaker 10: Follow you to the goal I'm gonna chase it after
- 1:26:23Speaker 10: you I'm gonna chase it after you
- 1:26:31Speaker 10: .
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: .
- 1:26:39Speaker 9: Is it working?
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: Is it working?
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: Is it working? Is it working? Is he walking?
- 1:27:13Speaker 10: Oh yeah, walking, oh yeah, everybody listen.
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: What's up, what's up?
- 1:27:25Speaker 10: What's up, what's up, what's up, what's up, what's up,
- 1:27:28Speaker 10: everybody listen.
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: Let's do this one more.
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: One more.
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: One more. One more. One more. One more. One more.
- 1:28:02Speaker 10: We are here to make it for yourself.
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: This is a movie for yourself. We are here to
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: make it for yourself. This is walking. This is walking.
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: This is walking. This is walking. This is walking. This
- 1:28:21Speaker 2: is walking. Water, water.
- 1:28:34Speaker 10: Water, water. We will not do anything. Water, water. do
- 1:28:40Speaker 10: Do what I.
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: Do Oh yeah, let's.
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: Go Hey, let's go Let's.
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: Go Let's go.
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: Let's go, let's go.
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: Let's go. Yeah!
- 1:29:13Speaker 2: Yeah! Oh, yeah. The way your neighbor is looking, say neighbor.
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: Say neighbor. Ask your neighbor, say, where are you from?
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: Or you answer your neighbor.
- 1:30:11Speaker 10: Ask your neighbor, say, can you dance a language dance?
- 1:30:15Speaker 2: Hear me, hear me.
- 1:30:16Speaker 10: The way you dance tonight, will determine your blessing, oh.
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: If you dance with your.
- 1:30:23Speaker 10: Neighbor, your blessing will be higher.
- 1:30:27Speaker 2: Are you ready? If you can hear me, shout hallelujah.
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: Okay. Yes, sir! Okay! My God, it's a good daughter! Yes,
- 1:30:52Speaker 2: it is! I say, you listen to me, yeah! You
- 1:30:55Speaker 2: listen to me!
- 1:31:10Speaker 10: The higher you lift God, the higher.
- 1:31:12Speaker 2: Your blessing will come. He lifts me up. He lifts me.
- 1:31:21Speaker 3: Up.
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: He turns me around.
- 1:31:24Speaker 8: He turns me around.
- 1:31:29Speaker 7: He turns me around.
- 1:31:30Speaker 8: He sets my feet.
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: He sets my feet.
- 1:31:38Speaker 7: Thank you so much. Give Jesus a shout!
- 1:32:36Speaker 11: We bless you, Jesus. We bless you, Jesus. We bless you, Jesus. Yeah.
- 1:32:52Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:33:11Speaker 8: Thank you, Lord.
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Amen. Amen. Amen. Now, listen.
- 1:33:37Speaker 2: While we're praising and dancing, God said to announce... There
- 1:33:42Speaker 2: are different people connecting from different parts of the world.
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: He said to announce that I have rolled away the
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: siege of death. That is the word of the Lord.
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: And he said to tell you, I am starting a
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: new thing. And I am doing this in my sovereign
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: will as God. He said, I am the Lord and
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: no one can question me. No one can stop what
- 1:34:12Speaker 2: I do. He said, because you have praised me despite
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: your pain. He said, I will take away your sorrows
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: and give you a new season. That is the word
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: of the Lord. A new season is here. A new
- 1:34:28Speaker 2: season is here. A new season is here. You may
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: not hear the sound of the rain, but the ditch
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: will be filled with water. Noiseless triumph. Noiseless breakthroughs. In
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: the name of Jesus. It is a new day. Who
- 1:35:02Speaker 2: is like unto thee, O Lord? Who is like unto thee?
- 1:35:06Speaker 2: Glorious in holiness. Fearful in praise. You do wonders. You
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: perform miracles. You raise the poor and the beggar from
- 1:35:16Speaker 2: the donkey hill. And set them among the priests. You
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: are God and there is none else. To you we
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: have come to lift our hands in praise. And we
- 1:35:27Speaker 2: thank you. We thank you. We thank you. Because we
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: know dryness is over. A new season is here. And
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: we rejoice in your name. For you are the hope
- 1:35:41Speaker 2: of our.
- 1:35:45Speaker 8: Salvation.
- 1:35:47Speaker 2: We thank you, Lord. Blessed be your holy name. Behold,
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: all things are passed away. And all things are new.
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: This is how we fetch. It is with joy that
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: we draw from the wells of salvation. We give you praise.
- 1:36:10Speaker 2: Let's put our hands together. Now, I want us to
- 1:36:18Speaker 2: do something very prophetic. Walk up to five people and
- 1:36:22Speaker 2: say congratulations to you. Never failing And all.
- 1:36:33Speaker 4: Things are working for my.
- 1:36:37Speaker 12: God It's intentional Never failing And all things are working
- 1:36:52Speaker 12: for my God.
- 1:36:57Speaker 4: Amen.
- 1:37:12Speaker 2: Now, listen. Hear the words of the Lord. The things
- 1:37:20Speaker 2: you have.
- 1:37:20Speaker 6: Struggled to put together. The things you have struggled to do.
- 1:37:28Speaker 6: You have entered into a season.
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: Where the things that used to cost you stress. Becomes
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: child's play. He said watch out for the covenant of ease.
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: That I have made with you. Some things that look
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: so far. Like it will take time before you get there.
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: The Lord said, I'm shrinking time for you. And the
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: Lord said to tell someone, behold, you have come to
- 1:38:01Speaker 2: the face where I will cause your voice to be heard.
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: And all who hear you will know that I'm speaking
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: through you. It is a new season, beloved. Can you
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: tell it in the atmosphere? Can you see it? It's
- 1:38:21Speaker 2: a new season. Thank you, Lord. We are trusting God
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: for the fruit of the womb. We are waiting for something.
- 1:38:32Speaker 2: Rejoice because it is here.
- 1:38:40Speaker 8: Thank you, Lord.
- 1:38:42Speaker 2: We bless the name of the Lord. Let me tell
- 1:38:44Speaker 2: you what is happening. It's a new dispatch of angels. New,
- 1:38:48Speaker 2: new dispatch. In different places, new release. I'm telling you,
- 1:38:53Speaker 2: new release, new dispatch of angels taking their formations. And God, listen, listen, listen.
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: If there's a word for tonight, the word is God
- 1:39:05Speaker 2: has responded. That is the word. God has responded. That
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: is the word. God has responded. That is the word.
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: He has responded. He has responded. That is the word.
- 1:39:20Speaker 2: God has responded. When they ask you, listen to me.
- 1:39:25Speaker 2: Listen to me. When they ask you, what happened in
- 1:39:28Speaker 2: church tonight? The answer is, God has responded. Because he has.
- 1:39:34Speaker 2: We rejoice in your name. We bless your holy name.
- 1:39:45Speaker 2: Thank you, Father. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Jesus. Be
- 1:39:56Speaker 2: on your feet like men of war and rejoice. Amen. See,
- 1:40:02Speaker 2: this kind of atmosphere is not man-made. This is what
- 1:40:06Speaker 2: you have when God responds. Amen. We give you praise, Jesus.
- 1:40:13Speaker 2: We give you praise.
