Six-Car Chain Reaction Crash in Raleigh | Raleigh News
Six cars piled up in a deadly chain-reaction crash on Wake Forest Road near Duke Health, leaving one person dead and several others injured. The crash began when a Subaru Forester lost control heading north, slamming into a Honda CR-V, which then careened into oncoming traffic and collided with a Nissan Altima and Dodge Journey. The Subaru continued, striking a Fiat 500 and sideswiping a Hyundai Sonata before stopping. The driver of the Subaru, believed to be the cause, died at WakeMed Hospital.
