A 39-year-old man died during his arrest for a controlled substance DUII in White City, Oregon, after resisting deputies and becoming unresponsive despite medical intervention. Found intoxicated near Table Rock Road, he was subdued, placed in recovery position, then revived — only to resist again before collapsing. Paramedics arrived, but he later went unresponsive.
