Latest / The Irish Steelers Podcast / Windy City up ahead!: Steelers - Bears Game Preview
Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: You're very welcome into the Irish Theaters Podcast present of
- 0:07Speaker 1: by Erlin, because as we get ready for Week twelve
- 0:09Speaker 1: of the NFL season, and it's weird even saying week
- 0:12Speaker 1: twelve of the season, because it feels like yesterday Friday,
- 0:17Speaker 1: last Friday, with the Steelers were coming into Dublin and
- 0:19Speaker 1: the hype was up and up and up, and now
- 0:22Speaker 1: we're almost at the end, which is hopefully not at
- 0:24Speaker 1: the end for the Steers, but almost at the end
- 0:26Speaker 1: of of the regular season. I can't think of a
- 0:29Speaker 1: better guest in terms of giving us a bit of
- 0:30Speaker 1: an illustrative view from what it is genuinely like over
- 0:33Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania right now than Mike pursued it. Mike, I
- 0:36Speaker 1: believe this is your second time on the podcast, a
- 0:40Speaker 1: man that knows it all in terms of the local
- 0:42Speaker 1: media in Pittsburgh. Firstly, welcome in. How are you doing
- 0:47Speaker 1: and thanks for coming on and I know it's a
- 0:48Speaker 1: busy time of year for.
- 0:49Speaker 2: You, Oh doing well? Thanks for having me. Glad we
- 0:53Speaker 2: could get this worked out. I wish I was back
- 0:56Speaker 2: in Dublin. I had such a good time when the
- 0:58Speaker 2: Steerers grow over that I didn't want to leave.
- 1:01Speaker 1: It's funny because when I think I seen you at
- 1:04Speaker 1: the Parkers game in the press box, and I genuinely
- 1:07Speaker 1: felt guilt because I realized there and then I didn't
- 1:10Speaker 1: see this guy in Dublin because that week was just mental.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Did you enjoy your time over there, Like, what was
- 1:15Speaker 1: it like for you a little bit?
- 1:17Speaker 3: Yeah? I had a great pot couldn't have been better.
- 1:22Speaker 2: That the people were really welcoming right into a lot
- 1:26Speaker 2: of people I know from back here, which I kind
- 1:28Speaker 2: of expected. And one of the better games of the year.
- 1:32Speaker 2: So on in all, a great couple of days.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I think before we talk staters, it definitely was the
- 1:38Speaker 1: best international game. Obviously I'm biased, but I thought the
- 1:41Speaker 1: crack the fun was mighty across the city. When you
- 1:45Speaker 1: see so I've been in Berlin Madrid last two weekends.
- 1:48Speaker 1: It's been like, look, get the small valut I'd hear, Mike,
- 1:51Speaker 1: but it's been fantastic, and you start to see rumors
- 1:55Speaker 1: of like parous and different cities being on it. Did
- 1:57Speaker 1: you ever imagine ten twenty thirty years ago in your
- 2:01Speaker 1: time covering the league, that we'd see the game grow
- 2:04Speaker 1: to this point where we you know, we potentially at
- 2:07Speaker 1: some point down the line could have games almost every
- 2:09Speaker 1: weekend or not.
- 2:11Speaker 2: I never did way back when I know they dabbled
- 2:14Speaker 2: a long time ago with some exhibition game. I never
- 2:17Speaker 2: thought it's your regular season game outside of the States,
- 2:20Speaker 2: but not only games every weekend. I imagine we'll get
- 2:25Speaker 2: to the point at some point we will be a
- 2:27Speaker 2: team over there somewhere.
- 2:30Speaker 1: That would be interesting. Hopefully that is the case. Again,
- 2:32Speaker 1: we're just expressing our opinion here, but hopefully if it
- 2:35Speaker 1: is that case, we get to see the Staders come
- 2:38Speaker 1: over a lot more.
- 2:38Speaker 3: I know.
- 2:39Speaker 1: That's the one thing I will say. They're very very
- 2:41Speaker 1: welcome back whenever they want, any week, any month. They're
- 2:44Speaker 1: very very welcome back, as well as yourself, Mike. Mike,
- 2:48Speaker 1: We're we'll look back in at Bengals game in a
- 2:51Speaker 1: week second, but just before that, if you look at
- 2:54Speaker 1: where his team has went from from leaving Dublin to
- 2:57Speaker 1: where they are even like week nine, Week ten, hopping
- 3:00Speaker 1: ups and downs. But as somebody that has you know,
- 3:03Speaker 1: been there in the flash and seen them play a
- 3:05Speaker 1: lot more than a lot of people that listen to
- 3:07Speaker 1: this podcast, and of course everybody's very very welcome. We're
- 3:09Speaker 1: having a good weekend here. How do you evalue it
- 3:13Speaker 1: the last twelve eleven weeks, generally, you know.
- 3:18Speaker 2: It's been inconsistent. I think what we saw in the
- 3:22Speaker 2: Dublin game against the Vikings was what they wanted to
- 3:24Speaker 2: look like. They ran the ball well, they played outstanding defense,
- 3:28Speaker 2: they played with energy, they played with emotion, and we've
- 3:31Speaker 2: seen them do that periodically since then, but not often enough.
- 3:37Speaker 2: I think starting with the game in Chicago, it's a
- 3:41Speaker 2: very very winnable game in my estimation, but it's also
- 3:44Speaker 2: one they can lose if they're not at their best.
- 3:47Speaker 2: And I think that's the kind of team to s
- 3:48Speaker 2: Field have evolved into this year. You know, there were years.
- 3:52Speaker 2: It's been a while, but there were years when they
- 3:54Speaker 2: can show up and kind of playing a sixty seventy
- 3:58Speaker 2: percent clip and still get away with it. I don't
- 4:01Speaker 2: think they're good enough to do that anymore, but I
- 4:03Speaker 2: think when they're under the game, they can compete with anybody.
- 4:06Speaker 3: And this is the time in the NFL season when
- 4:09Speaker 3: you sort of have to stand up and be counted.
- 4:11Speaker 3: It's time to make a move.
- 4:13Speaker 2: And you know, Chicago Baltimore, we're gonna know all we
- 4:20Speaker 2: need to know about the Steelers after the next three games,
- 4:23Speaker 2: I think.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Obviously Thanksgiving coming up, and we are recording this actually
- 4:28Speaker 1: on the Friday, like just after the Bills lost on
- 4:31Speaker 1: Thursday Night football. Really interesting the end of that game
- 4:34Speaker 1: before we talk about this game coming up this week,
- 4:37Speaker 1: and the AFC norph never ceases to me? Is it
- 4:41Speaker 1: feels like the rest of the teams outside of Pittsburgh
- 4:44Speaker 1: had a bit of a slow start and now we
- 4:47Speaker 1: suddenly see Baltimore coming back again. Just how not concerned,
- 4:53Speaker 1: but just just how aware do you think this team
- 4:56Speaker 1: needs to be of this team because we are going
- 4:59Speaker 1: to face of Ravens very quickly again. And you know,
- 5:03Speaker 1: for a team like Baltimore that have not had a
- 5:05Speaker 1: great season, they struggled a bit last week, but they
- 5:07Speaker 1: still are getting fluid. And it's not typical AFC North style,
- 5:11Speaker 1: gritty football at this time of the year where no
- 5:14Speaker 1: one's gonna care what the score was in six months time.
- 5:16Speaker 1: As long as you get that w that.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Was well said, it's AFC North football. Is AFC North football.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Excuse me for sounding like Mike Tomlin. I don't know
- 5:26Speaker 2: if you got a chance to see the Ravens Browns game.
- 5:29Speaker 2: The Browns don't have a very good record. They played
- 5:32Speaker 2: right after the Steelers played the Bengals. The Browns gave
- 5:36Speaker 2: the Ravens everything they could handle and then some Baltimore
- 5:39Speaker 2: was fortunate to win that game. And I know the
- 5:42Speaker 2: Ravens are on a bit of a role, but they
- 5:44Speaker 2: certainly don't look like an unbeatable team.
- 5:46Speaker 3: And even if they did.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I can just tell you from my experience when the
- 5:51Speaker 2: schedule comes out, I look at the AFC, I look
- 5:53Speaker 2: at the schedule, and then I look at the six
- 5:56Speaker 2: games in the AFC North that I figure well probably
- 5:59Speaker 2: three and three in those games, and I think everybody
- 6:01Speaker 2: else in the division does the same thing. It's just
- 6:06Speaker 2: there's something about it. It is so competitive. I get Cincinnati.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Cincinnati's gonna play Baltimore on that Thanksgiving night. I give
- 6:16Speaker 2: Cincinnati a good chance to win that game. You really
- 6:21Speaker 2: can't pound on anything when ANC North teams play against
- 6:24Speaker 2: each other.
- 6:25Speaker 1: It's funny whenever we literally you just mentioned Cincinnati there. Now,
- 6:29Speaker 1: Joe Burrow looks like he's probably gonna come back either
- 6:32Speaker 1: this week or next week, so we're certainly gonna see
- 6:35Speaker 1: him again in the last few weeks of the season.
- 6:37Speaker 1: In the AFC North. We're gonna hear from Aaron Rodgers
- 6:40Speaker 1: in a second mic on this podcast in regards to
- 6:43Speaker 1: his press conference or his press availability this week. As
- 6:46Speaker 1: somebody that's sort of seen first hand, he went out
- 6:49Speaker 1: last week two part question three of My friend and
- 6:53Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers. At the age he is with his career,
- 6:55Speaker 1: everything that's happened down through the years, I refuse to
- 6:59Speaker 1: believe on a personal standpoint that he does not want
- 7:02Speaker 1: to play a Chicago potentially for the first just potentially
- 7:05Speaker 1: for the last time in Soldier Field. I thinel like
- 7:08Speaker 1: he's gonna do whatever he can to make it and
- 7:10Speaker 1: if he can't make it on Sunday in terms of
- 7:13Speaker 1: starting the game or if he has to come in
- 7:14Speaker 1: and come out with this injury that he has, and
- 7:17Speaker 1: I feel like we've got a pretty good backup in
- 7:19Speaker 1: Mason Rudolph. I was pretty impressed with what he was
- 7:22Speaker 1: able to do in terms of sort of man in
- 7:24Speaker 1: the edges there last week when he came in. How
- 7:26Speaker 1: much do you like Mason Rudolph if we need him
- 7:29Speaker 1: on Sunday.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Very And it's not so much how impressed I am
- 7:34Speaker 2: with him, that's important, But I can tell you his
- 7:36Speaker 2: teammates are impressed with him. His teammates believe in him.
- 7:40Speaker 2: I'm not sure when we're posting this, people may know
- 7:42Speaker 2: who's starting by then they may not.
- 7:44Speaker 3: It may come down to Sunday.
- 7:46Speaker 2: And I agree with you one hundred percent on your
- 7:49Speaker 2: Aaron Rodgers set, but I think he definitely wants to
- 7:52Speaker 2: play in this game.
- 7:54Speaker 3: You really want to shot at the Bear.
- 7:55Speaker 2: So he's done so well against over the years, and
- 7:58Speaker 2: that was such a great rivalry when he was in
- 8:00Speaker 2: Green Bay. But honestly, I think it would be probably
- 8:05Speaker 2: in the best inchest to Rogers and the best interest
- 8:08Speaker 2: of the Steelers if he didn't play, because I think
- 8:11Speaker 2: they can win with Mason Rudolph.
- 8:13Speaker 3: I don't have any qualms about that. And I'm also
- 8:15Speaker 3: aware of the nearon.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Rodgers is going to turn forty two on December the second,
- 8:19Speaker 2: and this is a long year, and I think they
- 8:21Speaker 2: brought him here to be their quarterback in December and January,
- 8:26Speaker 2: as well as October, November and December, and if he
- 8:28Speaker 2: could just.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Get a little break.
- 8:30Speaker 2: I don't know how much good a week off would
- 8:32Speaker 2: do a fractured risk, but I bet it would do
- 8:34Speaker 2: the rest of him a.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Whole lot of good.
- 8:35Speaker 2: He's probably got a cranky back and an achy knee
- 8:38Speaker 2: and a bum ankle and some other as Mike Tomlin
- 8:41Speaker 2: might say, aches and pains associated.
- 8:44Speaker 3: With the playing of football.
- 8:45Speaker 2: That's not easy to do when you're thirty one or
- 8:48Speaker 2: twenty one, let alone forty one. So, just between you
- 8:51Speaker 2: and me and who's ever tuning in, I'm kind of
- 8:54Speaker 2: hoping to see Mason Rudolph on Sunday.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Very interesting the statsmen there. We know how much this
- 9:00Speaker 1: team has relied before missing Rudolph in big moments, and
- 9:03Speaker 1: we know that he can deliver. So whoever is under center,
- 9:06Speaker 1: we wishing the best to look. We're gonna hear from
- 9:09Speaker 1: a couple of people on this podcast this week before
- 9:11Speaker 1: we get Mike's keys for the game. The first person
- 9:13Speaker 1: we're gonna hear from is Steeters head coach Mike Tomlin
- 9:15Speaker 1: in his weekly media availability ahead of this game, which
- 9:18Speaker 1: is actually on sky Sports NFL this weekend. The Bears
- 9:22Speaker 1: against Steeters on the Irish Theaters podcast presented by Earning Us.
- 9:26Speaker 4: They have Dennis Allen as their coordinator. He's been around.
- 9:31Speaker 4: He has a mode of operation, if you will, and
- 9:34Speaker 4: you see it in their video. They cover it taking
- 9:37Speaker 4: the ball away. They lead the league in takeaways. I
- 9:40Speaker 4: think they got twenty two on the season. DA also
- 9:45Speaker 4: prides himself in good possession down defense. I think the
- 9:48Speaker 4: second in the league in terms of third down success rate.
- 9:51Speaker 4: And I think those two statistics are the catalysts for
- 9:54Speaker 4: why they're playing really good defense and they are seven
- 9:58Speaker 4: and three football team. They take the ball away from people,
- 10:00Speaker 4: They're playing really good on possession downs. Offensive units are
- 10:04Speaker 4: at about thirty three point seven I think percent conversion rates.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Couple that with what's going on on the offensive side
- 10:11Speaker 4: of the ball, you certainly have your challenges. They got
- 10:14Speaker 4: quality players at all levels. They picked up Sweat a
- 10:19Speaker 4: couple of years ago from from Washington. He's the signature
- 10:23Speaker 4: of their front and edge rush. He's a challenge certainly
- 10:26Speaker 4: to deal with and has been at the linebacker level.
- 10:31Speaker 4: Edmonds Man is a sideline a sideline tackler, big time athlete.
- 10:36Speaker 4: He's a good blitzer. I think he's got four interceptions
- 10:39Speaker 4: on the season. They got some guys in the secondary
- 10:42Speaker 4: that are really taking advantage of some circumstances Man and
- 10:47Speaker 4: getting people in one dimensional moments. People have to absorb
- 10:50Speaker 4: risk to keep pace with them come back in football games,
- 10:52Speaker 4: et cetera. And they're getting a lot of turnovers. Kevin
- 10:55Speaker 4: has done it a long time at the safety position.
- 10:59Speaker 4: He's been a ball guy. I was just you know,
- 11:01Speaker 4: talking to someone this morning. Man, he picked off balls
- 11:04Speaker 4: as a member of the Tennessee Titans. He picked off
- 11:06Speaker 4: balls at Middle Tennessee State. Guys that have a you know,
- 11:11Speaker 4: have a have a knack for for for securing the ball.
- 11:14Speaker 4: Generally they do it regardless of environment. And he and
- 11:17Speaker 4: it certainly continues in Chicago for him. I think he
- 11:20Speaker 4: leaves them with five interceptions. Uh, they get some quality
- 11:24Speaker 4: play outside at corner as well. Man Gardner Johnson is
- 11:30Speaker 4: a is a recent acquisition for them, and boy, he
- 11:33Speaker 4: has really got on the moving train and to really
- 11:35Speaker 4: impressive fashion. He plays the nickel for him. He blitzes
- 11:40Speaker 4: quite a bit. He's really good and underneath the fence
- 11:43Speaker 4: and man the man circumstances. I think he's got three sacks.
- 11:46Speaker 4: As I mentioned there, their third down posture is an
- 11:49Speaker 4: aggressive one, being an up posture. A lot they blitz
- 11:53Speaker 4: and bring a lot of people, Gardner Johnson being one
- 11:57Speaker 4: of them. But I'd be remiss if I didn't mention
- 11:59Speaker 4: Briskery as well. He's a down safety that's in around
- 12:02Speaker 4: the in and around the line of scrimmage quite a bit.
- 12:05Speaker 4: I've known that young man a long time and got
- 12:08Speaker 4: respect for his talents and his relationship with the game.
- 12:11Speaker 4: DJ Moore and others. Man are really impressive. But he's
- 12:15Speaker 4: also got some emerging young people, and you feel the
- 12:18Speaker 4: emergence of some of their young talent. Lovelin obviously had
- 12:21Speaker 4: a big game the other week against the Bengals. He's
- 12:25Speaker 4: on He's on the come, and so is Luther, their
- 12:27Speaker 4: young receiver from Missouri. It's just, particularly as you get
- 12:33Speaker 4: to this stage of the season, some of these young
- 12:36Speaker 4: talented people that that people have a lot of draft
- 12:40Speaker 4: capital invested in usually captures my attention. They're usually uh
- 12:44Speaker 4: finding their footing in this thing, and and their talents
- 12:47Speaker 4: are starting to show up more consistently. And so those
- 12:50Speaker 4: are two lesser known guys that that that that really
- 12:54Speaker 4: have my attention as a study and watch tape, and
- 12:56Speaker 4: we're at the early stages of formulating the plan. Can't
- 13:00Speaker 4: say enough about their commitment to the run game. Though
- 13:03Speaker 4: they're number two in the league in Russian and you
- 13:05Speaker 4: can't underscore that, but that's something that was very evident.
- 13:09Speaker 4: That commitment was very evident from his time in Detroit
- 13:13Speaker 4: as well, and so we're working with an edge man.
- 13:15Speaker 4: We're excited about going into a hostile venue, playing against
- 13:19Speaker 4: a really good team. If you're a competitor, if you're
- 13:22Speaker 4: looking to get better, if you're looking to prove prove
- 13:24Speaker 4: yourself continually, those are some variables that are really attractive.
- 13:29Speaker 4: But again, we show our excitement by being locked in
- 13:33Speaker 4: and having good preparation days and I'm looking forward to
- 13:36Speaker 4: that over the course of this week.
- 13:39Speaker 1: The big question this week at the time of recording
- 13:41Speaker 1: is will Aaron Rodgers start the game on Sunday Time
- 13:44Speaker 1: will tell you heard, but Mike have to say about it.
- 13:46Speaker 1: I'm pretty easy about it myself. We'll see what happens, folks.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Let's hear from Arn Rodgers QB and his media availability
- 13:53Speaker 1: on this week's edition of The Irish Titters podcast presented
- 13:56Speaker 1: by Earnings.
- 13:58Speaker 5: It feels better than it did Sunday, sure, and I
- 14:00Speaker 5: was in a lot of pain. We were late and
- 14:02Speaker 5: play clock called time out came over. I feel like
- 14:05Speaker 5: I could go one more play and then went in
- 14:07Speaker 5: gotta checked out. I was thankful to get today to
- 14:09Speaker 5: work with Gabe and just focus on reapp for a day.
- 14:12Speaker 5: I'm trying to get back on the field tomorrow and
- 14:14Speaker 5: see see what I can do. There's an incentive for
- 14:16Speaker 5: every opponent. But I have enjoyed many a Sunday and Monday,
- 14:20Speaker 5: and it's been a Thursdays in that city. It's a
- 14:25Speaker 5: great sports town, phenomenal sports fans and great place to
- 14:30Speaker 5: play here. Do you sort of thrive off of being
- 14:32Speaker 5: the villain there a little bit? Sort of enjoy that
- 14:36Speaker 5: I'd rather not be. I mean, I'm not in Green
- 14:38Speaker 5: Bay anymore. I feel like we can let bygones be bygones.
- 14:43Speaker 5: Maybe I can. I guess it's been. It's a great rivalry.
- 14:47Speaker 5: I mean, in the history of all sports, you talk
- 14:51Speaker 5: about the Lakers and the Celtics and the Red Sox
- 14:54Speaker 5: and the Yankees, you got to talk about the Packers
- 14:56Speaker 5: and the Bears, and there's been some great memories there.
- 14:59Speaker 5: When I first got to Green Bay, the Bears had
- 15:02Speaker 5: the all time series lead. When I left, Packers did,
- 15:06Speaker 5: and since Jay Love is taking over, it's even gotten better.
- 15:09Speaker 5: But I hope, I hope those fans can put that.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Put that behind them. I'm sure they can't. Don't expect
- 15:16Speaker 5: them too. But I really enjoyed the city. They got
- 15:18Speaker 5: a great sports fan. I grew up watching WGN on
- 15:21Speaker 5: my five five channel TV back in the day, so
- 15:25Speaker 5: I was a Cubs fan and a Bulls fan. How
- 15:27Speaker 5: can I be a Bulls fanless? You don't like Michael Jordan?
- 15:29Speaker 2: I did.
- 15:29Speaker 5: I love them, So it was a lot of fun
- 15:33Speaker 5: memories over the years playing there.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Their defense streets a lot of turnovers.
- 15:36Speaker 3: They what do they do?
- 15:37Speaker 1: Especially that you have to watch out.
- 15:38Speaker 5: We're the great round of football. They're knocking the ball out.
- 15:41Speaker 5: They have a lot of vision in their defenses. They
- 15:43Speaker 5: mix things up, they attack your protection schemes. Coach Coach
- 15:49Speaker 5: Allen's got them playing really well, and twenty two turnovers
- 15:52Speaker 5: is a big reason there's seventy three. Yeah, it was
- 15:54Speaker 5: a great kid. He's been playing really well the last
- 15:56Speaker 5: three weeks and I'm proud of him. He's in practicing
- 15:59Speaker 5: the right way. He's been growing and working on his craft,
- 16:02Speaker 5: and he's so damn fast.
- 16:06Speaker 3: You know.
- 16:06Speaker 5: We talked about that route and I was hoping he'd
- 16:08Speaker 5: be a little bit more deliberate, but listen, row is
- 16:12Speaker 5: A and and Cal. Those guys are such great dudes.
- 16:15Speaker 5: They really they want to do it right by me
- 16:17Speaker 5: and my Arthur and the offense. And I got but
- 16:20Speaker 5: love an appreciation to those guys.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Mike, before we let you go, my friend, let's look
- 16:26Speaker 1: ahead to this game. Give me your pursuit. As three
- 16:30Speaker 1: keys to the game for this game against the Bears,
- 16:32Speaker 1: because for me, it's we know how good this Chicago
- 16:35Speaker 1: defense can be and how good Dallas Island has made
- 16:37Speaker 1: it in such a short period. We are going to
- 16:39Speaker 1: be under the CAUs at certain times, and it's really
- 16:41Speaker 1: about getting points on the board and ensuring that we
- 16:44Speaker 1: allow this offense to be on the fields as much
- 16:47Speaker 1: as possible.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Really, the turnover battle. Both of these teams are great
- 16:51Speaker 2: at turning the other team over, and they both it's
- 16:55Speaker 2: very important to the pursuit of victory for both of them.
- 16:58Speaker 2: So turn the ball over a fewer times than the Bears,
- 17:01Speaker 2: take it away more time than the Bears.
- 17:04Speaker 3: The other one is the running game.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Chicago runs the ball really well second in the NFL,
- 17:12Speaker 2: and rushing offense fourth, and total offense. I think with
- 17:15Speaker 2: the job the Steelers did against Jonathan Taylor Nicoles. That
- 17:18Speaker 2: gives me great confidence that they're able to shut the
- 17:22Speaker 2: run down the way they'll need to. And last, but
- 17:24Speaker 2: not least, the quarterback Caleb Williams. He's more dangerous to
- 17:29Speaker 2: me when he gets outside the pocket than when he's
- 17:31Speaker 2: in the pocket. He doesn't throw many interceptions, but he's
- 17:34Speaker 2: not the most accurate of passes either. He really does
- 17:38Speaker 2: his most significant damage when he gets outside the pocket,
- 17:42Speaker 2: and he's kind of making it up as he goes along.
- 17:46Speaker 2: He can run, but he can really hurt you throwing
- 17:48Speaker 2: in those situations. So it's really a fine line for
- 17:51Speaker 2: the guys rushing the past or to have to straddle
- 17:54Speaker 2: because you want to get back there and knock the
- 17:56Speaker 2: guy down and get your sack.
- 17:58Speaker 3: But he's also very good at escaping, so kind of
- 18:01Speaker 3: a curve.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Just keep him contained, and I think they get out
- 18:05Speaker 2: of there with a w.
- 18:06Speaker 1: The game is on sky Sports NFL this weekend for
- 18:08Speaker 1: Irish staters. Fans are actually in Chicago for this game. Mike,
- 18:12Speaker 1: I just wanted to wish you the best for the
- 18:14Speaker 1: rest of the season and thank you very much for
- 18:15Speaker 1: coming on. It's such a busy, busy time. I have
- 18:18Speaker 1: no doubt we're talking again at some point. Thanks so
- 18:20Speaker 1: much fun,
