- 0:12Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Then. I'm your host from Shooter
- 0:17Speaker 1: and it is Friday, which means our dear friend Corey
- 0:21Speaker 1: Andrew joins us. Hey, Corey, are you there?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Yes, I am here after a little technical difficulty, but.
- 0:29Speaker 1: You know, we've become so good at this. Three four
- 0:32Speaker 1: years ago, I think it's that long. When we started this,
- 0:37Speaker 1: we were going to a fancy studio every day in
- 0:40Speaker 1: the iHeart Building. Do you remember dan Town. Yeah, And
- 0:45Speaker 1: they did all this for us, and then with the pandemic,
- 0:49Speaker 1: we had to learn it ourselves. And at that time
- 0:52Speaker 1: I was so angry about it because I just wanted
- 0:55Speaker 1: to be a great podcast host. I didn't want to
- 0:58Speaker 1: be a technician. I didn't want to be at and
- 1:01Speaker 1: I felt as if it was overwhelming. But you know what,
- 1:04Speaker 1: I'm really grateful now because now I've learned how to
- 1:07Speaker 1: do this, and it's another string to your boat, shall
- 1:10Speaker 1: we say, another skill that we've learned. It's a test,
- 1:14Speaker 1: my friends, when you get extra work. Instead of moaning
- 1:17Speaker 1: about it, you're allowed to moan about it, but take
- 1:20Speaker 1: a deep breath, and I promise you, in a couple
- 1:23Speaker 1: of days it won't feel so extra. You'll get used
- 1:25Speaker 1: to it. I think we all fear the unknown.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, well you know I did that podcast called
- 1:30Speaker 2: Motivation on Mondays as well. Yes, and I interview very
- 1:33Speaker 2: successful CEOs, and one thing they have in common is
- 1:36Speaker 2: they all learned to pivot at a time, Yeah, quickly
- 1:41Speaker 2: adapt and so that's what you have.
- 1:43Speaker 1: To do, and you don't have to be the best
- 1:45Speaker 1: that it's so we were pretty good at the show,
- 1:47Speaker 1: dare I say when we were recording it at iHeart,
- 1:50Speaker 1: but then when we had to start doing ourselves, it
- 1:53Speaker 1: was a little sloppy for a while because we're still
- 1:55Speaker 1: figuring it all out and the sound quality and editing,
- 1:58Speaker 1: and we do it all ourselves now. But you don't
- 2:02Speaker 1: have to be perfect. That's the mistake people make. And
- 2:05Speaker 1: I nearly quit. I nearly said, I'm just not doing
- 2:07Speaker 1: this podcast because I can't do it to the quality
- 2:10Speaker 1: of Rob. Don't be ridiculous. Do it Philip full of Gossip,
- 2:14Speaker 1: Philip full of joy, and you will learn the rest.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Look at that a little moment at the top of
- 2:20Speaker 1: the show. I'll get off my soapbox now and jump
- 2:23Speaker 1: into what you really want. It is the celebrity gossip.
- 2:25Speaker 1: What time, my friends, it is Tea Time big story
- 2:30Speaker 1: at the top of the show, Sophie Turner has sued
- 2:32Speaker 1: Joe Jonas demanding that the kids are returned to England
- 2:37Speaker 1: after she claims they have been quote wrongfully detained. So
- 2:42Speaker 1: a lawsuit filed in Manhattan, which we've seen, Sophie has
- 2:46Speaker 1: requested that her two kids we know one is Willa,
- 2:49Speaker 1: she's three. The other daughter, we don't know her name.
- 2:53Speaker 1: In the court documents, she's just identified as d fourteen months.
- 2:57Speaker 1: She wants to return to England. So in these legal documents,
- 3:01Speaker 1: it really gives us a very clear picture of what
- 3:05Speaker 1: is going on. So Turner's legal team are ascertain that
- 3:09Speaker 1: the kids were wrongfully, wrongfully retained here in America. They
- 3:15Speaker 1: said that she asked as Joe for the kid's passports.
- 3:19Speaker 1: He had their passports and he wouldn't give them to her,
- 3:22Speaker 1: so they could not leave the country. Now she's also
- 3:25Speaker 1: claiming that they spoke about this before they broke up.
- 3:28Speaker 1: They decided that they were going to sell the house
- 3:30Speaker 1: in Miami. It's up on the market. That's where they
- 3:32Speaker 1: were based, not New York at LA it was Miami.
- 3:34Speaker 1: So the house in Miami is up on the market
- 3:36Speaker 1: because they were going to buy a home in the
- 3:38Speaker 1: English country side if they were looking for at home.
- 3:41Speaker 1: This had all been decided upon, but once he went
- 3:44Speaker 1: on tour, he then had the kids because she was
- 3:47Speaker 1: working in Britain, so when you're on tour, your days
- 3:49Speaker 1: are free, you work at night. So they decided as
- 3:51Speaker 1: a couple the kids should stay with him. She went
- 3:53Speaker 1: to London to work again. Then she is claiming in
- 3:56Speaker 1: these documents that she had no idea he was filing
- 3:59Speaker 1: for divorce. In fact, she only found out about it
- 4:03Speaker 1: from the media. Now it's shocking. So I think here
- 4:10Speaker 1: what's going on is that after the split was announced,
- 4:15Speaker 1: a lot of negative stories were out there about her,
- 4:18Speaker 1: and most people think these came from Joe. So her
- 4:20Speaker 1: team are like, if you want to leak, if you
- 4:23Speaker 1: want to play that game, we will fight back. Now
- 4:25Speaker 1: we should point out that Joe has responded to her
- 4:28Speaker 1: claims that he is withholding their daughter's passports, saying it
- 4:33Speaker 1: is very misleading. This is gonna get ugly. Well it's
- 4:37Speaker 1: ugly already, but it's gonna get even worse.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I know. I think it's really crazy because
- 4:41Speaker 2: we just you and I just talked about this last Friday,
- 4:44Speaker 2: and we were saying how we felt like they were
- 4:45Speaker 2: sort of like going to drag the kids into it
- 4:48Speaker 2: in this really nasty sort of pr fight, and it's
- 4:52Speaker 2: exactly what happened. We predicted it, and I think it's sad.
- 4:55Speaker 2: I already see it happening. They're using the kids to
- 4:57Speaker 2: get back at each other. And it's an age old
- 5:00Speaker 2: example that we've seen of what not to do when
- 5:04Speaker 2: you're going through a divorce.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Dude, this I was thinking. I was talking to some
- 5:08Speaker 1: legal experts and they said, this is so complicated because
- 5:13Speaker 1: their parents live in different countries. Now, the kids have
- 5:16Speaker 1: spent most of their life here in America, So do
- 5:19Speaker 1: they think they are American? Sophiea' is saying no. They
- 5:23Speaker 1: had this discussion. They decided as a couple they were
- 5:26Speaker 1: moving back to Britain, that's where she's from. They didn't
- 5:29Speaker 1: like the lifestyle here, but now that's changed. So what
- 5:32Speaker 1: do they do do the kids spend half the year
- 5:36Speaker 1: in Britain half the year here. I think a judge
- 5:38Speaker 1: is ultimately going to have to decide this, but while
- 5:41Speaker 1: we're waiting for that verdict, I want to know what
- 5:43Speaker 1: you think, which brings us to our whole question of
- 5:46Speaker 1: the day. Sophie Turner is suing her ex Joe Jonas,
- 5:49Speaker 1: demanding that the kids return to England after being quote
- 5:54Speaker 1: wrongfully detained amid their split. Should she get the kids?
- 5:58Speaker 1: Should the mom get the kids? It's a tough one today. Hey,
- 6:02Speaker 1: go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob
- 6:06Speaker 1: at a Facebook page which is Naughty Gossip, and be
- 6:09Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow. We should point out that
- 6:11Speaker 1: currently the kids are with Sophia. Yeah, so after spending
- 6:15Speaker 1: all this time with their dad on tour, Sophie has
- 6:18Speaker 1: returned to the US. She's in New York at the moment,
- 6:21Speaker 1: and the kids are now with her. What are you
- 6:23Speaker 1: working on touring?
- 6:25Speaker 2: Well, another mom, another famous mom, Britney spears, you know what,
- 6:29Speaker 2: She's got this book that's coming up, and her handlers
- 6:32Speaker 2: are trying to keep her from doing a sixty minutes
- 6:35Speaker 2: interview in which she would do it to promote the book,
- 6:38Speaker 2: of course, because there's a concern because of her wild
- 6:41Speaker 2: Instagram post right that she might not be ready for
- 6:44Speaker 2: a sit down interview. So page six here is at
- 6:46Speaker 2: every TV outlet, including CBS's esteemed sixty Minutes, is gunning
- 6:51Speaker 2: for this interview with the pop star ahead of the
- 6:53Speaker 2: release of our highly anticipated memoir, which is called The
- 6:57Speaker 2: Woman in Me Out Next.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Yeah I like it too.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Yeah, she had that song too. I'm just guessing about
- 7:05Speaker 2: But sources tell Page six that her team doesn't feel
- 7:07Speaker 2: like she's ready to do this sit down interview, and
- 7:09Speaker 2: one source pointed out it's her eccentric Instagram post as
- 7:13Speaker 2: one of the reasons why her team is like shutting
- 7:16Speaker 2: down any interview request, but another close source to the
- 7:20Speaker 2: singer also insists that you know what the decision is
- 7:24Speaker 2: ultimately going to breast on Britney spears right. She's a
- 7:28Speaker 2: free woman and she can decide. It's her choice, they said,
- 7:31Speaker 2: and the source also added that you know, she's had offers,
- 7:34Speaker 2: but she doesn't want to do anything because you know,
- 7:36Speaker 2: she's just saying she has no desire to do interviews
- 7:40Speaker 2: right now after having her mental health and sexuality and
- 7:43Speaker 2: parenting and her body image constantly scrutinized by the press,
- 7:47Speaker 2: so you know, they have not been very fair to Brittany,
- 7:50Speaker 2: and she's maybe being quite smart and saying I'm going
- 7:52Speaker 2: to sit this one out, and finally, maybe it's a
- 7:54Speaker 2: good decision because Lord knows she's made some bad ones lately, so.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no, this is Britney's choice. Now. The publisher
- 8:02Speaker 1: of her book also owns CBS. So often these big
- 8:05Speaker 1: books on Simon and Schuster, you go to sixty minutes.
- 8:08Speaker 1: That's what happened with Harry's bookly doing a big sit
- 8:10Speaker 1: down on sixty minutes with Anderson Cooper, so they go
- 8:12Speaker 1: hand in hand. But nevertheless, sixty minutes is an independent
- 8:16Speaker 1: news organization, So even though they want to certainly put
- 8:21Speaker 1: the best light on people they're interviewing, particularly if they're
- 8:24Speaker 1: part of the family, a lot of the company, they
- 8:26Speaker 1: still will tell the truth. And Brittany is a radic.
- 8:28Speaker 1: We know that. You don't have to just see her Instagram.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Anyone that's spent ten minutes with her knows that it's
- 8:34Speaker 1: no secret anymore. This is who Britney is. And a
- 8:37Speaker 1: sixteen minute interview might actually hurt the book sales because
- 8:41Speaker 1: all we'll be talking about is that interview, not necessarily
- 8:45Speaker 1: the book, and so anything Brittany does on sixty minutes
- 8:48Speaker 1: is probably going to be more interesting than anything in
- 8:50Speaker 1: the book. And so I think it's a very very
- 8:53Speaker 1: careful think here. Now when you get paid as much
- 8:55Speaker 1: money as Britney fifteen million dollars for a book, they
- 8:58Speaker 1: expect you to promote it. Recently, Brittany had a musical
- 9:02Speaker 1: on Broadway. It was all her news to be closed.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Brittany didn't even come to see it. She barely promoted
- 9:06Speaker 1: it opening night. She didn't show up. And so I think,
- 9:10Speaker 1: with Britney, this has to sell or of the money's
- 9:14Speaker 1: gonna dry up. So I really want this book to
- 9:16Speaker 1: be a success. I know that the way you make
- 9:19Speaker 1: books successful, just talking from my own experiences, you have
- 9:22Speaker 1: to be out there relentlessly selling it. You have to
- 9:24Speaker 1: promote it and promote it. But nobody, I think we
- 9:27Speaker 1: can all agree here. Very few people have been through
- 9:30Speaker 1: the ringer of publicity like Britney Spare her whole life,
- 9:33Speaker 1: her whole life. People have been asking rude questions, really
- 9:38Speaker 1: invasive questions. Questions about her virginity, questions about her life
- 9:43Speaker 1: that are just so rude, questions about her weight, questions
- 9:45Speaker 1: about her mental health. I understand here, while Brittany is
- 9:48Speaker 1: very wary of the press, it's going to be fascinating
- 9:52Speaker 1: to see what happens here. I'm told there will be
- 9:54Speaker 1: no interview on sixty minutes. I'm actually told there will
- 9:56Speaker 1: be no interviews at all. She's not going to do it.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Maybe they can get her to tape some stuff on Instagram.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Maybe they can get her dancing around holding a book.
- 10:05Speaker 1: But I also think too, there's just so much noise
- 10:08Speaker 1: about Brittany we're talking about her today that maybe this
- 10:11Speaker 1: book might be the exception. Maybe this book might be
- 10:13Speaker 1: the book that just sells itself.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Well, I think that she's in a position too, and
- 10:17Speaker 2: I hope her handler is can come up with a
- 10:19Speaker 2: different idea. They could actually do a kind of a
- 10:22Speaker 2: very structured Q and A themselves, very curted, very book focused.
- 10:28Speaker 2: They can say cut and start in action and then
- 10:31Speaker 2: edit out what the bad parts are and really present
- 10:34Speaker 2: an interview of Brittany discussing the book. So I don't
- 10:37Speaker 2: think it's a wash completely. They have that's be creative
- 10:40Speaker 2: in how they do.
- 10:41Speaker 1: That's so smart. Yeah, that's what Will Smith did after
- 10:44Speaker 1: the oscars. He's not done an interview, but he put
- 10:45Speaker 1: out his own tape. It was not very good. So Brittany,
- 10:47Speaker 1: don't hire those people. But you're right, she could be
- 10:50Speaker 1: filmed at home. They can edit it. They can add
- 10:52Speaker 1: music to it, they can send that out to all
- 10:54Speaker 1: the press and we'll all run it. We'll all run
- 10:56Speaker 1: a Q and A with Brittany. That's the way to
- 10:58Speaker 1: do it. Okay, Moving along, Chris Evans is saying that
- 11:01Speaker 1: his wife is really big into first impressions, but not
- 11:04Speaker 1: so much for him. So he did a new interview
- 11:07Speaker 1: with GQ and he talked about Alba, his wife. The
- 11:10Speaker 1: interview was conducted about three months ago, so this was
- 11:13Speaker 1: before he was married. He said at the time, my
- 11:15Speaker 1: girlfriend's really big into people's energy. All that's interesting energy
- 11:19Speaker 1: and first impressions, he said, I'm not so much because
- 11:22Speaker 1: I don't always give off the same thing right out
- 11:26Speaker 1: of the gate, So I try to reserve judgment. Where
- 11:29Speaker 1: are you on this, Cory, Are you a first impression
- 11:32Speaker 1: type of person or not?
- 11:33Speaker 2: You know, I really am. I'm trying to get better
- 11:35Speaker 2: because I know that sometimes you don't always get you know,
- 11:38Speaker 2: the best from people, and you don't always give your
- 11:40Speaker 2: own best and that first time. But yeah, I tend
- 11:43Speaker 2: to be really immediately like, okay, that's not going to
- 11:46Speaker 2: work for me this person. And I will say though
- 11:49Speaker 2: pleasantly though I've been surprised later on, I've come back
- 11:52Speaker 2: around and met the person again in a different circumstance
- 11:55Speaker 2: and like, Wow, that's a really nice person. So I
- 11:58Speaker 2: think it just depends on what here you are in
- 12:00Speaker 2: that moment.
- 12:01Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, yeah, And it's not just the person
- 12:04Speaker 1: you meet, it's where your head. Yes, I've met people
- 12:06Speaker 1: and I've been in a really grumpy mood and I
- 12:08Speaker 1: just haven't liked them because of my mood or I've
- 12:09Speaker 1: got a headache or something's going on, or I'm busy
- 12:13Speaker 1: or something, And so I think it takes a little
- 12:15Speaker 1: bit of a tango. What I do is I do
- 12:17Speaker 1: make first impressions. I've got to it. When I met you, Corey,
- 12:19Speaker 1: it was love at first sight. I liked you from
- 12:21Speaker 1: the minute you sat down, and I was absolutely right.
- 12:23Speaker 1: But what I've decided is I'm not going to change
- 12:26Speaker 1: my first impression, DNA, It's in my bones. But what
- 12:29Speaker 1: I'm going to do is I'm going to give everybody
- 12:31Speaker 1: a second and a third chance. So people that I
- 12:33Speaker 1: meet for the first time that I don't like, if
- 12:34Speaker 1: I like him, it's a easy way, that's fine, that's solved.
- 12:37Speaker 1: But if I don't like them the first time, I'm
- 12:39Speaker 1: not going to cut them off just yet because you
- 12:41Speaker 1: never quite known. Maybe it's me not then maybe it's
- 12:44Speaker 1: that I'm in a bad mood. But it's so interesting.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Are you a first impression person? Okay, talking of first impressions,
- 12:52Speaker 1: Gwen st Farni is not very happy with the new
- 12:55Speaker 1: judge on the Voice.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and I think this is just a story
- 12:59Speaker 2: about insecurity really and just you know, that's what it
- 13:02Speaker 2: feels like to me. But Gwen Stefani is reportedly less
- 13:05Speaker 2: than thrilled to play second fiddle quote to Riba McIntyre
- 13:09Speaker 2: on the Voice. So she's gonna be returning, of course, Gwyn,
- 13:12Speaker 2: And she's currently already feuding with her new co star,
- 13:16Speaker 2: Reba McIntyre, who just recently joined the show, and the
- 13:19Speaker 2: show was in his twenty fourth season. So it's been
- 13:21Speaker 2: on for like, I'm like, how is it even possible?
- 13:24Speaker 2: But yeah, it's been on for quite a while now.
- 13:26Speaker 2: They take the blind auditions and the battle rounds in July,
- 13:29Speaker 2: and you know, you could tell that Gwinn was less
- 13:31Speaker 2: than thrilled really being there with Riba. They're saying.
- 13:35Speaker 1: So.
- 13:35Speaker 2: The Insider also added that Riba has a very outgoing personality,
- 13:39Speaker 2: and she does.
- 13:39Speaker 1: She does, and it says it does.
- 13:41Speaker 2: She can suck the air out of a room. Now,
- 13:43Speaker 2: Gwinn doesn't feel like she has a chance to shine
- 13:46Speaker 2: the way she wants. And it's also been purported that
- 13:48Speaker 2: Stefani's husband, Blake Shelton, is currently embroiled in the middle
- 13:52Speaker 2: of an alleged conflict with his wife and his friend
- 13:56Speaker 2: who is.
- 13:56Speaker 1: A He's music royal legend.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Now, yeah, in most cases, Blake would go out of
- 14:03Speaker 2: his way not to ruffle Gwinn's feathers, the insider added,
- 14:05Speaker 2: but this is a little tricky one for him. But
- 14:07Speaker 2: you know she's returning to So Stefani's returning to the
- 14:10Speaker 2: Voice for her seventh season as a coach, and then
- 14:13Speaker 2: a lot of money for McIntyre. Now, I actually want
- 14:15Speaker 2: to say this really quickly. They both have such amazing,
- 14:18Speaker 2: brilliant careers. Gwynn started off and the group no Doubt
- 14:22Speaker 2: and became this huge, major solo pop artist, I mean iconic,
- 14:27Speaker 2: right let Riaba be Reba doesn't have anything to do
- 14:31Speaker 2: with it.
- 14:32Speaker 1: I know, but it's hard when you'll will when you've
- 14:36Speaker 1: been on a shower of job or life for a
- 14:38Speaker 1: while and somebody new and shiny comes along? Done it?
- 14:42Speaker 1: I know, I know, I do a ton of TV
- 14:46Speaker 1: and occasionally I spot a new person being booked who's
- 14:49Speaker 1: a little bit more shiny and polished than me. And
- 14:52Speaker 1: what the mistake I've made in the past is caused trouble.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Don't do that, because you'll just push yourself out of
- 14:57Speaker 1: a job. The best thing to do is just sit
- 14:59Speaker 1: and wait your own worth. No, you're great, your stuff,
- 15:03Speaker 1: You're great. You're great. And if this season is Rebus season,
- 15:07Speaker 1: bow down. There's a there's enough room here for all
- 15:11Speaker 1: of you, and you're all making millions of dollars, so
- 15:13Speaker 1: come on, zip it up, I mean, come on, get along. Okay,
- 15:16Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 15:18Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Nic Show.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I'm Rob Shootter with our dear friend Cory Andrew. Hey, Corey,
- 15:25Speaker 1: let's get to the ball. Yesterday, it was such a
- 15:29Speaker 1: naughty question. So Prince William went for a run in
- 15:31Speaker 1: Central Park a few mornings ago, and nobody noticed him there.
- 15:35Speaker 1: A naughty question was would Harry have tipped off the
- 15:38Speaker 1: press if he had gone for a run. So, would
- 15:40Speaker 1: Harry have just gone for a private run or what
- 15:43Speaker 1: if he wanted the world following? Kay, let's have anok.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Seventy five percent said yes, Harry would have tipped off
- 15:50Speaker 1: the press. You are as naughty as me, naughty as me?
- 15:54Speaker 1: Naughty maybe Megan? Okay, God, my goodness, we're getting the worse.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's go to my Twitter
- 16:00Speaker 1: paygechetty nice up a Facebook page is no what he
- 16:03Speaker 1: goes in, but I'm be sure it's cheat back on
- 16:05Speaker 1: Monday to hear your results. And now it's time for
- 16:08Speaker 1: yes Nicister of the Day.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Yes, well this is kind of nice, I think, Cindy Crawford,
- 16:17Speaker 2: it is. It is a sweet little story, Cindy Crawford.
- 16:19Speaker 2: She's opening up about her marriage with Richard Gear and
- 16:22Speaker 2: why it didn't work out. Everyone thought they were the
- 16:23Speaker 2: most beautiful couple in the world at the time, but
- 16:25Speaker 2: it didn't work out. But the couple eloped in Las
- 16:28Speaker 2: Vegas back in nineteen ninety one, when Gear was forty
- 16:30Speaker 2: two and Cindy was a young model at the age
- 16:32Speaker 2: of twenty five. Now more than thirty years later, Crawford
- 16:35Speaker 2: is candidly opening up about the pair's short lived marriage
- 16:38Speaker 2: and the newly released Apple TV Docuseriies, and she just
- 16:41Speaker 2: says when she was twenty two years older she first
- 16:44Speaker 2: met Gear, who was seventeen years her senior. You know,
- 16:47Speaker 2: she said she began to mold herself to be more
- 16:49Speaker 2: like him in the beginning of a relationship. And she's
- 16:51Speaker 2: right about this. In the beginning of a relationship, when
- 16:53Speaker 2: you're a young woman, you're like, you like baseball, I
- 16:56Speaker 2: like baseball. You're really into Tibetan Buddhism. Yeah, I might
- 16:59Speaker 2: be into that. I'll try to actually explain, you know,
- 17:01Speaker 2: you're willing to kind of mold yourself around here before
- 17:03Speaker 2: you are in love with And she really has a
- 17:05Speaker 2: good point there, because that's true. I think love.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's what makes her the nicest of the day.
- 17:10Speaker 1: We've all done this. We've met friends, lovers, family members,
- 17:14Speaker 1: and we try to be someone where not it never
- 17:16Speaker 1: ever works. And I love that Cindy who really wanted
- 17:19Speaker 1: this to work. She married him, for goodness, she really
- 17:22Speaker 1: wanted this to work. It doesn't work. You have to
- 17:26Speaker 1: find somebody who likes you, you really really do. That's
- 17:30Speaker 1: one of my top pieces of advice to people who
- 17:33Speaker 1: ask about my happy relationship. It's because Bruce loves me,
- 17:38Speaker 1: not for who I'm pretending to be, who I'm trying
- 17:41Speaker 1: to be me. I want you to find the same man.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Nicest of the day. Now, Kim Kardashian is getting slammed
- 17:49Speaker 1: for her performance in America Horror Story. So she's awful.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I've watched it, but she's not. She's it's awful. It's
- 17:56Speaker 1: like watching Madonna in Shanghai. Surprise, like it's Kim Kim. Wow.
- 18:03Speaker 1: But Kim's not the naughtiest we are because what did
- 18:06Speaker 1: we expect, Meryl Street, what did we did you really
- 18:10Speaker 1: think that we're going to turn on American Horror Story
- 18:13Speaker 1: and we're gonna be No, she's perfectly Kim, and so no,
- 18:18Speaker 1: she's not very good. She probably knows this. She's getting
- 18:21Speaker 1: the show a lot of press, which is why she
- 18:23Speaker 1: was hired. She wasn't hired for her acting. Chops and
- 18:26Speaker 1: anybody who thought she was gonna be good, you're the
- 18:30Speaker 1: naughtiest of the day. We say all the time on
- 18:32Speaker 1: this show. You gotta do the work. Kim does the work,
- 18:35Speaker 1: but not in the world of acting. She does the
- 18:37Speaker 1: work of being Kim. And so in this show, if
- 18:41Speaker 1: you do watch, don't be surprised. She's playing Kim. She's
- 18:45Speaker 1: playing Kim. It's sort of so bad, it's fabulous. Okay,
- 18:48Speaker 1: let's end with a moment of rub Stay away from
- 18:53Speaker 1: people who try to disparage your ambitions. I noticed that
- 18:59Speaker 1: a friend of mine, somebody that I thought was a friend,
- 19:02Speaker 1: was always so negative about my aspirations, my dream. Every
- 19:06Speaker 1: time we spoke and I was really glowing about something
- 19:08Speaker 1: I wanted to do, they talked down about it. Stay
- 19:12Speaker 1: away from those people and stick with us. That is
- 19:15Speaker 1: it for this week. Thank you so much for listening
- 19:18Speaker 1: to the Naughty but Nice with Rob and Corey Show,

- 19:25Speaker 1: a review if you can, and remember altogether. Now, if
