- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
- 0:06Speaker 1: left off with the lawsuit file by the survivors against
- 0:10Speaker 1: Epstein's estate and Darren Indyke and Richard Khan. For about
- 0:15Speaker 1: two years. Defendant Richard D. Kon and defendant Darren k
- 0:19Speaker 1: Indyke were from offices in a New York City building
- 0:22Speaker 1: where Epstein also housed women who were abused. When suspicious
- 0:26Speaker 1: banks cut off Epstein, defendant Darren k Indyke withdrew large
- 0:31Speaker 1: sums of cash to keep the trafficking enterprise afloat, enabling
- 0:35Speaker 1: the gender and motivated violence to continue uninterrupted. Defendant Richard D.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Con did his part too, by finding new banks where
- 0:43Speaker 1: Epstein could open accounts and fund a sex trafficking operation.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Defendant Richard D. Con and defendant Darren k Indyke were
- 0:51Speaker 1: awarded handsomely for enabling and conspiring with Epstein. He paid
- 0:55Speaker 1: them millions and gave them millions more loans that were
- 0:58Speaker 1: never repaid epstein Stein also paid out of pocket for
- 1:01Speaker 1: perks such as covering healthcare expenses and children's education. Epstein
- 1:07Speaker 1: and epstein own entities paid more than sixteen million to
- 1:11Speaker 1: defendant Darren kay and Dyke and ten million to defendant
- 1:14Speaker 1: Richard D. Con, far more than could reasonably be attributed
- 1:18Speaker 1: to the rates of their professional service. In two thousand
- 1:22Speaker 1: and seven, Connenndyke were involved in a one million dollar
- 1:25Speaker 1: letter of credit in Epstein's name to backstop alone from
- 1:29Speaker 1: Melon United National Bank to mc squared Model Management, a
- 1:33Speaker 1: modeling agency that Epstein used to recruit women. By the
- 1:38Speaker 1: time that Epstein died, there were dozens of Epstein related
- 1:41Speaker 1: entities and hundreds of accounts at more than twenty banks.
- 1:45Speaker 1: By the time Epstein died, defendant Richard D. Con and
- 1:48Speaker 1: defendant Darren kay and Dyke held positions at many of
- 1:52Speaker 1: these entities, including many that were created to simply facilitate
- 1:56Speaker 1: the illegal sex trafficking venture. For instance, defendant Richard D.
- 2:00Speaker 1: kN and defendant Darren Kayendyke were trustees of the Butterfly Trust,
- 2:05Speaker 1: an entity that made three hundred and eighty three thousand
- 2:08Speaker 1: and five payments to women in one year through a
- 2:11Speaker 1: JP Morgan account. According to a later report by a
- 2:14Speaker 1: forensic accountant, those transfers were highly suspicious. Sex trafficking operations
- 2:20Speaker 1: depend on cash, as it leaves no record of payment
- 2:23Speaker 1: to victims or recruiters. So twice every month for four years,
- 2:28Speaker 1: Defendant Darren Kyendyke went to Deutsche Bank on Park Avenue
- 2:32Speaker 1: and withdrew seventy five hundred in cash, the maximum amounts
- 2:36Speaker 1: someone other than the account holder can withdraw. Those withdrawals
- 2:40Speaker 1: were made in furtherance of enabling and conspiring with Epstein
- 2:43Speaker 1: to commit acts of gender motivated violence. Defendant Darren Kyendyke
- 2:49Speaker 1: withdrew seventy five hundred in cash ninety seven times. After
- 2:54Speaker 1: withdrawing the cash, Defendant Darren Kyendyke plus placed the money
- 2:58Speaker 1: in a safe in his office, and when the operation
- 3:01Speaker 1: needed funds, he placed the cash in Epstein's black travel bag.
- 3:06Speaker 1: In an active conspiracy, Darren Kyendyke knew that the funds
- 3:09Speaker 1: enabled Epstein's gender motivated violence. Indeed, he tellingly asked a
- 3:14Speaker 1: bank employee how often he could withdraw funds without triggering
- 3:18Speaker 1: an alert. In another act of conspiracy, defendant Darren ky
- 3:22Speaker 1: and Dyke asked to tell her if a withdrawal of
- 3:25Speaker 1: more than ten thousand would trigger a report. When Defendant
- 3:28Speaker 1: Darren Kyendyke was told that it would, he spread the
- 3:31Speaker 1: withdrawal over two days. When a bank compliance officer noticed
- 3:36Speaker 1: payments to Russian women, Defendant Richard D. Con responded sent
- 3:40Speaker 1: to a friend for tuition for school. In fact, these
- 3:44Speaker 1: payments funded Epstein's sex trafficking operation. Defendant Richard D. Con
- 3:50Speaker 1: and Darren Kyendyke managed the cash and fueled the sex trafficking.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Paid procures like Maxwell, arranged transportation and housing for victims,
- 3:59Speaker 1: and concealed the sources of funds. In some Defendant Richard D. Con,
- 4:04Speaker 1: Darren Kyendyke, and Epstein overtly conspired to conceal the flow
- 4:08Speaker 1: of funds within Epstein's sex trafficking operation, further enabling his
- 4:12Speaker 1: acts of gender motivated violence count number one violation of
- 4:17Speaker 1: Gender Motivated Violence Act committing Gender Motivated violence New York
- 4:22Speaker 1: Admin Codes, Section TENDASH eleven oh one. As against defendant
- 4:27Speaker 1: Darren Kayendyke and Richard D. Con in their capacities as
- 4:31Speaker 1: the co executors of the estate of Jeffrey Edward Epstein,
- 4:34Speaker 1: plaintiffs repeat, reiterate, and re allege each and every allegation
- 4:38Speaker 1: contained in the preceding paragraphs of the complaint one through
- 4:42Speaker 1: fifty four, as if fully set forth here in inclusive
- 4:46Speaker 1: with the same force and effect as in hereafter set
- 4:50Speaker 1: forth at length. Epstein's acts of gender motivated violence against
- 4:54Speaker 1: plaintiffs included, but were not limited to, forcibly, grabbing, groping, molesting,
- 5:00Speaker 1: digital penetration, oral copulation, rape, or other sexual acts. The
- 5:05Speaker 1: sexual acts committed by Epstein against plaintiffs were not consensual
- 5:10Speaker 1: and constituted a violation of plaintiff's bodily autonomy and an
- 5:14Speaker 1: expression of Epstein's contempt. Thereof, Epstein's malice towards the gender
- 5:19Speaker 1: motivated nature of his conduct against plaintiffs are apparent from
- 5:22Speaker 1: the nature of the sexual abuse itself and the fact
- 5:25Speaker 1: that all hundreds, if not thousands, of his victims were female. Therefore,
- 5:31Speaker 1: as a result of the conduct complained of herein, Epstein

- 5:42Speaker 1: punitive damages, two injunctive and declaratory relief, three attorney fees
- 5:48Speaker 1: and costs, and four such other relief as a court
- 5:52Speaker 1: may deem appropriate. As a direct approximate result of Epstein's
- 5:56Speaker 1: violations of the GMBA, plaintiffs have sustained in the past
- 6:01Speaker 1: and will continue to sustain in the future, physical injury,
- 6:04Speaker 1: pain and suffering, serious and severe psychological and emotional distress,
- 6:09Speaker 1: mental anguish, embarrassment, and humiliation. As a direct and proximate
- 6:14Speaker 1: result of Epstein's violations of the GMBA, plaintiffs have incurred
- 6:19Speaker 1: medical expenses and other economic damages, and continues to be
- 6:23Speaker 1: in physical pain and suffering, and will now be obligated
- 6:27Speaker 1: to expend sums of money for medical care and attention
- 6:30Speaker 1: in an effort to cure themselves of their injuries and
- 6:33Speaker 1: to alleviate their pain and suffering and emotional distress, mental anguish, embarrassment,
- 6:38Speaker 1: and humiliation. By reason of the foregoing, plaintiffs were caused
- 6:43Speaker 1: to sustain severe and serious personal injuries, a severe shock
- 6:47Speaker 1: to their nervous system, and certain internal injuries, and were
- 6:51Speaker 1: caused to suffer severe physical pain and mental anguish as
- 6:54Speaker 1: a result thereof, and upon information and belief these injuries
- 6:58Speaker 1: are of a permanent and lasting nature, that said plaintiffs
- 7:03Speaker 1: were incapacitated from attending their regular activities, and there was
- 7:07Speaker 1: cause to be expended sums of money for medical care
- 7:10Speaker 1: on their behalf by reason of the foregoing, the plaintiffs
- 7:14Speaker 1: are entitled the compensentory damages from defendants in such sums
- 7:18Speaker 1: as the jury would find fair, just inadequate, And the
- 7:22Speaker 1: plaintiffs are further entitled to punitive and exemplary damages from
- 7:26Speaker 1: defendants in such sums as a jury would find fair,
- 7:30Speaker 1: just inappropriate, to deter defendants and others from future similar misconduct.

- 8:01Speaker 1: and every allegation contained in the preceding paragraph of the
- 8:05Speaker 1: complaint one through sixty four, as if fully set forth
- 8:08Speaker 1: herein inclusive, with the same force and effect as in
- 8:13Speaker 1: hereinafter set forth at length. In violation of the GMVA,
- 8:17Speaker 1: Defendant Darren kay Endyke enabled Epstein to commit acts of
- 8:20Speaker 1: gender motivated violence against plaintiffs, including but not limited to,
- 8:25Speaker 1: managing and facilitating the financial transactions of Epstein's sex trafficking operation,
- 8:31Speaker 1: sufficiently capitalizing the sex trafficking operation so that Epstein could
- 8:36Speaker 1: continue to commit his acts of gender and motivated violence
- 8:39Speaker 1: against plaintiffs, funding the facilities where Epstein sexually abused plaintiffs,
- 8:45Speaker 1: managing and serving as a signatory to the bank accounts
- 8:48Speaker 1: that Epstein used to fund his acts of gender motivated

- 10:53Speaker 1: expended sums of money for medical care on their behalf.
- 10:57Speaker 1: By reason of the foregoing, the plaintiffs are in titled
