- 0:06Audio shared by Testecleese: I'm leaving.
- 0:11Audio shared by Testecleese: Who are fake news?
- 0:13Audio shared by Testecleese: I am not suicidal!
- 0:17Audio shared by Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly. I can circle back, I'll circle back with you.
- 0:22Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:25Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:27Audio shared by Testecleese: I'm gonna come.
- 0:29Testecleese: Hello, and welcome to the latest and greatest episode of the Jeffrey and Brian Show. I'm Jeffrey.
- 0:34Brian McFadden: And I'm Brian.
- 0:36Testecleese: It was just you guys drinking some beer, talking about what's going on.
- 0:40Testecleese: Brian, I mentioned to you the digging I'd been doing.
- 0:44Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 0:44Testecleese: I forgot to mention that I discovered a mud wasp nest.
- 0:49Brian McFadden: Oh, okay. That sounds like.
- 0:50Testecleese: Fuck.
- 0:51Brian McFadden: button.
- 0:51Testecleese: Oh, it was a terrible experience.
- 0:55Testecleese: They're dead now, though, so that's okay.
- 0:58Testecleese: okay…
- 1:01Testecleese: Crazy, I had just heard… what was the guy's name who died at the Butler shooting? It was, like, Peter Navarro, the firefighter?
- 1:09Testecleese: Who… Yeah.
- 1:10Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:12Testecleese: he died right away, and I just heard someone talking about this the other day, and… what was it, Thursday? Yesterday?
- 1:20Testecleese: The other dude who got shot in Butler finally, succumbed to his injuries and died.
- 1:27Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:29Testecleese: Wow.
- 1:31Testecleese: I almost want to say, too bad that, Tyler Robbins… Tyler Robbins, no.
- 1:36Brian McFadden: I don't remember then.
- 1:38Testecleese: book.
- 1:39Testecleese: Something cook.
- 1:42Testecleese: Good, it's good, no one should remember this asshole's name.
- 1:45Testecleese: Right. Why am I… why am I bothering to look it up?
- 1:48Testecleese: It's too bad he's dead so that he can't be tried for…
- 1:51Testecleese: Attempted assassination and two murders, you know?
- 1:56Testecleese: I don't know. Did you see this video of the lady who wrecked her car into a bus in LA?
- 2:04Brian McFadden: No.
- 2:05Testecleese: She killed two people, and it turns out that was the accident that the news helicopter was, watching.
- 2:14Testecleese: When the helicopter went down and killed, 3 more people.
- 2:20Testecleese: I… I thought that was kind of wild.
- 2:23Testecleese: She was intoxicated and all messed up.
- 2:29Testecleese: Brian, tell me what's going on with Trump and the media, because…
- 2:34Brian McFadden: Oh, my word.
- 2:35Testecleese: It's been a rollercoaster the last couple days of judgments and rulings and decisions, right?
- 2:40Brian McFadden: Yeah, and I think Trump is just beating into the media here.
- 2:45Brian McFadden: Because now the media is the story, but I also…
- 2:50Brian McFadden: think that being the President of the United States, he should have the ability to decide
- 2:57Brian McFadden: who comes into the White House to…
- 3:00Brian McFadden: Report on what's going on with him.
- 3:04Testecleese: Yeah, who decides who gets credentials or not, right?
- 3:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 3:07Testecleese: The executive should be able to overrule everyone within that entire branch, right?
- 3:11Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 3:13Testecleese: So, I mean, it makes sense.
- 3:13Brian McFadden: The judicial system's doing it instead.
- 3:16Testecleese: Yeah, and how can the judicial system say, no CNN has a right to gain access to the White House, but I don't.
- 3:23Testecleese: Why does CNN have a right?
- 3:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 3:28Testecleese: Do I just have to say, hey, I'm here for the Jeffrey and Brian show, and I can go ask the president fucking questions?
- 3:33Brian McFadden: Seems like it, yeah.
- 3:35Testecleese: We should give it a shot one of these times, dude. I'm only, like, 6… 5 hours from DC, it'd be hilarious.
- 3:41Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 3:42Testecleese: And watch how quickly I get thrown out until to go F myself. You're not CNN!
- 3:48Brian McFadden: And even Fox News, you know, followed with the ban, you know, and they refused.
- 3:52Testecleese: Boycott.
- 3:53Brian McFadden: They did the boycott, too, so…
- 3:56Testecleese: Yeah, it was funny, I laughed about that, because they refused to cover it, but they would tell us all about it.
- 4:02Brian McFadden: Right, yeah, huh, yep.
- 4:04Testecleese: That was like when Trump gave his, speeches or whatever, and CNN was like, no, we're not gonna cover it, but we'll tell you what he said. It's like, so you can intentionally misinterpret what was put out, and give me fake news.
- 4:15Brian McFadden: She's wrong.
- 4:16Testecleese: Playing the broadcast.
- 4:18Brian McFadden: Meanwhile, we got Trump TV that launched during this media ban, so it'll be interesting, and it was, like, the number one downloaded app or something like that.
- 4:27Testecleese: Have you checked it out?
- 4:28Brian McFadden: No.
- 4:30Brian McFadden: No.
- 4:31Testecleese: Is it supposed to be just a news outlet, or is it a television news station?
- 4:36Brian McFadden: It's gonna… it's the White House is launching its own round-the-clock video channel. I gotta close an ad, of course.
- 4:42Testecleese: Okay. So it's probably a streaming service versus, like, a YouTube pick-and-choose thing, like a live stream.
- 4:51Testecleese: Let's see, I might check it out, who knows? I have no idea what they're gonna be putting out on it.
- 4:56Testecleese: 24 hours a day, they must be putting something out, right?
- 4:59Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 5:00Testecleese: If you wanna talk about transparency, how about the frickin' White House is putting information out 24 hours a day?
- 5:08Testecleese: But Joe Biden famously didn't do,
- 5:12Testecleese: Press stuff because he couldn't speak, you know?
- 5:15Brian McFadden: Yeah. He never did any press conferences.
- 5:18Brian McFadden: Trump talks to the press wherever he goes, on the way to the helicopter… Every opportunity.
- 5:24Testecleese: gets, and it's a mistake every time. He should just answer a question or two and leave, you know what I mean? But he'll sit there, and he'll argue with them, and he'll tell them they're stupid. It's like, I understand what
- 5:35Testecleese: that he's right most of the time, when it comes to that stuff, but you're not helping… I guess at this point, his image doesn't matter, it's already set in stone what it is, huh?
- 5:44Brian McFadden: He don't care.
- 5:47Testecleese: But yeah, a judge came out and said that we have to let CNN, Politico, and MSNL into the White House.
- 5:54Testecleese: That really bothers me.
- 5:56Brian McFadden: It does, me too.
- 5:58Testecleese: And I follow a handful of guys that do news stuff on…
- 6:02Testecleese: streaming services, like, how come I can't just walk into the White House, you know what I mean?
- 6:07Testecleese: It's like, I'm pressed, how come I don't get access? Like, they just… not only do they get access, but a judge said you can't stop them, like, so who could stop me?
- 6:17Brian McFadden: Alright.
- 6:20Testecleese: That's why we need to incorporate
- 6:22Testecleese: Because then we could be a… a news and opinion corporation, Brian.
- 6:29Testecleese: Heavy on the opinion, but… Yup.
- 6:33Testecleese: You shared this one, and I…
- 6:36Testecleese: I thought this was well known.
- 6:40Testecleese: Because there's so many Black Americans named Jefferson.
- 6:45Testecleese: Like, oh my, Thomas Jefferson almost certainly…
- 6:49Testecleese: fathered children with his slaves, right? Right. And they found this with a hair sample they somehow got?
- 6:57Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 6:58Testecleese: Where'd they get this deal?
- 6:59Brian McFadden: I don't know where they got the hair sample from Thomas Jefferson at this point in time.
- 7:05Testecleese: And where'd they find the, sample to compare it to, to see if he… if the…
- 7:09Testecleese: If he was, an ancestor.
- 7:12Testecleese: You know what I mean? Like, did he get the modern-day descendant of this… Child, I guess?
- 7:19Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 7:21Testecleese: I just… I was like, I thought we all knew this, but apparently it's been…
- 7:27Testecleese: 20, I said, the chances of him not being the father are 1 in 1,000. And I was like, shit, the odds that he had black children was better than one in a thousand before you did this friggin' stu- thing, you know?
- 7:42Testecleese: This Nike… this Converse thing…
- 7:46Brian McFadden: I didn't realize Comerve was opened by… owned by Nike.
- 7:49Testecleese: Yeah, I'm actually thinking about, I'm watching Nike, I'm thinking about buying some soon.
- 7:54Testecleese: But I don't know, Nike hasn't been bouncing back like it should.
- 8:00Testecleese: What's up with this, did you get Ku Klux Klan out of this ad?
- 8:05Brian McFadden: No.
- 8:07Testecleese: No, it's like, it's a girl in a white dress holding a pair of Chucks by the laces, and they're like, it's a clanhood, and someone's hanging. It's like, you can see her hand holding the laces. How is that a clan hood? Her arm comes out of her head, you know what I mean?
- 8:22Brian McFadden: Right.
- 8:24Testecleese: It just, I don't know, people want to be offended, and then Nike came out and apologized, or something, or maybe Convoice did, I don't know.
- 8:34Testecleese: Wife just bought a pair of Chuck Taylor Converse All-Stars for, our niece.
- 8:41Testecleese: The boots that come way up, like, above the knee.
- 8:46Testecleese: shit.
- 8:48Testecleese: Nike screwed everything up for Converse anyway, man. I used to be able to get a pair of Chucks for 35 bucks.
- 8:55Testecleese: and now you're paying 50 to 60 bucks, you may as well be buying 2 pairs of Skechers for that cost, you know what I mean?
- 9:05Testecleese: And I gotta…
- 9:08Testecleese: I almost… there was more than one thing about Sunny Hostin, I almost put them together. Maybe I did, I'm not sure, but what's… what's Sunny Hostin bitchin' about now? How is everyone racist except for her, even though she's the descendant of slave owners? She's like traitors!
- 9:20Brian McFadden: So, I mean, her kids have experienced racism at their private schools.
- 9:25Testecleese: I doubt that.
- 9:26Brian McFadden: I do too.
- 9:28Testecleese: Yeah, if anything, maybe the racism they're seeing is they're being treated like they're made of glass.
- 9:35Testecleese: Because these schools are afraid of being.
- 9:37Brian McFadden: And how… she said… this article says she sent her daughter to a predominantly black, high-poverty public school, so…
- 9:46Brian McFadden: Where's the racism… racism in that?
- 9:49Brian McFadden: Are the Black people racist?
- 9:52Brian McFadden: Against her? Kids? Her daughter?
- 9:56Testecleese: was…
- 9:58Brian McFadden: Is that even a possibility?
- 9:59Testecleese: Yeah, she's Hispanic, right?
- 10:02Brian McFadden: I think so.
- 10:02Testecleese: Even though she… even though she calls herself black?
- 10:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:07Testecleese: Yeah, she was, descendants of the Spanish slave traders.
- 10:13Testecleese: Still demanding everyone else pay reparations, though. It's like, bitch, you're the one that owes the reparations!
- 10:18Brian McFadden: Right, she's never paying.
- 10:20Testecleese: But she was also said that her son was the victim of racism when he was walking on railroad tracks with headphones on, and the police, like.
- 10:28Brian McFadden: Yeah, she's the one that tried to say she was a former Attorney General.
- 10:32Testecleese: Yeah, trying to pull rank or something, it's like, yeah, okay, first of all.
- 10:36Testecleese: I don't care if you're the President of the United States, you're not above the law, okay? Yep. Second of all, you're not currently in that position. And third, it's not my county anyway.
- 10:47Brian McFadden: Right, yeah.
- 10:48Testecleese: I don't care! That's basically what the cop said. I mean, he didn't put it that way, that's basically what he said.
- 10:54Testecleese: I mean, don't get me wrong, he was polite about it, he's like, thank you for understanding and, you know, whatever, but…
- 10:58Testecleese: He's like, just a heads up, your boy's gonna spend some time in jail now, he didn't have to.
- 11:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 11:05Testecleese: Yeah, this other one… well, hold on, the,
- 11:09Testecleese: Yeah, Sonny Hawson's kids were at the white private school. There's Nicole Hannah-Jones.
- 11:14Testecleese: sent her kids to the, predominantly black school.
- 11:17Brian McFadden: Oh, okay, alright.
- 11:18Testecleese: And she found out that her kids didn't get a decent education because they just kept passing the kids on to the next grade, no matter what.
- 11:26Brian McFadden: That happens in public school.
- 11:29Testecleese: Yeah, exactly.
- 11:31Testecleese: You didn't y'all.
- 11:32Testecleese: But yeah, there's a whole article.
- 11:36Testecleese: It was just one woman's account, but it's a typical…
- 11:40Testecleese: I'm so wrecked with my politics, and then once she's made her decision, she's realized she fucked her kids' lives up… lives up by doing this, you know what I mean?
- 11:49Testecleese: And now she's stuck with the consequences, and I'm sure she wants to sue somebody… But… Whatever.
- 12:00Testecleese: Oh, this one,
- 12:01Testecleese: I think it was in Mississippi, a, a bus… a school bus was hit by a Jetta and tipped over.
- 12:09Testecleese: 16… Interesting.
- 12:10Brian McFadden: Yeah, Mississippi Highway.
- 12:12Testecleese: Yeah, 16 kids were injured. They went out through the emergency escape hatch on the roof, Jeez.
- 12:19Brian McFadden: How fast was that car going to topple bus?
- 12:23Testecleese: That's all I could think was, what was the scenario where a Jetta flipped a bus on its side, you know what I mean?
- 12:29Brian McFadden: Right.
- 12:30Testecleese: Did a broadside and go under it, or did… well, the going down on, like, a tight corner, he slid into the side of the bus or something, I don't know.
- 12:38Testecleese: This one's crazy, I don't remember where this happened.
- 12:41Testecleese: But this dude reported his, ATV stolen, worth about 6 grand.
- 12:47Testecleese: Six years later, he gets a call from the county police, like, oh yeah, we found your ATV. He's like, alright! So he waits a couple days, he shows up and says, hey, can I get my ATV back? And they're like, no.
- 12:59Testecleese: No, we've invested too much money into upgrading it, and we're using it now.
- 13:04Testecleese: And he's like, I'll even pay you for, like, the new tires and the oil change you did. Like, no, it's ours. So he's now suing the, the county sheriff's department.
- 13:15Testecleese: I was like, holy crap, dude.
- 13:17Testecleese: Confiscated as shit.
- 13:21Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 13:22Brian McFadden: That's hilarious.
- 13:23Testecleese: I don't know. Does everyone have insurance, like, theft insurance on an ATV, or… I don't know.
- 13:28Brian McFadden: No. It might fall under your homeowner's policy if you really want to claim it.
- 13:35Testecleese: Possibly.
- 13:39Testecleese: Oh, here, I think this was over by Charleston, And… What county was it?
- 13:50Testecleese: Of course, it doesn't even want to tell me. Anyway, state police have confirmed that this woman, Nicole Taylor, she's being charged with first-degree murder, arson, and use of, or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection to the deaths of her husband.
- 14:05Testecleese: And their daughter, This was a year ago to the day before she was arrested.
- 14:10Testecleese: Now they're saying, we think maybe you shot them to death and then set the house on fire.
- 14:15Testecleese: And it's like… Nobody checked for bullet holes?
- 14:20Brian McFadden: Right.
- 14:20Testecleese: all?
- 14:22Testecleese: So yeah, now she's officially being charged, because they're like, oh, we found bullet holes in the bodies!
- 14:29Testecleese: Another thing going on over here is Morrissey has declared a state of emergency in two counties because of flash flooding.
- 14:37Testecleese: Not this county, but it's been nasty, the, the rain, man. I've been getting…
- 14:43Testecleese: Like, a foot and a half of rain every day and a half.
- 14:46Brian McFadden: Wow.
- 14:47Testecleese: It's nuts. But it comes on and off, you know, like…
- 14:51Testecleese: Couple hours at a time, this guy opens up and then closes.
- 14:54Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:56Testecleese: the river is raging, dude. Waterfalls are pouring everywhere, and I'm surprised the lowlands here didn't, flood out like they usually do.
- 15:05Testecleese: But…
- 15:07Testecleese: We get a lot of that here in West Virginia, in the mountain state. Get a lot of flooding as the, rainfall, and especially during the thaw.
- 15:14Testecleese: After everything froze and thaws out, goes down the mountains of the valley, you know?
- 15:22Testecleese: What's going on?
- 15:23Testecleese: Okay, how did no one… this one here in Michigan about this township, whatever, this… Schoolcraft Township?
- 15:31Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, that's a good question. That sounds like, no checks and balances going on in the school. This happened… this went on for, like, 6 years, where the people were paying the wrong amount for property tax, but they're only going to be having to pay back 2 years of it.
- 15:49Brian McFadden: Because that's the statute of limitation?
- 15:50Testecleese: And, eat.
- 15:52Brian McFadden: Well, that would be one way to do it, but, you know.
- 15:57Brian McFadden: Michigan's not going that route, though.
- 15:59Testecleese: Some Kalamazoo County homeowners are about to receive an unexpected bill for thousands of dollars. The state has ordered, Schoolcraft Township homeowners to pay for the mistake of the former assessor, who left the properties off the tax rolls for years.
- 16:13Brian McFadden: And I did.
- 16:13Testecleese: Homeowners.
- 16:14Brian McFadden: But he should be going to jail.
- 16:16Testecleese: He should do it. How come no one who owned any of his houses said a word about it? It's like, I understand you don't want to pay property tax, but you know when they find out, they're gonna nail you with a bill.
- 16:25Brian McFadden: Yeah, you're gonna pay.
- 16:27Testecleese: You're gonna pay it one way or the other.
- 16:29Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 16:31Testecleese: Yeah, people should be getting… I mean, maybe not even arrested, but something should happen if you screwed up that bad. I mean…
- 16:38Testecleese: Is it his own… Was it a mistake?
- 16:42Brian McFadden: They're saying it was, yeah.
- 16:44Brian McFadden: But after 6 years, you think somebody would catch the mistake.
- 16:49Testecleese: At least one of the homeowners who all of a sudden is not getting handed up.
- 16:54Testecleese: property tax bill every year, you know what I mean?
- 16:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 16:57Testecleese: Like, like we said, like, I know if I didn't get billed for property tax, I'd be like, what's going on here? Something…
- 17:03Testecleese: I don't want to get nailed for $3,000 in a year, you know, in 2 years or something, you know?
- 17:10Brian McFadden: ugly.
- 17:11Testecleese: Alright, you got… You got 3rd graders, shooting up schools now in Michigan?
- 17:16Brian McFadden: Yup, yep, we sure do.
- 17:19Brian McFadden: Not in a school that I'm substituting in, though.
- 17:25Testecleese: Was the kid trying to actually hurt anyone, or did he just…
- 17:28Brian McFadden: No, it was discharged in the hallway.
- 17:31Brian McFadden: No students were injured, a staff member immediately secured the gun, school was placed on lockdown.
- 17:37Brian McFadden: The student's parent came to school, and the officers abstained a statement from the student. Then they went and searched the parent's residence, where the child was staying.
- 17:47Brian McFadden: And, confiscated more additional evidence during the time, and then they're submitted to the Calhoun County Prosecutor's Office for review.
- 17:58Testecleese: Yeah, those… those, Guardians are see… are up… they're gonna see some charges, I bet.
- 18:04Brian McFadden: Yep, because they weren't… they didn't properly secure their, there are weapons.
- 18:11Testecleese: I have…
- 18:13Testecleese: Three, not locked up in my house. One of them's a shotgun I keep above the fireplace the kids can't reach anyway.
- 18:20Testecleese: then it's…
- 18:22Testecleese: They wouldn't know how to operate that if… how to get it to fire if they wanted to.
- 18:27Testecleese: The wife keeps her handgun…
- 18:30Testecleese: Nearby… not nearby, but so that she can take it with her and go, instead of having to go to the safe.
- 18:36Testecleese: She keeps that up on a shelf.
- 18:38Testecleese: And, I got an old dual-action revolver. You actually have to physically cock the hammer to fire it.
- 18:46Testecleese: Like, you have to pull it back.
- 18:50Testecleese: And… the kids aren't strong enough to pull the hammer back yet, but…
- 18:54Testecleese: I'm gonna be putting that away soon enough anyway. Last thing we need is something goofy to happen with that.
- 18:59Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 18:59Testecleese: But that… that's sitting out almost as an ornamental piece, it's not loaded either, but, you know how it goes.
- 19:05Testecleese: But yeah, leaving these kids access to, firearms and ammunition.
- 19:10Brian McFadden: Bad idea.
- 19:13Testecleese: Alright, what else you got going on in Michigan?
- 19:15Brian McFadden: All kinds of craziness.
- 19:17Testecleese: I know, you had… I think you had 4 local articles this week that wasn't even, like.
- 19:21Testecleese: big deal, what's going on with Michigan being.
- 19:24Brian McFadden: Politics, I know. Yeah. Well, yeah, well, this one we both commented on as soon as I shared it.
- 19:29Testecleese: Oh my god, is this the judge?
- 19:30Brian McFadden: drunk judge, he's been on paid leave for a year for counseling, and apparently he gets another paid yearly, because he got another DUI.
- 19:39Brian McFadden: Why don't we just fire people for missi… doing this kind of shit? He's a public official, he's supposed to be…
- 19:50Brian McFadden: being a role model to people, and he gets to go on vacation for 2 years, because he keeps getting DUIs.
- 19:59Testecleese: The problem is, Brian, if you or I went out and got a DUI, then a year later got another DUI, we would immediately lose our license and probably go to jail, right?
- 20:08Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly,
- 20:09Testecleese: Someone gets paid 2 years for drunk driving?
- 20:12Brian McFadden: Yeah, and not having to work during those 2 years.
- 20:16Testecleese: Dear God!
- 20:19Testecleese: Dear God! No one's above the law, you know.
- 20:24Testecleese: unless you're not a normal plebeian, you know? Then they're all above the law.
- 20:31Testecleese: alright.
- 20:33Testecleese: I actually saw this thing about this Massachusetts bar that you have here, and I almost.
- 20:39Brian McFadden: So we gotta talk about the, assisted suicide still in Michigan.
- 20:43Testecleese: Oh, I'm sorry, I've…
- 20:44Brian McFadden: They're trying to put it on the ballot, so there's a petition going around. Canada already has this.
- 20:49Brian McFadden: And a lot of people are regretting that they have it in Canada now, but Michigan wants to be like Canada, so we're gonna try to put it on the ballot and see what happens.
- 21:02Testecleese: Michigan is pretty lax on their gun laws. Go buy a gun and blow your head off if that's what you want to do.
- 21:07Testecleese: Why put it on the insurance company? Why drive all of our insurance rates up?
- 21:12Testecleese: You know what I mean?
- 21:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 21:15Testecleese: Have you seen the horror stories coming out of Canada?
- 21:18Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 21:18Testecleese: a woman went in with, like, cancer and wanted treatment, and they basically prescribed her euthanasia. And she's like.
- 21:24Brian McFadden: Yeah, and there was… I saw another article where there was this lady in a home.
- 21:29Brian McFadden: And they brought in the counselors to talk about euthanasia. She denied it, she said she didn't want to do it, and then her family went on vacation, and they got a notification saying there was going to be a second interview about it.
- 21:43Brian McFadden: Without the person's… what about the patient's consent or the family's consent?
- 21:48Brian McFadden: So, basically, it sounds like…
- 21:51Testecleese: Excuse me.
- 21:51Brian McFadden: The facilities can determine who gets it to, and that's not how it should be.
- 21:58Brian McFadden: That's execution.
- 21:59Testecleese: Yeah, the one I was talking about, the woman came to the United States, got treatment, and actually survived her cancer. Canada was gonna put her down. And here's the crazy cherry on top, Brian. Canada…
- 22:11Testecleese: has more…
- 22:13Testecleese: made, medical assistance in deaths cause of deaths per year, then the United States has gun deaths per year.
- 22:22Testecleese: So you want to talk about the fucking gun crime in this country? Let's talk about the suicide crisis going on in Canada. And there's WAY few people… fewer people in Canada, right?
- 22:33Brian McFadden: Yeah, oh yeah.
- 22:38Testecleese: Yeah, speaking of, wait a minute. Yeah, I still had the Massachusetts bar thing.
- 22:43Brian McFadden: Okay, sorry.
- 22:45Testecleese: No, it's alright. I saw this…
- 22:47Testecleese: I wasn't gonna share it, because there's another lesbian bar that I saw something about, and I was like, they would go well together in a story. But then you shared it, so I was like, alright, alright, let's talk about it.
- 22:58Testecleese: what do they call them? A long COVID bar or something like that?
- 23:02Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah. And they wear masks in there to help protect the patrons and blah blah blah.
- 23:09Brian McFadden: If you got long COVID, you probably shouldn't be at a bar.
- 23:12Testecleese: Well, correct. And they said, hey, we're not making any money.
- 23:19Testecleese: So, they said Saturday nights will allow people in, and masks will be optional, and…
- 23:26Testecleese: the left went nuts, not even the patrons. These… we're talking about people that have, like, never been to Greenfield, Massachusetts, which, by the way, is right next… right next to Northampton.
- 23:36Testecleese: Northampton is the lesbian capital of the United States.
- 23:39Brian McFadden: Alright.
- 23:40Testecleese: Believe it or not, Greenfield is like, I can't afford to be in the nice area, this is nice enough. It's like San Francisco, but for lesbians instead of homosexual men.
- 23:49Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 23:52Testecleese: They're all… everyone's all offended now, like, oh, you may as well just put down a death sentence for all of these people. It's like, motherfucker, how are you surviving at all?
- 24:01Brian McFadden: Right.
- 24:02Testecleese: If one… you know what I mean? How are you going grocery shopping? How are you…
- 24:07Testecleese: No one's wearing a mask out there in public, you know what I mean?
- 24:11Brian McFadden: They're having all their groceries delivered to them.
- 24:14Testecleese: Well, the life must be so miserable.
- 24:18Testecleese: So miserable. And the best part is, for the love of God.
- 24:23Testecleese: That just shows the ridiculousness of the mask, because what are they gonna come in and fucking sterilize the place every, Sunday morning? Sunday day, all day long, to make it clean enough to be used?
- 24:33Brian McFadden: Before the Drag Cream Queen brunch.
- 24:37Testecleese: Exactly! Exactly! We need to have our drag queen lunch and our transgender story hour, right?
- 24:43Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 24:45Testecleese: While serving the kids Martinis.
- 24:50Brian McFadden: I think we might have talked about this one already, where Spanberger, she got rid of Youngkin's Rule on Girls Sports, so now…
- 24:58Testecleese: I think so.
- 24:59Brian McFadden: Transgender girls can play against regular girls.
- 25:03Testecleese: Yeah, and she did it all quiet, like, when no one was looking, and just… change the rules. Yeah.
- 25:10Testecleese: And, ramen. No, not…
- 25:13Brian McFadden: That's not a shocker, because nobody likes the current mayor of LA.
- 25:18Testecleese: Correct, but why?
- 25:21Testecleese: The problem is they refuse to even look at the Republican candidate.
- 25:25Brian McFadden: Of course.
- 25:25Testecleese: as he ran on the Republican ticket. It had…
- 25:28Testecleese: what was his name? Pritzker, was it? Or is he the Texas guy?
- 25:31Brian McFadden: No, Pritzker's Illinois, I can't remember, he…
- 25:37Testecleese: Brat, maybe?
- 25:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, no, Pratt's Massachusetts.
- 25:40Testecleese: God damn it, Joe!
- 25:43Brian McFadden: But he was… he was, wasn't he a podcaster or something like that? He… he got his money…
- 25:50Testecleese: He was the guy who lost his house in the…
- 25:53Brian McFadden: Fire in the farmer.
- 25:54Testecleese: the Palisade fires.
- 25:58Testecleese: And, yeah, all he was saying is, like, we need to do something about this, and like, you're vote… you're running Republican, meh, we're gonna vote for the communist instead! And it's like, yeah, well, look how that's working out everywhere else, where everyone voted communist, you know?
- 26:10Testecleese: Alright, the Pope's going to France!
- 26:14Brian McFadden: You're right, it was Spencer Pratt.
- 26:18Testecleese: Excellent.
- 26:19Brian McFadden: So there was two Prats gonna be on the ticket in November. Now there's only one.
- 26:26Testecleese: Okay.
- 26:28Testecleese: Massachusetts.
- 26:29Brian McFadden: Nice way to…
- 26:29Testecleese: France to talk to the French people, and it looks like he's gonna give them a bunch of shit, just like, Leo XIV did.
- 26:36Brian McFadden: Not gonna do anything.
- 26:38Testecleese: Well, he's… I bet you he said something about all the abortion.
- 26:41Brian McFadden: Probably.
- 26:43Testecleese: It's not gonna change anything, no, but…
- 26:46Brian McFadden: I mean, France is now a secular country, so, I mean…
- 26:50Testecleese: Are they officially?
- 26:52Brian McFadden: I… Don't know.
- 26:54Brian McFadden: Because we are.
- 26:55Testecleese: Officially.
- 27:00Testecleese: I wouldn't be surprised, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was some kind of Christianity.
- 27:05Testecleese: A lot of that in,
- 27:09Testecleese: In Europe, you know what I mean?
- 27:12Testecleese: especially after the, Holy Roman Empire was at Constantine.
- 27:16Testecleese: Made it the official language of the Roman Empire.
- 27:19Brian McFadden: France, as a whole, has no official state religion.
- 27:25Brian McFadden: But, there was an area of France that did have special re… it was a special region that recognized… the state recognized certain religions, but…
- 27:35Brian McFadden: They remain… they're formally neutral toward religion and protects freedom of conscience, And religious practice.
- 27:44Testecleese: I don't know.
- 27:45Brian McFadden: wishy-washy.
- 27:46Testecleese: Yeah, so it sounds like they don't have an official religion, but the ones that have been there forever, they're… they're…
- 27:51Brian McFadden: Hello.
- 27:52Testecleese: Allowing them to do their rituals and processes and stuff. Yeah.
- 27:56Testecleese: Alright, I got no problem with that, really.
- 27:59Testecleese: This is an interesting story I read. It's… again, just another anecdote. Excuse me, man, I've been digging this big, nasty hole in my yard, and I stirred everything up from the ground, and this is my allergy season, apparently, in West Virginia. This is when everything comes out I'm allergic to.
- 28:14Testecleese: Oh, I've been… Pouring crap out my nose, it's gross.
- 28:18Testecleese: I mean, Nebraska one, she was some, like, far-left activist?
- 28:24Testecleese: Yeah. She went online.
- 28:27Testecleese: Ordered herself the morning-after pill. She didn't even know what the fuck was coming in the mail, she just knew it would kill the baby that might be there, right?
- 28:34Brian McFadden: Right.
- 28:36Testecleese: Takes the pill, almost bled out in the bathtub.
- 28:41Testecleese: Yeah. Now she's a pro-life right-winger, like, holy crap, I was like, they were just lying to me, telling me this was completely safe and normal when everyone did this, and she's like, if this was happening… she even says, like, I didn't even know what was in the package. She's like, I didn't know what kind of medication it was, I didn't know how it worked or any of that. I was like, holy crap.
- 28:58Testecleese: This is what you did.
- 28:59Testecleese: One of them logical fallacies, appeal to authority.
- 29:03Testecleese: You can't just say, the doctor said it's okay.
- 29:06Testecleese: Well, this other doctor said it's not, you know?
- 29:09Brian McFadden: Right, and that's why this is a state's rights issue, and that's why the states are trying to keep these things from being shipped across state lines.
- 29:19Testecleese: Interesting.
- 29:21Testecleese: So, like,
- 29:23Testecleese: Nebraska, for example, would say you're not allowed to even use the mail service to transport these illegal drugs through our state.
- 29:31Brian McFadden: Right.
- 29:32Testecleese: Interesting. Okay.
- 29:37Testecleese: woman in Oregon, she pled guilty, she's been sentenced, I think, a couple years.
- 29:43Testecleese: Let her kid get in… get the 2-year-old get its hands on a pipe for smoking fentanyl.
- 29:53Testecleese: And…
- 29:53Brian McFadden: That's a thing now.
- 29:55Testecleese: Apparently…
- 29:58Testecleese: Yeah, kid died.
- 30:01Testecleese: At least she pled guilty right away, and she's saying she was horrible, and all this kind of stuff.
- 30:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:07Testecleese: That kind of person might actually get forgiveness, you know?
- 30:10Brian McFadden: Right,
- 30:12Testecleese: True, true repentance.
- 30:15Testecleese: oh, what's this one here in Illinois?
- 30:21Brian McFadden: Rules, rules suspect, too dangerous for Oh, release.
- 30:26Testecleese: This is Corey Wall. She's the one who killed the one 2-year-old, but her other 3 kids, but not her other 3 kids or the husband, because she said the kid was Satan, or the Antichrist.
- 30:37Testecleese: We've been talking to her for a little while.
- 30:39Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 30:40Testecleese: Yeah, Judge is like, she's still a threat, she has to stay in, psychiatric care, or jail until trial.
- 30:49Brian McFadden: Smart judge.
- 30:51Testecleese: Yes. Wife mentioned this to me, and then, like, 30 minutes later, you shared an article about it, about Judge Judy?
- 30:59Testecleese: What's up with, Judith Scheindlin?
- 31:02Brian McFadden: She's saying that,
- 31:05Brian McFadden: There's gonna be huge problems in the future if the prosecution doesn't retry this case.
- 31:14Brian McFadden: Because it's gonna be used as a precedence to,
- 31:19Brian McFadden: For other women to get off in the future.
- 31:23Testecleese: Yeah, then…
- 31:25Testecleese: That was exactly the issue, I think. I say, I think. This is what's actually been coming out.
- 31:31Testecleese: From the holdout juror.
- 31:34Testecleese: was that these… all these women, and the women who actually did their interviews even said they realized this was a huge moment that could set precedent for the future. It's like, so you're just trying to set a precedent, it's okay to kill your kids?
- 31:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 31:47Brian McFadden: I just couldn't believe that 11 jurors wanted to go not guilty.
- 31:53Testecleese: Oh, when they found out it was a Black Hispanic guy, or whatever, or Black.
- 31:56Brian McFadden: Yeah, and then she heard… They didn't… yeah.
- 32:01Brian McFadden: She had the mental capacity to plan it all out to make it look like her husband had time to do it, but she's not…
- 32:09Brian McFadden: And she's not sane enough to stand trial?
- 32:12Testecleese: Mmm.
- 32:14Testecleese: Did you see The View? Actually, shocked that he divorced her after this? After the murder?
- 32:22Brian McFadden: No, but I'm not… that's what I would do if it was my occasion. He…
- 32:26Testecleese: Yeah, they.
- 32:26Brian McFadden: How could you live a woman, the wife, that killed all your kids off, and then got away with it?
- 32:33Testecleese: Well, the best part is they started quoting, like, Christian marriage.
- 32:38Testecleese: About, you know, all that kind of stuff, it's like, okay, hold on, no. You're not allowed to talk trash forever about my faith and say I'm some kind of evil man because I believe in Jesus, and then try to tell me that I had to stay with a woman who killed my kids because of Jesus.
- 32:54Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 32:55Testecleese: And then Sunny Austin! Do you see that she claimed to be the holdout juror? I saw you read this one, too.
- 33:02Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 33:04Brian McFadden: I don't believe that for a second.
- 33:06Testecleese: Well, she's, she's listed on the list of, the jury.
- 33:12Testecleese: But the butcher of Tompkins Square, this dude was a serial killer in… in Brooklyn.
- 33:19Testecleese: And…
- 33:21Testecleese: She voted that he shouldn't go to jail. She's claiming to be the one who flipped everyone else, but there's other articles out there
- 33:28Testecleese: With the person who actually did.
- 33:31Testecleese: But it, yeah, it was 1 against 11 there, and it… 12 Angry Men style flipped him.
- 33:36Testecleese: But it was not Sunny Austin, and she's taking credit for this crap, which I think, one, is hilarious, because she didn't. And second, that would be giving credence to the other guy, who was the one holdout juror
- 33:48Testecleese: You know what I mean? For Lindsey Clancy.
- 33:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 33:52Testecleese: Oh my god. Why did she… why did she… Why does she speak?
- 33:58Brian McFadden: Kamal Harris.
- 34:00Testecleese: Sonny Hawson, every time that we speak about her, she said something stupid. I'm sure she said.
- 34:05Brian McFadden: How does she still get view… how does she still get paid to be on The View?
- 34:11Testecleese: Who's watching The View?
- 34:13Brian McFadden: I don't know, I'm sure the hell I ain't.
- 34:17Testecleese: I mean, someone must be yours, it wouldn't be on, right?
- 34:19Brian McFadden: I'd rather watch paint dry than watch The View.
- 34:24Testecleese: Oh, there's a lot of stuff I'd rather do than watch The View, like…
- 34:26Testecleese: get some yard work done. Like, I still got… it's starting to get cold out, and I need to get a bunch of work done before, winter comes, because winter is coming.
- 34:35Brian McFadden: Oh yeah, it's getting down to 40s here at night now.
- 34:38Testecleese: Yeah, we're hitting high 30s at night.
- 34:41Testecleese: Which, I mean, I… I'll put a sweatshirt on when I start working in the yard.
- 34:47Testecleese: But within 30 minutes, I take it off, you know what I mean?
- 34:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 34:50Testecleese: It's… it's 55, 60 degrees out.
- 34:54Testecleese: Why don't you got your blood pumping, you feel nice and warm anyway?
- 34:57Testecleese: But… what stupid shit did Kamala say now? She's… oh my god.
- 35:03Testecleese: Was she unburdened by what has been.
- 35:08Brian McFadden: I doubt it.
- 35:09Testecleese: I believe she was campaigning with, Abdul… Saeed, right?
- 35:18Brian McFadden: Yeah, she was campaigning with Abdul Saeed, you know, bringing in out-of-state money to, you know, help fund his great campaign.
- 35:27Brian McFadden: who they say he's currently leading the Republican candidate, Mike Rogers, who's not a super great candidate, you know, but he's definitely,
- 35:38Brian McFadden: more to my liking than Abdul Saeed.
- 35:41Testecleese: Well, apparently when Harris was out campaigning with this guy, she compared, ignoring or being against DEI
- 35:52Testecleese: is the same as attacking maternal care. No, not isn't… not is the same. IS an attack on maternal care.
- 36:00Brian McFadden: That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
- 36:02Testecleese: Well, then she went in to start talking about black people and Black women and everything, and it's like, are you talking about maternal care, or are you talking about paid-for abortions?
- 36:12Testecleese: Because every time they say something about reproduction, they never actually mean reproducing, do they?
- 36:16Brian McFadden: Nope, I sure don't.
- 36:20Testecleese: So, yeah, she's talking all this trash about… excuse me…
- 36:24Testecleese: About, we need more DEI. Meanwhile, Stanford is so DEI that they used AI to remove a Hispanic student from a photo they took
- 36:34Testecleese: To publish on their website?
- 36:36Testecleese: and put a black woman in instead. And it's like.
- 36:39Brian McFadden: Wow.
- 36:39Testecleese: Wow. I've been erased because you wanted a different image of who's really here.
- 36:44Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 36:45Testecleese: And I thought… I thought the Hispanics were minorities, too.
- 36:48Brian McFadden: Or they could…
- 36:49Testecleese: standard white now.
- 36:51Brian McFadden: Yes, they're considered white.
- 36:53Testecleese: Like, Jews, like, the Jews weren't white for the longest time, now the Jews are white all of a sudden, because it's okay to hate the Jews, right?
- 37:00Testecleese: I'm just guessing, because it seems like everyone it's okay to hate is considered white at this point. Have you noticed that?
- 37:09Testecleese: 20 years ago, both your anti-Jew people and your anti… I, I, you're Zionists, I guess.
- 37:19Testecleese: would both say the Jews aren't white.
- 37:23Testecleese: Your white supremacists say they're not white, they're Jews, and then your Zionists say they're not white, they're their own ethnicity, they're special, you know?
- 37:33Testecleese: But now, apparently, the Jews are white, looks like the Hispanics, because I know, I've noticed when I fill out those little survey cards every 10 years, it asks me if I'm white, white Hispanic, or non-white Hispanic.
- 37:47Testecleese: Maybe they're all white now, I don't know.
- 37:50Brian McFadden: Right.
- 37:50Testecleese: Do I need a thick accent?
- 37:53Testecleese: No Hernandez is allowed anymore, because all Hernandezes are white.
- 37:58Testecleese: Have you ever met a Hernandez?
- 38:01Testecleese: who,
- 38:02Testecleese: looked Hispan… who didn't look as… I'm sorry. Have you ever met a Hernandez or a Fernandez who actually looked Hispanic?
- 38:08Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 38:09Testecleese: Like, oh, really? Usually, you'd be like… you wouldn't be surprised to find out, but you wouldn't go South America, you know what I mean?
- 38:15Testecleese: At least the Hernandezes, I knew.
- 38:19Testecleese: Alright.
- 38:21Testecleese: Oh, Jesus!
- 38:23Testecleese: New York City, right? Dude… killed his wife or girlfriend or whatever on September 11th.
- 38:30Testecleese: Went into the police station, confessed to the crime, In Texas.
- 38:37Brian McFadden: Young boy.
- 38:37Testecleese: get arrested, and failed to get arrested. Then the next day, they came and got him, and arrested him publicly.
- 38:46Testecleese: It's like…
- 38:47Brian McFadden: Because they wanted a public spectacle of it?
- 38:50Testecleese: I don't know if that's what it is or not.
- 38:52Brian McFadden: Incompetence?
- 38:56Testecleese: Oh my god. They want to make so much shit illegal, they won't enforce the laws on the books, so include a man who said, I just killed someone.
- 39:06Testecleese: We need to ban guns. Well, murder's already illegal, okay?
- 39:11Testecleese: Because that's their argument about doing something about the illegal immigrants voting. It's already illegal for these people to vote anyway. Yeah! Well, it's already illegal to murder people!
- 39:21Testecleese: That didn't seem to stop it from happening, though, did it?
- 39:24Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 39:28Testecleese: Yeah, now Mom Donnie is, once again, feeling bad about a…
- 39:34Testecleese: Is this guy a convict or awaiting trial?
- 39:39Testecleese: Alright, okay, he's a suspect, he's awaiting trial.
- 39:42Testecleese: Yeah, awaiting trial for murder, and died in jail, and he's given his condolences to the family of this man who died in jail, and not the people
- 39:50Testecleese: The family of the man who that this guy allegedly killed.
- 39:55Brian McFadden: He seems to have his priorities very mixed up.
- 40:00Testecleese: I mean, like, yeah!
- 40:02Testecleese: It's one thing to say, it's sad this man died.
- 40:05Testecleese: It's another thing to ignore the actual, real victims of these situations.
- 40:10Brian McFadden: Right.
- 40:14Testecleese: And while we're on it, Trump's heading into, New York to speak to Mumdani in the… the mansion. What's it called again?
- 40:22Brian McFadden: Is it Gracie's Mansion?
- 40:24Testecleese: Is it… is it Gracie Mansion?
- 40:26Brian McFadden: Oh.
- 40:26Testecleese: Yeah, Gracie Mansion.
- 40:31Testecleese: I don't know, I guess they're gonna talk about New York and New Yorkers, but I don't understand what the president
- 40:36Testecleese: of the United States can really do for New York City.
- 40:40Brian McFadden: Was he up there because of the UN?
- 40:43Testecleese: I-I don't know, honestly.
- 40:46Testecleese: we gotta stop just attending this UN crap and see what happens for a little while, or even.
- 40:50Brian McFadden: Yeah, it is. He was up there for the UN General Assembly, because Trump was scheduled to address the General Assembly on Tuesday, so…
- 40:59Testecleese: Yeah, didn't a whole bunch of people sign stuff that they didn't want to sign?
- 41:03Testecleese: with Trump there at the UN Assembly?
- 41:06Brian McFadden: I don't know, I know that when Netanyahu got up to speak, everybody left the room.
- 41:11Testecleese: Yeah, Netanyahu talked a bunch of… you shared something about something, but from… I have an issue with Reuters.
- 41:18Testecleese: I don't know what it is, but I open it, it's basically, like, a headline and, like, two lines, and there's no open an article thing.
- 41:25Testecleese: But one of my Netanyahu's talking all this trash about, Mom Donnie.
- 41:31Testecleese: when he went to New York.
- 41:33Testecleese: And again, with the Jew hating. And granted, granted, this is Israel, not Jews.
- 41:40Testecleese: But, like.
- 41:44Testecleese: Why is this our problem?
- 41:48Testecleese: Like, Israel got attacked by a bunch of terrorists, they're retaliating.
- 41:53Testecleese: I mean, this makes perfect sense. This is what we did for… how long were we in Afghanistan?
- 42:00Brian McFadden: 10 years.
- 42:01Testecleese: Only 10?
- 42:02Brian McFadden: Maybe 20.
- 42:04Testecleese: I was gonna say, it was 25 years since 9-11, when did we… get into Afghanistan, look.
- 42:08Brian McFadden: Not at 20… not at 2011.
- 42:14Brian McFadden: We took out Saddam Hussein first.
- 42:18Testecleese: I thought that was before 9-11.
- 42:20Brian McFadden: Maybe.
- 42:23Testecleese: so long ago. I do remember the, picture of the… Iraqi people hanging.
- 42:29Testecleese: Hussein, though… And toppling his statues.
- 42:34Testecleese: R.
- 42:36Testecleese: So, shoplifting has got so bad in Seattle.
- 42:43Testecleese: that, the mayor, Katie Wilson, is putting $1.1 million into Grocery shopping security!
- 42:52Testecleese: What does that… well, what does that mean? First of all.
- 42:55Brian McFadden: Does that mean they're gonna put everything behind a locked counter?
- 42:58Brian McFadden: Does that mean everything's gonna have security tags on it that sets off an alarm when they go to try to exit the store? I don't know.
- 43:05Testecleese: That's true.
- 43:05Brian McFadden: greens.
- 43:06Testecleese: Yeah, that's one thing it could be, but I thought that was racist.
- 43:10Testecleese: Which I thought was hilarious. As soon as someone… as soon as I heard it was racist to stop people from stealing stuff, and I was like.
- 43:16Testecleese: I'm pretty sure it's racist, it's just that…
- 43:19Testecleese: A certain race or races steal, you know?
- 43:27Testecleese: But yeah, but it could be, what if… are they giving this money to pay for a security force? What good is that gonna do? Because they can't grab ahold of you, stop you from leaving, right?
- 43:36Brian McFadden: No, -
- 43:37Testecleese: Are they gonna put police officers in these places?
- 43:41Testecleese: Why don'.
- 43:42Brian McFadden: This is only for independent grocery stores, too.
- 43:46Testecleese: Yes, there's only a handful of them in a particular… it's the same ghetto region we were talking about, where the shootings were happening, where the human trafficking was happening, and the citizens are told to just hunker down and deal with it.
- 44:01Testecleese: Why don't you enforce the laws?
- 44:04Brian McFadden: That'd be too easy.
- 44:06Testecleese: Like, you already have the police force.
- 44:08Testecleese: Like, actually pull…
- 44:10Brian McFadden: Prod themselves.
- 44:11Testecleese: Maybe, I mean… There must be somebody to actually prosecute someone for shoplifting.
- 44:18Testecleese: Like, that's the way… These fucking socialists, dude.
- 44:24Testecleese: It's like dealing with my 6-year-old kid.
- 44:28Testecleese: But they don't understand that. If you let them get away with it, they're gonna think that it's okay, and they can do it again. And they're gonna continue to do it.
- 44:36Testecleese: And so they… and the longer they do it, they're gonna need stronger and stronger consequences to stop them from doing it. If you allow these people to continue to steal, they're gonna steal more and bigger stuff. Yup.
- 44:47Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 44:48Testecleese: Just like we saw, what was it, Best Buy in California, people walking out with, like, $990 televisions.
- 44:53Brian McFadden: Yeah, because they didn't prosecute anything under $1,000 in the state of,
- 44:58Brian McFadden: The state of California. It was beneath the prosecutor's,
- 45:04Brian McFadden: It was not worth their time to do anything less than $1,000.
- 45:08Testecleese: Yeah, wonderful. Wonder, it's not worth our time, but now everyone who sells anything less than $1,000 has no recourse. There's no point to stay in business. Why would you sell anything that…
- 45:20Testecleese: You'd just be taken, and you just have to watch it go, like, oh…
- 45:24Testecleese: Like, your insurance is gonna drop you sooner or later, they're not gonna re-up, right?
- 45:28Brian McFadden: No, yeah, once there's so many luck casualties and payouts, the…
- 45:33Brian McFadden: Yeah. First off, yeah, they're gonna drop it.
- 45:35Testecleese: What insurance did you… you did homeowner's insurance mostly for a while?
- 45:39Brian McFadden: No, life insurance.
- 45:40Testecleese: Life insurance. Well, okay, that's… I can't make the same example there. You can't die 3 or 4 times before… and then have your policy. It's like, they keep… they keep shocking you and bringing you back, and like, we… we gotta cancel this policy,
- 45:55Brian McFadden: He's been living too many times.
- 45:57Testecleese: But yeah, you wreck your car too many times, the same… it's gonna… they're gonna either hike your rates way up, or they're just gonna say, we're not signing a new contract to you, this is ridiculous, you're… you know what I mean?
- 46:10Testecleese: And here's the thing that most people don't realize when it comes to insurance.
- 46:14Testecleese: Your average American, if they put aside the money they put into insurance and actually kept it aside.
- 46:22Brian McFadden: Not gonna happen.
- 46:23Testecleese: wouldn't need insurance.
- 46:25Testecleese: But you would have a pile of money to draw from as needed, and thing is, right now, don't keep cash. Brian, if you have cash, buy something else with it.
- 46:36Testecleese: Federal Reserve just increased, Interest.
- 46:43Testecleese: So, yeah, cash is going to, inflate
- 46:48Testecleese: well, I shouldn't even say it's going to inflate, but the idea is to try to stop it from inflating by… it's a quarter percent!
- 46:58Testecleese: All that's gonna do is terrify people into not spending money.
- 47:03Testecleese: But yeah, I think maybe you're right, Brian. Maybe it's gonna be, everything's behind locked glass, and you gotta go get a… problem is, now you gotta hire how many more employees to unlock all this stuff?
- 47:14Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 47:15Testecleese: In a grocery store.
- 47:17Brian McFadden: Yo.
- 47:18Brian McFadden: In Seattle, I wonder what the minimum wage is in Seattle.
- 47:22Testecleese: Oh, I bet you it's close to $25.
- 47:25Brian McFadden: I bet it is, too.
- 47:26Testecleese: Yeah.
- 47:27Testecleese: Maybe you could just have a door, like a… the two… the dual doors, you know what I'm talking about? The two automatic doors, so it doesn't get cold every time someone comes in. Maybe one of them doesn't open unless someone hits a button.
- 47:40Brian McFadden: Oh, you're low! Or you're not low, you're high. It's $21.30 an hour.
- 47:47Testecleese: I said 25, so yeah, 21, wow.
- 47:50Testecleese: Dear God.
- 47:52Testecleese: Death… oh my god!
- 47:54Brian McFadden: In Washington State, the minimum wage is $17.13, but not Seattle.
- 48:01Testecleese: Yeah, well, yeah, they can have their own. So you're telling me a barista in Seattle gets paid more money than a fucking lumberjack in West Virginia?
- 48:11Brian McFadden: And it can't count towards tips.
- 48:17Testecleese: Oh!
- 48:18Brian McFadden: Employers cannot count tips towards the $21.30 minimum, so they have… even restaurants have to pay $21.30
- 48:25Brian McFadden: Okay. And then…
- 48:26Testecleese: Then no tips, then. Then no tips unless you were excellent, then. Which means if you make my coffee, you're not getting a tip, period, you're making coffee.
- 48:34Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 48:35Testecleese: Yeah.
- 48:36Brian McFadden: I refuse to go in and pick up my pizza, or pick up my takeout, and leave a.
- 48:41Testecleese: Leave a tip.
- 48:43Testecleese: He's like, I understand you made the pizza, but that's what I paid you for.
- 48:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 48:46Testecleese: If you delivered it to me in less time than you had said you were going to, I would tip you.
- 48:51Testecleese: This is what tip culture used to be.
- 48:53Brian McFadden: Not anymore.
- 48:55Testecleese: I know, it's like tip for everything. It's like, why should I give you a tip?
- 48:58Testecleese: It's like, I came here, like you said, I came and picked up my own pizza. Why am I gonna leave you $5?
- 49:05Testecleese: They used to deliver it for free!
- 49:08Testecleese: What, 15 years ago?
- 49:13Testecleese: Remember that shit? Was it… was it Domino's that got in trouble for the 30 minutes or less guarantee?
- 49:17Brian McFadden: Yeah, because it was causing people to get in car accidents.
- 49:20Testecleese: Well, they made the drivers pay for it, they didn't make it in time, like, yeah.
- 49:27Testecleese: Wow.
- 49:29Testecleese: So, Cory took… no, Cory Booker's trying to downplay the DSA, saying they're just a bunch of noise, they're not the rural party, you know, yada, that whole thing that a lot of these guys are doing.
- 49:42Testecleese: As he goes to meetings, with DSA members to discuss the future of the Democrat Party.
- 49:48Brian McFadden: Right.
- 49:51Brian McFadden: Not a smart move.
- 49:52Brian McFadden: Optin.
- 49:53Testecleese: What do you think?
- 49:54Brian McFadden: Say a whole lot more than words.
- 49:58Testecleese: Yeah, well, I'm… do you think the socialists are gonna take over the party, or the people gonna pull their heads out of their asses, kick the socialists out, and make them create their own party?
- 50:07Brian McFadden: I don't think it's gonna happen. I think the socialists are gonna take over the party.
- 50:11Brian McFadden: I don't think… That's not gonna be…
- 50:13Brian McFadden: I don't think the average Democrat voter even knows the difference between a Democrat and a Socialist.
- 50:21Testecleese: I know that as a fact, my brother…
- 50:24Testecleese: It keeps trying to tell me that it's all socialist or whatever, telling me about, like, the Vermont government. I was like, his name's Brian, it's Brian.
- 50:33Testecleese: You're on welfare.
- 50:35Testecleese: It's not socialism. Not everyone gets handed cheese and food stamps every month.
- 50:41Testecleese: It's like, no, and I'm trying to explain to him, it's like, this isn't socialism, it's a social safety net. The idea is you're supposed to get back to work.
- 50:50Testecleese: And start paying for yourself, but you said, I get free shit, why should I work? And this is why we're saying we don't like this socialist idea, because why should this guy go break his bones in the mine?
- 51:00Testecleese: Well, you get free cheese and steaks.
- 51:03Testecleese: Yup. That's what really pisses me off, too.
- 51:07Testecleese: His wife inherited a decent chunk of change.
- 51:11Testecleese: And they bought a fuck… and a… and a house in Scituate, Massachusetts, and they sold that right away, and bought 40 acres in Vermont.
- 51:20Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 51:21Testecleese: And I'm like… and he's talking about social, like, you own 40 fucking acres!
- 51:27Testecleese: I was like, you are the fat cat, and you're collecting welfare!
- 51:30Brian McFadden: Right.
- 51:32Testecleese: But because he bought… they bought it outright.
- 51:34Testecleese: You know what I mean?
- 51:36Testecleese: Oh my god, it drives me nuts. And then I was like, dude, you have 40 acres of maple trees.
- 51:41Testecleese: Make syrup.
- 51:43Testecleese: No, that's…
- 51:44Brian McFadden: work.
- 51:45Testecleese: That's exactly what he said. I was like.
- 51:46Testecleese: Tap a thing in a tree.
- 51:49Testecleese: a faucet, you know what I mean? A valve, and put a bucket on it, come back in a month, and then boil it.
- 51:56Testecleese: People will pay for… shit. You send me your maple syrup, I'll sell it in West Virginia. They make their own syrup here, but I'll still sell it here. People will buy Vermont maple syrup.
- 52:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:11Testecleese: Alright. Is this the… which teacher is this? Is this the one who's banging her kids? Yup.
- 52:18Testecleese: Nope.
- 52:20Testecleese: It says Judge slams Baltimore teacher and slaps her.
- 52:24Brian McFadden: 4 years of nothing!
- 52:25Testecleese: Yeah, 3-year prison sentence for sex offenses involving a 14- and a 15-year-old student.
- 52:33Testecleese: That's insane.
- 52:34Brian McFadden: Slap on the wrist.
- 52:35Testecleese: And this was during COVID. Apparently, she continued to contact this kid through COVID.
- 52:43Testecleese: And here's the best part.
- 52:45Testecleese: When she was confronted by the authorities, she said it wasn't just a sex thing, there's a deep emotional connection. I was like, oh my god, she's doing the pedophile thing and saying she's in love with a child.
- 52:55Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 52:57Testecleese: And she got 3 years.
- 52:59Brian McFadden: That's just… Why?
- 53:00Testecleese: Why is it always the women teachers banging their students?
- 53:05Brian McFadden: That is a good question.
- 53:11Testecleese: Oh my god, man. It's almost like they watch too much fucking weird porn, you know what I mean?
- 53:20Testecleese: I think you shared this.
- 53:22Brian McFadden: I did, I did, yep.
- 53:24Testecleese: Maybe I did, because I read this one, too.
- 53:25Brian McFadden: Obviously, didn't learn anything from, Ray.
- 53:27Testecleese: Rachel Dole.
- 53:28Brian McFadden: Olazol.
- 53:29Testecleese: I thought too!
- 53:33Testecleese: She's screaming, like, free, free Palestine and all that crap. She's claiming to be a black Palestinian, which, by the way, I don't know how many of them there actually are.
- 53:42Brian McFadden: I don't think they're that many.
- 53:44Testecleese: No, they're mostly Middle Eastern in…
- 53:47Testecleese: Over there. But it turns out she's a white Jew.
- 53:52Testecleese: She, like, she darkened her skin with makeup. She did blackface and pretended to be black.
- 54:01Testecleese: You gonna do that?
- 54:02Brian McFadden: Forever.
- 54:03Testecleese: I don't know what to tell… yeah, you're gonna get busted sooner or later. Sooner or later, you're gonna go out in public without your makeup on, you know what I mean? You're gonna go out and get your mail, and someone's gonna.
- 54:11Brian McFadden: Somebody's gonna find your old Facebook page.
- 54:14Testecleese: Oh, your yearbook in high school.
- 54:16Brian McFadden: Yo.
- 54:18Testecleese: Not too bad.
- 54:19Brian McFadden: And they'd have to use the Michael Jackson defense, you know?
- 54:22Testecleese: Except I got darker.
- 54:24Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:26Testecleese: And a name like Wolowitz doesn't help either, does it?
- 54:30Brian McFadden: No, that screams Jewish.
- 54:34Testecleese: bureau. Wozzynski.
- 54:37Testecleese: Actually, that's probably more Polish than Jewish, but it's probably… yeah, could be Jewish.
- 54:42Testecleese: Alright, Austin… ugh. You see this shit about the shooting in Austin?
- 54:49Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:51Testecleese: Then everyone's losing their goddamn mind. Turns out there was video footage.
- 54:56Testecleese: He's like, oh, they didn't identify themselves as law enforcement, they didn't have any lights or sirens.
- 55:01Brian McFadden: For both of you.
- 55:02Testecleese: Oh yeah, then it turns out there was a freaking security camera on the corner of a building of this guy bombing through the streets at, like, 60 miles an hour with sirens coming behind him as he's trying to evade the, you know, weave through the narrow streets.
- 55:16Testecleese: And it's like, oh, so you guys are just making shit up now?
- 55:18Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 55:21Testecleese: Yeah, he ends up getting shot and killed. Through the, passenger window is where the bullet holes are, even though they're saying they shot him through the back of the car while he was still driving. That didn't happen.
- 55:31Testecleese: But anyway…
- 55:36Testecleese: Oh, that is socialist. I love how they called it, what was it, a spontaneous…
- 55:41Testecleese: They planned a spontaneous protest. Like, you can't plan something spontaneous.
- 55:46Brian McFadden: No, exactly! That's an oxymoron.
- 55:52Testecleese: One thing I was thinking about, though, is how come we haven't seen any weird third world diseases?
- 55:58Testecleese: Show up,
- 56:01Testecleese: when Biden was letting everyone in, like, how come we didn't see cases of, like, polio showing up? You know what I mean?
- 56:06Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 56:10Brian McFadden: When they cross the border.
- 56:12Testecleese: It depends where they're coming from.
- 56:15Testecleese: I mean, that could very well explain the measles.
- 56:18Testecleese: That we see every now and then, too.
- 56:21Testecleese: Could be someone coming from, you know, Guatemala that never got a vaccine for measles.
- 56:28Testecleese: Aww.
- 56:30Testecleese: Alright.
- 56:32Testecleese: What's going on with this Charlie Kirk stuff?
- 56:38Testecleese: I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but this guy, talked about the ice shooting in, Austin, brought up Charlie Kirk or something.
- 56:47Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 56:49Testecleese: I don't understand exactly what happened here.
- 56:52Brian McFadden: Let me see here, let me…
- 56:55Brian McFadden: Deleted Charlie Kirk post that the lawyer put up.
- 56:59Brian McFadden: Saying that,
- 57:02Brian McFadden: that calling the two a perfect match after the lawyer drew criticism over deleted posts referencing the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
- 57:12Testecleese: I don't understand what… What's…
- 57:16Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 57:16Testecleese: ICE shooting Venezuelan illegal immigrants is the same thing as assassinating Charlie Kirk?
- 57:24Testecleese: As well. I mean, the guy ended up deleting the post, edits…
- 57:31Testecleese: I'm telling all these folks out there, drop the Charlie Kirk shit, it is not helping your argument.
- 57:39Testecleese: This all came out because everyone's like, he's a hateful, racist, yadda yadda. And then it was… all this stuff came out that none of that shit was real.
- 57:47Testecleese: If you're still running your mouth about this, it just means that you didn't bother to pay attention and find out, and you look like a goddamn moron at this point.
- 57:56Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 57:58Testecleese: And it looks like Kirk's family may have an actual, case?
- 58:03Brian McFadden: Yeah, they found a loophole in the, immunity law in Utah, because…
- 58:09Brian McFadden: the… the sheriff's department, the sheriff came out and said on text message that they would cover the rooftop after Charlie Kirk's people said that that was a security
- 58:21Brian McFadden: threat. And they didn't cover it, so…
- 58:24Testecleese: Yeah, because normally it's difficult to sue the city for poor security.
- 58:29Brian McFadden: Right.
- 58:30Testecleese: But if they specifically said, we'll handle that, that means that our guys didn't, right?
- 58:36Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly. So that's why his security forces weren't on the roof, is because the police chief said.
- 58:41Brian McFadden: I got you covered.
- 58:43Testecleese: Mmm.
- 58:45Testecleese: And I saw something about how.
- 58:46Brian McFadden: And it's not a city police chief, either, this is a… a university police chief.
- 58:52Brian McFadden: University of Utah.
- 58:54Testecleese: Are they real police?
- 58:56Brian McFadden: Yeah, they are.
- 58:57Testecleese: Like, no, they can actually, like, actually arrest you, and you can go to jail.
- 59:02Brian McFadden: Oh, they're cutting… they'll probably Ship you off to the city, but yeah, they can arrest you.
- 59:08Testecleese: Oh, I was wondering if they were, like, rent-a-cops, you know.
- 59:10Brian McFadden: No, these are actually police.
- 59:13Testecleese: Same difference, I guess, then, as long as they're officially recognized and everything.
- 59:18Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 59:19Testecleese: I saw something else about that today,
- 59:23Testecleese: Apparently, someone in the school tried to tell the team about a security threat.
- 59:27Testecleese: And they said… and then the TPUSA team ignored it. And I was like, actually, that's probably this?
- 59:34Testecleese: When they already talked to the police about it.
- 59:37Testecleese: Boom.
- 59:39Testecleese: Oh.
- 59:41Testecleese: Did we… we talked about this last week, didn't we? Greenland?
- 59:45Brian McFadden: We did.
- 59:46Testecleese: We were just ahead of everyone else on this one, I guess.
- 59:49Brian McFadden: Now we know more about the deal.
- 59:51Testecleese: Yeah, what exactly do we know now?
- 59:53Testecleese: Because we already knew, basically, we could put a military base anywhere on the entire frickin' island, right?
- 59:59Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:00:00Brian McFadden: Basically now… It's gonna go…
- 1:00:05Brian McFadden: Trump's saying this gives the United States permanent control over the island's security, and allows Washington to expand its military presence there.
- 1:00:15Testecleese: So yeah, we got everything we wanted out of this, and none of the responsibility of being our own.
- 1:00:21Testecleese: Yeah, of owning green… yeah, of it being United States. So yeah, now they don't even get a vote.
- 1:00:27Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:00:28Testecleese: Good job, guys, thank you so much. Trump, you are a great negotiator, apparently, right?
- 1:00:33Brian McFadden: Yep,
- 1:00:34Testecleese: They wanted to not do it so bad that they gave up everything that we were gonna get.
- 1:00:39Testecleese: Anyway…
- 1:00:40Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:00:42Testecleese: The G…
- 1:00:46Testecleese: is, or just came to the United States, I guess. Trump actually met him at the airport this time.
- 1:00:52Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:00:53Testecleese: What's this trade truce they talk about? Is this about the tariffs?
- 1:00:57Brian McFadden: I have no idea.
- 1:01:00Testecleese: I was talking about extending a trade truce through January, and I was like, this has… it must be something about the tariffs, because I don't remember talking about a trade… calling anything a trade truce, anyway, and…
- 1:01:09Brian McFadden: Yeah, they've agreed to scale back tariffs and refrain from imposing new trade restrictions until January.
- 1:01:18Testecleese: Okay, this is probably better for China than the United States, but…
- 1:01:25Testecleese: Honestly, I agree with Trump on the whole, we need to bring manufacturing back to the States. We've been doing this for a very long time, and I've been saying that the whole time, haven't I?
- 1:01:35Testecleese: Yeah. Like…
- 1:01:36Testecleese: Detroit's already set up to build cars, all you need to do is update some equipment, and you could just, boom, start knocking cars out. But, no, we're buying them
- 1:01:44Testecleese: from… there being parts being made in China, shipped to Mexico, half ascended, assembled, sent to the United States, where they're fully assembled, and then you buy them, and you pay…
- 1:01:54Testecleese: $60,000.
- 1:01:57Testecleese: You know what I mean? And…
- 1:01:59Testecleese: some dude in China is making a shit ton of money versus a handful of Americans making a pocket full of money, you know?
- 1:02:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:02:09Testecleese: Yeah, I don't know, I don't give a shit what's going on in China, honestly,
- 1:02:14Testecleese: We're not getting quality goods out of China.
- 1:02:18Brian McFadden: Well, apparently Australia is still sending parts to Hong Kong for F-35s, but now.
- 1:02:24Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:02:26Brian McFadden: I don't know why Australia was still providing Hong Kong with, parts.
- 1:02:31Testecleese: They were shipping them back to the States for either inspection or destruction.
- 1:02:37Testecleese: But… Oh my god. They used UPS!
- 1:02:43Testecleese: Do you ship F-35 parts.
- 1:02:47Brian McFadden: Somebody's gonna have a… I have a problem. I can't read the article, I'm not paying $1.99.
- 1:02:53Testecleese: Yeah, that's right, yeah, they used UPS, China intercepted it in Hong Kong, It's,
- 1:03:03Testecleese: the canopy piece, and then some exterior panels. I mentioned this to the wife, who was dad analyst for the Air Force, specifically on this aircraft, when she was enlisted.
- 1:03:14Testecleese: She said, most likely.
- 1:03:18Testecleese: this isn't gonna be a big deal. The canopy, there's not much to it besides the shape of it, whatever, the Chinese can already do that.
- 1:03:25Testecleese: And the coating that we put on these aircraft was probably… Sanded off and removed completely.
- 1:03:33Testecleese: Before it was shipped anyway, just in case something like this happened.
- 1:03:36Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:03:36Testecleese: He's like, I can't believe… They sent it through UPS, instead of.
- 1:03:41Brian McFadden: And the UPS sent it through Hong Kong.
- 1:03:44Testecleese: Yeah, but how often does the United States go to Australia? Does Australia go to the United States? Do they do war games in the middle of the ocean? There was no other way to get these parts to change hands than shipping it through the United Parcel Service across the planet? Through China?
- 1:04:00Testecleese: Like, for a… Well, next time, United States.
- 1:04:02Brian McFadden: There's no military aircraft that fly from Australia to the United States to put it on?
- 1:04:08Testecleese: Well, that's a long flight, but…
- 1:04:10Brian McFadden: Not guaranteed, there's flights, probably every week, coming from somewhere in Australia to somewhere in the United States.
- 1:04:16Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:04:19Testecleese: Brilliant!
- 1:04:19Brian McFadden: See, there's a…
- 1:04:20Testecleese: sure.
- 1:04:21Brian McFadden: I…
- 1:04:21Testecleese: And then drop it on a United States aircraft carrier's deck. Leave it on a cruiser's deck! You know what I mean?
- 1:04:27Brian McFadden: See, there's a C-41 blinding back and forth all the time.
- 1:04:31Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I agree with that. I'm just saying there's a billion opportunities for this to happen, not…
- 1:04:41Testecleese: This sounds like there needs to be a major overhaul on how these transactions are conducted, because this could…
- 1:04:46Testecleese: Still could be bad, but it could be a lot worse.
- 1:04:49Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:04:52Testecleese: And we just lost another 16.
- 1:04:54Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:04:56Testecleese: what's going on? That's… 3 or 4 in the last couple months, isn't it? Plus a couple helicopters?
- 1:05:02Brian McFadden: No, they're getting old.
- 1:05:04Testecleese: So they fall out of the sky?
- 1:05:09Brian McFadden: Apparently, this happened in Michigan. Oh, no, a Texas National Guard one crashed out of Michigan last year.
- 1:05:16Testecleese: Yeah, that was the last one.
- 1:05:17Brian McFadden: We just are.
- 1:05:18Testecleese: about this last week. This one was in Germany.
- 1:05:22Testecleese: Yeah, 2 in 2 weeks, look at that.
- 1:05:26Testecleese: If they're falling out of the sky, maybe don't put them in the air anymore. Find out what's going on.
- 1:05:32Testecleese: There's some kind of catastrophic failure occurring.
- 1:05:35Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 1:05:37Testecleese: I can't open this one, Reuters gave… is, like I said, keeps giving me trouble.
- 1:05:42Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:05:43Testecleese: But it looks like Saudi Arabia's had about enough of Iran, and a bunch of Saudi Arabian allies are getting involved.
- 1:05:51Brian McFadden: Yes, that's exactly it.
- 1:05:54Testecleese: And this is right after Congress decided to choke Trump out of being able to get to engage.
- 1:06:02Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, you still gotta sign the War Powers Act that they're doing.
- 1:06:07Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:06:07Brian McFadden: He's not gonna sign it.
- 1:06:09Brian McFadden: And I don't think they got a veto-proof majority. I think it's not veto-proof? I don't think so, no.
- 1:06:14Testecleese: If Saudi Arabia wants to do it, let them.
- 1:06:18Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:06:19Testecleese: But I still… I still think at this point, this is about… Controlling the planet's oil.
- 1:06:28Testecleese: And, china, I mean, they were getting 40% of their oil from
- 1:06:35Testecleese: Through the Strait of Hormuz.
- 1:06:38Testecleese: Like, it was open before we got there, we showed up, and it keeps being closed. We're gonna open it up. It's like, yeah! I don't know, I think that's just what we say to get our actual objective done, to take over the world's energy supply.
- 1:06:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:06:51Testecleese: Tell me what? We already took over the oil in Venezuela.
- 1:06:56Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's crappy oil.
- 1:06:59Testecleese: Yeah, we could refine it better, I'm sure.
- 1:07:03Testecleese: We've got a shit ton ourselves, Russia's busy in a war.
- 1:07:08Testecleese: And we just shut down most of the Middle East from being able to transport oil.
- 1:07:13Testecleese: Where's everyone buying oil from, then?
- 1:07:17Testecleese: And that's how Trump can afford a $5,000 check to every American.
- 1:07:21Testecleese: Or the United States can, rather.
- 1:07:28Testecleese: Yeah, okay, something about semi-automatic gun rulings coming in. I think it's about individual states, though, isn't it?
- 1:07:35Brian McFadden: Yeah…
- 1:07:37Testecleese: Yeah, these states keep… Passing all sorts of laws.
- 1:07:41Testecleese: that the Supreme Court keeps having to strike down. It's like, you know that's not.
- 1:07:45Brian McFadden: City of Chicago, DC, Massachusetts, New York State…
- 1:07:52Brian McFadden: And then here's one that deals with Hawaii.
- 1:07:56Brian McFadden: So, yeah, it's all states trying to…
- 1:07:59Brian McFadden: override the Supreme Court in the Constitution.
- 1:08:06Testecleese: Yeah. Massachusetts keeps doing it with gun laws, and so doesn't, well, Virginia.
- 1:08:13Testecleese: And it's clear that the law, the decisions are coming out. You have no authority, no right to
- 1:08:23Testecleese: Have any say on any of this, weapons stuff.
- 1:08:27Testecleese: But the states are gonna keep passing the laws anyway.
- 1:08:30Brian McFadden: Right. Try to tie it up in court. You know, they want to use the Biden strategy.
- 1:08:34Testecleese: It's funny, I actually just heard an interview that Rosie O'Donnell did with Robert Not Robert Red, yeah.
- 1:08:41Testecleese: Robert Redford, who's Maverick?
- 1:08:45Testecleese: Tom Selleck.
- 1:08:46Brian McFadden: I'm solid, yeah.
- 1:08:48Testecleese: With Tom Selleck. I just saw the mustache, you know what I mean?
- 1:08:53Testecleese: Tom Selleck, and it was a… he was there to talk about a movie he had just done.
- 1:08:57Testecleese: And she starts going on and on about how he showed up in, like, an NRA ad or something.
- 1:09:04Testecleese: or publicly said something, like, support the Second Amendment or something, something. And he's like, I didn't come here to talk about this, I came here to plug my movie. And he's like, well, yeah, you know, give me yada yada about guns. That was supposed to stop us from the English. We had muskets.
- 1:09:18Testecleese: music.
- 1:09:19Testecleese: I really don't want to get into this argument with you right now, it's like…
- 1:09:22Testecleese: You know, and she just kept pushing, and all I could think was… she even specifically said it didn't mean cannons, like, it specifically meant cannons, actually. Right.
- 1:09:30Testecleese: How do you think we fought the British ships? You know?
- 1:09:34Brian McFadden: You don't know.
- 1:09:36Testecleese: They have no idea how any of this shit works.
- 1:09:40Testecleese: Anything left in, leftovers you want to bring up?
- 1:09:44Brian McFadden: Let me see here… Hmm… No.
- 1:09:52Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:09:54Testecleese: By not adding a whole bunch, we got out of here, and like, An hour and 15.
- 1:09:58Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:10:00Testecleese: That's all I got.
- 1:10:03Brian McFadden: next week.
