  before and it feels like Christmas Day, you know, the the

  whatever you want to call it, New Year's, New Year's Eve, New

  Year's Day, because this is the best sport to bet on.

  You don't need me to tell you there's something about holding

  a + 3 1/2 on a dog, the games around a field goal.

  I mean the sweat, just the way it feels to have action on the

  NFL game in the shenanigans and the systems that we that we land

  on and the systems that we lean on.

  Hopefully we'll continue to cash for us this year.

  NFL opening night. I got 2 best bets for you guys.

  I got a play that I want to talk about that we actually mentioned

  yesterday the importance of shopping for the best number,

  making sure you get the hook on this one.

  I'm talking the Patriots in Seattle for tonight.

  So a full updated breakdown. Best bet on the side for
• 1:46
  Patriots in Seattle. And then I have a best bet for
• 1:49
  tomorrow that I think we should bet right now.

  Because the whole point of getting games early and betting
• 1:55
  them early is that you want to pick off good numbers thinking
• 1:59
  that, hey, this is this is a system match play.

  So it has the parameters of what we're looking for.

  Maybe it is the really sharp bet splits.
• 2:06
  Maybe it's a sharp line move. Maybe it's a good system match
• 2:08
  play. We'll get into some systems

  here. I tweeted this a little bit

  earlier, but I dusted off all of my best NFL Week 1 systems in
• 2:16
  terms of the best spots to to bet a dog because dogs are
• 2:19
  cashing 55% against the spread in Week 1 since 2016, a 10 year
• 2:24
  sample at this point. But then if we dive a little
• 2:26
  even deeper, there are certain situational angles if you add
• 2:30
  more filters to a dog that they get even better.
• 2:32
  So we'll dust off some of our system matches or maybe we're
• 2:35
  like in a game based on all those factors.

  Plus rhythm has a really good angle.

  You know this dog is plus 3 1/2, Rhythm says they should be plus

  1.9. Or maybe the dog is +7 Rhythm

  says they should be plus 5.1. We can incorporate the market

  with a sharp rhythm angle. And then of course, maybe Juice

  Real has a good sharp mush edge. That's the whole angle here,

  guys. We're going to try to really

  look at sharp bets, betting them early.

  If we can pick off a good number or if nothing's perfect, you

  Again, maybe we'll look toward the total.

  Maybe we'll lean on a player prop, but we never want to force

  anything. But I think if games fit our

  model, we definitely want to get out ahead of it and not wait

  because you'd hate to, you know, get too picky.

  Sunday, probably going to add a couple more, but Houston still

  looks sharp. Plus 1 1/2 against Buffalo

  public Buffalo. That lines 1 1/2 down to one at

  a lot of shops. And then also the Saints +7

  everybody on Detroit. But that sevens getting down to

  6 1/2. And then the other angle was the
• 4:48
  Minnesota Vikings, Publix all over Green Bay, but that was dog

  to fave toward the Vikings. So we'll talk about a few more.

  One that I have kind of my eye on is the Bears game because the

  Bears went from -2 1/2 up to -3 at Carolina and like 90% of bets

  are on the Bears. So I'm going to see if maybe

  that gets up to a hook 3 1/2 and then I'll probably have to buy

  low and take Carolina. But that one certainly jumped

  out to me. Just mentioning real quick.

  Just some thoughts off the top of my head.

  If you have the Stones, The Jets look pretty sharp at they're at

  Tennessee. They open getting like plus 2

  1/2 three. That lines down to like 1 1/2

  one even a pick em. So apparently people like The

  Jets, sharps like The Jets there and then Arizona, Arizona's at

  the Chargers. Chargers are going to be a very

  popular survivor pick. It's the biggest spread of the

  week. But Chargers were -10 1/2 lines

  down to 9 1/2. So that line is, is coming back

  toward Arizona. And I'm thinking about my

  I was first thinking Chargers just over the summer.

  It's the biggest spread. You know, it's hard to imagine

  Jacoby reset Arizona, one of the lowest win totals, winning Week

  Now it's up to 8 1/2, even 9. So again, Jacksonville has a

  tough schedule coming up. You know, might want to use them

  now instead of all these hard games they have ahead.

  But then also, if you look at the Chargers, that line's going

  away from them. And again, the line's going

  toward Jacksonville. But the Chargers next week

  probably are. I don't know what to see what

  that that number is because it's a divisional game.

  But the Chargers are at home against Vegas and they're like

  an 8 1/2 point favorite there. So you could, you know, use them

  theoretically again next week. So I am leaning toward the

  Jacksonville Jaguars and Survivor.

  So let's talk about this one season opener, a weird Wednesday

  nighter. It almost has me thinking, not

  fondly, but thinking about those COVID days.

  Remember when we had like Tuesday, Wednesday games?

  But anyway, Patriots Seattle Seahawks season opener 8:20 PM
• 8:35
  Eastern Time tonight on NBC. So let's set the stage.

  Talk splits, line move system matches, rhythm edges, sharp
• 8:42
  mush edges. And I'll give you my play for
• 8:43
  this one. So Patriots, we all know, had an
• 8:46
  incredible last year. Last year they went fourteen and
• 8:49
  three, reached the Super Bowl, but then got blown up by
• 8:53
  Seattle, losing that game 29 to 13, although it was never really
• 8:56
  close. I'm the idiot who took the
• 8:58
  points there with New England, so I remember that game.

  But anyway, odds makers expecting them to take a little
• 9:03
  bit of a step back. They have a really hard
• 9:05
  schedule. Their win total is 10 1/2 at DK,
• 9:08
  but it's juiced under -110 you look at the Seahawks, they went
• 9:12
  fourteen and three last year, again, won the Super Bowl, beat
• 9:14
  up on the Patriots. Their win total is 10 1/2 / -,
• 9:18
  115. So what have we seen across the

  board here? Well, this game opens Seattle
• 9:23
  listed around a consensus 4 1/2 point home favorite and the
• 9:27
  public is saying I don't need to think about this.

  I remember what I saw with my my own eyes in the Super Bowl, the

  last NFL game, Seattle dominated New England and again, that's a
• 9:37
  short number. And unlike the Super Bowl when
• 9:39
  it was a neutral game, this is at the 12th man.

  So Seattle all day public saying Seattle easily going to cover
• 9:46
  this -4 1/2. However, even though 62% of
• 9:50
  spread bets, nearly 2/3 of bets are on Seattle, Seattle's not up
• 9:54
  -4 and half to -5 -, 6. Nope, this line has gone down
• 9:59
  and it's continuing to go down toward the Patriots.

  So even though nearly 2/3 of bets at DK and 70% of bets at
• 10:05
  Circa, these are tickets, remember, not money, but

  tickets. So that that that's where you

  find out where the public is really public.

  I look at DraftKings in terms of the percentage of tickets

  because it's a big public book nationwide, but 2/3 of bets on

  Seattle. Yet this line isn't going

  towards Seattle. It's fallen from Seahawks -4 1/2

  down to -3 1/2. And this is the reason why I

  mentioned betting the Patriots yesterday.

  A lot of books are down to three, so that's the first major

  indicator. RLM reverse line move, Publix

  all over Seattle, but lines going toward New England and

  again, take a step back. Why would the oddsmakers drop

  this line to make it easier for the public to cover when they're
• 10:46
  already landed with Seattle to begin with?

  Always remember, if it looks too good to be true, if it doesn't
• 10:51
  make sense, there's a reason for it.

  So that tells me big money has come in on New England here.

  Now Patriots are, aside from the sharp line move, a great
• 11:00
  contrarian play. So bet against the public.

  Yeah, it's the season open. Yeah, meet me at the bar.

  We're going to Ham a Seattle. We're going to pot.

  Like Jackson, Smith and Jigba. Over what else we're.

  Going to do we're going to take the over in the game.

  accent with all different kinds. I don't know where that came

  Seattle. Therefore, even if you take away

  the sharp line, move on the Pats.

  Pats are just a contrarian play. I like to bet against the

  public. More often than not, the

  public's wrong. Then we get into our system

  matches week one dogs. They're 86 and 70 against the
• 11:38
  spread. 55 percent 7% ROI since 2016.

  Week 1 road dogs 56 and 41 against the spread 58 percent
• 11:47
  12% ROI since 2016. If we have a dog low total now,
• 11:51
  remember we've been in baseball forever, so we always want to
• 11:54
  dog high total. More expected run scored, more
• 11:57
  variance. If you're in football on a
• 11:58
  spread, you want to dog low total and think of the line of
• 12:01
  demarcation as around 45. If the total is over 45, closer
• 12:06
  to 50, that's a high total that's good for a favorite.

  The total is 45 or less, closer to 40.
• 12:11
  That is a low total better for the dog because fewer amount of
• 12:14
  expected points scored, making it harder for that favorite to
• 12:17
  cover. So the signs moving toward New
• 12:19
  England and the total is dropping.

  We'll get that in a second, but it's gone 45 1/2 down to 44 1/2.

  And I see one book even at 44. But that's just a match when you
• 12:28
  have a road dog with a low total of 45 or less.

  Week 1 road dogs are 31 and 20 against the spread, 61 percent,

  16% ROI. Mike Vrabel, 33 and 24 against

  the spread as a dog in his career.

  That's a 58% win rate, 11% ROI. In terms of the total, again, it

  has gone down 45 1/2 down to 44 1/2.

  Splits don't really scream one way or the other.

  Circa actually has 55% bets, 63% dollars over.

  But you do have prime time unders historically doing well

  because I want them to win because they're my favorite

  They have a ton of Rd. dog and dog system matches.

  And then lastly, this is what I really like about the Pats.

  play on the Pats saying the Patriots should be plus three.

  the games on Sunday. But let's talk about San

  Francisco 49ers in the LA Rams. Here's another game where I want

  to get out ahead of it and hopefully get the best number.

  So this game is interesting because it's in Australia and if

  you've been paying attention at all, these teams have taken very

  distinct or different approaches where San Fran, I believe they
• 15:30
  flew into Seattle and they've been there for like multiple
• 15:32
  days. At this point, the Rams are
• 15:34
  flying super late, playing the game and going home.

  So it's kind of risky for the Rams.
• 15:41
  I don't know if this is going to work out for them.

  I know they're a really smart organization, but they're going
• 15:46
  to try to keep their body clock the same by just getting in and
• 15:48
  out, whereas San Fran's been there multiple days and trying
• 15:51
  to get acclimated. Again, we'll see if that has any
• 15:53
  effect on the game, but just thought that was interesting.

  Anyway, I'm going San Fran on the points here and I'm going to
• 16:00
  tell you why it's not a really sharp play, but it's a value
• 16:04
  play, especially if you can find a + 4.

  So Rams obviously trying to run it back and win a Super Bowl for

  Stafford where again, they came close and really the best game
• 16:15
  of the year was the Super Bowl in the NFC championship game
• 16:17
  when they lost that one to Seattle that close one.

  But anyway, they are a a super hype team this year and I always
• 16:23
  want to kind of bet against or fade super hype teams.

  Now there, there should be great, +500 to win the Super
• 16:29
  Bowl. But if you look at the Rams, you
• 16:31
  know McVeigh, Stafford, but they traded for Miles Garrett, they
• 16:35
  traded for Mcduffie defensively and Aaron Donald is joining the
• 16:39
  team, but I saw that he he's not playing tomorrow night.
• 16:42
  So they're loaded and the public loves them.
• 16:45
  So anytime the public loves A-Team, usually I want to bet
• 16:47
  against those teams. And this is what I'm calling a
• 16:50
  contrarian value play, not a sharp play.
• 16:52
  So like the Patriots, the line moved in their favor plus 4 1/2
• 16:56
  down to 3 1/2 three. This line is moving toward the
• 16:58
  Rams. Rams have gone from -2 1/2 now
• 17:02
  up to -3 1/2. But here's where I think there's
• 17:04
  value on the 49ers 1. They're super contrarian.
• 17:09
  No one wants to play them. They say heavily bet primetime
• 17:11
  game. Right now, 70% of tickets are on
• 17:14
  the Rams, only 30% on the 49ers. So this is a just a pure
• 17:19
  contrarian value play for me where everyone's on Rams,
• 17:22
  therefore I want to be on San Fran.
• 17:24
  The other angle would be a divisional dog.
• 17:27
  Divisional dogs have been great. You look at dogs since 2016,
• 17:30
  they're 55% against the spread. But divisional dogs since 201635
• 17:35
  and 2064 percent, 22% ROI. You also get inflated dogs.
• 17:41
  You know, I love sharp line moves, but if the public's
• 17:43
  moving a number a ton in week 1 and you know you can just buy
• 17:47
  low and get a better price, that's been a good spot.
• 17:49
  So if the line moves at least a full point away from you or as a
• 17:53
  dog, you go from plus 2 1/2 to plus 3 1/2.

  Those inflated dogs are 40 and 25 against the spread, 62
• 18:00
  percent, 17% ROI. So divisional dogs, inflated
• 18:03
  dogs have really crushed it. San Fran matches there.

  We also have San Fran with a sharp split at Circa, only about
• 18:10
  half the tickets, but nearly 70% of the money out in Vegas.

  We also have a neutral field. So, you know, Seattle's a true
• 18:18
  home team. This is a neutral site with the
• 18:20
  Rams, so again, we'll have to see what the Australian fans who
• 18:24
  they're rooting for. But you know, this is no home
• 18:26
  field advantage for for LA, although at home in LA you could
• 18:30
  make the case. I don't think they have a lot of
• 18:31
  home field either because of the the fans have more more fun,
• 18:34
  important things to do when you live in the West Coast.

  But the other angle for me is another really sharp, sharp mush
• 18:40
  edge, 10% from Juice Reel. And and most importantly,
• 18:44
  another rhythm recommended Green Star play.

  Rhythm has San Fran plus 3.2. And again, we can get 3.5 or 3

  1/2. But here's the important thing.

  If every book you have is at 3 1/2, it's definitely worthy of
