- 3:00failed a recent health inspection after a live
- 3:03mouse was spotted in the dining room near the
- 3:05bar. according to a report from November 18th.
- 3:09Health inspectors also found mouse droppings
- 3:11near a storage shelving unit during the inspection.
- 3:15This is not the first instance, as inspectors
- 3:18reported mouse droppings last winter, and a Yelp
- 3:21reviewer noted seeing a mouse while dining in
- 3:24August. While this particular location has faced
- 3:27issues, other legal seafoods locations have not
- 3:31reported any rodent problems this year. Now on
- 3:39to sports. Number 16 Southern California visits
- 3:43Number 6 Oregon in a marquee matchup with college
- 3:47football playoff implications. Southern California
- 3:51must overcome its road challenges against Oregon
- 3:54to secure a playoff spot. The Trojans also need
- 3:58to win their season finale against rival UCLA.
- 4:02This crucial game influences everything for both
- 4:05teams. Trojan's coach Lincoln Riley expressed
- 4:09confidence in his team. Oregon is under pressure,
- 4:13too, as a loss could end their playoff hopes.
- 4:17Coach Dan Lanning acknowledged the excitement
- 4:19of high -stakes games. And over to pro football.
- 4:24Houston's dominant defense sacked Josh Allen
- 4:26eight times, and Kellen Bullock forced three
- 4:29turnovers. With his second interception sealing
- 4:32the Texans, 23 -19 win over the Buffalo Bills
- 4:36on Thursday Night Football. Allen took consecutive
- 4:40sacks on the Bills' final possession, leading
- 4:42to a fourth in 27. Davis Mills threw for 153
- 4:47yards with two first -half touchdown passes to
- 4:50help the Texans improve to six wins and five
- 4:53losses. Cook rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown,
- 4:58marking his third consecutive 1 ,000 -yard season.
- 5:03The Texans regained the lead with an 8 -yard
- 5:06touchdown pass just before halftime. In local
- 5:10sports, with the way Drake May is performing
- 5:14and the struggles of Cincinnati's defense, Joe
- 5:17Burrow's potential return on Sunday may do little
- 5:20to change the outlook for the Bengals. Borov
- 5:24has been a full participant in practice this
- 5:26week, working his way back from a turf toe injury
- 5:29he sustained on September 14th against Jacksonville.
- 5:34Bengals coach Zach Taylor stated, I am not there
- 5:37yet. We will use the time we have and come up
- 5:40with the best decision. May has completed 71
- 5:44.9 % of his passes for 2 ,836 yards, both lead
- 5:50best. Cincinnati's all -pro receiver Jemar Chase
- 5:55will surgo one game suspension after spitting
- 5:57on Pittsburgh's Jalen Ramsey. In top news, flying
- 6:04without a real identification could cost you
- 6:06$18 and require a trip through a new screening
- 6:10process. The Transportation Security Administration
- 6:14announced a new biometric kiosk system for travelers
- 6:17without real identification. charging $18 for
- 6:2110 days of airport security access. Facial recognition
- 6:26technology will verify identity, though security
- 6:29clearance is not guaranteed and additional screening
- 6:33may still occur. Travelers could be subject to
- 6:36this new airport security screening program without
- 6:39a real identification or passport. It remains
- 6:43unclear when the new system and fee will be implemented.
- 6:47The Transportation Security Administration is
- 6:50working to ensure security and efficiency at
- 6:53checkpoints. In business news, real estate investors
- 6:59are increasingly turning to the invisible housing
- 7:02market to find deals. Among single -family real
- 7:06estate investors, 21 % say they first look to
- 7:09off -market deal sources. In a recent survey,
- 7:1344 % of United States real estate investors plan
- 7:17to grow their portfolios in the near term. Two
- 7:21-thirds of investors find the most frustrating
- 7:23part of buying is finding deals that cash flow.
- 7:2763 % would only accept a mortgage rate of 6 %
- 7:30or lower on their next purchase. The investor
- 7:34landscape is expansion -minded, but more selective
- 7:37and operationally focused than in prior years.

- 8:47back to the show. Let's talk tech. Amazon's lawsuit
- 8:53against perplexity has opened the door to the
- 8:55major conflict over AI browsers. This dispute
- 8:59highlights what is now being called the DoorDash
- 9:02problem. At its core, this issue concerns the
- 9:06impact of AI interfaces on service providers
- 9:09like DoorDash and their relationships with consumers.
- 9:14If users increasingly rely on AI agents to order
- 9:17products, traditional business models could be
- 9:20jeopardized. Amazon's legal action aims to stop
- 9:24Perplexity's AI -powered Comet browser from shopping
- 9:28on its website, which it claims violates the
- 9:31Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. This confrontation
- 9:34signals a significant shift in the economic landscape
- 9:38driven by AI. And in entertainment news, Christopher
- 9:46Nolan revealed to Empire magazine that he shot
- 9:49over 2 million feet of film during the making
- 9:52of The Odyssey, which filmed for 91 days earlier
- 9:55this year. The movie is Nolan's adaptation of
- 9:59Homer's Greek epic and Marx's follow -up project
- 10:02to Oppenheimer. which won him the Oscars for
- 10:05Best Picture and Director. Nolan noted, as a
- 10:09filmmaker, you're looking for gaps in cinematic
- 10:12culture, things that haven't been done before.
- 10:16Matt Damon reunites with Nolan to headline The
- 10:18Odyssey in the lead role Hodesius, alongside
- 10:22a stellar cast including Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway,
- 10:25and Zendaya. The film is set for release on July
- 10:2917th. 2026 from Universal Pictures. Well, alrighty
- 10:35folks, it's time for the quote of the day. And
- 10:39today, our quote comes from the American diplomat
- 10:43and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, George C. Marshall.
- 10:48And he said, Peace is more than the absence of
- 10:52war. It is a positive force, a vital force, a
- 10:56constructive force. And that's a wrap for this
