  Carrie Muggs. So this week, welcome. We're going to talk about the

  veil. But first of all, I want to talk about my trip to
• 0:40
  Disneyland. So for those of you they didn't know, I took a trip
• 0:44
  to Disneyland because we wanted to go see Ogibiggi and see what it was like.
• 0:48
  And it was awesome. It was phenomenal. And if you don't know
• 0:51
  how I got those Ogi Wiggy tickets, then you need to go listen to

  the episode about the Disney hauntings. I think it's a couple episodes back.

  How I talk about one of my clients who passed over helped me get those
• 1:03
  tickets and he made his presence very known while we were Auggi Biggie. In

  fact, our flight out was the same number two two six. It was
• 1:11
  awesome, It was great. I did try and keep myself open because I
• 1:15
  promised you guys that I would, but honestly, Disneyland was so freaking busy
• 1:21
  that there's no way. There's no way. I tried to keep myself open
• 1:23
  and tried to keep but it was so busy. It just overwhelmed me.
• 1:27
  There was so many people, and so I had to like shut down some
• 1:30
  of way because it was so overwhelming, and I got so tired. And
• 1:36
  the next trip I plan. It was amazing. Disneyland was amazing, But
• 1:40
  the next trip I plan is definitely going to be a RESTful trip, more
• 1:45
  so because I planned this trip before I knew that I had some health issues
• 1:51
  with the tumor in my sinuses, and I forget that at Disneyland you walk
• 1:57
  a bazillion miles, so so, needless to say, I'm exhausted. But
• 2:02
  it's all good. It was fun and it was great and I would gladly
• 2:06
  do it again, and I was so grateful for the experience. But my
• 2:08
  favorite was the Villain, the Villain's Village, and it was that was really
• 2:16
  really cool. It had different different like, oh, it was just amazing.
• 2:23
  It's amazing what they can do with video. And they had white roses
• 2:27
  that turned red for the Alice in Wonderland Queen, and they had a whole
• 2:30
  section for Maleficent and then scar It was just it was crazy. And then
• 2:36
  at the end there was just like this beam of hope and all these lights
• 2:39
  in the trees like fairies or it was just it was so magical. It
• 2:44
  was really magical, and I loved it and I can't wait to go back.

  I think my next trip though, will not be tell twenty twenty five
• 2:50
  of Christmas, because I want to see what it's like at Christmas there.
• 2:53
  But anyways, so today we are going to talk about the veil. Now,
• 2:58
  a lot of people don't know what the veil is, so I looked
• 3:00
  it up on Google and the veil spirituality. It says what is the veil
• 3:05
  in spirituality? And it says the veil is the space between the physical and
• 3:09
  the spiritual world, the space between Heaven and Earth. So there's this theme
• 3:15
  called the veil that we've kind of either been I think it's in the Bible
• 3:19
  too, that they talk about in the Bible. In fact, I have
• 3:21
  some scriptures that talk about the veil a little bit too. And it's also
• 3:27
  the first time I learned about the veil was when I was in the LDS
• 3:29
  Church. They talked about the veil. They do have some ceremony stuff that
• 3:34
  has the veil to do with the veil, and I think that the veil
• 3:38
  is symbolic or significance between seeing the truth and the difference between being, you
• 3:46
  know, that step between heaven and earth or that spiritual existence. And I
• 3:53
  think it can have two meanings, and I think that they're both very symbolic.
• 3:55
  I think one is the veil is that you can actually see heaven or
• 4:01
  you can't see spirits. And also to the veil is that you can't see
• 4:05
  the truth. And there's this thing. A lot of last week or during
• 4:12
  Halloween week, I would see a lot of sayings about how the veil gets
• 4:16
  thinner towards Halloween, because Halloween is when the veil fans and we have more
• 4:23
  access to our ancestors. And I just I've said this before, but I
• 4:28
  just don't believe that that's true. I think the veil is always the same.
• 4:31
  It depends on us and where we are at spiritually, and if you
• 4:36
  have ever had a reading with me, I'll always say that the spirits frequencies
• 4:43
  are high and ours are low. They lower theirs and we raise ours.
• 4:46
  That's always kind of how it works. That's why when we see spirits,
• 4:49
  we only see them for a second because they have to lower their frequency for
• 4:54
  a little bit, and it takes them a lot of energy. So it
• 4:57
  takes them a lot of energy to show up for you, you in dreams
• 5:00
  and in because they make an effort too. It's not just us, excuse
• 5:04
  me. So I believe my opinion about the veil is probably can not be
• 5:13
  well received. A lot of people disagree with me, But I kind of
• 5:16
  believe that the veil doesn't really exist. I feel like it's man made or
• 5:20
  something that we made up because because we don't see the other side very much,
• 5:27
  or we now, I do kind of believe that there's a veil in
• 5:30
  the sense of when we come to Earth, our eyes are shut and we
• 5:34
  don't know like our past lives, and we don't know all of that stuff,
• 5:40
  and so I can see how we forget, like the veil is placed
• 5:43
  before us, and we forget all about our past but I think part of
• 5:46
  being here is raising the veil and raising our frequency and becoming more spiritually aware
• 5:55
  so that we do know, and we do remember, and we do connect
• 5:58
  to our ancestors, and all of that has to do with raising our frequency,
• 6:01
  so it kind of has to do with releasing the veil. So I
• 6:05
  believe that the veil is kind of something that we created. We created because
• 6:13
  we don't understand and we don't know, and I don't ever feel like the
• 6:18
  veil gets thinner or the veil. I guess symbolically it does when we raise
• 6:25
  our frequency and we have spiritual awakenings or we realize truth, that's when the
• 6:30
  veil will get thinner because we're realizing truth or we're seeing the truth. And
• 6:39
  I don't really feel like it's actually a veil. I think that we just
• 6:41
  become more spiritual, or we become closer to who we are and connection to
• 6:46
  spirit or connection or releasing the veil is not an outside source. It's not
• 6:51
  something that happens outside of us. It's happened, it happens within us.
• 6:56
  It happens inside of us. And I will tell you if you listen to
• 7:00
  any of my podcasts or any of my carry connects. I will tell you
• 7:03
  time and time again that everything we need is already inside of us. And
• 7:08
  I feel like when we connect, or when we heal, or when we
• 7:13
  move forward, then we thin the veil, the veil that we created.
• 7:18
  We created this veil, and I feel like that it's not really a veil
• 7:26
  per se. I feel like it's just something. It's our own ego,
• 7:30
  it's our own, it's our own self skinning in our way, it's our
• 7:32
  own, it's our own disbelief or our belief system. And I feel like
• 7:38
  the veil thins or gets thinner when we raise our frequency or when we become
• 7:44
  more spiritual. What does the Bible say about lifting the veil? The Bible
• 7:48
  says it has not been removed, because only in Christ it is taken away.
• 7:54
  And I feel like that it's because we when we raise our frequency,
• 8:00
  we become closer to Christ or to spirit. Even this day, and I
• 8:03
  want you to keep listening because this is even to this day, when Moses
• 8:07
  is read, a veil covers their hearts, and I don't know why.
• 8:15
  That's sorry, Okay, even to this day, Moses is read, when
• 8:18
  a veil covers their hearts but whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil
• 8:22
  is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the spirit
• 8:28
  of the Lord is there is freedom. So when you guys hear me say
• 8:33
  spirit all the time we're talking about the universe or the Lord or God,
• 8:37
  spirit is all incumbent. Spirit is within all of us. We have the
• 8:41
  light of Christ or Spirit within us. And where it says and where the
• 8:48
  Spirit is, there is freedom. So I believe that like that's when the
• 8:54
  veil lifts, or when we see truth the veil. There's kind of freedom
• 8:58
  in that because we know differently, so we act differently. We're kind of
• 9:03
  sent here and when we come here, we don't remember anything. We don't
• 9:07
  remember any of our past lives. We don't remember where we came from or
• 9:11
  anything like that. And that's where I feel like, that's where the veil
• 9:15
  is. And when we lift that veil, then we can become connected to
• 9:18
  us, which connects us to Spirit, which connects us to our ancestors.
• 9:22
  It's all kind of together. Those lifting of the veil signifies the illusion of
• 9:31
  deception. So this is that one part where I was talking about how it
• 9:35
  can be a veil can be like a thin line between us and heaven,
• 9:41
  but it also can be a thin line between us and the truth. And
• 9:46
  I kind of feel like it's the same thing and is associated with the theme
• 9:50
  of how death contributes to a better understanding of other living individuals, because we're
• 9:56
  all one, right, So I feel like once the veils to to lift,
• 10:03
  excuse me, I have to keep taking drinks because I get really I've
• 10:05
  been kind of having this throat thing, this throat issue with my it gets
• 10:09
  too dry. So I feel like when the veil lifts, that we become
• 10:15
  one, or we become part of spirit, We become part of ourselves,
• 10:20
  and we we learn more of our ancestors. And I believe that everybody has
• 10:26
  this veil, and so everybody can be a medium, and everybody has the
• 10:31
  gift to connect to others psychically. Psychically means that you can connect to other
• 10:37
  people people who are on earth, and mediumship is when you can communicate with
• 10:43
  people in spirit. And I believe we all have both of these gifts.
• 10:48
  And I just believe that when you are born, there's a certain threshold of
• 10:54
  the veil, or there's a certain I've told you time again that the way
• 11:00
  I grew up in my household. I believe that that's why I was born
• 11:03
  tap tune with my gifts, because I constantly had to read the room.
• 11:07
  I constantly had to read how the feelings were for that day. My dad
• 11:11
  was an alcoholic, and I was such a people pleaser. When I was
• 11:15
  younger. Everything had to be calm, everything had to be at peace,
• 11:18
  and I was constantly reading the room. And I feel like I had to
• 11:22
  constantly feel like where my dad was at, where my mom was at,
• 11:26
  even where my brother because I loved my brother to death, but we were
• 11:30
  very dysfunctional at times, and me and my brother had to just survive,
• 11:35
  you know, the way we could, and my mom and my dad,
• 11:37
  and so I was constantly reading everybody's personalities and where they are. And so
• 11:41
  I constantly grew up reading people and not realizing that that's what I was doing.
• 11:46
  So the veil kind of thinned for me when I was younger because I
• 11:50
  was tapping in to my spiritual gifts when I was young. When you are
• 11:56
  in a safe environment and when you are feeling, you don't always have to
• 12:01
  tap into your spiritual gifts. You don't have to tap into your sixth sense
• 12:05
  because you feel safe and you don't feel that need to and so sometimes you
• 12:09
  don't feel like you have these gifts until a later time when you are going
• 12:15
  through your own spiritual awakening. So that's where the veil is kind of I
• 12:20
  feel like kind of a man made thing or kind of made up. I
• 12:24
  do know that they talk about it in the Bible, but I feel like
• 12:28
  it's a symbolic. I think their Bible has lots of symbolism in it,
• 12:31
  and I think that spirit talks and symbols when I do readings, I tell
• 12:35
  people all the time. They don't come through and say, hey, my
• 12:39
  name is George is More in nineteen fifty. They come through when they show
• 12:41
  me signs and symbols. And sometimes the symbols are very literal, and sometimes
• 12:46
  they're very very symbolic. So one time a spirit showed me a big white
• 12:50
  horse above his car, and I had no idea what it was, and
• 12:54
  we realized that he was trying to show me that he was driving a Mustang.
• 12:58
  So sometimes we us know that spirit talks in symbols. That's why if
• 13:03
  your loved one comes to you in a dream and they don't say anything,
• 13:07
  or they can't say anything. It's because it takes them a lot of energy
• 13:11
  and to talk, and so they will use symbols. So if you do
• 13:16
  have a dream of past loved ones always, or any kind of dream,
• 13:20
  look at the symbols around you, Look at the symbols in the dream,
• 13:22
  and what do they google, what they mean, or what the symbols could
• 13:26
  actually stand for, because that is it's symbolic spiritual spiritual messages and spirit is
• 13:33
  always always brought in symbolism. So, okay, the veil. So my
• 13:43
  opinion of the veil is that it doesn't exist, which is going to go
• 13:46
  against a lot of mediums and a lot of what other people think. I
• 13:48
  think it exists in the fact that we created it. We created it ourselves
• 13:54
  because we try to explain things that we don't understand, and so the veil
• 14:00
  would be the easiest way to explain something, the easiest way not to see
• 14:03
  truth, the easiest way not to see not to see spirits. But in
• 14:09
  reality, I think it's where your frequency is at your frequency. The higher
• 14:16
  the frequency or the higher that you or in, how do you raise your
• 14:20
  frequency. You deal with your shit, you deal with your healing, and
• 14:24
  you do it and it was so funny because I've told you time and time
• 14:28
  again, I am so a strong believer of mental health, and I believe
• 14:33
  that spiritual awakenings need need to have counseling or because spiritual awakenings can rock your
• 14:41
  world. And I feel like it's a mental game. And so when you
• 14:43
  feel like you're raising your frequency, it's always a good idea to check in
• 14:48
  and maybe go to counseling. And with this year's well lately, with this
• 14:52
  frequency race of mine, I have been going to therapy to help because it's
• 14:56
  it's digging into some pretty deep, pretty deep stuff. And it was so
• 15:01
  funny. It's funny because my therapist in the last in my last session,
• 15:07
  she said, she said, now is during your journey. Sometimes of your
• 15:13
  journey, you're gonna have to say in the ship and right now, waste
• 15:18
  the time. But here's the thing you have to remember. Every time you
• 15:22
  sit in the ship, it is a frequency race. It's gonna catapult you
• 15:28
  that much farther spiritually, because right before the spiritual race, the hardest lessons
• 15:33
  and the hardest part of your journey is going to be right before the frequency
• 15:39
  race, right before it, and spiritual awakenings are all part of enjoying the
• 15:46
  journey, but at the same time healing your shit and sitting in the ship
• 15:50
  for just a minute and figuring it out, because once you do that,
• 15:54
  you are going to be unfreaking stoppable and it's gonna be a and it's never
• 16:00
  going to end. Like this journey that you're taking is something that's going to
• 16:06
  continue throughout your life. And so sometimes I will say that when you are
• 16:12
  in grief, I will say that maybe the veil thickens a little bit more
• 16:18
  because the grief will lower your frequency, and that is by no fault of
• 16:22
  your own. It is just something that happens. Grief is no joke.
• 16:26
  Grief can shut you down like no other. And you would hope that the
• 16:33
  veil, the so called quote unquote veil, would be thinner. But here's
• 16:38
  the thing. Because you're in grief, when your loved ones first passed over,
• 16:45
  they they when they first pass over, their frequency isn't super super extremely
• 16:52
  high because there's still very much capable. How do I explain this? So
• 16:57
  if you can't see this, so you might want to go check out the
• 17:02
  video. But for those of you listening, when we lower grief puts us
• 17:07
  in a lower frequency, and when you pass over to the other side,
• 17:10
  it puts you in a higher frequency. Right But as you are over there
• 17:14
  longer on the other side, your frequency gets higher and higher. But the
• 17:17
  first couple months or the first year or so, your frequency on the other
• 17:22
  side doesn't raise that much because your loved ones are in grief and they want
• 17:27
  you to be able to connect to them. So that's why maybe it's thinner,
• 17:33
  because their frequency is to the point where they can still reach you even
• 17:37
  in your grief. So that's why after a couple of years, this is
• 17:40
  my belief, I don't know. In a couple of years, their frequency
• 17:44
  does raise, and you're still a little bit in the grief, and sometimes
• 17:47
  you feel like they're not around, or you feel like they don't love you,
• 17:51
  or you feel like they're not with you anymore. It's because their frequency
• 17:53
  is continually raising, and if you're still stuck in that grief, then yours
• 17:59
  is still lowered. And I'm not saying you have to like raise your frequency,
• 18:03
  because that's unfair because grief is freaking hard and so, but just know
• 18:10
  that it's something that's that's where you have to sometimes sit in the ship,
• 18:15
  right, Like, you have to process it and you have to come to
• 18:18
  terms. And that's why if you need counseling or you need help, by
• 18:25
  all means, look and ask for it. And if you don't feel like
• 18:30
  you can ask for it, reach out to somebody and see if they can
• 18:36
  they can help. But this is kind of off at tangent for the veil,
• 18:38
  but I just think that it might help you to know that the veil,
• 18:42
  I feel is kind of just made up. I feel like the veil
• 18:45
  is all in our heads. It's something that we created because we don't feel
• 18:52
  connected. And I feel like if we believe that the veil's there and we
• 18:59
  have this symbol version of it being lifted, then it will be easier to
• 19:03
  connect. But let's just pretend that the veil's not there. Let's just say
• 19:07
  that there is no veil. And our connection to spirit, into God and
• 19:11
  to our ancestors and to who we once were is very open. It's very
• 19:17
  open. The ones who kind of stop that connection is ourselves. It's our
• 19:26
  belief system, it's us, it's we get ahead of ourselves. And so
• 19:32
  I just want you to if it's easier for you to imagine that there is
• 19:36
  a veil and that you can lift it, then that's great because that works
• 19:38
  for you. That's your belief system. But if it's easier to imagine that
• 19:44
  there is no veil and that there's access at all times and not just talloween
• 19:48
  and not just for mediums, then it might be that much easier. Because
• 19:55
  I really feel like the veil is symbolic of something that is in ourselves that's
• 20:00
  stopping us. So it doesn't make it that much easier sometimes because you know
• 20:08
  you still. What I don't want is for you to be so hard on
• 20:11
  yourselves, for you to be like, well, if I can't connect then
• 20:15
  and look you're talking right, But if I don't want to be hard on
• 20:19
  yourselves because it's not an easy task. It's just like losing weight or going
• 20:25
  to the gym. It's something you have to practice all the time. It's
• 20:29
  not something that's just easy peasy. It's not so if you want to define
• 20:33
  muscles or lose weight, you have to do your diet, you have to
• 20:37
  work out every day. Same with this raising your frequency, or same with
• 20:42
  thinning the veil. You have to work at it. It's constant. It's
• 20:47
  a constant. You have to work on yourself daily. That means you still
• 20:51
  get to rest because I think working on your body, you have to have
• 20:56
  a rest day. Same with spiritual your spiritual stuff, you have to have
• 20:59
  a rest day. You have to rest sometimes, and you have to do
• 21:03
  self care. And that's why self care is so important, because it's all
• 21:07
  incumbent, it's all, it all, all of it helps lift the veil.
• 21:11
  And so I think it's a daily thing, and I think it's something
• 21:15
  that is different with each of us, and it's something it's very different for
• 21:21
  all of us too. Just like there's no one fits all size of going
• 21:25
  to the gym and dieting, there's no one fits all sizes of spiritual growth.
• 21:29
  And so be gentle with yourselves. And I want you, for just
• 21:33
  for a while, to imagine that there is no veil. There is no
• 21:36
  veil. You were granted access to this spiritual realm and to your ancestors the
• 21:45
  day you were born. You don't have to do anything to try and deserve
• 21:48
  it. You don't have to work or be obedient or do all of that
• 21:52
  stuff to try and to try and be better. You just have to try
• 21:56
  and better yourself. That's it. As long as you're not hurting other people
• 22:02
  and causing pain for other people on purpose. You are granted this access the
• 22:08
  day you are born. You are granted unconditional love, and you are granted
• 22:15
  vision past the veil. And so it's just so crazy because I also tell
• 22:19
  my clients that Spirits frequencies here, ours is here, but those who are
• 22:25
  under the age of five are already of where Spirits frequency is. And then
• 22:30
  what happens is we start a belief system and we're told that we have to
• 22:33
  be a certain way or we have to do this, and then our frequency
• 22:37
  starts to lower because we're being told and taught who we are instead of tapping
• 22:41
  into who exactly we are. So part of getting rid of the veil is
• 22:49
  being you and being who you are and with unconditionally and unapologetically just be who
• 22:56
  you are. So I want you to ask yourself this week, how am
• 23:00
  I creating this veil? What are my beliefs? How am I creating this
• 23:04
  veil? And I want you to imagine that you are lifting the veil.
• 23:11
  You are seeing the truth. You are getting rid of this veil that doesn't
• 23:15
  really exist, and hopefully that will help things. Because I feel like the
• 23:21
  veil is just a symbolic block. It's a symbolic block between you and your
• 23:25
  maker, your creator, and your ancestors and who you are. And so
• 23:33
  I want this week for you to try and to get rid of the veil.
• 23:37
  Remove the veil, remove the veil, and see the truth. See
• 23:41
  the truth. And sometimes the truth hurts, and that's okay. That's what
• 23:45
  the journey's about, is getting through the truth and sitting in the shit and
• 23:48
  just understanding that it's going to be okay. However it works out. So
• 23:55

  tap into your spiritual stuff, reach out and seek help, because this journey

  is not always meant to be done alone, even though sometimes when you're like
• 24:37
  me, you think you can and you don't want to burden anybody. But
• 24:41
  here's the thing, it's not meant to be done alone. But make sure
• 24:44
  your resources have the capacity to help you, because sometimes when you reach out
• 24:48
  to somebody who is sitting in the shit too, it's overwhelming and they can't
• 24:53
  help as much as they would like. So seek out the resources that have
• 24:59
  the capability of helping you. And if that's grief counseling, if that's counseling,
• 25:06
  if that's psychiatry help, it's it is what it is, and that's
• 25:08
  okay. It's who you need at the time. And if it's a if
• 25:14
  it's a reading, it's it is. It is what it is. And
• 25:18
  just know that we're all here connected and we're all here to help me help
• 25:22
  each other. But sometimes when when when you're I'm just going to tell you,
• 25:30
  your friends and family sometimes don't have the capability to help you. They're
• 25:34
  great and they want to, but sometimes they're sitting in the ship too and
• 25:40
  they need and as much as they want to help you, sometimes they can't.
• 25:44
  So reach out to those people who can. There you go. So
• 25:49
  I want you to imagine the veil being gone this week. Imagine that you
• 25:55
  have all the capabilities to connect to spirit, to connect to yourself, and
• 25:57
  to connect to you your aunts, and see where it takes you and see
• 26:03
  how fun that is. So I love you guys so much, and I
