- 0:28Speaker 1: tomorrow's program. The arrests have begun. We're going to talk
- 0:31Speaker 1: about this. We're going to also talk about how that
- 0:33Speaker 1: insurrection does continue in Minnesota as now you have insurrectionists
- 0:39Speaker 1: who are openly stalking and assaulting ICE officers. That just continues.
- 0:45Speaker 1: We've got to put a stop to this, ladies and gentlemen,
- 0:46Speaker 1: and we're going to talk to the former director of ICE.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Jonathan Fahey is with us today. We've got a lot
- 0:52Speaker 1: to get to. Let's get to it ahead on this

- 1:26Speaker 1: It was the issue. It definitely was. We took the

- 2:12Speaker 1: slash Vince. The arrests have begun. I told you this week,
- 2:22Speaker 1: we've had a lot of conversations on this. I'm like you.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I just want arrests. I want justice so badly. So
- 2:27Speaker 1: I'm banging on the doors of the Justice Department. Ladies
- 2:30Speaker 1: and gentlemen, what is happening over there? And God bless
- 2:32Speaker 1: Harmeet Dhillon, the assistant attorney general for civil rights. She
- 2:35Speaker 1: stopped by with us this week to say, Vince, I'm
- 2:38Speaker 1: telling you, we saw crimes on that tape in St. Paul, Minnesota.
- 2:41Speaker 1: We are arresting these people. That is definitely going to
- 2:44Speaker 1: be happening. And then we got the news that that
- 2:47Speaker 1: the attorney general of the United States was headed to
- 2:49Speaker 1: Minneapolis this week. She heads off to Minnesota. Then we
- 2:52Speaker 1: get the news that the vice president of the United
- 2:55Speaker 1: States is set to be in Minnesota today as well.
- 3:00Speaker 1: That's Thursday today. And, you know, I'm sorting through this
- 3:04Speaker 1: with you and I'm looking at this going, guys, all
- 3:06Speaker 1: these people don't go to Minnesota unless they have something
- 3:08Speaker 1: to show for it. Imagine showing up there empty handed,
- 3:10Speaker 1: nothing to show for it, no justice on the way. Well,
- 3:13Speaker 1: the good news this morning as we begin live at
- 3:15Speaker 1: 10 a.m. Eastern Rumble dot com slash Vince is we've
- 3:19Speaker 1: got the attorney general of the United States telling us
- 3:22Speaker 1: the arrests have absolutely begun minutes ago at my direction.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Pam Bondi posted to X this morning. That's nine twenty
- 3:29Speaker 1: eight today. The Homeland Security investigations and FBI agents. have
- 3:36Speaker 1: executed an arrest in Minnesota. So far we have arrested,
- 3:40Speaker 1: so far we have arrested, in other words, more are coming.
- 3:43Speaker 1: We have arrested Nekima Levi Armstrong. Nekima Levi Armstrong. This
- 3:49Speaker 1: is the woman, by the way, who was just on
- 3:51Speaker 1: the cable news networks in the last 24 hours, insisting
- 3:54Speaker 1: that she was totally welcome in the church. Of course,
- 3:56Speaker 1: they were tormenting the children inside of that church, disrupting
- 4:00Speaker 1: the service, breaking federal law. Nikima Levi Armstrong is now
- 4:04Speaker 1: in the FO phase. She's been arrested. Pam Bondi says
- 4:07Speaker 1: she was allegedly playing a key role in organizing the
- 4:11Speaker 1: coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. We
- 4:16Speaker 1: will share more updates as they become available. She says,
- 4:19Speaker 1: listen loud and clear. We do not tolerate attacks on
- 4:22Speaker 1: places of worship. Good news. Now, Pam Bondi also posted
- 4:26Speaker 1: a second update just a few minutes ago. This is
- 4:29Speaker 1: 13 minutes ago now as we begin our program. Update,
- 4:33Speaker 1: a second arrest has been made at my direction. Chantelle
- 4:37Speaker 1: Louisa Allen has also been taken into custody. More to come.
- 4:41Speaker 1: We will protect our houses of worship. Of course, in
- 4:45Speaker 1: our chat, people citing the fact that Don Lamont was
- 4:48Speaker 1: inside that building. He, too, was among the people breaking
- 4:52Speaker 1: that federal law. He's been insisting that it's just because
- 4:55Speaker 1: I'm a journalist. I was just there for journalism. He
- 4:57Speaker 1: spent all day feeding people. and helping and coordinating with
- 5:02Speaker 1: and learning the secrets of and not sharing with the
- 5:04Speaker 1: public the reality that they were going to storm that church.
- 5:07Speaker 1: And then after they did, he celebrated it, saying that
- 5:10Speaker 1: tormenting children and leaving them traumatized is the way protest
- 5:13Speaker 1: is done. Of course, that's not the way protest is done.
- 5:16Speaker 1: That's the way terrorism is done. And Don Lemon was
- 5:18Speaker 1: there and very helpfully for the rest of us, given
- 5:22Speaker 1: that he's an idiot, captured all of it on camera.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So the evidence of his crimes captured by his camera's
- 5:28Speaker 1: which he then went on to share with the public.
- 5:30Speaker 1: So we await the Don Lemon arrest, which, to be clear,
- 5:35Speaker 1: you know, you've watched this week as you have a
- 5:38Speaker 1: lot of these officials saying, yeah, Don Lemon's definitely in play.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Kristi Noem said now two nights ago, Don Lemon is
- 5:44Speaker 1: absolutely in play for what he's done. You heard from
- 5:47Speaker 1: Harmeet Dhillon, who spoke to me on this program on
- 5:50Speaker 1: our radio show. And of course, you got to hear
- 5:51Speaker 1: it on this program, as she says. You can't just
- 5:54Speaker 1: call yourself a journalist and use that as a shield
- 5:58Speaker 1: while you commit federal crimes. It doesn't work that way.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And so now we get the breaking news this morning
- 6:04Speaker 1: that these guys are being arrested. So that's good. I'm
- 6:07Speaker 1: happy about that. I was concerned that I would have
- 6:09Speaker 1: to start this show today with yet another update that, yeah,
- 6:13Speaker 1: they are telling us the arrests are on the way,
- 6:14Speaker 1: but we have to keep waiting for them. That's a
- 6:16Speaker 1: frustrating place to be in. Good to see the arrests
- 6:19Speaker 1: are occurring. That's key. Now, what does this mean for
- 6:23Speaker 1: our justice system? Well, we have to wait for it
- 6:25Speaker 1: to play out.
- 6:26Speaker 2: You need U.S.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Attorneys to successfully carry all this out. You need fair
- 6:31Speaker 1: courtrooms for this to play out. You need legitimate juries
- 6:35Speaker 1: to consider the charges. You need all of that. And then,
- 6:38Speaker 1: of course, you need a conviction and a sentence for
- 6:40Speaker 1: people who break our laws. There's a lot of moving
- 6:42Speaker 1: parts here, and all of them need to work in
- 6:46Speaker 1: order for justice to prevail. So we'll keep a close
- 6:48Speaker 1: eye on every element here. But arrests have begun. We've
- 6:51Speaker 1: been asking for it, and now we're getting it. That's
- 6:54Speaker 1: great news. That's very good news this morning. Okay. Let's see.
- 6:59Speaker 1: As we begin with that breaking news, I got to
- 7:01Speaker 1: tell you that the horrors in Minnesota continue, though. That's
- 7:05Speaker 1: something that I'm really, really ticked off about. We have
- 7:12Speaker 1: a mob of insurrectionists who are now stalking. They have been,
- 7:17Speaker 1: but it's getting more and more flagrant and brazen. They've
- 7:21Speaker 1: been stalking and assaulting border patrol agents. Stalking and assaulting
- 7:26Speaker 1: border patrol agents. And the way this story gets to
- 7:32Speaker 1: us is we see video yesterday. This is late yesterday
- 7:35Speaker 1: breaking viral video from a Speedway gas and convenience store.
- 7:41Speaker 1: You ever seen one of these Speedways? Speedway, which I
- 7:44Speaker 1: looked it up yesterday. It was a couple of years ago.
- 7:46Speaker 1: It was purchased by 7-Eleven. 7-Eleven actually operates Speedway. thousands
- 7:50Speaker 1: of Speedway stores across the country. And this is one
- 7:53Speaker 1: Speedway location. Border Patrol agents, according to the Department of
- 7:57Speaker 1: Homeland Security, had been stopping at a variety of places
- 8:00Speaker 1: to gas stations to use the bathroom. They're literally stopping
- 8:04Speaker 1: because despite the left's claims, they're human beings who need
- 8:08Speaker 1: to stop for bathroom breaks. And so ICE and Border
- 8:11Speaker 1: Patrol are including a great guy called Greg Bovino, who's
- 8:15Speaker 1: become the face of, in so many ways, of this rational, sober, thoughtful,
- 8:19Speaker 1: and deliberative immigration enforcement. His name is Commander Greg Bovino.
- 8:24Speaker 1: He's there, and these guys are in uniform, and the
- 8:27Speaker 1: Speedway store refuses to serve the Border Patrol. Watch this,
- 8:35Speaker 1: this video. Take a look as a Speedway employee says,
- 8:38Speaker 1: you're not welcome here. You will not be served here.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Cut one.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Watch.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Do you work here? Do you work here?
- 8:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I do.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You guys kicked him out?
- 8:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I did.
- 8:48Speaker 1: What's your opinion on it? Why'd you kick him out?
- 8:50Speaker 2: Because I wanted to.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 8:51Speaker 2: We don't support ICE and nobody here does.
- 8:53Speaker 1: And so he's not allowed service here? Nope. We don't
- 8:56Speaker 1: support ICE.
- 8:59Speaker 4: Commander Bovino, is it legal to deny service to federal agents?
- 9:07Speaker 2: It is. I personally don't hear it.
- 9:10Speaker 1: If it is, I personally don't care. I don't care
- 9:12Speaker 1: if I'm running afoul of the law in any capacity here.
- 9:16Speaker 1: What you're witnessing is the same exact thing that Democrats
- 9:20Speaker 1: have served throughout history, which is to deny people service
- 9:24Speaker 1: on the basis of their identity, their job, their skin color.
- 9:29Speaker 1: It's happening again. Greg Bovino and all of the great
- 9:32Speaker 1: men and women of law enforcement getting thrown out of
- 9:35Speaker 1: a gas station. They merely want to stop, use the bathroom,
- 9:39Speaker 1: purchase some items, purchase some gas, whatever it is, getting
- 9:41Speaker 1: ejected on the basis of the fact that they're law enforcement. Now,
- 9:44Speaker 1: I'll remind you the same thing that President Trump has
- 9:47Speaker 1: been talking about all week. What's Greg Bovino doing in Minneapolis?
- 9:50Speaker 1: What are they doing in Minnesota? Why is ICE even there?
- 9:53Speaker 1: Why are immigration enforcement guys there? The answer, to get
- 9:56Speaker 1: rapists and murderers and child predators out of that community.
- 10:00Speaker 1: so that idiot in the bandana working at that gas
- 10:03Speaker 1: station just put speedway into a world of hurt there
- 10:06Speaker 1: are calls for boycotts today as these speedway locations are
- 10:11Speaker 1: now obviously suffering as a result of lost business thanks
- 10:15Speaker 1: to that idiot's decision to turn away the good guys,
- 10:18Speaker 1: the people who are actually helping that community and are
- 10:21Speaker 1: being wrongfully demonized and terrorized with each job. And we've
- 10:28Speaker 1: found out a lot more about this. DHS put out
- 10:30Speaker 1: a statement yesterday about this. Today, border patrol agents who
- 10:34Speaker 1: were in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area as a part of
- 10:37Speaker 1: a targeted enforcement operation were repeatedly harassed and blocked by
- 10:42Speaker 1: hostile crowds while simply trying to take bathroom breaks. DHS said.
- 10:47Speaker 1: At each gas station where the agents stopped to use
- 10:50Speaker 1: the restroom, groups of agitators appeared, yelled at them, stalked them,
- 10:55Speaker 1: and even tried to prevent law enforcement officials from leaving,
- 10:59Speaker 1: creating unsafe conditions. Now, at one stop, individuals in the
- 11:02Speaker 1: crowd threw food at the agents. Not allowed to throw
- 11:06Speaker 1: food at law enforcement. Did people know how this works exactly?
- 11:10Speaker 1: At their final gas station stop, somebody spit on an agent,
- 11:13Speaker 1: which is assault. When an agent moved to detain the
- 11:17Speaker 1: person who spit on him, the crowd tackled and attacked
- 11:22Speaker 1: the agents while surrounding them. To safely clear the area,
- 11:28Speaker 1: agents had to use crowd control measures to disperse the
- 11:30Speaker 1: hostile crowd. So let me understand this. So Border Patrol
- 11:33Speaker 1: agents are moving from location to location. They're just trying
- 11:36Speaker 1: to get some bathroom breaks in. They're working to bring
- 11:39Speaker 1: peace to this community. They're being stalked by terrorists during
- 11:44Speaker 1: their entire job. Where's the Minneapolis Police Department? In what
- 11:48Speaker 1: world can you follow law enforcement around to menace them
- 11:52Speaker 1: and obstruct their jobs and you don't end up with
- 11:54Speaker 1: handcuffs on you? How does that work exactly? I couldn't
- 11:57Speaker 1: in a million years imagine doing something like that. And
- 12:00Speaker 1: here these guys are doing this. And then they get
- 12:03Speaker 1: out of the vehicles. They follow them. They're attacking them.
- 12:05Speaker 1: They're throwing food at them. They're spitting on them. And
- 12:08Speaker 1: then when agents actually try to defend themselves and enforce
- 12:10Speaker 1: the law and take people into custody who are assaulting them,
- 12:13Speaker 1: the rest of the crowd leaps in to assault the
- 12:15Speaker 1: agents as they try and do their jobs. And we're
- 12:18Speaker 1: supposed to keep saying this is not an insurrection? What
- 12:23Speaker 1: am I looking at here? This is an insurrection. And
- 12:27Speaker 1: I say this with all love in the world for
- 12:29Speaker 1: President Trump. I'm so happy that he's overseas working on
- 12:32Speaker 1: this peace deal right now. In fact, this morning he
- 12:34Speaker 1: announced another big peace deal. They've got this peace board
- 12:36Speaker 1: set up with for Gaza, for its reconstruction. He's dealing
- 12:39Speaker 1: with all these world leaders. That's going really well. We
- 12:43Speaker 1: got breaking news overnight that he's got a deal with Greenland.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Amazing. Love that.
- 12:49Speaker 1: But as he's flying back to the United States on
- 12:51Speaker 1: Air Force One, I hope that he's looking at what
- 12:54Speaker 1: you have to say on all of this. I hope
- 12:56Speaker 1: he's looking at all of this video footage coming to
- 12:58Speaker 1: us from Minnesota. I hope J.D. Vance can give him
- 13:00Speaker 1: an on-the-ground report of what he's encountering, who he's talking to,
- 13:04Speaker 1: what he's finding out when he gets back from his
- 13:06Speaker 1: trip to Minnesota today. Because President Trump needs to invoke
- 13:10Speaker 1: the Insurrection Act. We need the Insurrection Act. How many
- 13:14Speaker 1: more examples do we need? How many more examples do
- 13:17Speaker 1: we need? People feel like they can chase law enforcement around,
- 13:20Speaker 1: assault them, and then just get away with it. If
- 13:24Speaker 1: you have an entire community of left-wing insurrectionists who have
- 13:27Speaker 1: arrived at this conclusion, it clearly means we need the
- 13:30Speaker 1: Insurrection Act. The founders came up with the Insurrection Act
- 13:33Speaker 1: for this very reason. Let's employ it. Let's employ it.
- 13:38Speaker 1: It's been employed 30 times in American history by American presidents,
- 13:41Speaker 1: a lot of times in the last century. Now's the
- 13:44Speaker 1: time to do it again. I'm not asking for any
- 13:47Speaker 1: sort of tyrannical behavior. I'm not asking to hurt people needlessly.
- 13:51Speaker 1: All I'm asking for is justice. Now, the mob was
- 13:55Speaker 1: stalking the Border Patrol for hours, as you hear DHS say.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Watch this. Here's video of the mob just stalking Border Patrol,
- 14:05Speaker 1: stalking immigration enforcers as they try and do their jobs.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Cut to, watch. Whistles surrounding them, screaming at them, phones
- 14:17Speaker 1: in their faces. And this is the light work. This
- 14:20Speaker 1: is before they're assaulting them. This is before they're assaulting them.
- 14:23Speaker 1: And then the assaults begin. And then these guys have
- 14:26Speaker 1: to fight their way out of this peril. Think about this.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Law enforcement has to fight its way out of this
- 14:34Speaker 1: complete atrocity. You can see here in this video, here's
- 14:37Speaker 1: Greg Bovino. pulling his own gas canister. Now you've got
- 14:41Speaker 1: the boss throwing gas canisters and warning the crowd, I'm
- 14:44Speaker 1: about to throw the gas. Get out of the way.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I'm about to throw it. Now, this is pretty generous. Usually,
- 14:49Speaker 1: law enforcement doesn't give you this many warnings. Here he
- 14:51Speaker 1: is warning them, and then he throws it. Cut three.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Watch.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Gas, gas, gas, they throw it. You see these green
- 15:01Speaker 1: clouds of tear gas going up. These guys are trying
- 15:23Speaker 1: to fight their way out of a city block. Surrounded
- 15:29Speaker 1: by these lunatics. Some of them are blowing rape whistles.
- 15:33Speaker 1: This is their tactic. Run around and blow whistles because
- 15:36Speaker 1: they want to notify illegal aliens who've raped children in
- 15:40Speaker 1: America that ICE may be coming for them. You see,
- 15:44Speaker 1: that's why they're rape whistles, to protect the rapists. That's
- 15:47Speaker 1: what they're doing in Minneapolis right now. Gas is coming,
- 15:53Speaker 1: Greg Bovino says. Man, he's got the patience of a saint.
- 15:58Speaker 1: And then you got the video here. Border Patrol agents
- 16:00Speaker 1: wrestling these attackers into custody. Some of them, cut four.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Look at this.
- 16:07Speaker 1: They're dragging some of these idiots away, and rightfully so.
- 16:13Speaker 1: But imagine you're making an arrest, and in the middle
- 16:15Speaker 1: of it, you're being assaulted by the lunatics around you.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Emotional incontinence on display. People screaming, let her.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Go, let him go.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Don't arrest the guy who just broke the law. They're
- 16:38Speaker 1: being arrested, thrown in the cars. As Border Patrol tries
- 16:41Speaker 1: to escape this scene, craziness, utter craziness. So it just
- 16:47Speaker 1: goes back to, yeah, somebody asked, Nair in Florida asked
- 16:50Speaker 1: a really simple question. Does anybody work?
- 16:52Speaker 2: What is it?
- 16:52Speaker 1: This is the middle of the day. There's sunlight out.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And everybody, these lefties are all in the street chasing
- 16:58Speaker 1: down law enforcement, who, by the way, are actually working.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Those guys are actually doing their job. A thankless job
- 17:03Speaker 1: for the most part. I'm thanking them. You're thanking them.
- 17:05Speaker 1: But in Minnesota right now, all they're getting is attacked. Attacked.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Invoke the Insurrection Act.
- 17:12Speaker 5: Now.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Firestorm 57. Insurrection Act.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Now.
- 17:16Speaker 1: I totally agree. Totally 100% enthusiastically agree. It's long past due.
- 17:24Speaker 1: So that's what we're dealing with. We've got these guys
- 17:29Speaker 1: attacking law enforcement. Now, it's not the first time. That
- 17:32Speaker 1: video I just showed you of Greg Bovino, you probably
- 17:35Speaker 1: know his name because not only has he become such
- 17:39Speaker 1: a great face of immigration enforcement, but also because the
- 17:44Speaker 1: left wants to kill him. Illegal aliens want that man dead.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And as we speak, a jury is deliberating in a
- 17:54Speaker 1: trial on that very crime. I've got more information on
- 17:58Speaker 1: that in just a moment. We've got a lot to
- 18:01Speaker 1: get to on this edition of Vince. We'll also be
- 18:03Speaker 1: joined by Jonathan Fahey, the former ICE director. We'll get
- 18:06Speaker 1: his reaction to what is going on in America. There's
- 18:10Speaker 1: a lot to get to here ahead on this program.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Are you worrying about the upcoming credit card bills? The
- 18:16Speaker 1: upcoming credit card bills after the holidays. If you're a homeowner,
- 18:18Speaker 1: there's really no better time than right now to call
- 18:20Speaker 1: American Financing and wipe out that debt. Eliminate the stress.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Set yourself up for a very strong 2026. The Fed
- 18:27Speaker 1: dropped rates for the fourth time in December. And American
- 18:31Speaker 1: Financing can help you access the equity that's in your
- 18:34Speaker 1: home at an interest rate in the low fives. Now,
- 18:37Speaker 1: you heard that right in the low fives. That's a
- 18:39Speaker 1: much lower rate than the average 20 percent or more
- 18:42Speaker 1: credit card rate. American Financing is saving their customers an
- 18:45Speaker 1: average of $ 800 a month. That's like a $ 10, 000 raise
- 18:49Speaker 1: to start the new year. There are no upfront fees.
- 18:51Speaker 1: There's no obligation to see how much you can save.
- 18:54Speaker 1: And they're closing some of these in as fast as
- 18:56Speaker 1: 10 days. And they're even delaying two mortgage payments. American
- 18:59Speaker 1: Financing is America's home for home loans. So just do
- 19:03Speaker 1: yourself a favor. Call them today. 888-879-6460. That's 888-879-6460. American financing.net
- 19:14Speaker 1: slash fence. Thank you to American financing. Great sponsor of
- 19:17Speaker 1: our program. So yeah, ice is a, ice is still,
- 19:20Speaker 1: it's still chugging along. They're still doing the work, which
- 19:23Speaker 1: is great. And they're, they're picking up the most violent
- 19:26Speaker 1: people imaginable. I saw DHS at the president's instruction has
- 19:29Speaker 1: put up a big website on the subject and you
- 19:31Speaker 1: can see all of the disgusting people that they're picking
- 19:35Speaker 1: up off of our streets. 10,000 people, by the way, 10,000,
- 19:38Speaker 1: that's not a small number arrested in Minneapolis. That's huge.
- 19:42Speaker 1: And so that work continues.
- 19:44Speaker 2: J.D.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Vance there today to root on law enforcement. And my
- 19:48Speaker 1: guess is to also. make a big announcement related to
- 19:51Speaker 1: these arrests, which is which is great. We are we're
- 19:56Speaker 1: going to keep an eye on Pam Bondi's X account.
- 19:58Speaker 1: See if anything happens during the show here, because I'd
- 20:00Speaker 1: like for a third arrest and a fourth arrest and
- 20:02Speaker 1: a fifth arrest and a sixth arrest and a Don
- 20:04Speaker 1: Lemon arrest and all of these arrests to be made today.
- 20:07Speaker 1: We'll keep an eye on. on Pam Bondi's operation. Speaking
- 20:09Speaker 1: of Don Lemon, have you noticed that there's no lefties
- 20:11Speaker 1: who are even bothering to defend him right now? Like
- 20:14Speaker 1: there's nobody even speaking up for him. Like in the
- 20:17Speaker 1: old days they did when he was still part of
- 20:19Speaker 1: the CNN operation, but now like nothing, nothing. They're not
- 20:22Speaker 1: even talking because everybody knows that Don Lemon was in
- 20:25Speaker 1: on it. The other guy I'm looking forward to being
- 20:28Speaker 1: arrested is that guy, William Kelly, that insane person. I
- 20:31Speaker 1: think he's truly mentally insane, but man, that guy needs
- 20:34Speaker 1: to be taken out of polite society. Put handcuffs on
- 20:36Speaker 1: that dude. He raids the church. He's screaming in the
- 20:38Speaker 1: face of kids and he's yelling at people. My favorite
- 20:41Speaker 1: thing he was yelling was, why are you dressed so nice?
- 20:44Speaker 1: You're a white supremacist for being dressed nice. You know
- 20:47Speaker 1: why they were dressed nice, William Kelly? You idiot. They're
- 20:49Speaker 1: a church. You dress nice for church. You don't go
- 20:52Speaker 1: in in your haggard hoodie screaming in the faces of worshipers.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Turns out you're the jackass here, not the people who
- 21:00Speaker 1: are going to church dressed like they're going to church.
- 21:04Speaker 1: The bearded jackass says that Joe 75. Yeah. Totally. All right.
- 21:09Speaker 1: He is a lunatic. I agree, Nancy Duncan. I think
- 21:11Speaker 1: something's wrong with that guy. Put him in a straitjacket.
- 21:13Speaker 1: President Trump keeps talking about getting the insane asylums back open.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Throw that guy in there. So we got Greg Bovino.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Greg Bovino. You'll remember earlier this year there was a
- 21:23Speaker 1: bounty put out on Greg Bovino's head. That is to kill.
- 21:28Speaker 1: A member of the Border Patrol. And as a result,
- 21:33Speaker 1: what we saw was the Trump administration made an arrest
- 21:36Speaker 1: of an illegal alien Latin Kings gang member by the
- 21:40Speaker 1: name of Juan Espinoza Martinez, a 37 year old, a
- 21:44Speaker 1: 37 year old. And he's here illegally in the country.
- 21:47Speaker 1: So for every reason, this guy should not be in
- 21:50Speaker 1: our country. And we've got let me see here. We've
- 21:55Speaker 1: got the jury deliberating right now. Fox News reports a
- 21:58Speaker 1: federal jury is weighing the case as we speak. centered
- 22:02Speaker 1: on whether a Chicago man's Snapchat messages amounted to a
- 22:05Speaker 1: genuine murder for hire plot targeting a senior U.S. Border
- 22:09Speaker 1: Patrol official or reckless talk shared online. Wait, wait a second.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Hold on. If you shared a message calling for a
- 22:19Speaker 1: bounty on the head of a Biden official, do you
- 22:23Speaker 1: think for a second that anybody would be trying to
- 22:26Speaker 1: litigate whether or not you were joking? Oh, it was
- 22:29Speaker 1: just reckless talk. It's harmless. It's nothing. Are you serious
- 22:32Speaker 1: right now? The guy's an illegal alien, Latin Kings gang
- 22:36Speaker 1: member in America. And he's posting about how he's going
- 22:40Speaker 1: to give money to somebody who kills Greg Bovino specifically.
- 22:44Speaker 1: It's not like he's like just randomly saying, I don't
- 22:46Speaker 1: like ice. And even that would be a crime. But
- 22:49Speaker 1: he's talking about specifically Greg Bovino. And so the case
- 22:52Speaker 1: before the jury is that, oh, maybe he was just
- 22:56Speaker 1: shooting off at the mouth. And he didn't really mean it,
- 22:58Speaker 1: so therefore it's not a violation of the law. I'm sorry, UFA, UFO,
- 23:02Speaker 1: these are simple things. He put a bounty on the
- 23:05Speaker 1: head of an immigration enforcer. Lock that guy up, throw
- 23:09Speaker 1: away the key. The defense rested Wednesday, yesterday, in the
- 23:13Speaker 1: federal trial of Juan Espinosa Martinez, who is accused of
- 23:16Speaker 1: soliciting the murder of Border Patrol Commander-at-Large Greg Bovino by
- 23:20Speaker 1: offering cash rewards through Snapchat, according to the Associated Press.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Espinoza Martinez did not testify. Oh, why didn't he testify?
- 23:29Speaker 1: He didn't testify in his own trial. Now, this is
- 23:30Speaker 1: right not to testify. He doesn't have to testify. But
- 23:33Speaker 1: why didn't he testify? I thought he had some great excuse.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I was just shooting off at the mouth, a little reckless,
- 23:37Speaker 1: shouldn't have done it. Nothing like that. You didn't say that.
- 23:40Speaker 1: They didn't put him on the stand because they knew
- 23:42Speaker 1: this guy. Come on now. You know what this is.
- 23:44Speaker 1: His lawyers didn't put him on the stand because they
- 23:46Speaker 1: knew this guy was guilty as hell. And if he
- 23:48Speaker 1: opened his sock, they would everyone would hear that he
- 23:51Speaker 1: was doing a murder for hire plot.
- 23:54Speaker 6: U.S.
- 23:54Speaker 1: District Judge Joan Lefkoe sent jurors home for the day,
- 23:59Speaker 1: told them to return Thursday morning for closing arguments, after
- 24:02Speaker 1: which the case is expected to be handed to the jury. Okay,
- 24:05Speaker 1: so the closing arguments are coming. Yeah, so we're in
- 24:08Speaker 1: the closing argument phase, and the jury will be deliberating
- 24:11Speaker 1: on it. Prosecutors allege that Espinosa Martinez unknowingly sent Snapchat
- 24:15Speaker 1: messages to a government informant offering $ 2, 000 for information on
- 24:21Speaker 1: Bovino's whereabouts. And $ 10, 000 if you take him down. I'm sorry,
- 24:26Speaker 1: what is that? That's a joke? That's just reckless talk?
- 24:31Speaker 1: Jurors were shown screenshots of the messages, some of which
- 24:35Speaker 1: included a photograph of Bovino. You've got to be kidding me. $ 10, 000
- 24:43Speaker 1: for his head. Here's a photo of him. Come on. Please, please, jury,
- 24:49Speaker 1: get this one right. Please.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Please.
- 24:52Speaker 1: This is according to the testimony cited by the Associated Press.
- 24:55Speaker 1: There's a picture of Greg Bovino, those of you on Rumble.com
- 24:57Speaker 1: slash Vince. And you should be, by the way, if
- 24:59Speaker 1: you're listening to our podcast. Rumble.com slash Vince.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Go there.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Subscribe to this program. And if you did it in
- 25:05Speaker 1: the past, do it again in the present because we
- 25:07Speaker 1: switched the Rumble channel that we're on. But Rumble.com slash
- 25:10Speaker 1: Vince will send you to what's called the Bongino Report.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Go sign up there. On February 2nd, we'll be doing
- 25:15Speaker 1: this program live every day at 8 a.m. You need
- 25:18Speaker 1: to be there with us. Federal prosecutors argued in opening
- 25:21Speaker 1: statements here in this Bovino case that the messages did
- 25:24Speaker 1: go beyond angry rhetoric or political speech, and they represented
- 25:27Speaker 1: a deliberate attempt to solicit violence against a federal law
- 25:32Speaker 1: enforcement official. U.S. Attorney Minja Shin telling jurors, quote, this
- 25:38Speaker 1: case is not about somebody expressing strong views about immigration enforcement.
- 25:42Speaker 1: These messages showed intent, not joke, not gossip. Yeah, look, $ 10, 000.
- 25:49Speaker 1: The guy says he wants a specific price for the
- 25:52Speaker 1: head of Gregory Bovino. Posts a photo of him with
- 25:55Speaker 1: the expectation. Now, the defense apparently was claiming, well, he
- 25:59Speaker 1: doesn't have a lot of money in his bank account.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I don't care how much money he's got in his
- 26:02Speaker 1: bank account. He's putting out hits on the guy. He
- 26:04Speaker 1: put in the work to figure out how to put
- 26:06Speaker 1: the hit on the guy. And we're going to take
- 26:08Speaker 1: that as a joke? Hell no. Lock that guy up.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Throw away the key. And protect the men and women
- 26:13Speaker 1: of law enforcement. How hard is this? Why is it
- 26:16Speaker 1: that that's a Fox News report? Is this all over
- 26:18Speaker 1: the place? Are we seeing this everywhere? Is the media
- 26:20Speaker 1: covering this story when Greg Bovino's got a hit out
- 26:22Speaker 1: on him? Anything like that? Because what I've noticed is
- 26:26Speaker 1: the same sort of power politics you always see in
- 26:29Speaker 1: the lunatic left wing media, which is, oh, this isn't
- 26:34Speaker 1: good for Democrats. We've got a bunch of Democrats who
- 26:36Speaker 1: are acting like lunatics right now. So here's what we're
- 26:38Speaker 1: going to do. We're going to keep breathing life into it.
- 26:40Speaker 1: We're not going to tell them how vile the human
- 26:42Speaker 1: beings are that immigration enforcement keeps picking up. We're going
- 26:45Speaker 1: to hide the fact that these are rapists and murderers.
- 26:47Speaker 1: And simultaneously, we're going to conceal the fact that Immigration
- 26:50Speaker 1: and Customs Enforcement, as well as Border Patrol and anybody else, FBI,
- 26:53Speaker 1: who's assisting in this immigration enforcement mission, we're just going
- 26:56Speaker 1: to keep concealing that they're being assaulted at record rates,
- 27:00Speaker 1: that we've seen a rise in assaults on Border Patrol agents,
- 27:02Speaker 1: Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
- 27:04Speaker 2: By 1,800 percent.
- 27:07Speaker 1: We're going to conceal the fact that there's been an
- 27:09Speaker 1: 8000 percent increase in death threats, including murder for hire
- 27:12Speaker 1: plots against people like Greg Bovino. We're just going to
- 27:14Speaker 1: keep covering up that story. And in the end, hopefully
- 27:17Speaker 1: we can defeat Donald Trump. That's the plan. You people
- 27:21Speaker 1: are psychos. This is like this is completely psychotic. Why
- 27:24Speaker 1: do we keep calling for the Insurrection Act? We have
- 27:26Speaker 1: to restore order to this country. The media aren't going
- 27:29Speaker 1: to help us do it. Democrats aren't going to help
- 27:31Speaker 1: us do it. We're the ones we've been waiting for.
- 27:35Speaker 1: This is the moment. You want to save your country?
- 27:37Speaker 1: Save it. Insurrection Act. Coming up, Jonathan Fahey will join us,
- 27:43Speaker 1: former acting ICE director. I want to get his impression
- 27:45Speaker 1: about this because he's worked up close and personal with
- 27:47Speaker 1: the men and women of ICE. He cares a lot
- 27:50Speaker 1: about these people and they're under constant attack. What do
- 27:53Speaker 1: we do about this? I'm going to ask Jonathan in
- 27:54Speaker 1: just a moment. Doctors call, let me, sorry, going to
- 27:59Speaker 1: our sponsors. I'm all exercised here, but Our sponsors are

- 28:14Speaker 1: Americans do, weight cycling. This is basic. You lose weight.
- 28:18Speaker 1: A lot of people have done this. You lose 10
- 28:20Speaker 1: or more pounds, and then you put the weight back on.
- 28:23Speaker 1: And then you say, man, I don't know if I'm
- 28:25Speaker 1: ever going to be successful at keeping this weight off.
- 28:27Speaker 1: You can be. Here's the bottom line. People need help

- 30:58Speaker 2: Okay.
- 30:59Speaker 1: So what's going on with the men and women of ice?
- 31:02Speaker 1: What's the morale like with these guys? This is a
- 31:04Speaker 1: tough mission that they're undertaking. They're being assaulted in the
- 31:06Speaker 1: middle of the street, stalked and assaulted. And we got
- 31:09Speaker 1: more footage of it today for more on all of this.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I want to go to a guy who's very familiar
- 31:13Speaker 1: with all of this, how it, how it works because
- 31:15Speaker 1: he was the acting ice director. Jonathan Fahey is here.
- 31:18Speaker 1: He's an attorney, an academic law enforcement expert. He was
- 31:21Speaker 1: the deputy assistant secretary of the United States department of
- 31:23Speaker 1: Homeland security. And yes, the acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director. Jonathan,
- 31:29Speaker 1: great to have you back with us, sir.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Great to be here. Thanks for having me.
- 31:32Speaker 1: So I'm seeing more footage now this time of Border
- 31:35Speaker 1: Patrol agents. They're being attacked in the streets. They can't
- 31:37Speaker 1: even stop to use the bathroom. They're being ejected from
- 31:40Speaker 1: gas stations, having food thrown at them, being spat upon.
- 31:43Speaker 1: And then they have to fight their way out of
- 31:45Speaker 1: a small city block as they're surrounded by these terrorists.
- 31:50Speaker 1: What are you thinking as you're seeing this, Jonathan?
- 31:52Speaker 2: It is so amazing.
- 31:54Speaker 4: If you were to think 10 or 15 years ago
- 31:56Speaker 4: in this country, if you would ever have a political
- 31:59Speaker 4: party that is just openly hostile to law enforcement, it
- 32:03Speaker 4: wouldn't even be conceivable. And it really is just an
- 32:06Speaker 4: extension of the Democratic Party's anti-law enforcement crusade. And what
- 32:11Speaker 4: makes us so cynical, in my view, is we all
- 32:15Speaker 4: know why they're doing it, me and the Democrats. And
- 32:18Speaker 4: they're doing it because they believe illegal immigration will help
- 32:22Speaker 4: them electorally. So they do everything they can to defame ICE,
- 32:26Speaker 4: to put them in danger. And they're only doing so
- 32:29Speaker 4: because they want to keep the illegal aliens that they
- 32:32Speaker 4: brought in under Biden here. And then they think it
- 32:36Speaker 4: will help them electorally. So everything about what they're doing
- 32:39Speaker 4: is so cynical. And they want to portray themselves as
- 32:42Speaker 4: being the virtuous ones when in fact, Everything they've done
- 32:46Speaker 4: in this whole immigration scheme has been designed to only
- 32:51Speaker 4: help them politically and never consider the well-being of American
- 32:55Speaker 4: people and certainly the well-being of law enforcement. And I
- 32:58Speaker 4: feel like we're still lucky that something really, really bad
- 33:01Speaker 4: hasn't happened.
- 33:02Speaker 1: This is it. OK, what you just described is the
- 33:05Speaker 1: reason why I want the Insurrection Act invoked. And now
- 33:07Speaker 1: I'm going to be really clear about this. I don't
- 33:09Speaker 1: say this lightly. I don't I mean, anybody who's watched
- 33:11Speaker 1: me through the years or certainly watched me in this
- 33:13Speaker 1: iteration of my career. I've never been flippant about calling
- 33:16Speaker 1: for dramatic things. Like in this case, I've never. But
- 33:21Speaker 1: I am desperate for the Insurrection Act now because I
- 33:24Speaker 1: don't know what other recourse we have. It is completely
- 33:27Speaker 1: legal to invoke it. It's been done 30 times in
- 33:29Speaker 1: American history by American presidents. It's specifically designed by our
- 33:33Speaker 1: founders to restore order when an insurrection is going on.
- 33:36Speaker 1: We've got government leaders in Minnesota who are staging this insurrection.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Todd Blanch just said that at the Justice Department. And
- 33:42Speaker 1: then you've got the street protests violence that's going on
- 33:45Speaker 1: where now ICE is under attack. It's too much. I mean,
- 33:48Speaker 1: Jonathan Fahey, do you agree? I mean, is it time?
- 33:52Speaker 1: Should we invoke the Insurrection Act to restore order here?
- 33:54Speaker 2: You're spot on with this.
- 33:56Speaker 4: And I think what makes it even more sort of
- 33:58Speaker 4: worthy of being invoked is the We have the elected officials,
- 34:02Speaker 4: the leaders in Minnesota and Minneapolis fighting the federal government.
- 34:06Speaker 2: If they were sort of working.
- 34:07Speaker 4: Hand in hand, I could see a scenario where, hey,
- 34:10Speaker 4: let's try to do something cooperatively. But I saw Todd
- 34:14Speaker 4: Lyons on Fox News, I think on Sunday, saying because
- 34:18Speaker 4: of all that's going on, all the obstruction in Minneapolis,
- 34:22Speaker 4: they basically need twice as many agents per arrest because
- 34:27Speaker 4: they need agents to protect the agents. So yeah, it's
- 34:31Speaker 4: tailored for this because you have an unlawful obstruction and
- 34:35Speaker 4: it's making the enforcement of the immigration laws impractical. So
- 34:38Speaker 4: everything about it's warranted. And I think there's something important
- 34:42Speaker 4: to be vindicated here, which is federal law as a whole.
- 34:46Speaker 2: The president not only has.
- 34:47Speaker 4: A responsibility on federal immigration law, but there's a federalism
- 34:52Speaker 4: principle that if he just lets a state, local activist,
- 34:56Speaker 4: or a political party essentially veto whatever federal laws they
- 35:00Speaker 4: don't like, which is what they're doing here, then he
- 35:03Speaker 4: would be not you know, living up to his responsibility
- 35:07Speaker 4: and not only enforce these laws, but to send the
- 35:10Speaker 4: message that local officials, activists can't just pick and choose.
- 35:15Speaker 2: What federal laws apply in which cities and which states. So, yeah,
- 35:18Speaker 2: it's it's time. I think he's been patient.
- 35:21Speaker 4: And I think if things don't turn around pretty quickly,
- 35:23Speaker 4: I think it's going to happen.
- 35:25Speaker 1: I'm telling you, though, let me let me just state
- 35:27Speaker 1: something really clearly. If an ICE agent gets killed in
- 35:31Speaker 1: Minneapolis and And President Trump has not yet invoked the
- 35:35Speaker 1: Insurrection Act. That is going to cost the president politically.
- 35:40Speaker 1: It will have a real deep and devastating impact on
- 35:43Speaker 1: our country. And then all of this midterm conversation that
- 35:46Speaker 1: we're having, there are going to be people who are
- 35:50Speaker 1: on President Trump's side who are so disheartened by that development.
- 35:55Speaker 1: that they're going to walk away from voting. I'm just
- 35:57Speaker 1: telling you right now, and I'm just saying that as
- 35:59Speaker 1: a sociological, just basic political science matter. If an ICE
- 36:04Speaker 1: agent gets killed and we haven't even used a tool
- 36:06Speaker 1: available to us to prevent it, that is not going
- 36:10Speaker 1: to be good for any political ambition whatsoever. And the
- 36:13Speaker 1: reason I'm even bringing up the politics of this, Jonathan Fahey,
- 36:16Speaker 1: is because my sense is the reason the White House
- 36:19Speaker 1: hasn't invoked it is because they're concerned about perhaps having
- 36:22Speaker 1: some sort of political consequence in the midterms. You want
- 36:24Speaker 1: political consequences? Let this thing get worse without using the
- 36:28Speaker 1: tools in your toolkit.
- 36:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think they see that.
- 36:31Speaker 4: I think President Trump, one of the things that was
- 36:33Speaker 4: learned from 2020 was things got out of hand. He
- 36:38Speaker 4: let it turn things over and let the states do
- 36:41Speaker 4: their thing. We saw how Minneapolis was a total disaster.
- 36:46Speaker 4: I also think your point is good. If they do
- 36:48Speaker 4: it now, if there is a negative political repercussion, but
- 36:53Speaker 4: then things settle down, that's going to be gone by
- 36:55Speaker 4: the midterms anyway.
- 36:56Speaker 1: You're right.
- 36:57Speaker 4: Everything is always politics. It's always policy. And that's where
- 37:01Speaker 4: we get our policy from with the politics. So it
- 37:03Speaker 4: is important to basically level set here and say, hey,
- 37:09Speaker 4: you can protest all you want. You can speak out
- 37:11Speaker 4: all you want. But when you get to this world
- 37:13Speaker 4: of obstructing and putting people in danger and preventing the
- 37:17Speaker 4: law from being enforced, we're in a different world.
- 37:19Speaker 2: And that's time for the Insurrection Act. And I think,
- 37:22Speaker 2: you know, J.D.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Vance is going there today, so it'll be quite interesting
- 37:25Speaker 4: to see what he discusses. But I feel like, you know,
- 37:29Speaker 4: when President Trump does this, if he does it, everyone
- 37:32Speaker 4: at least will look at it with the eyes of, hey,
- 37:36Speaker 4: he was patient on it.
- 37:37Speaker 2: But you're right. We can't wait for something bad to
- 37:39Speaker 2: happen and then react.
- 37:40Speaker 4: We're at the point now that we know we're on
- 37:42Speaker 4: the verge of something really bad happening, and let's cut
- 37:45Speaker 4: it off before.
- 37:46Speaker 2: It does happen.
- 37:47Speaker 1: I totally agree with you. So as we start today,
- 37:50Speaker 1: Jonathan Fahey, we've got news developing this morning that DHS,
- 37:56Speaker 1: the FBI, they've begun to make arrests of the people
- 37:59Speaker 1: who invaded that church in St. Paul on Sunday. That
- 38:03Speaker 1: is wonderful news. As of the beginning of our program
- 38:06Speaker 1: this morning, that's two people that have been arrested. But
- 38:09Speaker 1: I fully anticipate it'll be a lot more one by
- 38:11Speaker 1: one by one. These people who were menacing Christians as
- 38:15Speaker 1: they worshipped are now being What's your reaction to that development?
- 38:19Speaker 2: I'm very happy about it.
- 38:21Speaker 4: And if you look at this FACE Act, the Biden
- 38:24Speaker 4: administration would use it with the people outside.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Of abortion clinics. They were doing nothing violently, but they
- 38:31Speaker 2: were still using it. So it's totally appropriate here.
- 38:33Speaker 4: And one of the things that makes it, a lot
- 38:36Speaker 4: of things make it even worse, but you just think
- 38:39Speaker 4: we've had shootings in churches during church services. So a
- 38:42Speaker 4: lot of these people that were there were probably terrified.
- 38:45Speaker 2: They're there with their children. and just there to worship.
- 38:50Speaker 4: And if you were to take this situation and say
- 38:53Speaker 4: a bunch of right-wing, say the Proud Boys went into
- 38:56Speaker 4: a mosque or went into a black church or went
- 38:59Speaker 4: into a synagogue, this would be probably the biggest news
- 39:04Speaker 4: story of the year.
- 39:06Speaker 2: And everyone would be calling for them to be arrested.
- 39:09Speaker 4: And it's only because it's Christians and they happen to
- 39:12Speaker 4: be white that the media is not focusing on this.
- 39:15Speaker 2: But this is very, very serious.
- 39:18Speaker 4: And this is also another important law for the president
- 39:23Speaker 4: to the administration to vindicate because people should go to church.
- 39:26Speaker 4: And the purpose of the law is, hey, that's something
- 39:29Speaker 4: sacred and we don't allow people to come in and
- 39:32Speaker 4: disrupt it and do all these shenanigans they were doing.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Well, the attorney general of the state, Keith Ellison, just
- 39:37Speaker 1: said earlier this week that that's kind of expected. That's
- 39:40Speaker 1: just the way our democracy works. Like people pour into
- 39:43Speaker 1: Christian churches and they menace children. That's fine. What would happen,
- 39:47Speaker 1: Jonathan Fahey? If, let's say, you and I were to
- 39:51Speaker 1: pour into Keith Ellison's mosque and begin screaming in the
- 39:53Speaker 1: face of his imam, what would happen in that scenario?
- 39:56Speaker 2: Yeah, everyone would be locked up. It would be the
- 39:59Speaker 2: biggest story ever.
- 40:00Speaker 4: Every Republican would be paraded on the national shows to
- 40:03Speaker 4: apologize and condemn it. We would have, you know, the
- 40:06Speaker 4: standard parade of people, you know, alternating seats on Meet
- 40:10Speaker 4: the Press to say, I condemn it. And then the
- 40:13Speaker 4: next one will condemn the person for not condemning it
- 40:15Speaker 4: more strongly.
- 40:16Speaker 2: We've all seen that game. And it's so outrageous.
- 40:19Speaker 4: And did you, I don't know if you saw the
- 40:20Speaker 4: other Keith Ellison quote, but he doesn't even understand the statute.
- 40:24Speaker 4: He said it was exclusively for abortion clinics when in
- 40:29Speaker 4: fact there's two prongs, there's two paragraphs, it's clear as day.
- 40:32Speaker 2: And he doesn't even understand the statute.
- 40:35Speaker 4: But yeah, this idea that like it's something to be
- 40:37Speaker 4: expected in church, actually it's not. And And there is,
- 40:41Speaker 4: you know, people have free speech, but what's going on
- 40:44Speaker 4: in Minnesota.
- 40:45Speaker 2: Has nothing to do with free speech. It has everything
- 40:48Speaker 2: to do with obstruction.
- 40:49Speaker 1: And if I could, as we close out, and I'm
- 40:51Speaker 1: so thankful that you're here, I want to draw on
- 40:53Speaker 1: your legal experience to help people understand how this all works.
- 40:58Speaker 1: So what ended up happening on Sunday, these people pour
- 41:01Speaker 1: into this church and they menace these Christians, all caught
- 41:04Speaker 1: on camera. But there are no federal agents inside of
- 41:07Speaker 1: the building as this is occurring. That would be the circumstances,
- 41:11Speaker 1: I understand it, where an arrest could be made on
- 41:12Speaker 1: the spot. But there's no agent there. So what we
- 41:16Speaker 1: have is a pile of evidence in front of us.
- 41:19Speaker 1: So as I understand it, that was Sunday. Then Monday
- 41:21Speaker 1: is Martin Luther King Day, which means that a lot
- 41:22Speaker 1: of the people who would be involved in prosecuting and
- 41:25Speaker 1: the court process, the magistrate, there's a lot of people
- 41:28Speaker 1: on vacation Monday. Then we get to Tuesday, right? So
- 41:31Speaker 1: what ends up happening is I understand it. You walk
- 41:33Speaker 1: me through this, Jonathan. You have to basically, as a U.S. attorney,
- 41:36Speaker 1: you prepare your evidence, then you present it to a
- 41:38Speaker 1: federal magistrate, and then you can make these arrests? I mean,
- 41:41Speaker 1: what was the sequence of events that led to this morning?
- 41:44Speaker 2: Yeah, that's basically exactly right.
- 41:47Speaker 4: They probably spent the last few days collecting evidence, interviewing people,
- 41:51Speaker 4: reviewing these videotapes. And then what you would do, a
- 41:54Speaker 4: federal agent would sign an affidavit that would say, I
- 41:58Speaker 4: swear under oath that there's probable cause for this offense,
- 42:00Speaker 4: and then list the facts that support the offense they're
- 42:03Speaker 4: seeking a charge for. And then a magistrate would evaluate
- 42:07Speaker 4: that evidence, the affidavit, and decide whether or not to
- 42:10Speaker 4: issue a warrant.
- 42:10Speaker 2: So that's what the delay is. And actually, it's probably
- 42:13Speaker 2: pretty quick.
- 42:14Speaker 4: Because if you think about it, what, today, Thursday morning,
- 42:17Speaker 4: so they probably got the judge issued the warrant yesterday afternoon,
- 42:21Speaker 4: would be my guess. And they typically will do arrests
- 42:24Speaker 4: in the morning because it's safer. So they did this
- 42:27Speaker 4: pretty quickly. But my guess is that's what you said
- 42:30Speaker 4: is basically spot on.
- 42:31Speaker 1: And in fact, it seems like if I look at
- 42:33Speaker 1: other recent examples, this may actually be way faster than
- 42:37Speaker 1: it normally works for federal arrests. Because, like, for instance,
- 42:41Speaker 1: there was a guy who threatened to kill J.D. Vance
- 42:44Speaker 1: last July at Disneyland. And the Justice Department was just
- 42:48Speaker 1: talking about his arrest like a week ago. Like it
- 42:52Speaker 1: took that long. And in some cases, Jonathan, does it
- 42:55Speaker 1: take what, weeks or months occasionally to actually get that
- 42:58Speaker 1: process underway?
- 43:01Speaker 4: Yeah, it really is dependent on the type of crime
- 43:03Speaker 4: because some crimes take a long time to investigate to
- 43:06Speaker 4: find out what's going on.
- 43:08Speaker 2: And sometimes they're really short.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Say, for example, there's a bank robbery and you find
- 43:12Speaker 4: out who the suspect is, that person will be arrested,
- 43:14Speaker 4: taken off the street right away.
- 43:15Speaker 2: The one thing that's good.
- 43:17Speaker 4: About this case, meaning not good with what happened, but
- 43:20Speaker 4: probably In terms of evidence-wise, there's a finite amount of evidence.
- 43:24Speaker 4: So probably to review what was available and what's out
- 43:27Speaker 4: there isn't that hard to sort of figure out what's
- 43:30Speaker 4: going on because you have these statements. I think a
- 43:33Speaker 4: woman that made them to Don Lemon beforehand, that basically
- 43:36Speaker 4: they announced what their intention was to do, which was
- 43:38Speaker 4: to obstruct the service. And so I think in many ways,
- 43:42Speaker 4: this is, you never want to say simple because there
- 43:45Speaker 4: could always be complications there. but a fairly simple sort
- 43:48Speaker 4: of set of facts, and they seem to apply pretty
- 43:51Speaker 4: clearly to this statute.
- 43:52Speaker 1: Okay, good. All right, Jonathan Fahey, thank you. We're big
- 43:55Speaker 1: into knowing exactly how these things are supposed to work,
- 43:57Speaker 1: and I appreciate you coloring the lines for us today.
- 44:00Speaker 1: As always, thank you, and thank you for your service
- 44:02Speaker 1: to our country, Jonathan. Good to talk to you today, sir.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 44:05Speaker 1: There he is, Jonathan Fahey, former acting ICE director. He's
- 44:08Speaker 1: seen it all firsthand, and I love relying on his
- 44:11Speaker 1: expert perspective here. Okay, so... That's the latest on what's
- 44:16Speaker 1: going on with the fight in Minneapolis. And again, we'll
- 44:19Speaker 1: keep our eye on arrests. I'm refreshing Pam Bondi's X account.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Let's see. Anything else? Anything else?
- 44:25Speaker 6: Nope.
- 44:25Speaker 1: We got two. We got two to start the morning.
- 44:27Speaker 1: So we'll wait for three. But let's go. Let's go
- 44:30Speaker 1: Don Lemon. Maybe Don Lemon will share it on X
- 44:33Speaker 1: if he gets access to a phone or something. Maybe
- 44:35Speaker 1: he'll use his one phone call to post to X
- 44:39Speaker 1: that he's been arrested. One can hope. Okay. What else
- 44:43Speaker 1: do we have for you? We actually have so much
- 44:45Speaker 1: going on. Jack Smith is testifying on Capitol Hill today.
- 44:49Speaker 1: That's great. Jack Smith being hauled in to testify. Let's
- 44:52Speaker 1: get that guy under oath. Let's cross-examine him about all
- 44:55Speaker 1: of his election rigging operations. Additionally, this week, yesterday, we
- 45:01Speaker 1: got an interesting fund development. The Clintons, both Bill and Hillary,
- 45:08Speaker 1: have now been, by the Oversight Committee at the very least,
- 45:11Speaker 1: They have voted to hold them in contempt of Congress.
- 45:15Speaker 1: In contempt of Congress, that would be a criminal violation
- 45:19Speaker 1: of the law, to be clear. And now that vote
- 45:23Speaker 1: goes to the entire Congress and hopefully off to the
- 45:27Speaker 1: Justice Department for prosecution. One step at a time, ladies
- 45:30Speaker 1: and gentlemen. But here's what we got yesterday. This is
- 45:34Speaker 1: Congressman James Comer with the Oversight Committee right after the
- 45:37Speaker 1: vote to hold both Bill and Hillary Clinton In contempt,
- 45:40Speaker 1: cut five. Here's James Comer.
- 45:42Speaker 2: All right.
- 45:43Speaker 6: Well, thank you for being here. Today was a big
- 45:44Speaker 6: day for accountability. I'm very proud of the work the
- 45:48Speaker 6: Oversight Committee has done thus far on the Epstein investigation.
- 45:52Speaker 6: I'm very happy that we had a bipartisan vote today
- 45:57Speaker 6: to hold the Clintons in contempt of Congress. And this
- 46:00Speaker 6: shows that no one's above the law. And I'm just
- 46:02Speaker 6: real proud of the committee and look forward to hopefully
- 46:06Speaker 6: getting the Epstein documents in very quickly and trying to
- 46:11Speaker 6: get answers from the American people. With that, I'll be
- 46:12Speaker 6: happy to answer any questions.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Yeah, so this is a big step. He says historic moment.
- 46:17Speaker 1: They're holding both of these guys in contempt. The left's
- 46:19Speaker 1: been bitching about it. You can't do this to a
- 46:21Speaker 1: former president. Yeah, thanks.
- 46:22Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 46:23Speaker 1: You can't. I'm sorry, what? You can't make a criminal
- 46:27Speaker 1: referral for a former president? What did you do to
- 46:29Speaker 1: Donald Trump the entire time he was out of office
- 46:34Speaker 1: after his first term? Spare us your whining. The Clintons
- 46:37Speaker 1: held in contempt by the Oversight Committee. You heard James
- 46:41Speaker 1: Comer say this is related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
- 46:44Speaker 1: That makes sense because few people were as close and
- 46:47Speaker 1: as friendly and intimate with Jeffrey Epstein as Bill Clinton.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Comer said this week that the Clintons had offered him
- 46:56Speaker 1: some measly conversation with Bill. They said, OK, here's what's
- 47:00Speaker 1: going to happen. You can come to New York and
- 47:02Speaker 1: you can meet with only Bill, not Hillary, only Bill.
- 47:06Speaker 1: but you can't transcribe anything and it's not going to
- 47:09Speaker 1: be under oath. So you want to do that instead?
- 47:12Speaker 1: Comer said, no, screw you. We're going to actually hold
- 47:15Speaker 1: you in contempt because you're supposed to appear before Congress.
- 47:17Speaker 1: We sent you lawful subpoenas. You gave us the double
- 47:20Speaker 1: barrel middle fingers. So now what you, what you get,
- 47:22Speaker 1: you get contempt proceedings. So congratulations to the Clintons. That's a,
- 47:27Speaker 1: that's great. That's wonderful. Yeah. So Paul one, two, five, three, uh,
- 47:32Speaker 1: it says, uh, Come on, Vince. You know, the Clintons
- 47:34Speaker 1: are above the law. That's their white supremacy. Yes, they're
- 47:38Speaker 1: white supremacists. Thank you.
- 47:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:40Speaker 1: One more thing. One more thing stacked against them.
- 47:43Speaker 2: All right.
- 47:44Speaker 1: And then, you know, guys, I'm so I have so
- 47:48Speaker 1: many stories I could pick from today and I don't
- 47:50Speaker 1: even know which one to do. So let me let
- 47:52Speaker 1: me do that. You want to do the Save Act chat?
- 47:53Speaker 1: You want to talk about the Save Act? Give me
- 47:55Speaker 1: give me a vote on this. Do we want to
- 47:58Speaker 1: talk about. Elections have consequences. Virginia is turning into a
- 48:02Speaker 1: hellhole because Democrats are in charge. Or do we want
- 48:04Speaker 1: to talk about the SAVE Act and how to secure
- 48:08Speaker 1: America's elections? Give me an answer on this, Chet. Kitty
- 48:12Speaker 1: says yes, we should do that. Sure, go for it,
- 48:15Speaker 1: says Scar, who's just kind of lackadaisically involved in today's program. Yeah,
- 48:18Speaker 1: I guess so, whatever. The SAVE Act. Okay, all right,
- 48:23Speaker 1: there we go. Zestlike, is it Zestlike? Says SAVE Act
- 48:26Speaker 1: with multiple exclamation points. Okay, good, all right, we'll do
- 48:28Speaker 1: SAVE Act. All right, here's what's up. You know, right now,
- 48:33Speaker 1: to vote in an American election, you're supposed to be
- 48:37Speaker 1: an American citizen. That's actually, I believe they would refer
- 48:39Speaker 1: to that as the law and the Constitution of the
- 48:42Speaker 1: United States. In order to vote in our elections, you've
- 48:46Speaker 1: got to be an American citizen, okay? And the crazy
- 48:52Speaker 1: thing is, there is no requirement to certify that somebody's
- 48:57Speaker 1: a citizen when they register to vote. None. There's no
- 49:02Speaker 1: requirement for it. And so the states, many states don't
- 49:05Speaker 1: even bother to check if you're actually an American citizen
- 49:09Speaker 1: when you register to vote. Now, the precondition to voting
- 49:11Speaker 1: is being an American citizen. So do the math on that,
- 49:14Speaker 1: would you? That is obviously ripe for grotesque. fraud in
- 49:20Speaker 1: a world where the left has imported people by the
- 49:23Speaker 1: tens of millions into our country who shouldn't be here,
- 49:26Speaker 1: many of whom have registered to vote via the driver's license,
- 49:30Speaker 1: motor voter operations, anything. We need to clean up our
- 49:34Speaker 1: election system. President Trump's been trying to do it in
- 49:37Speaker 1: the form of the census. He wants to just verify
- 49:39Speaker 1: who's a citizen and who's not so that we can
- 49:41Speaker 1: apportion representation in the House and in the Electoral College
- 49:45Speaker 1: appropriately and legally. The left continues to try and cover
- 49:48Speaker 1: that up entirely because they love rigging elections and they're
- 49:51Speaker 1: using human bodies to do it by importing illegal aliens.
- 49:55Speaker 1: And then when it comes to voting, you've got to
- 49:57Speaker 1: be an American citizen. So the United States House of
- 49:59Speaker 1: Representatives has now passed. Two times. a piece of legislation
- 50:04Speaker 1: called the SAVE Act, which would require that when registering
- 50:08Speaker 1: people to vote, that states get documentary proof that the
- 50:13Speaker 1: new voter is an American citizen. It's very straightforward. These
- 50:17Speaker 1: are very straightforward things. You know, this is, you know,
- 50:20Speaker 1: you ever tried to buy a house? Forget buying a house.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Have you ever tried to rent a house? Do you
- 50:24Speaker 1: know how much documentary proof you need to bring with
- 50:26Speaker 1: you in order to demonstrate that you're actually going to
- 50:28Speaker 1: be able to pay your bills? The whole thing is like,
- 50:31Speaker 1: it's like a colonoscopy. But to register to vote, you
- 50:34Speaker 1: have no proof whatsoever. Come on. So prove that you're
- 50:38Speaker 1: an American citizen. So this thing has passed the House twice.
- 50:42Speaker 1: But it hasn't passed the Senate. It has not passed
- 50:46Speaker 1: the Senate. Now, why is that? Now, Senate Republicans, insofar
- 50:49Speaker 1: as they'll talk about this at all, they'll tell you, well,
- 50:51Speaker 1: there's a 60 vote threshold for the filibuster and Democrats
- 50:54Speaker 1: keep filibustering it. So we can't get it across the
- 50:56Speaker 1: finish line. Sorry about that. It's just that that pesky
- 50:59Speaker 1: old filibuster. And then some Republicans, they'll even dance away
- 51:05Speaker 1: from it. They'll say things like, you know, I don't
- 51:09Speaker 1: think that the federal government should really be involved in
- 51:12Speaker 1: telling people how their election system should operate. Let's just
- 51:16Speaker 1: leave that up to the states. The feds should not
- 51:18Speaker 1: be involved at all, they will say. In fact, that
- 51:21Speaker 1: is precisely the argument that Chuck Grassley just made. Chuck
- 51:28Speaker 1: Grassley just made this argument. in a constituent services letter
- 51:32Speaker 1: when somebody wrote in asking about whether or not he
- 51:34Speaker 1: would support the SAVE Act. And Scott Pressler shared this
- 51:38Speaker 1: earlier this week. Check out this letter. It's a letter
- 51:41Speaker 1: from Chuck Grassley back to this constituent. And in it,
- 51:44Speaker 1: it says, thank you for taking the time to contact
- 51:46Speaker 1: me with your concerns regarding election integrity. As your senator,
- 51:49Speaker 1: it is important to me that I hear from you.
- 51:51Speaker 1: This was sent two days ago, January 20th. This was dated.
- 51:56Speaker 1: And in the letter, it says, I do not believe
- 51:59Speaker 1: that Iowa and other states need politicians in Washington, D.C.,
- 52:03Speaker 1: dictating and controlling how states run their elections. First of all,
- 52:09Speaker 1: if you go to the election clause of the Constitution,
- 52:12Speaker 1: it says outright that the states are the ones who
- 52:15Speaker 1: set up the election system, but that Congress may intervene
- 52:20Speaker 1: in order to establish what the rules are. Well, here's
- 52:24Speaker 1: a rule. verify that the voters are citizens. That's a
- 52:27Speaker 1: good rule. So it's entirely constitutional. So dancing away from
- 52:30Speaker 1: this as if it's somehow extra constitutional or not appropriate,
- 52:33Speaker 1: that's insane. And so why does Chuck Grassley send a
- 52:36Speaker 1: letter like this? This letter goes out and instantly everybody's
- 52:39Speaker 1: concluding that, hold up, Chuck Grassley is saying he opposes
- 52:43Speaker 1: the SAVE Act? I'm sorry, what? That's crazy to me.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Why are you opposing the SAVE Act? Then we get
- 52:50Speaker 1: this update. Chuck Grassley posts to his ex account yesterday
- 52:56Speaker 1: the following after he got all the incoming from you
- 52:58Speaker 1: and me. He writes this. Don't believe everything you read
- 53:02Speaker 1: on the Internet. I'm not opposed to the SAVE Act.
- 53:05Speaker 1: In fact, I have been fighting alongside Iowa Secretary of State.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Is it Pate or Pate? P-A-T-E. Secretary of State P-A-T-E
- 53:14Speaker 1: to hold Biden admin accountable for their hiding immigration claims.
- 53:19Speaker 1: citizenship voter data in 2024 election elections must be secure
- 53:24Speaker 1: with only citizens voting now i want you to stare
- 53:29Speaker 1: at that that post for a moment if you're watching
- 53:30Speaker 1: on video he says i'm not opposed to save act
- 53:37Speaker 1: what does that mean i'm not opposed i didn't ask
- 53:40Speaker 1: if you were not opposed i asked are you for
- 53:45Speaker 1: it Are you for it? Being not opposed is not enough.
- 53:51Speaker 1: What are you, dithering on the question of whether or
- 53:53Speaker 1: not only citizens should register to vote? How about say, yes,
- 53:58Speaker 1: I'm enthusiastically for the SAVE Act, and I'm going to
- 54:00Speaker 1: move heaven and earth to get it passed because our
- 54:02Speaker 1: elections truly matter, and I want to be on the
- 54:05Speaker 1: front lines of defending them. How hard is this? Why
- 54:09Speaker 1: do we need this kind of Washingtonese? I'm not opposed. Well,
- 54:12Speaker 1: then what are you exactly? And this whole thing about
- 54:17Speaker 1: the filibuster that I just referenced, 60 votes, 60 votes
- 54:20Speaker 1: is what we need. Sorry, we don't have enough. Even
- 54:24Speaker 1: that is a lie. For those of you who have
- 54:27Speaker 1: been with me for a while, you know that we
- 54:28Speaker 1: had Rachel Bovard, a Senate expert, come on this program,
- 54:31Speaker 1: and she explained really clearly, we don't even need a
- 54:32Speaker 1: rule change in the Senate. You know that, right? We
- 54:34Speaker 1: don't even need a rule change in the Senate right now. Yes,
- 54:37Speaker 1: the silent filibuster is an impediment to saving our country
- 54:40Speaker 1: at the moment, but it's not completely in the way.
- 54:45Speaker 1: If 51 senators showed up to the floor of the
- 54:49Speaker 1: United States Senate today, they could pass anything they wanted.
- 54:54Speaker 1: You heard me correctly. If 51 human bodies showed up
- 54:59Speaker 1: and all voted in the same direction on the floor
- 55:01Speaker 1: of the Senate right now, nothing would stop them. Do
- 55:06Speaker 1: Democrats have things that they could try and use as barriers? Yeah,
- 55:09Speaker 1: they have the speaking filibuster that they could try to employ.
- 55:13Speaker 1: And then they would talk until their bodies give out.
- 55:15Speaker 1: But at that moment, that's when 51 Republican senators could
- 55:19Speaker 1: actually pass the SAVE Act. The silent filibuster doesn't get
- 55:23Speaker 1: in the way of that. We just need people to
- 55:26Speaker 1: actually do their jobs. Chip Roy, who is the sponsor
- 55:31Speaker 1: of the SAVE Act, God bless him for it, Texas
- 55:33Speaker 1: Congressman Chip Roy, he explained that this week to the blaze.
- 55:36Speaker 1: Watch this. Cut six. Here's Chip Roy saying, just get
- 55:39Speaker 1: them into the Senate.
- 55:40Speaker 2: Look, you alluded to it.
- 55:42Speaker 5: The Save Act. You've heard the president say we must
- 55:45Speaker 5: get it signed into law. You've heard Elon Musk championing
- 55:47Speaker 5: the Save Act. You've heard virtually every Republican talking about
- 55:50Speaker 5: the Save Act. I drafted that bill in the middle
- 55:54Speaker 5: of the president's election in 24 because I was worried
- 55:57Speaker 5: about what we needed to do. We passed it out
- 55:59Speaker 5: of the House. Chuck Schumer jammed it up. And we
- 56:01Speaker 5: need to move it through the Senate. And we can
- 56:03Speaker 5: do that. Mike Lee has been very good going out
- 56:06Speaker 5: and talking about this issue. I've leaned into this issue.
- 56:09Speaker 5: We can force the Senate to have to talk if
- 56:12Speaker 5: they want to shut the Senate down. In other words,
- 56:15Speaker 5: right now, they say, oh, the threshold's 60. That's not true.
- 56:19Speaker 5: If you have 51 people on the floor of the
- 56:22Speaker 5: Senate doing their job, they can demand a vote on
- 56:25Speaker 5: any measure. If people want a filibuster, they can, but
- 56:29Speaker 5: they'll have to stand up and talk and keep talking.
- 56:32Speaker 5: You have to force a talking filibuster. The only thing
- 56:35Speaker 5: between us and passing any measure at 51 votes in
- 56:38Speaker 5: the Senate is the will to do it and having
- 56:41Speaker 5: the 51 votes.
- 56:44Speaker 1: That's it? That's all it takes? Guys, all it takes
- 56:48Speaker 1: is senators doing their jobs. How difficult is this? You've
- 56:51Speaker 1: got to show up to work every day. How about
- 56:53Speaker 1: these senators show up to the well of the Senate
- 56:56Speaker 1: and actually vote to save our country. It is literally
- 57:00Speaker 1: as simple as that, which is why I am calling
- 57:03Speaker 1: for a Senate sit-in. I posted about this yesterday on X,
- 57:07Speaker 1: and I think people were under the impression that I
- 57:09Speaker 1: meant that American citizens need to sit inside of the Senate,
- 57:13Speaker 1: and that might be a perfectly good protest move, but
- 57:16Speaker 1: here's what I'm actually referencing. It's time for United States
- 57:20Speaker 1: senators who believe in saving our country to to begin
- 57:24Speaker 1: putting their asses in their seats inside of that room
- 57:27Speaker 1: until they reach the 51 they need to pass the
- 57:31Speaker 1: SAVE Act. Senators like Mike Lee have been heroic in
- 57:35Speaker 1: trying to push the SAVE Act. You wanna take that
- 57:37Speaker 1: heroism to the next level? Begin the Senate sit-in. Begin
- 57:42Speaker 1: sitting in the seats that American taxpayers have paid for
- 57:46Speaker 1: for you until we get enough people into that room
- 57:49Speaker 1: to pass the most common sense election integrity law even conceivable.
- 57:55Speaker 1: American citizens only when you register to vote. That's it.
- 58:01Speaker 1: It's time for senators to do their jobs. It's time
- 58:04Speaker 1: for them to stop hiding behind these ridiculous excuses. It's
- 58:08Speaker 1: time for them to actually step up because we have
- 58:10Speaker 1: a country to save. It shouldn't just be us from
- 58:13Speaker 1: the outside saying that. It should be you from the
- 58:16Speaker 1: inside saying that. Do it.
- 58:20Speaker 3: Do it.
- 58:20Speaker 1: Chip Roy is right. Rachel Bovard is right. This is essential.
- 58:24Speaker 1: It has to happen. And President Trump, if you don't mind,
- 58:29Speaker 1: would you join us in this push? When you get
- 58:31Speaker 1: a chance, when you get back to America, I look
- 58:33Speaker 1: forward to the Truth Social post. I'll be back with
- 58:35Speaker 1: you on the big national radio show today. We've got
- 58:37Speaker 1: a lot to get to. President Trump's trip to Davos
- 58:39Speaker 1: has been historic. We've got a lot to cover there.
- 58:43Speaker 1: We've got the Jack Smith proceedings, all of the arrests
- 58:46Speaker 1: that the FBI is making today and that invasion into
- 58:49Speaker 1: the church. We've got what else do we have? We
- 58:51Speaker 1: have a JD Vance's trip to Minnesota. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 58:54Speaker 1: there's so much to talk about. I'm going to do

- 59:30Speaker 3: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 59:33Speaker 3: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 59:36Speaker 3: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 59:39Speaker 3: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 59:42Speaker 3: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 59:46Speaker 1: That is it. This is not a football game. If
