  Speaker 1: as successful, talented, wise, or special. Oh that may seem harmless,

  Speaker 1: it can create a lot of energetic problems in your business.

  Speaker 1: The moment you need people to like you, you stop

  Speaker 1: focusing on the work, You stop focusing on the sale,

  Speaker 1: you stop focusing on your gifts, you stop focusing on

  Speaker 1: your contribution, and instead you start managing other people's opinions, whims,

  Speaker 1: somebody's going to criticize you, or you start watering down

  Speaker 1: you like yourself in your business. That's your work, that's

  Speaker 1: your work. Your job is to give, to serve, to

  Speaker 1: show up, to offer what you feel you are called

  Speaker 1: to offer to give because you believe in your gifts, talents,

  Speaker 1: and abilities to give because you believe your work has value.

  Speaker 1: You already believe your work is valuable. Your job is
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: to give because you believe that you are making a
• 3:45
  Speaker 1: meaningful contribution. Your job is to give because you were

  Speaker 1: called to share your gifts, talents, and abilities with the world,

  Speaker 1: and you've also been called to create a financial result

  Speaker 1: through sharing those gifts, talents, and abilities. Being compensated isn't
• 4:14
  Speaker 1: wrong or unspiritual or selfish. You are allowed to be

  Speaker 1: supported through your work. You are allowed to be compensated

  Speaker 1: for your time, your energy, your ideas, your effort, your wisdom,

  Speaker 1: your creativity. But the moment you start trying to get

  Speaker 1: people to like you, you lose that. So let's just

  Speaker 1: decide now, in this moment that it's not about people
• 4:45
  Speaker 1: liking you. It's about your authenticity, your honesty, your confidence.

  Speaker 1: It's about helping people, not impressing them, And from that

  Speaker 1: place you will actually be impressive. People want to trust you,

  Speaker 1: and the way they trust you is by you focusing

  Speaker 1: on the work. So throughout the day, I want you

  Speaker 1: to say to yourself to ask yourself, am I sharing

  Speaker 1: because I want to genuinely contribute. Am I sharing because

  Speaker 1: I do want to be a profitable business with healthy

  Speaker 1: cash flow? Am I sharing because I need approval or validation?

  Speaker 1: Am I offering this because I believe in it? Or

  Speaker 1: am I hoping someone will buy so then I can

  Speaker 1: finally believe I'm good enough? And however a way you

  Speaker 1: answer that question be with those answers, accept those answers,

  Speaker 1: and then be willing to shift into power thought. I

  Speaker 1: I believe what I have to offer is good. I

  Speaker 1: trust my gifts, my contribution, and my work speaks for itself.

  Speaker 1: to contribute, serve, and share my gifts. And I allow
