- 0:06Speaker 1: all this ship? Welcome, come, come to the Alert Show.
- 0:13Speaker 1: You want to newly, I'm take you in some people
- 0:15Speaker 1: more exact with your baby, your solo. This is the
- 0:24Speaker 1: Father Alert Show Nation. What it do? We're back with
- 0:27Speaker 1: another episode of the Brother Alert Show. You already know
- 0:30Speaker 1: me O C. T. And I'm with the homie. Hey man,
- 0:33Speaker 1: it's the kid Ferrorri Simmons and now who do we too?
- 0:35Speaker 1: We have the pleasure speaking to oct superstar Brapper walk
- 0:39Speaker 1: a flock a businessman all all like, Welcome to the
- 0:42Speaker 1: Brother Alert Show, sir. I'm going first of all, I
- 0:45Speaker 1: know you've been on TV with your little show and
- 0:47Speaker 1: now that uh, how is it waking up early all
- 0:50Speaker 1: the time? Do you have to wake up early all
- 0:52Speaker 1: the time or it's just a different every day. I
- 0:55Speaker 1: got my boy, I got my co foundily he waked
- 0:59Speaker 1: up every day. All right, So let's talk to us
- 1:03Speaker 1: about what this this new stuff you got going on.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I don't want to incorrectly say it, so you you
- 1:08Speaker 1: you say it? So I can, you know, get into
- 1:10Speaker 1: your business a little bit? What I would do? You know?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Just I can intro my my partner in and my
- 1:15Speaker 1: co founding I let Stally take the wealthware so people
- 1:18Speaker 1: can hear his vocus on it and here them out.
- 1:20Speaker 1: But this is a marketplace, and n T is a
- 1:22Speaker 1: global market space. So where the co founders of all
- 1:26Speaker 1: Right Right art is the global n f T marketplace
- 1:30Speaker 1: made by the artists for the artists. It's the only
- 1:32Speaker 1: n f T marketplace that's one minority owned. It's owned
- 1:36Speaker 1: by myself, owned by Walker and our third partner, who's
- 1:39Speaker 1: William Wang. Who's um, He's He's in Shanghai, China right now.
- 1:43Speaker 1: And the thing about n f T is we created
- 1:45Speaker 1: a platform where we give artists the recognition that they deserve,
- 1:48Speaker 1: give them the platform that they deserve. And wait, wait wait,
- 1:52Speaker 1: wait wait wait and f T exactly cause people, this
- 1:56Speaker 1: sounds very I don't know what the hell you're talking about.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Ish okay, break it down. For someone you know from
- 2:02Speaker 1: the east side of Atlanta, got you know, going to
- 2:06Speaker 1: Burgercane and that's it and going home? What was the
- 2:10Speaker 1: n f T? What does that mean? Very basic? N
- 2:12Speaker 1: f T stands for a non fungible token. What is
- 2:16Speaker 1: to mean for something to be nonngeable? It means it's
- 2:19Speaker 1: one of a kind. You can't trade it for another. Right,
- 2:22Speaker 1: So a dollar is fungible, you trade one dollar for
- 2:24Speaker 1: a dollar the same value. But if one of a kind,
- 2:27Speaker 1: like the Mona Lisa for example, is non fungible, that's
- 2:30Speaker 1: one of a kind. Right. So now you see the
- 2:33Speaker 1: Mona Lisa has a certificate of authenticity right under it.
- 2:37Speaker 1: But the certificate it gets replaced by a token, so
- 2:41Speaker 1: it's a non fungible token. The token is an address
- 2:44Speaker 1: that lives on the block chain. When you have the
- 2:46Speaker 1: token of that piece of artwork, it shows ownership that
- 2:49Speaker 1: you own it on the block chain, so right, So
- 2:53Speaker 1: that's what a non fungible token is. But it can
- 2:55Speaker 1: be It can be a piece of artwork, it can
- 2:57Speaker 1: be digital, it can be a song, it can be
- 3:00Speaker 1: anything that you want to be a picture. It can
- 3:02Speaker 1: of course be a picture picture of painting, but you
- 3:05Speaker 1: would have to transfer it to the ball chain, transferred
- 3:08Speaker 1: online and just attach a token to it. All right,
- 3:10Speaker 1: So now how do we How does someone with the
- 3:13Speaker 1: n F t earn revenue? So that like I love
- 3:17Speaker 1: to break down, so I said, I want to get
- 3:19Speaker 1: into this. What do I do exactly? Well, once you
- 3:22Speaker 1: have an n f T a collection that you want
- 3:24Speaker 1: to do. The first thing you would do is minted.
- 3:26Speaker 1: So what the minting process is taking the artwork and
- 3:29Speaker 1: tokenizing it, so you would create the token for so
- 3:32Speaker 1: it's a non fungible token. So once you attach a
- 3:35Speaker 1: token to your n f T, then you would put
- 3:37Speaker 1: it on the platform. You would you would tell your followers,
- 3:40Speaker 1: your fans, and tell them and raise speculation and hype
- 3:43Speaker 1: which will drive the market price. So how do you
- 3:46Speaker 1: get paid off it? You get paid off of investors,
- 3:49Speaker 1: off of bidders, off of art collectors that buy it.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Another thing that's the total art we offer is a
- 3:55Speaker 1: royalty contract. A royalty contract is the same thing as
- 3:58Speaker 1: music publishing, but our royalty system will follow the artwork.
- 4:02Speaker 1: The artwork around on the blockchain, as you're buying it,
- 4:05Speaker 1: as you're selling it, you can get on the royalty forever.
- 4:10Speaker 1: It'll follow you for life. Ah so uh, this is
- 4:14Speaker 1: this what Jeez did with his snowman logo, right, That's
- 4:18Speaker 1: exactly what they did. But what we're doing at Setoci
- 4:21Speaker 1: Ferrari is we're teaching people about sustainability and longevity because
- 4:26Speaker 1: a lot of these a lot of um, a lot
- 4:28Speaker 1: of folks that are treating it as a as a
- 4:30Speaker 1: cash grab, as a as a pump and dump kind
- 4:32Speaker 1: But we want we want to show people how you
- 4:35Speaker 1: can do an amazing art drop, make a lot of money,
- 4:37Speaker 1: but keep doing it over and over again in your career.
- 4:39Speaker 1: It's just like a mixtape or an album. You want
- 4:41Speaker 1: to keep dropping the next album, the next one. You
- 4:44Speaker 1: Once you have a big flop, you can't follow it up, right,
- 4:47Speaker 1: So we're not just giving artists the platform to setoshi.
- 4:51Speaker 1: We're giving them the platform, but we're educating them on sustainability,
- 4:55Speaker 1: on longevity and whatever is crypto n f T and
- 4:58Speaker 1: everything related to it. So my question is, right, I
- 5:01Speaker 1: have a twelve year old she loves to draw animate right,
- 5:05Speaker 1: is this something that I can have her upload? Create
- 5:08Speaker 1: an n f T for each anime? Uh picture without
- 5:12Speaker 1: a doubt of course. And we loved job. All right, yeah, okay,
- 5:17Speaker 1: all right, now, Mr Walker Flocker, what the hell? How
- 5:20Speaker 1: the hell did you get into something like that? I
- 5:22Speaker 1: was just about to ask that. Okay, I got into
- 5:27Speaker 1: this because I was well versed in it, and uh
- 5:29Speaker 1: I was in I was really let me running back.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Me and stally met each other on a whole different subject, right,
- 5:36Speaker 1: and we started talking to each othering like Yo, I
- 5:38Speaker 1: do this, I do this, I know this, I know
- 5:40Speaker 1: that I got this. I'm like, I got this, all right,
- 5:44Speaker 1: let's merge it together. Go on. So that's how she came.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I got into this. It's it's crypto, man, Like, how
- 5:52Speaker 1: how don't you know what crypto is? Crypto been out
- 5:54Speaker 1: for over eight years and n f T s is.
- 5:57Speaker 1: It's just decentralized, you know what I'm saying, So one
- 6:00Speaker 1: of the one and make it no one could ever happens.
- 6:04Speaker 1: And when I got fully educated on it, like fully,
- 6:07Speaker 1: I was like, oh ship, this this the mecca, Ray,
- 6:09Speaker 1: this is it. I'm like, we're in front of the hurdle.
- 6:12Speaker 1: I got into it because I've been on this ship
- 6:14Speaker 1: for like eight years. We're gonna take a quick break
- 6:18Speaker 1: from the bottom of our show, but we'll be back
- 6:20Speaker 1: back with more Walker, Fucker and Staalish. We'll be right
- 6:23Speaker 1: back with more of The Baller Alert Show. You're listening
- 6:29Speaker 1: to a special edition of The Baller Alert Show. Sorry
- 6:32Speaker 1: I tell you, Mary Serai Simmons and Sue Solo. This
- 6:37Speaker 1: is special cloth Alert, I ball Alert, ball Alert, Baller
- 6:40Speaker 1: I got my my guy Walker slot in the building
- 6:44Speaker 1: and this uh business partner cove Now is it? Um co?
- 6:49Speaker 1: C Oh? What is your actual Uh? We're just we're
- 6:53Speaker 1: just all co founded, co founded. Okay, okay, so now
- 6:57Speaker 1: let me look at the CEO. Hey, man, I'm gonna
- 7:03Speaker 1: have the d M you or I'll call you later
- 7:05Speaker 1: or something like that. You know what I'm saying that
- 7:07Speaker 1: this this definitely seems uh, very lucrative and something that's
- 7:12Speaker 1: gonna last a very long time. Not Walker, I gotta
- 7:15Speaker 1: give your flowers. Man. This is not because we're cool.
- 7:17Speaker 1: We're friends and all that. Um and I know you,
- 7:20Speaker 1: but I will say that I've your mental state of
- 7:24Speaker 1: mind is very underappreciated. Is there? Do you do you
- 7:30Speaker 1: find it odd that people don't realize how smart you are?
- 7:34Speaker 1: You know what it is. I don't think it's under
- 7:36Speaker 1: that bother you? Does it bother you? Because you know
- 7:40Speaker 1: what it is. It's not that I don't feel unappreciated.
- 7:43Speaker 1: It's not that none of that. I get it. People
- 7:46Speaker 1: are so used to seeing People are so used to seeing, Oh,
- 7:50Speaker 1: let's do it and harden to paint Walker, And that's
- 7:53Speaker 1: what they're used to get. What I'm saying they used
- 7:54Speaker 1: to meet ten years ago. Straight, they used to meet
- 7:57Speaker 1: ten years ago. So I can't blame you for how
- 8:01Speaker 1: you feel. You know what I'm saying. I haven't came
- 8:04Speaker 1: out like as a room walker, right, but yeah, I
- 8:10Speaker 1: haven't came out as groom walk. So this is who
- 8:12Speaker 1: I am. I'm not trying to re enact on the paint,
- 8:14Speaker 1: no hands, none of that ship. So when I come
- 8:18Speaker 1: out this time, you go like, all this guy has
- 8:19Speaker 1: grown the funk up. So that's basically what it is.
- 8:22Speaker 1: And I'm just showing that I'm groom man like I elevated. Yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 1: that's it. I don't feeling to appreciate it because everybody
- 8:28Speaker 1: around me appreciate it. So okay, I'm good now, stalely Um,
- 8:32Speaker 1: what is the actual name of your company and can
- 8:36Speaker 1: people invest into this right now? Um? Our company's name
- 8:40Speaker 1: is Setoshi Um. We say we have the stoci em
- 8:44Speaker 1: partly the reason we have ach empires. We just face
- 8:46Speaker 1: everything offsite Toshi. Just a quick background, Why why is
- 8:49Speaker 1: it called STI? What is that? What is That's an
- 8:53Speaker 1: amazing question. Setoshi Nakamoto is the sdonum or the alias
- 8:59Speaker 1: of the guy that created bitcoin. So no one really
- 9:02Speaker 1: knows who created bitcoin, but it was a guy named
- 9:04Speaker 1: Satoshi Nakamoto. But our domains and our businesses and every
- 9:09Speaker 1: crypto fintech company that we're coming up with is with
- 9:11Speaker 1: the Setoshi domain that we do. Oh um, so our
- 9:15Speaker 1: domainus Satoshi dot art, our Instagram, setci art. And in
- 9:19Speaker 1: terms of investments, we're definitely doing our our our safe
- 9:22Speaker 1: round right now. Um, We're to be honest, we're overwhelmed
- 9:27Speaker 1: with the with the interest we have, so um, We're
- 9:30Speaker 1: definitely open to hearing anything, but I think we're very
- 9:33Speaker 1: prepared for what we're about to do. Okay, ah man,
- 9:37Speaker 1: this this is this sounds very very I kind of
- 9:39Speaker 1: came out here with a different, uh way of thinking
- 9:43Speaker 1: about how this was the company ran and the information,
- 9:47Speaker 1: but you explained it so beautifully and walkud this great job.
- 9:51Speaker 1: This is great. This is super dope. I see this.
- 9:53Speaker 1: What do you guys see this going in the next
- 9:55Speaker 1: five years? Definitely fortune for without a doubt. Um, just
- 10:00Speaker 1: us the market cap that went from zero to four
- 10:01Speaker 1: hundred million dollars in three months. Right, One n f
- 10:04Speaker 1: T single n f T sold for sixty nine million
- 10:07Speaker 1: dollars and then it's not like it was a one
- 10:09Speaker 1: time thing. It was followed up by a single sale
- 10:12Speaker 1: like five million, ten million, twenty million UM. What we
- 10:16Speaker 1: think is that Walker was staying it the other day.
- 10:18Speaker 1: There's there's not enough literacy within the UM I guess
- 10:21Speaker 1: the community right where they're not learning about crypto and
- 10:23Speaker 1: it's really not that hard. It's just googling and youtubing
- 10:26Speaker 1: and just asking questions and getting it. So what we
- 10:30Speaker 1: want to do is not only give them the platform,
- 10:32Speaker 1: but educate them. And it's very important. We keep saying that,
- 10:34Speaker 1: and we're really going out of our way to create
- 10:36Speaker 1: educational videos to just teach everyone how to do it.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Because I promised you blockchain and n f T cryptocurrency
- 10:42Speaker 1: is here to stay. It's the future. So it's better
- 10:44Speaker 1: that right now we're the only ones that are really
- 10:47Speaker 1: ahead of the curve because we've been developing this platform
- 10:49Speaker 1: for like six months now, right so we wanted to
- 10:52Speaker 1: make sure it's perfect. When you look at our platform,
- 10:54Speaker 1: it's aesthetically pleasing. We have artists of the week where
- 10:57Speaker 1: we're just going up and beyond for everything, and we're
- 11:00Speaker 1: very very happy with the product we have. When do
- 11:02Speaker 1: you think people will start to catch on the crypto
- 11:05Speaker 1: and it'll start just being normalized like credit cards were
- 11:08Speaker 1: introduced and everybody just starts to use kind of like
- 11:11Speaker 1: the digital money. Right. Um, I think that, um, you
- 11:16Speaker 1: have to give you mine tu cryptos over a trillion
- 11:18Speaker 1: dollar market app right, So in terms of everyone catching
- 11:21Speaker 1: on it to it, it's one of the government's going
- 11:23Speaker 1: to comply with it. One of the government's going to
- 11:25Speaker 1: add their regulations and their compliance and when they do
- 11:28Speaker 1: start doing that, which they will do very soon, they're
- 11:31Speaker 1: they just want to make sure that they have control
- 11:32Speaker 1: over everything, which but the thing about that those they
- 11:36Speaker 1: have no control. Cryptos completely decentralized, that the powers back
- 11:39Speaker 1: within the people. So I really think it is the future.
- 11:42Speaker 1: It's just that the governments are holding it to get back.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But right now, since we know as the future, it's
- 11:47Speaker 1: better to get educated on it. There's coins that are
- 11:49Speaker 1: starting at one ascent going up to a dollar within
- 11:52Speaker 1: a couple of weeks, and people that people are making
- 11:55Speaker 1: a lot of money, right Um. The kids that that
- 11:58Speaker 1: took their their stimulus checks for like two or three
- 12:00Speaker 1: thousand dollars and put it into for example, the Doach
- 12:02Speaker 1: point that's not worth three hundred thousand dollars. These are
- 12:06Speaker 1: fifteen sixty year old kids. It's just education, it's just knowing. Hey,
- 12:10Speaker 1: Elon Musk is about to say this for example, right,
- 12:12Speaker 1: Elon Musk is going on on Saturday Night, on Saturday
- 12:15Speaker 1: Night Live, doach Saturday, right exactly. And the price is
- 12:20Speaker 1: parabolic the price it's gonna that's all you guys get
- 12:26Speaker 1: what I'm saying. But if people just stay on top
- 12:28Speaker 1: of the people stay educated and just it's just having
- 12:32Speaker 1: the um. You just have to want to learn as
- 12:34Speaker 1: long as you want to learn, to take half an hour,
- 12:37Speaker 1: do what you gotta do. You know, just just watching
- 12:39Speaker 1: YouTube video even when you're driving in a car and
- 12:41Speaker 1: just listen and learn. Um. This it's the easiest time
- 12:45Speaker 1: now for everyone to be to become millionaires, so everyone
- 12:48Speaker 1: to be industry leaders and everything and cryptos the world
- 12:52Speaker 1: that's completely essentralized. So yeah, definitely it sounds like a
- 12:56Speaker 1: life hack right now, and before the government gets in
- 13:00Speaker 1: and figures out out of loopholes and puts restrictions on
- 13:03Speaker 1: it for people to get money, right, Okay, Yeah, the
- 13:08Speaker 1: government can never, never, never restrict cryptois decentralized, but they'll
- 13:12Speaker 1: try to create their own crypto point everyone to take it,
- 13:15Speaker 1: but right now they can't. It's the centralized. It's the
- 13:17Speaker 1: best thing about the black chain, right Hey, Stally, I
- 13:20Speaker 1: like you. I want to be your friend. I'm gonna
- 13:22Speaker 1: find you on Instagram and we all talk. I'm definitely
- 13:24Speaker 1: gonna follow you right now. Uh well, I got a
- 13:27Speaker 1: question for you if you get out of here, so
- 13:29Speaker 1: you know, hey, look look, let me elaborate on statue.
- 13:32Speaker 1: So come on, I'm gonna tell y'all this is when
- 13:34Speaker 1: the crypto and blockchain. Blockchain is the in and the
- 13:38Speaker 1: f So when people hit blockchain, think of the new Internet.
- 13:41Speaker 1: It's powerful, is decentralized, nobody can take nothing, etcetera, etcetera.
- 13:45Speaker 1: When you hear about like cryptocurrency enmities, I want you
- 13:48Speaker 1: to know the only way people are gonna notice is
- 13:51Speaker 1: in time to whoever got it in the beginning of
- 13:54Speaker 1: time will win. I'm just telling big, you will always win.
- 13:58Speaker 1: That you were in the fucking big like your life.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Literally change death was a change your comments to change
- 14:03Speaker 1: your life. Go ahead, Oh no, no, I I love
- 14:07Speaker 1: saying this, you bro, No homo, We'll be right back.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Stay tuned with more of the Baller Alert Show. You're
- 14:20Speaker 1: listening to a special edition of The Baller Alert Show
- 14:24Speaker 1: Mary Serai Simmons and Sue Solong. This is special cloth Alert.
- 14:30Speaker 1: So li'sten. I gotta ask you before you get up
- 14:32Speaker 1: out of here walking. Your life has changed, and it's
- 14:34Speaker 1: been changing on TV a lot lately. Sir. Uh, how's
- 14:38Speaker 1: the wife doing? Oh Man and the Family? Good Man,
- 14:42Speaker 1: She's doing great. Timmy working on She just Timmy and
- 14:46Speaker 1: Tammy world music coming out. Definitely. She dropped Baby Mom
- 14:52Speaker 1: when she told me she don't want me to market
- 14:54Speaker 1: it like an artist, just put it out and let
- 14:56Speaker 1: her fans take it. I'm like, listen, I should don't
- 14:58Speaker 1: work like that. You gotta do it this one. So
- 15:02Speaker 1: that's what she doing. My daughter just dropped her online boutique.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Uh ship everybody in the world. That's that's where I
- 15:09Speaker 1: wanted to go. So I have three daughters in the son.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I want to say on the episode where she mentioned
- 15:17Speaker 1: that you know she wanted to go, I believe it
- 15:19Speaker 1: was primed correct And I was looking at your response
- 15:24Speaker 1: and he was like, who would I do? Want to
- 15:27Speaker 1: let you know that was a dope episode. Brother. I
- 15:30Speaker 1: felt like I've seen Walker girl before my eyes. I
- 15:34Speaker 1: was like, I wasn't expecting your response. Brother, I was
- 15:37Speaker 1: expecting you to be like the hell dog. You know
- 15:41Speaker 1: I was rock, but you didn't what what what's going
- 15:46Speaker 1: on mentally in that space right there? Why ain't act Robert?
- 15:50Speaker 1: Because I know A raised the soldier. You know what
- 15:53Speaker 1: I'm saying. I know I embraced it for the world
- 15:55Speaker 1: got coming. I know I built a strong mind and
- 15:57Speaker 1: a classic young girl. So whatever the decision she's gonna make,
- 16:01Speaker 1: it's gonna be fully understood. She's gonna understand why she's
- 16:03Speaker 1: making their mistake. Like Charlie actually told mer Daddy, I'm
- 16:06Speaker 1: not done that. I understand. I know what they're trying
- 16:08Speaker 1: to get from that. I know what they're trying to do.
- 16:10Speaker 1: I know why they want to hang around. So when
- 16:11Speaker 1: you got a child that actually can speak up, and
- 16:14Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, voice their opinion, because I
- 16:16Speaker 1: allowed her up voice her being. I never told her
- 16:18Speaker 1: no without giving us explanation why in the solution Now
- 16:22Speaker 1: I think it's better, But it's always why I think
- 16:24Speaker 1: that's better. I told her, Charlie, you have the last decision.
- 16:28Speaker 1: God gave us the power of choice for a reason.
- 16:30Speaker 1: You see what I'm saying, I can't even know, but
- 16:32Speaker 1: help you, I have those real conversations with it because
- 16:35Speaker 1: the end of it is too real. A love. You
- 16:37Speaker 1: treat your kids like a child. The kid is a
- 16:39Speaker 1: kid of child as a child and younger daughter's younger girl,
- 16:41Speaker 1: preteens a preteen and teams a team. You got to
- 16:44Speaker 1: know the difference as a follow man. You gotta learn
