- 3:10Speaker 1: don't cut your beard. Don't cut your balls again. Guys.

- 3:18Speaker 1: guest Echo is hanging out backstage and uh, of course
- 3:22Speaker 1: we got this guy right here. Who what's your name?
- 3:24Speaker 1: Who are you? Hi? I'm Logan High Logan like some
- 3:34Speaker 1: we all know who that is. That's Logan and uh,
- 3:36Speaker 1: and we know who this guy is. He's he's missing
- 3:39Speaker 1: his co host from here. But for obvious reasons, it
- 3:42Speaker 1: looks like he got a little bit asleep, and by
- 3:44Speaker 1: little bit, probably a little bit.
- 3:47Speaker 4: Yeah I have You can see the bags underneath my eyes.
- 3:50Speaker 4: I'd definitely definitely have slept more than five minutes.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Yeah, he's got that, those those new dad eyes. It's okay.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It happens to the best of So, like we said, guys,
- 4:02Speaker 1: we got at Coachella in backstage and he's got some
- 4:04Speaker 1: stuff to do. So we wanted to start a couple
- 4:06Speaker 1: of minutes early we're gonna do We're gonna jump right
- 4:08Speaker 1: into the intro and then we're gonna we're gonna bring
- 4:10Speaker 1: him in here and h haper conversation. So if you
- 4:12Speaker 1: guys are ready, let's uh, let's do it. Let's do it.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Tonight's guest is Echo. He's a man who started out
- 4:39Speaker 1: TikTok by showing off his love for Jamison, and I
- 4:41Speaker 1: can relate to that kind of love. A man who
- 4:43Speaker 1: was a time traveler, a fortune cookie writer, a rapper,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and a heart hot A man who's all about that
- 4:47Speaker 1: parkour life. A man who is not only a rapper
- 4:50Speaker 1: but a magician. A man who busted out a sweet
- 4:52Speaker 1: sand and beard for Christmas videos, but he wore around
- 4:55Speaker 1: his neck as if it was a necklace and not
- 4:57Speaker 1: on his space like the rest of us. A man
- 4:58Speaker 1: who has a three step guide getting better friends. Don't
- 5:01Speaker 1: be a todd A man who created one of the
- 5:03Speaker 1: weirdest game shows ever, The Joker's Wild. Sadly it was
- 5:06Speaker 1: canceled after one episode. A man that can teach you
- 5:09Speaker 1: how to low budget flip that house even if there's
- 5:12Speaker 1: a dick drawn on the wall. The CEO of Chad beats.
- 5:14Speaker 1: A man who's unpredictable and kills all those first states.
- 5:17Speaker 1: A man who will be the motivational speaker you need,
- 5:20Speaker 1: so hire him well, you know, if school's actually opened
- 5:22Speaker 1: back up. A man who thinks the elephant should be
- 5:24Speaker 1: the king of the jungle for obvious reasons. A man
- 5:28Speaker 1: that can tell you how to deal with the haters
- 5:30Speaker 1: and probably get rid of them for the right praise.
- 5:32Speaker 1: A man who recently learned the real way to make
- 5:35Speaker 1: a TikTok in the bathroom mirror. Of course, no one
- 5:38Speaker 1: the only echo.
- 5:42Speaker 5: What's up, guys, such a great intro.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Thanks research that's so yeah, and gears was pretty good
- 5:51Speaker 1: because you're fairly new to TikTok. So thanks for not
- 5:54Speaker 1: having seven thousand videos like some of the guests, because
- 5:57Speaker 1: it takes a while to scroll all the way back
- 5:59Speaker 1: from like twenty eighteen.
- 6:01Speaker 5: I'm trying to get there.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I'm yeah. And then when you're really even bigger than
- 6:07Speaker 1: when you are in the music game, we'll bring it
- 6:08Speaker 1: back on the show and I'm gonna be like, oh shit, man,
- 6:12Speaker 1: you've had seven thousand more videos and talking about Elephant
- 6:15Speaker 1: Dix way too much.
- 6:17Speaker 5: I have so many elephant big videos in my phone
- 6:20Speaker 5: that it was hard to pick the right one, the
- 6:23Speaker 5: right one.
- 6:23Speaker 1: It was the right one. I was showing him that
- 6:25Speaker 1: I was actually at his work today, Logan's work today,
- 6:27Speaker 1: and I was showing him. It seemed like a proper
- 6:29Speaker 1: thing to show the networks.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Uh And by the way, that is
- 6:34Speaker 3: a nice dick.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, who was talking about? Where do you work?
- 6:44Speaker 1: Yeah? He's the treasure of OnlyFans. Don't worry about it.
- 6:47Speaker 1: So so first question that I ask every single guest.
- 6:50Speaker 1: It's that generic question that kind of every show asks,
- 6:52Speaker 1: mainly because I want to start doing collaborations. And some
- 6:55Speaker 1: people have really cool stories and some just your average story.
- 6:58Speaker 1: But what got you into TikTok?
- 7:04Speaker 5: That's a good question. I think it had been just
- 7:06Speaker 5: a hot topic for so long, and I you know,
- 7:08Speaker 5: checked it out here and there, and I remember seeing
- 7:12Speaker 5: ads for it just like pop up way back in
- 7:15Speaker 5: the day, and I was like, I don't even know
- 7:16Speaker 5: what the fuck this is.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Uh.
- 7:19Speaker 5: And whenever, whenever like a new social media pops up,
- 7:23Speaker 5: there's all there's like a long period of people just
- 7:26Speaker 5: being very hesitant about it and not really jumping over
- 7:30Speaker 5: or talking shit about it, and that's kind of the thing.
- 7:33Speaker 5: So eventually I was like, I'm just gonna check it out.
- 7:35Speaker 5: And once I started checking out, it was like I
- 7:38Speaker 5: was amazed and overwhelmed, mostly overwhelmed because once you like
- 7:45Speaker 5: I spent so many much time by building up my
- 7:47Speaker 5: other social media platforms. Looking at that, I was like, fuck, man,
- 7:50Speaker 5: this is like everything else on steroids. Everybody's so fucking creative,
- 7:54Speaker 5: everybody's so talented, and I'm just like, I don't even
- 7:57Speaker 5: know if I have a place here, you know what
- 7:59Speaker 5: I mean, Well you do.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It turns out and it's a good thing you joined now,
- 8:03Speaker 1: because when it first came over from Musically to TikTok,
- 8:06Speaker 1: it was a very very weird place. It was. I mean,
- 8:10Speaker 1: it's it's weird now, but when you get you know
- 8:12Speaker 1: what I mean, like a little you know, the the
- 8:14Speaker 1: more creative people like you talked about. Back then, it
- 8:17Speaker 1: was pretty much just a whole bunch of people that
- 8:18Speaker 1: didn't work. And this was pre COVID that were more
- 8:21Speaker 1: or less just sitting you know, in their in their
- 8:24Speaker 1: houses or vehicles where they live, just kind of saying
- 8:27Speaker 1: I need money to live. I need It was kind
- 8:29Speaker 1: of like a social media for kind of homeless people
- 8:32Speaker 1: and not a kidding or not trying to be a dick,
- 8:34Speaker 1: like that's kind of what it was when it was,
- 8:36Speaker 1: and I was just like we're gonna start. I'm like,
- 8:38Speaker 1: this ain't the place for me. I got a house.
- 8:40Speaker 5: Yeah, it's depressing.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Yeah, it was weird. And then thankfully, you know, I
- 8:45Speaker 1: like to say that, you know, the Beard Bros. With
- 8:48Speaker 1: the Christmas beard off was kind of like McGuire and
- 8:51Speaker 1: Sosa with the stair right home run race. That helps
- 8:53Speaker 1: say baseball, They helped say TikTok.
- 8:56Speaker 5: I love that.
- 8:57Speaker 1: That just popped in my head. That's pretty I don't know,
- 8:59Speaker 1: I don't know what.
- 9:00Speaker 4: That was pretty good.
- 9:01Speaker 5: I'm I'm very proud of that.
- 9:03Speaker 1: We're gonna put it on the TikTok.
- 9:06Speaker 5: TikTok has quickly become like my favorite social media just
- 9:10Speaker 5: to be on to to create with and just do
- 9:14Speaker 5: different kinds of stuff.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Man. Yeah. Yeah, And and it makes like kind of
- 9:18Speaker 1: the editing and some of the videos and stuff that
- 9:20Speaker 1: you can feed off really easy, which I think personally
- 9:23Speaker 1: is nice. And yeah, it's it's a it's a cool thing.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Do you remember one of the first people that you
- 9:27Speaker 1: followed on on on TikTok because you always remember your first.
- 9:32Speaker 5: I don't know my first. I don't remember my first.
- 9:34Speaker 5: I think my first was probably like a dog video
- 9:36Speaker 5: because there was so much awesome dog ship. Like when
- 9:39Speaker 5: I got onto, I thought that it was just mostly animals.
- 9:44Speaker 5: I'm like, why is there so many animal videos on there?
- 9:46Speaker 5: I think I was looking with my girlfriend at the time,
- 9:48Speaker 5: and not at the time, but at the time I was.
- 9:51Speaker 5: We were together, Uh, and she's like super into and
- 9:55Speaker 5: she's like, she just started following all these accounts for
- 9:57Speaker 5: me because she doesn't have any social media really, so
- 10:00Speaker 5: she just kind of goes vicariously through me. Yeah, that's
- 10:03Speaker 5: not a bad thing, So it's probably one of those.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Nice So tell us about the random coconut that ended
- 10:11Speaker 1: up on your tour.
- 10:11Speaker 5: Bus, dude. Marge, Yeah, Marge was. Marge is fucking legendary.
- 10:18Speaker 5: So we were in Florida, and Florida's historically a pretty
- 10:22Speaker 5: shitty place to tour for a lot of people.
- 10:25Speaker 1: You could have just stopped at Florida's pretty sure.
- 10:28Speaker 5: I mean, well, it's like it's mad hot.
- 10:31Speaker 6: Uh.
- 10:33Speaker 5: The market is just really weird, so it's hard for
- 10:35Speaker 5: people to tour there because it's all it's hard to
- 10:39Speaker 5: have poll and draw in a lot of venues and
- 10:42Speaker 5: places are weird, nothing against the people or anything. So
- 10:45Speaker 5: we're playing a show in Florida. We're playing at Margate,
- 10:48Speaker 5: That's what it was, Margate Florida, which I'm sure nobody
- 10:52Speaker 5: knows who Margate ish. And outside the venue, we were
- 10:56Speaker 5: with a friend of mine, Disney Right. If you guys
- 10:58Speaker 5: know what Disney Right is. He's not a rapper, and
- 11:02Speaker 5: he's vegan, and so we found these coconuts on the
- 11:04Speaker 5: ground and decided to play vegan football with the coconuts.
- 11:11Speaker 5: And so we were just like throwing this back and forth,
- 11:13Speaker 5: and by DJ Codebreak and I were so fucking bored,
- 11:16Speaker 5: and that show had like nobody there, and so we
- 11:18Speaker 5: were like, let's just let's go find a way to
- 11:20Speaker 5: make bring this coconuts a life. So we named her March.
- 11:23Speaker 5: We threw some fresh kicks on her and some dreads, yeah,
- 11:26Speaker 5: and she followed us for the rest of the tour,
- 11:29Speaker 5: all the way back home. The last show is I
- 11:31Speaker 5: live in Vegas. So the last show is in Vegas,
- 11:34Speaker 5: and the venue here wanted to keep her, so we
- 11:36Speaker 5: left her at Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas, so you
- 11:38Speaker 5: can actually actually she's probably rotten by now, but probably
- 11:43Speaker 5: could have gone to see March.
- 11:45Speaker 4: She was.
- 11:45Speaker 5: We brought her on stage for every show. She crowd
- 11:47Speaker 5: served every show and it was pretty amazing. That's so
- 11:51Speaker 5: freaking awesome.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Time for March too went when touring is allowed again.
- 11:56Speaker 1: So the Christmas song that kind of we spoke about
- 11:58Speaker 1: in the intro was awesome. You use the beard as
- 12:01Speaker 1: a necklace if you ever need some great beards. We
- 12:04Speaker 1: kind of had some or whatever, and uh yeah, a
- 12:08Speaker 1: little bit about the song or the I mean, obviously
- 12:11Speaker 1: the inspiration behind the song was Christmas, but it's it's
- 12:14Speaker 1: it's cool, I mean for me personally, when you kind
- 12:16Speaker 1: of see artists that take you know, your your, your
- 12:19Speaker 1: your typical Christmas songs and could put their twist on
- 12:22Speaker 1: it and make it something that's enjoyable that you don't
- 12:24Speaker 1: hear right after Thanksgiving and you work retail and want
- 12:28Speaker 1: to rip your ears out.
- 12:30Speaker 5: I would if I could grow a beard, I would.
- 12:32Speaker 5: I just don't have the ability to. It doesn't grow
- 12:34Speaker 5: in too Really, it happened when it.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Took me thirty seven years to finally like manly hit
- 12:42Speaker 3: puberty and then last Labor Day, like I had last
- 12:47Speaker 3: Labor la it was the last time I shaved.
- 12:49Speaker 1: And I'm thirty nine.
- 12:49Speaker 3: Now, so give it time.
- 12:51Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, it'll I'm not going to lose faith yet.
- 12:55Speaker 3: I was all blotchy and patchy, and my wife would
- 12:58Speaker 3: always be, oh, it looks so good at it's coming
- 13:00Speaker 3: in honey, shut yeah and got real, yeah, shit, got real.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Now I have a beard.
- 13:08Speaker 5: But when we did the Christmas song, I think one
- 13:10Speaker 5: of the first things I did on Facebook, they went
- 13:12Speaker 5: like semi viral, was like a Christmas list rap that
- 13:15Speaker 5: I did was talking about random ship that I wanted
- 13:17Speaker 5: and it was like kind of funny. So I was like,
- 13:19Speaker 5: we need to make another Christmas song and I don't.
- 13:22Speaker 5: It's hard for me to do like gimmicky stuff, and
- 13:26Speaker 5: if I do, I really have to make in my own.
- 13:27Speaker 5: And I was never a big fan of how all
- 13:30Speaker 5: Christmas songs are like happy because I get like seasonal depression,
- 13:33Speaker 5: you know what I mean. So when I'm in December,
- 13:35Speaker 5: I'm like, this shit sucks.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Goose from pretty much Halloween to Easter where we are
- 13:41Speaker 1: so we know about that shit.
- 13:43Speaker 5: Yeah, So I was like, I need I want to
- 13:45Speaker 5: make a song that kind of hones in on that
- 13:48Speaker 5: a little bit and the things that are going on
- 13:50Speaker 5: in the world, you know what I mean, and the
- 13:52Speaker 5: little things that I am, you know, stoked on. So
- 13:54Speaker 5: the song kind of took like some old Christmas melodies
- 13:58Speaker 5: and I think we flipped the song for home alone.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I was wondering if that was it.
- 14:02Speaker 5: I was gonna ask you yeah, and we made the
- 14:05Speaker 5: beat out of that and uh and did that. So
- 14:07Speaker 5: it's always fun for me to challenge myself to write
- 14:10Speaker 5: different stuff and try and make it, you know, fun
- 14:12Speaker 5: and interesting.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Yeah, because one of my favorite Christmas albums that I
- 14:15Speaker 1: play every year is the Snoop Dogg Christmas on Vinyl.
- 14:18Speaker 1: So another I got another good at least song to
- 14:22Speaker 1: play for Christmas time.
- 14:24Speaker 5: We got per punk Christmas.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I like good too.
- 14:29Speaker 5: I can't help them. Like pop punk kid at heart,
- 14:31Speaker 5: I can't help myself.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Who's your favorite or one of your favorite pop punk bands.
- 14:36Speaker 5: My favorite band of all time is AFI, and they're
- 14:38Speaker 5: not really.
- 14:39Speaker 4: I love AF. I love a Fi. AFI is the
- 14:42Speaker 4: ship God called in today.
- 14:44Speaker 5: Like I was the first song I heard from them
- 14:46Speaker 5: when I was in like fun, I was like I
- 14:47Speaker 5: don't know thirteen something like that. Davey Havoc is god
- 14:53Speaker 5: my bold statement, cotton old statement?
- 14:58Speaker 1: What about teenage bottle Rockett's in them at all?
- 15:01Speaker 5: I don't I've heard the name.
- 15:03Speaker 1: You have to look them up there. They're my go
- 15:05Speaker 1: to My first.
- 15:06Speaker 5: Concert ever was Goldfingers Cross. There was Criss Cross.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Why wouldn't I admit that that's a.
- 15:16Speaker 5: Wigedy wag?
- 15:17Speaker 1: That's fucking I wore my clothes backwards for so many
- 15:20Speaker 1: years and something. Then finally by the time my senior
- 15:22Speaker 1: year and senior pictures, they were like, dude, you're you're
- 15:25Speaker 1: wearing your clothes backwards. And I was like, oh, yeah,
- 15:28Speaker 1: Chris is dead.
- 15:29Speaker 5: It's so weird that that's such a that that was
- 15:31Speaker 5: the thing a random, like what a random? But also
- 15:35Speaker 5: if you look at Jinko's, that's really fucking weird that
- 15:37Speaker 5: I was the thing too true.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Imagine having to pee, Like I mean, as a kid,
- 15:40Speaker 1: you can drop your jaws and it's okay, But if
- 15:42Speaker 1: you're a grown ass adult wearing your clothes backwards, that's
- 15:44Speaker 1: gonna be tough to peek pop.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Like when you gotta go drop here at Eagles You're
- 15:49Speaker 4: like when you pee now anyway?
- 15:51Speaker 1: Is that not? That's not a thing. Well, COVID times
- 15:55Speaker 1: they frowned upon it. I guess do they make anything
- 15:58Speaker 1: like you could like a portable dice that you could
- 16:00Speaker 1: put around your ankle so when you drop your pants
- 16:02Speaker 1: it doesn't hit the floor and get all shitty. But
- 16:04Speaker 1: that's not a thing. We should invent that.
- 16:07Speaker 5: I think that's a million dollar idea.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Right, there's a million dollar idea. The problem is there's
- 16:11Speaker 4: so many people listening to us right now that they're
- 16:14Speaker 4: someone's gonna someone's gonna go copyright that before we know what.
- 16:17Speaker 5: They've heard the copy right there already, right now, Yeah,
- 16:19Speaker 5: maybe let me do it say that again.
- 16:22Speaker 1: We'll talk about it later. We got we got more questions. Yeah,
- 16:24Speaker 1: so I feel like the wheelchair. No, no, you're not kidding.
- 16:30Speaker 1: You don't get the joke. It's kind of like a
- 16:31Speaker 1: portable squatty potty, but not an actual squatty potties, just
- 16:34Speaker 1: a device. It can be used for multiple reason I'll show.
- 16:37Speaker 4: You later, draw like tracts.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Yeah, and they just kind of yeah that one. That
- 16:43Speaker 1: one's better. We're work bad, all right. We're gonna have
- 16:45Speaker 1: to have a brainstorm session after all right. So I
- 16:50Speaker 1: feel like everyone probably you know, in interviews and everything
- 16:54Speaker 1: with you, they're like, who are your top three rappers?
- 16:57Speaker 1: We do things a little different, So I want to
- 16:59Speaker 1: know your three most hated or your three worst rappers?
- 17:04Speaker 1: Three you know that it would be the first time
- 17:07Speaker 1: just ones that you just are like, nah, they're they're terrible.
- 17:10Speaker 1: They're just not either terrible nickelback.
- 17:15Speaker 5: Well, here's the There's like there's this thing with me
- 17:19Speaker 5: where it's like if I don't like it, I don't
- 17:21Speaker 5: listen to it. So it's hard for me to find
- 17:24Speaker 5: like someone I don't like because I automatically don't invest
- 17:28Speaker 5: enough to not like it. If I automatically hear something,
- 17:31Speaker 5: I just don't listen. So there's like there's either there's
- 17:36Speaker 5: artists that I really don't respect, Like if you look
- 17:38Speaker 5: at like a bad baby or like a Takashi six
- 17:41Speaker 5: y nine, is like in the case of like a
- 17:44Speaker 5: bad baby, like you're just a shitty person who you've
- 17:46Speaker 5: got some really dope songs written for you, and so
- 17:50Speaker 5: or no not bad baby or the girl, the bad Bobby,
- 17:55Speaker 5: bad Bunny or bad bad Bobby.
- 17:57Speaker 4: It's like it's like Bobby within Barbie, but with an h.
- 18:01Speaker 5: Yeah, like fuck her seven days a week, dude, she sucks.
- 18:05Speaker 5: But some of her songs fucking slap because they're written
- 18:08Speaker 5: by the best fucking writers on the planet, you know
- 18:11Speaker 5: what I mean. Uh, And they're not the best, but
- 18:14Speaker 5: they're you know, they're dope. So but also it's like,
- 18:17Speaker 5: if some ship is not like for me, I try
- 18:21Speaker 5: not to say that something sucks. I've been trying to
- 18:23Speaker 5: take it out of my vocabulary because I don't want
- 18:25Speaker 5: people like if it's it's just not for me, you
- 18:27Speaker 5: know what I mean. So like, but with the case
- 18:30Speaker 5: of those two individuals, Yeah, this ship's garbage.
- 18:33Speaker 1: And if you say that when you're walking down the
- 18:34Speaker 1: Vegas trip, there's probably a whole bunch of women you
- 18:36Speaker 1: don't want chasing your running up to you're looking for money.
- 18:39Speaker 5: That's also facts. Yeah so I've heard yeah.
- 18:43Speaker 1: So uh so best beard in the rap game in
- 18:46Speaker 1: your opinion. I knew you were gonna say it if
- 18:51Speaker 1: you guys, if you guys allow it, because a producer,
- 18:53Speaker 1: i'd say, Rick Rubin, I don't know if you've seen
- 18:55Speaker 1: his beard.
- 18:56Speaker 5: I don't think he counts.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Okay, Well, if he doesn't, then I'm gonna go method man.
- 19:00Speaker 1: It's not the best beard, but he's my favorite a beard.
- 19:03Speaker 1: He's always had a beard. It was like the it
- 19:05Speaker 1: wasn't like, but he's always had a beard.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Yeah, Action Bronze Action brought it's like this.
- 19:13Speaker 1: And he's awesome.
- 19:17Speaker 5: Even picked Sage Francis also has an incredible beard.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw.
- 19:22Speaker 4: It was funny. It's funny when you when because like
- 19:24Speaker 4: the Action Bronson looks looks like Action Bronson. Like, no
- 19:27Speaker 4: one really like looks like him, I guess. And I'm
- 19:32Speaker 4: used in that industry. Which is funny because I was
- 19:34Speaker 4: watching The King of Staten Island and he plays and
- 19:38Speaker 4: I was like, I'm just sitting there because he like
- 19:41Speaker 4: I listened to his music, right, but like he's not
- 19:43Speaker 4: like one of those people that that you you think
- 19:47Speaker 4: about all the time, if that makes sense. But when
- 19:50Speaker 4: you're watching a movie and then all of a sudden
- 19:51Speaker 4: he just shows up, You're like, holy shit, that's Action Bronson.
- 19:54Speaker 4: It's funny because he's like, I don't know, he just
- 19:57Speaker 4: he just looks like he's he looks like Action Bronson.
- 20:02Speaker 4: It's the weirdest thing. He looks like he is.
- 20:04Speaker 5: Rick Ross got a pretty sweet bear to know it's true.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Rick Ross, Yeah, who's the.
- 20:09Speaker 5: Other one, Scolly B. Dolan or two rappers? I know
- 20:15Speaker 5: they have they have a group called Epic Beard Men.
- 20:20Speaker 1: I need I need to look this up.
- 20:21Speaker 4: How do we not know about this?
- 20:23Speaker 1: I don't know how we just if you guys are
- 20:25Speaker 1: watching the show, make sure you hit usup. We're gonna
- 20:27Speaker 1: do a whole bunch of tiktoks to your music.
- 20:29Speaker 3: Must be an beard rapping culture we don't know about yet.
- 20:32Speaker 5: That's probably those guys are great.
- 20:34Speaker 1: That's probably a lot of trueness there. But so, speaking
- 20:39Speaker 1: of sweet beards, Rob your boy Rob on the acoustic,
- 20:42Speaker 1: he's got a pretty sweet beard. Maybe we'll get him
- 20:44Speaker 1: on the show's got And I saw a video like
- 20:48Speaker 1: kind of early on when you guys are doing some
- 20:51Speaker 1: some skits and stuff, and one of your later ones,
- 20:53Speaker 1: it really got there, like it's he's doing good work.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Shout out Rob's beard.
- 20:57Speaker 5: He's he's definitely putting the work, my dude, Rub, And
- 21:00Speaker 5: he's a he's an incredible songwriter too. But yeah, he's
- 21:03Speaker 5: got a great beard. The power is in the beard.
- 21:05Speaker 5: If you shaved it, he'd probably don't shave it. Rob,
- 21:08Speaker 5: don't don't shave.
- 21:11Speaker 1: That's what it is.
- 21:12Speaker 5: If.
- 21:13Speaker 1: The good thing is you're not the first person on
- 21:15Speaker 1: the show that was beardless, So that's good.
- 21:18Speaker 5: I'm glad I'm not the only one.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Yeah, his daughter was the first one.
- 21:22Speaker 5: Yeah, we've had funny what's funny?
- 21:28Speaker 1: Though?
- 21:28Speaker 4: She was she was she was very very newborn, but
- 21:33Speaker 4: so she I mean, she's got hair on her face.
- 21:36Speaker 4: Newborns have a lot of hair pretty much everywhere. And
- 21:38Speaker 4: she you know, saying it's a close tie. It is
- 21:42Speaker 4: a close tie. I will say. I will say though
- 21:45Speaker 4: that echoes a little bit of a better rapper than
- 21:48Speaker 4: she is. Her words they just mashed together. They don't
- 21:53Speaker 4: make sense.
- 21:54Speaker 5: He'd bring a fire mumble rapper, though she Yeah, she'd
- 21:56Speaker 5: be a really.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Fire mumble rapper.
- 21:59Speaker 4: And then what's fun It's just like it's a mix
- 22:01Speaker 4: between like mumble wrap and scream out and it's actually
- 22:06Speaker 4: it's like Hollywood on Dead basically but just but like
- 22:12Speaker 4: just worse.
- 22:13Speaker 5: I'm so in the bag for it.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I think I think I think we can make something.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Work with this. It probably explains, like on your tweet earlier,
- 22:21Speaker 1: why the breath stinks, because she's always just performing.
- 22:23Speaker 3: So I sent.
- 22:26Speaker 5: I'm trying to figure out how to grow something. I'm
- 22:28Speaker 5: doing a music video where I'm remaking a bunch of
- 22:30Speaker 5: Shilabuff movie scenes, and he does have a pretty nice
- 22:35Speaker 5: beard lately, and I'm trying to figure out how the
- 22:39Speaker 5: fuck I can do it. But I just it's not
- 22:41Speaker 5: I just genetically, I'm fucked.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Yeah, that's tough if you if you don't have That's
- 22:46Speaker 1: that's what I thought too.
- 22:47Speaker 4: So they have this thing. You roll it on your
- 22:49Speaker 4: face and it basically it's like a plow for your face,
- 22:52Speaker 4: right and you open up the pores and then you
- 22:55Speaker 4: put the beard seed in and then after that, you
- 22:57Speaker 4: want to make sure you water it four times a day,
- 23:00Speaker 4: and you need it lest right now, you need at
- 23:03Speaker 4: least two hours of sunlight a day. That way, photosynthesis
- 23:07Speaker 4: will kick in and then you'll your hair will face
- 23:11Speaker 4: grow lights and you know what I mean. If you
- 23:14Speaker 4: can't get outside, you can just start, you know, inside
- 23:16Speaker 4: with the grow lights. Question question temperature control and moisture.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Do you have access to a husky dog, I don't
- 23:24Speaker 3: elmer husky, husky, husky dog whatever you want to call
- 23:28Speaker 3: Elmer's glue and then lay in the dog bed that
- 23:32Speaker 3: works as well.
- 23:33Speaker 5: These are all grey suggestions.
- 23:34Speaker 3: I would match the hair.
- 23:35Speaker 4: The only other thing that you could possibly do, honestly
- 23:41Speaker 4: is hair transplant. But yeah, balls to face yea genetically
- 23:49Speaker 4: or DNA wise or whatever they're they're very similar.
- 23:54Speaker 5: Ball hair and face hair.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:57Speaker 4: So, but if you can't grow a beard, then it's
- 23:59Speaker 4: ball hair on your face. But if you can grow
- 24:01Speaker 4: a beard, then your balls just have a beard.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, but if you man, and what do you
- 24:13Speaker 1: think the lions the king of the jungle, he spends
- 24:17Speaker 1: down there trimming and licking, and it just that's how
- 24:20Speaker 1: the main is just sticks to his face. That's interesting.
- 24:26Speaker 3: So so you know what his new song is gonna be.
- 24:29Speaker 1: So, so you asked a valid question about our arms.
- 24:34Speaker 1: And I don't know if you remember, but you you
- 24:36Speaker 1: more or less. Uh, if God didn't want us to masturbate,
- 24:39Speaker 1: then why would he make our arms at that perfect length. Yeah,
- 24:44Speaker 1: it's right there. And if you think about once, I
- 24:46Speaker 1: once you broke it down for me, it was pretty
- 24:49Speaker 1: it's weird, right yeah. So I mean we don't even
- 24:54Speaker 1: need to, you know, hear the inspiration or why that is.
- 24:56Speaker 1: But that was that's a great advice. So anybody out there,
- 24:58Speaker 1: if you guys have a a scientifical answer throwing up
- 25:02Speaker 1: in the chat. If not, that's why we know. That's why.
- 25:05Speaker 4: That's why the t Rexes didn't make it.
- 25:08Speaker 5: That's why they're so angry.
- 25:09Speaker 4: That's why there's exactly you see mit the Robinson's where
- 25:13Speaker 4: he's like, I got a big head in tiny arms. No, no, no, no,
- 25:16Speaker 4: he's got he's got a big head in tiny arms
- 25:18Speaker 4: and he can't reach his own dick.
- 25:20Speaker 1: How does how does Selo Green do it?
- 25:28Speaker 5: Does he have short arms?
- 25:29Speaker 1: Always got little arms?
- 25:31Speaker 5: He's got money, dude, he can get jerked off.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Yeah that's true.
- 25:36Speaker 1: But every once in a while, you know, you just
- 25:38Speaker 1: do it better it really.
- 25:43Speaker 4: It's just no one will ever give me a hand
- 25:46Speaker 4: job like I can give myself facts professional.
- 25:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I wish I got paid like a professional.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Well, okay, so here's this is funny. So I just
- 25:56Speaker 4: thought about that. So here there's this.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Okay, you're built this up? It better out of.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Okay, so here, okay, out of I have only ever
- 26:04Speaker 4: played with one my entire life, right, twelve years old, Yeah,
- 26:09Speaker 4: a dick right?
- 26:11Speaker 1: Uh? And uh?
- 26:12Speaker 4: Since I was like twelve years old, I haven'topped playing
- 26:14Speaker 4: with it since. Okay, I have been inside multiple vaginas. Okay, yeah, dude,
- 26:22Speaker 4: I have I Okay, I have enjoyed playing with the
- 26:32Speaker 4: one dick I've played with, which is one hundred percent
- 26:35Speaker 4: of the dicks I've played with, Okay, the one. However,
- 26:39Speaker 4: I've only liked probably about fifty percent of the vaginas
- 26:42Speaker 4: I've been in. I'm not saying that I'm gay, but
- 26:46Speaker 4: statistically speaking, if I like one hundred percent of the
- 26:51Speaker 4: dicks I've played with but only fifty percent of the
- 26:52Speaker 4: vaginas I've been in, that correlates the statistics basically point.
- 26:58Speaker 5: The other way. Logic says, Logic says, However, I'm a mathematician.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Wow, that's the math I've never thought of.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Yeah, this whole conversation to the hard left turn.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Yeah, uh wait, what kind of a left turn was that?
- 27:13Speaker 3: Exactly?
- 27:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I think the best meme I've ever read was
- 27:19Speaker 5: I bet you sucking your own dick feels a lot
- 27:21Speaker 5: more like sucking and dick than getting your dick set.
- 27:30Speaker 5: That's that's facts. That'll probably be my next sick fact
- 27:36Speaker 5: before somebody steals it.
- 27:38Speaker 1: God, nobody steals anything from the show. I mean we
- 27:41Speaker 1: we've thrown out million dollar ideas for the last forty
- 27:44Speaker 1: six weeks.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Nobody's knowing, nobody's come back with the viewers.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Anyways. Turns out we haven't capitalized in any of them either,
- 27:51Speaker 1: because yeah, when we get backstage, too many coffees and
- 27:55Speaker 1: you forget about.
- 27:55Speaker 5: Our own caffeino. Fuck you up?
- 27:58Speaker 1: Man. Well yeah, I don't even know how to segue
- 28:03Speaker 1: from this one else jokes or fun see you.
- 28:09Speaker 4: Well, this episode is called talking Dicks.
- 28:16Speaker 3: That's great.
- 28:17Speaker 4: I'm just imagining a cartoon now of a bunch of
- 28:20Speaker 4: dicks just having a conversation, just literally just having a conversation.
- 28:25Speaker 1: With sometimes dick beards. What the fuck just happened? There's
- 28:34Speaker 1: another idea, there's a Sean says it would be a
- 28:38Speaker 1: stiff exer.
- 28:40Speaker 5: All right.
- 28:40Speaker 1: So so obviously we mentioned earlier that you're a magician
- 28:44Speaker 1: as well, So tell us kind of what your favorite
- 28:47Speaker 1: magic trick was or venue, or kind of how you
- 28:50Speaker 1: got the idea for the for the videos to do
- 28:52Speaker 1: your magic tricks.
- 28:54Speaker 5: Oh those, dude, I don't know where that idea came from.
- 28:58Speaker 5: I think I started doing that. I was on tour
- 29:00Speaker 5: with Chris Webby last year, and I started doing it
- 29:05Speaker 5: just fucking around, and everybody on the tour thought it
- 29:07Speaker 5: was like the most amazing thing ever. But also a
- 29:09Speaker 5: lot of people on the tour were like, oh my god,
- 29:11Speaker 5: you can do that with a phone, And I was like,
- 29:13Speaker 5: what how old are you guys? What are you doing?
- 29:15Speaker 1: So for anybody that doesn't know, do you want you
- 29:16Speaker 1: want to explain to them real quick with what we're
- 29:18Speaker 1: talking about if.
- 29:19Speaker 5: They have so, it would be a video where I'd
- 29:21Speaker 5: be like outside of the venue, and it started off
- 29:25Speaker 5: with me just like doing a quick ducking my head
- 29:28Speaker 5: under the camera, and then I would come back up
- 29:30Speaker 5: and I would be on stage and to sold out
- 29:33Speaker 5: whatever venue with the crowd, and it would just look
- 29:35Speaker 5: cool from being outside to going inside them boom. And
- 29:38Speaker 5: then it kind of escalated from there to just doing
- 29:40Speaker 5: the teleport to a bunch of different random situations with
- 29:43Speaker 5: a bunch of different random people, and then everybody else
- 29:45Speaker 5: on the tour got totally into it. And I had
- 29:49Speaker 5: all these ideas to do stuff this year, and we're
- 29:52Speaker 5: supposed to go on tour, but obviously that got messed up.
- 29:54Speaker 5: But I'm trying to think of what I mean, my
- 29:56Speaker 5: favorite one was there was one last year. It was
- 30:00Speaker 5: like the last show of its tour when we were
- 30:02Speaker 5: in I think Portland, Maine, and everybody on the tour
- 30:06Speaker 5: kind of swapped it. So I would duck down and
- 30:08Speaker 5: then it would be like Chris Webby would pop up,
- 30:10Speaker 5: and then he'd go down, and Jared Benton would pop up,
- 30:13Speaker 5: and it was pretty much everybody on the tour. So
- 30:15Speaker 5: that was just super fun.
- 30:16Speaker 1: That's awesome. And uh, like last week and you kind
- 30:19Speaker 1: of just talked about, you know, the whole tour, the COVID,
- 30:22Speaker 1: all this ship. We had Nate Kessel on last week,
- 30:24Speaker 1: opera singer you know, traveled all over the world, was
- 30:27Speaker 1: gonna be his first time in Mexico all these places,
- 30:30Speaker 1: and and he kind of took you know, you know,
- 30:33Speaker 1: obviously he can't do that, so he kind of has
- 30:35Speaker 1: turned to TikTok and social media doing content and everything.
- 30:38Speaker 1: And it's kind of wild because he has an opera voice.
- 30:42Speaker 1: He's a great voice, great musician, and he he he
- 30:45Speaker 1: puts rubber bands on stuff and then explodes it into
- 30:47Speaker 1: his face and people love like rotten milk and shit.
- 30:50Speaker 1: He just did one last week. He messaged me, I
- 30:52Speaker 1: got food poisoning not good one. And I was like,
- 30:56Speaker 1: but I mean, it's just it's just you know, COVID
- 30:59Speaker 1: and uh and I mean, is there anything you know,
- 31:02Speaker 1: I guess a positive from it. Is there anything that
- 31:04Speaker 1: you've become maybe you know a little better at, or
- 31:07Speaker 1: anything that's kind of been better for you your music,
- 31:10Speaker 1: your brand, or anything because of COVID. And when tours
- 31:12Speaker 1: are about to hit, you know, you can take this terrible,
- 31:16Speaker 1: shitty pandemic once in a lifetime experience and maybe you know,
- 31:19Speaker 1: make it into something a little bit better because you've
- 31:20Speaker 1: learned something or or has it just been like just
- 31:23Speaker 1: totally terrible.
- 31:25Speaker 5: No. I mean, for me, the most important thing to
- 31:28Speaker 5: me is songs, and so a bunch of bad shit
- 31:30Speaker 5: can happen, or you know, as long as a good
- 31:34Speaker 5: song comes out of it, I'm okay, you know what
- 31:37Speaker 5: I mean. And I even think, you know, some of
- 31:40Speaker 5: the stuff I've written since COVID has hit that I
- 31:44Speaker 5: would have been out touring during you know, during that time,
- 31:47Speaker 5: it has been some of the best music I ever
- 31:48Speaker 5: have made. So yeah, in that sense, you know, I'm
- 31:52Speaker 5: just happy I've been able to make good music and
- 31:55Speaker 5: happy I'm able to have an outlet and the opportunity
- 31:58Speaker 5: to do that, you know what I mean, and if anything,
- 32:01Speaker 5: you got to album, yeah right, you know, I mean
- 32:05Speaker 5: it sucks not being on tour obviously because that's I mean,
- 32:07Speaker 5: that's what I started doing music for, is like, that's
- 32:09Speaker 5: what I love. So that's been difficult. But the music
- 32:13Speaker 5: I've made, I know, you know, my fans and are
- 32:17Speaker 5: going to be so fucking stoked on so oh yeah.
- 32:19Speaker 1: And that's the thing too, you know, me being a guy,
- 32:21Speaker 1: I think everybody in those rooms a guy that just
- 32:23Speaker 1: lives for live music. I mean, you know, the shows
- 32:27Speaker 1: anytime we're we're about an hour away from Ottawa, so
- 32:30Speaker 1: we get a lot of that punk music scene, you
- 32:32Speaker 1: know where they go from the Toronto to the Montreal.
- 32:36Speaker 1: In this club, Club twenty seven in Ottawa. Somehow gets
- 32:38Speaker 1: all these big names to just stop in there and
- 32:40Speaker 1: play at this very very small venue. You up there
- 32:43Speaker 1: for thirteen dollars Canadian which is like a big mac
- 32:46Speaker 1: and seven fries and go watch some very good music
- 32:48Speaker 1: and a small venue. Shoot the ship with him, have
- 32:50Speaker 1: a drink with them, and it's just it's just a
- 32:53Speaker 1: cool kind of atmosphere. If you're ever if you're ever
- 32:55Speaker 1: on that East coast and we're allowed to go to Canada,
- 32:57Speaker 1: should hit us up and we'll go up there to
- 32:59Speaker 1: a blast.
- 33:00Speaker 5: Well that's what what our tour was, Canada. That was
- 33:04Speaker 5: you know, our tour that was set for April and
- 33:06Speaker 5: May and then got pushed to like July and August,
- 33:07Speaker 5: and now it's pushed the next year April May.
- 33:10Speaker 1: So if all, well, yeah, you're ever at that that Ottawa,
- 33:15Speaker 1: you know Montreal area, you got to hit us up.
- 33:17Speaker 1: We'll be there.
- 33:18Speaker 5: Yeah, absolutely awesome. I hope it happens.
- 33:20Speaker 1: I'm crossing kind to happen at some point. I think
- 33:24Speaker 1: it'll be done.
- 33:24Speaker 3: Peak out thirty four, So hang on there, you know.
- 33:32Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:33Speaker 1: So so every musician kind of has that moment where
- 33:35Speaker 1: they just kind of want to quit, they want to
- 33:37Speaker 1: give up. You you you took kind of that moment
- 33:39Speaker 1: and made a great song out of it. Is there
- 33:41Speaker 1: kind of like a piece of advice? I know, I know,
- 33:43Speaker 1: we got to wrap things up for you. If there
- 33:44Speaker 1: is there kind of just a piece of advice or
- 33:45Speaker 1: anything that you want to tell a musician kind of
- 33:48Speaker 1: you know, maybe they're struggling, maybe they're at that moment,
- 33:50Speaker 1: you know, just something something to kind of get them
- 33:53Speaker 1: over that humper or keep them going.
- 33:56Speaker 5: I mean I kind of hit that point all the time.
- 34:00Speaker 5: It's not like all this happened this one time. I
- 34:03Speaker 5: mean it's like not a day, but like a weekly
- 34:07Speaker 5: thing to remind yourself, you know, why do I want
- 34:10Speaker 5: to do this? And a lot of times, especially in
- 34:12Speaker 5: my situation where it's I do everything, the stress can
- 34:16Speaker 5: kind of build up and you forget that what it
- 34:19Speaker 5: really is about is the music. And once you kind
- 34:23Speaker 5: of let those feelings go into that into your medium
- 34:26Speaker 5: once again, it reminds you why you do it. And
- 34:29Speaker 5: so for me, it's just, you know, always just remember
- 34:32Speaker 5: what's important, and what's important is always the music and
- 34:36Speaker 5: let people know how you feel. Like. I don't believe
- 34:38Speaker 5: in writer's block. For me, if I ever have writer's block,
- 34:42Speaker 5: I'm just not writing about what I need to be
- 34:44Speaker 5: writing about, you know what I mean. There's always something
- 34:48Speaker 5: that I need to be saying. Sometimes I'm just not
- 34:50Speaker 5: really digging deep enough. I'm not willing to do the
- 34:52Speaker 5: time to dig deep, you know what I mean.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Yeah, No, that makes perfect sense.
- 34:57Speaker 4: I can relate to that too, because there's a lot
- 34:58Speaker 4: of people like in the same uh sort of a
- 35:01Speaker 4: situation is like people like I can't come up with
- 35:04Speaker 4: content ideas, Like I can't think of an idea for content,
- 35:08Speaker 4: Like for you, like when you're saying there's no writer's block,
- 35:10Speaker 4: like you're thinking about something. Obviously something's on your mind
- 35:13Speaker 4: if you're having writer if you're having writer's block, right,
- 35:16Speaker 4: and then so you you talk about that thing that's
- 35:19Speaker 4: like causing you to not have the creativity you normally
- 35:22Speaker 4: would have or whatever it is. And that's the same
- 35:24Speaker 4: thing with like creating content, and well I can't come
- 35:26Speaker 4: up with an idea, Well, talk about the fact you
- 35:29Speaker 4: can't come up with an idea, like every everything can
- 35:33Speaker 4: be created. Like that's what I That's what I like
- 35:35Speaker 4: about your music so much in comparison to a lot
- 35:38Speaker 4: of other there's a lot of other artists that are
- 35:40Speaker 4: like they just you know, make you know, songs that
- 35:43Speaker 4: are like poppy or whatever catchy, and then obviously your
- 35:46Speaker 4: songs are, but like, uh, you you don't just rap
- 35:50Speaker 4: about bullshit like like you have you have actual substance
- 35:55Speaker 4: to your to your music. And even if it's not
- 35:58Speaker 4: even if it's not like you know, super super deep
- 36:01Speaker 4: or anything like that, but like there's like relatability to it,
- 36:04Speaker 4: Like everything that you've put out actually has substance to it.
- 36:07Speaker 4: And the thing with creating content is like if you
- 36:12Speaker 4: present it in a certain way it is it can
- 36:15Speaker 4: be good regardless of what it is. Like someone, you
- 36:17Speaker 4: could make a video about fucking you know, an elephant dick, right,
- 36:22Speaker 4: and if it's presented, if it's presented in the right way,
- 36:26Speaker 4: it'll be received. Well yeah, pun intended. I don't know
- 36:31Speaker 4: if anyone's gonna receive that.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Well, I'm gonna be honest with you make an elephant,
- 36:35Speaker 1: so somebody's taken. Yeah, but you never met a zoo
- 36:40Speaker 1: orround mating season. It's weird.
- 36:43Speaker 4: That's the thing that a lot of people have an
- 36:44Speaker 4: issue with sometimes it's just like zook, thinking that there's
- 36:48Speaker 4: like a yeah, elephant dix is a huge problem. But
- 36:52Speaker 4: thinking that like it has to be like like a
- 36:55Speaker 4: one like one way road, if that makes sense. I'm
- 36:59Speaker 4: sure over my words right now because I've had way
- 37:01Speaker 4: too much fucking caffeine.
- 37:02Speaker 5: But I think everybody, everybody appreciates a human moment too,
- 37:08Speaker 5: and so if not everything has to be putting on
- 37:12Speaker 5: a show, I mean, I think people appreciate uh being genuine,
- 37:17Speaker 5: and that's the ship that people can relate with if
- 37:19Speaker 5: you're like, even if that's how you're feeling, I'm just
- 37:21Speaker 5: gonna talk about how I feel. There's someone else out
- 37:23Speaker 5: there who's feeling the same fucking way exactly. Maybe not
- 37:25Speaker 5: at that moment, but they have felt that way or whatever.
- 37:28Speaker 5: That's like. With my music, I've always just tried to like,
- 37:31Speaker 5: there's no reason to you know, some a cool message
- 37:35Speaker 5: can't be entertaining, you know what I mean? You know,
- 37:37Speaker 5: if I could sneak some ship in there and just
- 37:39Speaker 5: make it sound cool, that's kind of a goal.
- 37:42Speaker 1: You know exactly exactly, Yeah, And so so we're kind
- 37:46Speaker 1: of approaching kind of approach stop top. So what I
- 37:52Speaker 1: want to do is you want to and I just
- 37:55Speaker 1: want to people where what they have going on? Anything
- 38:00Speaker 1: you want you want to talk my elephant dicks, go
- 38:02Speaker 1: for it. It's your time to shine. Take as long
- 38:04Speaker 1: as you want and if you're ready, sure, all right,
- 38:09Speaker 1: let's do it.
- 38:09Speaker 5: Ready, what's up, every buddy? My name is Echo. The
- 38:15Speaker 5: lion is is a more vicious creature, but an elephant
- 38:21Speaker 5: dick is arguably the size of an actual lion. So
- 38:26Speaker 5: if you ever go to the jungle, you can find
- 38:33Speaker 5: my music. You can find me on TikTok at Echo
- 38:38Speaker 5: Music that's e k H Music. You can find me
- 38:42Speaker 5: on Spotify anywhere you listen to music streaming and anywhere
- 38:46Speaker 5: on social media at Echo Music, YouTube, everywhere. And thanks
- 38:51Speaker 5: for having me, guys. I really appreciate it.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Yeah, man, Yeah, thank you for taking the time. And
- 38:55Speaker 1: obviously he's on TikTok, guys, googi him a follow on TikTok.
- 38:58Speaker 1: You can follow him now before he blew up.
- 39:00Speaker 4: So yeah, he's he's gonna blow up here pretty soon.
- 39:03Speaker 4: He just got his blue check mark, so he's gonna
- 39:05Speaker 4: he's blowing up.
- 39:07Speaker 5: King.
- 39:07Speaker 1: Yeah, So seriously, thank you for taking the time to
- 39:11Speaker 1: be honest. I know you're a busy guy, and look.
- 39:13Speaker 5: For you guys having me, man, I really really appreciate it.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're welcome anytime you want to come back
- 39:18Speaker 1: to the show, Beard or Beard list, it doesn't matter
- 39:21Speaker 1: to us you ever need Beard advice. You know when
- 39:23Speaker 1: that started obviously hit us up. But yeah, thanks for everything.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Hopefully everybody connects with you and you keep putting out
- 39:30Speaker 1: some amazing stuff. And I know you got a bunch
- 39:32Speaker 1: of fans right here in this room, so you know,
- 39:34Speaker 1: keep doing what you do. You're amazing and seriously, thank
- 39:37Speaker 1: you so much.
- 39:38Speaker 5: Hey, thank you guys man and all the support and Kevin,
- 39:41Speaker 5: You've been showing me amazing sport due. I appreciate it.
- 39:43Speaker 4: And I'm still I'm still starstrucking dumbfounded that, like we're
- 39:46Speaker 4: homies now. I gotta tell you that, I'm gonna be
- 39:49Speaker 4: honest with you. I was telling someone at the gym earlier.
- 39:51Speaker 4: I was like, I was listening, like your song was
- 39:54Speaker 4: playing on the radio, not on the radio, but like
- 39:56Speaker 4: on that on the speakers, and I was and soon
- 40:00Speaker 4: I was like, yeah, I was just talking to him earlier.
- 40:02Speaker 4: He's gonna be on my on the podcast tonight. And
- 40:03Speaker 4: they're like what, and I was like, trust me, I know.
- 40:06Speaker 4: I'm still fucking dumbfounded by it because I've been listening
- 40:08Speaker 4: to you for years and then all of a sudden,
- 40:11Speaker 4: now we're just we're talking.
- 40:12Speaker 5: It's like that same thing happened to me. I'll have
- 40:15Speaker 5: random ass people I haven't talked to him forever, they're like, dude,
- 40:17Speaker 5: did I see you on Iron Sanctuaries fucking And I
- 40:21Speaker 5: was like, yeah, that was.
- 40:22Speaker 4: That was a huge flex for me too. That's like
- 40:24Speaker 4: one of the like the biggest flexes that I had
- 40:26Speaker 4: for that video. Like obviously there's like like you know
- 40:29Speaker 4: Chris Hansen and then the guy from Letter Kenny, but
- 40:32Speaker 4: like having you hand the guitar to Adam Rose, like
- 40:34Speaker 4: two people that I've like, I've been watching Adam Rose
- 40:37Speaker 4: and like shows and stuff for a while and then
- 40:38Speaker 4: listening to your music for a while, so it just
- 40:40Speaker 4: worked out perfectly. My favorite thing was like, was was
- 40:43Speaker 4: that echo with And I was just like, yeah, that
- 40:47Speaker 4: was echo?
- 40:47Speaker 1: No big deal, No, that's awesome.
- 40:50Speaker 5: I love it.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Man.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Well, thank you guys, dude, I appreciate a lot.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Yeah, good, we'll chatoom. Thank you so much. Checking everybody
- 40:58Speaker 1: the Letter Letter guys, go check him out on all
- 41:04Speaker 1: the social media. Is just an amazing guy, super talented,
- 41:07Speaker 1: and it's not very often you get to see this
- 41:09Speaker 1: guy a little bit starstruck. I am, dude, I.
- 41:13Speaker 4: Seriously like when he responded to my message, I was like, what, like,
- 41:20Speaker 4: because I've had like I mean, there's people that like
- 41:23Speaker 4: are like I would say famous, but like there's people
- 41:26Speaker 4: that like are are famous that have like either commented
- 41:30Speaker 4: or responded, I'm like, oh, that's pretty cool, but they're
- 41:32Speaker 4: not like people that I like, avidly paid attention to
- 41:36Speaker 4: for for a long time. And him and Chris Webby.
- 41:39Speaker 4: I've been listening to Chris Webby for a long time,
- 41:41Speaker 4: and then I was listening to him for a while,
- 41:43Speaker 4: and when I saw the tour dates before before everything
- 41:48Speaker 4: got canceled, I was like, I definitely want to go
- 41:49Speaker 4: see him. My wife and I have been both listening
- 41:51Speaker 4: to him for a while, and then it got canceled,
- 41:54Speaker 4: like the tour days.
- 41:55Speaker 1: Guy. I was like, God, damn it.
- 41:56Speaker 4: That sucks. And then now we're just I literally like
- 41:59Speaker 4: texted him it was like, yeah, you should be on
- 42:00Speaker 4: a podcast.
- 42:01Speaker 1: I know that you saw me.
- 42:03Speaker 4: I was like what so, uh yeah that's how it
- 42:06Speaker 4: was like. I was like, yeah, no big deal, just
- 42:08Speaker 4: echo you never heard of them?
- 42:10Speaker 1: No, No, I live under I live under a rock.
- 42:11Speaker 1: I've never I've never heard of again. But yeah, it's
- 42:14Speaker 1: it's awesome gonna I guess it's it's glad that you
- 42:17Speaker 1: know the guests you know, didn't work out. And next
- 42:19Speaker 1: week we have another amazing episode, potentially with two guests
- 42:23Speaker 1: and maybe even our third beardless guests. You guys will
- 42:27Speaker 1: have to you guys have to tune in to find out.
- 42:29Speaker 3: We're gonna have to write some bilaws about this.

- 42:33Speaker 1: doing a lot of things. So what we're gonna do
- 42:36Speaker 1: is this the time of the show that anybody's watching
- 42:38Speaker 1: on the original Iron Sanctuary YouTube. All right, this is
- 42:41Speaker 1: gonna go down on that network. But all you have
- 42:43Speaker 1: to do is heading over to beard laws dot com.
- 42:46Speaker 1: And I remember that I have to type it this time,
- 42:48Speaker 1: and you didn't even have to tell me, like dude,
- 42:50Speaker 1: just put it in the chat, So you just have
- 42:52Speaker 1: to head here and uh and continue to watch it.
- 42:55Speaker 1: We're gonna run a really quick ad. Then we're gonna
- 42:57Speaker 1: get into one of our favorite segments where we each
- 43:00Speaker 1: hand pick a funny, inspirational, or anything we want video
- 43:04Speaker 1: from TikTok. Not only is it something that hopefully you
- 43:06Speaker 1: guys haven't seen and you enjoy, but it also gives
- 43:09Speaker 1: the content creator a little bit of a boost and
- 43:11Speaker 1: maybe some views in a different market. And if there's
- 43:14Speaker 1: something that you guys want featured and they remember, use
- 43:16Speaker 1: the hashtag beard Laws reactions. All right, So make sure

- 44:22Speaker 6: So this is this was a good one algorithm secret
- 44:25Speaker 6: that most people don't know about. If you go to
- 44:27Speaker 6: your profile on the three dots at the top right
- 44:28Speaker 6: and you click on it, you realize that it doesn't
- 44:30Speaker 6: matter what ad your father is.
- 44:31Speaker 5: He's still waxing his carrot.
- 44:39Speaker 6: Here's a TikTok algorithm secret that most people don't know
- 44:42Speaker 6: about him. If you go to your profile on three
- 44:44Speaker 6: dots is the top right and you click on it,
- 44:45Speaker 6: you realize that it doesn't matter what a your father is,
- 44:48Speaker 6: he's still waxing his carrot.
- 44:52Speaker 1: Yeah, here's a all right, guys, follow go follow him obviously.
- 45:00Speaker 1: That's czar Bo And this is one that I picked
- 45:02Speaker 1: out that I think is absolutely hilarious. She's got a
- 45:05Speaker 1: lot of followers. She's approaching half a million. Sarah Hesteros.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Sorry Sarah, you're watching. Put your your name, But.
- 45:12Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 45:14Speaker 4: Why have one when you can have two?
- 45:17Speaker 1: Why I have to?
- 45:18Speaker 5: Will you get up?
- 45:26Speaker 1: I didn't want to do this. Oh, we've got church.
- 45:30Speaker 4: It's a religious experience.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Say for you, what do you mean multiple? Yeah, we
- 45:35Speaker 1: talked about this.
- 45:36Speaker 4: Not enough women can have multiple areas?
- 45:40Speaker 5: Multiple?
- 45:41Speaker 4: Why are your people so angry? Oh my gosh, it's ridiculous.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, why her content is hilarious. All right, and
- 46:00Speaker 1: this is the one that kenick off to visit your mother, Well,
- 46:07Speaker 1: off to visit your mother.
- 46:11Speaker 4: You can see what's sign of TikTok.
- 46:13Speaker 1: I'm on.
- 46:14Speaker 4: I like, dude, I saw I watched that thing. I
- 46:17Speaker 4: just comment I was like, I'm uncomfy. Yeah that video
- 46:22Speaker 4: makes me so uncomfortable, but I love it. Yeah.
- 46:25Speaker 1: Yeah, you're on an internet. It's funny how how different
- 46:27Speaker 1: of a TikTok like that we all are on because
- 46:30Speaker 1: the videos that usually we find for you know, each
- 46:32Speaker 1: of us bring to this is way way different. Oh yeah,
- 46:38Speaker 1: very much so. So what I want to do too
- 46:42Speaker 1: is give a quick shout out to a couple of brands.
- 46:44Speaker 1: I had a funny joke when I did Beard Love
- 46:45Speaker 1: forty six, and it was gonna be a joke about
- 46:48Speaker 1: Man's Cape. But I didn't do that because nobody likes
- 46:51Speaker 1: a bad ball joke. So Beard Bento. It's a monthly
- 46:54Speaker 1: subscription box. If you guys want to check them out.

- 47:02Speaker 1: included along with some oils and some beer products and
- 47:05Speaker 1: also go check out Dano's seasoning. Guys. It's amazing seasoning.
- 47:09Speaker 1: I'm not just saying that. I put that on everything. Tonight,
- 47:11Speaker 1: my daughter myself we had like this noodle thing. I
- 47:13Speaker 1: put some Dano's on it. She had some ice cream,
- 47:16Speaker 1: and she yelled at me, but I put some Dano's
- 47:18Speaker 1: on it. She has zero in the morning. I put
- 47:20Speaker 1: some Dano's on it. She doesn't like it, and I
- 47:22Speaker 1: think everyoned ice cream and zero four. So I'm sorry,
- 47:24Speaker 1: you know, but it's really good and you should try it.

- 48:48Speaker 3: it's at dirt at does have oil half product.
- 48:53Speaker 1: That's a lot of has I think at that point
- 48:55Speaker 1: they're quarters.
- 48:56Speaker 3: Yo, just look in the dictionary I speak. Just deal
- 49:00Speaker 3: with it, Okay. Anyways, idea, here's what I want to know.
- 49:04Speaker 3: You're are you a week plus in two weeks, right,
- 49:09Speaker 3: almost right for being a dad.
- 49:13Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, almost two weeks.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Almost two weeks, right.
- 49:17Speaker 3: So I want the funniest story that you can talk
- 49:21Speaker 3: about that's not personal so far live from you.
- 49:28Speaker 4: Oh okay, So there's two of them. So last night, uh,
- 49:34Speaker 4: last night my wife. So the way we have it schedule,
- 49:37Speaker 4: like kind of scheduled, is my wife will go to
- 49:40Speaker 4: sleep around midnight, maybe a little bit earlier, and then
- 49:45Speaker 4: all stay up with my daughter till about three, like
- 49:49Speaker 4: three am. And she's starting to like we're starting to
- 49:52Speaker 4: get her schedule figured out where she'll like stay awake
- 49:55Speaker 4: during the day and so that way she'll like sleep
- 49:57Speaker 4: better at night because before she was just in a
- 50:00Speaker 4: bunch of burn during the day and then she would
- 50:01Speaker 4: stay up all night and it was just miserable you.
- 50:04Speaker 1: Text me at that time of day.
- 50:06Speaker 4: Yeah, So that's that's why this morning, I literally have
- 50:08Speaker 4: was going to sleep when you texted me this morning.
- 50:11Speaker 1: I hate doing it in the morning, but we've talked
- 50:13Speaker 1: about and it's like, don't worry, you won't wake me up,
- 50:14Speaker 1: and when you text me, you don't wake or whatever.
- 50:16Speaker 4: Yeah, And then I was like yeah, and she she
- 50:23Speaker 4: was so my daughter was so angry. Uh, she was
- 50:28Speaker 4: just she wasn't hungry. She didn't need to be changed,
- 50:32Speaker 4: no gas bubble or anything. She was just furious that
- 50:36Speaker 4: she was awake, which would keep her awake and make
- 50:39Speaker 4: it very hard for her to go to sleep.
- 50:40Speaker 1: She was she was not not happy.
- 50:44Speaker 4: And then so uh And but I didn't know this
- 50:47Speaker 4: at the time. I thought she maybe she was hungry.
- 50:48Speaker 4: And when my wife, so we're supplementing with formula, like
- 50:53Speaker 4: just not too much, but just enough so that way,
- 50:58Speaker 4: that way my wife can get a little bit of
- 51:00Speaker 4: a break for one. And if if she didn't produce her,
- 51:02Speaker 4: if she wasn't producing enough, we'd be able to make
- 51:05Speaker 4: sure that our daughter's not starting. That's not so much
- 51:08Speaker 4: an issue anymore, obviously. Yeah, it is important. Yeah, we
- 51:11Speaker 4: were who were super like the first two days we
- 51:14Speaker 4: were like, I don't know why she's so mad. And
- 51:15Speaker 4: turns out she wasn't eat enough yet, but so I
- 51:20Speaker 4: fed her. She had like two ounces of formula and
- 51:24Speaker 4: we're just kicking it right. I'm watching I think I
- 51:27Speaker 4: was watching Narco's Uh, and she she woke herself up
- 51:32Speaker 4: and then looks at me and then just throws up
- 51:36Speaker 4: all over my face. And it was the first time
- 51:40Speaker 4: like she spit up on me whatever, like not a
- 51:42Speaker 4: whole bunch, but this was literally all two ounces all
- 51:46Speaker 4: over me. And it was she had just finished drinking
- 51:48Speaker 4: it too, so it was warm and I was I'm
- 51:53Speaker 4: just like it got in my mouth and it was going.
- 51:55Speaker 4: I was like, at first, I was like, oh my gosh,
- 51:58Speaker 4: did this really just happen? And then the second the
- 52:02Speaker 4: second thought that I had was, holy crap, formula tastes
- 52:05Speaker 4: tastes super super disgusting.
- 52:07Speaker 1: I can understand why she split it back up. Yeah.
- 52:10Speaker 1: And then it's funny like when you get to the
- 52:11Speaker 1: point where you're like, oh, let's introduce some baby food
- 52:13Speaker 1: or some real food, and then they're like picky about
- 52:16Speaker 1: what they eat. It's like, how in the hell are
- 52:18Speaker 1: you picky the shit you used to eat?
- 52:21Speaker 4: You literally you just drink breast milk or formula. Like
- 52:27Speaker 4: happy you're getting anything else every now and again, every
- 52:29Speaker 4: now and again, like if I have because we have
- 52:33Speaker 4: a candy dish that I replenish with the Hershey's bars,
- 52:37Speaker 4: the manature Hershey's bars, but I usually only eat the
- 52:40Speaker 4: mister Good bars and the crackles and then the special
- 52:44Speaker 4: dark in the Hershey's chocolate just kind of stay there.
- 52:46Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 52:47Speaker 4: But every now and again, like I'll eat and then
- 52:49Speaker 4: I'll like, I'll have her taste the chocolate a little
- 52:52Speaker 4: bit and her eyes slide up like it's the most
- 52:54Speaker 4: amazing things she's ever had.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Can you can you like have like chocolate breast milk?
- 53:00Speaker 1: The thing is that a million dollar idea or a
- 53:03Speaker 1: bad idea?
- 53:04Speaker 4: I don't know, because I assume formula is just like
- 53:08Speaker 4: like vanilla flavored.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Why don't they have.
- 53:11Speaker 3: I don't even think it's vanilla. I think it tastes
- 53:13Speaker 3: like carpet car It's like carpet flavored, honestly, I think
- 53:19Speaker 3: the other funny the other funny.
- 53:20Speaker 4: Thing is don't ever have to try everybody's tried it,
- 53:23Speaker 4: not on purpose. You forget and then you're like, oh okay.
- 53:34Speaker 4: Speaking of that, I think the funniest thing is my
- 53:37Speaker 4: wife came downstairs after feeding my daughter upstairs because we
- 53:41Speaker 4: were trying to figure out like who was going to
- 53:43Speaker 4: sleep where, uh, and and she comes downstairs. She's like,
- 53:49Speaker 4: she's like, well, there's this you have to like if
- 53:52Speaker 4: they stop eating, you have to like you know, basically
- 53:55Speaker 4: just kind of show them that it's still there and
- 53:56Speaker 4: there's still milk there. And she did that and just
- 53:59Speaker 4: scored her right in the face, just right in the face,
- 54:03Speaker 4: and she was half asleep and half awake, and she
- 54:05Speaker 4: told her I started dying laughing. I'm like, this's literally
- 54:07Speaker 4: the funniest thing I've ever heard. Just water you just
- 54:10Speaker 4: milk board of your kid board as a kid, like
- 54:13Speaker 4: just hey, there's still food here. Thanks, I know.
- 54:19Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, another question and then we can, uh,
- 54:22Speaker 3: we can we can go a different direction if you wish, Matthew. Uh,
- 54:26Speaker 3: another question. So my wife and I had always decided
- 54:29Speaker 3: that we would be honest with other people when they
- 54:31Speaker 3: had babies. So we were older babies, but we had
- 54:35Speaker 3: always been We've been like thousands of weddings, have hundreds
- 54:38Speaker 3: of friends, which would the numbers don't add up there,
- 54:41Speaker 3: but you know what I mean. So like when people
- 54:43Speaker 3: have babies, everyone's always like, oh, your baby, Oh he's
- 54:46Speaker 3: so cute, he's so cute. So we're like, let's be
- 54:50Speaker 3: honest with each other. If our kids come out ugly, ugly,
- 54:54Speaker 3: let's let's let's acknowledge that fact, like it's not it
- 54:57Speaker 3: doesn't make you love them less. It just makes you
- 54:59Speaker 3: a realist.
- 55:00Speaker 5: YEA.
- 55:00Speaker 3: So our first one came out and I'm telling you what,
- 55:03Speaker 3: he was the cutest thing ever. But like we we
- 55:06Speaker 3: had like a checklist, like.
- 55:08Speaker 1: He has good skin, he has good pictures, like he
- 55:11Speaker 1: has eyes that aren't crossed, you.
- 55:13Speaker 3: Know, all that all that stuff, like you know, kind
- 55:16Speaker 3: of being funny about it, but also kind of being real. Yeah,
- 55:19Speaker 3: like the first one, he just came out perfect. When
- 55:23Speaker 3: we had our second kid, he was blotchy, he looked
- 55:26Speaker 3: like you he looked he looked like he had been
- 55:29Speaker 3: playing in dirt for seven weeks.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Like he was just he was gross.
- 55:34Speaker 3: And like the first I think it was my mother
- 55:37Speaker 3: when maybe the first or second person she was that
- 55:39Speaker 3: was like, he's so beautiful and I'm just holding him.
- 55:41Speaker 3: I was like, no, he's not.
- 55:44Speaker 1: What. He's fucking hideous.
- 55:47Speaker 3: I love him, but he's fucking hideous. And she's like,
- 55:50Speaker 3: you can't say that about your son. I was like, yeah,
- 55:52Speaker 3: I can. Do you remember what the other one looked like,
- 55:55Speaker 3: because this one's ugly as ship? Oh thank you, Cet.
- 55:58Speaker 3: I am beautiful, but like I you know, I mean
- 56:03Speaker 3: to be honest, Like for me and my wife, we
- 56:06Speaker 3: decided that we were more comfortable being honest about it.
- 56:09Speaker 3: So that yeah, so like for for one, part of
- 56:12Speaker 3: it was her her mental state was she didn't want
- 56:16Speaker 3: people just to blow smoke up her ass. Yeah, you know,
- 56:19Speaker 3: just like ohs something she was you know, you're worried
- 56:21Speaker 3: about if your baby's healthy or I uh, from a
- 56:27Speaker 3: conversation we all had earlier.
- 56:28Speaker 4: Now we started this conversation maybe straight away from that for.
- 56:32Speaker 3: A little bit, like it was one of those things
- 56:37Speaker 3: that yes, so we did give him a poorn star name.
- 56:41Speaker 3: But so yeah, your daughter truthfully now granted your dad.
- 56:47Speaker 3: And of course she's beautiful, but honest opinion.
- 56:51Speaker 4: I think when she came out, it's beautiful.
- 56:54Speaker 3: Uh.
- 56:54Speaker 4: And and and I know there's a like because we
- 56:57Speaker 4: had talked about it before, My wife and I same
- 57:00Speaker 4: sort of deal. We were just hoping because for two reasons. One,
- 57:05Speaker 4: we didn't want her to be ugly when she came out.
- 57:07Speaker 4: That would have sucked. We were super we like, we
- 57:09Speaker 4: wanted her to have all of her fingers and toes
- 57:11Speaker 4: and have red hair and and that's what we got.
- 57:15Speaker 4: And but and then she wasn't ugly right well, obviously
- 57:18Speaker 4: when they first come out before you know, they become
- 57:22Speaker 4: a slightly acclimated to the real world like air like
- 57:28Speaker 4: they they all look like little gremlins, especially especially with
- 57:32Speaker 4: like a vaginal birth because like their head kids misshaped
- 57:35Speaker 4: sometimes and luckily hers didn't. Like hers was really round.
- 57:38Speaker 4: So everyone was like she c section. Nope, she she's
- 57:41Speaker 4: just you know, seven pounds nine ounces. She's not a
- 57:44Speaker 4: huge kid. They're still pretty big. Honestly, I would not
- 57:49Speaker 4: be able to push a seven pound.
- 57:51Speaker 1: I don't people throw that bowling like squeak his bowling
- 57:54Speaker 1: ball seven pounds. He can't even throw.
- 57:57Speaker 4: Yeah I could. I couldn't.
- 58:01Speaker 1: I could.
- 58:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I definitely couldn't throw a seven pound baby. If
- 58:04Speaker 4: you know, they just you should know you shouldn't. But
- 58:08Speaker 4: so she obviously she when she became actimate, she wasn't ugly.
- 58:13Speaker 1: I thought she.
- 58:14Speaker 4: I thought she came out pretty good looking as for
- 58:18Speaker 4: a baby, right, because our friends baby are our all
- 58:22Speaker 4: girls when they come out.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Yep.
- 58:24Speaker 4: Our friends had had a daughter and when she came
- 58:28Speaker 4: I was like, that's not that's an ugly baby. And
- 58:31Speaker 4: then she got a little bit older and now she's cute,
- 58:33Speaker 4: right and ours I'm afraid it's gonna go the other way,
- 58:38Speaker 4: and I really hope it's not the case. But if
- 58:40Speaker 4: she's ugly, it means I don't have to worry about
- 58:42Speaker 4: boys or girls.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Up.
- 58:48Speaker 4: Yeah, she's just.
- 58:51Speaker 3: Gonna she's she's just gonna be a dog groomer whole life. Like, yeah,
- 58:55Speaker 3: probably she's gonna knit things.
- 58:58Speaker 4: Which is fine, you know, because I don't think I'm
- 59:02Speaker 4: ready to be a grandpa yet.
- 59:04Speaker 1: You know.
- 59:04Speaker 4: It's a little bit, but no, Yeah, we were super
- 59:09Speaker 4: worried about that. And then the other reason that I
- 59:12Speaker 4: was I was really hoping she wasn't ugly is because
- 59:15Speaker 4: the video, the announcement video I did and Matt, I
- 59:18Speaker 4: forgot to add your clip in there. There were so
- 59:21Speaker 4: many people that.
- 59:24Speaker 1: About it because like you had some you got some
- 59:27Speaker 1: pretty cool people.
- 59:28Speaker 4: I had to speed it up and don't get them
- 59:30Speaker 4: all to fit right.
- 59:31Speaker 1: Actually they're all a couple of seconds going one frame
- 59:35Speaker 1: to the other.
- 59:36Speaker 4: And it sucked too because some of them were like,
- 59:38Speaker 4: there's certain people that I really wanted to be in
- 59:39Speaker 4: the video, but the way they filmed their I couldn't
- 59:44Speaker 4: speed it up or or I would say no, I
- 59:48Speaker 4: would not eat the corn. But there were so many
- 59:53Speaker 4: I was like, and then I asked him to re
- 59:55Speaker 4: record it, to do it a different way, and then
- 59:57Speaker 4: they'd be like, yeah, I'll get to it, and then
- 59:58Speaker 4: they didn't. I'm like, god, dang it. But and because
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: at the end of that video I wanted to I
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: wanted to have because everyone at TIC, like without throughout
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: TikTok has been a part of the whole journey, which
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: is why that video is the way it was, because
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: like people were like, oh, you could do it like
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: this like that, and I'm like, I'm like, this is
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: how I want to do it. All these people were
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: a part of except for Chris Hansen and the guy
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: from Letter Kenny. Those those were just like flexes that
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: I wanted to have for Franmous people.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: And from Letter Kenny too, And I was like, which dude,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: was it Riley?
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: It was Riley.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Cool. Yeah.
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: So but like all these people were a part of
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: the journey of Yeah, and ending it with Tyler and
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: John which obviously, I mean that's where it started, and
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: then having John Hammy basically hand me my daughter in
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: the video. I just thought it was like the best
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: way to do it. And if she was ugly, that
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: wouldn't have worked. I would have had to wait, and
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: I already made everyone wait like three days, posted the
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: video saying that oh my god, it's happening. Even though
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: she was induced, she didn't actually go she or water
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: didn't break like like she was induced. Like so like
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: we went through that process. But I mean to ever
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: wait like three days. My my account had like three
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: point four million profile visits the day after I posted
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: that video, and then the next day after that, before
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: I posted the announcement it had it had like like
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: one point six million.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: Cy you were loved, sir.
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: I know it's crazy. It's honestly, it was crazye It
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: really was. The baby at least creep you're at least
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: creeped down a lot. Yeah, but no, that's it's what's
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: what's crazy. And here's the here's the other thing. And
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: I don't know how this is going to be received.
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: Right when you're when you're when you're when you're in
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: the hospital. So when we were in the hospital, they
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: make you watch four videos and it's like about like
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: taking the baby home, making you know, using the car seat,
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: don't smoke around the baby, don't do drugs around the baby,
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: stuff like that, And then there's a whole series there's
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: a whole like twenty minute video you had to watch
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: about like how certain things can like hurt a child,
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: like if you accidentally drop them, and like they're made
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: of jello like the first couple of months, so if
- 1:02:16Speaker 4: you drop them from like a small height, or if
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: they roll off something, it's not gonna kill them. You
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: just want to watch, yeah, things that you want to
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: watch out for. And then there's like a five minute
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: section of all the terrifying or like the terrible things
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: that can happen if you violently shake a baby. And
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: I'm watching these and I'm like, I'm like, this is
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: so like obviously, you're never you're not gonna shake violently
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: shake a baby, right, And then the other night, I'm
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: sitting there and like not that I was thinking about
- 1:02:44Speaker 4: shaking my daughter, obviously, but she I'm holding her and
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: she's she's eating, she's she's freshed diaper, and she's just
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: screaming her head off, and like I figured out this
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: thing where it was like before i'd be like, oh
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: my gosh, what's wrong. I'll just look at her and
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: be like, really, you're being dramatic right now, There's no
- 1:03:01Speaker 4: reason that you need to be screaming like this, and
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: then after a little while of me just talking to her,
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: she'll just look at me and be like, Okay, maybe
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: you're right, and she'll fall asleep and she's.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: Doing this, and like.
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: I'm watching her scream at me, and I'm having this
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: conversation with her, and then in the back of my head,
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: I'm like, I get it now, I know why they
- 1:03:20Speaker 4: make you watch these videos, because for me, I guess
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: it was. My situation is a little bit different because
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: like it's not like I have to be anywhere, so
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: if I lose sleep, I'm just tired, right, But like
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: I can understand the stress that it can put on people,
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: like having to be at work the next day and
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: stuff like that, and they're just screaming the head off
- 1:03:38Speaker 4: for no reason, and it's like, okay, that that cause
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: there's postpart Like I've read a whole bunch there's a
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: lot of postpartum stuff that males can affect males as well,
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: and so I'm aware of all that stuff because, like
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: I was like, because I've dealt with depression and anxiety
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: and stuff like that, so you're more predisposed to that
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: sort of the thing if you've had issues with it
- 1:03:59Speaker 4: in the past. So I'm like, Okay, well I want
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: to know what to look out for for myself obviously,
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: and so I'm just watching your screamer head off. I'm
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: like it makes sense. Not that I would ever obviously
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: do that, but like I can see why. Like there's
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: certain things that can happen that can lead to that.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: There's a lot of things that people and I'm not
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: going to say they're dumb, so but whatever, but there's
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: a lot of people out there that do a lot
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: of things that we know isn't right. Yeah, your brains
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: just don't function because nobody's no two brains really function
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: alike exactly. They have that, you know what I mean,
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: they don't have that, and they're just they they react,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: they don't think, they react before they think, and it's.
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: Just a stop And it's sad that they would even
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: have to have videos like that.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: It really is, honestly, it seriously is, because, like we'll
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: think about it, logically, it's a baby, so obviously it
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: doesn't know, it doesn't know anything. It's like six seven, eight,
- 1:04:51Speaker 4: ten days old. That's how it communicates is by crying.
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: It's it's and it's all it's it's there's usually one
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: of four things. They yes, it can, yeah, it doesn't
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: get talked about very often, that's the that's the problem.
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: But it's it's one of four things. They're they're either hungry, okay,
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: they need to be changed, they want to be held,
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: they're gassy, or they're tired. Right, So there's there's it's
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: very simple what those things are.
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: And if you get.
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: If you get past yeah, see, I still have the
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: same problems. Right, And she she has this thing where
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: she'll wake up and start crying and and at first
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: I thought, well, maybe she's waking up hungry, and then
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: I you know, I looked at the news and I
- 1:05:33Speaker 4: was like, ah, you know, it's just more socially acceptable
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: for a newborn to wake up crying about how the
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: world is as opposed to and when I wake up
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: crying about it, my wife tells me.
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: To shut up.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: It's just like I didn't get all these.
- 1:05:47Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly, but already what's crazy.
- 1:05:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: What's crazy though, is like if as a obviously because newborn, right,
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: that's what it does. That's what communicates. But if a
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: grown man screamed at me the way my daughter does them,
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: I would probably like if it was just constant, you
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: probably hit that person in the face like that you're
- 1:06:13Speaker 4: being ridiculous. But like as a logic person, you can
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: separate the two.
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: But that's why.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: That's why, And I've been reading a lot it because
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: I was like, this is so weird, Like this is
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: like you don't obviously you don't shake children. You hear
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: about it, it happens on the news. You hear You're like, ah,
- 1:06:27Speaker 4: I can't believe anyone would do that, and then you
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: read into it you're like, Okay, there's like there's connections
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: that need to happen, and then lack of sleep, lack
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: of lack of like proper like prior preparedness, like understanding
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: what to look out for.
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: Yeah, and usually that person had some kind of you
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: know there there was more behind the scenes.
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: Obviously.
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: I was just more more behind the scenes with that.
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: But like it's interesting, it's not I mean, it's terrible.
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: It's a terrible thing that happens. But like I've been
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: reading a lot about like the postpartum stuff because like
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: I said, like I'm super interested with learning. I have
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: tons of time now, like literally I'll s'll be asleep
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: in my arms. I'll just research shit for no reason,
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: Mama exactly. But there's like there's so much you hear
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: about postpartum depression and women You're like, Okay, they get depressed.
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: You know whatever.
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: There's like this, that and the other thing about it.
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: But like the male side of it, like there's a
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: huge like it can definitely affect males. And no, dude,
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: that I've actually like, I mean like I've had buddies
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: that have just had kids and I brought it up
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: to them. They're like, no, yeah, I went through it.
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: They're like, well, why didn't you say anything because it's
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: it's a yeah, you just don't. But that's the for
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: me because I mean, five and a half years of recovery,
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: I talk about my feelings and I talk about stuff,
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: and it's definitely something that needs to be that needs
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: to be talked about more.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: I agree, No, it's a good thing. And then maybe
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: and maybe you know, uh, maybe you know, a voice
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: as such as yours can can can make dudes of
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: awkward talking about it. I know, maybe just being there,
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: I was just like I'll deal with it.
- 1:08:04Speaker 4: And there's the other the other thing about it too,
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: that's like that that could be part of it is
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: I I didn't really have like a breakdown the other day,
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: but lack of sleep and then the fact that for
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: some reason I couldn't get her to calm down or
- 1:08:16Speaker 4: fall asleep. But where you were as usually like the
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: last couple previous days before that, like I, you know,
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: rock her or whatever, and then she would end up
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: falling asleep in my arms. But like she just wasn't
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: having it right. She only wanted my wife, and I
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: understand why, Like logically, okay, that's food. And then she
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: grew in her belly, so there's more of a connection
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: there than there is with me at this point. But
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: like that was the only thing that we get her
- 1:08:42Speaker 4: to calm down. Is like my wife, you know, breastfeeding
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: her right. And in my head, I'm like, she doesn't
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: like me. My daughter doesn't like me.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: She hates me.
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: She doesn't want anything to do with me. I can't
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: get her to calm down. I called my buddy who
- 1:08:53Speaker 4: just had a kid. I was like, I was like,
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: my daughter doesn't like me. I don't know why, and
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: he's like, dude, she's six days old. She and know
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: what the world is. She just wants food. That's like
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: literally but like because the lack of sleep, and then
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: having that being like case, I had a little smidgeon
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: of confidence thinking, Okay, I figured her out. This is
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: how I get her to fall asleep. This is and
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: then all of a sudden it's completely different. It's like,
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: holy crap, I'm a terrible father. She doesn't like me.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: And this isn't to bum you out. This is just
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: kind of what happens, like you finally get to at
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: least in my opinion, when I happened to me, you
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: finally are like, dude, I got this.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: I know what to do.
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: I can get her to step, I can change your diapers.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: And then next thing, you know, their routines change because
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: they're a little bit older, and you're.
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: Like huh u.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: And then you're like, all right, cool, I got this
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: new one. And then it changes again. You're like god,
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: damn it. And then now she my daughter's seven, and
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: it's just like, oh, that's a whole different problem. And see,
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: but every every problem is still a great problem to
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: have because there is nothing like honestly man like.
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: Yeah, it always says she's like she's like, dude, you
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: pout when you don't get your own way with your kids.
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: I'm like, why shouldn't. I. First off, you got to
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: spend the first nine months with him in there.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: They never kicked for me. They kicked for you all
- 1:10:09Speaker 3: day long. I go up, Yeah, where are you a
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: little fella?
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: And they would kick.
- 1:10:12Speaker 3: I'm like, Plus, they're two dudes. I want dad time,
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: and so like, of course they're still at six and four,
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: they're still attached to their mom. Like they would crawl
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: back in if they could. It's probably really warm, but
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: like they'll hang out with me, but at the end
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: of the night, it's always mom time and I'll sit
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: there like, dude, what the hell come and hang out
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: with me, And she's like, don't.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: Pout, Like I am pouting.
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: Yeah, And see that's fucking cool, And I want to
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: hang out with exactly. And I think the thing is
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: that it's probably talked about more, we just don't see
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: it as much. Is that the dynamic with the with
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: the relationship between a father and their kids is way
- 1:10:54Speaker 4: different than it was when like when I was growing up. Obviously,
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: like I mean my dad, I mean he was in
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: the Navy, was gone a lot. So like the relationship
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: that him and I have is is very different than
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: you know, the relationship that other people have with their
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: kids or if they're like father's non existent, right if
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: they're not in the picture. And that's unfortunately that's a problem.
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: But what's not like focused on is like the dads
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: who you know, I would say, like myself at this point,
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: who knows, I might not like her later and I'll
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: just leave it. But like at the day, I really
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: enjoy being around my daughter and my wife, and I
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: want to obviously be there for everything. But like the
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: fathers that are wont to be super active in every
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: part of it, Like for me, it's like I know
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: probably more about like what breast milk does and like
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: how to use the pump machine and all that stuff
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: that my wife does because that's like that's what I
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: could do because I couldn't do anything else. Okay, let
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: me learn how to do how to help her with
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: all of this stuff. So that way I just say, hey,
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: here's how you do it whatever, and and she's good
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: to go. She doesn't have to like think about that.
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: She just has to basically just be there to provide nourishment.
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: And and what the problem is is that like there's
- 1:12:04Speaker 4: there's mom groups, right, there's mom groups on Facebook. There's
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: breastfeeding groups on Facebook. There's all these other groups for
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: for moms to to to basically discuss things with each other.
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: And and I've been looking for it, and I've asked
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: a couple of people. There's not really a lot of
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: places for dads like that.
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: I imagine. I imagine either like single dad groups or yeah,
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: single dad widow dad groups, or otherwise you just get
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: made made fun of or trolled or whatever, which which
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: nobody wants to do. Like, yeah, any any of the
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: three of us would be like whatever, but at some
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: point you'd notice it and you'd be like, yeah.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: A lot different now than it was, you know, back
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: in the day. Back in the day, it was just like,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: you know, it's much different. But I mean we could
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: we could go on and on again. This were a
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: little past time. So it's okay, It's it's fine, I
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: talk and we can talk as much as you want
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: backstage or if any if like like CT he's gonna
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: be a dad tune, or if any dads want to
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: come backstage and chat with us. This is my dad group. Yeah,
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: we're just gonna we're just gonna end the live and
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: if anybody dad or mom want to be a part
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: of it, shoot a message on Instagram. You guys, come
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: to the backstage time flies when you're having fun. I
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: got new swag on Facebook.

- 1:14:38Speaker 4: still giving away a Toyota Super that is still a
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: thing I I will probably be making a video about
- 1:14:44Speaker 4: it on TikTok here pretty soon, but I am picking
- 1:14:46Speaker 4: it up from the shop that it's at because I
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: decided instead of giving away as is, I made it better.
- 1:14:56Speaker 4: It's all still original, but like paint correction is going
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: to be is being done the fold. I'll go into
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: it more. But a lot of cool stuff, so much
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: happening with that.
