- 1:43Speaker 6: last night was commentating the NRAL Grand Final till midnight.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Yeah, so just a wee. But you know, blurry, we
- 1:49Speaker 2: were blurry, that's.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the word. Yeah, but that's okay.

- 2:11Speaker 6: Or you know, dob someone in from being a massive
- 2:14Speaker 6: maggot over the weekend three four eight three and you
- 2:16Speaker 6: could want to Tooby prize pack.
- 2:17Speaker 1: This system of a down for Darchy Big Shows with
- 2:21Speaker 1: Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keisy.
- 2:24Speaker 5: Yes indeed radio head there on the Radio Hodarchy Big
- 2:27Speaker 5: Show this Monday afternoon, twelve minutes past four o'clock. And
- 2:30Speaker 5: as most of you will know out there in the
- 2:32Speaker 5: listening world, it was a big day here at Radio
- 2:35Speaker 5: Hodaki on Friday, the big send off of Maddie Heath
- 2:39Speaker 5: leaving the breakfast show, and a good time it would seem.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Was had by all Mogie. It was a bloody ripper mate. Yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 3: we popped down to a local restaurant there indear well
- 2:51Speaker 3: obviously we got there quite late. Yeah, everyone else had
- 2:54Speaker 3: been there since around about midday, sure, but we're going
- 2:57Speaker 3: to get there into after Our show was a bit
- 2:58Speaker 3: of a shape. But Geeshu was all she was all
- 3:00Speaker 3: go and lovely evening sun It was kezy, the sunscreen
- 3:07Speaker 3: was out and the drinks, the drinks were flowing. There's
- 3:09Speaker 3: probably what you're egging twenty or thirty people down there.
- 3:12Speaker 6: There were twenty or thirty people outdoor area umbrellas, ure
- 3:15Speaker 6: pizza's coming out, drinks responsibly coming out. People just bonding
- 3:19Speaker 6: and happy and stoked and genuinely because it doesn't often
- 3:22Speaker 6: happen in our industry.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I've noticed this.
- 3:23Speaker 6: If someone leaves, it might be because they've gone to
- 3:26Speaker 6: an opposition, or it might be because maybe they've disgraced
- 3:29Speaker 6: themselves in some way. It's not often you get everyone
- 3:32Speaker 6: around just saying nice stuff about someone who's been an
- 3:35Speaker 6: integral part of our station.
- 3:37Speaker 2: So that was really nice.
- 3:38Speaker 6: Vibes were high, and then Jerry just basically said, all right,
- 3:40Speaker 6: everyone back to my place. It's just around the corner.
- 3:42Speaker 6: And we were there till the early hours, so vibes
- 3:45Speaker 6: are really high. Jason, I'll tell you what we missed you. Yeah, man,
- 3:48Speaker 6: it would have been great having you there, because of
- 3:49Speaker 6: course you were tied up, weren't you.
- 3:50Speaker 5: I was tied up one of my girls going to
- 3:53Speaker 5: it to live in Australia on Friday. Deah, it's pretty
- 3:59Speaker 5: windy at the old airport. There's a bustard of a
- 4:01Speaker 5: place now. I mean, I don't know if you guys
- 4:04Speaker 5: have been out there at the International Airport. Yeah, I've
- 4:07Speaker 5: changed it all up, and I got.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Lost sugar Mett Heathering on the news talk CD in
- 4:12Speaker 3: the afternoon. I'm going to I'm going to that's good.
- 4:15Speaker 5: Yeah, And so yeah we went there, my wife and
- 4:18Speaker 5: I and her and her partner because they're flying off,
- 4:20Speaker 5: and had a coffee and the chit.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Chat and going to miss her and actually it.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Was really great.
- 4:28Speaker 6: We're at Cherry was there, Mike because obviously everyone came
- 4:32Speaker 6: around and he got the cocktails out.
- 4:34Speaker 5: Saw I saw the picture of cocktail mode cocktails out.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right. We were straining too. It wasn't really
- 4:40Speaker 3: a cocktail so much as just and tsh was it
- 4:43Speaker 3: pumping out the G and t's there and it was
- 4:46Speaker 3: over the beers. Yeah, we were at the previous place,
- 4:48Speaker 3: and I said about thirty two, and then moved on
- 4:51Speaker 3: to that responsibly and then moved on to the margarita.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Did you do it in a shaker? Was there shaker? Actually?
- 4:57Speaker 2: Going on?
- 4:58Speaker 3: Was a bar? I just sort of that just ca
- 5:00Speaker 3: out in the glass, So I just sort of drink
- 5:02Speaker 3: it like that. Yeah. Yeah, and then I'm.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Going to tell you actually, while I was at the airport,
- 5:07Speaker 5: there was a there was a party there that were.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Celebrating and the Old Shaker was going at the bar there.
- 5:13Speaker 5: May I didn't feel hungry though, I mean my wife
- 5:17Speaker 5: was like, you guys want to eat anything, and they
- 5:19Speaker 5: were like, I think we got some chips, squirt of
- 5:23Speaker 5: sauce on there. I wasn't feeling particularly hung We are
- 5:26Speaker 5: feeling quite emotional.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Yeah, and because your daughter was leaving.
- 5:31Speaker 5: That's probably more. Because I was having a coffee and
- 5:33Speaker 5: that was probably my fourth of the.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Day, just coffees.
- 5:37Speaker 6: I had a espresso martini at about eleven because I
- 5:40Speaker 6: was getting quite sleepy, and then I had that and
- 5:43Speaker 6: then I was good to go. And then Jerry ordered
- 5:44Speaker 6: all this food. This food just all turned out so
- 5:47Speaker 6: much food, like a banquet, and everyone was just in
- 5:49Speaker 6: great vibes. We all gathered around. He had a fireplace going.
- 5:52Speaker 6: He was playing nineties sort of techno music.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:55Speaker 2: God, it was a vibe. Everyone was just really having
- 5:58Speaker 2: a great time and better. Yeah, yeah, absolutely so.
- 6:02Speaker 5: We just my wife and I just ended up getting
- 6:05Speaker 5: some KFC on the way home because we were feeling
- 6:07Speaker 5: pretty sad. And I mean there were tears obviously, and
- 6:13Speaker 5: tears where we were as well, yes, so funny.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Jeez, man's great personalities. I'll tell you what far Jas.
- 6:21Speaker 6: It sounded like you had a nice evening too though, Man,
- 6:23Speaker 6: So okay, so you're lucky Barsard.
- 6:25Speaker 1: The w Hodarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 6:29Speaker 1: and Kissy.
- 6:30Speaker 5: Is indeed the Stone Temple pilots there on the radio,
- 6:32Speaker 5: Whole Narchy Big.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Show this Monday afternoon.
- 6:35Speaker 5: Obviously a bit of league action over the weekend there,
- 6:38Speaker 5: Maggie the NRL Grand Finals. So we thought we'd get
- 6:42Speaker 5: our league specialist, the one and only Charlie Gub on
- 6:45Speaker 5: the phone with us to talk through.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Talk it through. Charlie, a mad bastard, how's life?
- 6:52Speaker 4: Good? Brothers? Pretty naked after last night? Late night? So
- 6:56Speaker 4: looking forward to get into a bit of synthetic cannabis
- 6:58Speaker 4: when I knock off.
- 7:02Speaker 3: That stuff's not good for you, Charlie. Man, come on, no,
- 7:05Speaker 3: it's not.
- 7:05Speaker 4: Good for you. I'm built a bit different.
- 7:07Speaker 5: Yeah that's true. Hey, well, how was your weekend before
- 7:12Speaker 5: we get into it? Because the fellas had a big
- 7:14Speaker 5: night on Friday night? You have a big weekend too,
- 7:16Speaker 5: Charlie or did you just take it easy?
- 7:18Speaker 3: Mate?
- 7:19Speaker 4: I had a big weekend there us talk on them back. Yeah,
- 7:25Speaker 4: there's plenty everything really nothing nothing really but to talk about.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Do you make it down to kill Bernie barbers Man?
- 7:33Speaker 4: No, not I did. I did actually early on Friday.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Good on you a couple of early ones and get
- 7:39Speaker 3: a few, get a few toys in you.
- 7:42Speaker 4: You got a few toys and then to cleaning toilets.
- 7:45Speaker 5: Yeah, let's get into the final. Then what game the
- 7:50Speaker 5: Panthers prevailing in the end. What were your thoughts about
- 7:52Speaker 5: it there, Charlie, No, I.
- 7:55Speaker 4: Think Panthers were just showed their class. Really. It was
- 7:59Speaker 4: one of those games. Both teams are so good defensively,
- 8:02Speaker 4: but every time storm Storm went wide, do you know,
- 8:06Speaker 4: to Howorth and Coach's side, Penriff just had their number.
- 8:09Speaker 4: They were just making their tackles one on one. They
- 8:12Speaker 4: didn't they didn't look too threatening, and I think that's
- 8:14Speaker 4: where they really missed Nelson through the metal, who maybe
- 8:17Speaker 4: would break a couple of tackles or offload to break
- 8:20Speaker 4: down that Penrift defense. But yeah, Penriff just built so
- 8:25Speaker 4: much pressure and they were always throwing a lot of shape.
- 8:28Speaker 4: When they were on their line, they were you know,
- 8:30Speaker 4: going wide and then topping back and then I would
- 8:34Speaker 4: go to the line. Yeah, you know, doubles and our
- 8:38Speaker 4: back and that sort of stuff. So it was a
- 8:41Speaker 4: good game, like not a lot of scoring, but it
- 8:44Speaker 4: was just for that and then Penoff got on top
- 8:46Speaker 4: as we as we thought they would.
- 8:48Speaker 6: Keezy absolutely, Charlie, Kezy here. I hope you're well mate.
- 8:54Speaker 6: One thing I sort of you did right, the lack
- 8:57Speaker 6: of Nelson soft of Solomona. For people that don't know,
- 8:59Speaker 6: he's a key, he's the biggest guy in the NRL.
- 9:02Speaker 6: He plays prop for Melbourne and him going through the
- 9:05Speaker 6: middle and then Harry Grant with a quick player of
- 9:07Speaker 6: the ball and just sort of attacking.
- 9:08Speaker 2: That was the only thing lacking.
- 9:10Speaker 6: And Melbourne couldn't really fire a shot because they didn't
- 9:14Speaker 6: have Harry sort of pressuring the defense. And then you
- 9:16Speaker 6: know Jerome Hughes, who's the Dally M winner. He kind
- 9:20Speaker 6: of wasn't effective. Munster was almost trying to do too much,
- 9:22Speaker 6: whereas the Panthers were just clinical and locked in.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Yeah, that's right, and you can't underestimate how much Nelson
- 9:31Speaker 4: would have done, like even if he created too fast
- 9:34Speaker 4: play the balls you know on the line. That's two opportunities.
- 9:37Speaker 4: There was only a few tries in the game, you know,
- 9:39Speaker 4: so Melbourne get an extra, they might have their tails up.
- 9:42Speaker 4: You know. They didn't lose by much, but at the
- 9:45Speaker 4: end of the day that they didn't have and Fisher,
- 9:47Speaker 4: Harrison the Oda just stepped up again. As I yo, Mart,
- 9:52Speaker 4: they were just they were they weren't class above, but
- 9:56Speaker 4: they just they just played better, you know, Like Cartole
- 9:59Speaker 4: was really good for the Storm, but I don't know,
- 10:03Speaker 4: he just didn't have the support around him.
- 10:05Speaker 3: He did it. What do you think of that pre
- 10:08Speaker 3: match entertainment there, Charlie gab there the kidler Roy one
- 10:11Speaker 3: of your favorites. Brother, yeah, brother.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Brother, Yeah, he's all over my Spotify, man. But I
- 10:20Speaker 4: didn't get to watch it. I was watching on the
- 10:22Speaker 4: sky and they weren't playing it right. They didn't have
- 10:25Speaker 4: the right rights to play there, but that might have
- 10:27Speaker 4: just been at.
- 10:31Speaker 6: No, they didn't have the rights for it, so I
- 10:32Speaker 6: were playing old replays and things. Charlie, Hell, Jayce, Jace.
- 10:37Speaker 2: We've got Charlie.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Charlie doesn't mind.
- 10:40Speaker 6: Hey, Charlie, do you think I mean the Panthers this
- 10:43Speaker 6: is their fourth in a row. It's unheard of hasn't
- 10:46Speaker 6: been done since the Dragons won eleven in a row in.
- 10:48Speaker 2: The fifties and sixties.
- 10:50Speaker 6: We're having this bait on a podcast, our debates today
- 10:53Speaker 6: on a podcast.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Are they the best to ever do it?
- 10:55Speaker 3: What do you reckon? Yeah?
- 10:58Speaker 4: I think they are. But again, people that say they
- 11:03Speaker 4: watched the game in the fifties, they don't know. They
- 11:06Speaker 4: don't know nothing, and we don't know nothing about the
- 11:09Speaker 4: fifties and they don't know nothing about now. So definitely
- 11:13Speaker 4: the best that we've seen. But you can't I don't know,
- 11:17Speaker 4: it's hard to compare.
- 11:18Speaker 3: It is. It is hard to compare because you don't
- 11:19Speaker 3: know how those teams will go in the modern era.
- 11:21Speaker 3: But back in the old days you're probably picked on
- 11:23Speaker 3: the basis of whether you could take somebody's head off. Yeah,
- 11:27Speaker 3: I dubbed them on their necks. It's a it's a
- 11:29Speaker 3: different kind of skills.
- 11:30Speaker 5: Set play with a broken spine and and scales.
- 11:34Speaker 3: They're interesting to see. Obviously, every every year they've they've
- 11:39Speaker 3: lost players. This year is a big year, losing Jerome
- 11:42Speaker 3: LOWI bit of chat out of Penrith that Dylan Edwards
- 11:46Speaker 3: actually went to the club as a six. So it's
- 11:48Speaker 3: potential there they might be moving and.
- 11:50Speaker 7: Then so they just fign that from Yes it's a
- 11:58Speaker 7: stud so I don't know even.
- 12:02Speaker 4: What's his name. Fisher Harris has gone. I've just seen
- 12:04Speaker 4: their bench front roll has been named and the Odie team.
- 12:07Speaker 4: So they just keep petitioning mm hmm.
- 12:10Speaker 6: They just yeah, they just keep producing quality, which is
- 12:14Speaker 6: kind of the hallmark really Yeah, but look, Charlie, we've
- 12:17Speaker 6: got to wrap things up before you that you go, mate,
- 12:20Speaker 6: Who is your Porter King player of the day.
- 12:26Speaker 4: My one was probably Liam Martin.
- 12:30Speaker 7: He got I mean he got five who he got
- 12:34Speaker 7: his meddle so beginning of night or a bucket hat.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just one of those things. Do you merge
- 12:40Speaker 4: coming guys and you merge coming to send you some
- 12:42Speaker 4: flat backs?
- 12:43Speaker 5: Wait, boy, can't wait. Hey, Charlie, gab your legend. Thanks
- 12:48Speaker 5: for your thoughts, mate, We'll be in contact soon.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Eh.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Yeah. Anyway, I must get into the theater.
- 12:56Speaker 6: Okay, good stuff, mate, Bloody Ripper, and don't forget if
- 12:59Speaker 6: you ever Wellington, you need to go. Poo's head up,
- 13:02Speaker 6: Porter King, best Portaloos in the Nation's capital.
- 13:05Speaker 3: Too good, Big show podcast?
- 13:08Speaker 5: Who Fight is there on the radio? Hot arky big
- 13:10Speaker 5: show this Monday afternoon. The time is four point thirty
- 13:13Speaker 5: nine and all as well. I believe I've got a
- 13:15Speaker 5: couple of maggot mondays here on three four eight three keasy.
- 13:19Speaker 6: That's right, keep those ticks coming through. Anyone you'd like
- 13:21Speaker 6: to nominate for being a bit of a maggot over
- 13:22Speaker 6: the weekend and you could win a two be prize pack.
- 13:25Speaker 6: I want to nominate Big Buzzer for getting responsibly maggoted
- 13:28Speaker 6: at my cousin's wedding Saturday night, getting up on the
- 13:31Speaker 6: table swinging his old fellow around while wagon wheel was
- 13:34Speaker 6: blasting on the D floor. So shout out to Bazar, Oh.
- 13:38Speaker 3: God you interpretation of the D floor? Yeah, I reckon.
- 13:41Speaker 6: And hey, check out this wagon wheel everyone boom. Good
- 13:46Speaker 6: day guys. Maggot Monday. Came home today after being away.
- 13:49Speaker 6: My brother was house sitting. Is a huge human steamer
- 13:52Speaker 6: in my little girl's pup tent inside and my brother
- 13:55Speaker 6: isn't to be seen anywhere and he's not answering his phone.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Yez, what an absolute maggot.
- 14:00Speaker 5: That's a hell of a gift to leave, isn't it
- 14:01Speaker 5: a massive steamer?
- 14:03Speaker 3: And for your niece for your niece. Good god.
- 14:07Speaker 6: Obviously myself and Moggie were, you know, we were maggots
- 14:11Speaker 6: over the weekend as well, especially on the SAT Day
- 14:13Speaker 6: there after a big Friday night send off for Matt Heath.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Mogi.
- 14:16Speaker 6: I'm not sure what your strategy was, but my strategy
- 14:18Speaker 6: was wake up at ten am and my wife had
- 14:23Speaker 6: already been to the gym, had already gone shopping for
- 14:25Speaker 6: our groceries, come home, unpacked them all and was walking
- 14:28Speaker 6: quite loudly in the hallway, and I was grumpy. I
- 14:30Speaker 6: was like, oh, why are you making so much noise?
- 14:32Speaker 6: She does ten am and.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Then still a good legitimate question.
- 14:36Speaker 6: Oh, absolutely, yeah, it was unnecessary. And then I went
- 14:39Speaker 6: out and got some fast food, a crapload of it,
- 14:42Speaker 6: and then just did not leave the couch until six pm.
- 14:44Speaker 3: How did your wife feel about that?
- 14:46Speaker 6: The funny thing is, at least at this stage in
- 14:48Speaker 6: our relationship, before we've got kids or anything, sure she
- 14:51Speaker 6: just goes, yeah, fair enough, you're hungover, It's all good.
- 14:53Speaker 6: And what same vice versa two. If you're hungover, it's
- 14:56Speaker 6: like you get to a bit of slack today, which
- 14:59Speaker 6: is nice.
- 15:00Speaker 2: What about you?
- 15:00Speaker 3: Mogim got home? I don't know I can't remember what
- 15:04Speaker 3: time I got up, but probably around about the same time.
- 15:08Speaker 3: I've got a servo that's about probably less than one
- 15:10Speaker 3: hundred meters away from my house. I've just got to
- 15:13Speaker 3: get something in me. I'm not making anything, so I
- 15:15Speaker 3: went down there. I got myself a mince and cheese pie,
- 15:21Speaker 3: three of those Memphis chicken Yeah you got those, and
- 15:26Speaker 3: me sort of scoffing those. On the walk back home
- 15:28Speaker 3: the slow trade, I was tempted to drive, to be
- 15:29Speaker 3: honest with you, box of chicken, cheese and bacon shapes.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, okay, I love them, absolutely love them. Chicken
- 15:39Speaker 3: sandwich with cole saw and Japanese mayo, Oh yeah, okay,
- 15:44Speaker 3: that's cool. So that saw me through till I don't know,
- 15:47Speaker 3: probably midday or one. Then I got on the Uber Eats.
- 15:51Speaker 3: Oh yeah, how good. Got a big mat, medium chips,
- 15:57Speaker 3: medium coke, fill of the fish, and a crunchy mcflurry
- 16:03Speaker 3: Oh wow wow, a mcflurry mcflurry, and I mowed it all.
- 16:09Speaker 3: It's all gone now. And then I went out to
- 16:12Speaker 3: the kitchen and I sort of found some treats that
- 16:14Speaker 3: are mainly meant to be for my daughter, and I
- 16:16Speaker 3: mowed those as well. How good, So probably ten thousand
- 16:20Speaker 3: calories I got through, and I just laid down on
- 16:23Speaker 3: the couch. Now my wife and kid are away there
- 16:25Speaker 3: down south for a week and a half visiting family,
- 16:28Speaker 3: so I just got to for the first time for it.
- 16:31Speaker 3: This has not happened as long as my daughter has
- 16:32Speaker 3: been alive. I just laid down on the couch, I
- 16:36Speaker 3: put a got a blanket, I laid down, and I
- 16:39Speaker 3: just watched TV all day until I went to bed
- 16:42Speaker 3: at about seven pm.
- 16:44Speaker 2: And how great was it?
- 16:45Speaker 3: It was the greatest it was there. There was no
- 16:48Speaker 3: pain involved. I mean, you know, just buggered and just
- 16:52Speaker 3: waiting to be able to go to sleep and be
- 16:54Speaker 3: all better.
- 16:54Speaker 5: You guys don't get the urge as I do, or
- 16:59Speaker 5: I did, to have like a really spicy curry or
- 17:02Speaker 5: anything like that, because I always had this philosophy of
- 17:04Speaker 5: like burning and out of me, you know, so getting
- 17:07Speaker 5: some really spicy, fiery food stuff like that to just
- 17:12Speaker 5: tie you over, and four fingers of whiskey, to.
- 17:14Speaker 6: Be fair, Not that, not that part, but certainly the
- 17:17Speaker 6: Because I actually messaged pug Son, yes, because we've got a.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Is he feeling the same? Was he?
- 17:21Speaker 2: No?
- 17:21Speaker 6: I don't know he was. He seemed chipper airs, that's right.
- 17:24Speaker 6: But I texted him to see if he wanted to
- 17:26Speaker 6: go to check out this, this hungover curry joint I
- 17:29Speaker 6: always go to, but he was busy, so I just
- 17:32Speaker 6: got just got takeaways and mowed through them on the couch.
- 17:35Speaker 3: So nice, nice mind.
- 17:38Speaker 5: You know I always found two A bit of kfcing
- 17:41Speaker 5: about fifty daries helped, Yeah, you know what I mean?
- 17:44Speaker 6: Mine was actually b K. Yeah, I got about four burgers.
- 17:47Speaker 6: My wife is that you gonna eat all that? And
- 17:48Speaker 6: I was like, you watch me?
- 17:51Speaker 2: So good.
- 17:53Speaker 4: God.
- 17:53Speaker 1: He's MGMT the Hurdiarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike
- 17:57Speaker 1: Minogue and Kissy.
- 17:59Speaker 5: One Jovi there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 18:02Speaker 5: Monday afternoon. Now listen if you like your sporting occasions
- 18:06Speaker 5: and you'll love this. The Black Clash is back January.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Next year down at Hagley Over. I believe it is
- 18:11Speaker 3: this time.
- 18:12Speaker 5: Always a massive night, Rugby versus cricket always sells out,
- 18:18Speaker 5: Always a festive occasion fellance.
- 18:20Speaker 6: Certainly as Jason is the hot spring T twenty Black
- 18:23Speaker 6: Clash in association with Wolfbrook, their seventh Black Clash Wow.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Do you know what's amazing about them all that not
- 18:30Speaker 3: had one rain out? Yes, not one? Incredible.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Surely, surely at some point I'll be in a hot tubs.
- 18:38Speaker 3: I don't care that's true. I think you've just rigged it. Now,
- 18:41Speaker 3: it's going to happen this time and the curse on
- 18:43Speaker 3: it now.
- 18:44Speaker 6: Of course you can watch it on Telly. It's one
- 18:46Speaker 6: of the most viewed events in New Zealand's this year.
- 18:49Speaker 6: We've got Die Hendwood, Ben Hurley and Matt Heath on commentary.
- 18:52Speaker 6: But you want to be there, sideline. You want to
- 18:54Speaker 6: be watching in person. Who's commentating Die Hendwood, Ben Hurley
- 18:58Speaker 6: and Matt Heath?
- 18:59Speaker 3: Oh wow, excellent. You've been given the X Jase must be.
- 19:03Speaker 6: Oh yeah, because you always do it, eh yeah yeah,
- 19:05Speaker 6: And it's like your favorite little thing.
- 19:07Speaker 5: That's that's why it's such a roaring success on TV,
- 19:11Speaker 5: the biggest raidar of the year.
- 19:13Speaker 3: What apart from Dog Squad? What a way to find
- 19:15Speaker 3: out you've been fired? You're just read over the over
- 19:18Speaker 3: the live radio.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Yeah, just old Kezy firing off some Edmund.
- 19:21Speaker 5: You know what a true story because it is hugely
- 19:24Speaker 5: popular on the TV there and it goes to Australia
- 19:26Speaker 5: as well. People always love reminding you about how many
- 19:29Speaker 5: people are especially one mic know how many people are
- 19:33Speaker 5: actually listening and watching this just before you go on here,
- 19:37Speaker 5: So it's probably going to be about one point five
- 19:39Speaker 5: million people.
- 19:40Speaker 3: And then there's the Aussies Jakes, right, So yeah, thanks mate,
- 19:43Speaker 3: it was bloody big.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Yeah, well, look, don't worry about I mean, if you
- 19:45Speaker 3: start feeling bad, you can come and have a check
- 19:47Speaker 3: to me about it, because I've been fired off it before,
- 19:49Speaker 3: so I know how it feels. Sure, yeah, I look
- 19:52Speaker 3: at that fired me. They fired me.
- 19:54Speaker 6: But what I wouldn't do jas is don't burn the bridge,
- 19:56Speaker 6: you know what I mean? Man, Like, maybe they just
- 19:58Speaker 6: decided it was time for a change. Sure, and like
- 20:02Speaker 6: maybe next year or the year after they'll maybe think
- 20:04Speaker 6: about potentially thinking about maybe getting you back.
- 20:07Speaker 3: And at some point you'll find out exactly what's going on.
- 20:10Speaker 3: You can probably anticipate to get getting an email from
- 20:13Speaker 3: Lane and probably March or April next year. Look, I'm
- 20:16Speaker 3: all goods with that.
- 20:18Speaker 5: And if they want me back, tough teddies, right, I'm
- 20:21Speaker 5: glad because.
- 20:21Speaker 3: I'm not coming back easy.
- 20:26Speaker 6: I'm just joking around. By the way about the line.
- 20:29Speaker 6: Damn yeah, yeah, it's not Matt Heath, it's g Lane.
- 20:33Speaker 6: Of course, Team Cricket taking on Team Rugby. Tickets are
- 20:36Speaker 6: available for sale now and they are selling fast like hotcakes. Blackclash,
- 20:41Speaker 6: dot co dot NZ do not miss out and of
- 20:43Speaker 6: course there is a designated parties on the ACC and
- 20:45Speaker 6: dB export Ultra Zone rteen the old Big Shelby and
- 20:49Speaker 6: hot tubs at the front of that one.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Mate.
- 20:50Speaker 5: Yeah, and tell you what, Chris Gale is going to
- 20:53Speaker 5: be part of Team Rugby as well, so he's always
- 20:55Speaker 5: worth the price of admission. Feels absolutely a couple of
- 20:58Speaker 5: tonks over the boundary there.
- 21:00Speaker 3: It would have been nice for.
- 21:01Speaker 2: You to call Chris Gale. That would have been like
- 21:03Speaker 2: a you know, a career highlight.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I'm not bothered the whole Achy Big Show with Jason,
- 21:08Speaker 1: Mike and Kezy tune in week days at four on Radio.
- 21:11Speaker 5: Hold Ike, welcome back to your massive bagbones. I hope you're
- 21:13Speaker 5: getting through your Monday afternoon.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Tickety boo.
- 21:16Speaker 5: You're listening to the Big Show brought you by two
- 21:18Speaker 5: we in celebration of them bringing back the famous twoey billboards.
- 21:23Speaker 5: If you've got any ideas for those, by the way,
- 21:25Speaker 5: text are three four eight three, and we'll send it
- 21:28Speaker 5: to management and see what they say. Yeah, run it
- 21:31Speaker 5: up the flag pole.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Who from management would you send it to?
- 21:33Speaker 3: Oh, I've got a couple of contexts, that's all good man.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, it's just that I don't know. I don't
- 21:38Speaker 2: think you know anyone from manage.
- 21:39Speaker 3: You just put it in an envelope, you take it
- 21:41Speaker 3: to reception and they work it out from there, right.
- 21:43Speaker 6: Exactly, because what I don't want to happen is a
- 21:45Speaker 6: situation where people are just texting in yeah, and we're
- 21:48Speaker 6: just saying we'll send it up to management and then
- 21:50Speaker 6: nothing ever actually happens.
- 21:51Speaker 3: You would never do that, keysy public phone. Can you
- 21:55Speaker 3: send them up to management?
- 21:56Speaker 4: Man?
- 21:56Speaker 2: Cheers man, Oh, it's more legit now that pug sounds.
- 21:59Speaker 6: And do keep an eye out for the classic two
- 22:03Speaker 6: year right billboards by the way, they are back. Certainly
- 22:06Speaker 6: took the world by storm when those were first round.
- 22:08Speaker 6: Was it like ten to fifteen years ago? I was
- 22:11Speaker 6: closer to thirty the first time they were around. Oh wow,
- 22:14Speaker 6: really when I was a teenager? Yeah, holy cow, holy helmet,
- 22:17Speaker 6: holy helmet. Hies to the front. But it's good to
- 22:21Speaker 6: have them on.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Board with the old Big Show. It's a good fit,
- 22:23Speaker 2: I think.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Yeah, totally, man, totally.
- 22:25Speaker 5: Hey, Now coming up, we instruct you on how to
- 22:28Speaker 5: have an affair. If you're interested, then stay changed. In
- 22:31Speaker 5: the meantime, he's quing to the Stone Age.
- 22:34Speaker 1: The Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and
- 22:38Speaker 1: Keisey she Hurt.
- 22:39Speaker 5: There on the radio, ho Nurkey Big Show this Monday afternoon.
- 22:42Speaker 5: The time is eleven minutes past five o'clock and all
- 22:45Speaker 5: as well.
- 22:45Speaker 3: It's so good, isn't it, Hey, feelers, I've recently got
- 22:49Speaker 3: myself an acting job. Thanks for that, Jase, You're welcome one.
- 22:53Speaker 2: You get them that.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Yeah, you couldn't have done it without your brother.
- 22:56Speaker 5: And in the meantime, you've lost me an acting job
- 22:59Speaker 5: I have, yah, So I appreciate four square, yeah man.
- 23:03Speaker 3: And so anyway, I did a day shoot last week
- 23:07Speaker 3: and then I sort of I've got a few days,
- 23:11Speaker 3: maybe four or something like that. And then I forgot,
- 23:14Speaker 3: anyway after the shoot day that I had any more days. Ever,
- 23:18Speaker 3: I completely forgot that I was that I had that
- 23:20Speaker 3: job right, And in fact, we're shooting today again. As
- 23:25Speaker 3: I say, completely forgot so completely did I forget that
- 23:29Speaker 3: the day after I filmed my first scene on the
- 23:31Speaker 3: show on the Friday, the day after I went and
- 23:35Speaker 3: got my haircut. That is a big no no so
- 23:44Speaker 3: with that, because as far as I was concerned, I
- 23:45Speaker 3: didn't have an acting job. I don't remember that at all.
- 23:49Speaker 3: And obviously they when you shoot a TV show, they
- 23:52Speaker 3: don't necessarily in fact, they never shoot it in sequence
- 23:56Speaker 3: at all. So you might shoot something that is that
- 24:00Speaker 3: the fifth time you appear on screen. You might shoot
- 24:03Speaker 3: that first, and then you know, you shoot the first
- 24:05Speaker 3: time in a month or something like that. So the
- 24:08Speaker 3: heir and makeup department is their job to keep continuity
- 24:12Speaker 3: between your look from every for every day that you
- 24:15Speaker 3: were on screen. So if you have some idiot who
- 24:19Speaker 3: turns up looking one way, then gets a haircut the
- 24:21Speaker 3: next day, and then has to shoot again two days later,
- 24:24Speaker 3: it's pretty tough to make.
- 24:25Speaker 2: It work, right, And it was super apparent.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Well, look, it wasn't that bad in the sense that
- 24:32Speaker 3: he was already pretty short, but it was definitely a haircut, right, Absolutely,
- 24:37Speaker 3: it was a haircut. But I sort of what happened
- 24:40Speaker 3: was last night at one o'clock in the morning. I
- 24:41Speaker 3: woke up bulk up right, and I was like, shit,
- 24:45Speaker 3: I got a haircut on my brain woke me up
- 24:49Speaker 3: to tell me that, And so I sort of worked
- 24:53Speaker 3: it out, and I sort of thought, wow, actually, it
- 24:54Speaker 3: might be right, It might be okay, it might not
- 24:56Speaker 3: be that bad, because I don't think the haircut is
- 24:58Speaker 3: super fo long. I'm now in be going through the
- 25:01Speaker 3: photos that I've got from Continuity, from the makeup people.
- 25:04Speaker 3: I'm going through the schedule for the TV show, working
- 25:07Speaker 3: out the scenes and if it's going to work out,
- 25:09Speaker 3: I'm thinking, do I ring the director? But if I
- 25:11Speaker 3: ring him, and what if he's going to really take
- 25:14Speaker 3: on the stress of it and then he's going to
- 25:15Speaker 3: have a terrible night's sleep and I run it for him, sure,
- 25:17Speaker 3: especially at one thirty in the morning exactly, So I
- 25:19Speaker 3: think I'll just keep it to myself. Anyway, I work
- 25:21Speaker 3: it out, and I think, look, actually, I don't think
- 25:23Speaker 3: it's going to be that bad. But having said that,
- 25:26Speaker 3: if it is going to be that bad, what am
- 25:27Speaker 3: I going to do about it? That's right, true, I
- 25:28Speaker 3: can't grow my hair back. And so I just stayed
- 25:33Speaker 3: awake for the rest of the night that was last
- 25:35Speaker 3: night free. Last night was worrying, worry, just lying there
- 25:39Speaker 3: going okay, well there's nothing you can do about it,
- 25:41Speaker 3: just go to sleep. Oh what an idiot, you wire?
- 25:45Speaker 3: What did you get? Yeah? How did you forget a
- 25:48Speaker 3: TV show? You fool? A shocker? So that was and
- 25:51Speaker 3: that was that for five hours and fifty minutes until
- 25:56Speaker 3: my alarm went off, although I did have right towards
- 25:59Speaker 3: the end there, I did have maybe twenty minutes sleep.
- 26:02Speaker 3: And in that dream, I was on set telling all
- 26:06Speaker 3: the actors how I'd cut my hair.
- 26:08Speaker 5: Yeah, I've got to say, Mogi done the same thing myself.
- 26:14Speaker 3: Shocking. But even worse than that, it was either as
- 26:17Speaker 3: a Xena or Hercules.
- 26:18Speaker 8: Why do you tell that story next? Well, well it's
- 26:20Speaker 8: not that exciting, okay. Gave myself a number three and
- 26:24Speaker 8: forgot that. I had like two more days of shooting
- 26:27Speaker 8: on a Hercules and it was a number three buzz cut.
- 26:31Speaker 3: Fortunately they had very good.
- 26:32Speaker 5: Wig scenarios in that situation, so I was saved further embarrassment.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Shot The Darkey Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue,
- 26:42Speaker 1: and Kesey.
- 26:43Speaker 5: Yes, indeed, royal blood there on the Radio Hot Donkey
- 26:46Speaker 5: Big Show this Monday afternoon and Drama in the studio
- 26:50Speaker 5: live right in front of our eyes. Patson taking one
- 26:53Speaker 5: for the team and getting a sick Man tattoo on
- 26:56Speaker 5: his gorgeous thigh. I've never seen Usun's thighs before, but
- 27:01Speaker 5: I'll tell you what. It's doing something to me, Megan.
- 27:03Speaker 3: It's completely hearless, and I don't know if that's something
- 27:06Speaker 3: that's just it's he's a genetic god, which wouldn't surprise
- 27:11Speaker 3: me if it's something that takes care of down at
- 27:13Speaker 3: one of the salons that I go to whereas I
- 27:16Speaker 3: do my We don't need to get into that. No, sure,
- 27:19Speaker 3: do you wax pugsn Is that what it is?
- 27:22Speaker 9: I don't wax man, I'm just wax off. I think
- 27:25Speaker 9: I was so late to the puberty party. I missed
- 27:27Speaker 9: a little bit of it and the hormones to get
- 27:29Speaker 9: the hairs gone, you know.
- 27:30Speaker 6: So just to clarify, you are getting a stick Man tattoo.
- 27:34Speaker 6: You put it up on because stick Man rang up
- 27:36Speaker 6: and he's all like, anyone want to get and you
- 27:38Speaker 6: were like, yeah, sure I'll get one.
- 27:39Speaker 3: Sorry.
- 27:40Speaker 9: I think you're missing the sort of the earlier part
- 27:42Speaker 9: of that where you guys have been giving me ship
- 27:43Speaker 9: about my tattoos for about a month.
- 27:45Speaker 3: I love what are you saying your tatoos rule man, crackout?
- 27:50Speaker 10: They are raw, they crack out right, yeah yeah yeah.
- 27:54Speaker 6: That's a sign of a good tattoo, right. If someone
- 27:56Speaker 6: sees and they crack and found about your tattoos, man
- 27:59Speaker 6: does it makes it them inspiring? Because it makes me
- 28:01Speaker 6: think I could be a tattoo artist.
- 28:06Speaker 9: So good man the batphone one and so now you know,
- 28:10Speaker 9: I feel like it's time to step it up an option,
- 28:12Speaker 9: get it to a real tattoo.
- 28:13Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah yeah.
- 28:15Speaker 6: So as you're currently listening listening, we've got Jason from
- 28:18Speaker 6: Autotahi Tattoos in the studio and he is giving you
- 28:21Speaker 6: a stick Man tattoo on your upper thigh.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Talk us through the stick Man design.
- 28:26Speaker 9: All right, So Peckinsay gave us four options there stick
- 28:29Speaker 9: Man and the team. So I think there was one
- 28:31Speaker 9: design that had a stick Man with headphones, one was
- 28:34Speaker 9: just a normal stick Man, There was on stick Man
- 28:36Speaker 9: lying quite seductively, which I like, that was my personal favorite,
- 28:41Speaker 9: and then the final option, which got forty four percent
- 28:43Speaker 9: of the votes. Also he started tattooing without him just
- 28:47Speaker 9: right now. It's like it's like a nice warm embrace Jason,
- 28:54Speaker 9: A little bit pointy, jesuis.
- 28:58Speaker 10: Let's make its focus a little It's been a minute.
- 29:00Speaker 2: So which one did you choose?
- 29:02Speaker 9: Sorry, so the people are forty four percent of the
- 29:04Speaker 9: votes went to the stick man with a pair of
- 29:07Speaker 9: gum boots on. Yeah, which also happens to be the
- 29:09Speaker 9: one that probably will use the most ink yes and
- 29:12Speaker 9: require the most need to work because they're big gummies.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Yeah right, And so why did you choose your upper thigh? Man?
- 29:17Speaker 10: I just thought that was a pretty sexy place to
- 29:19Speaker 10: get a stick man.
- 29:19Speaker 3: If I'm honest, It's.
- 29:21Speaker 9: Definitely not because I can cover it up it no, no,
- 29:24Speaker 9: no upper upper right smack in the middle.
- 29:26Speaker 5: You can go to bars and stuff parks and go
- 29:30Speaker 5: do you want to see my stick man?
- 29:33Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 29:34Speaker 5: Anyway, man, but yeah, yeah, yeah, excuse me, and you're no,
- 29:38Speaker 5: I know, I mean my tattoo.
- 29:39Speaker 10: Can you please not make the tato artis laugh too much?
- 29:42Speaker 3: D thanks?
- 29:44Speaker 9: Man.
- 29:45Speaker 5: Hey, just in terms of this, we've had a very
- 29:47Speaker 5: exciting development. We'll go to a chew yeah, and we'll
- 29:51Speaker 5: make this announcement next what do we say Fellers.
- 29:53Speaker 6: Yeah, to say it involves you texting and in return
- 29:56Speaker 6: receiving pack and say vouchers.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Yeah, how good. We can't so anymore.
- 30:00Speaker 1: No, The Darchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 30:06Speaker 1: and Kesey.
- 30:08Speaker 5: He's indeed Aerosmith there on the radio, Honarkey Big Show
- 30:11Speaker 5: this Monday evening. And Drama in the Studio as pug
- 30:14Speaker 5: Son is getting a live tattoo in studio a with us.
- 30:18Speaker 5: But controversy now because he said to Mogi, if Mogi
- 30:23Speaker 5: wants to have a bit of a tattoo with it,
- 30:25Speaker 5: he can so. Now Mogi is actually live taking over
- 30:30Speaker 5: the actual tattoo.
- 30:31Speaker 3: Keysy, I don't know this is a great idea.
- 30:33Speaker 6: Well look, I mean, from where I'm sitting, it's an
- 30:35Speaker 6: excellent idea, Pugs. From where you're sitting, I understand that
- 30:39Speaker 6: Jason from Autatahi Tattoos has actually done the outline.
- 30:42Speaker 2: And Mogi's just coloring in one of the gummies.
- 30:44Speaker 3: Is that right?
- 30:44Speaker 9: He is, And he's taking a real five year old
- 30:46Speaker 9: approach to the color. Again, I'll say that one stroke
- 30:49Speaker 9: at a time.
- 30:50Speaker 3: I wasn't just saying that. After the weekend I've had
- 30:52Speaker 3: my hands are shaken like a mast. I did see that.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I did see that. I was going to say, pug Son,
- 30:58Speaker 3: is he drawing within the line.
- 30:59Speaker 2: He's he's little.
- 31:01Speaker 9: He's doing like little one little pencil strokes. The gun
- 31:03Speaker 9: boot's not huge, but it is enough for him to
- 31:05Speaker 9: have a little bit of free play in there. You
- 31:06Speaker 9: know what I'm saying. As long as he stays within
- 31:08Speaker 9: the lines, happy.
- 31:09Speaker 5: The great news is pugs And while this is happening
- 31:11Speaker 5: live to you, has that given all your other tattoos?
- 31:14Speaker 3: Have he stuffed it up? It'll be fine. It'll just
- 31:16Speaker 3: fit right in. Yeah, it'll just with all the other tattoos.
- 31:20Speaker 5: So now just on this because stick Man gave us
- 31:24Speaker 5: a call because he was outraged about the lack of
- 31:26Speaker 5: tattoos on the Big Show. But we've got a bit
- 31:28Speaker 5: of a deal happening, don't we ke easy?
- 31:30Speaker 2: We certainly do think so.
- 31:31Speaker 6: Matees that Pack and Save who have come through And
- 31:34Speaker 6: basically one thing's led to another, and now pug Son's
- 31:37Speaker 6: getting stick Man tattooed on his leg to celebrate Pack
- 31:40Speaker 6: and Saves permanent commitment to low prices as permanent as
- 31:43Speaker 6: a stick Man tattoo if you get your phone out
- 31:47Speaker 6: right now and text the words stick Man to three
- 31:49Speaker 6: four eight three, you can go on the drawer to
- 31:50Speaker 6: win a one hundred dollars pack and save vouch. We've
- 31:52Speaker 6: got a whole heap of them to give away, so
- 31:54Speaker 6: it's worth doing stick Man to three four eight three.
- 31:57Speaker 6: How's it looking from where you're sitting, Pugs is mugging
- 31:59Speaker 6: on a job.
- 32:00Speaker 9: Look, I can see a couple of gaps in the
- 32:02Speaker 9: boot there, just sort of around the heel and the
- 32:03Speaker 9: toe area.
- 32:04Speaker 10: Sure, Mogi, how did you find that?
- 32:06Speaker 3: I didn't want to. I don't want to bug it
- 32:08Speaker 3: up for your pegs. I don't want to leave any
- 32:11Speaker 3: mistakes here, so best leave it to the pro. So
- 32:12Speaker 3: there's no going over the lines or anything like that.
- 32:14Speaker 3: But yeah, nice to get my ink.
- 32:17Speaker 10: Now, get a piece of you with me forever you do.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Can I have a turn? But can I have a turn? Please? Pug?
- 32:25Speaker 10: So it looks like he's nearly done man.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Leave it there.
- 32:29Speaker 5: Yeah, well, I tell you what, Good on your mate
- 32:31Speaker 5: for taking one for the team because I wasn't going
- 32:33Speaker 5: to do it. Moggie wasn't going to do it, and

- 32:38Speaker 5: needles as you know.

- 32:41Speaker 3: Yes, he's could have broken out and.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Up I get in crash.

- 32:49Speaker 6: if you do want that one hundred old pack and
- 32:51Speaker 6: say voucher stick man to three four eight three get
- 32:54Speaker 6: texting and a big shout out to jas from or
- 32:57Speaker 6: to tachy Tatoos as well for doing a great job.

- 33:35Speaker 3: Yeah, how good? Yeah, it should be pretty bloody good.
- 33:38Speaker 3: I think he went over there with his missus, did he?
- 33:39Speaker 2: He did go there with his partner. He had a
- 33:41Speaker 2: day at the races.
- 33:42Speaker 6: There was a riverboat cruise to the actual game itself
- 33:45Speaker 6: and Sydney there and after watching it on Telly it
- 33:47Speaker 6: was a hell of a spectacle.

- 36:37Speaker 3: Four bottles of wine deep though everything. Yeah, I mean
- 36:42Speaker 3: they were. They were pretty keen ass by the end
- 36:44Speaker 3: of the things. Yeah, sure, that's great where they feel us.
- 36:47Speaker 3: They were. They were very charming, kyzy once he's got

- 37:40Speaker 3: And or no? It's just aw or bad?
- 37:45Speaker 5: First from recollection, it was sort of split fifty fifty
- 37:49Speaker 5: great competition.
- 37:50Speaker 3: It was a great competition.
- 37:52Speaker 5: Now our good mate, well I was the winner of
- 37:54Speaker 5: that competition and he loves us, not the league, so
- 37:58Speaker 5: he chose the n r L Grand finally joins us.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Now get a will your man Baskett house life.

- 38:10Speaker 3: freshly your babes.
- 38:12Speaker 11: Oh, mate, good, good lunch for a shop in Sydney,
- 38:14Speaker 11: but no weekend right.
- 38:17Speaker 2: And so you do sound quite cheaper.
- 38:19Speaker 6: I mean, certainly in our experience this year alone, myself,
- 38:21Speaker 6: Mogi and Pugs aren't after being at a certain NRL
- 38:24Speaker 6: Magic Round match, we were certainly not in very good state.
- 38:28Speaker 2: But it sounds like you had a reasonably sensible one.
- 38:32Speaker 11: I think the Saturday races probably took it out of
- 38:34Speaker 11: us pretty heavy.
- 38:35Speaker 6: Yeah, well, okay, see that that was part of the prize.
- 38:38Speaker 6: Was you go to the races on the set d
- 38:39Speaker 6: which is always a fun occasion. And then the Grand
- 38:41Speaker 6: Final of course was last night on the Sunday. So
- 38:44Speaker 6: the races was a highlight for you.
- 38:46Speaker 11: Yeah, it was a bloody good time. I mean the
- 38:48Speaker 11: six hours of comflimentary food and beverages was a was
- 38:52Speaker 11: a was a good shout.
- 38:53Speaker 3: Tell me, well did you dress up for it? Mate?
- 38:56Speaker 3: Did you have a nice hat?
- 38:57Speaker 4: It was a it was a very strict dress code.
- 38:59Speaker 11: Nextra we got given very very formal attire requirements for
- 39:04Speaker 11: the afternoon. Good everyone showed up suited and booted.
- 39:08Speaker 3: Now did you actually make it to the Grand Final?
- 39:10Speaker 4: Man?
- 39:10Speaker 3: Are you too?
- 39:13Speaker 4: It was debated at one point.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Yeah, remind us, well who are you taking with you?
- 39:19Speaker 3: Actually took my wife a massive bagbone? And did your
- 39:23Speaker 3: wife have a good time?
- 39:24Speaker 11: Well, yeah, she enjoyed the race is probably more than
- 39:27Speaker 11: I did.
- 39:29Speaker 3: I see what you're saying.
- 39:30Speaker 6: And in terms of in terms of a spectacle, Mogi,
- 39:34Speaker 6: in terms of a spectacle, will you know I'm a
- 39:37Speaker 6: I'm a tragic league And I was commentating the game
- 39:39Speaker 6: last night it just looked like it was bloody excellent
- 39:41Speaker 6: there in Sydney for the Grand Final.
- 39:43Speaker 3: Man, how was it?
- 39:44Speaker 11: I don't think you can put it into perspective until
- 39:46Speaker 11: your being like, it's just it's just as you say,
- 39:49Speaker 11: it's a spectacle. Yeah, just set up so well and
- 39:51Speaker 11: it's just a celebration of rugby league. But yeah, everyone
- 39:54Speaker 11: just gets stuck in and enjoys it.
- 39:56Speaker 2: So it's a great time, bloody awesome and the boys
- 39:58Speaker 2: trip lads looked after you.
- 40:00Speaker 11: That's done a fantastic job. It's been awesome. There's about
- 40:02Speaker 11: one hundred and twenty of us here so well as.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Your missus been hanging off the darts there man.
- 40:07Speaker 4: Ah, not quite.
- 40:08Speaker 3: I'm going to hear a coffin up of storm back there.
- 40:12Speaker 11: I think there's a few boys that are feeling a
- 40:14Speaker 11: bit worse.
- 40:15Speaker 5: Yeah, sure, well, good on you will, glad you had
- 40:17Speaker 5: a great time, your massive backbone, and thanks for having
- 40:20Speaker 5: a chat with us now.
- 40:22Speaker 3: Cheer jealous, good on your will.
- 40:26Speaker 6: Far out sounds like he massively went huge on the
- 40:28Speaker 6: Saturday rights.
- 40:30Speaker 3: Why not? Why not?
- 40:31Speaker 6: Well, I always get first day fever. It's a very
- 40:34Speaker 6: common occurrence fellas.
- 40:36Speaker 3: Well, especially when you're going to a place and it's
- 40:37Speaker 3: everything's free. Yeah. What time was it was seven to
- 40:39Speaker 3: thirty local time. I guess the final year. It's not
- 40:43Speaker 3: too bad, is it. You can sort of next day.
- 40:45Speaker 3: It's the racers though, so I guess if you're going racers,
- 40:48Speaker 3: that's sort of done about six five or six, that's down.
- 40:50Speaker 2: The races was on Saturday.
- 40:52Speaker 3: On Saturday, Yeah, yeah, yeah, and then maybe they kicked
- 40:55Speaker 3: on and went a bit late after that could have
- 40:56Speaker 3: been the problem. But with the yeah, you gotta make
- 41:00Speaker 3: an effort, don't you. You do?
- 41:01Speaker 6: Yeah, and you're just gonna go We're in Sydney for
- 41:03Speaker 6: two days, go big on the races, get up the
- 41:05Speaker 6: next day, have have.
- 41:06Speaker 2: A mince and cheese pie and three.
- 41:09Speaker 3: On toast.
- 41:12Speaker 2: What mogi was having I found when I.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Had some mince on toast with the egg. What Okay,
- 41:21Speaker 3: it's just a bit, Max Rold, that's fair enough.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Yeah, the whole archy.
- 41:26Speaker 1: Big shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keezy.
- 41:30Speaker 5: The Black Crows there on the radio, Hodnankey Big show
- 41:33Speaker 5: this Monday afternoon. Now, Mogi, I know that you had
- 41:35Speaker 5: all of Saturday on the couch, so there'll be no
- 41:38Speaker 5: excuses for what's.
- 41:39Speaker 3: On the TV with Mike Minogue. What's on the Telly
- 41:44Speaker 3: with Mike Minogue?
- 41:49Speaker 2: Yeah that was great, man, it's really good.
- 42:03Speaker 3: Hey, I had a bit of time on the couch
- 42:05Speaker 3: on Saturday, so I watched the fair amount of TV.
- 42:10Speaker 3: If mos with you great. I watched the documentary mister McMahon.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Mister McMahon, was watched half of the first episode. Yeah,
- 42:17Speaker 3: I'd watched half of the half of the first episode.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Going in, I finished off all six episodes. It's very
- 42:24Speaker 3: focused on the wrestling and how he gets a start
- 42:27Speaker 3: in the sort of different eras and all of that
- 42:28Speaker 3: sort of stuff, where I was really more interested in
- 42:31Speaker 3: the crime in the filth. Yeah, that's right, And they
- 42:33Speaker 3: didn't really get into the filth as I wanted them
- 42:36Speaker 3: to it sort of back you go, Okay, when are
- 42:38Speaker 3: we gonna Oky was got into the filth? Okay, so
- 42:42Speaker 3: the other filth, but it sort of it kind of does,
- 42:45Speaker 3: but not until really the last episode. It's fine, but
- 42:48Speaker 3: I think you do need to be given it six episodes.
- 42:52Speaker 3: You do need to be a hell of a fan. Sure,
- 42:55Speaker 3: hell of a fan, in which I'm not really I
- 42:57Speaker 3: was when I was a kid.
- 42:58Speaker 6: But I convinced my wife to watch it because I
- 42:59Speaker 6: was like, trust me, you want to watch it because
- 43:01Speaker 6: he like, they started making stock about this guy and
- 43:04Speaker 6: then all of a sudden he had eyes to the front,
- 43:07Speaker 6: and then all of a sudden, this big scandal came out.
- 43:09Speaker 2: So it's all about that.
- 43:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:11Speaker 6: And so she's like watching the start of the w
- 43:14Speaker 6: w F, which is interesting, it is, but she's kind
- 43:16Speaker 6: I can tell she's thinking, where's the scandals?
- 43:18Speaker 3: There's a good stuff. Yeah, it doesn't come at all.
- 43:20Speaker 3: I'm expecting her to call me in tears once it
- 43:22Speaker 3: gets to that point.
- 43:24Speaker 5: My wife or the girl, your wife, I don't perfect
- 43:28Speaker 5: girls keysy.
- 43:29Speaker 3: I'd say three stars. It's very it's very good, and
- 43:32Speaker 3: if you're a fan, it would probably be five Stars
- 43:34Speaker 3: and like the.
- 43:35Speaker 6: Early Doors in for about like Hulk Hogan and where
- 43:37Speaker 6: he found him, and yeah, you know that was really interesting.
- 43:39Speaker 3: It's good stuff.
- 43:41Speaker 5: I watched a movie, The Fat Woman's which was basically
- 43:43Speaker 5: the sort of life story of Steven Spielberg, directed by
- 43:46Speaker 5: Steven Spielberg, yes.
- 43:48Speaker 3: As a young fella.
- 43:49Speaker 5: And it was one of those movies where you go
- 43:53Speaker 5: kind of perfect for a wet Sunday afternoon.
- 43:55Speaker 3: So it was a perfect movie. Five stars. That's when
- 43:57Speaker 3: you watched it. No, yeah, I watched with my wave
- 44:02Speaker 3: fell us with my wife.
- 44:05Speaker 5: Yesterday afternoon. My waf the woman that plays a mother
- 44:10Speaker 5: I can't think of her name off the top of
- 44:11Speaker 5: my head.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Is very very good. Oh yeah, and you know it
- 44:15Speaker 3: was okay, it was very wholesome. I had a little
- 44:19Speaker 3: bit of charm about it. I'll give her three buzzies
- 44:22Speaker 3: out of five.
- 44:24Speaker 5: But you're certainly not gripping or anything, particularly like el Williams.
- 44:27Speaker 3: Is that her name?
- 44:29Speaker 5: Yeah, Okay, she's fantastic because his mum was actually quite nuts.
- 44:34Speaker 5: But she portrayed it's a very dicey kind of portrayal
- 44:37Speaker 5: and she does it very well.
- 44:40Speaker 3: Yes, he is. Is it like a comedy no, not really,
- 44:43Speaker 3: he's like the best friend okay of the dead.
- 44:46Speaker 6: Oh yeah, obviously. Yesterday I watched the NRAL Greend final,
- 44:51Speaker 6: and to be honest, I spent most.
- 44:52Speaker 2: Of the day not watching TV.
- 44:55Speaker 3: But you watched someone on Saturday, didn't you.
- 44:57Speaker 6: I played PlayStation all day and ate fast for Yeah.
- 45:01Speaker 6: I was an absolute wreck of a human. But then
- 45:03Speaker 6: had a nice date with my wife on Saturday night.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and went out. But like she didn't know this.
- 45:07Speaker 3: You didn't mention Mogi again, did you? No?
- 45:09Speaker 2: No, no, no, of that that's been nipped in the bud.
- 45:12Speaker 2: But she didn't know this. I was a wreck of
- 45:14Speaker 2: a human the whole time.
- 45:15Speaker 6: Right, Still, it a nice night, but it took one
- 45:17Speaker 6: hundred and twenty percent effort on my behalf normal leer backbone. Yeah,
- 45:22Speaker 6: thanks fellas.
- 45:23Speaker 3: Good on. You're Keysy. That's how you do it, man. Yeah, man,
- 45:25Speaker 3: you are a backbone man. Yeah. I saw you were
- 45:28Speaker 3: eating burger king at one stage.
- 45:30Speaker 2: It was delicious. Yeah, god, it was good for Hurdarchy.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Big show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.
- 45:37Speaker 5: Green Day there on the radio. Hodarkey Big Show this

- 46:46Speaker 6: Good a foulers. This is from anonymous. I was going
- 46:51Speaker 6: to treat my special lady to some fish and chips
- 46:53Speaker 6: on the beach and have the ring buried in the
- 46:55Speaker 6: bottom of the greasy newspaper. And then while I'm busy
- 46:59Speaker 6: seducing my fine lady, perhaps the lads could write will
- 47:02Speaker 6: you marry me? In seashells on the sand while I
- 47:05Speaker 6: pull the greasy ring out of the bottom of the newspaper.
- 47:09Speaker 3: People taking the past now, well, I mean you either
- 47:12Speaker 3: won't win it or you don't. True, I'm not I'm
- 47:14Speaker 3: not writing that out with sea shells.
- 47:15Speaker 4: You can do it.
- 47:16Speaker 3: Yourself and at least we're not jumping out of it
- 47:18Speaker 3: bush this time.
- 47:19Speaker 2: But also, seashells are very admond heavy way to do it.
- 47:21Speaker 2: You can just draw it with a stick and.
- 47:25Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, yeah, I like the sound of that greasy
- 47:27Speaker 3: ring because it'll make it easy to put it on.
- 47:30Speaker 6: Actually, that's a really good point because when you get
- 47:32Speaker 6: engaged and that it can be an awkward thing when
- 47:35Speaker 6: you guys, did it did it fit?
- 47:37Speaker 3: Because then it's like it's not meant to be. If
- 47:39Speaker 3: it doesn't fed on.
- 47:40Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, did your guys want fit?
- 47:42Speaker 5: Here's a true story. Actually I actually have to grease
- 47:45Speaker 5: my ring to get it off.
- 47:46Speaker 3: Oh right, yeah, that's that's true story. That's true story. Wow,
- 47:54Speaker 3: because every time I go filming, I can't have my
- 47:56Speaker 3: rings on. What kind of grease do you use? Just
- 47:58Speaker 3: like animal fat ripping?
- 48:03Speaker 6: Get a fellows. This is from are anonymous or a
- 48:08Speaker 6: for sure. I was planning on doing some home renos
- 48:11Speaker 6: and hiding the ring behind some dry wall and then
- 48:15Speaker 6: getting it to pull some off and find the ring,
- 48:18Speaker 6: and then I'll propose while Jason, Mike and Kezy crack
- 48:21Speaker 6: on with the demo.
- 48:24Speaker 3: So just getting us to do some Yeah, that's top
- 48:28Speaker 3: two for me. That's great. It's good although because the
- 48:33Speaker 3: ring will say, how's he explaining our presence?
- 48:35Speaker 2: By the way, It's just there's just the.
- 48:37Speaker 3: Guys doing the doing the demo.
- 48:40Speaker 5: And I'm a bit concerned about the pink that situation.
- 48:42Speaker 5: There is pink that get very itchy. But you don't
- 48:45Speaker 5: want to actually ring finger.
- 48:47Speaker 3: That ring would have no value to his partner. No,
- 48:52Speaker 3: it's found it's a foundry. But then he could be
- 48:54Speaker 3: like I put it there, right, okay. Well, he wouldn't go, oh, wow,
- 48:57Speaker 3: look at this ring I found in dry wall?
- 48:59Speaker 2: Will you marry me with it?
- 49:00Speaker 3: Like buddy. You would go, hey, let me get this
- 49:03Speaker 3: drywall off and put this ring in here and put
- 49:05Speaker 3: this drywall back on, and then have her take it
- 49:07Speaker 3: off so you can say, hey, look at this ring,
- 49:08Speaker 3: will you marry me? And hey, there's three guys from
- 49:10Speaker 3: the Big Show demo in my house?
- 49:13Speaker 2: And she wasn't that old mugie like yeah, man?
- 49:17Speaker 3: And then you wrap one out.
- 49:18Speaker 5: And then.
- 49:22Speaker 2: Is this is this a really high level comedy thing
- 49:24Speaker 2: we're doing? Now? Just say I fart halfway through?
- 49:27Speaker 3: So is that I wasn't meaning You's he I was
- 49:31Speaker 3: talking about Megan?
- 49:31Speaker 6: You're looking at me and you said, and then you
