- 0:00Speaker 1: This week on Stay Out of My.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Fridge, Cheerios had this banana kind like decade ago. I
- 0:07Speaker 2: don't know if they ever brought it back, but it was.
- 0:09Speaker 2: It was up there with peanut butter kit crunch like
- 0:11Speaker 2: that was. That was some top, top tier. Something about
- 0:14Speaker 2: that banana milk. Whenever you drink it, I'm hard. This
- 0:19Speaker 2: is what I needed. Do they have that you guys? Continue?
- 0:22Speaker 2: I got to do some research.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Just a little banana milk.
- 0:25Speaker 3: I got some banana milk you can have there.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Straight from the sores walk you get back into that one.
- 0:31Speaker 2: God damn it.
- 0:32Speaker 1: This one, though, made me kind of remember things I
- 0:37Speaker 1: thought I forgot. Remember the Royal Dance cookies that came
- 0:41Speaker 1: in the blue tin that.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Oh, are you talking about the sewing kit this?
- 0:47Speaker 1: Yes, that's what they were used for, right.
- 0:50Speaker 2: That was That was my grandma's sewing kit. That's there
- 0:52Speaker 2: was never any cookies and that thing to see.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Me, we did it.
- 0:55Speaker 1: We're back. I just want to shout out to all
- 0:57Speaker 1: the people who enjoy the daylight saving times, because the
- 1:01Speaker 1: three of us think it stinks, and the three of
- 1:04Speaker 1: us it's me. It's mad at Beard Laws. You've been
- 1:06Speaker 1: quacking off. He goes by Gabe sometimes. If you want
- 1:09Speaker 1: to know about that, I go to the patrio that doesn't
- 1:10Speaker 1: exist in Brandon Jay McDermott, the golden voice of the
- 1:14Speaker 1: Internet fellas It's time change got me, got me good.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I don't like it.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I do prefer this one though, over spring, so I
- 1:25Speaker 2: will take the fall back any day. I go wake
- 1:27Speaker 2: up and it's earlier than I thought. Fuck you, yeah,
- 1:30Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I woke up and I'm like, man, I got I
- 1:32Speaker 1: feel like it's like nine o'clock. Kind of forgot about it.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I'm looking and it was a it was seven was
- 1:37Speaker 1: it seven to eleven? And I'm like, oh, cool, slept
- 1:40Speaker 1: in it's six eleven, okay, cool but either way. And
- 1:45Speaker 1: then we woke up. It was twenty one degrees or
- 1:47Speaker 1: twenty three degrees, a ton of frost. Pretty chilly dog
- 1:51Speaker 1: wanted to go for a walk. I said, Nope, not today, buddy,
- 1:55Speaker 1: it's two freaking cold. But then I got thinking because
- 1:58Speaker 1: I had a buddy who works overnights, and I'm like,
- 2:00Speaker 1: do they get paid the extra hour right or do
- 2:03Speaker 1: they not? Like can do they kind of get screwed
- 2:05Speaker 1: because of the daylight saven time.
- 2:07Speaker 2: No, they get nine hours on that on that shift,
- 2:09Speaker 2: they get that extra hour.
- 2:11Speaker 1: That makes it a little worth it.
- 2:12Speaker 2: I guess yeah, I mean because technically, I mean I
- 2:15Speaker 2: think that even falls into it would be overtime if
- 2:17Speaker 2: that's putting you over the extra hours. So you're getting
- 2:20Speaker 2: time and a half for that extra hours over time.
- 2:22Speaker 1: What about when they do the spring ahead.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Now they get loose an hour. I think you loose
- 2:28Speaker 2: an hour. I don't know.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Sawsitches huh. I saw. I follow Cheers shorts on Instagram
- 2:36Speaker 1: and they had one of their shorts from the show Cheers.
- 2:39Speaker 1: We have a lot of young viewers. You don't have
- 2:40Speaker 1: any clue what we're doing there, but go check them out.
- 2:43Speaker 1: And it was it was Norman the Boys, Sammy's like
- 2:46Speaker 1: closing time, Fellas, it's two o'clock and who would have
- 2:50Speaker 1: thought seventeen hours would go by so quickly? Right, So
- 2:54Speaker 1: they start walking out there and one of the other
- 2:56Speaker 1: guys goes, wait, oh, don't don't forget to change the
- 2:59Speaker 1: clos boys, because you know, back in the day cell
- 3:01Speaker 1: phones and computers weren't around, and did it for yourself.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Don't forget change change the clocks. Like, wait, which way
- 3:06Speaker 1: did they go come? On, man, it's fall back, spring ahead,
- 3:09Speaker 1: and he's like, all right, so what time is it?
- 3:10Speaker 1: Actually they like it's one o'clock, and they went, it's
- 3:13Speaker 1: one o'clock, Sammy, line them up, and then he just looks.
- 3:17Speaker 1: He's like, man, I love the way the universe works.
- 3:21Speaker 2: And that was it. Classic class just.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Brings brings me back, Like could you imagine just you know,
- 3:27Speaker 1: all of the dads. I mean, don't get me wrong,
- 3:29Speaker 1: there's a lot of them were degenerates that are just hey,
- 3:31Speaker 1: done work, Let's put a sixteen hour shift in at
- 3:33Speaker 1: the bar and let's go home and the family's asleep,
- 3:37Speaker 1: go to work and rinse and repeat.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I mean, everyone knows your name at work home, why
- 3:44Speaker 2: not at the bar as well?
- 3:45Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 3:46Speaker 3: I love it, and I I gotta tell you, I
- 3:49Speaker 3: remember watching the Cheers finale and how huge of a
- 3:54Speaker 3: thing it was back in ninety two. I think it
- 3:57Speaker 3: was somewhere in there was six years old, and it
- 4:01Speaker 3: was all over the place. And literally back then, yes,
- 4:04Speaker 3: there was cable, but the channel, the big four channels
- 4:07Speaker 3: were still in the lead for households. I mean, even
- 4:11Speaker 3: going back to the late nineties, I remember looking at
- 4:13Speaker 3: ratings of some of the TV shows in the top ten,
- 4:16Speaker 3: and those of those TV shows who weren't, like the
- 4:18Speaker 3: top one or two shows were still averaging five six
- 4:21Speaker 3: seven eight million views a week, which is TV shows
- 4:25Speaker 3: nowadays would would would you know, give their left arm
- 4:29Speaker 3: for a rating like that? Right, So it was just
- 4:32Speaker 3: a monopoly. But that Cheers was such a good finale.
- 4:35Speaker 1: One for the Road was the final episode of Cheers.
- 4:39Speaker 1: It was the two hundred and seventy first episode of
- 4:42Speaker 1: the series, twenty sixth episode of the eleventh season.
- 4:48Speaker 3: What I wanted it there?
- 4:50Speaker 1: It was May twentieth, nineteen ninety three.
- 4:52Speaker 3: Oh ninety three. I was wrong. So interesting thing I
- 4:56Speaker 3: had a tidbit on my show a few weeks ago.
- 4:58Speaker 3: The whole first season of Cheers, every scene was filmed
- 5:02Speaker 3: in the bar. Wow, there were no scenes. And then
- 5:05Speaker 3: you kind of you watch the subsequent seasons and you start,
- 5:08Speaker 3: you know, you see in like insides of people apartments.
- 5:11Speaker 3: They're hardly ever outside though, they're always in a build
- 5:14Speaker 3: because it's a set, right, a set yep, which is
- 5:17Speaker 3: just wild and funny to me.
- 5:19Speaker 1: But the whole that episode was viewed by approximately forty
- 5:23Speaker 1: two point four million households in a ninety eight minute version.
- 5:28Speaker 1: It was the second highest rated series finale of all time.
- 5:32Speaker 2: First mag Yeah, actually that's what that int and got
- 5:36Speaker 2: me too.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Forty two million. That was the number one show. There
- 5:40Speaker 3: is no show these days that gets that amount of viewers.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I think the World Series that just happened between the
- 5:45Speaker 1: Dodgers and the Yankees, two of the biggest markets in
- 5:47Speaker 1: all of sports, was eleven million.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Ish. I think you may get one for like opening
- 5:53Speaker 3: ceremony of the Olympics, because it's worldwide, you know, stuff
- 5:56Speaker 3: like that. But it's it's it's hard. It's very far
- 6:00Speaker 3: and few between.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Yeah, especially because well, if it's on actual TV, it's
- 6:06Speaker 1: probably way lower. So maybe eleven point something million tuned
- 6:08Speaker 1: into the World Series on TV, But how many millions
- 6:11Speaker 1: watched it through a website or an app or something,
- 6:14Speaker 1: you know what I mean? And it's unfiltered. You don't know.
- 6:17Speaker 1: You can't You can throw out numbers and guess, but
- 6:20Speaker 1: I want.
- 6:20Speaker 3: The number of how many how many moms watched it
- 6:22Speaker 3: with their face of the pillow?
- 6:25Speaker 1: Sixty nine thousand?
- 6:30Speaker 2: It was a good Now, speaking of stream and sports,
- 6:34Speaker 2: did you see that Adam Schefter had he he posted
- 6:38Speaker 2: or reclipped a video and it was it had a
- 6:40Speaker 2: tagline for like a NFL streaming service, and it's like,
- 6:45Speaker 2: you have schefter out there promoting this stuff. Probably what
- 6:50Speaker 2: is she gonna find himself? Yeah? Here right here?
- 6:53Speaker 1: So this is on awful Announcing dot com, Which that's
- 6:56Speaker 1: an awesome name. Congratulations on that one, Adam che D Chefner.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Where is it here?
- 7:02Speaker 1: It says the headline that he appeared with the NFL
- 7:07Speaker 1: de decision to put the Thursday Night football behind a
- 7:09Speaker 1: paywall one of the most obvious issues the league faced
- 7:12Speaker 1: with viewers potentially using illegal streaming sources. But nobody could
- 7:16Speaker 1: have imagined that Schefner would be one of those people.
- 7:20Speaker 1: But as ESPN's top NFL insider took to social media
- 7:23Speaker 1: to share a viral play from the New York Jets
- 7:25Speaker 1: victory over Houston, many noticed that the clip didn't come
- 7:27Speaker 1: from Amazon's feet of the game. Rather, the white writing
- 7:31Speaker 1: in the upper left hand corner from Methstreams dot com.
- 7:35Speaker 2: And that's the fact that it's meth. And there's.
- 7:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I U I sailed the High Seas when I
- 7:43Speaker 3: when it comes to my ma, and uh, there's quite
- 7:48Speaker 3: a few of them out there, but meth streams is
- 7:51Speaker 3: one of the top or one of the top three
- 7:53Speaker 3: or four.
- 7:53Speaker 1: They've been around a long time, long long time.
- 7:57Speaker 2: I have one that I use on my phone that's
- 7:59Speaker 2: just an AM up and it's it's called something weird.
- 8:02Speaker 2: I don't even know how to pronounce it. And it
- 8:04Speaker 2: opens up little links and goes you want to watch
- 8:06Speaker 2: it via YouTube, this, this, this, this or this, And
- 8:08Speaker 2: occasionally you're watching on YouTube and it'll say, oh, this
- 8:11Speaker 2: stream is broken, refresh the app, go back into it. Wait,
- 8:14Speaker 2: maybe a minute or two works just fine. Now I'm
- 8:18Speaker 2: usually about two minutes behind. Only downside.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Yeah, well, you know, hey, it's not bad. You know.
- 8:24Speaker 1: You put the put it a, put it a you know,
- 8:27Speaker 1: just kind of there, put the phone down. So you're
- 8:29Speaker 1: not watching your fantasy scores and your alerts on baby
- 8:32Speaker 1: DraftKings and places like that. You'll be all right, you'd
- 8:35Speaker 1: be all right. I was, uh. I was chatting with
- 8:37Speaker 1: A Burley over the weekend. He was in an intense
- 8:40Speaker 1: battle with his internet provider because he was told he
- 8:43Speaker 1: could get and this is this is some third world problems,
- 8:47Speaker 1: some some city people problems. This isn't problems me. And
- 8:50Speaker 1: you've been had, but he was complaining because he was
- 8:52Speaker 1: promised that he could get two and a half gigs
- 8:55Speaker 1: of down and up Internet, and I was like, you
- 8:58Speaker 1: son of a bitch. So well he went he upgraded
- 9:01Speaker 1: the package and he's not getting the speeds and I
- 9:03Speaker 1: getting speed turns out and this is a quick nerd rant,
- 9:06Speaker 1: So if you're not a nerd, just you could press
- 9:07Speaker 1: a little button that goes head fifteen thirty seconds will
- 9:09Speaker 1: probably be done. And I was like, man, you're router.
- 9:13Speaker 1: What do you got and he told me. I was like, well,
- 9:14Speaker 1: it's only you know, one gig, that's probably all you're
- 9:16Speaker 1: going to get. So he's put an entire day complaining
- 9:20Speaker 1: to this and got nowhere. I mean just an entire day.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So finally I was like, dude, just go down to
- 9:25Speaker 1: one gig, like you're never going to use that kind
- 9:28Speaker 1: of speed. He's like, well, I'm sick of waiting for
- 9:30Speaker 1: my uploads on my videos and I'm like, dude, how
- 9:32Speaker 1: long could it take? Like I can upload it on
- 9:34Speaker 1: thirty five up that's all I get megabits per second
- 9:37Speaker 1: and it only takes fifteen twenty minutes. He's like, how
- 9:40Speaker 1: big of a file? Like five gigs. Dude, He's like,
- 9:42Speaker 1: what ragent pillage is? Like? Forty five gigs. I'm like,
- 9:46Speaker 1: what are you doing right?
- 9:49Speaker 2: Holy moly.
- 9:50Speaker 1: So we had to have a conversation. I'm like, dude,
- 9:52Speaker 1: so hopefully we've we've helped to fix this. Uploaders forty
- 9:55Speaker 1: five gigs. He's trying to upload and he's complaining that
- 9:58Speaker 1: it's not instant, you son of a bit.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Come never satisfied.
- 10:05Speaker 1: His poor wife, you know, she does it. Shout out
- 10:08Speaker 1: you're never gonna listen to this, but shout out to
- 10:10Speaker 1: Burley's wife. I never thought i'd say that either. But
- 10:13Speaker 1: I was talking a little bit earlier about and I'm
- 10:16Speaker 1: curious here it takes and this is this is awful
- 10:18Speaker 1: left wall about the weather change and stuff like that.
- 10:20Speaker 1: And I live in the you know, the country. So
- 10:22Speaker 1: we get a lot of mice moles, all sorts of
- 10:25Speaker 1: different ones. I don't know the difference. I know one
- 10:26Speaker 1: is a short tail, one is a long one. So
- 10:29Speaker 1: it's it's mouse hunting season for for the old boy.
- 10:31Speaker 1: And we've gotten I've got about ten this week. I mean,
- 10:35Speaker 1: do you guys, you guys have to fight that battle
- 10:36Speaker 1: with the with them When we got cats the cats
- 10:38Speaker 1: are too goddamnly easy to do anything. I thought that
- 10:40Speaker 1: was the only purpose for my cats, besides puking and
- 10:43Speaker 1: having to clean the ship and then just stare at
- 10:45Speaker 1: you all evil like, ha ha, I own you, bitch.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I mean I live next to a whole bunch of fields.
- 10:53Speaker 2: So every time that it harvests, uh, not only do
- 10:56Speaker 2: we have a mouse problem, you know, like we'll see
- 10:58Speaker 2: the field nice literally running through the driveway and they're
- 11:00Speaker 2: like Jesus Christ, you know, And I've had it to
- 11:04Speaker 2: where they've actually got into my vehicle. Oh yeah, eight
- 11:08Speaker 2: wires and shit like that. It all up and I'm like,
- 11:11Speaker 2: what the And I rarely keep anything in there. Kids
- 11:14Speaker 2: might drop a French fry or a petrofried chicken nugget
- 11:17Speaker 2: might survive behind.
- 11:18Speaker 3: The steep deep deep back there, you know.
- 11:20Speaker 2: But I'm like, no, wca is go to the dealership
- 11:24Speaker 2: and they're like, yeah, this is run, this is run,
- 11:25Speaker 2: this is run. And they're like it looks like you
- 11:26Speaker 2: have a couple, you know, mice nests in there, and
- 11:28Speaker 2: I'm like, from where, And then do you live next
- 11:31Speaker 2: to a field? And they go, son of a bitch, right.
- 11:35Speaker 3: On one, So you know, what I heard about. I
- 11:40Speaker 3: just literally again on the show, we had somebody calling
- 11:42Speaker 3: I got mice in a vehicle, wondering how to do
- 11:44Speaker 3: it dryer sheets If you throw dryer sheets in there,
- 11:48Speaker 3: they hate to smell the dryer sheets. Lavender and peppermints,
- 11:51Speaker 3: so like peppermint sprays, lavender sprays. Apparently that do works
- 11:55Speaker 3: really well. Those were farmers with like tractors were telling
- 11:57Speaker 3: me that, like combines and shit, that's what they do
- 11:59Speaker 3: in the you know, the in the wintertime. They'll throw
- 12:02Speaker 3: that in there. And yeah, people throw a couple dryer
- 12:06Speaker 3: sheets and then just like let the whole box sit
- 12:08Speaker 3: in there because it's so smelly.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Hey, just imagine just setting the box but not opening it.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Be like they'll see these and not.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Like they're gonna see bounce and they're gonna bounce stuff
- 12:18Speaker 2: up out of here. They go. Yeah, that was a
- 12:21Speaker 2: terrible one. I'm sorry. I apologize everybody that was currently
- 12:23Speaker 2: listening that we'll give your money back on that one.
- 12:27Speaker 2: That was bad. But no, it's uh, we've tried cotton
- 12:31Speaker 2: balls with like essential oil minty kind of like eucalyptus
- 12:34Speaker 2: type of shit or whatever, and that that seems to
- 12:36Speaker 2: work as well. But then I have to shop back,
- 12:38Speaker 2: and I'm sitting there and just vacuum in my truck
- 12:40Speaker 2: and everything, and I look and there's just this cotton
- 12:43Speaker 2: ball that's kind of like eventually been stepped on and
- 12:46Speaker 2: kind of buried into my polstery. I go, the fuck
- 12:50Speaker 2: is this? I'm like, oh, cotton ball is time to
- 12:53Speaker 2: re up?
- 12:53Speaker 1: How do they make like a mouse repellent air freshener
- 12:58Speaker 1: that you can hang in your rear view mirror, like
- 12:59Speaker 1: those little trees or something. Just get like a mint
- 13:01Speaker 1: flavor or a dryer sheet scent or something that maybe
- 13:04Speaker 1: would help. If not we got an idea.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I'm a big fan of little trees.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Eh invented shadowt Watertown, New York. But for me mouse
- 13:14Speaker 1: season it was only.
- 13:16Speaker 2: I dreaded it.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Not that like obviously you don't want mice in your house,
- 13:19Speaker 1: but then you start seeing those little turds and you're like,
- 13:21Speaker 1: all right, where are these goddamn things? But I was
- 13:24Speaker 1: so goddamn cheap, so I'd always buy those like couple
- 13:27Speaker 1: of Yeah, they're oh, was that for the Oh that's
- 13:29Speaker 1: for the house. The Tomcat repellent wrote it. Yeah, Also
- 13:34Speaker 1: they put those Okay, they put those and it disperses
- 13:37Speaker 1: through there. But I was I was always so cheap
- 13:39Speaker 1: that I would get the very cheap mouse packs, the
- 13:42Speaker 1: ones with the spring, and I'm like, oh, and it
- 13:45Speaker 1: was always like I felt like I was, you know, shaken.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I was so scared because every time I'd set it down,
- 13:50Speaker 1: snap like the son of a bitch. And then I
- 13:52Speaker 1: put it down and I'm so goddamn stupid. Somehow I'd
- 13:55Speaker 1: end up getting the finger. So I ended up doing
- 13:57Speaker 1: some research and obviously I have I have some family
- 14:00Speaker 1: does pest control, and they're just like, just throw the
- 14:03Speaker 1: bait down, just throw some But I'm like, what happens
- 14:05Speaker 1: if they get up there and then the cat eats
- 14:07Speaker 1: it and then he goes, well, then you don't have
- 14:08Speaker 1: a cat problem anymore. Kidding of course, kidding of course.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So I'm like, I can't do that because one of
- 14:15Speaker 1: the cats or one of the dogs or something will
- 14:17Speaker 1: eat it. So I found these ones on Amazon and
- 14:20Speaker 1: it has this like little bait thing so it comes
- 14:23Speaker 1: out you put a little peanut butter and you put
- 14:24Speaker 1: it in there and it just clips back. You don't
- 14:26Speaker 1: get your finger, and they work awesome. I mean, these
- 14:30Speaker 1: things right here, and they're super cheap. Oh yep, these
- 14:35Speaker 1: things are frigging awesome. This little bait thing comes out underneath.
- 14:40Speaker 1: You just pull them back and they are like they
- 14:43Speaker 1: are killing it. For me, this is a game changer.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Question for you. Are you reusing or you just that's okay.
- 14:50Speaker 2: That's the conversation of my household too, that I try
- 14:53Speaker 2: to be like, hey, you know, I just I open
- 14:54Speaker 2: up the little gator grip, throw the little mix away
- 14:57Speaker 2: and everything, and they're like, well, what do you I'm doing?
- 15:00Speaker 2: And I'm like, I'm gonna put them trap back. I'm
- 15:03Speaker 2: like I'm gonna clean it with like a colors wipe
- 15:04Speaker 2: or something. And I was like, it's it's good, you know,
- 15:06Speaker 2: And They're like, throw the whole thing away. I'm like,
- 15:09Speaker 2: what the point of that? Yeah, things were usable for
- 15:11Speaker 2: a reason. I'm like, no way, So I.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Don't even clean them. These ones are so much easier too,
- 15:18Speaker 1: because like it's snapped back, so you just hold the
- 15:20Speaker 1: end and then when you go to dispose of it,
- 15:21Speaker 1: you just pinch it up, give it a little chuck.
- 15:24Speaker 1: They're gone, and then you just go back redo the bake.
- 15:28Speaker 2: So you have time. I don't clean me either. I
- 15:29Speaker 2: don't want to say that, but yeah, if you're gonna
- 15:31Speaker 2: hold up to it, I don't either.
- 15:33Speaker 1: It's not like towels and pillow sheets and stuff like
- 15:36Speaker 1: that that we've argued about how long you're supposed to
- 15:38Speaker 1: change them out. It's a mouse trap, I mean. And
- 15:40Speaker 1: then you know, then you get the people that are like, oh,
- 15:42Speaker 1: you don't you don't use the ones and just release them.
- 15:45Speaker 1: If I release them, they're going to come back into
- 15:47Speaker 1: the house, you know what I mean.
- 15:49Speaker 2: It's not it's cozy.
- 15:51Speaker 1: It's not like bees and some things that are going extinct.
- 15:53Speaker 1: They're mice. I mean. New York City is full of
- 15:55Speaker 1: them and the rats their cousins. And no, we don't
- 15:58Speaker 1: we don't need to save them.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that Stuart little problem turns into a big problem,
- 16:03Speaker 2: you know what I mean?
- 16:04Speaker 1: Like, no, on, you know what, you are very punny
- 16:08Speaker 1: this morning.
- 16:10Speaker 2: It's this new strain what is it called? H oh
- 16:14Speaker 2: blueberry muffins? Would they go along with my muffin top?
- 16:18Speaker 1: But that's a good little breakfast the breakfast thing. The
- 16:22Speaker 1: White's been making these egg cheese things on like a
- 16:27Speaker 1: half a tortilla shell. I don't even know. It's just magical.
- 16:31Speaker 1: It's all the sauce and oh my god, this so
- 16:33Speaker 1: goddamn good. So, of course, because we got up so
- 16:35Speaker 1: goddamn early because of the time change, we had time
- 16:38Speaker 1: to actually make some breakfast. Yeah.
- 16:42Speaker 3: I woke up for the first time in a long
- 16:43Speaker 3: time craving.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Cereal, oh which goes over the store, and.
- 16:47Speaker 3: Bought some off brand cereal because I'm such a cheap
- 16:49Speaker 3: ass when it comes to stuff like that.
- 16:52Speaker 1: What was it like? Was it a process of flakes?
- 16:54Speaker 1: Was it like a Captain crown?
- 16:55Speaker 3: Well? I actually went upstairs originally and I poured the
- 16:58Speaker 3: rest of the cereal we had, and it wasn't quite
- 17:00Speaker 3: enough for a bowl, So it was it was the
- 17:03Speaker 3: fruity pebbles with marshmallows that we still had from a
- 17:06Speaker 3: few weeks back afore that, and I was like, this
- 17:08Speaker 3: isn't enough. I'm gonna go get some more. And I
- 17:10Speaker 3: got I don't have the bowl with me off brand
- 17:14Speaker 3: honey bunches of oats almond mm hmm. So that's what.
- 17:19Speaker 1: With solid I've been, like I told you guys, trying
- 17:23Speaker 1: to eat a little bit better. So that app that
- 17:26Speaker 1: I was telling you guys about. It's to the point
- 17:28Speaker 1: now where the kids think it's funny. So they go
- 17:29Speaker 1: through the store and they start scanning things because they
- 17:32Speaker 1: want They're like, we're gonna beat healthier with you, and
- 17:35Speaker 1: my the one kid was absolutely devastated because they found
- 17:41Speaker 1: out how bad doritos really are for you. Out of
- 17:44Speaker 1: one hundred, the tortilla chips cool ranch were ranked seven
- 17:48Speaker 1: out of one hundred.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's as a popular item around this household
- 17:55Speaker 2: as well. That's a that's a weekly re up. I
- 17:57Speaker 2: can't stand how much chips we go through, but the
- 18:01Speaker 2: barbecue doritos, so yeah.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And then so the youngest was going around the store
- 18:08Speaker 1: scanning this okay, and found out like one or two
- 18:11Speaker 1: of the things that you know, they actually like to
- 18:13Speaker 1: eat pretty healthy, And all of a sudden it was
- 18:15Speaker 1: like I was like an oatmeal cream pie with some
- 18:18Speaker 1: kind of like little Debbie snack scan it and it
- 18:20Speaker 1: was zero. And she just kind of looks and goes,
- 18:23Speaker 1: sometimes you just have to treat yourself. And it's only six,
- 18:26Speaker 1: and I'm like, as a kid, there's always going to
- 18:29Speaker 1: be those things like it's it's it's okay. But I
- 18:32Speaker 1: like how they make the the recommendation. So the recommendation
- 18:36Speaker 1: for a tortilla chips cool ranch to switch with. That's
- 18:39Speaker 1: ninety four out of one hundred. This sounds so bad.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Organic sea salt tortilla chips ninety four out of one hundred.
- 18:49Speaker 1: By late July, it's got corn on it?
- 18:54Speaker 2: Is there certain items that you just refused? Is like
- 18:57Speaker 2: get name brand that you you prefer the off brand.
- 19:03Speaker 1: For Cereal for a lot of them. I prefer some
- 19:07Speaker 1: of the off brand ones. Now I'm stuck on this
- 19:11Speaker 1: Cashi Cereals.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Oh uh Koshi Kashi cash.
- 19:15Speaker 3: A s h.
- 19:16Speaker 1: I just got the cinnamon one telling you what. It's
- 19:19Speaker 1: like a shredded miniweed, but with cinnamon in it. It's
- 19:22Speaker 1: pretty good. Not to not to like crap on any
- 19:24Speaker 1: brands out there, but the one with the spoon that
- 19:25Speaker 1: they claim are magical doesn't leave the film on there.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I did try that, if you guys tried that.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Cheerios had this banana kind like like a decade ago.
- 19:37Speaker 2: I don't know if they ever brought it back, but
- 19:39Speaker 2: holy shit, it was. It was up there with peanut
- 19:42Speaker 2: butter cat crunch like that was that was some top
- 19:45Speaker 2: top tier. Something about that banana milk. Whenever you drink it.
- 19:51Speaker 2: I'm hard. This is what I needed. Do they have
- 19:53Speaker 2: that you guys? Continue? I got to do some research.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Just a little banana milk.
- 19:57Speaker 3: I got some banana milk. You can have there.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Straight from the sores into that one.
- 20:04Speaker 2: God damn it.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Speaking of which, I had a conversation with a buddy
- 20:07Speaker 3: of mine, and this is like twenty years ago. We
- 20:08Speaker 3: were in high school, and uh, I remember saying, man,
- 20:13Speaker 3: it was it was about this time of year. I
- 20:14Speaker 3: was like, I love eggnog. It's so good. It's like
- 20:18Speaker 3: like nectar of the gods. He goes, he goes, you
- 20:21Speaker 3: know what eggnog is, don't you? I don't know. It's
- 20:24Speaker 3: it's egg and like milk and something, you know, like cream,
- 20:27Speaker 3: And he goes, no, dude, it's elfjiz. And ever since then,
- 20:34Speaker 3: I still buy it, but I think about it when
- 20:36Speaker 3: I drink.
- 20:39Speaker 1: That's a tough one to forget. He wasn't serious, he
- 20:41Speaker 1: really thought it.
- 20:42Speaker 3: He's no way. He wasn't look straight as hell, like
- 20:46Speaker 3: straight lace like.
- 20:48Speaker 1: I have some buddies that I feel like probably could
- 20:51Speaker 1: have believed that might have been true in their days.
- 20:53Speaker 1: So I didn't. I mean, there was there's still people
- 20:55Speaker 1: in this world that believe that chocolate milk still is
- 20:59Speaker 1: made from brown cows.
- 21:01Speaker 2: It's not. I'm sugar elf. And immediately you know those
- 21:06Speaker 2: elf cookies, the ones with the oh my fucking god, oh,
- 21:13Speaker 2: I would destroy an entire family pack of those in
- 21:16Speaker 2: one city. There would.
- 21:20Speaker 1: That's a top tier cookie.
- 21:22Speaker 2: That's it's a it's what was that?
- 21:24Speaker 3: I was gonna completely take us off. Let's talk food.
- 21:26Speaker 3: What were you saying about cooking?
- 21:27Speaker 2: No, you're good. No, I was just it's I just
- 21:30Speaker 2: I was wondering what the rank on those probably were
- 21:31Speaker 2: on his app probably too.
- 21:33Speaker 1: The thing is, I don't pay for it being cheap,
- 21:35Speaker 1: kind of like we all are. I'm not paying for
- 21:38Speaker 1: the premium to be the user. So you physically have
- 21:40Speaker 1: to scan a barcode, you can't search it. So I'm
- 21:43Speaker 1: like that we should, we should look up, we should
- 21:46Speaker 1: try to guess some of the top tier How would
- 21:49Speaker 1: we do the top tier name brand cookies, because.
- 21:54Speaker 2: I mean, Oreo has gotta be up there, it's got
- 21:57Speaker 2: to be.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Let me see if I can find it too. Let's
- 21:59Speaker 1: just go. Let's just go. The AI overview went with
- 22:04Speaker 1: uh with this, I mean I don't so.
- 22:06Speaker 3: There's a website called ratemocookies dot com apparently, is there.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Oh, let's go with that one. That seems special, like
- 22:11Speaker 1: a referee with a whistle like it.
- 22:13Speaker 3: Looks like there's twenty or thirty different ratings for well,
- 22:18Speaker 3: I don't know how good this is.
- 22:19Speaker 2: But do you have to be eighteen to go on
- 22:21Speaker 2: this website? No?
- 22:22Speaker 1: Okay, who I already don't know what the first three are.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Do but if you search it, you can search find
- 22:29Speaker 3: your cookie?
- 22:30Speaker 1: Gotcha?
- 22:31Speaker 3: I think that was just out the bet quarter.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Well, this is okay, this is based on not a
- 22:37Speaker 1: lot of love on there. I think, like the most
- 22:39Speaker 1: ratings I've seen here twelve.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Yeah, there's not there's not a lot. But I was
- 22:42Speaker 3: going to say, do you remember kids? Do you remember?
- 22:46Speaker 1: I don't remember?
- 22:47Speaker 2: Oh god, he says, what you know?
- 22:51Speaker 3: Rate my was like the thing back about twenty years ago,
- 22:54Speaker 3: like rate my professor, but also like rate my face
- 22:58Speaker 3: or you know what rate me do? Is what it
- 23:00Speaker 3: was R A T E for the record, Yes, and
- 23:03Speaker 3: you could just put this key huge. You can put
- 23:07Speaker 3: your own selfie on there and people would rate it
- 23:09Speaker 3: and like scribe I would. I remember being like seventeen
- 23:12Speaker 3: years old, just not even rating anybody just scrolling through
- 23:16Speaker 3: and see mm hm is the internet? The early Internet
- 23:19Speaker 3: was wild.
- 23:20Speaker 2: There's a there's a fan website where young women will
- 23:24Speaker 2: rate your wiener.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Yeah, go to you been whackingoff dot com by yourself
- 23:28Speaker 1: a candle? You got some blue woffles? All right, let's
- 23:31Speaker 1: let's this is ranker dot Com. I feel like a
- 23:34Speaker 1: trust Rancor dot com and again not to wanker Rancor.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Let's go with the top fifteen because I kept scrolling
- 23:41Speaker 1: down and I wanted a couple to be incorporated in.
- 23:43Speaker 1: And I can tell you that I haven't seen some
- 23:46Speaker 1: of these. So if you guys want to fire off
- 23:47Speaker 1: some guesses, let's let's guess the top fifteen. Uh, this
- 23:52Speaker 1: is the best cookie brands, not specific, but the brands.
- 23:57Speaker 2: It's like Oreo or is it like Nabisco? Is that
- 23:59Speaker 2: what it's called? So?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Is Oreo? Is how they had that? That is? That
- 24:02Speaker 1: is the clear number one? And it actually moved up
- 24:07Speaker 1: on the best store bought cookies list?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Is the chips Away out there?
- 24:12Speaker 1: Chips Away number two?
- 24:16Speaker 2: Let's go, is a fig Newton considered a cookie? I
- 24:20Speaker 2: don't know if people were not.
- 24:23Speaker 1: It is it is? It is on there. It is
- 24:24Speaker 1: number seventeen, number seventeen on the list.
- 24:27Speaker 3: The only fake Newtons that were any good were the
- 24:29Speaker 3: apple ones delicious? What about what about the rich people
- 24:37Speaker 3: cookies that come in like the bag you know, I'm
- 24:39Speaker 3: talking about the white bag that you have to fold
- 24:41Speaker 3: over on.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Ever been one of them?
- 24:46Speaker 2: So? Pepper farm, pepper pepperidge.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Farm number six? Good?
- 24:52Speaker 2: Guess is there animal cookies like traditional like the the
- 24:57Speaker 2: f and unfrosted.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Don't see that on there?
- 25:01Speaker 2: Don't see that on this? No otis Spunkmeyer.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Oh I like those cookies not in the top fifteen.
- 25:08Speaker 1: They actually sell them at the local sub shop around here.
- 25:11Speaker 1: A good so damn good.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Grandma's cookies also good. Ooh also my favorites.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Mmmm, that is number thirteen. Look at that lucky thirteen.
- 25:24Speaker 1: We did say the Keebler cookies there on the list.
- 25:27Speaker 1: They are number five.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Oh so we did say that Nutter Butters. Is it another?
- 25:34Speaker 1: It is a it is a cookie, but it's it's
- 25:36Speaker 1: not the brand. I don't know who does it. I'm
- 25:38Speaker 1: gonna I'm gonna give you one here. I'm gonna say
- 25:39Speaker 1: it's Anabisco Nobisco. We're gonna it sounds like an Obisco thing.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Probably wrong, but that's number twelve.
- 25:45Speaker 2: There.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Think of a think of a big chain store that
- 25:49Speaker 1: might have their own brand, great value, good guess, not
- 25:54Speaker 1: the one. This is one that I've never I don't
- 25:57Speaker 1: think I've ever been to one. Maybe in Canada one
- 25:59Speaker 1: time to take a poop at. I'm assuming they're near
- 26:01Speaker 1: you guys, and more cities. Definitely not where I am. Kroger,
- 26:06Speaker 1: not Kroger. This does make it make its rounds on
- 26:11Speaker 1: social media for a lot of things I think YouTubers
- 26:13Speaker 1: try to do, like staying in one of these for
- 26:15Speaker 1: twenty four hours.
- 26:19Speaker 2: I know public is really popular. That's like East Coast.
- 26:21Speaker 2: I don't know about.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Maybe I don't even know if maybe these are let's
- 26:25Speaker 1: see here. Maybe they don't have one near you, guys,
- 26:28Speaker 1: I don't know. I'll give it to you. It's a Costco.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Oh.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I just assumed they were.
- 26:37Speaker 2: A gust their mind. They're trying to stay in at
- 26:39Speaker 2: twenty four so I thought they were open for twenty
- 26:40Speaker 2: four hours. So yeah, I got you.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Yeah, they were number fifteen Costco. I didn't I've never
- 26:44Speaker 1: really been to one, but apparently they have really good cookies.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Yeah, the double chocolate choke cooker.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Stupid?
- 26:53Speaker 2: Is that stuff blessed your guys? Is for you? Page
- 26:55Speaker 2: reletlessly as well.
- 26:57Speaker 1: No, a lot of time on there, so yep, the
- 27:01Speaker 1: phone heard me. It is it is there now, so
- 27:03Speaker 1: thank you A number fourteen missus Field shout out to
- 27:06Speaker 1: missus Field's cookies.
- 27:07Speaker 3: We thought missus Field's cookies were overrated.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Yeah, same a little dry. Yeah, Talca was just so weird.
- 27:14Speaker 1: It did have an artificial kind of taste, right, but
- 27:17Speaker 1: maybe we were so used to artificial chocolate that the
- 27:19Speaker 1: real chocolate taste weird. I knew. I grew up eating
- 27:23Speaker 1: instant mashed potatoes, and the first time I had real
- 27:25Speaker 1: mashed potatoes, I was like, the hell are these these
- 27:27Speaker 1: some tastes like mashed potatoes and these are real potatoes.
- 27:31Speaker 1: I'm like, what the ones that come or you just
- 27:33Speaker 1: dad water aren't.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Real with instant? Man, I love and I haven't had
- 27:38Speaker 2: instant in a while and everything, because now, like you know,
- 27:40Speaker 2: it was like eating, I'm like, I would it up.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Little little little uh bacon bits in there too, loaded
- 27:46Speaker 2: instantly bam mm hmm pecan shorties bro, those little keeler
- 27:53Speaker 2: ones too underrated. I woke up some short bread cookies
- 27:56Speaker 2: like nobody's business. Yeah, I want some of those now
- 28:00Speaker 2: to them.
- 28:00Speaker 1: That's kind of the same thing. Nila Vanila brand with
- 28:03Speaker 1: the yellow box.
- 28:05Speaker 2: No, no, those are wafer cookies.
- 28:07Speaker 1: I thought they had a couple of different brands, but
- 28:09Speaker 1: either way, I wasn't a fan of them. But they
- 28:11Speaker 1: were number nine on the list.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Do you know who gets nilla wafers? Children who are
- 28:15Speaker 3: younger than two, whose parents don't want to buy them oreos.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Like mm hmmm, two dollars a box in this economy.
- 28:20Speaker 1: I love it, I was gonna say, and youban.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Even like the strawberry chocolate and vanilla, like the wafer
- 28:29Speaker 2: cream cookies or whatever, like those are the remember those?
- 28:32Speaker 2: My grandma used to have those all the time, and
- 28:34Speaker 2: I'm always like, and there was always I don't know
- 28:36Speaker 2: which brand was better, but you can always tell right they.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Were like a little soft pre soft. Somebody wants anything
- 28:43Speaker 1: soft in their mouth, nothing.
- 28:48Speaker 2: That's too easy.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Can't number eleven on the list, and then we'll keep
- 28:52Speaker 1: moving on. Is Little Debbie? I was trying to think
- 28:54Speaker 1: what Little Debbie had for cookies. They were on there for.
- 28:58Speaker 2: The cream pie. Is it a cookie?
- 29:03Speaker 3: Is it though, there was a cream pie cookie before
- 29:05Speaker 3: you got here.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, according to the cookie bundle that you
- 29:12Speaker 1: can buy on shoplittledebbie dot com or whatever it is,
- 29:15Speaker 1: Star Crunch, Oatmeal, cream pies, fudge rounds, and chocolate chip.
- 29:18Speaker 1: So it's the two cookies with the cream in the middle.
- 29:21Speaker 1: That's their cookie bundle, guess because they're technically I guess
- 29:26Speaker 1: cookies with a layer and then another cookie.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Star Crunch, though fire.
- 29:32Speaker 1: The ice cream version not so good.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Oh, I haven't had that one.
- 29:36Speaker 1: I think we tried it when Little Debbies ice cream
- 29:39Speaker 1: finally hit, you know, the the wallfarts near us, like
- 29:42Speaker 1: five years later, so we got one of each. Didn't
- 29:45Speaker 1: love that one. Didn't love it.
- 29:47Speaker 2: I am I'm gonna have to keep probably muting here
- 29:50Speaker 2: it's hailing. Yikes.
- 29:55Speaker 1: This one, though, made me kind of remember things I
- 29:59Speaker 1: thought I forgot. Remember the Royal Dance cookies that came
- 30:03Speaker 1: in the blue tin that.
- 30:05Speaker 2: Oh are you talking about the sewing kit this?
- 30:09Speaker 1: Yes, that's what they were used for, right.
- 30:12Speaker 2: That was that was my grandma's sewing kid. That's there
- 30:14Speaker 2: was never any cookies in that. The CV of shit.
- 30:17Speaker 1: What an awful prank that, Yeah, but it was. Yeah,
- 30:20Speaker 1: that's the only thing I remember. There was always buttons
- 30:22Speaker 1: and batteries and sewing things. These right here, that's right,
- 30:26Speaker 1: that's number ten. Still to this day, I wouldn't have
- 30:28Speaker 1: guessed that.
- 30:29Speaker 3: One of my proudest videos of all time, Matt, you'll
- 30:31Speaker 3: get a kick out of this was you remember when
- 30:33Speaker 3: I did about three or years ago or so, the
- 30:35Speaker 3: cut Let's cut her open and see what's inside stuff? Yep, Well,
- 30:38Speaker 3: I had one of those. I was like, let's cut
- 30:40Speaker 3: her open and see what's inside. It could be buttons,
- 30:42Speaker 3: batteries open up in its cookies. I'm like, cookies. What
- 30:46Speaker 3: it was stupid, it was silly. What people didn't expect.
- 30:49Speaker 1: It was perfect, perfect, that's just I mean.
- 30:53Speaker 2: It was very rare to actually open it up and
- 30:54Speaker 2: actually see cookies in there. And there's some people that
- 30:56Speaker 2: always bring it to like work functions, and I'm like,
- 30:59Speaker 2: I don't mind if I do those little shortbread ones too.
- 31:02Speaker 1: They're pretty good. Alright, let's run this out. So they
- 31:06Speaker 1: were number ten famous Amos cookies or Amos however you
- 31:10Speaker 1: would say it, number eight good cookies, uh Nestle, number
- 31:16Speaker 1: seven may said Pepper's Farm. Then Keebler Pillsbury number four,
- 31:22Speaker 1: number three are the girl Scout cookies?
- 31:26Speaker 2: Wow? You know, whoever's listening to this is screaming in
- 31:29Speaker 2: their car the entire time, like you dumb, just screaming.
- 31:32Speaker 2: But it was like everybody cokaes, why do you not
- 31:35Speaker 2: say girls cot cookies? I mean you need to have
- 31:37Speaker 2: your own top ten and just the Girl Scout cookies itself.
- 31:39Speaker 2: You know do they have I don't know.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Probably by no. I mean, well, well, isn't it changed.
- 31:45Speaker 1: It's not just Girl Scouts, isn't it. Didn't they have
- 31:48Speaker 1: to change the name of it or something.
- 31:50Speaker 2: That boy Scouts boy Scouts now the boy Scouts or
- 31:55Speaker 2: whatever it's called. Now, if you guys are listening at
- 31:59Speaker 2: the at the founder or whatever marketing people, whatever, your
- 32:02Speaker 2: guys's popcorn is trash. I'm sorry. It is the most
- 32:05Speaker 2: disgusting popcorn I've ever put in my mouth ever. And
- 32:10Speaker 2: the fact that you have the audacity to charge twenty
- 32:13Speaker 2: two dollars for a small back of popcorn, you should
- 32:17Speaker 2: be ashamed of yourselves. There's the reason why kids are
- 32:20Speaker 2: getting nuts.
- 32:22Speaker 1: The Boy Scouts change their name Scouting America. That sounds
- 32:26Speaker 1: even more pedophilia or whatever the right word is. What
- 32:30Speaker 1: Scout America's youth.
- 32:31Speaker 2: They call them pdf files.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Now the youth now less cookie chips ahoy, number two
- 32:41Speaker 1: chips away.
- 32:41Speaker 3: Okay, so were you fa guys?
- 32:42Speaker 2: Fans?
- 32:43Speaker 3: You guys like chips ahoy?
- 32:45Speaker 1: They were purchased rarely in the house.
- 32:49Speaker 3: Cheap cookie is not the best. Yeah, But my question
- 32:52Speaker 3: would be is if you liked them, did you eat
- 32:54Speaker 3: the normal chips ahoy, the extra chunky chips ahoy or
- 32:57Speaker 3: the chewy chips away.
- 32:59Speaker 2: The chewiest crash. If you bring chewy in my house,
- 33:02Speaker 2: that's what my that's what the missus likes. She's like,
- 33:04Speaker 2: I got cookies, and I'm like, no, you didn't, No,
- 33:07Speaker 2: you didn't at all. Cookies are supposed to have a
- 33:09Speaker 2: little bit of a snap, yes, crunch, whatever you get it.
- 33:13Speaker 2: I don't want it to be it's like, oh you're
- 33:15Speaker 2: it's just so soft. That's why Pillsbury being like four
- 33:18Speaker 2: on this list absolutely absurd, Absolutely absurd. I would take
- 33:22Speaker 2: little w over them any day.
- 33:24Speaker 1: You got that iconic Pillsbury dough boy in the tube,
- 33:26Speaker 1: then you just scoop them on there. You can cook
- 33:28Speaker 1: them and let them cool. To get to that, if
- 33:30Speaker 1: you eat them fresh rate out, you know.
- 33:32Speaker 2: But the convenience of being able to just rip open
- 33:34Speaker 2: a package and having them right there. The only thing,
- 33:37Speaker 2: the only work you have to do is getting a
- 33:38Speaker 2: glass of milk. Okay, maybe a pre pepto because you
- 33:41Speaker 2: know you can be glued to the toilet right after.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Do the kids run your pepto before each meal?
- 33:50Speaker 2: So I get made fun of a lot too, just
- 33:52Speaker 2: because they'll just see me popping like an anti diary,
- 33:54Speaker 2: Like I get the great value anti diarrhea pills. So
- 33:58Speaker 2: I'm out with you is whoo And they're like, what
- 34:01Speaker 2: are you getting ready to eat? And I'm like, steak.
- 34:04Speaker 2: If we're getting ready to go on a car trip,
- 34:06Speaker 2: I'm like popping to of those bad yeah. And they're like,
- 34:10Speaker 2: why are you popping emodium before we go somewhere.
- 34:12Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't want to eat the way I
- 34:14Speaker 1: want to eat on the way. That was the same thing.
- 34:16Speaker 1: Instead of my parents bringing me to get diagnosed as
- 34:18Speaker 1: IBS as a kid, they were just like, oh, hey,
- 34:21Speaker 1: taking a road trip, here's two a your emodiums.
- 34:25Speaker 2: I'm like, this is my version of PEZ. I'm just
- 34:27Speaker 2: popping these and.
- 34:29Speaker 1: Worked for me. I don't know if I built up
- 34:30Speaker 1: an immunity to them, or just maybe IBS can't be
- 34:34Speaker 1: stopped with some emodium, because I'm telling you it was
- 34:38Speaker 1: more or less. I think the place will effect at
- 34:40Speaker 1: that point, because.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Mine is I would take like two beforehand, and then
- 34:46Speaker 2: like on the way over there, I'm like, I'm like, oh,
- 34:48Speaker 2: it's not working. They're popped two more and then it
- 34:51Speaker 2: like it suppresses a little bit. And then when we
- 34:53Speaker 2: get back from vacation, I'm like, it's been three days.
- 34:55Speaker 2: Normally I shit six times before we even get on
- 34:57Speaker 2: the podcast, and I'm sitting there going the last time,
- 35:01Speaker 2: I shit, like this isn't good, you know, And then
- 35:03Speaker 2: I have the first solid one that I've had in
- 35:05Speaker 2: like six months, and I'm.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Like what is this?
- 35:07Speaker 2: Like?
- 35:08Speaker 3: This is this?
- 35:09Speaker 2: What the fuck? I'm like, I can feel it's scratching
- 35:12Speaker 2: the inside of my buttthole. What is this? Like?
- 35:14Speaker 3: I made a huge mistake. I a didn't do my
- 35:18Speaker 3: morning ship this morning, and he ate a bunch of
- 35:21Speaker 3: cereal before we went on. So all this IBS talk
- 35:24Speaker 3: and my juts are just bubbling right now.
- 35:27Speaker 1: As as you been said in the Body Round podcast
- 35:29Speaker 1: last week, do you happen to be sitting on a
- 35:31Speaker 1: cigar right now, because I don't know if anybody watched this,
- 35:34Speaker 1: but there is a moment where Burley shits his pants
- 35:37Speaker 1: in the middle of the episode, and there was pure
- 35:39Speaker 1: panic and I specifically cut the cook because we do
- 35:42Speaker 1: the camera facing and for whatever reason, his reaction was
- 35:45Speaker 1: he shit and you oh God. And then his hands
- 35:48Speaker 1: went and he's like he was flying. And then he
- 35:52Speaker 1: takes the headphones off, sets him down, slides over and
- 35:55Speaker 1: awkwardly gets up and these guys him and him and Max,
- 35:58Speaker 1: they just can continue the conversation and he comes back
- 36:01Speaker 1: and he's just like, that's why we have the days fellows.
- 36:08Speaker 2: Like to attest coott And he's like, I went back. Yeah,
- 36:11Speaker 2: it's like his it was like it just went reverted
- 36:13Speaker 2: right back into his butt. You caught it early, man,
- 36:16Speaker 2: like you were messaging on there. You're like, I think
- 36:18Speaker 2: you were, like, No, he didn't.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I didn't know if he shot his pants or he
- 36:22Speaker 1: had a stroke or some one of his tisms like
- 36:24Speaker 1: was triggered. So he was happy because his hands just
- 36:26Speaker 1: started flapping. I'm like, what the hell is that. That's
- 36:29Speaker 1: a weird thing.
- 36:31Speaker 2: You just you never know with him, like you said,
- 36:32Speaker 2: like with his mental state and everything, like you just
- 36:34Speaker 2: he's like sometimes just like a seal when he sees
- 36:36Speaker 2: something extid. And the thing's too is the fact that
- 36:41Speaker 2: he has bombs or explosives usually go off around the
- 36:45Speaker 2: area too. True. It's not uncommon to see him like
- 36:48Speaker 2: duck underneath of his desk for some reason.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a weird thing. Shout out Texas. What did
- 36:57Speaker 1: what did? What did we? What did you have? You
- 37:00Speaker 1: said you had a side tangent Brandon, but you wanted
- 37:02Speaker 1: us to get some cookie talk in.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Oh yeah, what was that?
- 37:05Speaker 1: Do you remember?
- 37:06Speaker 3: Mine? Just completely solely focused on one thing right now? Oh?
- 37:09Speaker 1: Fair enough? Well speaking well if you want. I heard this,
- 37:12Speaker 1: and this isn't going to help you, but I heard
- 37:14Speaker 1: that Hardy's do you got you guysint Fans of Hardy's
- 37:16Speaker 1: do you have Hardies near you? That they were bringing
- 37:18Speaker 1: up that they're bringing back something for the holidays. It's
- 37:23Speaker 1: disappeared from the menu for twenty one years and apparently
- 37:27Speaker 1: they've listened to the police, They read the wish lists
- 37:30Speaker 1: and they're bringing one of its most popular treats back
- 37:34Speaker 1: and it's the Hardys Cinnamon and raisin biscuits.
- 37:38Speaker 3: Oh, I do remember, like it's been so long.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know if maybe they brought it back
- 37:44Speaker 1: last year as well, and then you know, it was
- 37:48Speaker 1: twenty one years they brought it back, so they're doing
- 37:49Speaker 1: it again this year. But yeah, that apparently they're going
- 37:51Speaker 1: to be back either again. Oh, we want cinnamon somebody.
- 37:55Speaker 1: There was apparently a Facebook group that was actually called
- 37:58Speaker 1: we want Cinnamon Raising Biscuits. Its permanently back at Hearty's
- 38:01Speaker 1: long name. I feel like they could have summed that
- 38:03Speaker 1: up little bit, but that was about it. This is
- 38:07Speaker 1: this is what they look like here. I haven't had one,
- 38:10Speaker 1: so I don't know if you guys have, but looks
- 38:13Speaker 1: pretty good.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Damn good.
- 38:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I remember those bad boys. Those are decent.
- 38:18Speaker 3: They weren't the greatest because they could get dry out.
- 38:20Speaker 3: But if they were, they were fresh.
- 38:21Speaker 2: They were broke.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Mm hmmm.
- 38:23Speaker 2: While we are on Heartise and were giving them praise,
- 38:26Speaker 2: I gotta give them a little bit of praise as well.
- 38:28Speaker 2: They had I think two years ago it was fruit
- 38:30Speaker 2: Loop many donuts. These things were so good. I'm not
- 38:34Speaker 2: even a big fruit Loop fan, but I would smash
- 38:37Speaker 2: the feat of these now it's something that is on
- 38:39Speaker 2: their menu that's incredibly unhealthy, which is why I get
- 38:42Speaker 2: it a lot. Is the Monster biscuit. Have you seen that.
- 38:45Speaker 1: I've heard of it. I haven't had one, obviously.
- 38:48Speaker 2: It has bacon, sausage, ham, egg, cheese. This thing is
- 38:55Speaker 2: piled hogh, oh my god, it's so goddamn good. I'm
- 38:59Speaker 2: not even a fans, so I just take it off,
- 39:01Speaker 2: so I just go with all the meats on.
- 39:05Speaker 3: So that looks delicious and delightful. There's this I don't
- 39:10Speaker 3: do usually shout outs to businesses locally because I just don't,
- 39:15Speaker 3: but I believe in this business. It's called d Light
- 39:17Speaker 3: Donut here in town. He just opened. Shout out Booley.
- 39:21Speaker 1: They shut out.
- 39:23Speaker 3: They have the best donuts that I've ever had in
- 39:26Speaker 3: any town I've ever lived in. And I've been to Seattle,
- 39:28Speaker 3: I've been to Denver, I've been to Atlanta, Detroit, New York,
- 39:31Speaker 3: I've been to some places. Is the best donor I've
- 39:33Speaker 3: ever had. And then they have this breakfast sandwich that
- 39:37Speaker 3: is literally the most awesome, beautiful. Somehow it stays crunchy
- 39:41Speaker 3: but yet soft and chewy and flaky. The croissant with sausage,
- 39:45Speaker 3: egg and cheese and ham and bacon, and it's just
- 39:48Speaker 3: the best. But I had them take there. Did I
- 39:50Speaker 3: tell you about this guys their cronut which is a
- 39:53Speaker 3: croissant shaped into a square, because it's a big ass
- 39:58Speaker 3: croissant that they just cut into a square and then
- 40:00Speaker 3: they deep fry it like a donut and then they
- 40:03Speaker 3: glaze it like a glazed donut. I had them cut
- 40:06Speaker 3: that bitch in half because it's a croissant and making
- 40:09Speaker 3: a sandwich out of that. And I ate that thing
- 40:11Speaker 3: and I abought died, but it was so good.
- 40:14Speaker 2: I'm about to glaze this keyboard.
- 40:18Speaker 3: I'll send you a picture next time. Preglaze. Oh well,
- 40:22Speaker 3: you can set tributes.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Even the local people at Sonic they kind of give
- 40:26Speaker 2: me shit because I'll order a breakfast sandwich every time
- 40:28Speaker 2: and I go to the drive through. I'm like, hey,
- 40:30Speaker 2: can I get that uh that bacon, egg and cheese
- 40:34Speaker 2: like toaster sandwich, Remove the egg and can you add sausage?
- 40:37Speaker 2: And they're like, dude, yeah, I'm like, it's just it's
- 40:41Speaker 2: a breakfast bacon cheeseburger. And they're like that can't be
- 40:44Speaker 2: healthy for you. And I'm like I'm not. Do you
- 40:46Speaker 2: think I'm here because I'm health conscious. I'm gonna have
- 40:48Speaker 2: Sonic at breakfast, for Christ's sakes, I'm loaded up.
- 40:53Speaker 3: When you're eating so terribly that the twenty somethings that
- 40:55Speaker 3: Sonic are worried about your.
- 40:57Speaker 2: Health, well, I think it's just because of like how
- 41:00Speaker 2: frequently I'm just like, hey, third time this week? Yeah,
- 41:04Speaker 2: you had a special for free set of stakes. Can
- 41:06Speaker 2: you throw those in there as well?
- 41:08Speaker 1: Yep? They act? I went through them all and this
- 41:10Speaker 1: was this was the best one. Speaking apps, speaking of places,
- 41:15Speaker 1: speaking of maybe some cream filling. Do you guys see
- 41:18Speaker 1: what McDonald's is bringing back? We all do? I mean,
- 41:23Speaker 1: first off, are you guys fans of their pies? I mean,
- 41:26Speaker 1: who doesn't have.
- 41:27Speaker 3: A good strawberry strawberry cream cheese pie? Is delicious?
- 41:30Speaker 2: That my favorite?
- 41:31Speaker 1: The one that they're starting to pop up at select
- 41:34Speaker 1: restaurants nationwide. I didn't know that they were gone, but
- 41:38Speaker 1: I mean I'm not a one there, but yeah, this
- 41:39Speaker 1: was Fuck.
- 41:41Speaker 2: How much are they where you guys are at?
- 41:44Speaker 3: Well, let's look it up.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Twelve ninety nine.
- 41:47Speaker 2: What was it called to get?
- 41:48Speaker 1: It was strawberry cream pieberry You act like, you don't know,
- 41:54Speaker 1: you just wanted one was to say that again.
- 41:57Speaker 3: You can hop into his car and drive to McDonald's
- 41:59Speaker 3: this morning.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Hopefully there's no mouse.
- 42:02Speaker 2: The kids were talking about, like where A want to
- 42:04Speaker 2: go to the grocery store. I'm like, I hope they
- 42:05Speaker 2: left already so I could text him like, Hey, I
- 42:07Speaker 2: need just lean buy Sonic and McDonald's and maybe even
- 42:12Speaker 2: KFC if they're open, because I want some mashed potatoes
- 42:14Speaker 2: and fuck, I want everything. I'm hungry.
- 42:16Speaker 1: So for the pies for me, I got apple and
- 42:18Speaker 1: a pumpkin and cream pie.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Strawberry and cream pie dollar ninety nine.
- 42:22Speaker 2: She's I'm still loading up here because it says.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Now apple pies two twenty nine. How is it cheaper?
- 42:28Speaker 2: Thirty?
- 42:28Speaker 1: Apple pie for me is a dollar sixty nine and
- 42:30Speaker 1: get two of them for two sixty nine. I can
- 42:32Speaker 1: get an apple and pumpkin and cream pie for two
- 42:34Speaker 1: eighty nine, two pumpkin and cream pies for three twenty nine.
- 42:40Speaker 3: No, straight up two twenty nine for some apple pie.
- 42:42Speaker 3: That's a bullshit.
- 42:43Speaker 1: That's some bullshit. Yeah those are. And I don't even
- 42:45Speaker 1: have the strawberry cream ones. I only have pumpkin and apple.
- 42:48Speaker 2: So the apple pie for me is a dollar ninety
- 42:51Speaker 2: nine and the strawberry and cream pies a dollar eighty nine.
- 42:55Speaker 3: Fuck you guys, by both of you. Okay, So above that,
- 42:58Speaker 3: if you guys are in the sweet part of I
- 43:00Speaker 3: bet cookies, what what how much of your cookies cost?
- 43:05Speaker 3: And and what what is the tier?
- 43:08Speaker 1: Mine is one, three, and thirteen?
- 43:10Speaker 3: Okay?
- 43:11Speaker 2: Same same?
- 43:12Speaker 1: Ninety nine cents two nineteen six ninety nine.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Whoa, that's that's that's that's vastly different. That's your Your
- 43:20Speaker 2: thirteen is substantially higher, but your other ones are smaller.
- 43:23Speaker 3: So eighty nine cents for one, two nineteen for three,
- 43:26Speaker 3: and four eighty nine for thirteen.
- 43:28Speaker 2: Oh so that's yours is super cheap. So mine's a
- 43:32Speaker 2: dollar nineteen for one, two thirty nine for three, but
- 43:37Speaker 2: five dollars for thirteen.
- 43:39Speaker 3: This is I'm telling you guys, And this is not new.
- 43:43Speaker 3: There's no conspiracy because this is just the way it happens.
- 43:45Speaker 3: But since these apps have gone like big time, there
- 43:49Speaker 3: is you know, there is just so much that's going beyond.
- 43:52Speaker 3: There's not like some guy that's like calculating. They've got
- 43:55Speaker 3: algorithms and AI to know when to switch it, how
- 43:57Speaker 3: to switch it? People in north west Missouri really love
- 44:01Speaker 3: it this time of year, so we can extend it
- 44:03Speaker 3: by nineteen cents, Like you know that kind of shit's happened.
- 44:06Speaker 2: They have a nasty algorithm for that shit for sure,
- 44:09Speaker 2: and they know too like this, I have to turn
- 44:12Speaker 2: off the push notifications because if not, Arby's gets me
- 44:15Speaker 2: every time they're like, hey, you want a double roastby
- 44:17Speaker 2: Sandwich combo meal for seven ninety nine, And I'm like, fuck,
- 44:21Speaker 2: yes I do. I'll see him twenty.
- 44:25Speaker 3: I can't wait till we can like change the way Matt,
- 44:28Speaker 3: you know, like you can like do you hear about
- 44:30Speaker 3: this AI that that shortens texts for you and it'll
- 44:33Speaker 3: tell you like there was this one like guy got
- 44:36Speaker 3: a text from his girlfriend broke up with him. It
- 44:37Speaker 3: was like three pages and it was like girl broke
- 44:40Speaker 3: up once belongings back. I can't wait for that type
- 44:44Speaker 3: of thing to be said to where like you can
- 44:46Speaker 3: change the way that it comes through to speak to
- 44:48Speaker 3: you in a like assultry, like the meaning manner, like hey,
- 44:51Speaker 3: fat boy, you want this friend tip.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Dollars lock friend tip sounds good too. I'm hungry eat damn.
- 45:02Speaker 1: This is the last thing that I went that I
- 45:03Speaker 1: had at least that I wanted to talk about, and
- 45:05Speaker 1: it's food related. But I saw this. It was like
- 45:09Speaker 1: an ad or something sponsored where Resee's in the Hershey
- 45:12Speaker 1: people over there hersheyland dot com or shot dot Hershey
- 45:14Speaker 1: dot com where they put out a reses or Reseas
- 45:18Speaker 1: deconstructed peanut butter cup kit. Did you guys see these
- 45:21Speaker 1: or hear these? They were a limited editions. They were
- 45:23Speaker 1: going on sale like the day after Halloween or something
- 45:27Speaker 1: like that, or the second of November. Obviously this is
- 45:29Speaker 1: you know what, the seventh, so they're probably sold out.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Hopefully they aren't. But it was a deconstructed so more
- 45:37Speaker 1: or less, you build your own giant Reseas cup.
- 45:42Speaker 2: No, get out of here, fucking in this bullshit Bucks, though,
- 45:47Speaker 2: get the fuck out. I thought you were talking about
- 45:48Speaker 2: little mini ones like I would have spent five bucks.
- 45:53Speaker 2: Gas stations are just absolutely obliterating my fucking butthole. When
- 45:58Speaker 2: it comes to buying shit, I'm like, you know what's that?
- 46:00Speaker 2: That's good? Some Reese's pieces and maybe a Gatorade and
- 46:03Speaker 2: they're like, all right, seven fifty, You're like, get the
- 46:07Speaker 2: I'm You're got it. So that's why I'm like, well, now,
- 46:09Speaker 2: do I want to go to the gas station and
- 46:10Speaker 2: just get the small two little items that I thought
- 46:12Speaker 2: was gonna cost me nothing? Or do I want to
- 46:14Speaker 2: hit up the McDonald's app now and get to buy one?
- 46:16Speaker 2: Get one?
- 46:17Speaker 3: Fucking here's gas station. Get you. They're like two for
- 46:21Speaker 3: two hot dogs. Fat boy.
- 46:26Speaker 2: See I'm a sucker for a good deal too, And
- 46:28Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm always seeing the prices and stuff, so
- 46:30Speaker 2: I'll just go in there. I'm like, all right, I
- 46:31Speaker 2: just want to sprite, or I just want a gate orade,
- 46:33Speaker 2: just want the one little drink. If you get three,
- 46:35Speaker 2: it's the same price as too. Son of a.
- 46:37Speaker 1: Bitch, you gotta do it. I forgot to this Halloween.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I forgot to buy stuff because I only get really,
- 46:43Speaker 1: you know, two maybe tricker treaters. And it's family. So
- 46:47Speaker 1: we get done soccer game, we go grab something to
- 46:49Speaker 1: eat at the old dairy queen. I'm like, son of
- 46:52Speaker 1: a bitch, I forgot to go. So I popped into
- 46:53Speaker 1: a local gas station. What a mistake. It was like
- 46:57Speaker 1: three dollars for a chocolate bar, so I know I
- 46:59Speaker 1: spending like thirty dollars on Halloween when I could have
- 47:01Speaker 1: got a big bag of some shit.
- 47:04Speaker 2: Oh my, But that's that's what you get. I hate
- 47:07Speaker 2: running into the gas station beforehand, just for snacks and
- 47:09Speaker 2: drinks before the fucking game. And then you're like, we
- 47:11Speaker 2: could have got three fucking pizzas for the price that
- 47:14Speaker 2: we just spent in this goddamn place.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Yep. So we were at we were at said game,
- 47:17Speaker 1: and the youngest and the wife were like, maybe a
- 47:20Speaker 1: half time we' we get to snap. I was like,
- 47:21Speaker 1: all right, cool. So we go in there and it
- 47:22Speaker 1: supports the local high school that was hosting you know,
- 47:24Speaker 1: the Final four or whatever. So wife wanted popcorn, so
- 47:29Speaker 1: we get popcorn. Youngest wanted Cheetos and reces something all right,
- 47:34Speaker 1: and it came out of a giant and it was
- 47:36Speaker 1: a five pack. All right, get a bottle of water
- 47:39Speaker 1: and what else? Did we get? Four suckers? So you
- 47:43Speaker 1: had four of the TUTSI pops, bottle of water, popcorn,
- 47:47Speaker 1: re seas, and a bag of cheetos. You have eighteen
- 47:53Speaker 1: bucks five dollars. I was like, what, like, yeah, five
- 47:59Speaker 1: bucks and I'm looking at really look at the price,
- 48:00Speaker 1: and I was like, oh, Okay, then well you guys
- 48:02Speaker 1: are losing money. Yeah, holy shit, that's not fucking Yeah.
- 48:07Speaker 2: You said five pack, and I'm like, that would have
- 48:09Speaker 2: been fucking They.
- 48:10Speaker 1: Churched two bucks for the candy. It was a dollar
- 48:12Speaker 1: for the water. I think it was like, what's that.
- 48:15Speaker 1: It was like a dollar maybe two, and it was
- 48:16Speaker 1: a full bag of popcorn like you would buy throw
- 48:19Speaker 1: it in the microwave with a full brown bag. And
- 48:22Speaker 1: I was like in the court and the Tutsi pops
- 48:24Speaker 1: were a quarter apiece because it was she was like
- 48:27Speaker 1: four dollars. So I'm like, let's get four of the suckers.
- 48:29Speaker 1: Let's make it easy. Math I got a twenty and
- 48:31Speaker 1: they're like, thank you five dollars. Like holy shit, I've
- 48:35Speaker 1: been saying.
- 48:36Speaker 3: I know you guys probably have one of these memories too,
- 48:38Speaker 3: But I remember being ten years old and it was
- 48:41Speaker 3: a Saturday or a Sunday, and we would always walk
- 48:44Speaker 3: up to Mike's Corner store and we would take three
- 48:48Speaker 3: dollars and ten cents or whatever fucking money and change
- 48:51Speaker 3: we had, and we would go in there, and you
- 48:53Speaker 3: can get a soda for a quarter, and you could
- 48:56Speaker 3: get fucking candy bars for a quarter or you know,
- 49:01Speaker 3: so we would come back with a whole day's worth
- 49:03Speaker 3: of candy basically, and goodies and snacks and fucking snack
- 49:06Speaker 3: cakes for three dollars and twelve cents. Like it's not
- 49:11Speaker 3: about the price, and back at my day, it was
- 49:14Speaker 3: just the idea that, holy shit, man, we were living
- 49:17Speaker 3: like kings.
- 49:19Speaker 2: I tried to explain to my kids that same scenario
- 49:22Speaker 2: because we were watching Sandlot and they all had to
- 49:24Speaker 2: like scrounge for ninety eight cents to get the baseball,
- 49:26Speaker 2: you know, and I was like, you know, back in mind,
- 49:30Speaker 2: I was like, you're the ice cream truck when it
- 49:32Speaker 2: would come through town or whatever. If you had like
- 49:34Speaker 2: fifty cents, you just you know, look in couch cushions,
- 49:37Speaker 2: whatever you could find, or just like the cool thing
- 49:41Speaker 2: was just the pot machine that was nearby. You're like, oh,
- 49:43Speaker 2: I'm gonna go get me a cherry coke. And I
- 49:45Speaker 2: tried to explain this to my kid. The cherry coke
- 49:48Speaker 2: tastes different back in the nineties. I don't know if
- 49:50Speaker 2: you remember the red and black spiderweb looking like can
- 49:53Speaker 2: of cherry coke. That was when it tasted. It's best,
- 49:58Speaker 2: so fun getting good and they're like, use people to
- 50:02Speaker 2: get a candice like pop or soda for a quarter.
- 50:04Speaker 2: I'm like, it wasn't great value. This isn't Mountain Lightning,
- 50:08Speaker 2: This isn't doctor Thunder, which is now fucking seventy five
- 50:11Speaker 2: cents a can.
- 50:12Speaker 3: No, this was the prime shit. You remember when I
- 50:14Speaker 3: was twenty four packs were like six bucks yeah, four
- 50:18Speaker 3: nine yeah, yeah, yeah, and then even and you're like, wow,
- 50:22Speaker 3: that's a lot of money.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's what. So now I have a If
- 50:26Speaker 2: you have a large household and they all drink different things,
- 50:28Speaker 2: it is a fucking bit. So now I'm like, we're
- 50:31Speaker 2: getting water, tea, lemonade and shit that you can mix.
- 50:33Speaker 2: I'm like, if you want soda, get it somewhere else.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Yeah, And it's not my bottle that I've been just
- 50:38Speaker 3: making tea in.
- 50:39Speaker 2: And this isn't it's It could be anywhere from fifteen
- 50:43Speaker 2: to eighteen dollars for a twenty four pack of like Sprite,
- 50:48Speaker 2: dr Pepper, mount any of that shit. That's insane.
- 50:52Speaker 1: And back in the day too, you could go down
- 50:54Speaker 1: with that money and buy the parents some smokes, maybe
- 50:58Speaker 1: a six pack of beer, keep them whenever you got
- 51:00Speaker 1: for change, you can keep it by yourself, some chips
- 51:02Speaker 1: and candy, and you imagine sending your kids down now
- 51:05Speaker 1: to get your grab your beer, your smokes.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Lottery tickets. I was taking lottery tickets when I was
- 51:10Speaker 2: like nine.
- 51:11Speaker 1: Yep. Granted was that when you were still into Vegas.
- 51:17Speaker 2: No, so that was visiting back here even Yeah. So
- 51:19Speaker 2: now in Vegas it was different too, because you would
- 51:22Speaker 2: be able to walk the casino floors because they'd arcades
- 51:25Speaker 2: in their restaurants in there, all that good stuff, so
- 51:27Speaker 2: it'd be nothing. I'm just sitting there next to my
- 51:29Speaker 2: mom on a casino or at one of the slot machines,
- 51:31Speaker 2: just talking to her while she's cheeking to ching. Nowadays
- 51:34Speaker 2: you can't. You can't sit there. You can't have your
- 51:35Speaker 2: kids on the floor.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Hey, take take ahead of this cigarette for a lot kid.
- 51:40Speaker 2: Oh, I'm surprised I didn't have secondhand smoke shit going
- 51:43Speaker 2: on when I was like four or five walking by
- 51:47Speaker 2: all right. I love me a good cocktail waitress. When
- 51:50Speaker 2: they used to dress so slutty back of the day there,
- 51:53Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm like four or five, just walking. I'm like, oh, hi, hi,
- 51:57Speaker 2: do you want to be another one of my Mom's
- 52:00Speaker 2: like like, look at.
- 52:01Speaker 1: You, Hi, are we going to the casino today? Is
- 52:05Speaker 1: he Sandy?
- 52:06Speaker 2: That's it? She even had a friend named Sandy over there.
- 52:08Speaker 2: That was wild.
- 52:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 52:10Speaker 2: But she'd always be like, any wanna come to work?
- 52:11Speaker 2: And I'm like yeah, And then the people that work
- 52:13Speaker 2: the restaurant would always be, uh. They're always like, oh, hey, boys,
- 52:16Speaker 2: you're here. Here's some cokes, here's a sandwich, you know,
- 52:19Speaker 2: and then they would give us free tokens for the arcade.
- 52:21Speaker 2: Fucking wild time. Who needed a babysitter when you had
- 52:25Speaker 2: thirty casino employees taking care of you?
- 52:28Speaker 1: We better wrap this up. Brandon's doing the dance, He's gotta.
- 52:32Speaker 3: Trying to try to sit back and like, Nope, can't
- 52:34Speaker 3: do that.
- 52:35Speaker 1: We can't have two people poop their pants on the show. So, uh, that's.
- 52:39Speaker 2: Good touching cotton.
- 52:40Speaker 1: Yeah, hopefully you're wearing some shyness tea underwear. If not,
- 52:44Speaker 1: then you guys can go buy a new pair if
- 52:47Speaker 1: you happen to do that. They got a sweet subscription thing,
- 52:49Speaker 1: five bucks for the ball hammocks makes the balls look better,
- 52:51Speaker 1: and they got some cool ones. I'm wearing ones now.
- 52:53Speaker 1: I'm not going to show you maybe backstage. They look
