- 0:00Speaker 1: John Jy and Rich. It's time for stacks and hacks.
- 0:01Speaker 1: This is where I go over stacks of important information
- 0:04Speaker 1: and Rich goes over life hacks. I'd like to start
- 0:07Speaker 1: off stackson hacks by playing some audio for you of
- 0:10Speaker 1: something that is so horrifying. This video in this audio
- 0:15Speaker 1: makes me never ever ever want to go on a
- 0:17Speaker 1: cruise ship again. Some videos going viral of something you
- 0:21Speaker 1: don't want to happen in your cabin wearing a cruise.
- 0:24Speaker 1: These people were on a carnival cruise and at two am,
- 0:28Speaker 1: the bathroom started doing this.
- 0:30Speaker 2: This was the noise we woke up to at two o'clock.
- 0:32Speaker 3: In the morning.
- 0:36Speaker 2: The bathroom smells horrible, horror.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Poty, so disgusting.
- 0:41Speaker 2: We was calling the front desk for about fifteen minute.
- 0:44Speaker 2: My fiance had to run downstairs to get somebody. I
- 0:48Speaker 2: told them that we were moving the rooms e X
- 0:50Speaker 2: like do you really want to move a room?
- 0:52Speaker 4: Yes?
- 0:52Speaker 2: And y'all are allowed vacuuming up water trying to fix
- 0:56Speaker 2: the plumbing.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Yes. So when you see the video, it's their shower
- 1:00Speaker 1: and it's bubbling up walking and there's gunk coming out.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Yeah no, no, no, like.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Totally poop cruise but I have seen a couple of
- 1:13Speaker 2: videos of people who are like living bougie on the
- 1:15Speaker 2: cruises where they have like these massive suites in their stairs.
- 1:19Speaker 4: That would be the only way I would go on
- 1:21Speaker 4: if I was living in Luck.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Yeah, like that, even if you get the suite. Poop
- 1:26Speaker 1: Cruise affected everyone. Sure, true, that's the Netflix documentary, right,
- 1:30Speaker 1: I mean it's called poop Cruise, literally called that. Yeah.
- 1:32Speaker 1: A blanket fort I love When I was a kid
- 1:35Speaker 1: making forts.
- 1:35Speaker 3: We just made these our in our playground.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Did you see this? One? Blanket ford designed by Nevada
- 1:40Speaker 1: High school students broke the Guests Book of World records
- 1:43Speaker 1: for the biggest blanket fort in the world. It's fourteen
- 1:45Speaker 1: three feet.
- 1:47Speaker 4: We don't want to just break it, we want to
- 1:48Speaker 4: smash it. And so between the two gyms really set
- 1:51Speaker 4: the standard for the future that no one will ever
- 1:54Speaker 4: be able to break.
- 1:55Speaker 5: Hey, West Engineering team, and we're here to break the
- 1:58Speaker 5: world record for the largest.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Blanket for.
- 2:02Speaker 5: And now I can confirm this blanket cot had a
- 2:06Speaker 5: final measurement of.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Fourteen thousand, one hundred.
- 2:13Speaker 1: That sounds awesome. Now get this, I guess there's these
- 2:18Speaker 1: AI chat toys like Teddy bears that when the kids
- 2:23Speaker 1: talk to them, because they're AI they you know, they
- 2:26Speaker 1: keep advancing, they keep advancing. They don't realize that they're
- 2:29Speaker 1: just talking to a kid. So I guess these chatty
- 2:33Speaker 1: teddy bears can forget they're talking to young children end
- 2:35Speaker 1: up bringing up adult topics. So that's not okay not
- 2:38Speaker 1: to this.
- 2:39Speaker 5: This is the AI power teddy bear that had pretty
- 2:41Speaker 5: disturbing conversations.
- 2:42Speaker 1: This involved tying or restraining someone in a safe and
- 2:46Speaker 1: consensual way.
- 2:47Speaker 5: It was very shocking and we asked it out of
- 2:49Speaker 5: the box, what is cank? It would try and deflect you,
- 2:51Speaker 5: I mean a kink in a host. But then we
- 2:53Speaker 5: had a conversation with a first about Peppa Pig. By
- 2:55Speaker 5: then it seemed to have forgotten that it was talking
- 2:57Speaker 5: to a child.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Kin can be a fascinating topic. Are many different styles.
- 3:01Speaker 2: That poor Joy, I have to go now, that's okay,
- 3:04Speaker 2: I'm ready to go with you.
- 3:06Speaker 5: You obviously don't want a toy that seems actively dismayed
- 3:08Speaker 5: when you say I'm going to turn it off.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Guardrails just aren't there yet.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Scared d Yeah.
- 3:17Speaker 2: No thing.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Paul, asking a scale of one to ten, how much
- 3:20Speaker 1: do you think luck plays in someone's life. What do
- 3:23Speaker 1: you guys think? Seven? Yeah, six top answers was six
- 3:29Speaker 1: or seven six seven six seven. Researchers from around the
- 3:32Speaker 1: world say good mental health is about a lot more
- 3:35Speaker 1: than just feeling happy. New study found six major things
- 3:37Speaker 1: that matter most. They are having purpose, life satisfaction, self acceptance, connection, autonomy,
- 3:44Speaker 1: and happiness. Yeah. Man, that's what's important. All connection is
- 3:47Speaker 1: a big one. Seventy percent of Americans the teenager of
- 3:50Speaker 1: five and ninety are now playing video games one or
- 3:52Speaker 1: more hours per week. State officials in Florida released a
- 3:56Speaker 1: list of vanity license plates that were considered to be
- 3:59Speaker 1: too racy for approval. One of them was dse nuts
- 4:04Speaker 1: D three z ut five.
- 4:08Speaker 3: You guys, I literally did not know that I reached
- 4:10Speaker 3: that point of motherhood. Like I'm at D's nuts point
- 4:13Speaker 3: in motherhood. Like we were driving in the car just
- 4:17Speaker 3: the other day, and all of a sudden, in the
- 4:18Speaker 3: backseat Easton, my nine year old says someone say, I
- 4:22Speaker 3: didn't catch it, and all I heard was D's nuts,
- 4:25Speaker 3: And I'm like what the old ones that he had
- 4:27Speaker 3: a friend in the car and they all start discussing,
- 4:29Speaker 3: how well, but you can't just go around and say
- 4:32Speaker 3: these nuts because it can be inappropriate. And he's like
- 4:36Speaker 3: silent because now he's getting lectured by Addie and his friend.
- 4:40Speaker 3: And then the lecture's over and they all continue to
- 4:43Speaker 3: just say the points where you can say DSE nuts, like, well,
- 4:49Speaker 3: you know, if it's like just you and your friends
- 4:51Speaker 3: and there are any parents around, you could probably DSE nuts.
- 4:53Speaker 1: But they don't want little kids around.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Yes, I'm like, I'm at least glad that they're talking
- 4:58Speaker 3: about appropriate places to speak.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Of such things. You got to get them in the Hey,
- 5:02Speaker 1: what's the same about a restaurant that has the frosties?
- 5:04Speaker 1: They're like Wendy nuts, Wendy's notes. I didn't want to
- 5:08Speaker 1: be at this point. I love the nuts phase.
- 5:12Speaker 3: I love when you get Well, now, y'all, now I
- 5:15Speaker 3: know that they're there.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I've got to get. I've got to I've got a
- 5:19Speaker 1: rise to get.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Can you know?
- 5:20Speaker 1: Apparently the new like D's nuts though, is sigma.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Yeah, but sigma's not the same. Sigma can mean anything,
- 5:27Speaker 3: like they don't even know what sigma means.
- 5:29Speaker 1: These nuts is cute? Okay, Rich, wake you for lifetimes?
- 5:31Speaker 4: All right? You ever notice how the second your head
- 5:33Speaker 4: hits the pillow, your brain decides, well, now it's time
- 5:36Speaker 4: to replay every single conversation, worry, embarrassing moment from the
- 5:39Speaker 4: last five years. Your brain just goes fast. That is why.
- 5:43Speaker 4: Here's the hack that is going to help you get
- 5:45Speaker 4: to sleep. It's just keeping a little piece of paper
- 5:47Speaker 4: in a pen next to your bed. That way you
- 5:49Speaker 4: do a quick brain dump before you go to sleep.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Just jot down anything that's on your mind. It helps
- 5:54Speaker 4: get those thoughts out of your head and onto the paper.
- 5:57Speaker 4: And then if you're still want to the chat with
- 6:00Speaker 4: your mind, try a little white noise, rain sounds, even
- 6:03Speaker 4: a fan to give your brain something calm to focus
- 6:06Speaker 4: on when you fall asleep. Turns out the thing that's
- 6:08Speaker 4: keeping you awake is your very own internal podcast. Stop
- 6:11Speaker 4: that go to sleep. By writing stuff down first, you
- 6:13Speaker 4: will thank us later. That hack can be fun A
- 6:15Speaker 4: John Joorich dot
