- 0:00Speaker 1: For some prison is where it ends. For all court
- 0:04Speaker 1: gives where it begins. The TV show This is the
- 0:10Speaker 1: real world, and this is what's happening at the courthouse.
- 0:15Speaker 1: On KFM Mornings with Ramis, Oh.
- 0:19Speaker 2: You know adding Balbil yesterday and I believe it's a
- 0:24Speaker 2: stinger today, REMI, yes it is.
- 0:29Speaker 3: I don't know. Is it the first or second story?
- 0:33Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 0:33Speaker 3: I'm the Second's the second? Okay, I'm not gonna tell you.
- 0:36Speaker 3: I don't want you to lose focus on the first story. Yeah,
- 0:39Speaker 3: all right.
- 0:39Speaker 2: So this is where Remiz is at, pounding the pavements
- 0:43Speaker 2: of the courthouses, being loitering with this sandwich board and saying,
- 0:51Speaker 2: come talk to me, Come and blurb, Come and blab
- 0:55Speaker 2: your blurbs.
- 0:56Speaker 3: All right. This is where he asked everybody one simple question, what.
- 1:00Speaker 4: Are you doing at the courthouse today to support.
- 1:03Speaker 5: A friend of mine who I believe was arrested on
- 1:06Speaker 5: false charges of a pointing of a firearm?
- 1:09Speaker 4: What was the case here?
- 1:11Speaker 5: So this gentleman, he patrols early hours of the morning.
- 1:14Speaker 5: He tries to keep the students safe in an area
- 1:18Speaker 5: like Yes, he patrols. He noticed the vehicle driving without
- 1:23Speaker 5: lights one morning, because it's very suspicious, you know, especially
- 1:26Speaker 5: when it's talk early hours of the morning. This gentleman
- 1:29Speaker 5: threatened him, said to him, I will blow you, and
- 1:32Speaker 5: then he left the area. He took pictures of the
- 1:35Speaker 5: vehicle the license plate. Messages went out on the groups
- 1:38Speaker 5: to say were aware of this vehicle. I got a
- 1:41Speaker 5: phone call on Monday to say that this gentleman was
- 1:45Speaker 5: now rested for pointing of a firearm. And this kind
- 1:47Speaker 5: of surprised me a little bit because I'm like, but
- 1:50Speaker 5: I'm aware of this incident, you know. I then went
- 1:53Speaker 5: to SAPs. One of the detectives came out and stated
- 1:57Speaker 5: that they're adding an additional charge of illegal possession of
- 2:01Speaker 5: a firearm. It's not even an actual firearm. I understand
- 2:06Speaker 5: that the law in the country is that even if
- 2:08Speaker 5: you pointed to a gun, it's stall you know, pointing
- 2:12Speaker 5: of a firearm.
- 2:12Speaker 4: One of those gas guns.
- 2:15Speaker 5: It's yeah, I think it's flank gun or something to
- 2:17Speaker 5: that effect. There was no real investigation done. He was
- 2:20Speaker 5: just arrested. He was detained for two days. So it's
- 2:24Speaker 5: Wednesday today and now he's going to be released. I
- 2:27Speaker 5: think the matter was basically thrown out.
- 2:30Speaker 4: Did he know this person.
- 2:31Speaker 5: The head of detectives actually gave me a call last
- 2:34Speaker 5: week and he accused one of my bike patrollers of
- 2:38Speaker 5: gun pointing, and I said, they don't even have guns.
- 2:41Speaker 5: And I always think when it has happened, he said
- 2:43Speaker 5: on the fourth of August. I said, that was Monday.
- 2:45Speaker 5: It was storming, so not even patrolling. He can ever
- 2:49Speaker 5: call me back. And then Monday I was just informed
- 2:51Speaker 5: that a friend of mine was arrested for the same incident.
- 2:54Speaker 6: So it's just like a whole neighborhood watch patrol that
- 2:58Speaker 6: you that you manage.
- 3:00Speaker 4: How does it work?
- 3:00Speaker 5: So there are two neighbor watches in the area where
- 3:03Speaker 5: we are desired, so I'm thought of the one neighbor
- 3:07Speaker 5: watch operations manager, and then I manage the bike patrol itself.
- 3:11Speaker 6: Okay, okay, interesting, How did this guy that was driving
- 3:15Speaker 6: this car know that this is this guy?
- 3:18Speaker 5: I'm not even sure if they got the right person.
- 3:20Speaker 7: Not.
- 3:20Speaker 5: Everybody on a bike that has a reflector is part
- 3:23Speaker 5: of the neighbor watch, a part of the bike patrol, you.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Know what I mean.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Thank you very much for your time.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Man, You're welcome.
- 3:29Speaker 4: What are you doing at the courthouse today for cases?
- 3:33Speaker 8: That's made against us for fighting and intimidation. It's actually
- 3:37Speaker 8: false cases. But the law has to go its way.
- 3:40Speaker 8: We give our full cooperation and that's it. And the
- 3:43Speaker 8: opposition is a much bigger towing company that than us.
- 3:47Speaker 8: We are basically a lot of small guys combining working together.
- 3:51Speaker 8: They go open up false cases, which keeps us busy
- 3:54Speaker 8: at police stations and courthouses.
- 3:56Speaker 4: And what are they saying at the police station.
- 3:59Speaker 8: They cannot deny anybody to open up a case. The
- 4:02Speaker 8: case gets registered, it goes to the investigating officers. The
- 4:06Speaker 8: investigating officers come and arrest us. We get charged, sometimes
- 4:11Speaker 8: no bail, sometimes worth bail, and then the court must
- 4:14Speaker 8: make a decision on the way forward. Once it starts
- 4:17Speaker 8: getting investigated, you have to have a jadh filled in
- 4:20Speaker 8: by a doctor.
- 4:21Speaker 4: Yeah, also a state.
- 4:22Speaker 8: Doctor, not a private doctor. Those are the key things
- 4:25Speaker 8: that's never in the dockets. Are just wasting our times.
- 4:29Speaker 8: Like New Year's eve, I had an accident scene where
- 4:32Speaker 8: my fourteen year old son was driving with his brother.
- 4:34Speaker 8: That town company came there. They attacked my fourteen year
- 4:37Speaker 8: old son. I went to the accident scene. The police
- 4:41Speaker 8: that attended the accident scene was their connections. They locked
- 4:44Speaker 8: me up, but they didn't lock them up. Oh that
- 4:47Speaker 8: case I won last week.
- 4:49Speaker 4: But they assaulted your son.
- 4:50Speaker 8: That's correct, and the police wasn't seen. But it's their friends.
- 4:53Speaker 8: I've got jadhs, I've got videos, I've got eyewitnesses, I've
- 4:57Speaker 8: got everything. These people are so highly connected with in
- 5:00Speaker 8: the government and the courthouses and the police stations that
- 5:03Speaker 8: ninety nine percent of the times when you make a
- 5:05Speaker 8: case against them, it's never even on the system registered.
- 5:09Speaker 8: I've got proof, and I've made complaints that iPad. I've
- 5:13Speaker 8: opened up cases. I get told they cannot investigate the
- 5:15Speaker 8: iranking police officers. That is why I went to iPad.
- 5:19Speaker 8: And I've got all my proof to show that I'm
- 5:21Speaker 8: not lying.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Sure this is not a.
- 5:25Speaker 8: Small case, then no, my friend, it's not. These people
- 5:29Speaker 8: are gangsters. They sell drugs and mess up all our
- 5:33Speaker 8: kids's lives. All the proof is there. But what can
- 5:36Speaker 8: I say? What can I say? I can go to
- 5:39Speaker 8: the I court get an interdict against them, But I mean,
- 5:42Speaker 8: I don't have one hundred and fifty thousand to lay
- 5:44Speaker 8: out for a day for a lawyer and the advocate
- 5:46Speaker 8: to go to the YICURD to get that.
- 5:48Speaker 4: So wow, So what that costs?
- 5:50Speaker 3: That's correct?
- 5:51Speaker 8: Yes, sir, sure, my guys, my drivers have to take
- 5:54Speaker 8: the each every day of my life.
- 5:56Speaker 3: What must we do.
- 5:57Speaker 8: There's nobody to protect the innocent. You have to protect yourself.
- 6:01Speaker 8: They know how to manipulate the law. They've got chardges,
- 6:05Speaker 8: they've got state prosecutors all on their player roles.
- 6:08Speaker 4: This is big accusations that you're giving me now.
- 6:10Speaker 8: Not giving you big accusations. I'm giving you facts, and
- 6:13Speaker 8: I've got to prove everything of it.
- 6:16Speaker 6: Okay, sir, But I hope that this case, obviously that
- 6:19Speaker 6: you're busy with now gets thrown out and that you
- 6:21Speaker 6: can get back to the road and make an honest living.
- 6:24Speaker 8: I'm an honest guy.
- 6:25Speaker 3: I'm a tot truck cry.
- 6:26Speaker 8: We don't have very good name out there due to
- 6:29Speaker 8: certain people. I'm not one of those guys. If a
- 6:32Speaker 8: customer does have insurance, I take his call to his
- 6:34Speaker 8: house at the excermoun I don't take it to my
- 6:37Speaker 8: heart and change them twenty thirty thousand and nine. I
- 6:39Speaker 8: see that is what's actually making them cross. The insurance
- 6:44Speaker 8: companies are held hostis through these people, and it's actually very.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Very very big Thank you very much for your time, sir,
- 6:50Speaker 4: No problem, my friend.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Sure there's a lot going on there, the politics of
- 6:55Speaker 3: toe truck driving.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Yep.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Oh wow.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Man sounds luck he has a case, though, it would
- 7:02Speaker 3: be interesting to see how that plays out. He seems confident.
- 7:05Speaker 3: He says he's got proof, very sure about that.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, we'll take your comments on the WhatsApp telephone
- 7:14Speaker 2: right now. That's what's happening at the courthouse. Role Model
- 7:17Speaker 2: Sally of KFM Mornings.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Role Model Sally here on k if M Mornings.
- 7:28Speaker 2: We got your comments here from what's happening at the courthouse.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Here they are.
- 7:32Speaker 5: I must say, these people at the courthouse today that
- 7:36Speaker 5: got the stories. I am amazed at the amount of
- 7:42Speaker 5: false accusations and cases that actually reach court, LIKEWHI is
- 7:47Speaker 5: every case just false? Nobody's ever done.
- 7:50Speaker 9: Anything their neighborhood watches one percent.
- 7:53Speaker 4: The reason why the cops.
- 7:55Speaker 9: And go after them is because they're also watching the cops.
- 7:59Speaker 9: So they got also with the gangs and so so
- 8:05Speaker 9: if the labels this out of the way, the cops
- 8:07Speaker 9: is free to to be corrupt.
- 8:09Speaker 2: What the rummy? That is a serious case.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Oh my word, that guy has one case olready means
- 8:22Speaker 1: he has facts and who's what he's talking about.
- 8:25Speaker 7: Yeah, as a guys guy talking about the toy trucks,
- 8:28Speaker 7: I've got lots of friends in the toy truck industry.
- 8:30Speaker 7: I know exactly what he's talking about in where he's
- 8:32Speaker 7: coming from. That guy's talking and talking the truth there
- 8:36Speaker 7: for sure.
- 8:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:37Speaker 7: I'm not going to go into details the name names
- 8:39Speaker 7: of companies and stuff, but it's a big local company.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Sure are you okay? Well we are not the court
- 8:51Speaker 3: remind you going to back into the nothing to see?
- 8:57Speaker 4: Oh the friends coming out?

- 9:01Speaker 3: that
