Are Nursery Rhymes Being Cancelled? (Plus Social Media & Modern Censorship)
Should classic nursery rhymes like Baa Baa Black Sheep and Humpty Dumpty be rewritten for modern audiences?
In this Sunday After-Show edition of the Not So Christian Brothers, Colm Hayes, Justin Caffrey, and Terry Tech examine the rise of political correctness and attempts to alter historical children’s rhymes. The team discuss the importance of preserving historical context rather than whitewashing the past, explore the long-term impact of social media algorithms on young minds, and reflect on podcasting culture while Justin continues his search for a new home in Malta.
