A Florida police officer is facing serious charges for allegedly abusing Flock license plate reader tech—tracking his estranged wife’s car 717 times over 21 months, claiming he was monitoring his kids’ whereabouts. Investigators found no criminal ties to her vehicle, and he accessed the system both on and off duty. This isn’t an isolated case: similar misuse has led to jail time in Wisconsin.
