- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Shoote.
- 0:12Speaker 1: It's welcome to the Naughty Ben Nice Sham.
- 0:16Speaker 3: You host rump Shooter. It is Monday, which means our
- 0:18Speaker 3: dear friend Garrett Vogel joins us, Hey, Garrett, are you there?
- 0:22Speaker 2: Hello, Bob, I'm doing well fresh off the Oscars. I
- 0:27Speaker 2: liked it this year.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I like it.
- 0:29Speaker 2: How about you?
- 0:30Speaker 3: I really liked it too. Let's jump into me. I
- 0:32Speaker 3: thought there's some really great moments. Conan O'Brien, first of all,
- 0:35Speaker 3: great host, funny, not too political, kind of serious, but
- 0:39Speaker 3: but also charming at the same time. I thought his
- 0:41Speaker 3: tone was just right.
- 0:42Speaker 1: What did you think?
- 0:43Speaker 2: Yeah, he had the right tone to it too. And
- 0:46Speaker 2: it's funny. It's like, what what took so long? You know,
- 0:48Speaker 2: what had happened? You know? And and for him to
- 0:52Speaker 2: to you know, kind of just poke, you know, kind
- 0:55Speaker 2: of a little a little bit like you you know,
- 0:56Speaker 2: a little bit naughty, a little bit nice and uh
- 0:59Speaker 2: and and he was the right tone for last night.
- 1:02Speaker 3: I think absolutely. It was difficult too, with the fires,
- 1:05Speaker 3: with everything going on in the world, it's easy to
- 1:08Speaker 3: get so political, to get so angry. I thought he
- 1:10Speaker 3: was just fantastic. He made me smile from the moment
- 1:14Speaker 3: he stepped foot on stage. Also two, I thought it.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Was terrific to open with Wicked.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Now, if you have not seen it yet, a lot
- 1:21Speaker 3: of people assumed it was just going to be songs
- 1:23Speaker 3: from Wicked, but I think it was really lovely how
- 1:26Speaker 3: they tipped their hat to the source material, the Wizard
- 1:30Speaker 3: of Ours, the Wiz, and then Wicked. We have three
- 1:32Speaker 3: amazing musicals based on oz Oh.
- 1:36Speaker 2: I mean it was the my only gripe with having
- 1:42Speaker 2: the cast of Oz there. Yes, the cast of Wicked.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yes they did win a few awards correct for costume
- 1:49Speaker 2: and design, but you put Cynthia Rivo Ariana Grandi in
- 1:53Speaker 2: the front row, first first row, and same thing with
- 1:56Speaker 2: Timothy Shallowy too, because you know they're going to be
- 1:58Speaker 2: the biggest draw of them, and you do not give
- 2:02Speaker 2: any of them, any three of them an award. Last
- 2:05Speaker 2: night is just what to me, a little bit of
- 2:08Speaker 2: a like a political sleazy game of like, oh, they're there,
- 2:12Speaker 2: they could win, They're in the front row.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Nothing nothing, nothing.
- 2:16Speaker 3: I think you make a point that when we talk
- 2:17Speaker 3: about somebody in the front row who didn't win, who
- 2:20Speaker 3: thought she was going to, I think we have to
- 2:22Speaker 3: talk about Demi Moore. So going into last night, everybody
- 2:26Speaker 3: at my oscar party, everybody that was in my little
- 2:28Speaker 3: oscar pool had Demi as the shore winner. The New
- 2:31Speaker 3: York Times had Demi or the press, Variety, the Hollywood Reporter,
- 2:35Speaker 3: all the trades. Everybody had told Demi she was going
- 2:38Speaker 3: to win. I think she thought she was going to win, Garrett,
- 2:41Speaker 3: what a surprise. Now, if you don't know who did win,
- 2:44Speaker 3: her name is Mickey Madison. Brilliant young actress in Anora,
- 2:48Speaker 3: which really won the most awards of the entire evening,
- 2:52Speaker 3: So she was deserving. She's a brilliant young actress. I
- 2:56Speaker 3: was dazzled by her performance. But sentimentally, I think I
- 2:59Speaker 3: wanted Demi to win.
- 3:01Speaker 2: I think we did too. But it isn't that the
- 3:03Speaker 2: Oscars in general, though, where we want somebody to win
- 3:08Speaker 2: and it's never the case. Has there ever really been
- 3:10Speaker 2: a time where it's like a unanimous like, yes, finally,
- 3:13Speaker 2: it's always that person that you never expect, right, you know?
- 3:16Speaker 2: And I guess that's the beautiful yet crazy thing about
- 3:21Speaker 2: the Oscars, you know that we kind of it's almost
- 3:24Speaker 2: like we want them to change, but they'll never change.
- 3:27Speaker 2: To an eye you know, will never change. We want
- 3:29Speaker 2: each other to change.
- 3:31Speaker 1: That's the truth.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I think it's complicated here because a friend of mine,
- 3:35Speaker 3: a movie friend of mine who I spoke to last night,
- 3:36Speaker 3: who was at my party, actually we watched it together.
- 3:39Speaker 3: He said, you have to remember is that it is
- 3:41Speaker 3: about thank you? Yes, it's about excellence, not emotion. So emotionally,
- 3:46Speaker 3: Demi Moore, she had this amazing story in her sixties,
- 3:49Speaker 3: has never been nominated for anything. In A friend of
- 3:52Speaker 3: mine who's quite brutal, but you're not gonna like this,
- 3:55Speaker 3: but there's some truth to it. So she's not being
- 3:57Speaker 3: nominated because she's just not a very good actress. She's good,
- 4:00Speaker 3: but she's not a great actress. And I was like wow,
- 4:04Speaker 3: And he's like, Mikey Madison is a really really Meyerl's
- 4:09Speaker 3: type talent. So I think as an audience member, we
- 4:12Speaker 3: get caught up in the emotion of this and who
- 4:14Speaker 3: we love. And we've watched Demi for gosh, fifty sixty years,
- 4:17Speaker 3: fifty years at least on screen on TV. We love
- 4:21Speaker 3: Demi Moore, my goodness, she was in Ghost. However, that
- 4:25Speaker 3: doesn't make her the best at her craft. We have
- 4:28Speaker 3: this with musicians too, Garrett, don't we People that I love,
- 4:32Speaker 3: who I listen to their pop music all the time,
- 4:34Speaker 3: are never gonna win a Grammy. It's just not who
- 4:36Speaker 3: they are. And I think you can distinguish them. We
- 4:38Speaker 3: can still love Demi, but we can also admit too,
- 4:41Speaker 3: maybe if we really think about it, if we put
- 4:44Speaker 3: the emotions to one side, maybe not Oscar winning worthy
- 4:48Speaker 3: this year nominated. Yes, but I felt bad for her.
- 4:52Speaker 3: We do know we had a lip reader, or at
- 4:54Speaker 3: least the New York posted. When Demi lost, she turned
- 4:58Speaker 3: to her manager, who was next to her, and said nice.
- 5:02Speaker 3: And I see that's all she said. Nice. She did
- 5:05Speaker 3: manage to recover them and started quickly clapping. Although, would
- 5:10Speaker 3: you go to the after parties if you were Demi?
- 5:12Speaker 1: Would you go home? Would you go out afterwards? What
- 5:14Speaker 1: do you do?
- 5:15Speaker 2: You can't? I think you just go home at that point,
- 5:18Speaker 2: you know, And it's unless it was our first time
- 5:21Speaker 2: in Hollywood. She's been to the parties, she's seen the parties,
- 5:25Speaker 2: and all you need is everyone going, oh, I'm so
- 5:27Speaker 2: sorry you that's what's gonna happen. I'm so sorry.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I saw or at least a friend of
- 5:32Speaker 3: mine in the room. I had reporters in the room
- 5:34Speaker 3: last night. They said Meg Ryan was the first person
- 5:36Speaker 3: to comfort Demi. Meg went over and hugged her and
- 5:41Speaker 3: they had a little moment together. It's tricky, isn't it.
- 5:44Speaker 3: You know they say just being nominated is enough, and
- 5:48Speaker 3: normally I do think that is the case. But when
- 5:51Speaker 3: everybody tells you you are going to win, everybody yeah,
- 5:55Speaker 3: and you don't.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Gosh.
- 5:57Speaker 2: I don't know what about Kieran Colky's warning actor He
- 6:04Speaker 2: gets up on stage calls his wife out for now
- 6:07Speaker 2: they're to have a fourth child. I mean, do you
- 6:10Speaker 2: think they went home last night and like, all right,
- 6:12Speaker 2: let's get right there.
- 6:13Speaker 3: I had a little kiss. I wouldn't be at all surprised.
- 6:15Speaker 3: I find him just charming. He just makes me giggle.
- 6:19Speaker 3: I could do without the F bombs. I don't like swearing.
- 6:22Speaker 3: You know that on the show, but I just find
- 6:24Speaker 3: him just so naughty.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I really ever hear you curse? I try not to
- 6:28Speaker 2: podcast never. I don't like you and I just chatting.
- 6:31Speaker 2: I don't think I've ever heard you curse.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I don't like it, so that's just myself. But I
- 6:36Speaker 3: think he's just charming. We have to point out too,
- 6:38Speaker 3: before we move on the fire fighters reading jokes. I
- 6:43Speaker 3: think Conan came up with this bit and it was
- 6:46Speaker 3: so funny and so naughty and so delightful.
- 6:50Speaker 1: It really they were great too.
- 6:52Speaker 3: It's hard, Garrett, you have a lot of friends who
- 6:54Speaker 3: are comedians. It's hard to deliver a joke, to just
- 6:58Speaker 3: have and they delivered.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Yea their tembo they're timing, I mean they had they
- 7:04Speaker 2: could have bombed tremendously and they was still would have
- 7:08Speaker 2: had a standing ovation. That was one of those things
- 7:10Speaker 2: where it's like you could not do no wrong if
- 7:12Speaker 2: you were a firefighter in that room last night. I mean,
- 7:18Speaker 2: and plus probably most of those firefighters there tried to
- 7:21Speaker 2: salvage or save any type of homes of those people
- 7:25Speaker 2: in the room. You know, that's the weird part too.
- 7:27Speaker 2: It's like coming full circle of now you know you're
- 7:30Speaker 2: trying to save people, and now you're being honored on
- 7:33Speaker 2: their night. And you know, at first I thought, you know,
- 7:36Speaker 2: the oscars were a little bit tone deaf when they
- 7:39Speaker 2: first announced that they were going forward with the oscars,
- 7:41Speaker 2: But I think with time given it wasn't that much
- 7:44Speaker 2: far of a time away from the wildfires. I think
- 7:47Speaker 2: it was done in a proper way where it didn't
- 7:50Speaker 2: feel like it was too like, you know, Hollywood stuffy,
- 7:54Speaker 2: you know, up to the up, you know. I think
- 7:56Speaker 2: it was the perfect tone. And I think, yeah, you
- 7:58Speaker 2: had anybody else, maybe Jimmy Kimmel would have been able
- 8:01Speaker 2: to do it since he is in LA but I
- 8:04Speaker 2: don't think anybody else, you know, did great the same way.
- 8:08Speaker 3: Yeah, it did a great job, and he really set
- 8:09Speaker 3: it up, he explained, he was really honest about it.
- 8:11Speaker 3: Why we do these award shows and they're not just
- 8:13Speaker 3: for the rich, gorgeous, beautiful actors. There are thousands, hundreds
- 8:17Speaker 3: of thousands of people behind the scenes, cater as, costume designers,
- 8:20Speaker 3: lighting directors, who earn their living. They're not rich people.
- 8:23Speaker 3: They're middle class people who work really hard and love
- 8:26Speaker 3: the art of film and this is their craft. And
- 8:28Speaker 3: so I think Conan did a great job about that.
- 8:30Speaker 3: The only person whose tone I thought was a little
- 8:32Speaker 3: off was Adrian Brodie. He would for a second time
- 8:36Speaker 3: and really was sort of like grand in taking his moment.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Now everybody knows that they get it's very short, just
- 8:44Speaker 3: forty five seconds, but you know that, and the award
- 8:47Speaker 3: circuit is a circuit. He's been doing this for months.
- 8:49Speaker 3: He's been going to different award shows making speeches.
- 8:53Speaker 1: He knew he was going to win.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Prepare your speech and be respectful because if you if
- 8:58Speaker 3: you go along. Let's just put it like this, people
- 9:00Speaker 3: are like, take your moment, take your time, it's your moment. No,
- 9:03Speaker 3: you're going to take minutes away from somebody else. It's selfish.
- 9:07Speaker 3: I thought it was really really self indulgence.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Well, especially how he just you know, please stop, please stop,
- 9:12Speaker 2: and they actually stopped.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I did stop.
- 9:13Speaker 2: So I guess you need Adrian Brody to get the
- 9:16Speaker 2: orchestra to stop at all award shows because they never stopped.
- 9:20Speaker 2: They never stopped, you know, they continue. And the fact
- 9:22Speaker 2: that he goes, I won't be egregious, and then he
- 9:24Speaker 2: went on, you weregious, you were and went on for
- 9:27Speaker 2: another four to five minutes.
- 9:29Speaker 3: They had to play him off again. That's the only
- 9:30Speaker 3: time an orchestras played someone I think off twice. A've
- 9:33Speaker 3: been a little disappointed, a little disappointed in you having
- 9:36Speaker 3: your moments. I know you deserve it, but it's more
- 9:38Speaker 3: than a moment. And he did say I won't be
- 9:40Speaker 3: a griecious and then he was People do that all
- 9:43Speaker 3: the time, don't know. When they're like, I'm not gonna
- 9:46Speaker 3: be racist, and then they say something called fault or
- 9:48Speaker 3: I'm not gonna be homophobic, but I don't like to
- 9:51Speaker 3: go something but here, I'm not going to be egregious.
- 9:54Speaker 3: That's our new phrase here on the show. Okay, let's
- 9:56Speaker 3: jump into as show. What time is it? My friends?
- 9:58Speaker 3: It is tea time. I know it's a lot of gossip.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Big story.
- 10:03Speaker 3: At the top of the show, Meghan Markle has shared
- 10:04Speaker 3: a new video of Princess Lilibet. This time she's playing
- 10:07Speaker 3: with her auntie Serena Williams. All beautiful. However, however, Meghan
- 10:12Speaker 3: did capture it, reminding everybody that in just three days
- 10:16Speaker 3: her TV show starts. Some people are saying, Meghan, you
- 10:21Speaker 3: have screamed privacy, privacy for a really long time, and
- 10:27Speaker 3: now just three days before you lead us to watch
- 10:30Speaker 3: your TV show, now you're suddenly using your daughter, promoting
- 10:34Speaker 3: your daughter to get viewers. I can see the backlash. Year,
- 10:37Speaker 3: I can see why this is probably not a good move.
- 10:40Speaker 2: What do you think, Oh yeah, well, without a doubt,
- 10:43Speaker 2: But you know what, I also think that Meghan Markle
- 10:46Speaker 2: can sneeze, and everyone will find a problem with the sneeze,
- 10:49Speaker 2: you know, like she cannot win no matter but even
- 10:52Speaker 2: if she is wrong, she still can't. Like she makes
- 10:56Speaker 2: it worse, even worse for herself. You know, every time
- 10:59Speaker 2: she tries to do anything, I would just stay inside.
- 11:01Speaker 2: If I was just staying inside wherever you are, and
- 11:06Speaker 2: you know, skype and FaceTime with people and just you know,
- 11:11Speaker 2: do some instacarting to get some food.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I don't know, Megan, she can't.
- 11:16Speaker 3: I do think she doesn't help herself. Like many things
- 11:19Speaker 3: that Meghan does really great things. She can do charity work,
- 11:22Speaker 3: and she's gonna have people who don't like her. However,
- 11:25Speaker 3: even people that like her, like myself, even people that
- 11:28Speaker 3: are fans of hers, and I know lots of people
- 11:30Speaker 3: really do like it.
- 11:31Speaker 4: They're like, oh, Megan, the timing gear of we've just
- 11:34Speaker 4: seen your daughter and you've been so private about Lilliburton.
- 11:38Speaker 4: Now with her auntie Serena Williams, you bring it out
- 11:41Speaker 4: the big guns and then having the hoodspur to actually
- 11:44Speaker 4: put in the caption three days until the party begins.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Which brings us to our pole. Question of the Day
- 11:50Speaker 3: Meghan Markle has dropped a rare video of Princess Lilibert
- 11:53Speaker 3: just three days before her TV show debuts. Do you
- 11:56Speaker 3: think she's using the baby to get us to watch,
- 12:00Speaker 3: or at least to get us to talk about it?
- 12:01Speaker 3: I think we all know the answer. I know I
- 12:03Speaker 3: don't want to admit it, but I think we know.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Okay, if this poll isn't one hundred percent, I don't
- 12:07Speaker 2: know what is.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Go vote on our Twitter page.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Acknilty, guys, Well about facebook page is naughty gossip and
- 12:12Speaker 3: be sure to check back to your results.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Take caret Love, What are you working on that?
- 12:16Speaker 2: Well, let's talk a little. Wendy Williams, so, her ex producer,
- 12:19Speaker 2: just is talking about her guardianship and how terrifying it is,
- 12:23Speaker 2: which I think we kind of all knew, but when
- 12:25Speaker 2: you hear it from someone who is close to Wendy,
- 12:28Speaker 2: it kind of opened your eyes a little bit. More So.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Susan Bass is talking, and she she's been silent pretty
- 12:35Speaker 2: much this whole time that Wendy's been going through stuff,
- 12:38Speaker 2: but she says that Wendy reached out to Bass last
- 12:41Speaker 2: week in a shocking phone call, and you know, it's
- 12:44Speaker 2: like just like any friend that you're or a person
- 12:47Speaker 2: you are very close with, and you know that they're
- 12:49Speaker 2: going through something, you talk and tears will will flow
- 12:53Speaker 2: no matter what, just from from not hearing from them
- 12:56Speaker 2: and getting to talk to them for the first time
- 12:58Speaker 2: on top of whatever Wendy has been going through. And
- 13:01Speaker 2: Susan said that you guys have been asking me if
- 13:05Speaker 2: I've heard from Wendy, and the truth is I hadn't
- 13:07Speaker 2: until last week, which she posted on her Instagram video
- 13:12Speaker 2: and she goes my phone, rang, it was Wendy. I cried,
- 13:14Speaker 2: she cried. It was fantastic. But beneath all of this,
- 13:19Speaker 2: the reality is Wendy's guardianship is nothing short of a nightmare.
- 13:24Speaker 2: It's a horrible guardianship. It's horrible, it's terrifying. And of
- 13:30Speaker 2: course she ended it off with the hashtag free Wendy
- 13:33Speaker 2: all the way, all day. And you know, I think
- 13:37Speaker 2: more people who can sound the alarm on Wendy's behalf,
- 13:40Speaker 2: the more eyes will be on it. I think there
- 13:42Speaker 2: are a lot of eyes on it. But you know,
- 13:45Speaker 2: let's have let's help Wendy out if we can.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Absolutely, God known Susan for twenty years. She used to
- 13:50Speaker 3: work on the Rosio Donald Show, and then she worked
- 13:53Speaker 3: on the on The Wendy Show for a decade. She's
- 13:55Speaker 3: the one that booked me on the show. I was
- 13:56Speaker 3: on the show twice a month, or maybe four times
- 13:59Speaker 3: once so week, and it was Susanne who always booked me.
- 14:01Speaker 3: She was Wendy's right hand. Now, the reason you might
- 14:04Speaker 3: remember her name is she was on camera. Wendy would
- 14:06Speaker 3: always throw to Susanne and ask her questions, and she
- 14:09Speaker 3: was she was almost like the what Kelly and Michael
- 14:12Speaker 3: had with Gelman. That's what Susanne was. And she was
- 14:16Speaker 3: a really good friend to Wendy because she didn't want
- 14:19Speaker 3: Wendy's money, she didn't want to go out drinking with hers,
- 14:21Speaker 3: she didn't want Wendy's name. She has two children, she
- 14:23Speaker 3: doesn't live in the city. She lives in the suburbs
- 14:26Speaker 3: with her husband, Brendan. And I was told, I know
- 14:28Speaker 3: this is a fact that Wendy often on weekends had
- 14:31Speaker 3: nothing to do, had no friends, and she'd go out
- 14:33Speaker 3: to Susanne's house and sit in her house with Susanne's
- 14:36Speaker 3: kids and play with Susanne's dog and play with her children.
- 14:40Speaker 3: And so of all the people around Wendy and there's
- 14:42Speaker 3: some good ones and some bad ones. Suzanne is the best.
- 14:45Speaker 3: There's no one better. Shamefully to the Sherry Shepherd Show
- 14:48Speaker 3: fired Susanne.
- 14:50Speaker 2: I know, I think we all know. They missed out.
- 14:53Speaker 3: They missed out. Susanne, you are a class act. We
- 14:56Speaker 3: texted last night and she said, Wendy sounds great and
- 14:58Speaker 3: it was lovely, lovely to hear from her. Okay, quickly,
- 15:00Speaker 3: before we get a break. This story made me scream.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Mark Zuckerberg, who is not known as the most outrageous guy,
- 15:05Speaker 3: celebrated his wife Priscilla's fortieth birthday in a sequined jumpsuit.
- 15:10Speaker 3: So if you saw the Grammys, you saw Benson Boone,
- 15:12Speaker 3: or even if you didn't see the Grammars, you probably
- 15:14Speaker 3: saw a meme a photograph of Benson Boom in this
- 15:17Speaker 3: really really tight sequin jumpsuit. Well, Mark Zuckerberg use the
- 15:22Speaker 3: same suit. I'm not sure if it's exactly the same
- 15:24Speaker 3: one or maybe specially made.
- 15:25Speaker 2: It probably was. Those were rich people do that.
- 15:27Speaker 1: It looks really good.
- 15:28Speaker 2: It's exact same suit.
- 15:29Speaker 1: It looked good. It looked really good.
- 15:31Speaker 3: And he came out on stage for his wife's fortieth
- 15:33Speaker 3: and He was wearing a black tuxedo and just like
- 15:36Speaker 3: Benson Boom two assistants and ripped off his clothing to
- 15:39Speaker 3: reveal this wonsie, this blue onsie underneath. The crowd erupted
- 15:45Speaker 3: and he said, your wife only turns forty once out
- 15:49Speaker 3: a character delicious made me smile and nightmares.
- 15:53Speaker 1: It gave me night I thought he looked kind of cute.
- 15:56Speaker 2: It gave me nightmares, and it also made me think
- 15:59Speaker 2: like he's rounded by a bunch of yes people.
- 16:01Speaker 3: The man's a billion I would have said yes, Garrett
- 16:05Speaker 3: at my birthday party. That's what I want you in.
- 16:07Speaker 3: That's what I want. A reveal, a reveal. Okay, we're
- 16:10Speaker 3: going to take a quick break and we will be
- 16:12Speaker 3: right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Nice. I'm
- 16:15Speaker 3: the host drum shooting with your dear friend, Garrett Vogel. Hey, Garrett,
- 16:18Speaker 3: let's get to the polls that are Last year we
- 16:20Speaker 3: took about Gene Hackman's death.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Now I've been.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Called suspicious by the authorities. Do you think foul play
- 16:27Speaker 3: was involved? Let's have a look. Sixty percent said yes,
- 16:31Speaker 3: And I know where you're going with this. There's something
- 16:33Speaker 3: off about it. Isn't there a dark his wife a
- 16:35Speaker 3: ninety five year old man passing away, that's not surprising,
- 16:39Speaker 3: but his wife to die in the sixties, the doctor
- 16:41Speaker 3: be dead. There's much more to this story.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Yep, No, there definitely is. And you know what's interesting
- 16:48Speaker 2: the internet sleuths in the in the medical world start
- 16:52Speaker 2: you know, digging and diving into it. You know, Gene
- 16:55Speaker 2: Hackman had I guess some type of heart conditions.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Yeah, we want to pay.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Yeah, he had a pacemaker, So you know, depend depending
- 17:03Speaker 2: on at least what we've heard and what I've read
- 17:05Speaker 2: across the internet, is that possibly there was an issue
- 17:08Speaker 2: with the pacemaker and uh, you know, his wife, you know,
- 17:12Speaker 2: frantically went into the kitchen to grab something to to
- 17:15Speaker 2: help him, and she slipped and and that's why the
- 17:18Speaker 2: medications all over the place. And then you know, the
- 17:21Speaker 2: dog going a few days, you know, without any type
- 17:23Speaker 2: of food, and you know that caused that, and the
- 17:26Speaker 2: other dogs were able to, you know, get out the
- 17:29Speaker 2: doggy door and you know, survive. You know, so many
- 17:32Speaker 2: working theories. I don't you know, I think it'll still
- 17:35Speaker 2: be a little while before we find out.
- 17:36Speaker 3: But three four weeks, okay, don't forget to vote on
- 17:38Speaker 3: today's ball a page naughty nice Facebook page is thought,
- 17:42Speaker 3: He goes hip, it's sure to check back to ma
- 17:43Speaker 3: bra here your result said, Nah, it's time for our niciest.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Of the Well.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Thank you for giving me the nicest because I've dealt
- 17:52Speaker 2: with a week of naughties yelling at me for for
- 17:54Speaker 2: your story that you're going to be doing next. So
- 17:57Speaker 2: let's talk about Will Reeve. And he talked about the
- 18:00Speaker 2: heartfelt tribute to his late father, Christopher Reeve at his wedding.
- 18:04Speaker 2: So Will Reeve, you might see him on Good Morning America,
- 18:06Speaker 2: constantly looks exactly like his dad. He's getting ready to
- 18:10Speaker 2: say I do to fiance Amanda Dubbin, and he's making
- 18:14Speaker 2: sure that at the wedding that there is a great
- 18:17Speaker 2: I'm sure a heartfelt tribute to his dad, Christopher Reeve
- 18:21Speaker 2: on his special day of course. And he says that
- 18:24Speaker 2: he's honoring superman, of course, because that's who Christopher Reeve was.
- 18:27Speaker 2: In case you didn't know, in a in a way
- 18:30Speaker 2: that his father's cufflings, he's gonna wear his father's cufflings
- 18:33Speaker 2: as he walks down the aisle. You know, he's still
- 18:36Speaker 2: planning to I'm sure there might be a little there's
- 18:38Speaker 2: gotta be a little s you know, underneath that that
- 18:40Speaker 2: wedding suit. You gotta think and and it just, you know,
- 18:45Speaker 2: for for such a family that went through such a
- 18:49Speaker 2: a very troublesome time with their their their husband and dad,
- 18:55Speaker 2: to see the positive that is coming out with it
- 18:57Speaker 2: from everything that the Christopher Reeve Foundation does, to the
- 19:00Speaker 2: positive stories that that they're now getting to tell of
- 19:03Speaker 2: their dad. And I'm sure there the wedding is going
- 19:06Speaker 2: to be no different and probably probably the most emotional
- 19:09Speaker 2: story we'll we'll see.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Of the day.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, and nicest of the day. And notice
- 19:14Speaker 3: the day naughty. A judge of slapped down Blake Lively
- 19:18Speaker 3: in this ongoing lawsuit with Justin Baldoni. So Blake wanted
- 19:21Speaker 3: to get two years two years of all Justin's phone calls,
- 19:25Speaker 3: including calls with doctors, psychologists, personal assistance. A judges said, no,
- 19:30Speaker 3: that is too broad, it is too intrusive. So I
- 19:34Speaker 3: think Blake is going to refile this and make the
- 19:37Speaker 3: search a little bit more narrow. But I'm told if
- 19:40Speaker 3: she gets his phones, he's gonna get hers. This is
- 19:44Speaker 3: a mess for both of you at this point, I'm
- 19:48Speaker 3: not sure there will be a winner. In fact, I'm
- 19:50Speaker 3: pretty sure there's going to be two losers depending. It
- 19:53Speaker 3: doesn't even matter what our views of this is. That
- 19:56Speaker 3: said me, with a moment of rub you're stop waiting
- 19:59Speaker 3: and start now. The truth about readiness. One of the
- 20:02Speaker 3: biggest roadblocks to success is the idea that you have
- 20:06Speaker 3: to be ready before you begin. But here's the truth.
- 20:08Speaker 3: You're never going to be completely ready. Whether it's launching
- 20:11Speaker 3: your business, a digital project, product, or starting a big
- 20:14Speaker 3: life change, you're never going to be ready. Think about
- 20:16Speaker 3: it like having a baby. You can read every book,
- 20:19Speaker 3: take every class, prepare as much as possible, but nothing
- 20:22Speaker 3: actually truly prepares you, Garrett, you know, for the reality
- 20:25Speaker 3: of holding a tiny little baby. So figure this out
- 20:28Speaker 3: as you go, and that's how you will get success.
- 20:33Speaker 3: I promise you stop waiting and start now. Hey, that
- 20:37Speaker 3: is it for today. Thank you so much for listening.
- 20:39Speaker 3: So they're not even nice with Robin Garrett Show, a
