- 0:00Happy St. Patrick's Day. Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone.
- 0:04I hope you wore green. As you can see, I didn't, so I might get pinched. I don't know.
- 0:09We'll find out. We'll find out if anyone has the cojones to pinch this, mate.
- 0:14We'll find out. But I got some green around me. You can see,
- 0:17as you can see, I got some green around me. But, you know, when I'm out in the
- 0:20real world, we'll find out.
- 0:22All right, so today I got back in the gym. I don't know about you all.
- 0:28If you all have thought about testing that line of getting back in the gym today,
- 0:32it was, it was, it's been probably a year since I got the, the fortitude,
- 0:39you know, the mental, whatever it is to go back in there, you know,
- 0:43and I got back in there and I hope you all as well.
- 0:46We'll do that. I think a big thing of getting back in the gym is basically just
- 0:50the discipline, the mental discipline of getting back in the gym,
- 0:54which is, this is extremely tough.
- 0:57You know, if you can just get past that hurdle, you got to get like,
- 0:59just decide I'm going to do it.
- 1:01I'm going to do it. And I, and I had to decide, I decided I was going to do
- 1:05it. And then I was like, all right, I'm going all in. I'm going to buy all these supplements.
- 1:08And I was just searching on Amazon, getting all these supplements together,
- 1:12you know, getting something for my mind, you know, there's a thing that I got
- 1:16out there to call alpha brain. I don't know if you've heard that.
- 1:18I got that. I got some, some creatine. I think I, it's like,
- 1:22I just got almost get, I either, for me, I have to be either all in or not at all.
- 1:28And, and that hurts me as well, because I don't know if you're a person that
- 1:33likes to get in the gym and you want to go all out.
- 1:37You're either all out or it's not worth it. And that's the mindset I've always had.
- 1:41And today I really, I took some words of wisdom from my brother and I took it easy.
- 1:46I eased back into it because I don't want this to be just a short-term thing.
- 1:51I want it to be something that is going to...
- 1:54Keep going, keep going. I don't just get burnout, you know, but I mean,
- 1:58and are you a person that can do, can get up and go to the gym?
- 2:03Or are you a person that is a, like the after work or, you know,
- 2:07your lunch break during the day? What type of person are you?
- 2:10I've always been the type of person I need to go and do it early.
- 2:14Otherwise I don't have the motivation at the end of the day.
- 2:18And I mean, I found out, so I'm walking into the gym today and I get in there
- 2:23and I just get all these eyes on me.
- 2:27Everyone, I feel like I just get paranoid.
- 2:30Like, I think everyone's looking at me like they're like thinking, why are you here?
- 2:35You haven't been here. Why are you starting to come? And you just feel all these
- 2:39eyes on you. And I think it's just in my head.
- 2:41But does anyone else get that? Like in the gym, you're just like,
- 2:44you feel like everyone's watching you.
- 2:47And they're just, they're measuring you. Like, are you, you really think you
- 2:51can cut it, man? You really think you can cut it?
- 2:54And, and I mean, it's, it's so easy to get defeated because it,
- 2:58like I say, most of working out and trying to get like in a,
- 3:03back into a regiment, like having to, it just takes discipline.
- 3:06It's just mental discipline.
- 3:07And I, but man, you, you feel it, you feel it.
- 3:10And I, I think, I, I think I built these things up in my head.
- 3:13Do you all feel that at all? you all feel like when you get in the gym,
- 3:16you, everybody is like watching you, watching you.
- 3:19And plus I'm a guy, I'm not wearing headphones a lot. I mean,
- 3:22I want to wear headphones, but my headphones aren't that great. So I.
- 3:25I'm not wearing them. And then you just feel like you're raw dogging it.
- 3:28You're raw dogging it. Everybody's like, man, put some headphones on,
- 3:30man. You a psychopath? Are you a psychopath?
- 3:32And you feel like a psychopath if you're not wearing headphones in the gym in 2025, in 2025.
- 3:37But I'm, I'm that guy. I, and, and it really, the reason I do that as well is
- 3:42I want to almost prepare for the day and start like actually thinking about
- 3:46if I just have music going into my head, I won't be able to think straight.
- 3:50Maybe if I could throw a podcast or some news on, I feel like I would be getting
- 3:55something out of it, but, but then you lose that, that, that just gusto,
- 3:59you know, that, that like that,
- 4:01cause rock music or whatever type of music you have is like,
- 4:05it gets you pumped up and going, you know?
- 4:07And I feel like I lose, lose out on that a little bit, but I had to talk about
- 4:12this because, you know, it's, it means a lot to me and I don't know if it means
- 4:17a lot to you, but I'm going to try, I'm going to try to encourage you all.
- 4:21If you're not doing it, you know, I know it doesn't necessarily be going to
- 4:24the gym, but maybe just being active.
- 4:26I think it is really, it's just, you got to carve out some time of your day. It starts there.
- 4:32You got to carve out and decide on what time of day I'm going to do it.
- 4:36You know, whatever it is, whether it's going just for a walk,
- 4:39a run, playing basketball, just being active, because I think it helps.
- 4:45It helps a lot also with your mental clarity, with your mental,
- 4:49like just ability, just you feel like you have accomplished something.
- 4:53That's also a reason why I like to do it early in the morning.
- 4:57I don't know about everyone else. Everyone else has their own way,
- 5:00way they feel about doing it.
- 5:01And like, if you're a morning person, I feel like you can be an introvert and
- 5:05be a morning person because it's like the after work guys or girls that are
- 5:10in there. They're the social butterflies.
- 5:12They they're in there and they're in there to talk people that are in there
- 5:15in the morning. They're ready to get down to business.
- 5:17They don't have time to talk. They're just, we're, we're getting in here.
- 5:21We're focused. We're doing it.
- 5:22It could be almost more of a social thing after work. So that,
- 5:24I mean, that can be a good thing as well, but it's different for everyone.
- 5:28It's different for everyone.
- 5:29I wanted to start it off on that just so we have, cause I want to implement
- 5:32this into this whole, this whole show or talk show is just like, is basically,
- 5:38this is not just about one part of your life, but your health and wellbeing
- 5:43is a huge part of your life.
- 5:45So, I mean, doing something and I think just whatever it is,
- 5:48if you want to carve out 15 minutes, 30 minutes in your day to do something.
- 5:53I think it's, it's well worth it in the end. Just going on a walk is huge.
- 5:58Just going on a walk. I mean, having your feet touch the ground,
- 6:01you know, get like back in line with, I mean, God made us.
- 6:05So like we have this, this world that we're a part of, you know,
- 6:08I think we are, we are disconnected from reality in a lot of ways because we're
- 6:14disconnected from the ground.
- 6:15I don't know if you've ever heard of grounding. That's where you actually take
- 6:17off your shoes and socks, which can kind of be weird a little bit for a guy.
- 6:22But I mean, I mean, if you're thinking about we were cavemen once,
- 6:25you know, people weren't wearing shoes back then, you know, and I think sometimes
- 6:29there's that element of as well, you know, just actually touch the dirt, touch the dirt.
- 6:34You know, I really don't do that that often, but my wife has encouraged me to do that.
- 6:38My wife has encouraged me to do that, you know, but what do you all think about that?
- 6:42What do you all think? All right, so we're going to switch gears a little bit,
- 6:46and we're going to switch gears to, because I was really just going to talk about today just that.
- 6:52But a bombshell just got unleashed, which I don't know how, like,
- 6:57this seems kind of crazy.
- 6:59All right, the word of the day is Donald Trump last night, you know,
- 7:03he is tweeting at night, you know?
- 7:05This is a guy, he doesn't drink. He doesn't drink, but he is still,
- 7:08like, locked in at all times, and he's up late.
- 7:12You know, you think you're, if you're up late at night, you're kind of,
- 7:14you're, you're throwing back a few, but he's not, if he's throwing back a few,
- 7:17he's throwing back diet Cokes, but he is, he, what he said last night when he
- 7:23tweeted, and I just saw it this morning.
- 7:24I only saw it because Tim Poole retweeted it and said, oh, and I,
- 7:31you know, the, you know, that word he said in it, like.
- 7:35So I'm going to read it to you, what Donald Trump, what he said last night, and we can get into it.
- 7:40It has to do with undoing pardons that he does not deem legitimate,
- 7:46that he does not deem legitimate.
- 7:48Donald Trump, he says on Truth Social last night, the pardons that Sleepy Joe
- 7:53Biden gave to the unselect committee of political thugs and many others are hereby declared void.
- 8:01Vacant, and of no further force or effect.
- 8:05Because of the fact that they were done by auto pen.
- 8:09In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them, but more importantly,
- 8:14he did not know anything about them.
- 8:16The necessary pardoning documents were not explained to or approved by Biden.
- 8:22He knew nothing about them and the people that did may have committed a crime.
- 8:27Therefore, those on the unselect committee who destroyed and deleted all evidence
- 8:34obtained during their two-year witch hunt of me and many other innocent people
- 8:39should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.
- 8:44The fact is they were probably responsible for the documents that were signed
- 8:49on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the worst president in the
- 8:54history of our country, crooked Joe Biden.
- 8:58All right. So I, I see this is, this could be huge. I know everybody's going to go crazy.
- 9:03I mean, I don't think Donald Trump could go to McDonald's and everybody not go crazy.
- 9:09But this is this is going to drive some people up the wall.
- 9:13And I think some but I think a lot of people that are rational that are rational.
- 9:17Don't don't jump to conclusions, whether you're a Trump supporter, whether you're not.
- 9:21And let's just what are you talking about, Donald Trump? What are you talking about?
- 9:26President Trump, President Trump, what are you talking about?
- 9:28Like he is saying that he's going to undo the pardons that were given by Biden
- 9:33or his administration in the final days.
- 9:37And specifically, and he says the unselect committee of political thugs.
- 9:44So what does that mean? And who is he talking about? Who is he going to be going after?
- 9:48If he keeps it legal, if he keeps it legal and he does not go above the law,
- 9:53which I do not think he will, if he keeps it legal, I think this can be legit.
- 9:58I think if we don't jump into and just come to a conclusion before we know all
- 10:02the evidence of what he has in mind, what he has in mind, because he tweets
- 10:06that tweets this, and then he tweets a bunch of other things the rest of the night, you know?
- 10:11So like, it kind of just got buried underneath some other, other things,
- 10:14but like, this really stands out.
- 10:17Like, what does this mean? What is this going to mean for.
- 10:20His political enemies, is he, is he going to actually drain the swamp?
- 10:26Because a regular politician, even Trump in his first, in his first term,
- 10:31when he got in there, he did not go after his political enemies.
- 10:35He did not continue. He didn't, he said all his crowds were always saying lock
- 10:39her up about Hillary Clinton.
- 10:41And he gets in there and he doesn't, he doesn't pursue that.
- 10:45He lets it go, which was that a good idea?
- 10:48Was that a good idea? Like if they're going to and we saw that after he got
- 10:53out, like they went after him like nonstop, you know, and I would say I would
- 10:58say illegally in a lot of ways and ways that did not make sense.
- 11:02But they opened Pandora's box that the left and the Democrats opened Pandora's box.
- 11:08And like, is this what we are going to see going forward? And they opened it
- 11:12in the worst possible situation of the next guy coming in,
- 11:16Donald Trump, which he might actually react because a lot of times Donald Trump,
- 11:20he's not starting fights, but he a lot of times reacts.
- 11:24If someone punches up at him, then he punches back.
- 11:28So they might have done a bad thing by what they did.
- 11:32And, you know, lighten a something under a something.
- 11:36All right. Yeah. So they, I, where this goes, I don't know, but like it could
- 11:41turn into something great.
- 11:43I think it could turn into something great. He's going to legitimately do what
- 11:47he did and not just let people off scot-free because he was,
- 11:52he was basically analyzed and watched from all angles for years.
- 11:57I mean, there's been no person that's been more investigated than Donald Trump
- 12:01and he stood the fire. He's, he's president. He's president.
- 12:05And if it's like, if you're going to do it to me, he's going to do it to you.
- 12:09And it's like truth will come out. Truth always wins.
- 12:13Good always wins. Light always defeats darkness.
- 12:17Whatever is right, whatever is good, it will eventually win in the end.
- 12:22So now if he, if he keeps a good measured head and doesn't do something crazy,
- 12:27but I don't think he, I don't think Trump is crazy. I don't think he is crazy.
- 12:31I think he's very smart. He's very 4D chess. He's always looking.
- 12:36He says things to start things so that he can jump in later on down the road,
- 12:41which he knows is going to happen.
- 12:42So what is actually going to happen with him basically light,
- 12:46just throwing this grenade out there?
- 12:48Cause this is a grenade. This is a grenade, and I don't know who's going to jump on it.
- 12:53Who's going to jump on it? Because you know everybody is going to scatter.
- 12:56Everybody's going to scatter.
- 12:58But we'll find out. We will find out what happens.
- 13:02All right, so I did want to quickly say we did actually, in our podcast studios,
- 13:08we've recently released a school community.
- 13:13And if you're a subscriber, if you're a subscriber, you can actually,
- 13:16you'll see the link and everything of our school community.
- 13:19Which we have out there, which it's for basically anyone that's content creator,
- 13:24podcaster out there that is interested in doing these types of things and collabing
- 13:29with other people that are of like mind that love this type of stuff,
- 13:32love creating stuff on the internet, love creating stuff for other people because
- 13:36it's much better to give than to receive.
- 13:39I've switched where I don't want to be just a consumer of content,
- 13:43but I desire to create content.
- 13:47I took that leap forward, but now I'm also in the position where I want to create
- 13:51good stuff, great stuff.
- 13:54I want to create stuff that is very valuable for others and beneficial to others.
- 13:58You know, it's all about finding your niche, but it's also about finding your tribe, you know?
- 14:02So if you, if you're interested in that, you can subscribe, you know,
- 14:06you can see the link, what we have of our school community. It's for podcast studios.
- 14:11So we'll, I'll talk more about that later, but I just wanted to throw that out there.
- 14:14And I wanted to end it with this keep going and keep evolving to the best version of you.
