- 4:10Speaker 8: you guys know, Sebastian is currently incarcerated in Texas on
- 4:13Speaker 8: a wrongful conviction, and we're going to continue with his story.
- 4:21Speaker 8: I told him that whatever was said to him, whatever
- 4:26Speaker 8: was mentioned to him, let's put it out there, you know,
- 4:30Speaker 8: so you may hear a little little cussing. If your
- 4:35Speaker 8: ears is kind of sensitive, just cover them up, you know.
- 4:38Speaker 8: We just I want everything out there for him. And
- 4:43Speaker 8: also I have my co host Cornell is joining me,
- 4:48Speaker 8: So everybody welcome Cornell.
- 4:50Speaker 9: Cornell, are you here.
- 4:55Speaker 10: Tonight.
- 4:56Speaker 9: We're doing good.
- 4:57Speaker 8: Let me get you up because the volume is I'm
- 5:01Speaker 8: kind of low. Okay, go ahead again.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Okay, well, ma'am doing just to be on the show tonight.
- 5:09Speaker 10: Thank you very much, mind for having me.
- 5:13Speaker 8: Yes, we're gonna, we're gonna. We're gonna work with what
- 5:18Speaker 8: we got. You know, if you if they can't hear you,
- 5:22Speaker 8: then I'll just repeat the question, Sebastian, did you you
- 5:26Speaker 8: you hear what I said? Okay, so we're gonna do
- 5:34Speaker 8: the best well we can we what we have to
- 5:38Speaker 8: deal with because you know technology is not.
- 5:43Speaker 9: Now that is top notch today.
- 5:45Speaker 8: So Sebastian, let's go ahead. Let's continue where we left
- 5:49Speaker 8: off at. Okay, hmm, go ahead.
- 6:00Speaker 9: What'd you say, Sebastian.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I mean I said something before we get started.
- 6:06Speaker 9: Yes, go ahead.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Okay. The last show you asked me who I was?
- 6:13Speaker 2: Who is Sebastian? And I was so overwhelmed with all
- 6:18Speaker 2: of that that's coming coming and here I'm so used
- 6:21Speaker 2: to being a number that I haven't thought about who
- 6:23Speaker 2: I am in a long time. And for that show,
- 6:26Speaker 2: I've been hiding disappointed myself that I've got to tell everyone.
- 6:30Speaker 2: The most important thing is who I am. I'm a
- 6:33Speaker 2: following up fight. I'm not perfect, and I've never seen
- 6:37Speaker 2: to me. If they don't remember anything else, I'm him.
- 6:41Speaker 2: This is christ As, my lawyer of Saviors. I'm also
- 6:45Speaker 2: an artist. I love musing, I work out, I'm grown
- 6:50Speaker 2: to love reading book. All of this along with the
- 6:53Speaker 2: support of other of my family and friends. But that's
- 6:59Speaker 2: how I got here. That's out there.
- 7:04Speaker 9: Continue, let's get to it. Let's talk, all right.
- 7:12Speaker 2: So we left off with the Jamie Parlright situation, and
- 7:18Speaker 2: there was a silar reason that I left off with
- 7:20Speaker 2: that on the last show, I said that even so
- 7:28Speaker 2: we admitted that he goes to Jamie Park right now,
- 7:32Speaker 2: he asked her for something of Michael bullet down where
- 7:37Speaker 2: he mentions all this was. What he doesn't mention is
- 7:40Speaker 2: going back to her house not want to fight after this.
- 7:45Speaker 2: So during my trial, I had a witness list and
- 7:52Speaker 2: the witness and there was no Jamie Park right on
- 7:56Speaker 2: this witness list. So my travel went through Monday through Friday.
- 8:03Speaker 2: On that Friday, but he brings this up and my
- 8:08Speaker 2: attorney acted like he couldn't believe that they didn't have
- 8:12Speaker 2: that on there, that we needed to find it for
- 8:15Speaker 2: the following Monday. When we go back to Draw, all
- 8:18Speaker 2: of a sudden, Jamie Cartwright is on the on the
- 8:23Speaker 2: Dax Bose.
- 8:26Speaker 10: As a witness.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Now, the reason I'm bringing his TULP is because they
- 8:29Speaker 2: were trying to hide her because when she was understand
- 8:34Speaker 2: she admits, yeah, I mean he shows back up here
- 8:40Speaker 2: and he was all distruck, and when she asked what
- 8:43Speaker 2: was wrong, he tells her the D two cans and
- 8:48Speaker 2: she asked what he said? Nothing, He leaves, But then
- 8:53Speaker 2: when he returns and show him because later she asked
- 8:57Speaker 2: him me too. And now he's not saying he did it.
- 9:01Speaker 2: That's when he changed the story and she.
- 9:03Speaker 9: Did it, Okay. So I just want to I don't
- 9:12Speaker 9: mean to cut you off. I just want to read.
- 9:18Speaker 8: You said that Jamie Jamie Carbright was not a witness
- 9:24Speaker 8: on your not on the witness list, No.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Man, she they had her like she was not on there, betail.
- 9:35Speaker 2: They found out that we were looking for her, and
- 9:37Speaker 2: then they put her on there the follow week. So
- 9:43Speaker 2: after they put her on there, that's when they changed
- 9:45Speaker 2: how they were trying me. They didn't started change trying
- 9:48Speaker 2: me as a law artist.
- 9:51Speaker 9: Because home was. They trying you at first.
- 9:57Speaker 2: As the one who did the murder all the way.
- 10:03Speaker 8: And then once they found term, then they changed the
- 10:07Speaker 8: whole concept of how they was going to try you.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Yes, but now they're not. What about trying to the
- 10:18Speaker 2: show like how they said in the beginning, we're going
- 10:20Speaker 2: to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that mister Willis did it.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Now it's not about that. Now, it doesn't matter whether
- 10:27Speaker 2: or not I did it. All they got to do
- 10:30Speaker 2: is make the security believe something this story that they've got,
- 10:38Speaker 2: and that's what they how they conditioned.
- 10:41Speaker 9: It mm hmm. Okay, go ahead.
- 10:50Speaker 2: H okay. We got what we call the text law,
- 10:57Speaker 2: and wouldn't that be in see man, the chief was
- 11:02Speaker 2: that he wasted as.
- 11:04Speaker 10: The primary actor in the case.
- 11:06Speaker 2: And during the twelve they was discussing whether or not
- 11:09Speaker 2: they were going to convict him as the primary actors
- 11:12Speaker 2: until they she came up and said that she knows
- 11:16Speaker 2: that somebody else had.
- 11:19Speaker 11: Victim.
- 11:20Speaker 2: So when that happened, the District of Country's office then
- 11:23Speaker 2: changed the process on the truck. They don't they're presented
- 11:27Speaker 2: the jury. Now they're the tree on the law party
- 11:33Speaker 2: which is in this call under circumstance revidence. So mister
- 11:36Speaker 2: Schabastian goes from here the primary actors and.
- 11:39Speaker 10: Now being a party to the offensive the person.
- 11:42Speaker 2: So now his code desend is the one that they're
- 11:45Speaker 2: using under what we call is the couplers witness testimony.
- 11:50Speaker 2: So now he's going to testify, getting mister Chabastian and
- 11:53Speaker 2: then on mister Schabastian as a law he's not the
- 12:01Speaker 2: primary reacting no more. He's just the person who anticipated now,
- 12:06Speaker 2: so that's.
- 12:07Speaker 10: What supported it by So this is what's making him action.
- 12:14Speaker 11: Right now.
- 12:16Speaker 10: So that's mine that's what I have on that.
- 12:18Speaker 9: Man, did you hear what he said? Sebastian, that's that
- 12:27Speaker 9: in your thoughts?
- 12:29Speaker 8: Is that because you you sound a little fuzzy, So
- 12:33Speaker 8: I just want to make sure that that's what you
- 12:36Speaker 8: was trying to relate to the viewers.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Yes, man, that's what I was trying to convey. Both.
- 12:45Speaker 9: Okay, now continue here.
- 12:47Speaker 8: You know, I just want to kind of slow down
- 12:49Speaker 8: because I just want people to hear the the you know,
- 12:55Speaker 8: hear what.
- 12:55Speaker 9: They how they did you.
- 12:57Speaker 8: Now, you know, first when they found out that you
- 13:02Speaker 8: your defense was looking looking for this witness, they went
- 13:08Speaker 8: and got her.
- 13:09Speaker 9: And now the whole scenario how they're gonna.
- 13:12Speaker 8: Try you has changed. So, you know, we I want
- 13:16Speaker 8: all of that to be out I want to I
- 13:20Speaker 8: want people to know how they treated you. You know,
- 13:24Speaker 8: so forgive me if I jump in and ask certain
- 13:27Speaker 8: questions because I just want your story to be told, right,
- 13:34Speaker 8: I just want everything to be out there.
- 13:41Speaker 9: Okay, Okay, so let's let's go ahead.
- 13:47Speaker 10: Okay, So.
- 13:51Speaker 2: When when cases body was following was heard, there was
- 13:59Speaker 2: another DNA, female DNA it was never identified on Candy
- 14:04Speaker 2: fault and then he just overlooked at they only shaid,
- 14:09Speaker 2: ain't the LAMB DNA good and it didn't match. So
- 14:13Speaker 2: instead of looking at that, taking that in that there's
- 14:16Speaker 2: another subject, they just slipped over. They just figured out.
- 14:22Speaker 9: So so you're telling us that.
- 14:26Speaker 8: On the victim's phone that that it was another person DNA.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Yees.
- 14:33Speaker 8: Yeah, And it came and they never tested it. They
- 14:38Speaker 8: never seen who DNA. They don't know who DNA it was.
- 14:47Speaker 2: No. Yeah, they say, I have no idea that DNA.
- 14:52Speaker 8: Did your defensive lawyers did they question that? Did they
- 14:57Speaker 8: try to get it tested?
- 15:04Speaker 2: My second attorney that I had after my first attorney
- 15:08Speaker 2: that I had. My second attorney, he didn't.
- 15:11Speaker 10: Do much.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Much, touch me, muster at all. The stuff was coming out,
- 15:16Speaker 2: even exacted like we just just fried over and over
- 15:24Speaker 2: the one thing that he did do was that he
- 15:28Speaker 2: did mention that Stephen police along with Tampa with evidence
- 15:33Speaker 2: sending Chad Dumer and Martin Expand story changed three to
- 15:37Speaker 2: five times, but my story never changed one time.
- 15:45Speaker 10: Also be.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Dumer and Extrand. They all say that I met him
- 15:51Speaker 2: MSUs carwash where I handed off the power raft around
- 15:55Speaker 2: the gun with the investigators go and check this dude, SILA.
- 16:01Speaker 2: I wasn't on the video and by PI went in
- 16:05Speaker 2: Fox with this fine watch on it and he found
- 16:07Speaker 2: out that I wasn't on the stage, and then yeah, yeah,
- 16:14Speaker 2: I don't watch him. What apter to the videotape? If
- 16:17Speaker 2: I watched some of the sayers did? He asked the
- 16:21Speaker 2: cops what what they wanted to do with the video tape,
- 16:25Speaker 2: and he told him that, uh, he could go ahead
- 16:29Speaker 2: and the reporter over they could need it. So instead
- 16:32Speaker 2: of taking that end to prove that these guys were lying,
- 16:37Speaker 2: then sooner that I wasn't a car washed, that I
- 16:39Speaker 2: didn't have anything over, they destroyed evidence and then they're
- 16:45Speaker 2: in my trouble. They said that they checked it yet,
- 16:50Speaker 2: but what was insult They said that it was already
- 16:53Speaker 2: too late. But it wasn't because this reporting system out
- 16:57Speaker 2: of seven to fourteen day reporting systems, and they and
- 17:00Speaker 2: check it on like.
- 17:04Speaker 8: So, Cornell, you have any questions because you know at
- 17:11Speaker 8: this point, you know, I'm kind of I'm you know,
- 17:15Speaker 8: is I'm cat kind of a little upset?
- 17:19Speaker 2: Yes, well, yes, ma'am, I'm understanding that wouldn't look ma'am.
- 17:24Speaker 2: First of all, here is what really happen in the
- 17:26Speaker 2: case for what the video tape What happened is that
- 17:29Speaker 2: the detectives in this case, they knew that the video
- 17:31Speaker 2: tape would excluding mister Schabastian. So what they did they
- 17:35Speaker 2: let the call I want to keep the video tape.
- 17:38Speaker 2: This would have allowed him to come up the videotation
- 17:41Speaker 2: and cover open the video tape.
- 17:42Speaker 10: So now because the.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Videotape to the key piece of what they're trying to
- 17:47Speaker 2: be used with an all the time, I don't find
- 17:49Speaker 2: the murder weapers indicating that mister Schabastian gave the murder
- 17:53Speaker 2: weapons to these other two guys to destroy the murder
- 17:56Speaker 2: whoopers now come to buy. Now they had no video
- 17:59Speaker 2: tape to on that. Now the video takes the piece
- 18:03Speaker 2: the buildings that would exclude the respect. But what that
- 18:06Speaker 2: man said now the only fric from catri evident mister
- 18:10Speaker 2: Sebastian is who is now claiming in mister Sebastian is
- 18:15Speaker 2: the one who calls the desert the victim and money
- 18:19Speaker 2: announce build that. Then he develop phone of the victim.
- 18:25Speaker 2: But again I come better, and he came in that
- 18:27Speaker 2: there was a female ming on the telephone. And not
- 18:32Speaker 2: only that, the cody had the stem card mess to
- 18:36Speaker 2: the phone.
- 18:37Speaker 11: Of the victim.
- 18:38Speaker 2: So now to give you is this, how does he
- 18:40Speaker 2: have the stem card and the problem of the victim
- 18:43Speaker 2: and again enough the town on the phone from the female.
- 18:47Speaker 2: So now the issue is this, he has to be
- 18:49Speaker 2: a crime same with the feeling of the victim. He
- 18:52Speaker 2: needed before her this and order for him to take the.
- 18:55Speaker 9: Stip card out of a phone exactly.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Oh any any times for a time he did not form.
- 19:11Speaker 8: Sebastian, did your defensive attorney ever raised the question about
- 19:17Speaker 8: how did the co defendant attain the slim card of
- 19:22Speaker 8: the victims?
- 19:26Speaker 2: Not that I can remember, No, that he just let
- 19:32Speaker 2: a lot of stuff fly by. Now so me was
- 19:37Speaker 2: on the stand and he does so. The cause that
- 19:40Speaker 2: he was the candis before she died, and he admitted
- 19:45Speaker 2: and he calls from Handerson's phone about his rugs, you know,
- 19:52Speaker 2: before that and also upon checking his background story as
- 19:59Speaker 2: you see, you've got another video surveyor to another convenience,
- 20:05Speaker 2: and it shows that it's just handing her. I'm not
- 20:08Speaker 2: run the fisher and also police ran to call, he said,
- 20:15Speaker 2: and he talked to me before Therry and after the murderers.
- 20:21Speaker 2: But on the phone records they don't match up. It
- 20:25Speaker 2: always showed that he caused me around fourty thirty eight
- 20:28Speaker 2: am in the morning, and then I don't answer. And
- 20:31Speaker 2: when this was said during my trial, the detectors just said, oh,
- 20:37Speaker 2: whatever he is to walk and talking because it was
- 20:39Speaker 2: the Boots forms. But here's the thing, the Booe hubbs
- 20:43Speaker 2: the Boos walking, he also has a regency me.
- 20:50Speaker 8: You know, you know, I don't know how you guys
- 20:53Speaker 8: are feeling. But you know, every listening to how they
- 20:57Speaker 8: didn't have they didn't take the uh the DNA on
- 21:01Speaker 8: the phone, how they didn't uh they covered up the
- 21:07Speaker 8: surveillance camera, how the co defendant had the slim card.
- 21:15Speaker 9: Did not the jury. I mean, was this said in
- 21:18Speaker 9: the presence of the jury.
- 21:21Speaker 8: We already know to me, your your little your defense attorney.
- 21:25Speaker 9: To me, the way he let these little things lide
- 21:29Speaker 9: was like, was he sleep?
- 21:34Speaker 2: I believe that you that's always that I think.
- 21:44Speaker 8: I mean you to spend all that money and everything
- 21:49Speaker 8: that you just heard, everything that you just told me,
- 21:53Speaker 8: told everyone that.
- 21:58Speaker 9: You're not involved.
- 21:59Speaker 5: It did.
- 22:00Speaker 9: The phone records.
- 22:01Speaker 8: Don't even show that you even talk to this guy.
- 22:05Speaker 8: And everybody know that the the chirp, the walking boost mogus,
- 22:10Speaker 8: the when we had the little chirp phones.
- 22:12Speaker 9: What their next tells whatever they was back in the day.
- 22:16Speaker 8: You can you know that's still gonna register because you're
- 22:21Speaker 8: talking over it is. Go ahead, I'm gonna have to
- 22:25Speaker 8: take two tilan all tonight after this.
- 22:28Speaker 10: Okay, well on for a second, get y'all.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Going, Okay, that's the victim of your vism's conduct and conduct,
- 22:43Speaker 2: the victim of the fact that the judge in the case,
- 22:47Speaker 2: allowing as much office says after he take that the
- 23:02Speaker 2: order of the steps. Okay, they brought the guns that
- 23:06Speaker 2: don't even match because of all for want of sin,
- 23:10Speaker 2: the des is indicating, uh he test finds a murder weapon,
- 23:15Speaker 2: which is a forty five. The boy found that's the
- 23:19Speaker 2: weapon that was usually causing the the victim. But the
- 23:22Speaker 2: decent council never comes to okay, So now mister s
- 23:26Speaker 2: and then accuse them using a forty five murder weapons
- 23:29Speaker 2: causing the death of the picton, when in fact that
- 23:31Speaker 2: was not his. So now we cannot even locate the
- 23:34Speaker 2: padistic nowhere in the database as a psistic games break,
- 23:38Speaker 2: nor as an individual of the i'mallo county, Countess de
- 23:43Speaker 2: bar apendic side nowhere now they each with them taking
- 23:48Speaker 2: his money.
- 23:49Speaker 10: But Jill sign an order for these people.
- 23:51Speaker 2: To go to mister Sabadistan and to go and complicate
- 23:55Speaker 2: all of mister Sabathtan's proper sty and allow of them
- 23:58Speaker 2: to take this and have mistersan final puilty for a
- 24:02Speaker 2: merger case that the cian know that he did not
- 24:05Speaker 2: miss nount so mister sabbaths and then made a victim
- 24:08Speaker 2: of a judicial clock. But he's anythiding with detective to
- 24:12Speaker 2: row people. But that much that's what his case is
- 24:16Speaker 2: really abounded. He's here under detective law parties for a
- 24:20Speaker 2: conviction that he did not participate in.
- 24:22Speaker 10: Man and the event shows it.
- 24:25Speaker 2: He has a rush now the diffict attorney's office and
- 24:28Speaker 2: the refusing to renee complamation is accuse him to release
- 24:33Speaker 2: the information on time of order. For him, He's get
- 24:35Speaker 2: an attorney so that we can go to active force
- 24:38Speaker 2: an act the Botice Department to release the evidences. Attack
- 24:42Speaker 2: on the company that was thinking of committing the ser
- 24:47Speaker 2: statement for he was never convicted for no good case
- 24:51Speaker 2: that would allow them to confiscate anything from him related.
- 24:55Speaker 10: To the case.
- 24:56Speaker 2: A much so as the right now he's being made
- 24:59Speaker 2: to pctim public traditional conspiracy man operations. So with that,
- 25:03Speaker 2: man said, I would like to see if he would
- 25:05Speaker 2: be winning away that that's back and after question yes, sir,
- 25:10Speaker 2: did you feel that you have been, to me a
- 25:12Speaker 2: victim of any type of and do you feel like
- 25:18Speaker 2: well you could have done better in your pleat them
- 25:20Speaker 2: to help defend you. Absolutely, sir. I mean, if I
- 25:25Speaker 2: can find all of this stuff and see all of this,
- 25:29Speaker 2: why couldn't eat In fact, he we had six months
- 25:35Speaker 2: the judge get was six months after I to this attorney,
- 25:39Speaker 2: after my first attorney died, and he didn't start looking
- 25:42Speaker 2: at my things until two weeks before my taw two
- 25:47Speaker 2: weeks when you told me that, and that when we
- 25:49Speaker 2: started listening prior to that is this is paralegal looking
- 25:54Speaker 2: over So that's my traw, my my name. We can't
- 26:01Speaker 2: follow me, but lub to the point where the whole everybody,
- 26:08Speaker 2: the dad, the judge, audience, Jeri, everybody came wood. He
- 26:13Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I mean mister Woods. He came down to
- 26:16Speaker 2: my knee. And as far as what we were going
- 26:21Speaker 2: about on the pieces of guns, like I said on
- 26:26Speaker 2: the last show, they brought in that forty five that
- 26:30Speaker 2: was out in my house, there was forty five. They
- 26:34Speaker 2: they didn't understand that it was excluded from the murder.
- 26:39Speaker 2: And later on they bring in him back for the
- 26:42Speaker 2: guns and all these these pieces of guns. There's no barrel,
- 26:47Speaker 2: there's no fire he can there's the far rusted and
- 26:52Speaker 2: they just pointed that bag and they're like, I want
- 26:55Speaker 2: to those murder rooks. But bearing my entire saw, they
- 26:59Speaker 2: never meant through house.
- 27:03Speaker 10: All.
- 27:04Speaker 2: They keep talking about its count in my house.
- 27:10Speaker 9: If they ain't got the murder.
- 27:13Speaker 10: You know, you know this, this.
- 27:24Speaker 8: Sebastian, My heart, my heart goes out to you. You
- 27:32Speaker 8: you went't served in the when overseas and you fought
- 27:35Speaker 8: in the war and you come back now you fighting
- 27:38Speaker 8: this injustice. And I'm just sitting here and I'm listening
- 27:44Speaker 8: to how the railroaded you. How they actually let the
- 27:50Speaker 8: person that actually committed the crime probably served what about
- 27:57Speaker 8: three years for all years and give you a gonna
- 28:00Speaker 8: give you fifty five years?
- 28:07Speaker 2: Why did I have released?
- 28:12Speaker 9: Where's the justice? You tell me? Either?
- 28:17Speaker 8: I know well, I know your your your your defense lawyer.
- 28:21Speaker 8: He was sleep because he let too much stuff slide.
- 28:25Speaker 8: Because I'm just sitting here and I know I would
- 28:27Speaker 8: have if I was a lawyer or something that I
- 28:31Speaker 8: would have raised them questions like why did they destroy
- 28:35Speaker 8: the video camera? Why they didn't bring that in to
- 28:38Speaker 8: clear your name? What about the slim card? What about
- 28:41Speaker 8: the DNA on the woman's DNA on the victim's phone?
- 28:46Speaker 9: What you can't test the test? No broken pieces of gun.
- 28:52Speaker 7: I know that.
- 28:54Speaker 8: And if the forty five was an exclusive from the
- 28:58Speaker 8: murder wrapping, then you shouldn't even be sitting in there
- 29:02Speaker 8: because it does. Does they have nothing to tie you
- 29:06Speaker 8: into this? No phone records, no DNA, no nothing.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Okay, And I'm way in for a minute, man, for
- 29:17Speaker 2: my mom. I'm to wait here, just for a second.
- 29:21Speaker 9: Good back down.
- 29:22Speaker 10: If we can get any information.
- 29:25Speaker 2: And going in the simen of the judge from the
- 29:28Speaker 2: father to allow him and the detective to go to
- 29:31Speaker 2: the bank and take Lester Schabastian money, then we can
- 29:35Speaker 2: tie the judge and dis corruption into town because mister
- 29:39Speaker 2: has been convicted for a drugs and the US have
- 29:43Speaker 2: my mouse to take all of his money, the property
- 29:46Speaker 2: and everything, and the judge allows him to go to
- 29:48Speaker 2: a jury for all and be convicted by a jury
- 29:51Speaker 2: which was a sham, knowing that the jury was gonna
- 29:54Speaker 2: find him Fulty, because between the attorneys who call him, uh,
- 29:59Speaker 2: somebody else's name, you know, didn't even know that this
- 30:02Speaker 2: is fine. He calls fine, somebody else's name is William
- 30:07Speaker 2: him but like them to get away with this man.
- 30:09Speaker 2: So my woeing is that if we combine that some
- 30:12Speaker 2: kind of way on how to get information from the
- 30:17Speaker 2: on whose times off for them to come and get
- 30:19Speaker 2: this information from the Bodice department on where all the
- 30:23Speaker 2: property went through and the complicated the vehicle, then we
- 30:26Speaker 2: can get to the bottom of this and show that
- 30:28Speaker 2: this is a dudicial operation. Man of the conspiracy SERMONI
- 30:32Speaker 2: from big people, that's for that.
- 30:40Speaker 9: And Sebastian.
- 30:44Speaker 10: That's right.
- 30:46Speaker 9: You want to you want to add to that.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, it's just just what he was saying
- 30:55Speaker 2: and all sent bad do them wrong. You don't trying
- 31:03Speaker 2: to rob me convict my friend said Bryant, because I
- 31:07Speaker 2: stood up, he said that he didn't do it, and
- 31:11Speaker 2: it made a doctor that's to me for I mean,
- 31:17Speaker 2: it was just like my first turn that I might
- 31:21Speaker 2: not have done it, but he wasn't looking anywhere else.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Why It's just like I said, why wasn't looking because
- 31:30Speaker 2: he wasn't even part of my face. But I could
- 31:34Speaker 2: to fall back after this.
- 31:37Speaker 8: Okay, can you take us? Okay, can you take me
- 31:43Speaker 8: to a commercial for trees please?
- 31:49Speaker 6: HM, turn off the legs. Then a candle.
- 32:15Speaker 3: Tonight, a man of amergint, let's take a shower.
- 32:27Speaker 2: Shower together.
- 32:31Speaker 3: I was a bundt. You must my dad some d
- 32:43Speaker 3: wealthy and say, Jay, just turn off. Come girl, I want.
- 33:04Speaker 5: To care of you.
- 33:05Speaker 3: What's a special treat? It's so sweet?
- 33:09Speaker 5: H turn.
- 33:17Speaker 8: Well, thank you and welcome back. That that kind of
- 33:22Speaker 8: calmed me down after hearing what I just heard. That
- 33:27Speaker 8: was one of our host Black Diamonds.
- 33:29Speaker 9: She has a free call from a business with candles.
- 33:36Speaker 2: So if you guys want this.
- 33:40Speaker 7: Object to monitoring to accept us free call, give me
- 33:43Speaker 7: one to reduce this free call.
- 33:45Speaker 9: To accept us.
- 33:46Speaker 7: Thank you for using to cure us. You may start
- 33:49Speaker 7: the conversation.
- 33:50Speaker 9: If you guys would like to.
- 33:53Speaker 8: Purchase candles or pillows or whatever, call on her website.
- 34:00Speaker 8: Hopefully Shell post her website so you guys can see it.
- 34:03Speaker 8: I have Sebastian back with me and I am hooking
- 34:09Speaker 8: up Cornell as well. You know, every time I hear
- 34:19Speaker 8: someone come on here and they talk about their case,
- 34:22Speaker 8: their story never change. And the more I hear, the
- 34:27Speaker 8: more I learn, the more my stomach got upset and
- 34:34Speaker 8: my head just hurts.
- 34:36Speaker 9: And for him to be.
- 34:38Speaker 8: A military vet, to go away to serve his country
- 34:43Speaker 8: and to come back and have to fight for his
- 34:46Speaker 8: freedom for something that he didn't do is not fair.
- 34:53Speaker 8: You have a corrupt.
- 34:55Speaker 9: System over there in Texas.
- 34:57Speaker 8: Like I stated the last time, when you have three
- 35:02Speaker 8: thousand to nine thousand men and women that are currently
- 35:09Speaker 8: in the system wrongfully convicted in the state of Texas.
- 35:14Speaker 9: Something is going on.
- 35:17Speaker 8: And I believe that the Justice Department and whoever else
- 35:22Speaker 8: need to take a look into this because you shouldn't
- 35:26Speaker 8: have that many people over there wrongfully convicted. And right
- 35:31Speaker 8: now we have Sebastian, we have James Legate, Cornell, Drummond,
- 35:41Speaker 8: the Kendrick.
- 35:44Speaker 11: And Earl.
- 35:46Speaker 8: It's so many of them that I talked to that
- 35:48Speaker 8: called me throughout the day. I forget their names, but
- 35:52Speaker 8: I know their stories. Sebastian, welcome back, Cornell, welcome back.
- 35:59Speaker 8: Let's go ahead. Uh, I'm gonna give you guys the
- 36:03Speaker 8: floor because I'm trying to get this headache down.
- 36:07Speaker 2: OK. Well, mister well, I would like to go ahead
- 36:14Speaker 2: and allow you to go him complete your story, would
- 36:16Speaker 2: you continue to set up situation? So yes, And so
- 36:24Speaker 2: here's something we in the beginning, the very fut respect
- 36:29Speaker 2: that they go out. There was a guy fought the
- 36:36Speaker 2: name of the picture. I can't remember his last name,
- 36:40Speaker 2: but he was previously Cannas's boyfriend. And upon investigation, they
- 36:48Speaker 2: lived to this guy and they find out that the
- 36:53Speaker 2: previously her pride art dead. He stays at one time
- 36:57Speaker 2: when they were in the argument that if he couldn't
- 37:00Speaker 2: have her, and nobody else could and he didn't kill him,
- 37:05Speaker 2: and that's what said. And so they tell this guy
- 37:10Speaker 2: instead of arresting him, they tell the guy to not
- 37:13Speaker 2: leave town.
- 37:15Speaker 10: But what happens.
- 37:17Speaker 2: This guy goes out of town, not only out of town,
- 37:22Speaker 2: but across the borders with him and another chief. It
- 37:26Speaker 2: busted coming back across the borders with marijuana. Okay, when
- 37:33Speaker 2: this happened, they never go after the guy for evening,
- 37:37Speaker 2: like they told him to leave. You to suspect they didn't.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Can listen to the guy, they say, they put him
- 37:43Speaker 2: on my hand and he talks about her up and
- 37:48Speaker 2: he claims that he doesn't know Olie and the leaves
- 37:54Speaker 2: on the hand playing that he doesn't know victims, but
- 37:58Speaker 2: I know, okay fired both of them were hanging here
- 38:03Speaker 2: up the button and they never admitted and it never
- 38:09Speaker 2: comes up.
- 38:12Speaker 10: Okay, So I.
- 38:15Speaker 2: Do indicated Lester Sebastian that that was other effects the
- 38:18Speaker 2: death of the victim and that no one could the
- 38:21Speaker 2: investigated the defect.
- 38:23Speaker 10: Is that's what you act?
- 38:23Speaker 2: What you're saying some yes, sir h when you go
- 38:28Speaker 2: in the on my paperwork, it has the letter C
- 38:35Speaker 2: next to next to my ideas, there is a number
- 38:38Speaker 2: for the start of my case number and that that
- 38:43Speaker 2: state said I wasn't the fimary justice. That state there
- 38:49Speaker 2: was not one, but two others fimary cults inspired us
- 38:53Speaker 2: far the community. Okay, and you hit.
- 39:05Speaker 9: Again?
- 39:06Speaker 2: Did you bring this up? Did you bring your changing
- 39:10Speaker 2: about the other suspects? And did the investigate? Yes, I
- 39:15Speaker 2: mean he was aware, he was aware of the other suspects,
- 39:19Speaker 2: and he he doesn't do anything. He just letn't hit
- 39:23Speaker 2: up there and talk doesn't rely to tap too much.
- 39:27Speaker 2: I I didn't know until later on did did the
- 39:32Speaker 2: letter see what it's good forward next to my my
- 39:35Speaker 2: case number was said I was like the third, the
- 39:39Speaker 2: third the substrict they had already had two pri.
- 39:46Speaker 9: So can I answer this question?
- 39:50Speaker 7: Right?
- 39:50Speaker 9: We so just ma'am, come on, so technically you was
- 39:55Speaker 9: a co defendant.
- 39:59Speaker 2: No, they never are anything. They told well theyful and
- 40:12Speaker 2: told coop believe and he lis and this brings in
- 40:16Speaker 2: the whole other person and then he then he the
- 40:18Speaker 2: serve and he doesn't know my co dependent and my
- 40:21Speaker 2: co dependent plans out the lot him, but are hanging
- 40:24Speaker 2: out prior to this, how my little sugar?
- 40:31Speaker 10: Yeah, okase, missus best.
- 40:35Speaker 2: So really in your case, you you actually classified as.
- 40:39Speaker 10: The primary actor.
- 40:40Speaker 2: But according to the investigation, they dependent. Yes. There once
- 40:50Speaker 2: they got the found out about men, they said my name,
- 40:55Speaker 2: and then so we said my name, petendant, doctors and
- 41:00Speaker 2: study coming after there wasn't He didn't care about anything else.
- 41:04Speaker 2: He didn't care about Victor leaving. He didn't care about
- 41:09Speaker 2: anything else except for finally getting convicted because he was
- 41:13Speaker 2: still messed up from the previous case years ago. So
- 41:25Speaker 2: talk that he couldn't get you, you know, a murder
- 41:29Speaker 2: case of uh somebody else that you know you have
- 41:34Speaker 2: h That was yes, yes, sir, that's exactly what I'm saying. Intact,
- 41:42Speaker 2: like I stated, when I was being in questioned in
- 41:44Speaker 2: the lead detective got a doctors came in, and that
- 41:48Speaker 2: was the very first thing that can't from hist There
- 41:51Speaker 2: wasn't any how's it going on, I'm intendant doctor. He
- 41:55Speaker 2: didn't say none of that. He said, hey, it's the
- 41:57Speaker 2: best said the lost times I've seen it. I haven't
- 42:01Speaker 2: seen you since Brian. The thing may he said this.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Did he say anything, Yes, he tried to say he
- 42:15Speaker 2: told me all kinds of stuff, but he was trying
- 42:18Speaker 2: to say that it was because of me that my
- 42:20Speaker 2: friends said in jail on it that they were trying
- 42:23Speaker 2: to say he was innocing. And I said, you know,
- 42:25Speaker 2: it's because of me that you was found innocing. Y'all
- 42:28Speaker 2: were trying to say that he was kills you. That
- 42:31Speaker 2: was said that Brian, And it's part and part of
- 42:37Speaker 2: that's the time that I was telling you about about
- 42:43Speaker 2: the first detective it was questioning me and the sergeant Montolio.
- 42:49Speaker 2: I left out now the count word because I wasn't
- 42:54Speaker 2: a word that I can say them here.
- 42:55Speaker 9: I didn't.
- 42:56Speaker 2: I knew that we were lying everything. So it basically
- 42:59Speaker 2: ain't like to I told the story and he said,
- 43:05Speaker 2: you know what I think And I said, what's that, sir?
- 43:08Speaker 2: He said, I think that's your brother, fucking liars. And
- 43:11Speaker 2: I said, you know what, I'm not talking to you
- 43:14Speaker 2: anymore without my parents and my lawyer president. And I
- 43:18Speaker 2: tried to get up to leave, and he said to
- 43:20Speaker 2: the foot down, he ain't going nowhere. I'll tell you
- 43:23Speaker 2: you ain't got rights to put his hands on me,
- 43:26Speaker 2: pushing me back. And that was when I told you, Yeah,
- 43:32Speaker 2: the only way that I was able to leave out
- 43:34Speaker 2: of there that day. You're telling him that I would
- 43:37Speaker 2: take a lot of textatations. When I was there on
- 43:41Speaker 2: my own attil. I went to the sweep the farmer
- 43:43Speaker 2: on my own little field to try to help him
- 43:46Speaker 2: to get one story again. And that's how it did.
- 43:51Speaker 9: So he put hands on you, and he told you
- 43:54Speaker 9: that you didn't have no right to know lawyer.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Yes, the very thing he told me. So when I
- 44:04Speaker 2: found him, then that's when matter let me alone for
- 44:07Speaker 2: a little bit. They knew that he messed up. Now
- 44:12Speaker 2: later on he shows up. That's when he came as
- 44:15Speaker 2: an office. He tells me all kinds of okay. When
- 44:20Speaker 2: he's been coming afternoon, had someone ass and to the
- 44:24Speaker 2: point where I had to get turn. He's following me
- 44:28Speaker 2: at work, He's showing up, arrested me and over over
- 44:32Speaker 2: in traffic violation for a warrant. He's then he come
- 44:38Speaker 2: and he has he's doing everything, and I had to
- 44:41Speaker 2: go get a good spring. This is back when I
- 44:44Speaker 2: was like eight years old.
- 44:50Speaker 9: This is this is this is crazy. Goo ahead, come.
- 44:56Speaker 10: Here, question what is the to feel? What you prove
- 45:02Speaker 10: your answer, sir?
- 45:03Speaker 2: Is that any particular evidence that you need or you
- 45:06Speaker 2: feel that you need or we need to be obtained
- 45:09Speaker 2: in order to Is that anything that you can think
- 45:12Speaker 2: of that can prove your answer right now? Yes, I've
- 45:19Speaker 2: been trying, Like I've previously said, I've been trying to
- 45:25Speaker 2: get the Taste blog that's belog from everything that they
- 45:29Speaker 2: could so that I can call them that. And I've
- 45:33Speaker 2: also been trying to get it that any set seem
- 45:38Speaker 2: any thing that they've done from the DPS and love
- 45:41Speaker 2: it and also the credentials for this social ballistic says
- 45:47Speaker 2: for Jeffrey Brown, and I've been in a sense to
- 45:51Speaker 2: I haven't been able to do. So what what we
- 45:54Speaker 2: did was with the straw Goods and try to get
- 45:59Speaker 2: it for the point of attorney, because that's the only
- 46:01Speaker 2: way that they said that an attorney until the draw attorney.
- 46:06Speaker 2: She denied me, and then so we try to go
- 46:09Speaker 2: up on her to the Attorney general. And since then
- 46:13Speaker 2: I was on peace in twenty four and since then
- 46:18Speaker 2: I have rot to the part of that her and
- 46:23Speaker 2: I still get to hear to get any type of
- 46:26Speaker 2: response from this attorney general. They recuse me as I'm
- 46:30Speaker 2: trying to get them a whole little her position because
- 46:33Speaker 2: she don't want to do it because.
- 46:37Speaker 3: She did.
- 46:42Speaker 2: Okay, So actually another question, have you made any attempt
- 46:47Speaker 2: to contact any news reporters back when possibly go to
- 46:51Speaker 2: the county courthouse and act the drop court officues, I
- 46:55Speaker 2: was the logically possible not a man is sitting in
- 46:58Speaker 2: prison for a murder that he did not commit, and
- 47:01Speaker 2: I was allowed to be.
- 47:03Speaker 10: Possible that child or good has allowed for.
- 47:06Speaker 2: The County of Pictures to steal all of his money
- 47:08Speaker 2: for a drug he had never.
- 47:10Speaker 10: Been con picted.
- 47:11Speaker 2: After you, after you reached out to any newsy for them,
- 47:14Speaker 2: who can go.
- 47:14Speaker 10: And get the answers for you and your family.
- 47:20Speaker 2: I had my best friend, he tried to reach out
- 47:23Speaker 2: to Plunge and they basically gave them the run around
- 47:26Speaker 2: like they're scared. And other than that, I that's the
- 47:32Speaker 2: part of anybody who knows reported and that's where I'm at.
- 47:40Speaker 2: I mean, I still have a few more browns here.
- 47:42Speaker 2: I mean, for sure, let y'all let me could I
- 47:49Speaker 2: could I jump.
- 47:49Speaker 8: In real quick because I just see Uh. A comic
- 47:54Speaker 8: came up from Tisha Allen. She said that they was
- 47:59Speaker 8: offering they was offering people to let them off charges
- 48:05Speaker 8: if they were set him up. Is she referring to you, Keisha?
- 48:09Speaker 8: Are you referring to Sebastian? They was letting people off
- 48:13Speaker 8: if they gave them if they was trying to help
- 48:15Speaker 8: them set up Sebastian.
- 48:25Speaker 9: Did you did you hear what I just said, Sebastian.
- 48:29Speaker 8: I was trying to ask Kesha a question because she
- 48:33Speaker 8: had stated that they was letting people off of charges
- 48:38Speaker 8: if they helped.
- 48:39Speaker 9: Set him up. But I want to know who is
- 48:42Speaker 9: the him is to him Sebastian.
- 48:45Speaker 2: Yeah, they were trying to do that with everybody. Everybody understand,
- 48:53Speaker 2: and they were basically giving them bills to get up there.
- 48:58Speaker 2: I mean saying, oh, we can't fashion work or yeah
- 49:04Speaker 2: we her having and as far as you know, my
- 49:09Speaker 2: photo fended in the and the others that were so
- 49:12Speaker 2: and people that didn't want to coopertly. I got out
- 49:16Speaker 2: a friend by the name of Kenry Hender, and she
- 49:20Speaker 2: was just like, you know, she was content and we'll
- 49:23Speaker 2: she hed on because she won't live to you. They
- 49:29Speaker 2: planned her with the biggest amount of times. That's how
- 49:34Speaker 2: they were. They were refused to help them. Why to
- 49:39Speaker 2: give me in trouble?
- 49:41Speaker 10: They were slamming, wow, wow.
- 49:46Speaker 8: So you know what I was wondering because since they
- 49:51Speaker 8: didn't denying you an attorney to represent you, what about
- 50:02Speaker 8: like family members and friends start writing the the the
- 50:09Speaker 8: general attorney. What about if they start flooding their emails
- 50:15Speaker 8: and sending letters.
- 50:16Speaker 9: One they asking questions is why they're denying.
- 50:20Speaker 11: You because the gun forgive asked for me go ahead cornell?
- 50:34Speaker 2: Okay, uh? What can be done in that area? Because
- 50:38Speaker 2: the fact that this is a county in a city case,
- 50:41Speaker 2: the pity case, is part of the fact that they
- 50:44Speaker 2: from me at the state in the city right there,
- 50:47Speaker 2: the county of the even crime murderant. So if anybody
- 50:52Speaker 2: choose to help, they were big The fign of signature
- 50:56Speaker 2: petition to the city of pition which is a fitting
- 50:58Speaker 2: mayor to find to the to the police department still
- 51:02Speaker 2: have all this provacy that they have taken from mister
- 51:05Speaker 2: Seabaston and any court orders that will issued by any
- 51:09Speaker 2: cause allowing anybody to complicate his prophecy. We need a
- 51:13Speaker 2: stigmature position to bish mayor chief of police and anybody
- 51:17Speaker 2: in that area to be calling that set. With that
- 51:20Speaker 2: being said, but what we can do with that signature
- 51:23Speaker 2: petition and evident get out of st We can prove
- 51:26Speaker 2: that the judge of mister Shabathison's case is a corrupt
- 51:29Speaker 2: judge and she's allowing these people to take money from
- 51:33Speaker 2: these people and allowing the juris to convict these people
- 51:36Speaker 2: wrong for the from clients they did not commit. That's
- 51:39Speaker 2: what mister Jabasan case is involved around the fact that
- 51:42Speaker 2: they have complicated all his money out of a bank
- 51:45Speaker 2: account without him still convicted for a choir and now
- 51:49Speaker 2: he's sitting here in the prison system with a merdy
- 51:51Speaker 2: case that he didn't commit outset. That's so, now if
- 51:58Speaker 2: we can get a fignature petitions going in the fact
- 52:01Speaker 2: that question for any investigation about this taken any deal,
- 52:09Speaker 2: you gets your card and we can get to the
- 52:11Speaker 2: bottom and poove that mister Schebastian actually know for a
- 52:14Speaker 2: murderchant and he did not commit.
- 52:18Speaker 9: Okay, so we got eight minutes. Mister Sebastian.
- 52:24Speaker 8: I want to give you two minutes and then we're
- 52:27Speaker 8: gonna shoot back over to Cornell and then we're gonna
- 52:31Speaker 8: wrap it up. If we need to be to come
- 52:34Speaker 8: back to come up with a strategy how to get
- 52:39Speaker 8: them to give you the proper representation so you can
- 52:43Speaker 8: get your paperwork so it can move forward, so you
- 52:47Speaker 8: can come home.
- 52:52Speaker 9: We're gonna do it.
- 52:53Speaker 8: We're gonna put our heads together. We're gonna think of something.
- 52:56Speaker 8: Go ahead, mister Sebastian.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Okay, I want to give one more fact, and this
- 53:06Speaker 2: is important, diver. I saw all my attorney Joe Kilty
- 53:10Speaker 2: as my phote defends given police why he had canvas
- 53:15Speaker 2: of the woodship and play and he stayed on his hands.
- 53:21Speaker 2: He had her. He wanted to know why she had
- 53:26Speaker 2: his name in her mouth. He was questioning her about that.
- 53:30Speaker 2: He didn't simpify that he had her out there for me,
- 53:33Speaker 2: but for no other reasons others than he wanted his mouth.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Why she dadd had his name in her mouth why
- 53:42Speaker 2: she was talking about him. That's important because that gives
- 53:45Speaker 2: a whole other voter to this murdered other than what
- 53:49Speaker 2: they're trying to say. And my attorney did not did
- 53:53Speaker 2: not attack it, and in fact, for my brother brought
- 53:55Speaker 2: this up to my attorneys. My attorneys said he said
- 54:00Speaker 2: that my parent legal would have road but it's right
- 54:03Speaker 2: there in my answer. He gave a hard reason of
- 54:06Speaker 2: why he had and as is that what should be
- 54:10Speaker 2: like hold of the votives and I would just like
- 54:15Speaker 2: to thank everybody out there just listen then, thanks you
- 54:20Speaker 2: all your support. Thank you would missus Johnthan for everything
- 54:24Speaker 2: that you're going to try to help me.
- 54:27Speaker 10: You got left all.
- 54:30Speaker 9: Hold on right quick, Sebastian go ahead for now your
- 54:33Speaker 9: final thoughts.
- 54:36Speaker 2: I'm thanking them for having a meal on the night, ma'am,
- 54:39Speaker 2: and I appreciate the audience listening in uh. I would
- 54:42Speaker 2: like to reiterate what I was just speaking about for
- 54:45Speaker 2: anybody listening to this podcast tonight.
- 54:47Speaker 10: I would like to act for your petition.
- 54:50Speaker 2: To sign on.
- 54:51Speaker 10: I'll go to ted off just for Sebastian boys.
- 54:55Speaker 2: If you can do that, we would signed off to
- 54:58Speaker 2: the petition at tay be reopened or that he had
- 55:01Speaker 2: a new trial based upon the circumstantial evidence that he
- 55:04Speaker 2: has been convicted for a murdant that he did not commit,
- 55:07Speaker 2: and that we can get a Sitneys petition action for
- 55:10Speaker 2: the Court of Issus and the city county officials to
- 55:14Speaker 2: open up an investigation and Defensivoy's case about him confiscating
- 55:18Speaker 2: killing and robin mister Sebast of all of his p
- 55:22Speaker 2: poverty without a competition. You cannot have your property complicated
- 55:27Speaker 2: from you without compensation. Mister Shabbast has been legally robbed
- 55:32Speaker 2: by a court officus, detective criminal investigators and all of
- 55:36Speaker 2: his money stook from him for a crime he did
- 55:38Speaker 2: not commit and that trial case.
- 55:41Speaker 10: So now with that man said, I.
- 55:42Speaker 2: Would like to thank the audience and act y'all to
- 55:45Speaker 2: sign on to the signature petition for mister s mister,
- 55:49Speaker 2: and thank you very much for coming on tonight.
- 55:52Speaker 10: Thanks for listening in the Sabette.
- 55:54Speaker 8: Hold on, uh hold on for a minute. I would
- 55:58Speaker 8: like to thank stre for coming for coming on and
- 56:04Speaker 8: sharing his story. I'd like to thank my co host
- 56:07Speaker 8: as always Cornell, for joining in, and I would like
- 56:10Speaker 8: to thank the listening order for tuning in I get
- 56:16Speaker 8: so emotional when I hear stories like this, and especially
- 56:21Speaker 8: when they have evidence to back it up. You heard
- 56:27Speaker 8: mister Sebastian say how his defense attorney allowed things to slide.
- 56:35Speaker 8: I felt like he was sleep. He called him someone
- 56:41Speaker 8: else's name, So to me, he wasn't being representative one
- 56:48Speaker 8: hundred percent. They just gave He was just like shabby.
- 56:52Speaker 8: That's what I'm gonna call it what it is. He
- 56:54Speaker 8: was a shabby, defensive little defense attorney. If you're not
- 57:00Speaker 8: there is mine.
- 57:01Speaker 9: This is my opinion.
- 57:02Speaker 8: If you're not there to represent them men and women
- 57:07Speaker 8: as their lawyer, as defense, the law attorneys then go
- 57:12Speaker 8: find another feel to practice.
- 57:15Speaker 9: In matter of fact, I don't even practice at.
- 57:17Speaker 8: All because this, I mean, it makes it upsets me
- 57:22Speaker 8: because when you go into feels like that, you go
- 57:27Speaker 8: in given your alle not going in there doing some
- 57:31Speaker 8: shabby stuff or being try to help the prosecution just
- 57:38Speaker 8: to get a conviction. That ain't what it's about you.
- 57:42Speaker 8: You got men and women that's in there wrongfully convicted,
- 57:45Speaker 8: and that really hurts that. Really, I mean, it bothers me.
- 57:52Speaker 8: We got DNA and he got DNA evidence on a
- 57:56Speaker 8: phone that's connected to some a fee email that they
- 58:00Speaker 8: didn't test his DNA is not nowhere on it.
- 58:05Speaker 9: They got broken pieces of gun that they couldn't test
- 58:09Speaker 9: because there's no fire PN in there. So why why
- 58:13Speaker 9: was that in court? The forty five is not the
- 58:15Speaker 9: murder victor the murder weapon.
- 58:18Speaker 2: They got.
- 58:21Speaker 9: Video, They had video tape that.
- 58:24Speaker 8: Was destroyed that was clearly dezonerated mister Sebastian.
- 58:30Speaker 9: The list goes on and on. Wow, I have a
- 58:33Speaker 9: headache this evening. He went away.
- 58:38Speaker 8: I can't I'm going to keep saying this over and over.
- 58:42Speaker 8: He went away while we was able to sleep at night,
- 58:47Speaker 8: rest go about our day. He's over in a whole
- 58:50Speaker 8: nother country, fighting on our behalf.
- 58:55Speaker 9: On our behalf. Then he comes back and now he
- 59:00Speaker 9: got a fight for his freedom.
- 59:04Speaker 8: I believe that we need to stand behind mister Sebastian.
- 59:12Speaker 8: We need to stand behind him because he put his
- 59:16Speaker 8: life on the line, so we can't sleep at night.
- 59:22Speaker 8: So whatever he asked, well, because we want to stand
- 59:31Speaker 8: with him. I'm gonna put up information and we need
- 59:34Speaker 8: to write letters and we need to sign petitions. We
- 59:40Speaker 8: need to do it because that is our civil due
- 59:44Speaker 8: diligence towards him. Because he went over there and thought
- 59:47Speaker 8: he served while we slept. I don't care how you
- 59:50Speaker 8: guys feel, but that's my opinion. You can send me
- 59:55Speaker 8: anything you want to send me that you don't care,
- 59:58Speaker 8: and my voice is shake you at least something you
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: using my voice. Almost cussed right there. At least I'm
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: using my voice. Let me go on to end this life.
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: I love you guys.
- 1:00:11Speaker 8: Remember, drink your water and stay in your laney, especially
- 1:00:17Speaker 8: if you don't have nothing nice to say. I'll see
- 1:00:20Speaker 8: you next Monday. Have a good evening, love you and
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: be blessed.
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: Oh, all things ain't what they used to.
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: We did.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: All the blue sky's all as from the Lord something.
- 1:00:47Speaker 5: Whoa ursay. All things ain't what they used to know.
