- 0:00Speaker 1: This is seven.
- 0:03Speaker 2: R boy, the Mark Simoon Show starts.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Now.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Hey, it's another beautiful, hot, sunny day. Enjoy it because
- 0:12Speaker 2: then it's gonna get cloudy. It's going to rain for
- 0:14Speaker 2: the whole You know, this is not the first time.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Every Memorial Day weekend last few years. Weather's been bad,
- 0:20Speaker 2: rainy Memorial Day weekends for many years now. But it's
- 0:24Speaker 2: gonna be a beautiful, hot day to day. So we
- 0:26Speaker 2: got a lot to get to. Huge, huge victory last
- 0:30Speaker 2: night for President Trump, thirty seven to nothing. We'll get
- 0:33Speaker 2: to that. Let's give you the latest on Iran. We'll
- 0:36Speaker 2: get to the Colbert funeral which is taking place this
- 0:40Speaker 2: week for his show, The Colbert Show Funeral. We'll get
- 0:43Speaker 2: to Hey, you see those hearings yesterday. These Democrats, they
- 0:45Speaker 2: are good at those hearings. Boy, they just beat up
- 0:48Speaker 2: and slap around every win. And we'll get to that. Hey,
- 0:51Speaker 2: Barney Frank, just we just got the news. Barney Frank
- 0:54Speaker 2: has died. Eighty six years old. Been very ill for
- 0:57Speaker 2: a long time, was in hospice for last few months.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Barney Frank eighty six years old. He was quite the angry,
- 1:05Speaker 2: yelling and screaming far left liberal for his time. If
- 1:10Speaker 2: you brought him back today, he'd looked like a moderate
- 1:12Speaker 2: compared to these Democrats. But we'll let's take a look
- 1:15Speaker 2: at him a little later on. So the President had
- 1:20Speaker 2: a big, big, big, big night. A lot of people
- 1:24Speaker 2: that he endorsed last night, surprising ones against incumbents, against big,
- 1:29Speaker 2: big incumbents like corn And this has been going on, Cassidy,
- 1:33Speaker 2: Massy corn. And he went against these big incumbents because
- 1:36Speaker 2: many of them, although Republicans got very anti Trump, they
- 1:41Speaker 2: were voting against him, stabbing in the back on all
- 1:45Speaker 2: kinds of things. So he endorsed the opponent, and in
- 1:48Speaker 2: every single case, his endorsement carried the opponent to a
- 1:53Speaker 2: big victory over the incumbent. Thirty seven victories last night,
- 1:58Speaker 2: zero losses for the president. Now they'll tell you, of
- 2:02Speaker 2: course that he had no coattails. He has endorsement and nothing.
- 2:06Speaker 2: They'll tell you this yesterday.
- 2:07Speaker 1: I don't know what.
- 2:07Speaker 2: I didn't get to see too much Morning Joe today,
- 2:09Speaker 2: so I don't know what how they're spinning this. But
- 2:11Speaker 2: it was a big night. A lot of people who
- 2:14Speaker 2: needed to be tossed out got tossed out. Cornyn wasn't
- 2:17Speaker 2: the worst but he needed Cornyn was no help. Massy
- 2:22Speaker 2: was the worst. Massy a horrible, horrible, horrible guy, anti Semitic.
- 2:29Speaker 2: You know, it's one thing to be anti israel I.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Guess you could do that and not be anti Semitic.
- 2:34Speaker 2: But there's a line that Massy not only crossed, he
- 2:38Speaker 2: just leaped right over it. You know, even in his
- 2:41Speaker 2: concession speech, he couldn't help himself. It was one of
- 2:44Speaker 2: the dirtiest, ugliest concession speeches. He said, you know, I
- 2:49Speaker 2: tried to call my opponent, but I couldn't reach They
- 2:51Speaker 2: couldn't locate him in Jerusalem. Just this anti semitism of woman,
- 2:58Speaker 2: you know, really serious anti semitism talk, is you could
- 3:04Speaker 2: be anti Israel, but when you hear the line, you
- 3:07Speaker 2: don't cross. When they start telling you Jews run the bank,
- 3:10Speaker 2: Jews control the world, Jews control the banks, Israel controls that,
- 3:15Speaker 2: Jews control Hollywood. That's real anti semitism, and Massy was
- 3:19Speaker 2: guilty of that, as are many Democrats jellingots screaming the
- 3:22Speaker 2: Israel's controlling the president, the Jews controlled the president. First
- 3:25Speaker 2: of all, Donald Trump is not controllable by anybody. But
- 3:30Speaker 2: that's real anti Semitic talk when you hear that, and
- 3:32Speaker 2: that's the kind of stuff that came out of Massy.
- 3:34Speaker 2: So he needed to go ugly dirty sort of guy Cornin.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Not so bad, he's gone. Now these are big, big incumbents,
- 3:43Speaker 2: Cassidy and the rest, though some people I guess if
- 3:46Speaker 2: you try to spin it, if you're a Democrat, you
- 3:48Speaker 2: could say, well, this could be bad because now the
- 3:51Speaker 2: Republicans go into mid terms with lesser candidates, not the
- 3:54Speaker 2: big incumbents. But but if these big incumbents couldn't win
- 3:58Speaker 2: in their own Republican districts, where are they going to win?
- 4:01Speaker 2: So it's good that they're gone. Big night for the president. Hey,
- 4:05Speaker 2: when it comes to Iran, well he's said this is
- 4:10Speaker 2: the real deal. But he's telling everybody that we're about
- 4:12Speaker 2: to go. But he was asked to hold up. I
- 4:16Speaker 2: had made the decision, so they called up. They had
- 4:19Speaker 2: heard I made the decision.
- 4:20Speaker 4: He said, sir, could you give us a couple of
- 4:22Speaker 4: more days because we think they're being reasonable.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's it, they asked. You might say, who's they?
- 4:32Speaker 2: Who knows they? It's they? Okay, they asked, they called up.
- 4:36Speaker 2: They said, sir, so because of they, we're going to hold.
- 4:41Speaker 2: But it's okay, it's good. Listen. The more restraint the better. Apparently,
- 4:46Speaker 2: when we go back, it's going to be full faradle.
- 4:50Speaker 2: It's going to be vicious. It'll be two to three
- 4:53Speaker 2: weeks of attacks. They've had many, many weeks now to
- 4:57Speaker 2: pick out targets, and nobody is better at this than Israel.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Nobody has better intelligence on the ground than Israel. So
- 5:05Speaker 2: US Israel forces combined unbelievable. It'll be two to three weeks.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Have taken out a lot of stuff. Some of it
- 5:12Speaker 2: will be infrastructure, any infrastructure that could ever be used
- 5:15Speaker 2: for military purposes. Remember they took out that one bridge,
- 5:17Speaker 2: that huge bridge. It was primarily being used for military transfer.
- 5:21Speaker 2: That's where they took that out. So they'll be more
- 5:24Speaker 2: of that. They will just take away everything. Now, Iran
- 5:29Speaker 2: is threatening that if we go back to combat, they
- 5:34Speaker 2: will attack Middle Eastern countries oil facilities, Cutter Dubai, they'll
- 5:39Speaker 2: take out their oil facilities, and that course could shock
- 5:43Speaker 2: the oil prices in the oil market. But we have
- 5:47Speaker 2: let Iran know that if they do that, we will
- 5:51Speaker 2: take away carg Island, that's their entire oil facility, all
- 5:54Speaker 2: their oil refinery, everything is on carg Island. So they've
- 5:58Speaker 2: been told if they do any that we will carefully
- 6:01Speaker 2: systematically totally dismantle carg Island. It will be gone forever.
- 6:07Speaker 2: So we'll see where that goes. Now, it's possible, just possible,
- 6:13Speaker 2: in all of this combat, that could become in this
- 6:15Speaker 2: two to three weeks that we might go in and
- 6:18Speaker 2: take some of the nuclear material. It's mostly in nuclear dust.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Israel is pretty good at figuring out where it is.
- 6:25Speaker 2: The way they would get it, it would require ground
- 6:27Speaker 2: forces to go in quickly, but we've already done that twice.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Remember we've gone in twice with ground forces into Iran,
- 6:36Speaker 2: both times when we had to recover the pilots from
- 6:38Speaker 2: that plane that was down both times. And if you
- 6:42Speaker 2: have to get the nuclear material, the way they're going
- 6:44Speaker 2: to do that, they will set up a two mile
- 6:46Speaker 2: perimeter around it. That'll be known as the dead zone.
- 6:50Speaker 2: A two mile perimeter will be set up around it
- 6:53Speaker 2: and they will kill anything instantly that enters that perimeter.
- 6:57Speaker 2: And while that's going on, some special forces will go
- 7:01Speaker 2: in there and get the nuclear material. They know how
- 7:03Speaker 2: to dig it out. It's nuclear dust, they know how
- 7:05Speaker 2: to remove it. We've done this before. We did this
- 7:08Speaker 2: in Libya years ago when Kadafi gave up his nuclear material.
- 7:11Speaker 2: We've got special teams that know how to go in there,
- 7:14Speaker 2: get it out of the ground, store it properly, and
- 7:16Speaker 2: get it out of there. So that could be a
- 7:19Speaker 2: part of this. So hey, they had these hearings yesterday.
- 7:23Speaker 2: You got to give the Democrats credit. They're really good
- 7:25Speaker 2: at hearings. It's supposed to be questioning the witness, you questions.
- 7:31Speaker 2: They just call them names, yell at him, accuse him
- 7:33Speaker 2: of everything. They don't let him talk. If he tries
- 7:35Speaker 2: to answer, they talk right over him. If he tries
- 7:38Speaker 2: to come back at them, they start screaming for the chairman.
- 7:41Speaker 2: So they're really good at Republicans stink at hearings. They're
- 7:43Speaker 2: too quiet, gentlemanly. So Trump wants to set up this
- 7:49Speaker 2: fund one point eight billion dollars. It'll be a fund
- 7:52Speaker 2: that'll repay the victims of Biden and Merrick Garland's crazy
- 7:56Speaker 2: law fare. And there were many people who were targeted.
- 7:59Speaker 2: You know, Rogers Stone's a good example, did absolutely nothing wrong.
- 8:04Speaker 2: They did the most crazy arrest of him with hundreds
- 8:08Speaker 2: of forces on his lawn, guns bazookas tanks literally, and
- 8:12Speaker 2: then he did nothing wrong. Of course, he was going
- 8:14Speaker 2: to get acquitted once it got to a real court,
- 8:16Speaker 2: and he threw it all out. But in the meantime
- 8:18Speaker 2: they bankrupted him. They took his life savings, they took
- 8:20Speaker 2: his house, they took all his money, they took his cars,
- 8:23Speaker 2: they took everything and left him penniless. So that's what
- 8:27Speaker 2: this would be for people like that, people who were
- 8:30Speaker 2: targeted by Merrick Garland and Joe Biden. It would repay
- 8:33Speaker 2: their legal expenses, that sort of stuff. There might be
- 8:36Speaker 2: some January sixth people in there, because many of them
- 8:38Speaker 2: did nothing. They weren't even in the building, and they
- 8:41Speaker 2: got thrown in prison for eight years and bankrupted with
- 8:44Speaker 2: legal expenses. So then he got this Van holland he's
- 8:48Speaker 2: like the new Barney Frank, but worse, yelling and screaming
- 8:50Speaker 2: about it's not just a fun by the way, this
- 8:52Speaker 2: kind of fund. We've done this before many times. Obama
- 8:56Speaker 2: did the same thing. Obama sent up a fund to
- 8:59Speaker 2: repay people have been victimized by the government. It's done
- 9:01Speaker 2: all the time. But this is that democratic amnesia. So
- 9:05Speaker 2: they call it a slush fund and listened to this yesterday.
- 9:08Speaker 4: You created a one point eight billion dollar slush fund
- 9:12Speaker 4: to dole out taxpayer dollars to the president supporters, including
- 9:16Speaker 4: those who attacked this capital on January sixth. That is
- 9:20Speaker 4: pure theft of public funds.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Now, it could be a lot of them are Trump supporters,
- 9:29Speaker 2: but why would that be Because they were the ones targeted.
- 9:31Speaker 2: They were the ones Merrick Garland and Joe Biden went after.
- 9:34Speaker 2: They weren't targeting their own. So Todd Blanche and I
- 9:40Speaker 2: had to sit there and go through all this with
- 9:41Speaker 2: each of these senators.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Your announcement said that the fund will send you quarterly reports.
- 9:47Speaker 5: Will you commit to making these reports fully public so
- 9:50Speaker 5: Americans know who's getting taxpayer dollars out of this settlement fund?
- 9:54Speaker 5: This says they'll be confidential. This is Section four, part
- 9:57Speaker 5: E of the settlement Agreement.
- 9:59Speaker 6: The reason why I want to be careful of my
- 10:01Speaker 6: answer is because there's obviously laws that exist around privacy
- 10:04Speaker 6: that would.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Mine is Senator Cooons, he's too nice, he's kind of gentlemen.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Let's get back to Van Hollen. This guy's are real animals.
- 10:09Speaker 4: So you're not going to you're not going to submit
- 10:12Speaker 4: this proposal to any federal judge, or that there is
- 10:15Speaker 4: no judge, any independent authority.
- 10:17Speaker 6: That an independ What does that mean? An independent authority?
- 10:20Speaker 4: It means not somebody who's getting to pick five of
- 10:22Speaker 4: the members. Who is the president's former personal attorney. That
- 10:26Speaker 4: would be somebody who would be independent.
- 10:27Speaker 6: I'm the acting attorney general. Okay. The fact that I
- 10:30Speaker 6: used to be President Trump's lawyer is just a fact.
- 10:33Speaker 6: But I'm the acting attorney general. So don't say the
- 10:35Speaker 6: president's former personal lawyer will do something the acting attorney
- 10:38Speaker 6: general will do.
- 10:39Speaker 4: Sister Attorney General, you are acting today like the president.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Why I want to go to a federal judge. You've
- 10:48Speaker 2: see what these federal judges do. They're all crazy.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Can you commit to making the rules so that that
- 10:54Speaker 4: person is not eligible for a payout under this fund?
- 10:58Speaker 6: Well, you're obviously in your question because there's no way
- 11:02Speaker 6: that this person committed to that. But the slush fund,
- 11:05Speaker 6: as you call it, which is not didn't it? I'm sure,
- 11:07Speaker 6: but I can't commit mistir.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Terry General, don't ever do that again.
- 11:13Speaker 6: I am reporting what again?
- 11:14Speaker 4: He said? He said on the expectation that he hoped
- 11:17Speaker 4: to get some of the funds from a payout.
- 11:20Speaker 6: He's been you said up in the slush fund, Senator,
- 11:22Speaker 6: and that didn't exist.
- 11:23Speaker 2: When he said that, say this is Van Holly, he's
- 11:27Speaker 2: actually threatening the Attorney General. Don't ever do that again.
- 11:31Speaker 2: The hell are you going to do about? This guy
- 11:32Speaker 2: is the Attorney General of the United States. They were
- 11:34Speaker 2: also these hearings with Sean Duffy, nicest guy in the world,
- 11:37Speaker 2: Transportation Secretary. So they're all trying to beat him up.
- 11:41Speaker 2: But he did his homework. Kristin Gillibrand, who was always
- 11:44Speaker 2: hiding under the radar somewhere, but she tried to go
- 11:47Speaker 2: after him for a conflict of interest, but then he
- 11:50Speaker 2: finds out she's taken seven million from that same conflict
- 11:53Speaker 2: of it. Uh So, all these Democrats, what are they're
- 11:56Speaker 2: accusing you of. Meantime, they took millions from the same thing.
- 11:59Speaker 7: You received seven million dollars in political contract from the
- 12:02Speaker 7: trail bar.
- 12:02Speaker 8: Honestly, this has nothing to do with members of Congress.
- 12:06Speaker 6: This has to do with.
- 12:06Speaker 9: The fact that you went on a paid vacation that
- 12:10Speaker 9: was paid by companies that you've oversee.
- 12:13Speaker 7: Seven million dollars. You have jurists, you have jurisdiction on
- 12:18Speaker 7: the trailbar.
- 12:19Speaker 2: I don't know. If you receive seven million from them,
- 12:22Speaker 2: that's a pretty relevant You're not exactly conflict free there.
- 12:26Speaker 2: It is more a duffy.
- 12:28Speaker 5: If you give a million dollars, you get six VIP
- 12:31Speaker 5: invitations to receptions, you get to go to round tables,
- 12:34Speaker 5: you get to networking events.
- 12:35Speaker 7: Someone from someone from the healthcare industry gives you two
- 12:38Speaker 7: million dollars.
- 12:39Speaker 1: What do they get for it?
- 12:41Speaker 7: What do you do not oversee the your jurisdiction. I
- 12:45Speaker 7: do not have jurisdiction million dollars to put your face
- 12:49Speaker 7: on TV, to stay dinners, mister, secretary, vacations?
- 12:53Speaker 2: What you do?
- 12:54Speaker 6: Mister? Welcome to MUGA.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Welcome to drill.
- 12:58Speaker 6: Secretary? Are you going to drill to?
- 12:59Speaker 7: Do you want to support gas prices? I welcome that,
- 13:02Speaker 7: let's drill.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Duffy pretty good. Remember he's a former TV host,
- 13:06Speaker 2: TV debater, so he's pretty good at that. But it's
- 13:09Speaker 2: a good question. When you're the senator and the healthcare
- 13:12Speaker 2: company gives you two million, what do they get for it? Well,
- 13:15Speaker 2: they get plenty for it. You know, That's what these
- 13:18Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer types do. They're in that's their business. Donor
- 13:21Speaker 2: service donors write massive checks, millions of dollars at checks
- 13:27Speaker 2: to their packs, their political packs. And then what do
- 13:30Speaker 2: they get for it. They get the senator's cell number.
- 13:32Speaker 2: They can call any time they want. They can come
- 13:34Speaker 2: down and see them, talk to them on the phone.
- 13:36Speaker 2: They can get whatever they need. I need a regulation changed,
- 13:40Speaker 2: I need something in this department of the government. Can
- 13:42Speaker 2: you call them up? And that's what they do all day. No, no,
- 13:45Speaker 2: not every senator is a bad Schumer is famous for
- 13:48Speaker 2: donor service. That's why big Republican donors give to Schumer
- 13:51Speaker 2: all the time. And if you say why do you
- 13:53Speaker 2: keep giving to Schumer, they'll actually tell you I can
- 13:56Speaker 2: wake him up at three in the morning. They'll do
- 13:58Speaker 2: anything I need. That's the way it works. And that's
- 14:02Speaker 2: what that's what lobbyists do. You know, lobbyist has a
- 14:05Speaker 2: million of these donors. So if the lobbyist comes to
- 14:08Speaker 2: the center, I need this bill, I need this lawch
- 14:11Speaker 2: and okay, and it's done. Now what does the lobbyist
- 14:15Speaker 2: do for them? The senator will call the lobbyist, Hey,
- 14:17Speaker 2: for my election, I need five million by Tuesday, okay,
- 14:21Speaker 2: and he'll call ten donors and have him give five
- 14:23Speaker 2: hundred thousand each. You'll get you the five millions. Just
- 14:26Speaker 2: like that big night for the Knicks. They not only won,
- 14:30Speaker 2: but they were way behind, a big rally, a big comeback.
- 14:33Speaker 2: It was a great bull in that fourth quarter.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Groge gets pass hard and.
- 14:38Speaker 9: Gets inside the floors up and good Tayland Pudson once again.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Then it's a four point Nicklease. Well, it was a
- 14:46Speaker 2: good night for them. They well they call it the
- 14:47Speaker 2: miracle on the thirty third Street. Pretty good. The Knicks
- 14:52Speaker 2: not winning anything for years, suddenly unbelievable. Hey, we'll take
- 14:55Speaker 2: some calls. Next. Eight hundred three to two one zero
- 14:59Speaker 2: seven ten the number.
- 15:01Speaker 6: Here's more of the Mark Damon Show on wo R.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Hey, Yeah, let's ta can calls. Eight hundred three to
- 15:10Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten is the number. Let's go
- 15:12Speaker 2: to Robert and Westchester. Robert, how you doing.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark?
- 15:17Speaker 1: Fine? Thank you Mark.
- 15:18Speaker 3: I'm very happy for the president last night with all
- 15:20Speaker 3: of success, his addressement successes. That one fella Massy, Yeah,
- 15:25Speaker 3: what a troll he is what he said. I was
- 15:29Speaker 3: looking for my opponent, but I couldn't find him in
- 15:31Speaker 3: Tel Aviv. You can't even lose graciously. I mean, this
- 15:35Speaker 3: is why nobody voted for them, and who wants another
- 15:39Speaker 3: four years of a Biden administration. Every day is almost
- 15:43Speaker 3: like a pleasure to wake up to the things that happened.
- 15:46Speaker 3: I mean, granted the thing with Iran, but that that's
- 15:48Speaker 3: been a forty seven year Albatroz.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Yeah, No, definitely, and it'll be solid pretty soon. Yeah, Massy,
- 15:53Speaker 2: we'll get back to Massie a little later. Really bad guy,
- 15:56Speaker 2: really bad Anti Semi. Let's go to Joe and l
- 16:00Speaker 2: wood Park. Joe, how you doing good?
- 16:02Speaker 5: Only Mark im Ony Vincent, you forgot that Cash Buttel
- 16:05Speaker 5: cleaned Van Holland's clock.
- 16:07Speaker 10: Yeah, the other day with the with the drinking.
- 16:10Speaker 8: Yeah, kudos to Duffy, very good job.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Yeah, Duffy, you know TV guy, TV host, pretty good talker.
- 16:18Speaker 2: I like Cash Hotel's good FBI director, but he doesn't
- 16:20Speaker 2: look the part. You know. Trump always actually say from
- 16:23Speaker 2: Central Casting, if you're casting the IT guy, you might
- 16:26Speaker 2: cast cast Cash doesn't look like the FBI director. But
- 16:31Speaker 2: let's go to Rich and Myrtle Beach Rich, how you
- 16:33Speaker 2: doing Hey?
- 16:34Speaker 8: Thanks? Marko Suthing. You and I have spoken about over
- 16:37Speaker 8: the years, especially in election years, and I did on
- 16:39Speaker 8: my program for twenty five years, was to drain the swamp.
- 16:42Speaker 8: You can only do it in the primaries. You can
- 16:44Speaker 8: only get rid of the swamp or forty year old,
- 16:48Speaker 8: a forty year term guy in the primaries. And that's
- 16:51Speaker 8: how and Trump got himself a whole bunch of new
- 16:53Speaker 8: fighters in his cabinet that stand up to all these
- 16:55Speaker 8: questions and stuff. But that's how you drain the swamp.
- 16:58Speaker 8: You have to do the primary, only wait and get
- 17:01Speaker 8: rid of him.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Very good point, excellent point. That's that's where you do it.
- 17:04Speaker 2: And we'll get back to MASSI was the most expensive
- 17:07Speaker 2: primary race in history. We'll go over the details. Let's
- 17:10Speaker 2: go to Mike and Hawthorne. Mike, how you're doing good?
- 17:13Speaker 3: Mark Listen.
- 17:14Speaker 11: Wasn't Van Holland the same guy who had drinks with
- 17:16Speaker 11: the oh.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, he's the guy that flew down to wherever
- 17:20Speaker 2: the hell it was was a Columbia and he wanted
- 17:22Speaker 2: to get Yeah, he's the guy that flew down there,
- 17:26Speaker 2: remember the Maryland Dad, Uh, the illegal uh you know,
- 17:31Speaker 2: human trafficker they down there. Yeah, there was Van Holland
- 17:34Speaker 2: went down there and was seen having drinks by the pool.
- 17:37Speaker 2: With this illegal guy. Let's go to uh Mike in Florida. Mike,
- 17:41Speaker 2: how you doing, Good morning, Mark. That's Mike.
- 17:45Speaker 10: As you've been illustrating, the Democrats are very good. And
- 17:49Speaker 10: this is something that the Republicans don't understand, that the
- 17:51Speaker 10: process is the punishment. You know, the Republicans think that
- 17:55Speaker 10: they have to cross every T and dot every I
- 17:58Speaker 10: and put somebody in jail. Krats understand if you can
- 18:01Speaker 10: get a guy out in public and just go crap
- 18:04Speaker 10: on him for three hours and watch them answer questions
- 18:08Speaker 10: that are in name, Like, all of a sudden, Van
- 18:10Speaker 10: Hollins worried about taxpayer's money they're paying off Somali's you know, billions,
- 18:14Speaker 10: you know, you know dollars every day that are corrupt,
- 18:19Speaker 10: you know, learning centers. And they get it because you
- 18:23Speaker 10: said the Democrats get it. The Republicans just don't understand
- 18:26Speaker 10: how to play the game.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Well I don't. They don't play. The Democrats are great
- 18:29Speaker 2: at hearings. They get a witness, they just start punching them,
- 18:32Speaker 2: kicking them, slapping them, spinning all over. It's great for TV.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Republicans they're terrible at hearings. Nothing ever had nothing viral
- 18:39Speaker 2: from any Republican hearing. But I don't know, do you
- 18:41Speaker 2: want to play that game? Do you want to behave
- 18:43Speaker 2: like them?
- 18:44Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 18:45Speaker 12: It seems very effective sometimes with foot of Democrats. You know,
- 18:48Speaker 12: they get a million sound bites out of it. And
- 18:50Speaker 12: these guys and there's you know, there's poor Shawn Duffy
- 18:52Speaker 12: as good as he is, you know, he's he's getting
- 18:55Speaker 12: like the you know, the crap knocked out of them
- 18:58Speaker 12: by some lightweight, you know, cursed and Jill brand.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Yeah, but you also have to remember, Jeffrey, Remember if Republicans,
- 19:07Speaker 2: if Republicans tried that game, they wouldn't get the coverage. You remember,
- 19:09Speaker 2: the media is waiting to cooperate and partner with the
- 19:12Speaker 2: Democrats and run the clips. All right, thanks for calling, Michael.
- 19:16Speaker 2: Let's go to Gary and Hyde Park. Gary, how you doing, Good.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Morning, Mark.
- 19:20Speaker 8: Remember a few years ago when Senator Jillibrand admitted to
- 19:23Speaker 8: sleeping with a rifle under her bed.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know if she did. I think she
- 19:28Speaker 2: was trying to.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Rumor has it now she sleeps with a cash register
- 19:31Speaker 3: under her bed?
- 19:32Speaker 8: Oh?
- 19:32Speaker 2: There you go, very good. Okay, thanks for calling. Yeah,
- 19:36Speaker 2: could be you know that whole rifle stuff. And she
- 19:40Speaker 2: was a big gun. I think that was too. That
- 19:42Speaker 2: was the way the wind was blowing then, and that's
- 19:44Speaker 2: why she said that stuff. She's a very shumer a Jilibrand.
- 19:50Speaker 2: That's kind of a partnership there. They both cooperate. Schumer
- 19:54Speaker 2: is just a cash machine, just donor service around the clock.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Jilibrand is good, pretty good that too. And you'll notice
- 20:01Speaker 2: she stays very quiet. She hides under the radar. You'll
- 20:06Speaker 2: never seere because you can get a lot more done
- 20:08Speaker 2: that way. Let's go to Joe and Nutley. Joe, how
- 20:11Speaker 2: you doing?
- 20:13Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 20:13Speaker 11: Mark, Hell are you? I just want to give a
- 20:16Speaker 11: quick example of how the fake news could really fool people,
- 20:20Speaker 11: even intelligent people.
- 20:22Speaker 2: My uh.
- 20:23Speaker 11: I went with my brother.
- 20:25Speaker 2: In Hey wait, wait, where's the quick part? You said?
- 20:27Speaker 1: Quick?
- 20:28Speaker 11: Oh, okay, I'll be quick. Anyway, my brother was telling
- 20:33Speaker 11: me the new Donald Trump golf golf course, the new
- 20:36Speaker 11: airport in Florida, that the Trump family is getting royalties
- 20:42Speaker 11: from this. This is I'm like, no, that's impossible, So
- 20:45Speaker 11: I quick google eyed it.
- 20:46Speaker 2: No, No, they don't get any royalties from the airport.
- 20:49Speaker 11: I know you know what the google a I said
- 20:52Speaker 11: that he doesn't get royalties direct from the airport, doesn't.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Get anything from the airport. Nobody gets royalties from any airport. Why.
- 20:59Speaker 11: Yeah, But this is why I keep telling you.
- 21:03Speaker 2: You got liberal, crazy Trump hating friends. Don't argue, don't engage,
- 21:08Speaker 2: don't talk to them. There's nothing you can tell them,
- 21:10Speaker 2: nothing you can show.
- 21:10Speaker 11: You misleading news stories, I understand.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Don't talk to them. Change the subject. There's nothing you
- 21:17Speaker 2: can do. It's a cult, it's brainwashing. There's nothing you
- 21:21Speaker 2: can do.
- 21:22Speaker 11: Yeah, I hear you. It's just amazing.
- 21:25Speaker 2: No, there's nothing you can do. Don't argue with them,
- 21:27Speaker 2: just agree if you have to. Yeah, you're right, terrible anyway,
- 21:29Speaker 2: and then change the subject. Nothing you can tell them.
- 21:32Speaker 2: You could give them all the documents, all the proof,
- 21:35Speaker 2: you could go into a court of law, and they
- 21:36Speaker 2: don't care. They'll go right back to whatever they were saying.
- 21:39Speaker 2: And that's the kind of stuff you see an end viewer,
- 21:41Speaker 2: a Morning Joe viewer, New York Times reader, you get
- 21:44Speaker 2: all that misleading crap about getting a royalty for the airport. Hey,
- 21:48Speaker 2: in two months, the Palm Beach Airport becomes Donald J.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Trump International Airport. Airport symbol will be DJT, and it'll
- 22:00Speaker 2: be pretty amazing watching these liberals because many of them
- 22:04Speaker 2: go to Palm Beach having to look at that name
- 22:07Speaker 2: all over the terminal, and then when they leave to
- 22:10Speaker 2: drive into Palm Beach, that street is now Donald J.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Trump Boulevard. It's gonna make them crazy. So it was
- 22:16Speaker 2: worth it just for that, just to ruin their trip. Anyway. Hey,
- 22:20Speaker 2: when we come back, Howie Carr, the great talk show host,
- 22:24Speaker 2: one of the most interesting guys. We'll talk to him
- 22:26Speaker 2: next on seven to ten WR No. Mark Simone show continues.
- 22:34Speaker 9: Well.
- 22:34Speaker 2: One of the best talk show hosts in America. Howie Carr.
- 22:37Speaker 2: You can hear him on iHeart. Just get the iHeart app.
- 22:40Speaker 2: You can get this podcast to show. You can get
- 22:42Speaker 2: all his great books. The latest book is Mass Corruption.
- 22:45Speaker 2: You can get everything at howiecarrsshow dot com. It's website,
- 22:49Speaker 2: howiecarshow dot com. Howie Carr, How you doing.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Pretty good? Mark? Pretty good? When do you think the
- 22:57Speaker 1: bombing is going to resume?
- 23:00Speaker 2: I'd say Saturday Friday?
- 23:04Speaker 9: Yeah, I don't you think it's gonna be pretty maybe
- 23:06Speaker 9: like after the stock market closes for for three days?
- 23:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, oh yeah, Okay, yeah, you're right, Friday,
- 23:13Speaker 2: Friday night, Friday night.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:16Speaker 9: I mean it seems like there seems like people are
- 23:18Speaker 9: you know, starting to you know, get a little concerned.
- 23:21Speaker 1: You know.
- 23:21Speaker 9: I sell this editorial in the New York Post and
- 23:24Speaker 9: Jack Keen, who's one of the retired general as one
- 23:27Speaker 9: of his big supporters on Fox, was saying, well, we're
- 23:29Speaker 9: six weeks into the two week cease fire, et cetera,
- 23:32Speaker 9: et cetera.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Seems like you know he's got to do something, doesn't he?
- 23:36Speaker 6: Oh?
- 23:37Speaker 2: Absolutely, yeah, No, Jack Keene has all kinds of targets
- 23:39Speaker 2: he want, apparently Israel and everybody. They've come up with
- 23:43Speaker 2: about two to three weeks of stuff to hit, so
- 23:45Speaker 2: it'll be pretty good. But you think two months from
- 23:49Speaker 2: now everything will be fine. Ran will be solved, right,
- 23:52Speaker 2: I hope?
- 23:53Speaker 8: So?
- 23:53Speaker 1: I well, you know what I think.
- 23:55Speaker 9: Don't you think that he wants it solved by the
- 23:58Speaker 9: two hundred and fiftieth Anniverse of Big Founding, the birthday
- 24:02Speaker 9: of America.
- 24:03Speaker 1: I mean, it's got it's got to be wrapped up
- 24:05Speaker 1: by that.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm sure it will be the Victor Brief. Uh,
- 24:09Speaker 2: don't Democrats ever learn? You know? When Trump looks like
- 24:12Speaker 2: he's in the middle of trouble and they're yelling and
- 24:13Speaker 2: screaming that tech. In the end, he always ends up
- 24:16Speaker 2: being right. He always ends up solving the problem, doesn't he.
- 24:19Speaker 9: Yeah, he does, he does. And the and the Democrats
- 24:22Speaker 9: just look crazier and crazier. How about this woman in
- 24:24Speaker 9: Texas that wants to put the Zionists in concentration camps?
- 24:29Speaker 1: Wow?
- 24:30Speaker 9: Talk about the you know, the the mask falling. Why
- 24:37Speaker 9: just put on a hood, you know, white white pillow
- 24:40Speaker 9: case and you know, just come out to go go
- 24:43Speaker 9: like the old days.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Burn across down there at Texas where she's running for office.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Good lord, they really are out of their minds. It's
- 24:51Speaker 1: just unbully, It's just horrible.
- 24:54Speaker 9: I had that guy Jonathan Alberton, Uh, you know, the
- 24:57Speaker 9: guy who you know, was talking about Trump derangements and
- 25:00Speaker 9: the psychotherapist on my show yesterday. Is these women outside
- 25:04Speaker 9: of Luigi's trial. I mean, this is like a mutation
- 25:08Speaker 9: of Trump derangement syndrome.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Right, It's like some kind.
- 25:11Speaker 9: Of crazy crazy. I mean, it's not a cancer, it's
- 25:14Speaker 9: a mental disease.
- 25:15Speaker 1: It just keeps mutating it to more and more awful variations.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Hey, a big night last night for President Trump, all
- 25:24Speaker 2: the people he endorsed, he was thirty seven and oh,
- 25:26Speaker 2: thirty seven victories. Pretty impressive, isn't it.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Yeah? It is, you know.
- 25:30Speaker 9: I mean and again I mean Massy going crazy saying
- 25:34Speaker 9: he couldn't reach his opponent because he's in Tel Aviv.
- 25:36Speaker 1: I mean, it's just.
- 25:37Speaker 9: He Trump brings out the worst in all of these people.
- 25:41Speaker 9: And you know, fifty five forty five, that's like, that's
- 25:44Speaker 9: like borderline landslide, you know, especially since he's been in
- 25:48Speaker 9: the House for what seven terms.
- 25:50Speaker 1: And you know, another one I.
- 25:51Speaker 9: Think that people haven't paid enough attention to is Brad
- 25:55Speaker 9: Raffitsberger in Georgia.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean finishing third.
- 25:59Speaker 9: I mean he, you know, that guy that was part
- 26:02Speaker 9: of the whole thing, you know, uh, the whole lie
- 26:06Speaker 9: about find the votes. And you know, his his top
- 26:09Speaker 9: aid was the one who who put all that bs
- 26:12Speaker 9: together and also violated the law by you know, recording
- 26:15Speaker 9: the recording the phone call in a two party stay
- 26:18Speaker 9: and you know, and he and you know, people just
- 26:21Speaker 9: you know, they haven't noticed that he that he went
- 26:24Speaker 9: down in flames finishing third like Cassidy did in Louisiana.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Now about CASI. What a what a? What a paragon
- 26:32Speaker 1: of virtue? He is?
- 26:34Speaker 9: He now he now wants to invoke the War Powers Act.
- 26:37Speaker 9: He loses the primary and totally flips Well, well, senator,
- 26:41Speaker 9: as long as it's nothing personal.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Hey, we got the word today. Barney Frank died at
- 26:49Speaker 2: age of eighty six. You know, you go back twenty years,
- 26:51Speaker 2: Barney Frank was the angry, screaming left wing. Today. He'd
- 26:55Speaker 2: be like a moderate in that party, wouldn't he.
- 26:58Speaker 9: Yeah, well he, I mean he said he said it
- 27:00Speaker 9: at the at the very end, you know, that he
- 27:02Speaker 9: that that, you know, that this was not the way
- 27:05Speaker 9: to go, and that they weren't going to win any
- 27:07Speaker 9: elections this way. And yeah, you're right, I mean he was.
- 27:12Speaker 9: He was really an odd character. I mean, you know,
- 27:16Speaker 9: for for as nutty as he was he was, he
- 27:19Speaker 9: was really a a witty guy in his own way.
- 27:23Speaker 9: And I knew him at the you know, at city
- 27:25Speaker 9: Hall in the state House.
- 27:26Speaker 3: Uh.
- 27:27Speaker 1: And you know, he had he had many, many great lines.
- 27:29Speaker 1: He had. One of his lives was, uh, the the
- 27:34Speaker 1: he said that they're too bad. Things can happen to you.
- 27:38Speaker 9: If you run for Boston City Council number one, you
- 27:40Speaker 9: could lose number two, you could win. And he also
- 27:44Speaker 9: and he also said he learned something from the hot
- 27:47Speaker 9: Bottom scandal. He said, he said, your core constituency is
- 27:50Speaker 9: not the people who are with you when you're right.
- 27:54Speaker 9: Your core constituency of the people who are with you
- 27:56Speaker 9: when you're wrong.
- 27:59Speaker 1: And that's it's so true. You know, he was.
- 28:03Speaker 9: I don't know he you know, he he he used
- 28:06Speaker 9: to He used to yell at me. He yelled at
- 28:09Speaker 9: everybody who disagreed with him. But you know, he compared
- 28:12Speaker 9: to the other guy and the other gay guy in
- 28:13Speaker 9: the Massachusetts delegation, Gary Studds, the one who was raping
- 28:17Speaker 9: underage boys on the junkets too uh junkets to Spain,
- 28:22Speaker 9: you know, he was.
- 28:22Speaker 1: He was one of the nature's noblemen. I guess I
- 28:25Speaker 1: would say.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Well, hey, Howie Carr, you're a Palm Beach guy. They're
- 28:29Speaker 2: going to rename the airport in July. It becomes Donald J.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Trump International Airport. Isn't that great for liberals that have
- 28:35Speaker 2: to fly there? Won't that be torture for them?
- 28:38Speaker 1: They get used to it, though, they got they got used.
- 28:41Speaker 9: They've got used to Reagan International, right, this is but yeah,
- 28:44Speaker 9: You're right, this is this is worse for them.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess they.
- 28:48Speaker 9: Well they you know, the the Fort Lauderdale Airport is
- 28:51Speaker 9: already kind of overcrowded, but maybe some of them will
- 28:53Speaker 9: start flying from there anyway to Trump.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Yeah, Trump Airport. You gotta go down Donald J. Trump
- 29:02Speaker 2: Boulevard to get to the island.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Right, that's right.
- 29:05Speaker 9: Southern Yeah, Southern Boulevard is being everyone's still okay. It's
- 29:08Speaker 9: one of those things there, you know, everybody, you know,
- 29:10Speaker 9: for twenty years, everyone will still call it Southern Boulevard
- 29:13Speaker 9: and then it will kind of fade away and it
- 29:14Speaker 9: will become Trump Boulevard, I guess, you know, but you see,
- 29:19Speaker 9: you know it's uh, it's it's really great that they're
- 29:22Speaker 9: that they're doing doing these things for him too, because
- 29:25Speaker 9: it should be named after him, you know, I mean
- 29:27Speaker 9: he and again I think I've told you this before,
- 29:30Speaker 9: but you know, mar A Lago, if he hadn't have
- 29:33Speaker 9: bought the place from the town because the town owned
- 29:35Speaker 9: that she Marjorie Merriweather Post had given it to the town.
- 29:39Speaker 9: If he hadn't bought it, it would now be condos,
- 29:41Speaker 9: you know, just another another you know, three hundred condos,
- 29:45Speaker 9: you know, high rise overlooking the lake, Lake Warwick. I
- 29:49Speaker 9: mean he he really did the town a great historical service.
- 29:54Speaker 9: You know, He's right up there with Flagler, you know
- 29:57Speaker 9: in terms of you know, making the town better, I
- 30:00Speaker 9: think in terms of development, but no one will ever
- 30:02Speaker 9: admit it.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Yeah, if you go down to Florida, everything is named
- 30:05Speaker 2: Flagler or Meisner, whoever these two guys were.
- 30:08Speaker 9: Meiser was the architect, right, yeah, and Flagler was the guy.
- 30:12Speaker 9: Flagler was Rockefeller's partner who you know, first realized what
- 30:16Speaker 9: a great place it was and built the Florida East
- 30:18Speaker 9: Coast Railway there was, you know, brought everything down, including
- 30:22Speaker 9: all the rich people in their private private cars from
- 30:26Speaker 9: New York.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Hey, Alie Carr. If there were no term limits, Donald
- 30:31Speaker 2: Trump could win in twenty twenty eight, couldn't he?
- 30:35Speaker 9: Yeah? I did. That was my poll question a couple
- 30:37Speaker 9: of days ago, Mark I did. I asked the question
- 30:41Speaker 9: and I said, would you vote for for Trump for
- 30:43Speaker 9: a fourth for the fourth time? And I eighty five
- 30:46Speaker 9: percent of my listeners said yeah, they would.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I think they. I think I think it went again,
- 30:50Speaker 1: wouldn't he? Yeah?
- 30:52Speaker 2: And why? I just still don't understand why we have
- 30:54Speaker 2: term limits for Congress and not for for the president,
- 30:57Speaker 2: but not for Congress. What sense does that make?
- 31:00Speaker 9: I think people I think people got a in the
- 31:02Speaker 9: in the forties, people just said said, you know, Roosevelt
- 31:05Speaker 9: shouldn't have shouldn't have run all those times, especially the
- 31:08Speaker 9: last term when he was obviously dying, and that, you know,
- 31:11Speaker 9: the war was going on, so you know, don't change
- 31:14Speaker 9: horses in the middle of a stream. You know that
- 31:16Speaker 9: all that's saying from forty four and they just want
- 31:18Speaker 9: to make sure it never happened again. And it's it's
- 31:21Speaker 9: one of those things that it's probably not it probably
- 31:23Speaker 9: wasn't needed.
- 31:24Speaker 1: It's you know, it's it's like that.
- 31:26Speaker 2: You know.
- 31:26Speaker 9: You know what the most worthless amendment, though, of all
- 31:28Speaker 9: time is, is the twenty fifth Amendment. Did anyone ever
- 31:32Speaker 9: seriously think that that the members of the cabinet were
- 31:35Speaker 9: going to vote to remove their boss? I mean, ah,
- 31:39Speaker 9: that just goes against everything in human nature, doesn't it. Yeah?
- 31:42Speaker 2: And actually Biden was the ultimate test of that. If
- 31:46Speaker 2: it didn't kick in with him, it's never going to
- 31:48Speaker 2: kick in.
- 31:49Speaker 9: Right, And they never and they and all and now
- 31:51Speaker 9: all these guys that were in the cabinets. I never
- 31:53Speaker 9: saw the guy. I never saw, you know, because because
- 31:57Speaker 9: they couldn't put they couldn't put him out there. Yeah,
- 32:00Speaker 9: not even to the people he worked for. Yeah, So
- 32:04Speaker 9: it's I mean, it's just it's worthless sometimes. You Sometimes
- 32:07Speaker 9: they put in these amendments that aren't really necessary. Some
- 32:10Speaker 9: people just think that we never should have had an
- 32:12Speaker 9: amendment to allow the senator to be elected by the
- 32:15Speaker 9: by the by the vote of the people, that they
- 32:17Speaker 9: should have continued to be elected by the legislature.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Have you seen our legislature. I don't think so.
- 32:24Speaker 9: Yeah, I know, say, yeah, New York and Massachusetts have
- 32:27Speaker 9: the same problem with the legislature. It wouldn't it wouldn't
- 32:29Speaker 9: mean much. It's like the election of judges, you know.
- 32:32Speaker 9: I mean, it's it's a nice concept theoretically to elect judges,
- 32:35Speaker 9: but it really doesn't work out all that well.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Does it.

- 33:32Speaker 1: said it either dies.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a couple of years away. And you're right,
