- 0:00When you do not know which way to go, you can
- 0:02begin with prayer. You do not need to see the
- 0:05whole road before taking an honest step. Bring
- 0:09your decisions questions. Let us ask God for
- 0:13wisdom together. Heavenly Father, I come before
- 0:18you because I need direction. There are choices
- 0:22in front of me, and I do not want fear, pressure,
- 0:25or impatience to decide for me. Help me become
- 0:29quiet enough to consider what is true, and courageous
- 0:32enough to act on what I understand. You know
- 0:36the situation I am trying to navigate. You know
- 0:39the details I can explain, feelings. Help me
- 0:44look at both with honesty. Keep me from ignoring
- 0:47important facts, simply because I want a particular
- 0:50answer. Lord, teach me to distinguish urgency
- 0:56from importance. Some voices are loud, but they
- 1:00do not deserve control over my choices. Help
- 1:03me make room to think, ask useful questions,
- 1:08and seek advice before making a commitment. I
- 1:11do not fully understand. When an opportunity
- 1:16appears, give me discernment. Help me consider
- 1:20what it asks of my time, my character, and my
- 1:24responsibilities. Let me recognize the difference
- 1:27between something that looks impressed and something
- 1:31that fits the line. I am called. Father, I bring
- 1:39you the fear of choosing wrongly. Sometimes I
- 1:43wait, because I believe there must be a way to
- 1:47remove every uncertainty. Help me accept a careful
- 1:53decision. and still involve her. Give me willingness
- 1:59to learn and adjust. Guide me toward people who
- 2:06offer wisdom without trying to control me. Help
- 2:11me listen to those who ask thoughtful questions
- 2:13and care about the consequences of my choice.
- 2:18Give me humility to hear an answer, but challenge
- 2:23what I hoped they would say. Lord Jesus, shape
- 2:29the motives beneath my decisions. If I am seeking
- 2:32approval more than integrity, help me recognize
- 2:36it. If envy is leading me towards something I
- 2:41do not truly want, bring me back to honesty.
- 2:48Teach me to choose what is good, even when it
- 2:51brings less attention. I pray the person facing
- 2:55a change in work, give them clarity, their skills,
- 3:03and the opportunities they can realistically
- 3:05pursue. Help them prepare carefully, ask questions,
- 3:11and recognize trustworthy support. Give them
- 3:14courage for the next practical step. For the
- 3:19person deciding how to care for a family member.
- 3:22I ask for patience and understanding. Help them
- 3:26gather the information and include the people
- 3:29affected. Keep them from believing they must
- 3:34carry every responsibility. Father, guide those
- 3:42making decisions about the health. Help them
- 3:45speak openly with qualified professionals. Understand
- 3:50their options and ask when something is unclear.
- 3:56Bless those offering care with attentiveness
- 3:59and compassion. Let each person be treated with
- 4:04dignity. I place my relationships before you.
- 4:10Help me see where a conversation is needed, where
- 4:14a promise must be honored, and where a boundary
- 4:18must be made clear. Give me the courage to be
- 4:23truthful with that quote, and the patience to
- 4:27listen, by that preterium defense. When I have
- 4:32hurt someone, guide me toward responsibility.
- 4:37Show me next honest action, instead of allowing
- 4:40me to hide good intentions. Help me apologize
- 4:45clear, repair what I can, and respect. Rebuilding
- 4:52trust may take time. Lord, protect me from making
- 4:56a permanent commitment only to escape a temporary
- 5:00feeling. When I am angry, tired, or afraid, help
- 5:09me pause, or pause as possible. Let rest and
- 5:16perspective have a place in my decisions. I pray
- 5:21for wisdom with the resources entrusted to me.
- 5:25Help me understand the cost of a choice before
- 5:28I accept it. Keep me from confusing a promise
- 5:33with evidence. Give me patience to compare our
- 5:39options and courage to walk away. for pressure.
- 5:48Father, help me recognize when I already know
- 5:53the next right step. Perhaps I need to make a
- 6:00code, complete a task, tell the truth. Give me
- 6:10strength to begin with that ordinary, echo -faithfulness.
- 6:19If a plan needs to change, we're becoming ashamed.
- 6:25Help me review, open with fairness. Let me learn
- 6:31from mistakes without deciding that my future's
- 6:33finished. Give me openness to the different path.
- 6:39On the first one, teach me to notice the effect.
- 6:47My choices have on us. Let me consider the proportions.
- 7:00Let me make decisions with the kind As I leave
- 7:08the square, I take the day.
