- 0:05Speaker 1: No, Yeah, good morning, thanks to Chemist to Warehouse, your
- 0:08Speaker 1: number one hit music station. Brooklyn, Georgie, Georgie here and
- 0:14Speaker 1: six o'clock. How are you doing? Because Brooklyn and I said,
- 0:18Speaker 1: we're not going to watch Origin, We're going to go
- 0:19Speaker 1: to bed. You're a boot sports fan, you'll watch any sport. Yeah,
- 0:23Speaker 1: so you stayed up till what time last night?
- 0:25Speaker 2: I was probably up till midnight midnight last night, midnight
- 0:29Speaker 2: last night. It had it is because I had to
- 0:31Speaker 2: watch all of the postgame analysis and while my sleep
- 0:34Speaker 2: pattern was defeated, so was my soul. My soul has
- 0:38Speaker 2: also been destroyed because Queensland did lose the opening State
- 0:41Speaker 2: of Origin. Very controversial send off. Should it have been
- 0:44Speaker 2: I've been a whole thing, but it was worth watching.
- 0:47Speaker 2: But I was too keyed up at the end of
- 0:48Speaker 2: the game, so I couldn't go to sleep.
- 0:49Speaker 1: That's the thing, run. You're a Queenslander if you don't know.
- 0:51Speaker 1: So Georgie really cares about Queensland winning. A sports fanatic.
- 0:56Speaker 1: So from what I understand, because I did. Literally I
- 0:58Speaker 1: went to bed at eight o'clock when they were starting it.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Yeah, things are looking good then.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Well yeah, so Queensland were up the whole time and
- 1:05Speaker 1: then New South Wales came from behind.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Yeah they did, They really did. They really did in
- 1:10Speaker 2: the last two minutes or something very quickly at the end.
- 1:13Speaker 1: All I know is I had a bet on with
- 1:15Speaker 1: my mates New South Wales to win one to twelve
- 1:18Speaker 1: New South Wales one one to twelve.
- 1:20Speaker 2: They did.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:21Speaker 4: So what do I get that with your mate? But
- 1:25Speaker 4: with your mate it's.
- 1:26Speaker 1: A mate's thing. Yeah, gambling, Yeah, I'm getting the gamble responsibly.
- 1:31Speaker 2: I got officers launching into the studio on the.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Screen right now. The sense is telling me.
- 1:37Speaker 5: Yeah, in Melbourne, no one cares about state of origin
- 1:41Speaker 5: than the rugby all.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Watching Shuttle seven last night in Melbourne, weren't you.
- 1:45Speaker 5: But in Melbourne last night at the high Point shopping center,
- 1:49Speaker 5: known for its stabbings, there was another stabbing.
- 1:52Speaker 4: Outside of Boids.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:54Speaker 5: Wow, poor guy knifed in the back and then the
- 1:57Speaker 5: gang just took off.
- 1:58Speaker 4: This is crazy.
- 1:59Speaker 2: It's really scary down there for a lot of people
- 2:02Speaker 2: at the moment because of everything that is happening with
- 2:05Speaker 2: the crime rate, the crime it's just absolutely spying.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Easy to get a knock stories.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Right, Well, they went and handed them all in at
- 2:13Speaker 4: the Amnesty.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, but it really was. Although when you think
- 2:17Speaker 1: about it, there's knives everywhere, Like in our kit you.
- 2:19Speaker 5: Can never I don't know how you ever stop knife
- 2:22Speaker 5: crime because every kitchen has got a knife.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Yeah. Like guns you can try and control, and we
- 2:26Speaker 1: did a pretty good job of that in this country,
- 2:28Speaker 1: but knives are pretty hard. Hey, Brooklyn, can you tell
- 2:31Speaker 1: us about these people that are trapped in a cave
- 2:34Speaker 1: in Followers? No, I haven't so just next to Thailand.
- 2:38Speaker 1: I've heard little bits of it, and we know that
- 2:40Speaker 1: five people died in a cave over in the mail
- 2:42Speaker 1: dives what last week?
- 2:44Speaker 2: I think last it was last week Balia as a
- 2:47Speaker 2: research team and they got stuck during a research dive
- 2:51Speaker 2: in a cave. I think it was like fifty meters
- 2:52Speaker 2: below or something like that. And then the rescue team,
- 2:54Speaker 2: one of those divers also died.
- 2:57Speaker 1: You know, I was reading about that one. They said
- 2:59Speaker 1: that they'd gone down the first of all, they were
- 3:00Speaker 1: too deep. I mean, I can't imagine going fifty meters below.
- 3:03Speaker 1: That's too much for me. And they went into a
- 3:05Speaker 1: cave and then they went into another cave and what
- 3:08Speaker 1: happened was they couldn't find their way out of that
- 3:11Speaker 1: next cave that they went into because the water had
- 3:13Speaker 1: gone all murky by the sand and they'd kicked up
- 3:16Speaker 1: with their flippers. Can you just imagine horrific being caught
- 3:19Speaker 1: in a cave, not being able to find your way out, panicking,
- 3:24Speaker 1: knowing that you were about to run out of air,
- 3:26Speaker 1: that feeling.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Oh, it's the ultimate horror movie.
- 3:30Speaker 4: But this is much better news in Laos.
- 3:32Speaker 5: So there were seven down this old gold mine and
- 3:37Speaker 5: the same crew that saved all those people in Thailand
- 3:41Speaker 5: years ago. Yeah, so that same crew has gone to
- 3:44Speaker 5: this LuSE cave to find these guys and they've just
- 3:47Speaker 5: overnight found five of them alive. They were all crying
- 3:52Speaker 5: and so happy. There's still too that they haven't found yet,
- 3:55Speaker 5: so they'll keep looking for them. But they have to
- 3:58Speaker 5: get them out now. So that's all so part of
- 4:00Speaker 5: their Yeah, like I did with the Thai kids. Yeah,
- 4:02Speaker 5: where they had to swim them out.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I don't know, you've already saved some like don't go
- 4:07Speaker 1: again because you could have a bad record.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Now for the tie rescue crew.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Yeah, oh you want to keep it going out on
- 4:14Speaker 2: story for them and and on a high.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Yeah, Okay, on the show today, trapped in.
- 4:19Speaker 2: A cave, you'd be like, yeah, everyone here, get everyone here,
- 4:23Speaker 2: Get the president, get the Prime Minister, get anyone on
- 4:25Speaker 2: the phone.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I wouldn't be trapped in a cave because I mean no,
- 4:28Speaker 1: I just can't think of anything worse than diving. You
- 4:30Speaker 1: know how people are really into it. Yeah, I don't
- 4:32Speaker 1: want to be underwater. I can barely hold my breath
- 4:35Speaker 1: for thirty second.
- 4:36Speaker 2: I don't like not knowing what's around the corner. I
- 4:38Speaker 2: know that's what the people do who like to dive. Yeah,
- 4:41Speaker 2: but I've got no interest. I missed that, Jean, Yeah,
- 4:44Speaker 2: I got no interest. It's like climbing mountains. I missed that,
- 4:46Speaker 2: Jeane too.
- 4:46Speaker 1: You don't want to do that, Brooklyn.
- 4:48Speaker 4: Would you dive out in the ocean like? I don't
- 4:51Speaker 4: get going in a cave and doing it.
- 4:53Speaker 1: And like a cave that the Maldives one was a
- 4:57Speaker 1: cave in the ocean.
- 5:00Speaker 4: I didn't even think that they exist.
- 5:01Speaker 1: They do. You need to learn your geography. Crow at
- 5:04Speaker 1: nat I can't see you diving a No.
- 5:06Speaker 6: I would do hight stuff like I've bungee jumped like that,
- 5:10Speaker 6: but I have no interest in going down.
- 5:11Speaker 1: No, there we go, but yet he's still proposed to
- 5:15Speaker 1: you right on the show. A million dollar pop quis
- 5:20Speaker 1: we're double chairs to play at seven and eight. We
- 5:24Speaker 1: want to make you Australia's next millionaire.

- 5:29Speaker 2: John Edward is going to be with us taking your
- 5:32Speaker 2: calls as well to chat with some of your loved
- 5:35Speaker 2: ones who are no longer with us. Doctor Kiss is
- 5:37Speaker 2: back to of course, he's going to be answering your
- 5:39Speaker 2: medical questions as well.
- 5:40Speaker 1: What did we have to ask him about, Brooklyn? Was
- 5:42Speaker 1: it about your brown sheets, your hat? Or was it
- 5:44Speaker 1: what did your sound on the show?
- 5:47Speaker 5: Because we talked about a study yesterday that said you
- 5:50Speaker 5: should wash your hair every single day with shampoo. I mean,
- 5:53Speaker 5: don't just if that's real, that's can't be true and
- 5:57Speaker 5: I never wash it.
- 5:58Speaker 2: I said it, then I'll say it again. Scientific big fact,
- 6:00Speaker 2: scientific fact journalist.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Dear Georgie, you should know how many people were studied.
- 6:06Speaker 1: In this well well, slow down nerves. We've got two journals,
- 6:09Speaker 1: yeah right, and we've got to brand new. I want
- 6:12Speaker 1: you back. One of our listeners made a big mistake.
- 6:15Speaker 1: They broke up with their RECs.
- 6:17Speaker 7: Ah.
- 6:18Speaker 1: He has moved on and now our listener wants them back.
- 6:22Speaker 2: What did they do?
- 6:23Speaker 1: That is the question that always works well, trying to
- 6:25Speaker 1: get someone back after you've broke a couple.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Sometimes it does work, you know.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Well, we'll find out on today. So Trady versus lady

- 7:09Speaker 2: We're good. Sienna? Where good? How are you feeling? Are
- 7:11Speaker 2: you Are you feeling like you're going to win?
- 7:14Speaker 4: I do?

- 7:16Speaker 2: Okay, okay? What gives you this confidence? Apparently you work
- 7:18Speaker 2: for the government? You driver? Heyuando Velosco Turba. I'm not
- 7:21Speaker 2: good with cars, so hopefully I pronounced that correctly.
- 7:23Speaker 4: But working for the government's a broad, broad job.
- 7:27Speaker 2: What do you do this, Okay, tell us on national radio, go.
- 7:37Speaker 1: On, Okay, how do we throw some agencies.
- 7:42Speaker 4: That are okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, But what else could

- 7:48Speaker 1: Cop?
- 7:49Speaker 4: You could say you're a cop.
- 7:51Speaker 1: No, I've had him on air before that endless.
- 7:55Speaker 10: Okay.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Do you think that your work as a government employee,
- 7:59Speaker 2: whatever that may be, it will put you in good
- 8:01Speaker 2: stead for Trady versus lady.
- 8:03Speaker 3: I think I've got a lot of hidden talent. So
- 8:05Speaker 3: I think there's a lot of people that surround me
- 8:07Speaker 3: that may have helped me with the answers in my lifetime.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Okay, okay, look I'm seeing but it's giving spy. It's
- 8:15Speaker 2: giving spy. You're in a long term relationship. And what
- 8:19Speaker 2: happened most recently when you took up I think a
- 8:22Speaker 2: bit of a hobby that means most likely happens when
- 8:25Speaker 2: you're a child. You went ice skating. What went what
- 8:27Speaker 2: went down?
- 8:28Speaker 3: It was my first time on the ice.
- 8:30Speaker 9: I just wanted to try something new, and.
- 8:33Speaker 3: I was on the ice for two seconds. I fell
- 8:35Speaker 3: on my face. I walked out of there with a
- 8:38Speaker 3: black eye.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Stop saying on the ice. Stop saying I was on
- 8:42Speaker 1: the ice fell over. Did your first time on the ice.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Like the confidence that you think you're going to have
- 8:49Speaker 2: at trading versus lady, Did you have a sense that
- 8:52Speaker 2: you were going to be good at ice skating before
- 8:54Speaker 2: you took to the ice.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Well, I'm a pretty active person, so I thought, you know,
- 8:59Speaker 3: maybe i'd be good at it.
- 9:01Speaker 11: But it just yep.
- 9:02Speaker 5: Maybe she doesn't work for the Australian government, the Colombian government.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Okay, waiting in a sixty kilos it is a slippers Maxianna.
- 9:15Speaker 1: All right, okay, Sheldon, we got your back. Hello, did
- 9:19Speaker 1: you good morning? Cough on Mike?
- 9:22Speaker 9: Right?
- 9:25Speaker 1: That was going on.
- 9:26Speaker 4: I wasn't holding the button.
- 9:28Speaker 6: Thing was holding the button, and I thought I was
- 9:30Speaker 6: clear to give my throat a bed clear.
- 9:32Speaker 1: And I wasn't. You were not? Okay, Sheldon, you're a
- 9:36Speaker 1: concrete pump operator. You got a Toyota Kluger. Now you
- 9:41Speaker 1: got engaged two years ago. One of you guys getting married.
- 9:45Speaker 12: At this time next year. It's our nine year anniversary,
- 9:48Speaker 12: just Friday to twenty ninth.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Okay. He remembers that he's a good guy and.
- 9:53Speaker 12: This time next year we're getting married.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Okay. Now you have three kids to three different women.
- 10:00Speaker 12: What's going on there, no comment, mate, busy man, busy man,
- 10:04Speaker 12: let's comment.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Let's talk through the children. Yeah, let's talk about it.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Tell us.
- 10:10Speaker 12: I just had my first kid when I was young, sixteen,
- 10:13Speaker 12: he's twelve now.
- 10:14Speaker 5: And then.
- 10:16Speaker 12: Then you got a chick pregnant. I was with my
- 10:20Speaker 12: partner and you found out another chick was pregnant and
- 10:25Speaker 12: she stayed with me, sicking fin.
- 10:29Speaker 13: And we got a six year old to give a nil.
- 10:32Speaker 5: Okay, we all do silly things in life, don't we, Sheldon,
- 10:37Speaker 5: control and tribulation.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Yes, you're right, all right, So you're one hundred and
- 10:42Speaker 1: fifty kilos of pure muscle goodness.
- 10:46Speaker 11: That's buddy.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Sure. And this nickname I'm really unsure of. But okay,
- 10:52Speaker 1: are you sure?
- 10:54Speaker 4: It's a Natalie Special?
- 10:55Speaker 1: So it doesn't even seem fair like he's a nice guy,
- 10:58Speaker 1: but all right, it's so then.
- 11:00Speaker 4: This very judgmental I like cheated. Sorry Sheldon has forgiven
- 11:09Speaker 4: ah good on her because I was.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Like, why are you so angry? Had you? But is
- 11:13Speaker 1: that why? Because he cheated?
- 11:14Speaker 14: Yeah?
- 11:15Speaker 1: But yeah, we move on anyway, do the game. We
- 11:17Speaker 1: move on. We move on.
- 11:18Speaker 2: But Sheldon, you can still win the hearts of the
- 11:20Speaker 2: nation if you.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Didn't bright wow in a court of law. Hang on,
- 11:30Speaker 1: hold on, so judgmental. I love it.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Well, Sheldon, let's get into it. Let's see if how
- 11:35Speaker 2: you fair in trading versus lady. Question number one, when
- 11:38Speaker 2: referring to women's footwear, what is a sling back.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Heel shoe wear a heel?
- 11:46Speaker 2: Yeah, yep, you have a bit more detail about what
- 11:48Speaker 2: the slingback means. What does that refer to?
- 11:51Speaker 12: I would say it like goes to your heel, So
- 11:54Speaker 12: your shoe doing fall off?
- 11:56Speaker 1: I mean it's not like accurately, it's not off.
- 12:01Speaker 2: We just needed a little bit more information.
- 12:03Speaker 15: It's locals to your hill.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Yeah, it's kind, but we wanted. What we needed was
- 12:07Speaker 2: it was like an open back with the strap. It's
- 12:08Speaker 2: like the strap.
- 12:10Speaker 4: I think that's what he said.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Really yeah yeah, Crow not saying no, but I mean
- 12:17Speaker 1: we know you hate him already.
- 12:18Speaker 6: His brain, it didn't come out of his mouth. He
- 12:21Speaker 6: even when you said the answer went oh like he didn't. Okay,
- 12:25Speaker 6: there's two boys in there. I got to stand up
- 12:27Speaker 6: for the girls.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I don't think girls got hard.
- 12:29Speaker 2: We've got hard markers, hard markers today. Okay, she Question
- 12:32Speaker 2: number two, if you'll get it back though. It's fine.
- 12:33Speaker 2: It's fine. We've got two more questions. Which dog breed
- 12:36Speaker 2: is on the Peter Alexander logo.
- 12:40Speaker 8: Level?
- 12:40Speaker 15: Dog?
- 12:41Speaker 11: Yeah, no, I don't even so.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Peter Alexander is very famous. Pajamas, pajamas, What dog is.
- 12:48Speaker 1: It on there?
- 12:49Speaker 2: It's a sausage dog or a Yeah, they are quite okay.
- 12:55Speaker 2: And on TikTok, this is your next question, Sheldon on TikTok,
- 12:58Speaker 2: what is the STEM feed st e M?
- 13:05Speaker 12: Is it like trying on clothes?
- 13:07Speaker 2: No?
- 13:08Speaker 1: No, that was sm You do it at school as well?
- 13:11Speaker 2: Do you do science, technology, engineering, and mathematics? So it's
- 13:15Speaker 2: a feed dedicated to all of those. That's educational things.
- 13:19Speaker 2: That's on TikTok can be an educational platform.
- 13:21Speaker 4: You don't get there on Instagram.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And there's like BookTalk as well.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Isn't that Booktog's huge?
- 13:27Speaker 1: So organtic, You're gigantic, like people go there and well
- 13:30Speaker 1: maybe your book what's called against Georgia?
- 13:32Speaker 2: Over to you just written a book over to me.
- 13:36Speaker 2: That's the name of my debut book comes out next week.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Trying to crack BookTalk real hard, real hard.
- 13:41Speaker 1: How do you crack BookTok?
- 13:42Speaker 2: Who knows if anyone knows, call in let me know.
- 13:44Speaker 1: It's like it's like the old school, how Oprah, if
- 13:47Speaker 1: you got on Oprah's book list, your book would sell out.
- 13:49Speaker 1: You need to go viral on BookTalk.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Yes, it's to be fair. If Oprah would like a
- 13:54Speaker 2: copy of my book, I'll give her one as well.
- 13:55Speaker 2: So we've got all avenues.
- 13:57Speaker 1: I'm sure she doesn't get any book requests. Okay, Ciana,
- 14:01Speaker 1: good luck. You don't have to try too well. You
- 14:03Speaker 1: still got to get one in it.
- 14:05Speaker 2: One could be tough.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Yeah, in an NRL. You know the origin was on
- 14:09Speaker 1: last night. How long is a sinbin? Nah? Thirty minutes
- 14:18Speaker 1: a long time? Ten it's only ten minutes. Send off
- 14:21Speaker 1: is you're off forever, send off forever.
- 14:23Speaker 2: But to the game, the whole game, for the whole game.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, that's true. When it comes to cars, what
- 14:30Speaker 1: does the ABS stand for ABS?
- 14:35Speaker 9: Assistant Breaking System?
- 14:37Speaker 1: You're wrong, you're not far off. It's anti lock So
- 14:40Speaker 1: you know in the old school cars, your car used
- 14:42Speaker 1: to lock up when you'd hit something. It's in the
- 14:45Speaker 1: brakes and lock up. It'll stop them locking up. I
- 14:48Speaker 1: think all cars that have ABS. Now you're looking at
- 14:50Speaker 1: me like I'm talking another language.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean that seems like a design floor from
- 14:56Speaker 5: the start to have breaks not working.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I don't think it's like a design own thing. It's
- 15:00Speaker 1: just how something would would do if you locked them up,
- 15:04Speaker 1: that'd lock up and then you'd skid everywhere.
- 15:06Speaker 4: You know, remember that they fixed that? No, I don't
- 15:10Speaker 4: remember it.
- 15:10Speaker 1: No, were your fancy, it wouldn't be a problem for you.
- 15:15Speaker 13: All right.
- 15:16Speaker 1: What is the most commonly used man made material material
- 15:22Speaker 1: in the world? Any idea?
- 15:30Speaker 4: Now it's concrete?
- 15:34Speaker 1: Yes, oh god, we've got a tie breaks.
- 15:39Speaker 2: It's okay, So guys, yell at the answer. Do not
- 15:43Speaker 2: use your name, there's no buzzers. Just yell at the
- 15:44Speaker 2: answer if you know what. Okay, this is to win
- 15:46Speaker 2: tradv Lady. What material are jeans made from?
- 15:55Speaker 4: What did Sheldon say?
- 15:57Speaker 1: I don't know, Sheldon.
- 15:58Speaker 2: What did you say? Liver?
- 16:01Speaker 1: Liver? That leather denim jeans you got going on today? Yeah,
- 16:10Speaker 1: you're going. You gotta double pass. You go and see
- 16:12Speaker 1: post belone for his big ass world tour in Australia.
- 16:16Speaker 6: You guys.
- 16:17Speaker 1: This October special guest Don Tolliver on sale on our
- 16:20Speaker 1: tickets at livenation dot com dot are you congratulations, Sianna, thank.
- 16:25Speaker 2: You, well done, well done, hard questions, but you came back,
- 16:28Speaker 2: well done.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Okay, Trady versus lady back again tomorrow, doctor kearse in
- 16:32Speaker 1: the building. We're gonna ask him about Brooklyn not washing himself.
- 16:36Speaker 4: Yeah, is that a problem or not?
- 16:38Speaker 1: And you brown sheets which might be connected to cane brown? Well,
- 16:43Speaker 1: I thought they were originally white back anyway, you might
- 16:48Speaker 1: have a medical question for him. Something going on with
- 16:50Speaker 1: your body? Call us on thirteen one oh six five
- 16:55Speaker 1: K can me give you hello? Good morning? Your number
- 17:01Speaker 1: one hit music stays certain all thanks to Chemist Warehouse
- 17:04Speaker 1: Mikey Brooklyn here on kiss Hey, I got a question, Yeah,
- 17:10Speaker 1: Colie Flower, is you know like ex like rugby union players.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Get a particular Yeah?
- 17:15Speaker 1: Yeah, well you find him attractive? No, no, not for me,
- 17:23Speaker 1: not for me, not something you like to look at.
- 17:25Speaker 2: No, No, I do, and I do notice them immediately,
- 17:27Speaker 2: like especially because I watch a lot of sport. If
- 17:28Speaker 2: I see this, like I zone in and I have
- 17:30Speaker 2: it takes me a while to actually focus on anything else.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I love where I am.
- 17:33Speaker 1: You can't unsee the man.
- 17:35Speaker 2: You can't see him.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I'd have made his dad. I think he used to
- 17:37Speaker 1: play union or something. He had them, and like every
- 17:39Speaker 1: time you'd speak to him, you can't help but look
- 17:41Speaker 1: at his ears. They're foul. But men are now paying
- 17:45Speaker 1: to get them? What why? Okay, so apparently I'll tell
- 17:48Speaker 1: you where. Apparently they're really attractive for some people because
- 17:53Speaker 1: it looks like you're tough. It looks like you've been
- 17:55Speaker 1: in a fight a lot. So men, I get that thinking, right, yeah,
- 18:00Speaker 1: it's man in Russia. Okay, But apparently they are paying
- 18:03Speaker 1: to suffer repeated ear trauma so they get coliflower ears
- 18:07Speaker 1: without actually having to go out and fight.
- 18:11Speaker 5: So okay, Now I'm thinking of it a bit differently
- 18:15Speaker 5: because it's like you see a guy like with a
- 18:17Speaker 5: scar or something like.
- 18:19Speaker 4: It adds a level of hotness in a way.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Right, So they are hot, You're like them?
- 18:25Speaker 5: I don't know, but yeah, I guess because if you
- 18:27Speaker 5: saw it, you think one is tough. If you find
- 18:30Speaker 5: tough people hot, you'd think it's not like the cauliflower.
- 18:33Speaker 2: It's a conversation starter. I would just want to know
- 18:35Speaker 2: exactly that if you're interested in them, and you've got
- 18:37Speaker 2: to the oh, okay, this is actually attractive. I find
- 18:39Speaker 2: this attractive about you then you can open up a
- 18:41Speaker 2: whole realm of possibilities, because how did you get the
- 18:43Speaker 2: Collie flowers?
- 18:44Speaker 1: What if you told you I paid to get them
- 18:47Speaker 1: a plastic surgeon?
- 18:49Speaker 2: Then then it's a case of you know, one step forward,
- 18:52Speaker 2: three thousand steps back. I think I think a bit
- 18:54Speaker 2: of a red flag.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Well, I want to know the team here, crow. Now
- 18:56Speaker 1: doesn't your boyfriend a boxer or something?
- 18:58Speaker 6: Oh yeah, boxes don't get them. It's from grappling, so
- 19:01Speaker 6: like it's like the grinding on your ears. So that's why,
- 19:04Speaker 6: like footy players get it from scrums and m m a,
- 19:06Speaker 6: particularly from all the.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Gun Do you like the look of them? Do you
- 19:09Speaker 1: find them hot?
- 19:10Speaker 4: Not particularly?
- 19:13Speaker 2: I want to know what's what?
- 19:14Speaker 15: What?
- 19:14Speaker 2: What causes it? Is it blood in there? Like if
- 19:16Speaker 2: you touch it, it's like what does it?
- 19:20Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 19:21Speaker 4: Can't they just get rid of it?
- 19:22Speaker 2: How do you fix it?
- 19:23Speaker 4: Can you?
- 19:23Speaker 6: You can drain them, but pretty much it's trapped blood,
- 19:27Speaker 6: dying cartilage and then newly formed tissue. So it's all
- 19:31Speaker 6: like basically scar tissue.
- 19:33Speaker 1: No one's going to find that.
- 19:34Speaker 2: I don't care if you think tough guys are hot,
- 19:36Speaker 2: that's discussed.
- 19:37Speaker 1: What about Chelsea, You're tragically single? Would you date a
- 19:40Speaker 1: guy with uh.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Excuse me, tragically Look, I don't.
- 19:44Speaker 15: I don't find them hot, but I can see past it.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Oh, you could if you had long hair like a hippie,
- 19:50Speaker 1: he could just cover his hair his ears with his hair.
- 19:53Speaker 2: But if you're paying to get it done you like,
- 19:56Speaker 2: you won't be able to see that.
- 19:58Speaker 1: We might ask doctor Kiss if you can get rid
- 20:00Speaker 1: of him easily. He is about to come in. Yeah,
- 20:03Speaker 1: and we want to hear from you. What is your
- 20:05Speaker 1: medical question? We already have to cover two foul things
- 20:08Speaker 1: about Brooklyn, but what's yours? Thirteen one oh six found
- 20:13Speaker 1: you're talk about not washing?
- 20:14Speaker 4: You sniffed it yesterday. It smells fine still with us?
- 20:18Speaker 1: Thirteen one oh sixty five, any medical question? You got
- 20:21Speaker 1: some free medical advice coming your way with doctor Kiss
- 20:24Speaker 1: in the building. Rache'll fire him right now here on Kiss.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Good morning, doctor Kiss in the building. We've got a
- 20:36Speaker 1: couple of things to ask you before we get to
- 20:38Speaker 1: your calls on good thirteen one oh sixty five. Brooklyn
- 20:43Speaker 1: doesn't wash his hair at all?
- 20:44Speaker 4: Yeah, can we just set all this now?
- 20:46Speaker 1: Doc?
- 20:46Speaker 5: There was a study yesterday saying you should wash your
- 20:49Speaker 5: hair every single day, because you know, it keeps it clean.
- 20:52Speaker 5: And I said, I don't wash it at all, like
- 20:55Speaker 5: I'll wet it, and I'd make sure to really like
- 20:57Speaker 5: get in there with water and sometimes I'll put a
- 21:01Speaker 5: little bit of shampoo if I really think I need it.
- 21:04Speaker 1: What if we replace that with I just wash my
- 21:06Speaker 1: bum with water and sometimes I really go in there,
- 21:10Speaker 1: who on my head.
- 21:12Speaker 4: That's a bit different.
- 21:13Speaker 2: So they could be yeast in bacteria, which is wild.
- 21:18Speaker 4: Settle it now.
- 21:19Speaker 13: Okay, so the human body clearly back in the Cavan
- 21:23Speaker 13: times there was no soap, so we're not necessarily designed.
- 21:27Speaker 1: To use wash anything.
- 21:29Speaker 13: How Well, however, that when you don't use some sort
- 21:33Speaker 13: of cleanser, you do get a build up of bacteria, yeast, dead.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Cells saying yeast, can we just like just be.
- 21:41Speaker 10: In my head?
- 21:42Speaker 13: Yeah, definitely, And then the dead cells and everything does collect,
- 21:46Speaker 13: and that can often create this sort.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Of oily, scaly covering of the head.
- 21:51Speaker 5: And you know, that's that's your dan draft for the
- 21:53Speaker 5: cradle cap for babies don't have dandre, we just you know, okay,
- 21:57Speaker 5: So I would say.
- 21:59Speaker 13: At least periodically we should be using some sort of
- 22:02Speaker 13: cleanser in the hair. Now, why do I say cleanser,
- 22:04Speaker 13: Because there are varying spectrums of shampoos out there. Some
- 22:09Speaker 13: are going to be really cheap, nasty, lots of chemicals
- 22:12Speaker 13: which are just going to dry dry your scalp out
- 22:15Speaker 13: and do more damage.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, so is it possible? So what we're saying
- 22:20Speaker 2: is Brooklyn, you need to be washing your hair.
- 22:22Speaker 5: Or is there some sort of muscella water for the
- 22:24Speaker 5: hair or you know, really light maybe just raiki or something.
- 22:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I love that a doctor kids could come out
- 22:31Speaker 2: with a cosmetics.
- 22:33Speaker 1: So if you never washed your hair ever, because I've
- 22:35Speaker 1: heard of people just quitting washing their hair, wouldn't the
- 22:38Speaker 1: natural oils clean it and all of that, which I
- 22:40Speaker 1: think is what Brooklyn's going for.
- 22:43Speaker 13: Look, there is no doubt there are going to be
- 22:45Speaker 13: people out there who never ever ever wash their hair
- 22:47Speaker 13: and they can be completely fine. But there's also going
- 22:50Speaker 13: to be a lot of people out there that do
- 22:51Speaker 13: generate a lot of those oils, the dead skin, the bacteria,
- 22:54Speaker 13: the yeast. They are going to sit there and it
- 22:56Speaker 13: is going to irritate their scalp.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Just before we get to your calls, what about we
- 23:00Speaker 2: were just talking about cauliflower ears because apparently people are
- 23:03Speaker 2: paying to damage their ears, so they get that look
- 23:05Speaker 2: because they think it makes them appear more attract the
- 23:07Speaker 2: look that makes.
- 23:08Speaker 1: The ear look like a dog's here.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Yes, thank you, thank you?
- 23:12Speaker 16: Can you?
- 23:12Speaker 2: Is that reversible?
- 23:14Speaker 1: It won't be reversible once it's occurred.
- 23:16Speaker 13: So really common for rugby players get that big blow
- 23:21Speaker 13: and then they'll get the bleeding in underneath the skin.
- 23:24Speaker 13: If you can drain it out very quickly and which
- 23:26Speaker 13: sort of try and put a dressing on there with
- 23:28Speaker 13: some pressure, and most people it will be absolutely fine
- 23:31Speaker 13: once it has effectively healed up. That sort of damage
- 23:35Speaker 13: bruising is going to stay.
- 23:36Speaker 1: It's there forever. You know that Senator David Pocock is
- 23:40Speaker 1: there independent yep. I can't look at that guy when
- 23:42Speaker 1: he's on the t there and not see his.
- 23:43Speaker 2: He is Allaby's captain, right was His nickname was was
- 23:47Speaker 2: literally Superman when he played for the Wallaby So that would.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Have dried, as doctor Kiss is saying, and it's just
- 23:53Speaker 1: white people last forever. Okay, just wear ear muffs.
- 23:56Speaker 4: There might be some plastic surgery.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Do you take their ears to protect them on the field?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah? Right, No, I mean now he could just now
- 24:03Speaker 1: you're like, I don't want to see it. No, yeah, yeah, no,
- 24:05Speaker 1: he could just walk around with the earmuffs and then
- 24:07Speaker 1: no one sees his cauliflower. Is okay, let's get your
- 24:10Speaker 1: medical questions on. Here is Sasha, Good morning.
- 24:14Speaker 17: Good morning.
- 24:15Speaker 1: What's your question for doctor?
- 24:16Speaker 15: Kids?
- 24:17Speaker 17: So about a week ago I went to the doctors
- 24:21Speaker 17: had some tingling sensation. We ended up finding out for
- 24:26Speaker 17: an MRI that I've got a pinched nerve in my
- 24:29Speaker 17: neck which is causing me and it's quite painful. How
- 24:34Speaker 17: long does it usually last for a pinch nerve to
- 24:37Speaker 17: be released?
- 24:38Speaker 13: Yeah, So what's happening down through the bony spinal column.
- 24:41Speaker 13: If they've got these little gaps that allow the nerves
- 24:44Speaker 13: to come out, then the nerves go down your arms
- 24:46Speaker 13: or down your legs to supply the skin and the muscles. Now,
- 24:50Speaker 13: the pinch nerve, therefore, is the signals are not going
- 24:53Speaker 13: through well enough, and then that causes the pain. Now,
- 24:56Speaker 13: the natural history of the majority of pinch nerves are
- 25:01Speaker 13: for them to recover, and so therefore we do just
- 25:05Speaker 13: have to be a bit patient. Greatest number will settle down,
- 25:08Speaker 13: only a small number need any sort of surgery. Now,
- 25:11Speaker 13: along the way, we can use some pain relief, and
- 25:14Speaker 13: usually the basic things like ibuprofen or paracetama will have
- 25:17Speaker 13: some help, but there are also some medications that do
- 25:21Speaker 13: assist with I guess reducing the pain response.
- 25:25Speaker 4: No paragablon and there's all these.
- 25:27Speaker 13: Other ones, but they do work very well largely times.
- 25:31Speaker 13: Some physiotherapy to help stabilize everything can help to take
- 25:35Speaker 13: the pressure off the nerve. But some of the big
- 25:38Speaker 13: symptoms I really look out for more. When you get
- 25:40Speaker 13: a pinch nerve down in the lumber spine is if right,
- 25:44Speaker 13: even further, if one of the sacral nerves is pinched,
- 25:47Speaker 13: you can have some real issues with your bowels and
- 25:50Speaker 13: sexual function. Oh yeah, so when we hear people not
- 25:54Speaker 13: at the same time, could be.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Message so that.
- 25:58Speaker 13: The bowels won't work properly, a bladd it won't work
- 26:01Speaker 13: and then just lose all ability to orgasm.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Oh god, Sasha, and that could.
- 26:06Speaker 17: Be really extreme.
- 26:08Speaker 14: Yeah yeah, but.
- 26:09Speaker 2: Okay, so debilitating right now. And it sounds like the
- 26:12Speaker 2: treatment though, time and physio.
- 26:14Speaker 13: Correct and some special pain relief along the way, depending
- 26:17Speaker 13: on the symptom.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Okay, good luck, good luck.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Yeah, let's hope it doesn't get to your bowels and
- 26:22Speaker 1: your sex awful, Brett, what's your medical question? Brett?
- 26:27Speaker 14: Good morning for kiss mate. I was just wondering, like
- 26:32Speaker 14: there's been a lot of talk about MND regionally with
- 26:36Speaker 14: the yeah, with the football and AFL and all the
- 26:39Speaker 14: rest of it. Just wondering, now, how do you get that?
- 26:42Speaker 14: Like how how does it come along?
- 26:44Speaker 1: And wasn't that funny we were talking about that Georgie
- 26:47Speaker 1: like is there any connection with playing sport and getting
- 26:50Speaker 1: that or not? And that they don't quite know or no.
- 26:53Speaker 13: So motor neuron disease it's where you get some gradual
- 26:57Speaker 13: dying off of the nerve cells that go down and
- 27:00Speaker 13: control your muscles. So if those nerve cells are dying off,
- 27:03Speaker 13: you're going to get weakness, You're going to get parcticulations,
- 27:06Speaker 13: which is the little twitching, and then it's just going
- 27:08Speaker 13: to keep progressing and then you start getting some cognitive
- 27:11Speaker 13: changes as well. We get about two cases per hundred
- 27:16Speaker 13: thousand a year in Australia, so that's about five hundred
- 27:21Speaker 13: new diagnoses a year, and I reckon there's about two
- 27:23Speaker 13: and a half thousand auses living with it at the moment.
- 27:26Speaker 13: They don't really know why.
- 27:28Speaker 1: People get it.
- 27:29Speaker 13: There are some theories that they're still looking at through
- 27:33Speaker 13: research and about ten percent of cases I guess run
- 27:37Speaker 13: in the family, so there's a familial line so it's
- 27:42Speaker 13: incredibly rare, but the consequences are high. So it's a
- 27:48Speaker 13: combination of symptoms of progressing weakness, tingling and the particulation.
- 27:53Speaker 2: And there's different types as well, different severities too. It's
- 27:55Speaker 2: why Neil Danaher he was fighting this to awful disease
- 27:59Speaker 2: for thirteen years BEFO where he lost his battle this
- 28:01Speaker 2: week car Web, former Bronco Queensland Orange player. He three
- 28:05Speaker 2: years right, so it can change a lot.
- 28:08Speaker 4: And doctor, do you think we're on track for some
- 28:12Speaker 4: sort of cure or like, is it getting better?
- 28:15Speaker 13: Absolutely? Medical research is improving exponentially, so they will get
- 28:21Speaker 13: there at some stage. There are medications that can help
- 28:23Speaker 13: stabilize and slow it down but not cure it. That
- 28:26Speaker 13: they'll definitely get there.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Okay, great question, Bret, doctor kiss, Thanks you mates, and
- 28:32Speaker 1: here will be back next week. He's a celebrity gossip.
- 28:34Speaker 1: What have we got coming up Georgie?
- 28:35Speaker 2: Well, speaking of things footy and sport and contact sports.
- 28:38Speaker 2: The origin it was last night, but we want to
- 28:40Speaker 2: talk about the anthem.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Was it good?
- 28:43Speaker 9: Was it not?
- 28:43Speaker 2: It's copped some criticism in the court of public opinion.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Is it fair?
- 28:46Speaker 1: We'll tell you that's coming up.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Celebrity news.
- 28:53Speaker 15: You like that.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Guards, We're chatting all things Jacob Alordi this morning, guys,
- 28:57Speaker 2: because he's in a show. You may have heard of it.
- 29:00Speaker 2: I know that you watch it, and I know do
- 29:02Speaker 2: you love it as well? Brooklyn?
- 29:03Speaker 5: Ah, well, yeah, I'm watching it. Yeah, I do love
- 29:05Speaker 5: the show. This season is different, Yes, yeah, it's.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Not as good. Right when it was said in high
- 29:11Speaker 1: school it made more sense. Now they're all like, I
- 29:13Speaker 1: don't know what they've been in their early twenties, and
- 29:15Speaker 1: they're all loaded, and I'm like, you can't all be loaded.
- 29:18Speaker 2: And I feel like they're playing in terms of the
- 29:20Speaker 2: plot far more for shock value, right, like we've got
- 29:22Speaker 2: OnlyFans storyline, Yeah.
- 29:24Speaker 3: A lot.
- 29:25Speaker 2: It's extreme. It's extreme, and it always always was to
- 29:27Speaker 2: an extent, but this season they've gone next level. However,
- 29:30Speaker 2: what's undeniable is that it was part of Jacob A
- 29:33Speaker 2: Lordie's huge break. This is why he is genuinely one
- 29:35Speaker 2: of the hottest things in Hollywood, literally and metaphorically but
- 29:39Speaker 2: I actually can't watch Euphoria because I watched one episode,
- 29:43Speaker 2: the first episode, and I've refused to watch any more
- 29:46Speaker 2: of it because of his character named Jacobs. I thought
- 29:49Speaker 2: that he was such a disgusting character and if it.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Was a true he's doing the first episode.
- 29:53Speaker 2: He was just awful. He's just awful. Bully Bully was
- 29:57Speaker 2: when he was in high school. He treated his girlfriend
- 29:58Speaker 2: was really badly badly. It was just like, it's such
- 30:01Speaker 2: a horrible person. And I thought if boys were like that,
- 30:04Speaker 2: burn the world down, Like I just it arressed me
- 30:06Speaker 2: out to know it. It was one boy and a
- 30:09Speaker 2: fictional one, and.
- 30:10Speaker 1: I don't know. I got to say he got better.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Why you don't end up loving him but you sorry
- 30:17Speaker 1: for it?
- 30:18Speaker 2: Well, apparently this is exactly how Jacob A Lordie now
- 30:21Speaker 2: feels about his character. Has even gone so far to
- 30:24Speaker 2: say that maybe people like me need someone like Nate
- 30:28Speaker 2: in their life. Take a listen.
- 30:30Speaker 18: I've been over this so many times, and I've been
- 30:31Speaker 18: dragged across the calls for it, and and I've had
- 30:35Speaker 18: a conversation with my mama. I was like I will
- 30:37Speaker 18: not stop defending him, like because like that's my that's
- 30:40Speaker 18: my baby, you know, like I've made him, and I
- 30:44Speaker 18: think we could all sort of benefit from doing this
- 30:46Speaker 18: in life a little bit too, even if someone's objectively
- 30:49Speaker 18: just sitting back and realizing they come from somewhere and
- 30:51Speaker 18: they come from a set of circumstances that are probably
- 30:53Speaker 18: different to yours, and whilst it doesn't make it right,
- 30:57Speaker 18: I think it's beneficial to to even just consider it
- 31:01Speaker 18: for a second.
- 31:02Speaker 1: So if someone's a bully and a piece of shit,
- 31:04Speaker 1: you've got to have sympathy for them. Is that what
- 31:06Speaker 1: he said? It has to do.
- 31:07Speaker 4: But potentially going on in life, even.
- 31:11Speaker 1: All the kids, like you know, there was always a
- 31:12Speaker 1: bully at school, usually there was something going on at home. Yes,
- 31:16Speaker 1: you're not just born a bully, right.
- 31:19Speaker 2: No, correct? Correct? And it's fun funny that you say that,
- 31:21Speaker 2: because I want to talk about a sort of bullying
- 31:24Speaker 2: online bullying. Overnight it was the state of origin, well Southwest,
- 31:29Speaker 2: it was the state of origin game.
- 31:30Speaker 1: What a Queensland a Georgia.
- 31:33Speaker 2: I had no comment. However, at these events, of course,
- 31:36Speaker 2: the biggest pinnacle of our sporting codes here in Australia,
- 31:39Speaker 2: there's always an anthem anthem, so last night it was
- 31:45Speaker 2: Robbie Mortimer, a country singer. Australian country singer also key
- 31:48Speaker 2: the nephew of Steve Mortimer.
- 31:51Speaker 1: He told me off for swearing when I was a kid,
- 31:53Speaker 1: Steve did he lived in my area. I was at
- 31:55Speaker 1: the local shops on my skateboard with long blonde hair,
- 31:58Speaker 1: smoking siggigs and swearing and he walked up and told
- 32:02Speaker 1: me to stop swearing. Ironically, I think he swore as
- 32:05Speaker 1: he said it, but yeah, I have this memory and
- 32:10Speaker 1: I was scared. Really yeah, like a like a full
- 32:13Speaker 1: blown royalty NRL player telling you to stop swearing.
- 32:17Speaker 19: Cool.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's the nephew of.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Your nephew, the nephew of Steve mortimart He got the
- 32:22Speaker 2: opportunity to sing the anthem last night. There's been mixed reviews.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Have a listen.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Okay, what.
- 33:11Speaker 4: Do you think what accent is that?
- 33:15Speaker 2: Well, ironically, it kind of sounds like a Queensland accent,
- 33:18Speaker 2: right Like what I what? I think I can say
- 33:21Speaker 2: that because I'm from there. I think that the accent
- 33:24Speaker 2: in the way that he's singing it doesn't necessarily go
- 33:26Speaker 2: with the entire hands zimmer strings orchestra rendition.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Can we just be honest it's a country style. He
- 33:32Speaker 1: was holding a country hat. He is a country singer.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Is that right? Everyone? Yeah? Yeah, he is. Well sorry,
- 33:40Speaker 1: oh cut off, she said country and it just yet it.
- 33:44Speaker 2: Was a thin country singer.
- 33:46Speaker 1: I will let that see style.
- 33:48Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't think it was bad.
- 33:50Speaker 2: So a lot of people are saying it's maybe up
- 33:52Speaker 2: there with one of the worst that they ever heard.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Not asked Robbie, but a lot of people are saying that.
- 33:57Speaker 2: I will say it's one of the most nerve wracking
- 33:59Speaker 2: things that you can do as a performer. My fiance
- 34:02Speaker 2: has sung the anthem at numerous numerous sporting events, including
- 34:05Speaker 2: the Australian Open Men's vital and I've never seen him
- 34:08Speaker 2: more nervous for anything.
- 34:09Speaker 1: He really just everyone judges you and went.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Daily mate, it's like happy Birthday and that everyone knows
- 34:15Speaker 2: that song.
- 34:16Speaker 1: And how was rob doing it? Really good?
- 34:19Speaker 2: Yeah he was really good. Yeah, he was really good.
- 34:21Speaker 2: He was really good.
- 34:21Speaker 1: You might have a comment thirteen one oh six five.
- 34:24Speaker 1: I'm just I don't mind country music, but I think
- 34:27Speaker 1: he's like banging it on just a little bit with
- 34:29Speaker 1: that Lane Land. Yeah, what about age Land? L What
- 34:36Speaker 1: do we think out there?
- 34:37Speaker 6: Do you guys like it or look, it's an interpretation
- 34:41Speaker 6: of the anthem.
- 34:41Speaker 1: We'll call like that. But nothing is.
- 34:43Speaker 6: As bad as Fergie at the NBA All Star Game
- 34:47Speaker 6: back in twenty eighteen and all the players while she's
- 34:50Speaker 6: still singing, start laughing at her, and it's going to
- 34:53Speaker 6: go around in history is the worst ever.
- 34:54Speaker 2: I think we've got it outstanding.
- 35:01Speaker 15: Just Nastar staylet boy.
- 35:18Speaker 1: For the lead.
- 35:31Speaker 5: And oh did you see Bergie in the Black Eyed
- 35:49Speaker 5: Das got up on stage together at the American Musics
- 35:54Speaker 5: like that, and they haven't been seen together for a
- 35:57Speaker 5: long time.
- 35:57Speaker 2: They should have fun that. They should have rolled out
- 35:59Speaker 2: one My.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Freaking is these new headphones that I'm wearing as well.
- 36:03Speaker 1: I hear everything I love.
- 36:06Speaker 2: There was at no point during that that she pulled back,
- 36:08Speaker 2: you know, like there was no point she was starting like, no,
- 36:11Speaker 2: I am going to sing it like this and I will.
- 36:13Speaker 1: All right, you have a thought on it. Thirteen one
- 36:15Speaker 1: oh six five Fiona, Good.
- 36:18Speaker 16: Morning, Good morning, guys, love the show.
- 36:22Speaker 1: What did you think of last night's National Anthem Origin performance?
- 36:27Speaker 16: Sorry, guys, it was waful like that twang that country wang.
- 36:32Speaker 16: It was like going back to Texas, go slinging t
- 36:36Speaker 16: yeah's terrible.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Look, I hear your point, right. Country music is an
- 36:41Speaker 1: American thing. Yeah, yeah, but we've.
- 36:44Speaker 5: Had lots of country music stars in Australia slim Dusty.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm aware that we do, right, but it is
- 36:52Speaker 1: it is an American style of music.
- 36:55Speaker 2: But you and I actually hear a twang? Are you American?
- 36:58Speaker 1: Yeah? I am America?
- 36:59Speaker 16: Yeah originally and so I it wasn't as bad as
- 37:02Speaker 16: Roseanne bar that's the next leg.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember that. Have we got Rosanne? I think
- 37:07Speaker 1: we're just live.
- 37:08Speaker 4: Found it on YouTube.
- 37:09Speaker 1: So I'm going to hope for the best here. But
- 37:11Speaker 1: it looks like the one here we go Roseanne y O.
- 37:14Speaker 17: Say, can.
- 37:17Speaker 7: Read Swimming bad drive and right, she knew, she knew
- 37:31Speaker 7: she was.
- 37:37Speaker 1: He she's not even a cigar. It was a sigh.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Oh the contains.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Thinking there. She must have been trying to promote her
- 37:51Speaker 2: TV show, right something something. It's that Robbie.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Robbie was better than that, way better. It doesn't make
- 37:58Speaker 1: any sense. Why was Roseanne huge star in the nineties. Yeah,
- 38:02Speaker 1: it'd be like having oh, I don't know, Andy Lee
- 38:06Speaker 1: go out there and perform the like he's not a singer,
- 38:09Speaker 1: She's not a siy That's terrible.
- 38:12Speaker 2: That was that was something I'm going to need time
- 38:14Speaker 2: business days to just recover from that. I've not heard
- 38:18Speaker 2: that before.
- 38:18Speaker 1: All Right, if you if you want to comment, thirty
- 38:20Speaker 1: one oh sixty five, we are doing your million dollar

- 38:44Speaker 1: you can win a thousand dollars. Let's do it with Adam.
- 38:48Speaker 14: Good morning, Hey, how you going?

- 41:01Speaker 1: So keep it right here on Kiss. But we're about
- 41:03Speaker 1: to do a brand new I want you back Georgie.
- 41:06Speaker 1: So one of our listeners Dan, he made a mistake, Okay,
- 41:10Speaker 1: he ended it with his ax and she's moved on.
- 41:15Speaker 4: She's got someone else.
- 41:16Speaker 1: Yeah, well we don't know how serious it is. Yeah,
- 41:20Speaker 1: he wants her back.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Wow.
- 41:22Speaker 1: And where we're going to see if he can win
- 41:24Speaker 1: the backs to us? That is coming up right here.
- 41:28Speaker 1: It's your number one hip music station. You're on Kiss,
- 41:32Speaker 1: Mikey Brooklyn, Georgie Tunney, Taylor Swift playing right now.
- 41:46Speaker 2: What a segment coming up for you? Because Dan is
- 41:49Speaker 2: joining us. He has given us a call because he
- 41:52Speaker 2: thinks that he made a very, very big mistake. He
- 41:55Speaker 2: wants to right his wrongs on air with us and
- 41:58Speaker 2: Brooklyn and Mikey. We get to decide whether or not
- 42:00Speaker 2: he deserves that.
- 42:01Speaker 1: Yeah, whether he can win her back.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Yeah. So apparently this is to do with a girl
- 42:07Speaker 2: that Dan thirty two years of age, met, called Maddie
- 42:10Speaker 2: thirty years of age. These ages are important. We're together.
- 42:12Speaker 2: They were only together for a few months, but he
- 42:14Speaker 2: thought things were getting a little bit too intense too
- 42:16Speaker 2: quickly asked for a break, for a break. During that time, though,
- 42:22Speaker 2: Maddie moved on to someone new.
- 42:24Speaker 4: So that's what can happen in a break. Well, risk
- 42:27Speaker 4: you take.
- 42:27Speaker 2: And then I think, seeing Dan with Maddie, that's just
- 42:30Speaker 2: brought all of these feelings back and hang on, maybe
- 42:33Speaker 2: he has made the worst mistake of his life.
- 42:36Speaker 1: All right, let's get him on Dan.
- 42:37Speaker 11: Hi, good morning, good morning, good morning.
- 42:40Speaker 1: What's going on man? How long were you guys seeing
- 42:43Speaker 1: each other?
- 42:44Speaker 16: We?
- 42:45Speaker 11: I mean it was probably only a few months, but
- 42:48Speaker 11: we would, you know, we would talk all of the
- 42:50Speaker 11: time like we was proper like dating dating. It will
- 42:53Speaker 11: be some you know, slimsy thing and yeah, I just
- 42:56Speaker 11: thought we were maybe like a little bit too hasty breaking.
- 43:00Speaker 11: We didn't even break, like we just were apart for
- 43:03Speaker 11: a little bit.
- 43:04Speaker 4: But it was your idea to break apart.
- 43:08Speaker 11: Well, I don't think we really broke apart. I just
- 43:10Speaker 11: thought things were getting a little bit much too quickly,
- 43:14Speaker 11: and I thought maybe if we like pump the brakes
- 43:16Speaker 11: a little bit.
- 43:17Speaker 2: What and then, Dan, what signs were you getting that
- 43:19Speaker 2: things we're geting little bit too intense in what ways?
- 43:22Speaker 11: Just like when someone's texting like all the time and
- 43:27Speaker 11: warning to see you, like it just turned into like
- 43:29Speaker 11: full relationship mode really quickly.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Yeah, but that doesn't matter when you're into someone.
- 43:34Speaker 11: And I was really into her. I just thought it
- 43:37Speaker 11: just didn't feel it felt like it was too far
- 43:41Speaker 11: and it didn't feel healthy to me.
- 43:43Speaker 4: Okay, so then what's changed now you're just jealous.
- 43:48Speaker 11: I was thinking about this, like I was suspecting that
- 43:52Speaker 11: maybe she was moving on, Like I was seeing things
- 43:54Speaker 11: on Instagram every now and then, and I thought, maybe
- 43:56Speaker 11: this is good, like she's like talking to other people,
- 43:59Speaker 11: she's getting out while she's with her friends. But then,
- 44:02Speaker 11: and I always had it in the back of my
- 44:04Speaker 11: head that like, well, but we'll still you know, we'll
- 44:06Speaker 11: get back together. We'll see each other again. So it's
- 44:10Speaker 11: not like I saw her with someone else and then
- 44:12Speaker 11: got jealous and now I've changed my mind, Like, okay, okay.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Well the connection, the connection was true for you, Dan,
- 44:18Speaker 1: How would you have felt when you started seeing Rob Mills. Yes,
- 44:21Speaker 1: if Rob after a few months pumped the breaks because
- 44:24Speaker 1: it was getting too serious and you're healthy, Yeah, I thought.
- 44:28Speaker 2: I would that would be it, they'd be done. Yeah,
- 44:31Speaker 2: I don't know if we could go back.
- 44:32Speaker 5: Yeah, Dan, I think you need to work on your
- 44:35Speaker 5: story here, because you're saying like she was doing unhealthy
- 44:40Speaker 5: behaviors so you had to pump the brakes. But now
- 44:44Speaker 5: I don't understand now why you think it's different and
- 44:47Speaker 5: you thought you'd always get back together.
- 44:49Speaker 1: Have you had some time apart and you realize you
- 44:52Speaker 1: really do like her? Is that what it is?
- 44:53Speaker 15: Mate?
- 44:54Speaker 10: No, I always liked her.
- 44:56Speaker 11: I just thought, you know, when you're with someone and
- 44:57Speaker 11: you sort of feel like, do you is it me
- 45:00Speaker 11: that you're actually interested in or do you just want
- 45:01Speaker 11: a relationship for.
- 45:02Speaker 1: The sake of really interesting? Well, Maddie on the line, Yeah,
- 45:08Speaker 1: let's chat to Maddie Hello, Maddie.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Hi, Maddie, Maddie are you there? Yeah, Hi, Hi Maddie.
- 45:15Speaker 2: By Maddie, We've got Dan on the line with you.
- 45:19Speaker 2: But Maddie, before we get to him, like, what, what
- 45:21Speaker 2: was your experience dating Dan?
- 45:24Speaker 10: Oh?
- 45:24Speaker 14: My god?
- 45:26Speaker 10: Yeah, it was good. Like we dated for a few months,
- 45:29Speaker 10: like things seem to be going really well, Like we
- 45:31Speaker 10: were talking a lot, and we were almost in like
- 45:34Speaker 10: a relationship vibe. And yeah, I really thought he was
- 45:37Speaker 10: smart and funny.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:40Speaker 10: Good.
- 45:40Speaker 1: How did you feel? How did you feel when he
- 45:42Speaker 1: pumped the brakes? Oh?
- 45:44Speaker 10: I was a bit surprised, to be honest, because, like
- 45:47Speaker 10: I said, he seemed to be so hot with me,
- 45:49Speaker 10: and then all of a sudden, it was kind of like, actually,
- 45:52Speaker 10: I'm not into this as pumped the brakes. It's too intense.
- 45:55Speaker 10: And I thought, well, aren't we just getting along and talking?
- 45:57Speaker 10: So I don't Yeah, I don't really get it.
- 45:59Speaker 4: Should we let de do the talking here?
- 46:01Speaker 2: Before just before that, I just wanted to ask you, Maddie,
- 46:04Speaker 2: would you describe yourself how would you describe yourself in
- 46:07Speaker 2: a relationship? Are you with that intense person? Are you
- 46:09Speaker 2: the constant texter? Like, how would you describe yourself.
- 46:13Speaker 10: Oh, a live of the party. I'm incredible. I am
- 46:15Speaker 10: I'm the I'm the driver of a relationship and I
- 46:18Speaker 10: keep it going.
- 46:18Speaker 1: Is there a lot of texting?
- 46:21Speaker 17: Oh?
- 46:22Speaker 10: Like, I think like a few texts a day is fine.
- 46:24Speaker 1: Oh okay, right now, are you seeing someone else? We
- 46:26Speaker 1: need to know that.
- 46:30Speaker 10: Yeah. I have been seeing someone for a few dates.
- 46:34Speaker 10: It's going fairly well.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Not serious yet though, No, not serious yet. No, okay,
- 46:40Speaker 1: I can Well, here we go, Dan, We know, we
- 46:44Speaker 1: know you want to talk to Maddie and Maddie Dan
- 46:47Speaker 1: has something to ask you, So we're just going to
- 46:49Speaker 1: butt out here have a chat.
- 46:50Speaker 2: We're here to facilitate hold space.
- 46:51Speaker 11: Go Hey, Maddie, how are you.
- 46:56Speaker 10: Hi? Dan? Hey.
- 47:00Speaker 11: I feel like maybe we were a little bit too hasty,
- 47:04Speaker 11: or maybe there was a miscommunication on us having a
- 47:08Speaker 11: bit of a break, because I felt like we were
- 47:11Speaker 11: just gonna pump the brakes a little bit, slow things down,
- 47:15Speaker 11: and maybe a week turned into a little bit longer
- 47:18Speaker 11: than that. And I just wanted to say I think
- 47:22Speaker 11: you are the life of the party. I think you're great,
- 47:25Speaker 11: and I think we're having a really good time together.
- 47:27Speaker 11: And I just wanted to see if you were up
- 47:29Speaker 11: for getting back together again.
- 47:33Speaker 10: Man, are you serious? I mean, man, you fumbled a battye.
- 47:40Speaker 10: We were good, but I like it was a few months.
- 47:43Speaker 10: Like no, absolutely not, absolutely not. You missed your opportunity.
- 47:51Speaker 10: Things were good and you decided things are too scary,
- 47:54Speaker 10: so I'll let you go be a scared boy. I
- 47:56Speaker 10: wish you nothing but light and love, but absolutely not
- 47:58Speaker 10: for me.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Love you know, with the light love?
- 48:02Speaker 1: Are you not?
- 48:03Speaker 15: Like?
- 48:03Speaker 1: Would you not trust that he wouldn't do it again?
- 48:06Speaker 1: Is that what it is, Maddie?
- 48:08Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 48:08Speaker 10: Absolutely, Like if things had continued as it was, like,
- 48:11Speaker 10: of course, like I would have been interested. Oh my god,
- 48:13Speaker 10: I can't leave. I'm wan the bloody radio talking about this.
- 48:15Speaker 10: I would have been interested, but like, he ruined it,
- 48:19Speaker 10: so it was a circuit breaker and now I'm not
- 48:21Speaker 10: into it. I want not that he's a bad guy,
- 48:24Speaker 10: but no.
- 48:24Speaker 2: Hey, Maddie, I just wanted to pick you up on
- 48:26Speaker 2: a couple of words that you've used there. Obviously as
- 48:28Speaker 2: a self described baddie, you called Dan a boy And
- 48:30Speaker 2: why I wanted to make the ages Cleo, is that
- 48:33Speaker 2: dance dady to your thirty dating your thirties is slightly different, right,
- 48:36Speaker 2: Like we're not playing around. We're not playing around, so
- 48:39Speaker 2: that is different. No no, no, no, no, no no no.
- 48:41Speaker 2: What I mean by that is if you're getting serious
- 48:44Speaker 2: super quickly, that's not you don't run like we're in
- 48:47Speaker 2: it now?
- 48:48Speaker 21: Was that?
- 48:48Speaker 2: Did that inform part of your decision? Do you think?
- 48:51Speaker 1: Well?
- 48:51Speaker 10: Of course, because I mean, yeah, if you're going to
- 48:53Speaker 10: play games now win silly prizes.
- 48:55Speaker 11: You know what I mean?
- 48:56Speaker 1: How you're feeling Dan quote Taylor, Yes, I mean.
- 49:01Speaker 11: It's pretty brutal, but it's also a bit of an
- 49:03Speaker 11: eye roll for me, like I feel like, you know,
- 49:07Speaker 11: like I'm not the only one playing games like she was.
- 49:10Speaker 11: She seemed pretty into it and now she's not.
- 49:12Speaker 4: And Dan, Dan, den Ah, you're pissing me off.
- 49:16Speaker 1: Mate.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Wait wait, Dan down, Are there any lessons that you
- 49:21Speaker 2: can take away from this? Are you hearing what Maddie
- 49:23Speaker 2: said so that maybe if you meet another baddie in
- 49:26Speaker 2: the future, you don't fumble the bag.
- 49:29Speaker 11: I feel like maybe i'd I'd walk the other way.
- 49:33Speaker 1: So now you don't want her? Just to be clear,
- 49:35Speaker 1: you know I don't want her anyway, No, I just.
- 49:40Speaker 11: Feel like maybe she could have done things a little
- 49:42Speaker 11: bit differently.
- 49:42Speaker 5: I feel like if she Dan, you said she was
- 49:45Speaker 5: unhealthy because she was, you know, too obsessed with you
- 49:48Speaker 5: texting too much. You did get scared, you had a break,
- 49:52Speaker 5: and now you see it with someone else and you're
- 49:54Speaker 5: jealous and you want her back, Like you can't see
- 49:57Speaker 5: that that was just bad behavior on your part.
- 50:01Speaker 11: No, I think if you're going really hard, really quickly
- 50:04Speaker 11: and then just gone all together and then.
- 50:06Speaker 4: Yeah, because you told her to.
- 50:11Speaker 10: You know what I mean?
- 50:12Speaker 4: Yeah, don't worry about him. He made the right choice.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Wow, what like? Is he hot?
- 50:18Speaker 9: Hot?
- 50:20Speaker 14: Great?
- 50:20Speaker 10: In bed?
- 50:22Speaker 1: How's that feel?
- 50:23Speaker 15: Dan?
- 50:24Speaker 11: You know a little bit better'.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Dan got in bed?
- 50:27Speaker 10: But no comment? No comment?
- 50:31Speaker 17: Why not?
- 50:32Speaker 1: It might as well comment now I.
- 50:35Speaker 10: Think I've given him enough for it. Thursday morning.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Yeah, wow, guys, that didn't go well.
- 50:41Speaker 4: We didn't.
- 50:42Speaker 2: We didn't get It's not the reunion of rom coms.
- 50:44Speaker 2: But I tell you what, there's been a lot of
- 50:46Speaker 2: drama there and that was a rollercoaster. And Dan, I
- 50:48Speaker 2: admire the audacity. I'm confused by your logic, but I
- 50:51Speaker 2: admire the audacity. And hey, Maddie self confessed, Baddie just
- 50:56Speaker 2: you're going to be fine.
- 50:59Speaker 19: Thanks, guys, all right.
- 51:01Speaker 1: I got to say never go back, and you might
- 51:03Speaker 1: have an opinion on that, thirteen one oh sixty five
- 51:05Speaker 1: go back. As I was listening, it reminded me I
- 51:07Speaker 1: dated a girl for like three months. It was really intense.
- 51:10Speaker 1: I was really into it. We're into each other. She
- 51:12Speaker 1: called it off suddenly, and then I remember, I don't know.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Four months later she reached out. We did a few dates.
- 51:18Speaker 1: It didn't work. Don't just that he.
- 51:20Speaker 4: Should have been saying I made a mistake. I realized,
- 51:24Speaker 4: and he wasn't saying that.
- 51:25Speaker 2: I was quite shocked by the turnaround, the very quick,
- 51:29Speaker 2: the very quick backflip from him.
- 51:31Speaker 1: You can just never blame me back. It's like if
- 51:34Speaker 1: it didn't work out for a reason, going back and
- 51:37Speaker 1: trying to recreate that.
- 51:38Speaker 2: He was like, I want to go on national radio
- 51:39Speaker 2: win this woman back. I think it could be something.
- 51:41Speaker 2: And she was like, I don't know if I want
- 51:43Speaker 2: you back, and he's like, well, I will never meet
- 51:45Speaker 2: you again.
- 51:45Speaker 1: If I could. All right, if it's your birthday today
- 51:49Speaker 1: twenty eighth and May were about to do the birthday
- 51:51Speaker 1: whill thirteen one oh six five. You'll get to spin
- 51:54Speaker 1: our wheel and win a prize. You're on Kiss Good Mornings.
- 52:00Speaker 1: Let me give you good morning. You're on Kiss. You
- 52:03Speaker 1: got Mikey Brooklyn, Georgie Toney. Just before we get to
- 52:06Speaker 1: the birthday wheel, Amy has called in. Hello Amy, good morning.
- 52:10Speaker 16: Oh hi guys, how are you good?
- 52:13Speaker 1: What do you want to talk about? Well?
- 52:16Speaker 9: I want to talk about men like Dan.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Yeah. So if you just tuned in, we were doing
- 52:21Speaker 1: I want you back. We had Dan, he was dating
- 52:24Speaker 1: Maddie for a couple of months, abruptly called it off
- 52:27Speaker 1: because it was getting.
- 52:28Speaker 4: He said it was getting. What was his words, He's serious, scary,
- 52:32Speaker 4: something intense.
- 52:33Speaker 1: Yeah. YEA tried to get her back. She completely shut
- 52:36Speaker 1: him down. It was a train wreck. What did you
- 52:38Speaker 1: want to say about it? Amy?
- 52:39Speaker 9: I wanted to say that I fell completely, madly in
- 52:44Speaker 9: love with a guy like that about six years ago.
- 52:48Speaker 9: And then he he dropped me as well, like he
- 52:51Speaker 9: was like, oh no, this is too much after telling
- 52:54Speaker 9: me he was madly in love with me too.
- 52:57Speaker 19: Please see.
- 52:57Speaker 9: And I've got two I've got two of his children
- 53:00Speaker 9: are now.
- 53:01Speaker 1: So Maddie should have taken him back?
- 53:04Speaker 9: No, no, no, no, okay, Look, I want to start
- 53:07Speaker 9: by saying that I love my children. Till the end
- 53:10Speaker 9: of the earth and beyond. And I have no regrets
- 53:12Speaker 9: in my life. But what I've learned from this situation
- 53:15Speaker 9: is that back then, I completely abandoned my own self
- 53:18Speaker 9: worth by taking someone back who took a whole year
- 53:22Speaker 9: to decide whether they wanted to.
- 53:23Speaker 10: Be with me.
- 53:24Speaker 19: Ye.
- 53:25Speaker 1: Are you not together anymore?
- 53:26Speaker 8: Then? No?
- 53:28Speaker 9: And I'm a single mom. And I'll tell you. I
- 53:30Speaker 9: don't want to give too much details on the radio,
- 53:32Speaker 9: but my life is really hard.
- 53:34Speaker 4: Does he still want to get back with you even now?
- 53:37Speaker 10: Oh?
- 53:38Speaker 9: His full nark. He will never give me any closure.
- 53:42Speaker 9: He always acts like we're getting back together.
- 53:44Speaker 3: But we're not.
- 53:46Speaker 1: So you agree with me when something is done, a
- 53:48Speaker 1: couple of months of dating or a year of dating
- 53:50Speaker 1: or whatever, never go back.
- 53:51Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 53:53Speaker 9: Sorry, can you repeat that?
- 53:55Speaker 16: My three year role?
- 53:59Speaker 2: You're on? Mad Amy? She made the right call. We
- 54:01Speaker 2: appreciate it.
- 54:02Speaker 4: Thanks Amy.
- 54:04Speaker 16: It's my birthday.
- 54:05Speaker 1: It's my birthday there all right? Cough it wait, let's
- 54:08Speaker 1: do the birthday wheel. Yeah, happy birthday. Who is having

- 56:23Speaker 19: breakfast all by myself.
- 56:24Speaker 4: Oh heaven?
- 56:26Speaker 1: How Good's just doing something by yourself that you really
- 56:29Speaker 1: enjoy for your birth especially if.
- 56:31Speaker 2: You've got kids, and there'll be like no one touching you,

- 57:16Speaker 1: over very soon. But up next to here to celebrity gossip.
- 57:19Speaker 1: What are we going to hear about Georgie?
- 57:21Speaker 2: Are they or aren't they? Gail King, otherwise known as
- 57:24Speaker 2: Oprah's best friend, finally addresses the rumors that they are
- 57:27Speaker 2: in a secret relationship. That's next on.
- 57:29Speaker 1: Oh, I can't wait to hear.
- 57:30Speaker 4: I hope they are.
- 57:32Speaker 5: If they're not, I'm going to be real disappointed in you,
- 57:34Speaker 5: Georgie Bbrexel.
- 57:36Speaker 2: Right now, our kids, celebrity news.
- 57:39Speaker 4: You like that?
- 57:40Speaker 2: Guards rumors, rumors, rumors, guys. There has been one particular
- 57:44Speaker 2: rumor that has haunted this woman for I would say
- 57:46Speaker 2: maybe half of her life. And that's Gail King, the astronaut.
- 57:50Speaker 2: Remember she went up there with Katie Perry.
- 57:52Speaker 4: Yeah, Katy Perry and astronaut.
- 57:54Speaker 2: Now yeah, yeah, yeah, so astronaut, TV host, journalists, but
- 57:58Speaker 2: also very very key Oprah Winfrey's best.
- 58:01Speaker 5: Look when you grow up your whole life saying he's
- 58:03Speaker 5: my best friend, he's my best friend. Well, okay, lesbian
- 58:06Speaker 5: rumors will surround.
- 58:08Speaker 2: You, exactly, and these kind of rumors have followed the
- 58:11Speaker 2: pair of them, the pair of them. Remember Oprah as
- 58:13Speaker 2: well has been in a very very long term relationship
- 58:15Speaker 2: with a man, but never married, never married, stepman, it's deadman, yes, yeah,
- 58:20Speaker 2: never married. So Gail King was on the hip podcast
- 58:23Speaker 2: called Her Daddy with Alex Cooper and finally addressed this
- 58:28Speaker 2: very thing.
- 58:29Speaker 1: Okay, here we go. It used to really bother me.
- 58:32Speaker 22: I was recently divorced and there was an oution inquiry
- 58:34Speaker 22: to a story about that's the reason for the divorce
- 58:36Speaker 22: because they're secretly gay. Number one, if we were gay,
- 58:39Speaker 22: we would tell you, because, believe me, there's nothing wrong
- 58:42Speaker 22: with it. It's just I prefer a man. I prefer
- 58:46Speaker 22: a man, So so we would tell you, and then
- 58:49Speaker 22: I would say, you've got to say something on your
- 58:51Speaker 22: show because it's hard enough for me to get a
- 58:54Speaker 22: date on a Saturday night, and now.
- 58:55Speaker 2: People think I'm a lesbian. You've got to say something.
- 58:59Speaker 4: And she said, no, we should just leave it.
- 59:00Speaker 22: But I said, no, you've got to say She said no,
- 59:03Speaker 22: just leave it alone.
- 59:04Speaker 2: Leave it alone.
- 59:05Speaker 1: Okay, so not gay. But do we believe them Brooklyn?
- 59:08Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 59:09Speaker 5: I guess so, because what's the point of stedman and
- 59:13Speaker 5: not saying it.
- 59:14Speaker 4: I don't understand why you would it.
- 59:15Speaker 1: Well, back in the day people used to have a
- 59:17Speaker 1: beard or whatever, and you'd have to fake it. But
- 59:19Speaker 1: she does have a point. It's twenty twenty six, right,
- 59:22Speaker 1: If you're going to be gay, you're going to be gay.
- 59:24Speaker 2: And for them as well, like they can do whatever
- 59:26Speaker 2: they want. Yeah, different echelon, do you know what I mean?
- 59:29Speaker 2: I agree she's not gay.
- 59:31Speaker 1: Maybe when Oprah started back in the eighties, you might
- 59:34Speaker 1: have had to pretend. But yeah, they're not. But what
- 59:36Speaker 1: about that whole thing where a lot of people are like, oh,
- 59:38Speaker 1: but every woman is secretly.
- 59:39Speaker 4: By They may not be together, but you reckon they've
- 59:43Speaker 4: hooked up.
- 59:44Speaker 2: I don't know. Maybe this is something that said to
- 59:46Speaker 2: be fair, Robert does think this about me.
- 59:48Speaker 1: He thinks you're buying Yeah, and you're no.
- 59:50Speaker 2: If I could be, I would be, if I if
- 59:54Speaker 2: I could I would, but I might just have because
- 59:56Speaker 2: I because I genuinely love women like I love women.
- 59:58Speaker 2: I think they're absolutely gorgeous. I've become obsessed with them,
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: like I want to be their friends, my female friendships,
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: like my most important relationships.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: By you, Reckon, he's just like trying to get another
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: girl in the bedroom. You're sure you're not. By Georgie
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: exadly with me.
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: Also Overnight Guys at Huge TikTok. Star and influencer alex
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: El has gone viral for admitting to something that she
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: says she calls herself psychotic potentially, and I'm kind of
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: agreeing with her with that. Have a listen. I love music,
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: but I never listened to it in the corps. Silent,
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: getting Ready, Silent, Glam Silent. It's psychotic.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: Ah, that is psychotic. As soon as I get in
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: the car, I have to have something on podcast, radio whatever.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: In fact, I don't know. I've been wanting to bring
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: it up for a while. It's very in but crow, Now,
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: does your Apple car play stop working once you get
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: into our car park here?
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: No?
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: Oh, well mine does every day because you got a
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: shitty car. Oh yeah, better than yours.
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: Here we go no cars.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: I've got silence for like a good two or three minutes,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: and there's these horrible thoughts in my head.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: You can't handle those.
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: If anyone else like me, we're the only time I
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: drive in silence is when I'm hungover, Like I'll get
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: like an hour later and I'm like, oh wait, I've
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: been listening to nothing.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: So maybe it is the horrible thoughts.
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: In my head.
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: It is so my algorithm targeted me the other day
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: one by thinking I would be interested in this content
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: by two because apparently there's this thing online now and
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: it's all to do with sitting in silence, the raw
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: dogging of it all. Remember there was like you could
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: raw a dog on a plane, and it's just like
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: you have to sit there with your thoughts. It's gone
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: a step further and there's now a thing where people
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: just sit and stare at a wall for fifteen minutes
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: before they go to.
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: Bed, just like, yes, I reckon it was that good
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: for you.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: No, I can't do that.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: Potentially, I've got no I've got absolutely no interesting.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Should we try it? I know we've got John Edward
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: coming up to get that. We'll just do fifteen minutes.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: Everyone listening. Everyone here, we'll just stare at a wall
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: for fifteen minutes starting now.
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: We might do it, but I'd say everyone else would
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: tune stations.
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: I don't want them going to nova.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: There's no like honestly, what would be better? This or
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: another radio station?
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: Better for your brain? Your brains?
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: All right, we'll do it starting now.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: Yeah, we're going to fire off the backup tape.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Let's not do that. Oh that thing? How long have
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: we got?
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: Oh there's five?
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: Yeah, you get dead?
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Thirty seconds?
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Wow?
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: Should we try ten seconds?
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: Nah?
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: Five?
- 1:02:32Speaker 14: Nah?
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: We can't. We can't survive in silence for a second
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: that night.
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: Nah. I just get my phone out and start scrolling.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: All right, you want to cross over with John Edward?
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: He is ready thirteen one o six five. Let's do
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: it right now. If you want to connect with a
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: loved one that has passed away, John Edward is standing
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: by thirteen one o six five and he is on
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: air next right here at kids crossing and right now
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: John Edward, he is coming to Australia in October. He
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: is joining us to crossover right now, thirteen one oh
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: six five. If you want to have a check.
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: Good morning, John, Morning, morning, good morning, superstar morning, good morning.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: We are so excited to be talking to you, and
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: so excited that you're going to be back down under
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: in October. But what I want to know is that
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: when you're actually traveling around obviously there's so many crowns everywhere,
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: can you remind us how what you do works? And
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: I mean, if you're surrounded by people, is it just
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: loud all the time? Like, are you just hearing too
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: many conversations at once?
- 1:03:37Speaker 10: No?
- 1:03:37Speaker 8: So, when I'm not doing the readings, when I'm not working,
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: I'm powered down, I'm not I'm not picking up on anybody.
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: I don't want to know anybody's business. I don't want
- 1:03:45Speaker 8: to be hearing from many of his relatives. And quite honestly,
- 1:03:49Speaker 8: it's not appropriate to enter someone's vibration without their consent.
- 1:03:52Speaker 8: So wow, that's so much contrul it would be it
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: would be unethical to be honest.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: All right, Well, let's see, let's do it right now.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: If you want to connect with love one thirteen one
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: oh six five, let's go to Alissa. You're on with
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: John Edward.
- 1:04:07Speaker 11: Hello, Hello, Hello, John, Hey, how are you hi?
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: John? How are you?
- 1:04:14Speaker 23: It's Alisa.
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: I am good nice to meet you, Alyssa. I'm I'm
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: actually a little bit delayed. I think I'm actually calling
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: it from the UK. Do you do you have a
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: question that I could focus on. I do.
- 1:04:26Speaker 23: I'd like to see if my mom, who passed it
- 1:04:29Speaker 23: by three years ago, is doing okay and if she's
- 1:04:33Speaker 23: understanding what's going on now with all the drama and
- 1:04:36Speaker 23: sure so, so the.
- 1:04:37Speaker 15: First thing I'm going to tell you is that I
- 1:04:39Speaker 15: don't think that she's alone.
- 1:04:41Speaker 8: I think that this is something to address because I
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: think that there's a there was a concern about who
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: was going to be maybe meeting her or connecting with her.
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: And Alyssa, where's the L name in the family living
- 1:04:51Speaker 8: or past, like Laurie or Elle. Who's going to be
- 1:04:54Speaker 8: an L name living?
- 1:04:55Speaker 10: Or lynn Lynette my mom?
- 1:04:58Speaker 8: Okay, so that's her name. Then the connection to her
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: and the month of May or the fifth of a
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: month is going to be tied to your family. So
- 1:05:06Speaker 8: either birthday or anniversary that comes up either in the
- 1:05:09Speaker 8: fifth month May or the fifth of a month. And
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: did you know that she lost a baby? Because she's
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: got a baby that's with her.
- 1:05:14Speaker 10: She's letting me know that there was a child, that's
- 1:05:16Speaker 10: the quean one of my.
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: Yeah, okay, because she's letting me know that the baby
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: is there. And then there was a big brou haha
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: about the naming of a child and almost like a
- 1:05:27Speaker 8: family argument at one point, like it became a bone
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: of contention about how we were going to name somebody.
- 1:05:33Speaker 8: She's aware of what's taking place in the family. I
- 1:05:36Speaker 8: think that one of the things that you know, grief
- 1:05:40Speaker 8: brings out the ugly and the dynamics and circumstances and situations,
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: and sometimes it's really not just about the person's passing.
- 1:05:46Speaker 8: It's about the circumstances that led up to certain things.
- 1:05:49Speaker 8: And there could be splits and chism like chisms and families.
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: But my feeling for you, Alyssa is that she's making
- 1:05:57Speaker 8: me feel like there's something that you're about ready to
- 1:06:00Speaker 8: step away from. So she's making me feel like as
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: as you're about ready to step away from whatever this
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: is to really really think this out, she's making me
- 1:06:09Speaker 8: feel like when you were younger in school, sometimes you
- 1:06:12Speaker 8: were a little bit like you were a little bit
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: of a like you made up your mind, you did
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: what you had to do, you and you went through
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: with it. It's almost like it's like you don't have
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: to be the first person to get the test done first.
- 1:06:23Speaker 8: Maybe go over your go over your your questions and
- 1:06:26Speaker 8: answers and make sure that you didn't miss something. So
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: she's making me feel like you're one of you're one
- 1:06:31Speaker 8: of three kids, right, five?
- 1:06:34Speaker 15: Okay?
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: So wait, out of your five, you're in a group
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: of three where two seem different. So there's something about
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: three being similar and two being different. And then she
- 1:06:45Speaker 8: wants me to say, are you still are you still
- 1:06:47Speaker 8: connecting with with Mickey or Mikey?
- 1:06:49Speaker 16: Who's that.
- 1:06:52Speaker 19: Mark my husband?
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: Okay, so she's acknowledging the MK's name, like Mark is
- 1:06:58Speaker 8: Mark John?
- 1:06:59Speaker 14: His middle name Jay no dime in.
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: So I need you to know that directly connected to Mark,
- 1:07:07Speaker 8: there is a j name like John or Jim. It's
- 1:07:10Speaker 8: a it's on the same level in my head for him.
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: But I yes to your question. Your mom knows what's
- 1:07:16Speaker 8: taking place, but without judgment. But she's more concerned as
- 1:07:19Speaker 8: where I have this a little bit amount of time
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: of you focusing on what you're moving away from and
- 1:07:25Speaker 8: to make sure that you're sure about what you're doing
- 1:07:28Speaker 8: so that you don't have a remorse or regret about that.
- 1:07:31Speaker 15: Do you understand?
- 1:07:32Speaker 14: Yeah? Yeah, I do.
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: And then the last thing I'm going to say to
- 1:07:35Speaker 8: you listen, is that on your left on your left hand,
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: or i'm sorry, your left arm or your left forearm.
- 1:07:40Speaker 15: I don't know if she's trying.
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: To tell me that you you did a tattoo there,
- 1:07:44Speaker 8: or if there's some type of birthmark that somebody has there,
- 1:07:47Speaker 8: but she's acknowledging something that would be like pointing out
- 1:07:49Speaker 8: my arm.
- 1:07:50Speaker 15: She's pointing out my arm, So there's something something.
- 1:07:52Speaker 23: About that I have a little ska there, And I said,
- 1:07:55Speaker 23: I want to put a butterfly off her, a little
- 1:07:57Speaker 23: butterfly on that.
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: Wow?
- 1:07:59Speaker 15: Yeah okay.
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: And she's showing me pink she's showed the sorry, she's
- 1:08:02Speaker 8: showing me pink roses. And when I say pink roses,
- 1:08:04Speaker 8: that's the way of expressing their love. Your dad's still
- 1:08:06Speaker 8: look with us, right, your dads still living?
- 1:08:08Speaker 14: Yes?
- 1:08:09Speaker 15: Okay?
- 1:08:10Speaker 8: And are you guys like in the process of I'm sorry.
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: I know this is live radio, but can I say anything? Yeah, okay,
- 1:08:19Speaker 8: well I know you guys DJs are going.
- 1:08:21Speaker 10: To say that.
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: Sorry, we're so involved.
- 1:08:27Speaker 15: A less say I can say anything. Yeah, okay, I
- 1:08:31Speaker 15: kind of feel like.
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: Your mom's going to lend as much support as she
- 1:08:34Speaker 8: can where your dad's concerned. But you remember, things shift
- 1:08:38Speaker 8: sometimes when people pass and relationship dynamics change, and she's
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: kind of making me feel like there may be some
- 1:08:45Speaker 8: I don't want to say judgment, but strong opinions about
- 1:08:48Speaker 8: how things are taking place.
- 1:08:49Speaker 23: Do you understand, okay, from her or from my dad.
- 1:08:54Speaker 15: Not from her, from people around your dad. Okay, yes,
- 1:09:00Speaker 15: so it's not from home. They don't judge. People in
- 1:09:02Speaker 15: spirit don't judge. Okay.
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: What do you think about Alissa?
- 1:09:06Speaker 10: That's amazing.
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: Yeah, he was spot on about everything. It seemed like.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Yeah, Alissa, thank you for joining us. More with John
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Edward coming up. You want to be on air with him?
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: Incredible, it's amazing.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: Give us a call thirteen one oh six five. You
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: can also see John Edward when he is in Australia
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: this October. Head to John Edward dot Net, Forward Slash
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: Events and more with John Edward coming up next right here. Yeah,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: you're crossing over with John Edward right now thirteen one
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: oh sixty five to get on air with him. And
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: we have Tristan who's on now, Tristan, good morning.
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: Hi, Tristan, you're good morning.
- 1:09:50Speaker 19: Good morning. I lost my dad unexpectedly in December. It's
- 1:09:57Speaker 19: hit me very, very hard. I was speaking with him
- 1:10:01Speaker 19: on the day before, talking about how Stubny was having
- 1:10:04Speaker 19: a good laugh making weekend plans, and I get the
- 1:10:07Speaker 19: call at work the next morning that he was found.
- 1:10:10Speaker 4: In his bed.
- 1:10:12Speaker 19: So yeah, I guess my main question is I just
- 1:10:15Speaker 19: want to know that it was quick and sudden, because
- 1:10:17Speaker 19: the thought of him being alone and in pain upsets
- 1:10:20Speaker 19: me even more.
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: So, Tristan, the first thing I'm going to tell you
- 1:10:24Speaker 8: is that, in general, then this is my forty years
- 1:10:26Speaker 8: of experience doing this, nobody ever passes alone. So if
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: you discover, if anybody's listening to this and you were
- 1:10:33Speaker 8: not able to be at bedside when somebody transitions physically
- 1:10:37Speaker 8: in the physical world, nobody ever passes alone because there's
- 1:10:40Speaker 8: always people that come for us. So that's number one.
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: So that's the first thing that I'm feeling. But Tristan,
- 1:10:45Speaker 8: can I ask you, I know your calling about your dad.
- 1:10:48Speaker 8: Is there anybody that you're connected to that I would
- 1:10:50Speaker 8: see as being like a contemporary to you that's passed Like,
- 1:10:54Speaker 8: was there a boyfriend, or was there like a cousin,
- 1:10:57Speaker 8: somebody that would be on your level, like a contemporary
- 1:11:00Speaker 8: that's that's been gone.
- 1:11:01Speaker 15: I don't know how long he's there gone.
- 1:11:05Speaker 19: Nor my husband's still with me, my children is still
- 1:11:08Speaker 19: with me, I will other relatives.
- 1:11:13Speaker 15: So here's what if I said to you.
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: If I said to you, Tristan, if I said, where's
- 1:11:17Speaker 8: the R name, like like Richard or Robert, where's the
- 1:11:20Speaker 8: R name living or past?
- 1:11:22Speaker 10: My dad?
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: Okay, So I need you to know then your dad
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: is the one who's giving me this information. And I'm
- 1:11:29Speaker 8: going to tell you that I asked the producers, like
- 1:11:32Speaker 8: during the break, if somebody had a contemporary that passed,
- 1:11:36Speaker 8: because I was getting that.
- 1:11:37Speaker 15: So I'm going to tell you.
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: That either your dad is letting me know he's with
- 1:11:40Speaker 8: his partner, his brother, his cousin, he's got a person
- 1:11:44Speaker 8: that's with him that I have to highlight, or somebody
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: that you're connected to past like kind of quick and
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: sudden and tragic. I want you to know that the
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: month of August is important, or the eighth of a
- 1:11:56Speaker 8: month is tied in because I'm seeing that, and then
- 1:11:58Speaker 8: I'm supposed to talk about it. I don't know if
- 1:12:00Speaker 8: there's a different accent or if there's a different language
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: that somebody was speaking, but I feel like there's some
- 1:12:04Speaker 8: other type of language.
- 1:12:06Speaker 19: Said again, my uncle was speaking Belgian because he was
- 1:12:10Speaker 19: living in Belgium with his wife and he passed up
- 1:12:12Speaker 19: M and D not too long ago.
- 1:12:16Speaker 8: Okay, so that would be your dad's brother. Yes, okay,
- 1:12:20Speaker 8: so that's the male contemporary. So I apologize. I was
- 1:12:23Speaker 8: getting it as being to the person's side. Your dad
- 1:12:26Speaker 8: is making me feel like I'm supposed to tell I'm
- 1:12:28Speaker 8: supposed to tease you that you took his sheet, or
- 1:12:30Speaker 8: you took his blanket, or you took something.
- 1:12:34Speaker 10: It took something.
- 1:12:36Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm supposed to tease you. So I don't know
- 1:12:37Speaker 8: if that was something that you didn't ask for and
- 1:12:40Speaker 8: you just, you know, acquired.
- 1:12:44Speaker 19: The blanket that he passed away with over him. I
- 1:12:47Speaker 19: had found and spent hours looking for because he wanted
- 1:12:50Speaker 19: it so badly, and I got it all clean and
- 1:12:53Speaker 19: watched for him, and then he passed away in it,
- 1:12:55Speaker 19: and I've taken it so that I can try and
- 1:12:57Speaker 19: get some memorabilia bears made of that blanket.
- 1:13:00Speaker 8: So this is his way of letting you know This
- 1:13:02Speaker 8: is his way of letting you know that he's okay
- 1:13:04Speaker 8: and that he's with you. I do not think his
- 1:13:06Speaker 8: passing was painful. I don't think that at all. I
- 1:13:09Speaker 8: think that he just kind of like stepped into the
- 1:13:11Speaker 8: next room.
- 1:13:12Speaker 15: And here's what I tell you. I tell you that he's.
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: Okay, but you're not. He's okay, but you're you're you're
- 1:13:19Speaker 8: working on that. And you know, the cat that died
- 1:13:22Speaker 8: or the pet that died, he's got that with him too.
- 1:13:27Speaker 8: So I don't know if you liked you like lost
- 1:13:30Speaker 8: like a number of things back to back, and then
- 1:13:32Speaker 8: why did you but Tristan, why did you think your
- 1:13:35Speaker 8: grandmother didn't like you?
- 1:13:39Speaker 19: It's hard. I have a stubborn family. It's so difficult.
- 1:13:44Speaker 19: And it wasn't that my grandmother didn'tize me. I felt
- 1:13:46Speaker 19: I had to be strong for everyone. So I've tried
- 1:13:49Speaker 19: to do everything myself, and it's been a lot, and
- 1:13:53Speaker 19: I don't want anyone feeling the pressure of everything. So
- 1:13:56Speaker 19: I've been doing so much stuff to try and take
- 1:13:59Speaker 19: the pressure of her because she's the last one. I've
- 1:14:02Speaker 19: got no one else after her.
- 1:14:04Speaker 8: So so your grandma is still here, yes, Okay, So
- 1:14:09Speaker 8: the pressure that I'm feeling is the pressure that you're
- 1:14:10Speaker 8: putting on yourself.
- 1:14:12Speaker 15: So here's the greatest thing I can tell you. You're ready.
- 1:14:14Speaker 15: Your dad's okay. He wants you to be okay.
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: And the way you're going to be okay is by
- 1:14:20Speaker 8: finding your words, which is uncomfortable. You don't like to
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: express yourself emotionally, so just try to find your words, okay,
- 1:14:27Speaker 8: communicate about what you're feeling and thinking.
- 1:14:29Speaker 15: I know your dad's okay.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: Thank you, Kristin.
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: Wow was your dad's name? Richard Rodney? Oh my god,
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: I can't believe.
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: A lot of people have got shivers in here now
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: whole time. Yeah, John Edward, thanks so much. Mate. You
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: can see John Edward whenning in Australia in October. We
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: will see you in the studio. Then head to John

- 1:16:43Speaker 2: twenty twenty.
- 1:16:44Speaker 3: One American Idol?
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: And then let's go back again where root of one hundred.
- 1:16:53Speaker 17: Picky no.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: Who is ten? But also but also just so you know,

- 1:17:17Speaker 1: Well. In with a Shot Deal or No Deal a
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: Millionaire hot Seat week nights from six thirty on Channel ten,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: We're going to hit a celebrity gossip coming up, and
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: we'll take your final calls. Anything you want to talk about.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: Thirteen one oh six five. A lot of angry people
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: about the national anthem last night, and I know that
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: they're in a state together, in state of origin National Anthem.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: Lots of angry people and we'll be talking to some
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: of them before the end of the show.
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: All right, KI six Celebrity news did like that guards
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: starting things off with some breaking news, some heavy news. Guys,
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: Matthew Perry, our favorite friend Chandler being obviously who died
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: in back in October twenty three. That's how quickly time goes.
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: His assistant has been sentenced to more than three years
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: in prison for injecting the actor with ketamine on the
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: day that he died. So he died as a result
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: of acute effects of ketamine, of course, and then his
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: duty of care and who was meant to be taking
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: care of him. That's focused or has been part of
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: the focus of a big part of this investigation. So
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: his assistant three guys in prison, Yes, yes, for injecting
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: the act with kenemede, including three times on the day
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: that matter he died.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: Not fair enough. Yeah.
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: Elsewhere we've been reporting on at Katie Price for this
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: week and much of last week and her missing husband.
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: Where has he been?
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: Was she's the girl in the UK with the big boobs?
- 1:18:38Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: Yeah? Was he kidnapped? There's been a lot of speculation
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: about this. Turns out she's spoken to him, has confirmed
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: he is in a jail. He's in a Dubai jail
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: according to her, and he's been arrested on suspicion of espionage.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: Hang on, he called her.
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: He called her.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: I still think he goes to that. Look at this Heylana,
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: it's my girlfriend's name. Yeah, I'm in jail. I've been arrested.
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: No proof, you're like FaceTime or it didn't happen from
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: the cell.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, call my girlfriend Brett. I'm in prison.
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: Well apparently he's going to be released on Monday. So
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: if that happened, Yeah, if that happens, we'll be able.
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: Will there'll be another update.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: Here is what happened. It ghosted up and brought to
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: the incident, you know, with all the news, and he's, ah, shit,
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: I've got to come back and bretend I've been arrested.
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: That's what happened.
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: This is a very big developing story here in Australia.
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: I have to give a trigger warning here to this
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: story that you're about to hear. It does depict sexual
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: acts and stories around sexual assault. It all has to
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: do with the Juggernaut show that is Maths, one of
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: the biggest undoubtedly shows in this country but also overseas.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Remember most recently the UK version of Maths has been
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: in the headlines because it was rocked by allegations of
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: sexual abuse against several of the brides in that series. Well,
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: this morning there's been a bombshell investigation released by The
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: Age in the Sydney Morning Herald which is alleging and
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: pattern of unsafe behavior on the Australian version right of Mass.
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: And by the way, I find this interesting. The Age
- 1:20:07Speaker 5: and Citney Morning Herald owned by Channel nine. Yes, so
- 1:20:10Speaker 5: their own newspaper.
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: Is so yeah, but they do say that they are
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: independent always, so they've done an investigation. What have we done?
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: An investigation? And some of the biggest allegations that have
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: come out of apparently a Safe Work New South Wales
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: inquiry into what was going on at the Australian versions
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: of the Mass Sydney Yes Yes, one bride alleged that
- 1:20:30Speaker 2: she was touched non consensually by a groom. In another incident,
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: a bride alleged she was being filmed while showering without
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: her knowledge and without her consent. And then there's also
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: been some allegations just of the treatment of the cast
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: or the brides from the producers them keeping them in rooms,
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: not letting them walk around just feeling that they may
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: be allegedly didn't have free soul to operate as they
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: wanted to.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: Could that be the end of Australia's biggest show?
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: If this gets worse, well, apparently according to this inquiry
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: from Safe Work, New South Wales, it has been closed
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: but they are monitoring the compliance now from Maths and
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: also from nine who say they are obviously taking this
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: very very seriously. So if there are any more quote
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: unquote notifiable incidents of this nature, got to be the
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: end of it. This story is just going to keep
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: blowing up. But of course if you are struggling with
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: a similar situation, please contact one eight hundred respect one night,
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: hundred and seventy three seven seven three two Big News.

- 1:21:32Speaker 1: to take your final calls. I know there's a couple
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: of people holding on the line that weren't happy with
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: the anthem oh last night sung at state of origin.

- 1:22:26Speaker 2: The blanket?

- 1:22:28Speaker 19: The blanket?
- 1:22:29Speaker 16: I was like, how did he know?
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: How did he know?

- 1:22:34Speaker 5: on Kiss and yeah, he's great, obviously, but but that
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: was like one of the best I've ever throw.

- 1:22:46Speaker 1: if you want to hear it, you can grab the

- 1:23:07Speaker 1: are hello? What do you want to talk about?
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: This anthem?
- 1:23:11Speaker 20: I understand people, Yeah, people have a bit of a
- 1:23:16Speaker 20: judgment lookout.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: So this is last night's state of origin. What was
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: a guy's named it before?
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: Robbie Mortimer. Robbie Mortimer, an Australian country music singer also
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: the nephew of Rugby League Royalty Steve Mortimer, performed the
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: National Anthem and he's cop and shit this morning.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: I have a listen now he's doing like country style
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: and he is a country singer. A lot of hate
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: online this morning for his version. So you get the idea, well,
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: you want to defend him, Daniel, I do.
- 1:23:48Speaker 20: I understand where people are coming from. They may not
- 1:23:52Speaker 20: like the way he does it, but at the end
- 1:23:55Speaker 20: of the day, this is a song that he's supposed
- 1:23:57Speaker 20: to unite us as a country and and this is
- 1:24:00Speaker 20: a song and this is also an act that will
- 1:24:02Speaker 20: encourage future singers and future performers to come out and
- 1:24:06Speaker 20: to actually do it as well. And as you guys said,
- 1:24:09Speaker 20: it is one of the most nerve wracking things I
- 1:24:11Speaker 20: could imagine.
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: It is it is You've got You've got tens of
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: thousands of people filling those stands, millions of people watching
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: as well, judging you. This is the one song other
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: than Happy Birthday that every single person in this country knows.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: And you know as soon as you go for that
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: big no, it's it's not an easy song to sing.
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: No againt that And you were saying your fiance Rob Mills,
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: He's done it many times, many times many who've never
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: seen more.

- 1:24:37Speaker 2: nervous than that.

- 1:24:40Speaker 1: it as well? Hello? Mate?
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: Hey Scott?

- 1:24:55Speaker 21: Definitely not. I would have told him to go home
- 1:24:57Speaker 21: if they did that.
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: Why did you think, though, mate, Like he performed at
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: your wedding, so obviously you're a fan. But what did

- 1:25:05Speaker 2: When I said it.
- 1:25:06Speaker 21: Last night, I was just excited to see him on
- 1:25:08Speaker 21: the screen. I didn't really pay attention to the actual
