- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Five, six, seven, eight, blonde or bad.
- 0:02[SPEAKER_00]: Bad, we'll have things to say.
- 0:04[SPEAKER_00]: Bad.
- 0:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not blonde.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_00]: Bad, I am.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_00]: And a bad.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, here we go.

- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: Come on.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so sorry.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_01]: No, I'm distracted because when you said bad, so we have like a family inside joke because one time we were at Olive Garden and we were talking with the waitress.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: I know this is worse than I am.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_01]: We were talking with the, it makes sense.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_01]: We were talking with the waitress about Oreos and I'm Mandy, my sister-in-law said something about like eating a lot of Oreos and the waitress goes, ooh, you're a bad girl.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: And so like we say that all the time now is like any time you kind of like indulge in something is like Well, you're a bad girl So when you said I'm blood and I'm bad and like in my mind I go, oh, you're a bad girl That's hilarious just she said it.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you're a bad girl
- 1:11[SPEAKER_01]: Just one insane thing to say it like a like absolutely iconic though at an all-of-garden talking about it So funny that like you could just be a waitress at all of garden and you can become family lore with just one sentence Yeah, truly or just like overhearing someone's conversation like that just becomes like absolute like Family just inside jokes that oh, yeah, we're gonna for it, but yeah, well, you're a bad girl
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: You're a bad girl when we go to Saratoga Springs and we go to Saratoga Springs in upstate New York every year and Stuart's gas stations have like little Stuart's ice cream shops and you can get their soda there if you ever had a Stuart soda no idea what that's Stuart's root beer okay definitely a northeast thing you would definitely love it their ice cream is also great I don't know if they have non-dairy flavors but
- 1:57[SPEAKER_00]: Probably not.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'll try.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, many, many, many years ago, because I've been going there since I was a kid.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: There was a guy who was working there, and he just had the most hilarious back and forth with the other guy who worked behind there.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: And he's getting our ice cream together.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I do not remember what was said, but this man straight up looks at the other guy and goes, let me put on my caring face.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: And we say it all the time, my mom will go, let me put on my caring face.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, meanwhile he was getting paid like $4.50 in 50 cents an hour to scuba cream and was just meanwhile he should be making royalties every single time he's making royalties.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, off of you're a bad girl.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you're a bad girl.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you're a bad girl.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: Let me put on my caring face.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, I want to know like your family lore.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you have something that you overheard someone say and now you say it all the time.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_01]: I will say that's a very podcast thing to do, like podcasts that I listen to, like, I kind of adapt the vernacular, the vocabulary, and I feel like our besties to that too.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: I also love hearing about everybody else's, like, when I hear family lore from, like, Brutz family.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and they're inside jokes because they said something the other night at dinner and they all laughed and I felt like very On the inside you were like wait, but I was just like I was like, oh, I missed something.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah Yeah, I don't remember what specifically it was, but obviously they explained it to me.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: They don't like me to be out on the joke for too long Yes, but it was you are the joke Unless I am the joke.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, you're so right, but it was it was really I just love hearing about other people's lore Really, I'll just be joy
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, this is not about lore.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's about lore a lie.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: Signing about her.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, it's not even about her.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we mentioned this in last week's episode or earlier this week, the breakups part two that we wanted to do kind of a go more to consider monthly roundup episode at the end of every month because I feel like after a month of yapping about different topics.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_00]: I have things that I forgot to talk about, you might as well, or like clarifications to make, exactly, and also our besties have a lot to say, and they'll call us about it, DM us about it, comment about it, so we wanted to kind of encapsulate that in one episode.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_00]: We're not doing that this month right now.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: We're actually just going to be a little broader about episode.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_01]: Well, for weak we kind of are it's like I feel like a lot happened this month But I feel that our blonde or bad episode I forget what it was actually called they hate blondes on them.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: We're girls don't they?
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that was the name of the episode But like if the the casual title in which we have
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: adopted.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: It is Blunderbad.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: I was going to say it became affectionately known as Blunderbad.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_01]: And so I think that doing that, I was excited to do it, and I had been for a while, but I didn't realize the reception that it was going to have.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I say, yeah, I was quite surprised and delighted to find how many people really enjoyed this one.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: To quote our YouTube comment, someone said it was innovative, and I was like, oh, whoa.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_01]: I love a compliment like you guys know so like especially when it comes to like episode topics because we've been doing this for how many years now for like how yeah, so I think that was more of like a rhetorical question, but like thank you for answering answer your accuracy
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: They're like we've had so many episodes and so many topics so like to bring new ones to the table that y'all take and run and have lots to say and lots of thoughts about.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_01]: I really love and so I think that coming back to this one because it was kind of like the hot topic of March.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's still a March recap.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, tap.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_01]: There's been a second since we said hot topic, isn't it?
- 5:32[SPEAKER_01]: But I feel like it's the hot topic of March, and a lot was said throughout the month, but I feel like the most was said about this, because like, my choice of big month for us.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's a big time.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_01]: It launched a marvelous time.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: Big time for that.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_01]: Big time for Mazele fans.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: We had Julian Winters on Gummar to Read, which was excellent.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_01]: Nice, maybe one of the nicest men I've ever met.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_01]: I like honestly, truly, just what a delight.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel like we just had like such a good time.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's also, it just feels like a lot really long month.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like it's rare to have like a month that feels really long.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I feel like a lot was able to happen.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like Xearing-In on Blonde Your Bad It feels appropriate because this was the, as was you said.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: That's epic.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: But it is April 2nd.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's not April 1st.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_01]: There's no joke.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_01]: I hate an April Fool's joke.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: Oh God, that's one of my least favorite things.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_01]: But because it's April, it means that we have a new month of Gamotoride, of course.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_01]: And it is a reading a sexy month, because last month, we had a where you read our follow, where we read the correspondent by Virginia Evans, which there's no plans at the moment to have Virginia Evans on the pod.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_01]: But I do have a request out, and they said, maybe later.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: to which I say okay great like really looking forward to that especially because Jane Fonda just got cast as civil in the course bonded which highly recommend reading it's very quick read it's really great but I feel like it's a good segue from that and our march that we've had with maizeal into our April pick for reading a sexy which is our romance specific of more inspired book club and that is
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: great, big beautiful life by Emily Henry, because this is a story of two writers who are vying to write the biography of a reclusive former celebrity, former socialite, and I feel like this really marries that sort of romance tropes that we like to find thematically in Gilmore girls,
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: but also aligning it with what we're talking about on Measle right now because the story of Margaret Ives, she is a socialite in like 50, 60, 70s.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like that really aligns them out of a cleave with Measle while the present day exploration of two writers feels really in line with like Gamma Rolls tropes and themes.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: I know a lot of you probably read this because like if you love to read who is not reading Emily Henry, but that is to say our frontier has not read this book.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: So I cannot say it's her that she will read about Alice and Hayden and Margaret and I really think that you're going to like it simply because it's a lot different than her other books which are just like straight romances it's all about the couple that both of them are kind of getting into the twists and turns and kind of mystery that is Margaret eyes and her.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: life.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's also set in Georgia.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: Love that.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: I love that for me.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited to read it personally.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: I have only read one Emily Henry book.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: It was Happy Place.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: I am currently reading book lovers.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I think you're going to love.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: That one to me is if I have a feeling this is going to be my faith.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_01]: If Paris and Doyle were tall, that's what that book is.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_00]: If Paris and Doyle were tall, that's what this book is, that's me.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: When you get into it, and you're gonna see it, is that one of their character traits that they're tall?
- 8:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they're both tall.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, okay.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: They're the same size.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: And she's quite tall.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_01]: Like one of her hangups is that like she is.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_01]: She is quite a tall person.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_01]: She's tall girl.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_01]: But you do play family.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: Henry is quite tall as well, but yeah, I'm excited.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's quite tall.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel like that one's a really good one for you because Nora is so named because of Nora Efron.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: And Nora's one of my favorite names in general, so it's perfect.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but you love Nora from the D.A.R.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_01]: But we aren't reading of lovers.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_01]: We're reading a great big beautiful life in April.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_01]: So if you want to join us in chat weekly with the book club, go on over to Patreon where you can join for free.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_01]: And chat.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_01]: That's all I'm excited.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be there too.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: Terrible, they too.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: Terrible.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_00]: Terrible.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's true.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's true.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: So as we mentioned this month, we talked about a lot of things, but our Splashiest topic was Blonderbat.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: And so I wanted to kind of revisit that because I feel like our listeners had a lot to say via comments on YouTube, Instagram, DMs, and we also did some
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: polls after we recorded the episode that I wanted to share with you because we did a blonde or bad poll.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: And we, meaning, tear it at this.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_01]: And that I'm also be finding out at the same time.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_01]: I do love when we like, we just like don't interact with the story that the other person put up.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: So they like it also be a surprise that only exactly knows.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like, yeah, me and the besties were about to find out together.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: So Rachel, blonde or bad 83% said
- 10:03[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and I feel like if you if you don't if you didn't listen to blonde or bad you should listen to that first to like get the like distinction versus blonde or bad yeah before you listen to this episode is not spoilers.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's just like what are these girls talking about what I don't know wasn't blonde there were like there were some DMs that were like neither she has brown on right here
- 10:23[SPEAKER_01]: You were like okay, and you didn't listen to the episode.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_00]: No, yeah, blonde, of course, meaning they were just mining their own business Bad meaning, they were intentionally villains or intentionally They are to kind of shake things up, which I think Rachel was there to shake things up in one of our listeners Message doesn't said something really important, and I wish I took a screenshot of that message But they basically were like, well, this is tough because it's like where they intended
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: to be, maybe a little villainous, maybe a little chaotic, and like whether or not they felt they were as characters, it's kind of different, like their intention versus like how the audience perceived them.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: I agree that that could probably be different.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_01]: For me, ultimately, Blunderbad is how we're kind of justifying it now because a lot of the people were intended to be villainous.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_01]: And when we now look at the actions that they actually performed against the Gilmore girls, a lot of the times they were just blonde and with the guy.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: So I think it's more of justice for is this reassessing it that like it could have been the intention, but now in the reflection of it, we're like, oh, she was just blonde.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she could have been intended to be bad, but like, uh, she was just blonde.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because someone even said that Rachel was intended to be bad.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, maybe, maybe she wasn't intended to be bad, but ultimately, she was just blonde.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it didn't land to speak bad.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like I think that's where Shane comes from.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: But we'll get there in a second.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_00]: So 83% said blonde and 17% said bad for Rachel.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: Sherry, 28% said blonde, 72% said bad.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: And I think early Sherry,
- 12:01[SPEAKER_01]: blonde.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_01]: Later, Sherry.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_01]: Bad.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_01]: But does not make up for being blonde early on.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: Interestingly, there were a lot of people who said that they felt like sharing new exactly what she was doing when she was in the kitchen with Laura Lye that she was like intentionally baiting her.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: She was intentionally being like a little snide towards her.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know that's just very blunt.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't know that I strongly disagree.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think she was being malicious.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: I think she's just who she is.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's just sure.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: Our cotton candy prints are Shane, 66% said blonde, and 34% said bad.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the fact that that wasn't in the 90s for being blonde.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_01]: I do, are you guys just so mad at this girl for being a bad beauty, sir, employee?
- 12:49[SPEAKER_00]: I will say that one of our listeners, and again, I wish that I took a screenshot of this, but one of our listeners said, Shane, like, definitely had an attitude, but I would have an attitude too, if this girl was trying to steal my man, I would have an attitude as well.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_01]: If I was just macking with the cutest boy in Star's Hollow, minding my own business, even when I'm at work, I'm not minding the business of the business, I'm minding my own business.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_01]: She's always been minding her own business, even when she needed to be minding someone else's.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: So, so, so true.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like, she's just blind.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_01]: She has our cottons.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_01]: She's just blind.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I will, that's like one thing that, like, there's a lot of opinions about this show that, like, we could all watch the show at the same time in the same place.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: And we're all gonna have different takeaways.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what's beautiful and gorgeous about this show.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_01]: Except for, I will always fight about this one.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_01]: I will always fight for shade.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_01]: She was just finding her own business 100% of the time.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: And so sometimes, to the detriment of the business that she worked for.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, that's also something.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_01]: We are not the owners of Star's Hollow Beauty.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_00]: We're not.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_01]: We're not.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_01]: But if she worked for this podcast, I would have some questions.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_01]: I would have some questions and many comments.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_01]: You know, side conversations would occur.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_01]: But like, some of my problem.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_01]: I don't work there.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_01]: So I just, oh gosh, that really ricks my heart.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_01]: I need like the 40, or like the 30, what is it?
- 14:11[SPEAKER_01]: 38%, 34%, even worse.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_01]: I need you all individually to write in to the podcast to my inbox.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: with a 1200 red essay about why you said that.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, there's a minimum, okay.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_01]: I need to know, there's a minimum requirement.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to have like a, we're going to have like a live event, and we're only going to invite them, and it's going to be an ambush.
- 14:34[UNKNOWN]: It's going to be an ambush.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_01]: And it's we're going to have a paper and pen, no erasers, no erasers.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then you have to read it.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_00]: Sharpie marker.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: Sharpie marker on a whiteboard.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_01]: Like on a poster board, and you have to hold it up in front of everyone.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to get a lot of poster for 1200 words, but you're going to have to read it in front of everyone.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my gosh, we're going to be there for a long time.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: Lindsay, do you have any guesses for what the split was here?
- 15:03[SPEAKER_01]: I think the split for Lindsay is higher blonde than Shane.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: 82% blonde.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: 18% bad.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_00]: What kind of blunnest did Lindsay have that Shane didn't have?
- 15:16[SPEAKER_00]: I think because Shane had an attitude that Laura lie latched onto that, Laura liked the grown adult who called the Teenage Girl Free.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_00]: I know a freak, a freak.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_00]: Which I do want to say before we completely move on from Shane, that some people brought this up.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: I brought this up.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so I can talk about this anytime, but I'll talk about it now.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people said, like, oh, you forgot this person.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you forgot that person.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_00]: The thing about blonde or bad when it came to the episode that we did was said it was strictly for the girls that dated men, that the Gilmore girls were either interested in or they were exploit friends, suitors.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about the Luke's, the Dean's suggested.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: It's a Christopher.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the Christopher.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: Because people were like, you forgot Louise.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: We didn't.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: We actually talked about that at the end, to feel like we did.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there were a lot of people who brought up the blonde moms in one's got class and the other one dies.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_00]: And it's funny because I almost talked about that when we were talking about Shane because I do find it interesting that Laura Li is at odds with a bunch of like the stereotypical Karen moms and warriors at odds with Shane and all of the ones they're at odds with are blonde.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: but they did not have anything to do with the episode in the context that we were talking about.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, from.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why I didn't bring it up.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_00]: But bringing it up now, I do find it interesting that like where we kind of position Shane being a quote unquote freak and being like a person that we're not meant to like.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: She has more lines.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: She's actually being introduced as a character.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: I think that like we caught her name in Haunted Leg.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: We saw her for the first time in Lazy Hays Crazy.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: But like now she's actually being integrated into the story.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_00]: She's interacting with Rory.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_00]: I find it interesting that it's in one Scott class and the other one dies.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: When Rory light is specifically commenting on that all these women go to the same hairdresser.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_01]: Well, Shane doesn't.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: Shane, Shane's cute and very different, but I think that that's like the level of like I think that Laura lives grouping Shane into this like group of Karen, hairstyleed women, and they're just different.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_01]: They all have attitudes, but I feel like the attitude of a 17-year-old girl so justifiable, like I have been a 17-year-old girl with an attitude.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_01]: These moms kind of insane.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_01]: Very good.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: They're freex.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_01]: But they are free.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_01]: But the grown, but the grown woman calling the teenage girl freak.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_01]: So, what do people have to say about Lindsay that like felt more blonde than Shane?
- 17:38[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I actually took a screenshot of our question boxes on Instagram, of course, only allow you to say so much.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: This bestie, our bestie Anna, she took six boxes and I took your boxes and I thought
- 17:52[SPEAKER_00]: So this is what she said.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_00]: I always saw Lindsay's original stand-offishness with Rory as discomfort, that maybe Rory didn't know yet that she and Dean were dating.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_00]: And I, it made me look at the scene with them at the ice-cating ring a little bit differently because it was stand-offishness out of discomfort, not stand-offishness out of like your my boyfriend's ex girlfriend.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: I kind of, which I think, feel that too.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_00]: She goes on to say, I think it morphs into something more, but that was my initial read.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_00]: Also, I think maybe Lindsay and Dean gotten gauge as a direct result of the fight between Dean and Jess, like they needed to prove to each other that they were committed to spite Dean's behavior to defend Lori.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_01]: Ooh, they needed to prove it to each other that fascinating.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't like Dean proving it to
- 18:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, would I think we've kind of touched on here on the podcast that like, yeah, he proposes to Lindsay, maybe because Lindsay was like, hey, what the fuck was that?
- 18:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you want to get married?
- 18:53[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, no, no, I'm serious.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_01]: I want to get married to you.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: Whoa.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_01]: I just like them proving it to each other.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_01]: I like that phrasing.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that too.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_01]: But I've kind of thought, you know, that there was a discomfort there, like she wasn't sure how to approach it.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_01]: This is his ex-girlfriend, does she know, does she not know, like, how does this feel?
- 19:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's really in the Poe app, like after the Poe performance when she's kind of.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_01]: when, like, obviously, she's with Dean, I agree.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_01]: But if she knows, yeah, she's not over that too.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_01]: So can Lindsay, but like, yeah, but like, yeah, I don't know.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_01]: That felt like Shane's a moly that just Shane gets to have one because that's who Shane is.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of like the Paris of cheating, you know, it's like she just gets to have not a tattoo.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_01]: Lindsay, I just don't understand.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's also the same.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_01]: It also just feels like a paralleling Nicole having attitude, but that point she's not blonde, she is right here.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's true.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_00]: Well, speaking of Nicole, what do you think the split is?
- 19:47[SPEAKER_00]: It is bad.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: It is bad.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's bad.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_00]: 27% blonde.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, wow.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_00]: 73% bad.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_00]: She the baddest.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_00]: So far.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_00]: She and Sherry are neck and neck.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: Sherry was 72%.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_00]: 73.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_00]: So was a pretty, they're pretty bad.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you're a baddest.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so far.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: She's technically the baddest.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_01]: But not like in a baddie sort of way.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_01]: Penalyn?
- 20:14[SPEAKER_01]: Lot.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_00]: I think that she's less bad than Jerry.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, she is.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: But this was the closest split.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: 41% blonde, 59% bad.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, how is she blonde?
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: I completely agree with you because there were people who actually made the argument of like, well, she didn't know that Richard didn't tell Emily and I said, oh, no, no, she didn't tell her husband.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that was like a that seemed to agree upon.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: And the person I was talking with, I can't remember who it was, but they were like, oh, you're so right.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: I might have been holly.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: She was like, you're so right, I didn't even think about that.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_00]: And so that is, like, you guys wanna pull again, now that you know that she knew.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: I know, I know, but I do think that this one's a little tricky because she's the one we know the least about admittedly.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_00]: She's only isolated to one episode, all of the other women we're surveying here.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: We get to hear about her in one episode and we see her in another.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_01]: And then she, like, there's kind of like, she just becomes kind of this, like, running, she's kind of lower if you will, she's the lower, the lower of Penaland Law in let the games begin in season three when they're touring Gail, like that's where we get like Emily and Richard Law and they throw in Penaland Law and it's just this little toss and it's a little foreshadowing for season four when we meet her at Yale.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_01]: Which, oh, what a what a time.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_01]: It's a kind of like a perfect season full circle because let the games begin as episode eight Ted cobbles episode nine So it's like right around to there.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_01]: It feels like a perfect little full circle to bring panel and lot back again, but bad
- 21:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, 59% bad 41% blonde because I think there were people out there I don't know that they're necessarily teen panelin.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_01]: They just felt like she was just kind of mining her own business And she actually wasn't in the way that she was only minded her own business Penlin had nothing but other people's business in mind
- 22:13[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_01]: Like, why are you going to dinner or lunch?
- 22:17[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry, lunch.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_01]: Lunch actually feels more or not.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_01]: You guys then going to dinner.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_01]: Dinner feels like you guys are together after the sun has set.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm happy they've gone down.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe they thought about it.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_01]: But they are going to lunch every year since they got married.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_01]: And to be fair, plus years.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_01]: That's quite a long time to go without seeing each other.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_01]: A year, like, yeah, so much could happen in that year where you're like, this isn't right.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_01]: Why are we doing this?
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: But like, you have to want to reconnect with that person every single year.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's not like you're keeping up with each other.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: You're having to make the effort every single year.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_01]: And you have a year to decide if this is right wrong.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_01]: And every year to you decide it's right.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_00]: Dang.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_00]: Crazy.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_01]: Like imagine if like Brett saw, no, someone every year and didn't tell me, yeah, and you didn't find out until like what is it?
- 23:09[SPEAKER_01]: They're 39 years of marriage.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_01]: The next season that they celebrate 40 years, which I think that's another thing that's they sped up there.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_01]: They dared to get to the 40th.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_01]: A lot faster.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's like earlier seasons.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's quite a waste from 40, but regardless, for Anton's purposes, it's 39 years of marriage.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_01]: They've had lunch 39 times, which sounds very low, given the amount of lunch is you eat in general, but in 39 years they've had 39 lunches.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_00]: Um, not a lot when you consider it, but when you do consider it, but when you consider the span of how long they've kept in touch and that it's clearly a source spot in their relationship, I don't know.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's wrong.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't tell their partners.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she didn't tell Steven.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, that makes it worse.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's worse.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's worse.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_00]: That makes it 10 times worse.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: Richie.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_01]: Why'd you say that?
- 23:56[SPEAKER_01]: Because if her husband knew, you know, actually, can I tell you, I think if her husband knew, I would think it was worse.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_01]: Because she had decided to be honest about it and he was seeing me okay with it.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_01]: But you decided not to.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: You made the choice not to, but because you did it together, I think it's one of the bad.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_01]: Both, it's all bad, bad or bad.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_01]: It's bad, bad or bad.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_01]: She's a bad girl.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_01]: But she's a bad girl.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_01]: She's a horios.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: She had too many horios, so that's all.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: No, for me.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: She's in order to be fair.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_01]: We were talking about them.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_01]: They don't serve horios at all.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_01]: I had a feeling.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, I know we were talking about it because she wanted dessert.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_01]: She was asking us if we wanted dessert and Mandy said she was, no, we have Oreos at home.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_01]: And she's that's when she said, oh, you're back, girl.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_00]: For context, we were in order.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_00]: Really, really, really.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: All of our garden Oreos.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_00]: It's okay, we wouldn't have judged you if you did.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe other people would not be.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, last but not least, Bobby.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think the split is?
- 24:46[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's probably embarrassing for you all.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_01]: I think she's less blonde than she should be.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, she's 67% blonde, 33% bad.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_00]: Can I tell you, she was one of the most controversial.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_00]: of the bunch.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_01]: I understand.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_00]: I understand that a lot of people are going to look at Bobby and see she's being condescending.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: That is what the overwhelming response was.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_00]: You guys are way more generous to Bobby than me.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: I think she was condescending on purpose.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: Hot take Bobby knew what she was doing.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_00]: Someone even said that they think that Logan and Bobby slept together.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_01]: But like,
- 25:21[SPEAKER_01]: That is your fanfiction.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_01]: It is no contribution to the plot.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_01]: There's never any indication that the two of them have ever done anything together.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't come back around, like it's never hinted at that in any way.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_01]: That's your fanfiction based on your opinion of Logan or not.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_01]: That's entirely you.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_01]: I think that the condescending is like because your team
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: It feels condescending because worry thinks it's condescending.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_01]: But like, I don't think, I think that's kind of like what we, the intention of Blunderbad was though, is like coming back around and giving more being more generous with these characters, like what is actually going on here?
- 25:55[SPEAKER_01]: What is like on-page the story here?
- 25:58[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm, Bobby is a woman who works with all of these men.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_01]: She is the one that made the deal happen.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_01]: Did she do it with her legs?
- 26:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, she stood up, congrats Bobby.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_01]: She just said meetings ever boys and she walked away.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_01]: Who's the one that's commenting on her legs?
- 26:13[SPEAKER_01]: Her co-workers.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_01]: She's not the one who said I got up and I stood on my legs and I walked away.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_01]: It's the fill-up I forget, which one is which and whom is who, but he's like in its legs legs legs.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, okay,
- 26:27[SPEAKER_01]: That same legs.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_01]: Stop, stop.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_01]: You also have legs into the setup, but she made the deal happen.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't, I think that it could be perceived as being condescending, but like the only person that talked to her all night, who asked her about her.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_00]: was Bobby.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_00]: I also think that like energy is is one thing and when you can feel a specific kind of energy from someone it does it can like make or break a conversation but I also think you're reaction to it also makes or breaks a conversation if worry the thing is is that when you feel confident in your relationship and I know because I've been both insecure and now secure in my current partnership when you feel secure in your partnership and a girl is you know in the picture in the equation
- 27:12[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_00]: That can be intimidating.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: But if you feel secure enough in your relationship with your partner, you're like playing along.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 27:21[SPEAKER_00]: Or at least that's that's how I've handled situations when I now feel very secure in my relationship.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_00]: And the past, hell no, in the past, absolutely not.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_00]: There have been ways where maybe someone wasn't intending to be condescending or threatening, but I've taken it as such because of, you know, maybe you're like past past experiences where that was the intention and then you're like misinterpreting someone else's.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_00]: intention that I do think that speaking to it from an audience perspective, if you have had interactions with women like Bobby who are confident, and maybe strike you as condescending when they're just trying to be nice, then that might be your perception of it.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: And you're bringing your own experience into this character who, like, yeah, I forgot to say what, maybe maybe that was what she was doing.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_00]: But if worry could just kind of take in it and be like, yeah, I have a great time.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm studying and it's wonderful, and I'm getting a degree degree from an Ivy League, and you know, Logan and I have a great relationship.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, Bobby calls to mind those like TikToks of the girl, like the POV of like the girl who like the boyfriend.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, she talks about you all the time.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_01]: He's so silly.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like it could be that, but it's also like the only thing they have in common is Logan.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like oh my gosh, he's so funny.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_01]: He's like so lighthearted.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_01]: She's like he's also really serious.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, oh, okay.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_01]: Because I honestly, in this situation, blonde or bad, Bobby's blonde, Logan, bad.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm because Logan you didn't even tell her you were there were gonna be other people at dinner I know I just tell her that Bobby was a woman like I don't care like whatever You didn't even tell me that we're gonna be people there.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_01]: I thought you and I were having dinner and so like now I'm annoyed And then I have to talk to this girl But I didn't know like yeah, of course I'm gonna be annoyed.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_01]: Of course.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna find her annoying because I'm annoyed at you.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but like I think Bobby on page Like justice for Bobby.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_01]: She
- 29:05[SPEAKER_01]: She just works in a man's world and like got to talk to a girl who was like hated her Poor Bobby in New York having not a great time.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_01]: Bobby well home and called her mom and she was like literally all they talk about It's my legs just like they're great.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_01]: Got great more than just legs.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'm more than just legs I'm a brain too who sealed the deal Bobby Bobby my legs but it was it was Bobby but it was nicker fill-ups Sorry keep one call him nicker John
- 29:32[SPEAKER_01]: Nick or random man who works with Logan sometimes is the one who commented on it.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_01]: He's bad He's bad the the men are bad in the scene.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_01]: You know what they are Confidence tricksters.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_01]: They're coming Oh my gosh, I was so I put that on a teacher so bad
- 29:50[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, I want to hat this is Confidence Trickster.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_01]: Like I need it.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_01]: I need it.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's actually tomorrow's episode of the podcast of a marvelous time.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_01]: In episode three, oh my gosh, Midgesus the term Confidence Trickster, which I meant to look up to see if that was like a thing.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_00]: I told Brett this morning about that about them playing this like ass backwards version of one two three.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: He's yours.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_00]: confidence.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: And we were dying.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_00]: I was like confidence trickster.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_00]: And he loves it.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_01]: What is it?
- 30:21[SPEAKER_01]: The person who defrauds others by gaining their trust first often known as a con artist when they're a scammer.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_01]: So like we were right.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_01]: Like it's like they gain your confidence and they play a little trick with it.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_00]: They're caught them in the 1950s version of a gas lighter.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_01]: There's another one that I hope comes up later, a flim flammer, a person who uses tricks to cheat, a flim flammer, a confidence trickster.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_01]: I flammer this.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_01]: You know, confidence tricksters?
- 30:52[SPEAKER_01]: I love that term.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_01]: That was my new favorite thing.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_01]: Like, if I'm not into you and I don't believe a word you're saying and you have tricked me, confidence trickster.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_00]: She said at confidence trickster, yeah, those men, confidence tricksters, scammers, you know, to bring it all home, one of our listeners commented in the question box that we had in preparation for this episode, that like at the end of the day, like regardless of whether or not they were blonde or bad, it probably came down to decisions that some of the men made, and I don't disagree.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_00]: So true, blonde or bad, neither it was men, confidence tricksters.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_00]: to the confidence.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_01]: That's really what we have to like, you know, I really want to like post about this again to, I guess.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_01]: Read night the conversation with some new insight that some people might have, but I want it to end with, or was it the confidence tricksters, parentheses, men?
- 31:49[SPEAKER_01]: I just love that.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_00]: That's all folks.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_00]: The flim flammers.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_00]: The flim flammers themselves.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_01]: I just love confidence.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_01]: But that's in maisled in a marvelous time.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_01]: We're talking about like we're re-capping.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_01]: What's typical because you left?
- 32:03[SPEAKER_01]: Because you left.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_00]: Tomorrow on Patreon.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_00]: Excellent.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_00]: Excellent episode.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I'm loving maisled.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_00]: Every episode.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_01]: In the last.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_00]: I know it's so good.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's so so good.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_00]: But that is our Gilmore to consider.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to be doing these, like, at the end of every month, or maybe the beginning of the following month, because March just ended a couple of days ago.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll sometimes be playing voicemails.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_00]: So definitely call in if you have thoughts and opinions on, because I have one about the breakups, which we just did.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: We just did a whole two episodes on Breakups on Gilmore Girls.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: interesting voicemail that I'm excited to play for you and our besties about one break up in particular which I never thought about it this way and I'm very excited to play it for you because I know you have opinions about this relationship.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_00]: We should play that April.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: I know, but also just anything we talk about over.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_00]: the course of April will be revisiting at the end of the month.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: I like kind of this debrief of like maybe things that we didn't get a chance to expand on as much as we wanted to or new angle that you guys bring to us.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll be pulling that from Instagram from the YouTube comments and from our voice mail.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I also feel like it's a good like to clarify things.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_01]: We actually talked about this in the next week's episode that we finally figured out where we had talked about Lane and Laura Lye, like where that idea came from.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_01]: And it was a GTC episode that was on Patreon for our vicious trolleops, only like for like a period of time that we did that.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, whoa, what a deep cut my friends, but boy did our besties find it for us.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_01]: They do.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like it's a good, it's a good time to wrap up any

- 34:00[SPEAKER_01]: much to the opposite.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_01]: I'm ready for summer and you're dreading.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_01]: You're dreading spring.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_01]: I need spring to be over.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm already struggling so bad through my allergies.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to the allergies soon because I need to, I need a little extra, a little extra help this year because, you know, what, what a hard time it is to have spring allergies in the middle of spring.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_01]: But hopefully April will be better.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_01]: I actually forgot April.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks as did this year.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because we have a lot planned for May.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_00]: May is fun.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_01]: But we also have some really fun things for April.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_01]: No, okay, okay, okay.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_01]: We have some really fun things planned for April, but there's a lot of things that are happening in May.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_01]: And as I was thinking about it being March for us currently, I was like, oh my gosh, is all happening next month.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, we have a whole extra month this year that actually we don't wait.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_01]: It was already there.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_01]: I just forgot about it.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_01]: It was already there.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, yeah.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_01]: I don't we have fun time.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's, uh, Lori lays birth day this month.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_01]: But we have some fun topics coming up.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_01]: We've got some Easter eggs.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_01]: We have a new episode style that we've never done before.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_00]: We've really excited about it.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe a little guest.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe a little fun time.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_01]: Just have to wait and see.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll have more to say on that, April.
