- Sarahn Sankofa: Hello, beautiful people. Today is October the 1st. That's right. We are in October. And today's calendar challenge is ask any question out of curiosity. Our theme for this month is rediscover wonder. It's all about getting beneath the surface and really diving deep into our inner thoughts, our inner feelings, our inner beliefs to reach the joy that lives within. In today, ask yourself any question out of curiosity or ask another. Being curious keeps the mind young, it keeps the energy high, and it keeps our eyes open to all of the learning and all of the adventure and all of the awe that comes from growth. Curiosity is our friend, and curiosity can lead us to more joy if we know what questions to ask. When to ask them, how to ask them, and for what purpose? The purpose to seek further knowledge of self, to seek further knowledge of the world, and to understand all of the ways and the workings of the world that contribute and cultivate our joy. Today, ask any question out of curiosity. And be still and listen. The answer may come immediately. It may not come today. It may not come for a while. You may get a just a drop of something that leads you to another question. But start right where you are with curiosity. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
