Mega Edition: The USVI And JP Morgan Trade Allegations During Their Court Battle (5/31/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Even though
0:05
Denise George is no longer the Attorney General down in
0:09
the US Virgin Islands, well, their lawsuit is still alive
0:13
and well, and in fact, they're lobbing some bombs at
0:17
JP Morgan saying that Jamie Diamond knew about Jeffrey Epstein's
0:22
sex trafficking and didn't do anything about it, in fact,
0:26
basically turn the other cheek and just let it occur. Now,
0:32
those are some big allegations against one of the titans
0:36
of the financial sector. But one of the things that
0:40
I have said from the very beginning of this whole, entire,
0:44
sordid ordeal with Jeffrey Epstein is that it should have
0:48
been a search into the financials. If they would have
0:52
dug deep into the financial records of Jeffrey Epstein and
0:56
all of his buddies, forget it, it would have been
0:59
a rap. And they had all of the tools right
1:02
there at their disposal to do so, and they chose
1:06
not to. They had more rico predicates available to them.
1:10
Then the Kardashians have ex boyfriends, but they chose not
1:15
to go down that path. And if they did, all
1:18
of these clowns would have been exposed. But you notice
1:22
the only time any of them ever have to answer
1:25
for anything is when it's in a civil court. And
1:28
then what do they do. They buy their way out
1:31
of it once again, rinse and repeat. That is the strategy.
1:35
So I'm guessing that's what's gonna happen here. When all's
1:38
said and done, JP Morgan will pay a fine to
1:41
the US Virgin Islands. The US Virgin Islands, well, they'll
1:45
collect another bag on top of the one they've already Pilford.
1:48
And meanwhile, nobody from the US Virgin Islands who helped
1:53
Jeffrey Epstein get all of these tax benefits, set up
1:56
shop and all of the rest of it, well none
1:58
of them have one to prison or faced any penalties. So,
2:04
like usual, another cash grab. And it wasn't just Denise George,
2:08
it's the whole US Virgin Islands. Sure she was orchestrating it.
2:12
But they see blood in the water here and they're
2:14
saying to themselves, we might as well continue down this
2:18
path and pursue this and see what comes of it.
2:20
We already got one hundred million. Meanwhile, how many countless
2:24
women and children were abused by Jeffrey Epstein and never
2:28
had any kind of publicity or restitution. And all of
2:32
this money is going to the US Virgin Islands And
2:35
where's it gonna go from there? Are you gonna try
2:38
and pitch to me that they're gonna make the citizens
2:41
of the US Virgin Islands lives better? Yeah, that's exactly
2:44
what all of these politicians plan on doing. Give me
2:48
a break already. But as far as Jamie Diamond, I'd
2:52
be lying if I said I didn't want to see
2:54
the dude squirm. As you all know, I'm not a
2:56
big fan of the financial sector or the scusballs who
3:00
inhabit it, and Jamie Diamond certainly fits the mold. So
3:05
let's dive into this article from Law on Crime and
3:08
let's see what Adam Klasfeld has for US headline. JP
3:13
Morgan CEO Jamie Diamond knew about Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking
3:19
Virgin Islands tells judge. So look, it's not an accuser
3:23
saying that this time, it's the Virgin Island saying it
3:26
in open court pretty significant. And if you're JP Morgan
3:32
and you're Jamie Diamond and you already have all of
3:35
the Jess Staley, nonsense hanging over your head. This is
3:38
probably not the news that you're looking forward to hearing.
3:43
Skewering JP Morgan's attempt to deflect blame on its former
3:48
senior executive, Jess Staley. The Virgin Islands Government told the
3:52
judge on Thursday that the bank's role in Jeffrey Epstein's
3:57
sex trafficking went straight to the top. Now, that is
4:01
quite the allegation, and you're going to obviously need the
4:04
evidence to back that up in court because if you
4:08
don't think that JP Morgan and Jamie Diamond aren't going
4:12
to have the best lawyers that money can buy, well
4:15
you're not paying attention. That's exactly what they're going to have,
4:19
and that's exactly what they do have. So they're going
4:22
to challenge every little thing. And if you're saying that
4:26
it went right to the top, you're going to have
4:28
to provide that proof, receipts, maybe somebody giving testimony, whatever
4:33
it might be. Now what happens here, though, is it
4:37
does open up the possibility, even though I find it
4:41
to be a slight possibility at this point anyway, that
4:45
Jamie Diamond perhaps has to be deposed and If that's
4:49
the case, boy, that would be an enjoyable day to
4:53
be a roach in the rushes to watch this dude's
4:56
squirm as he's being deposed about sex trafficking and scumbag
5:01
Epstein's behavior, talk about just desserts. If mister Staley is
5:08
a rogue employee, why isn't Jamie Diamond the government's Private
5:12
council Mimi Lou thundered interclosing arguments. In August two thousand
5:17
and eight, an internal JP Morgan email discussed the flow
5:21
of Epstein's assets with a reference depending Diamond review. That's
5:26
Jamie Diamond, said Lou, an attorney at Motley Rice. And look,
5:31
those are the kind of receipts that I'm talking about.
5:34
And when you have at least some of those receipts,
5:37
at the very least, you should be able to get
5:40
a deposition. And if that's the case, then who knows
5:43
what happens from there. All of these so called smartest
5:46
people in the room don't seem that smart to me.
5:49
So the chances are this knucklehead will end up perjuring
5:52
himself if he did something illegal. After that message, she noted,
5:58
Epstein remained a client for five more years. The remarks
6:02
provide insight into why the Virgin Islands issued a subpoena
6:05
to Diamond earlier this year and why Senior US Judge
6:10
Jed Raykoff signed off on it. And for me, this
6:14
is the most important part of this kind of civil action.
6:19
When we get to the trial portion of it, where
6:21
there is hearings and testimony, then we get a lot
6:25
more information that we don't have right now, and obviously
6:28
the more context we have, the better off we all are.
6:32
JP Morgan, the world's largest bank by market capitalization, was
6:37
Epstein's bank of choice between nineteen ninety eight and twenty
6:42
and thirteen, well after Epstein's Florida prosecution for soliciting prostitution
6:49
with a minor. That relationship has been under newfound spotlight
6:54
after Epstein's survivors and the Virgin Islands sued JP Morgan
6:58
Chase late last year, claiming that it facilitated, sustained, and
7:03
concealed Epstein's abuse. Earlier this month, JP Morgan launched a
7:09
counter offensive against their former senior executive, James Edward Jeff Staley,
7:15
claiming he concealed his personal activities with Epstein so like usual,
7:21
everybody's in a rush to throw everybody else under the bus,
7:26
when in reality it was a systemic problem, and not
7:30
just that JP Morgan. We're talking about Deutsche Bank and
7:34
everywhere else. This disgusting animal, Jeffrey Epstein was doing business.
7:40
The Virgin Islands, However, says that their knowledge of Staley's
7:43
actions came from JP Morgan's internal files. These were JP
7:48
Morgan documents. Lou said, everything we knew JP Morgan knew.
7:53
During his time at JP Morgan, Staley cultivated deep personal
7:58
and business ties with Jeff Epstein At a time when
8:01
the executive let the bank's asset management and investment division.
8:06
Staley exchanged upwards of one thousand, two hundred messages with Epstein.
8:13
He sent one of those messages from Epstein's private island,
8:17
Little Saint Jeff's, while his client was in a Florida prison.
8:21
In their lawsuit, the Virgin Islands provided glimpses of those exchanges,
8:26
called from the bank's internal files. Now, if they weren't close,
8:30
like Staley likes to say, then what are you doing
8:33
hanging out on his island? Well, old boy is in
8:36
the clink. Does that sound like just a stranger type
8:40
of activity. Oh yeah, I really don't know this guy,
8:42
but I'm gonna go soak my boys in his hot
8:45
tub while he rots away in a jail over child
8:50
solicitation and basically child molestation. Does that sound like a
8:55
good idea to anyone out here, never mind the dude
8:58
who's supposed to be running the asset management division of
9:02
the biggest bank and not just the United States but
9:06
the whole last world. Does that sound like the behavior
9:09
of somebody who should be in any position of power.
9:12
Bros out here lounging at a diddler's house and then
9:16
talking about Oh, I didn't have any idea what he
9:18
was up to stop it. So when all hell breaks
9:22
loose and the world is crumbling, I will come here
9:25
and be at peace. Staley wrote to Epstein from the
9:29
Virgin Islands on November first, two thousand and nine, during
9:33
Epstein's incarceration. Presently, I'm in the hot tub with a
9:37
glass of white wine. This is an amazing place, truly amazing.
9:42
Next time we're here together. I owe you much, and
9:46
I deeply appreciate our friendship. I have few so profound.
9:50
But remember, he has no idea who Jeffrey Epstein is
9:53
or what Epstein was up to or anything like that.
9:56
That's what Jess Staley, what Jamie Diamond, what all of
9:59
the these scoundrels will have you believe. But if you
10:03
really just pay attention to the real facts and what's
10:06
really going on on the ground, it's no mystery to
10:11
understand that all of these people were super close to
10:15
Jeffrey Epstein. All of them were very close to him.
10:18
They all broke bread with them, They all went to
10:21
his island, they went to his New York house. Let's
10:24
not forget that they all went to Zoro Ranch as well.
10:27
You get tickets. Now, we still don't have any kind
10:31
of real investigation there. Not to digress too much and
10:35
go off on a tangent, but look at the shit
10:37
show that we see with Alec Baldwin. You mean to
10:40
tell me that the people in charge in New Mexico
10:44
are capable of dealing with a guy like Epstein or
10:47
what he was up to. Come on, So, there certainly
10:50
was a reason that he chose New Mexico in the
10:52
first place. And all of these people that we talk about,
10:56
for the most part, they were making trips out to
10:58
New Mexico as well. That was only one of Staley's
11:04
visits to Epstein's island, The Virgin Islands, alleges that they
11:08
trace payments from Epstein's accounts at JP Morgan to women
11:13
with Eastern European surnames timed near Staley's visits to be
11:18
the sex offender's properties in London and Palm Beach. Everything
11:23
that mister Staley did was in the scope of his
11:26
employment and thus imputed to JP Morgan, lou argued. Earlier
11:31
this week, attorneys for Epstein's survivors accused Staley of participating
11:38
in Epstein's crimes. That hearing referenced unspecified allegations that one
11:43
Jane Doe survivor made against Staley during a deposition. The
11:49
deposition came up again on Thursday, as JP Morgan's lawyer
11:53
John Buttz said, it's why the bank came down hard
11:57
on Staley. What happened at that deposition fundamentally changed things,
12:02
but said, oh, that's going to be their excuse. Oh well,
12:05
we finally got our hands on that deposition, and that
12:08
fundamentally changed things. We realized then that jess Daley was,
12:12
you know, a lot closer to Epstein than we knew before,
12:16
and that's the same tired ass nonsense that we've heard
12:19
time and time again. And I don't know about all
12:22
of you, but I've had my fill. The Virgin Islands
12:27
lawsuit alleges that JP Morgan violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Act,
12:33
the first comprehensive federal law to address trafficking in persons,
12:38
the Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the territory's analog
12:43
of federal anti racketeering law, violating the Bank Secrecy Act,
12:48
and consumer fraud. Judge Rakoff set down a brisk roadmap
12:53
for a trial the survivor's lawsuit against Deutsche Bank, which
12:57
did business with Epstein, after JP Morgan has been set
13:01
for August eighth. JP Morgan Chase will face off against
13:05
the Epstein survivors and the Virgin Islands government at trial
13:09
on October twenty third. Ray Koff moved the latter trial
13:13
date in light of JP Morgan's lawsuit against Staley. So,
13:18
as you can see, things are continuing to heat up
13:21
down in the Virgin Islands, and I hope that they
13:24
continue to escalate and we continue to hear more about
13:28
people like Jamie Diamond possibly having to sit for a deposition,
13:33
because it's long beyond time that all of these people
13:37
who were facilitating this nonsense financially were called out for
13:42
the gigantic role that they played in this ongoing abuse
13:46
that lasted literally decades. All Right, folks, that's gonna do
13:52
it for this one. All of the information that goes
13:55
with the episode can be found in the description box.
13:59
What's a Everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
14:05
In this episode, we're going to talk a little more
14:07
about the JP Morgan lawsuit down in the United States
14:10
Virgin Islands and how JP Morgan knew that Jeffrey Epstein
14:15
purchased a fourteen year old girl and peter six hundred grand.
14:19
Not only that he also had or housed in the
14:23
building on sixty sixth Street down in Manhattan. And we
14:26
all know what was going on in that building from
14:29
countless people who lived through it. And it doesn't take
14:32
a rocket scientist to figure out who they're talking about
14:36
when they're talking about a fourteen year old girl who
14:39
was sold to Jeffrey Epstein. We all know that that's
14:41
Nadia Marsenkova, and we all know the tragedy of her
14:44
tail and obviously JP Morgan knew as well. So today's
14:49
article is from the inside edition and the headline lawsuit
14:53
alleges JP Morgan knew Jeffrey Epstein reportedly bought and housed
14:57
a fourteen year old girl, and he paid her six
15:00
hundred grand. This article was authored by Chris Spargo. The complaint,
15:06
filed in connection with a lawsuit against JP Morgan by
15:10
the Attorney General of the US Virgin Islands alleges that
15:13
at least twenty individuals paid through JP morgan accounts were
15:18
victims of trafficking and sexual assault. Well that was the
15:22
account that Epstein was using to piece people off their
15:25
hush money after he was done abusing them, have them
15:28
sign you know, maybe an NDA or whatever. But in
15:30
most cases it was just a payoff and then Epstein
15:34
would use that as his cover. Oh there were prostitutes.
15:37
I paid them, so they were prostitutes. What are you
15:39
talking about. I didn't traffic anybody. And the sad part
15:43
is there's some people out there that actually bought that shit.
15:46
News articles about Jeffrey Epstein purchasing a fourteen year old
15:50
girl from Europe were allegedly included in JP Morgan's due
15:54
diligence reports about the pedophile. According to an amended complaint
15:58
filed in connection with a lawsuit against the bank by
16:01
lawyers for the US Virgin Islands, the complaint alleges that
16:06
executives at JP Morgan should have known that the girl
16:09
lived in a property owned by the pedophile. It then
16:12
further alleges that the largest bank in the country transferred
16:16
over six hundred thousand dollars from accounts controlled by Epstein
16:20
into the girl's own personal JP Morgan account. And the
16:23
reason that her account was that JP Morgan as well
16:27
is so that they could control what was going on
16:29
completely end to end encryption, basically right from one end
16:33
to the other, from our bank to our bank, just
16:36
two different clients and will keep everything nice and uniformed.
16:41
And for years they were able to get away with it.
16:43
They were able to get away with all of these
16:45
transfers to these different accounts that were being held by
16:48
JP Morgan and overseen by Jess Staley. Like other women
16:53
who received payments from Epstein, Jane Doe One listed Epstein's
16:57
apartment on sixty sixth Street in New York City has
17:00
her address, which should have been a red flag to
17:03
JP Morgan reads the complaint obtained by Inside Edition Digital.
17:08
Lawyers for the US Virgin Islands filed the civil lawsuit
17:11
against JP Morgan last year, writing in their initial complaint
17:14
that the company turned a blind eye to evidence of
17:17
human trafficking over more than a decade because of Epstein's
17:21
own financial footprint and because of the deals and clients
17:24
that Epstein brought and promised to bring to the bank.
17:28
The recently filed amended complaint says that despite news reports
17:32
identifying this woman as a possible victim of sex trafficking,
17:37
executives at JP Morgan allegedly referred to her in an
17:41
internal document as Epstein's assistant or young lady he brought
17:46
over from Prague or someplace like that. And when we're
17:50
talking about this person, it's rather obvious who it is.
17:53
I'm not going to state the name here because it
17:56
looks like she's the one who is filing this suit,
18:00
Jane Doe number one. However, we did have a ruling
18:03
from Judge Raykoff saying that the identity of the accuser
18:06
will be revealed to the lawyers of JP Morgan, so
18:10
we'll just continue to call her Jane Doe. Number one
18:12
until there's something in the public sphere saying differently. That
18:17
same internal document allegedly describes charges in New York Palm
18:22
Beach and Saint Thomas for lingerie and other sexually explicit material.
18:27
According to the complaint, Elsewhere, JP Morgan describes media reports
18:32
referring to the fact that Epstein purchased at age fourteen,
18:36
says the complaint, she remained a customer of JP Morgan,
18:40
and Epstein pat her more than six hundred thousand dollars
18:43
from his account at JP Morgan, including more than one
18:46
hundred and sixty five thousand dollars after Epstein's plea, And
18:50
of course that's hush money, right. He has his plea deal,
18:54
has the non prosecution agreement drawn up, which really shouldn't
18:58
even include this person because they were a minor who
19:01
has coerced into all of this for a long time.
19:04
But after that, when he has his plea deal and
19:07
he gets taken care of, he starts piecing people off
19:10
a few bucks as hush money, and then in turn
19:13
he can tell people, see, I paid them, they were
19:15
prostitutes and that was all part of his whack ass
19:19
bunk ass cover story. In court documents. JP Morgan says
19:24
that it lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a
19:27
belief as to the truth of the allegations, and therefore
19:31
denies the allegations, including that any knowledge of the alleged
19:35
victim residing at an apartment owned by Epstein should have
19:38
been a red flag. In response to the six hundred
19:42
thousand dollars payment, a lawyer for JP Morgan states that
19:45
the allegation characterizes the content of documents and respectfully refers
19:51
to the court to those documents for a complete and
19:54
accurate recitation of their contents. The complaint also alleged is
20:00
that top executives at the company were aware that Epstein
20:03
had been convicted of soliciting an underage girl. Concerns about
20:08
the risks that Epstein posed were well known enough that
20:11
numerous JP Morgan senior executives met in various groupings in
20:16
July and October of two thousand and eight, January twenty eleven,
20:21
August twenty and eleven, and July twenty and thirteen. The
20:25
complaint claims, so they met all these times about Jeffrey Epstein,
20:29
but nothing was ever done, and they had no idea
20:31
who he was. That's what they want everybody to think,
20:34
and that's the narrative that they're going to try and craft.
20:38
The problem for them is, well, the problem for them
20:41
is all of you, and how none of you are
20:44
going to buy the bullshit that they're trying to sell you.
20:47
That's what it really comes down to. Nobody's buying the
20:50
narratives that have been carefully maintained and manicured by these
20:54
people for all of these decades anymore. The kimplaint identifies
20:58
several executives by name, but does not elaborate on what
21:01
each individual allegedly knew or discussed in the meetings mentioned.
21:06
Government of the US Virgin Islands versus JP Morgan the
21:10
second amended complaint. The newly amended complaint further alleges that
21:15
members of the firm facilitated or participated in directly or
21:20
indirectly the trafficking enterprise Epstein helmed. The investigation revealed that
21:26
JP Morgan knowingly, negligently and unlawfully provided and pulled the
21:31
levers through which recruiters and victims were paid, and was
21:35
indispensable to the operation and concealment of the Epstein trafficking enterprise.
21:41
They're not wrong and There's a lot of other people
21:43
who were involved as well, but unfortunately nobody wants to
21:47
drop a rico on these fools and get a full
21:49
accounting of what happened. Imagine if they did. Can you
21:52
imagine what that day would look like down at the SDNY,
21:56
all of these idiots being purp wocked in, wearing some handcuffs,
22:00
some nice sparkly jewelry, and then unfortunately we'd have to
22:03
wake up from our collective mushroom trip that we were on,
22:07
because that's never going to happen in the real world.
22:11
More specifically, the complaint alleges that Epstein paid large sums
22:15
of money to a number of female victims and enablers
22:18
through his JP Morgan accounts. That's all factual. The complaint
22:22
alleges that at least twenty individuals paid through JP Morgan
22:26
accounts were victims of trafficking and sexual assault in Little
22:30
Saint James, New York, and or other Epstein properties. You
22:34
notice they never talk about New Mexico. That's a big tell,
22:37
right there, folks. The fact that they never talk about
22:40
New Mexico means we should be talking about New Mexico
22:43
because one hundred percent, without a doubt some vile shit
22:47
happened in New Mexico on the property of that Zoro ranch.
22:52
The complaint does not name any of these alleged victims
22:55
or the alleged enablers who receive payments, with the exception
22:58
of Glenn Maxwell, who the complaint claims received twenty three
23:02
million dollars in the span of just four years from
23:05
nineteen ninety nine and two thousand and two. Another woman
23:10
identified only as a recruiter given immunity through Epstein's non
23:14
prosecution agreement, received more than seven hundred and twenty eight
23:18
thousand dollars from Epstein's JP Morgan accounts. According to the complaint,
23:22
my guess is Sarah kell and Vickers. I can't prove that,
23:26
but that sounds like a nice rounded amount that she'd
23:29
be asking for for her bullshit as far as being
23:32
part of Epstein's scheme. And everybody knows she's living that
23:35
high life, isn't she, with her race car husband, million
23:39
dollar condos and the rest of it. JP Morgan began
23:43
doing business with Epstein as early as nineteen ninety eight,
23:46
according to the complaint, managing approximately fifty five accounts for him,
23:51
which were worth hundreds of millions of dollars. JP Morgan
23:55
parted with Epstein in twenty thirteen, keeping him on as
23:58
a client for five years after he pleaded guilty to
24:01
soliciting a miner in the state of Florida. According to
24:04
the complaint, Epstein was arrested in twenty nineteen on federal
24:09
charges of sex trafficking miners in Florida and New York.
24:13
He was found dead in a jail cell one month
24:16
after his arrest. A medical examiner ruled his death a suicide. Yeah,
24:21
we all have our doubts about that, don't we. JP
24:25
Morgan facilitated and concealed wire and cash transactions that raised
24:29
suspicion of and were in fact, part of a criminal
24:33
enterprise whose currency was the sexual servitude of dozens of
24:37
women and girls in and beyond the Virgin Islands. The
24:41
lawsuit filed by the US Virgin Islands alleges human trafficking
24:46
was the principal business of the accounts Epstein maintained at
24:50
JP Morgan. JP Morgan did not respond to Inside Edition
24:54
Digital's request for comment, but it has denied any wrongdoing,
24:59
and in an answer to the lawsuit, the bank says
25:02
it did not have any knowledge, constructive or otherwise that
25:06
a person under the age of eighteen would be caused
25:09
to engage in a commercial sex act. That filing also
25:13
states that JP Morgan did not have knowledge, constructive or
25:17
otherwise that means of force, threats of force, fraud, coercion,
25:22
or any combination of such means would be used to
25:25
cause any person to engage in a commercial sex act.
25:29
So that's what they say. That's what JP Morgan says
25:33
in their answer to this filing. But they're going to
25:35
have to answer in court why all of these accounts
25:39
were kept with JP Morgan and why all of these
25:42
intra bank transfers weren't monitored, flagged and hit with stars.
25:47
They're gonna have to answer for all of that, and
25:49
if they can't, well it's not gonna go well for them.
25:52
But we still have quite a bit of a way
25:53
to go before we get even close to that point
25:56
in this case. So we'll have to see what the
25:59
new filings are that come in in the future, and
26:02
we'll have to see how things continue to evolve as
26:06
we approached the trial date in October. All right, folks,
26:10
that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
26:12
information that goes with the episode can be found in
26:15
the description box cash fevers. What's up everyone, and Welcome
26:21
back to the Epstein Chronicles. As the battle between JP
26:26
Morgan and the US Virgin Islands continues to rage, JP
26:31
Morgan is now blasting the US Virgin Islands and saying
26:34
that they were complicit in helping Jeffrey Epstein facilitate his
26:39
criminal enterprise. And guess what, JP Morgan is not wrong
26:43
here as bad as the sins of the financial sector
26:46
were and are. You had government officials down in the
26:51
US Virgin Islands taking all kinds of money from Epstein,
26:54
taken all kinds of favors from Epstein, and then after
26:57
those favors are done, Epstein turns around and gets all
27:01
kinds of tax breaks, all sorts of benefits, and the
27:04
key he gets privacy because he knows that nobody's gonna
27:08
check in on him. Nobody down there gives a shit,
27:11
So why would anyone in a position of power have
27:14
anything to say about what Epstein's doing, especially if he's
27:18
buttering everybody's bread. So JP Morgan, they're calling the US
27:22
Virgin Islands out on their bullshit, And honestly, I think
27:25
it's a good idea. I've said it from the very beginning.
27:28
If I was one of these girls who was assaulted
27:30
by Epstein on this island, I would sue the US
27:33
Virgin Islands for negligence as well. Didn't they get one
27:36
hundred and twenty five million dollars already from the estate. Meanwhile,
27:40
you have girls out here who were abused who didn't
27:43
get one single dollar. And while the US Virgin Islands
27:46
is pilfering this money and pillaging all these funds that
27:49
should be going to girls who were abused, they're wrapping
27:53
it in the flag of justice. Meanwhile, not one single
27:57
criminal complaint has been filed in the US Virgin Islands.
28:02
Today's article is from CNBC and the headline JP Morgan
28:07
Chase blast US Virgin Islands as complicit in Jeffrey Epstein's
28:11
sex trafficking. This article was authored by Dan Mangen. JP
28:18
Morgan Chase, in a court filing on Tuesday, called the
28:21
US Virgin Islands complicit in the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein,
28:25
saying the sex predator gave high ranking officials their money,
28:29
advice and favors in exchange for looking the other way
28:33
when he trafficked young women to be abused on his
28:35
island to get away. Pretty powerful accusations, right. The sad
28:40
part is, these accusations are true, and it's all documented.
28:44
We know about the relationships that Jeffrey Epstein had on
28:47
this island. We know that he was donating money and
28:51
spreading it around, and we also know because of these donations,
28:55
because of him spreading around money, he was given preferential
28:59
treatment on the island, including all sorts of tax breaks.
29:04
And if the US Virgin Islands is so gung ho
29:07
on getting money, why would they be giving people like Epstein,
29:10
billionaires and millionaires tax breaks in the first place. For
29:14
two decades and for long after JPMC exited Epstein as
29:18
a client, the entity that most directly failed to protect
29:22
public safety and most actively facilitated and benefited from Epstein's
29:28
continued criminal activity was the plaintiff in this case, the
29:32
USVII government itself. The bank said in the Manhattan Federal
29:37
Court filing, you know two things can be true at once, right,
29:41
and in this case, that's certainly what we're seeing. A
29:44
The Bank facilitated Epstein, no doubt about it, zero doubts
29:48
about the fact that the financial sector was holding Epstein's
29:52
dick throughout this whole entire thing. And there's also no
29:55
doubt that the US Virgin Islands also failed these girls.
30:00
And now they're over here with their hands in the
30:02
cookie jar hoping to extract some more suits. I mean,
30:06
one hundred and twenty five million wasn't enough. Let's just
30:09
keep going and let's take every last dollar that's in
30:13
that estate so that we can do what with it.
30:16
Give it to the government of the USVII so they
30:19
can waste it on bullshit. Meanwhile, like I said, how
30:22
many girls that are nameless, that never came out in public,
30:26
that have never talked about what happened aren't going to
30:29
get one single dollar in restitution for what they went through.
30:33
That number is literally in the hundreds. Rather than stop him,
30:37
they helped them, JP Morgan said, citing millions of dollars
30:41
in tax incentives and other benefits the territory gave Epstein.
30:45
That claim comes as JP Morgan defends itself against a
30:49
civil lawsuit by the Virgin Islands, which alleges that the
30:52
bank knowingly enabled Epstein sex trafficking and benefited from it
30:57
when he was a customer from nineteen ninety eight through
31:00
twenty thirteen, they all benefited from it. And now that
31:05
it's time to answer before the man, well, it's everybody
31:09
else's fault, and everybody else was the one who was
31:13
a key component for what Epstein had going on. But
31:16
the reality is all of these people were key components
31:20
and none of this could have taken place if people
31:23
like this didn't play ball. But the fact is people
31:26
are greedy. The fact is government officials and bureaucrats are corrupt,
31:31
and the fact is people like Jeffrey Epstein know that
31:34
and utilize it to their benefit. A spokesman for the
31:38
Virgin Islands Attorney General's Office told CNBC on Tuesday, JP
31:42
Morgan Chase facilitated Jeffrey Epstein's abuse and should be held
31:46
accountable for violating the law. They should be, and so
31:49
should you. But here's the thing. You're not holding anyone accountable.
31:54
You're holding people financially accountable. But how many of these
31:58
people are going to jail? How many criminal cases has
32:02
the USVII brought against any of these people? Oh, I
32:05
can tell you the answer is zero. So all of
32:08
the grand standing and the whoing and the hawing about justice.
32:12
It's all bs. It's just nothing more than a vehicle
32:16
for them to use to further their own ambitions of
32:19
getting a few more bucks. This is an obvious attempt
32:23
to shift blame away from JP Morgan Chase, which had
32:27
a legal responsibility to report the evidence in its possession
32:30
of Epstein's human trafficking and failed to do so. The
32:34
spokesman said, you know what's so crazy about that that
32:37
all the way up until Jeffrey Epstein's arrest, he was
32:40
bringing girls into the Virgin Islands. How do we know that? Well,
32:44
people who worked at the airport talked about it. They
32:46
were very candid about what Epstein was up to and
32:49
the fact that little girls were getting off those planes.
32:52
So where were all the customs agents down in the
32:55
US Virgin Islands? Where was the police force? Where was
32:58
the special Task Force to deal with human trafficking? Oh,
33:02
that's right, there were nowhere to be found. And they're
33:04
the ones who have subpoena power. They're the ones who
33:06
can arrescue. So all of the claims about anyone else
33:10
stepping up and stopping Jeffrey Epstein, that's a bunch of bullshit.
33:14
In my opinion. The Bank's filing on Tuesday asked Judge
33:18
Jed Raykoff to deny a motion by the US Virgin
33:21
Islands that would preclude JP Morgan from raising certain so
33:25
called affirmative defenses to the lawsuit. Usvii's motion seeks to
33:31
strike only those specific defenses that threatened to expose its
33:35
relationship with Epstein. The filing said, Look, they're not wrong here,
33:39
and I'll tell you what the USVII is playing with fire.
33:43
If I was one of these survivors, I'd be starting
33:45
a lawsuit against the US Virgin Islands to get restitution,
33:49
especially if I got abused there. So you mean to
33:52
tell me I get abused on your island under your watch,
33:55
but somehow you pocket one hundred and twenty five million
33:58
and I get ungatz. Yeah, Okay, that's gonna go over well.
34:02
In a footnote, the filing said the Virgin Islands had
34:05
three governors over the past sixteen years, John DeJong, Kenneth Mapp,
34:11
and current Governor Albert Bryan Jr. As detailed here in
34:15
Epstein had close ties to each of them. That footnote said,
34:19
and that does not a lie either. All of those
34:21
people had ties to Epstein money connections the whole thing,
34:26
and all of these local bureaucrats that are now showing
34:29
up to the party talking about justice needs to be
34:32
served after they've been filling their pockets with Epstein's plunder.
34:36
Are some of the biggest goofballs going and they should
34:39
be exposed for their bullshit. Earlier Tuesday, another court filing
34:43
for the first time revealed that Brian is scheduled to
34:46
be deposed June sixth for the lawsuit. A source familiar
34:50
with the situation told CNBC that JP Morgan requested the
34:55
deposition of Brian, who has been governor since twenty nineteen. Well,
35:00
this is a trap from mister Bryan, no doubt about it,
35:03
and he better be very, very careful he doesn't talk
35:05
himself straight into a perjury charge. JP Morgan, CEO of
35:10
Jamie Diamond, is scheduled to be deposed in the suit Friday.
35:14
In New York, Raykoff last week authorized the Virgin Islands
35:18
to serve as subpoena for Tesla's CEO Elon Musk on
35:22
his electric car company, seeking documents that Musk may have
35:25
showing any communications involving him, Epstein and JP Morgan that
35:31
subpoena is based on suspicion by the Territory that Epstein
35:35
may have referred Musk or tried to refer him to
35:38
the bank as a client. Epstein, a former friend of
35:41
Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, maintained a home on a
35:44
private island in the territory where he sexually abused many
35:48
young women over the years. He used money from his
35:52
JP Morgan accounts to pay women and fly them there.
35:55
In its filing Tuesday, JP Morgan noted that when Epstein
35:59
was released from a Florida jail after pleading guilty to
36:03
procuring a minor for sex, he tried to arrange for
36:06
his parole to be transferred from the state to the
36:10
Virgin Islands, where he registered as a sex offender. He
36:14
also maintained his primary residence in the territory, which put
36:17
him under USVII law enforcements, direct jurisdiction and supervision. The
36:23
filing said, remember, as bad as JP Morgan is, and
36:27
they're bad as hell. They didn't have the power to
36:30
arrest Jeffrey Epstein. They didn't have the power to seize
36:33
his bank account. They didn't have the power to step
36:36
in and drop some rico indictments on them, But the
36:39
US Virgin Islands did. Why didn't they do that? Why
36:42
didn't they step up and stop Jeffrey Epstein from doing
36:46
what he was doing. That's really the only question that
36:49
should be asked. I don't care about all of the
36:51
other bullshit. I don't care about them whitewashing it, and
36:54
I don't care about them trying to make excuses. The
36:56
fact is they helped Epstein, they furthered his crew middle enterprise,
37:01
and not only that, they profited from it. So now,
37:04
not only did they profit from the crimes, they're going
37:07
to profit when it's time for restitution, even though they
37:11
never held anyone responsible. So how in the hell is
37:15
the US Virgin Islands entitled to any money here whatsoever?
37:18
Can somebody please explain that to me. The bank alleges
37:22
there was a decades long quid pro quo between Epstein
37:25
and the USVII government that took three forms. Yes yes, yes. First,
37:32
high ranking USVII officials spent years courting and gladly accepting
37:37
Epstein's influence in the forms of gifts, favors, and political donations,
37:42
the filing said. Second, in exchange, USVII granted Epstein preferential
37:48
treatment in the form of more than redacted amount million
37:52
in tax incentives, among other benefits. Third, and most troubling,
37:57
USVII protected Epstein Foster, the perfect conditions for Epstein's criminal
38:02
conduct to continue undetected. The problem is it wasn't undetected.
38:07
You knew about it too, JP Morgan. Don't act like
38:10
you had no idea. You're both culpable. So it's like
38:13
watching the Taliban and al Qaeda argue about who's right here. Basically, specifically,
38:19
the filing says, Epstein supported the candidacy of Stacy Plaskett,
38:23
the Virgin Islands delegate to the US House of Representatives,
38:27
after she worked for the USVII Economic Development Authority, which
38:31
awarded Epstein massive tax benefits. Plaskett also worked at a
38:36
law firm that represented him in business affairs. The filing says,
38:41
and keep in mind, Stacy Plaskett, she had a very
38:44
prominent position during the January sixth committee. Right, So how
38:48
is it that a lady like this, who had such
38:50
ties to Epstein is getting such a prominent position. Well,
38:54
I'll tell you why. Because nobody in the Congress or
38:57
the Senate gives one single fuck about what app Epstein
39:00
did not unless they can use it politically to hit
39:03
one of their enemies over the head with Besides that,
39:06
the people who were affected, the fact that they were
39:09
laundering money, the fact that the most powerful people in
39:12
our society were hanging out with this dude, none of
39:14
that matters. Epstein and his employees donated more than thirty
39:18
thousand dollars to Plaskets congressional races, according to the Bank.
39:23
So no Julie K. Brown article, no hard charging journalist
39:27
wants to dive into Stacey Plaskett and her relationship with Epstein.
39:31
Oh I wonder why could that have something to do
39:35
with Once again circling back to the comment made by
39:38
Nancy Pelosi's daughter, some of our faves are going to
39:41
get caught up in this. I feel like the same
39:44
kind of dive that was done on Acosta should be
39:47
done here. And if the legacy media was serious about
39:50
their shit, they'd be doing it. But they're not. They're
39:53
more interested in dividing you with carefully curated and crafted
39:58
wedge issues. The filing said that Epstein's primary conduit for
40:03
spreading the money and influence through Virgin Island's government was
40:07
then First Lady cecialed d Jong, the wife of former
40:11
Governor de Jong, who served from two thousand and seven
40:14
through twenty fifteen. And despite her public role and official duties,
40:19
First Lady de Jong managed Epstein's USVII based companies, receiving
40:24
from Epstein a salary, bonuses, and other benefits. The filing said, now,
40:30
remember this is the first lady of the island. Okay,
40:34
her dude was the governor, the man, the top dog
40:37
on the island, and she was packing her purse full
40:41
of Epstein's money. And the USVII wants to talk about
40:45
other people being complicit. Take a look in the mirror.
40:50
Much of the details of the claims related to Cecial
40:53
DeJong are redacted in the filing, but in one section,
40:56
the bank says that in addition to working for his companies,
41:00
she extensively lobbied on his behalf with government officials, including
41:04
the governor. Yeah, there's no conflict of interest there. Everything's
41:08
on the up and up. In another heavily redacted section,
41:12
the filing says the Virgin Islands aided Epstein's criminal activity.
41:16
The specific allegations as to how the government did that
41:20
is blacked out. Well by letting them operate, taking money
41:23
to look the other way. We all know how this
41:26
scam works, and it's been going on forever. You go
41:29
to an impoverished nation or a nation that's having some
41:32
issues financially, you bring a bunch of money and you
41:35
start spreading that money around to the local officials, and
41:38
before you know it, everybody wants to play ball. And
41:41
now you have a bunch of government officials on the
41:43
payroll who are corrupt, and you can do whatever you want.
41:47
And that's basically what Epstein had going on down here.
41:50
In another heavily redacted section, the filing says the Virgin
41:54
Islands aided Epstein's criminal activity. The specific allegations as to
41:58
how the government did that is blacked out, almost completely redacted.
42:03
Is a section of the filing entitled, Epstein exerted influence
42:07
over USVI sex offender legislation and received lax monitoring. And
42:15
unfortunately that was the story. Wherever Epstein was right lax monitoring,
42:19
he caught a deal. Everybody hooked them up. You had
42:22
Syvance's office, the Prosecutor's office in New York arguing that
42:26
Jeffrey Epstein shouldn't be classified as a dangerous pedophile. So
42:31
that just tells you everything you need to know about
42:33
the connections this idiot had. In one redacted section, the
42:37
bank's lawyers wrote, while the USVII did conduct site visits
42:42
of Epstein's residences, those inspections were cursory at best. Despite
42:47
the direct infusions of lucrative tax incentives redacted and lax enforcement,
42:53
Epstein still could not freely transport and exploit young women
42:58
without assistance from the US government officials. Look, these are
43:03
very very serious allegations, but allegations that I think have legs.
43:08
There's no way Epstein could do this without the help
43:11
of these corrupt officials on the island point blank period.
43:16
In exchange for Epstein's cash and gifts, USVII made life
43:19
easy for him. The filing said. The government mitigated any
43:23
burdens from his sex offender status, and it made sure
43:27
that no one asked too many questions about his transport
43:30
and keeping of young girls on his island. The lawsuit
43:34
against JP Morgan was filed in late December by then
43:38
Virgin Island's Attorney General Denise George, who a month earlier
43:42
had obtained a one hundred and five million dollar settlement
43:45
from Epstein's estate. It is absurd, it's obscene, and they
43:49
should be forced to pay all that money back, but
43:52
pay it to these survivors, and not only pay that
43:54
money back, but compounded with interest as well, because they
43:58
basically stole from girl that were abused by Epstein. You
44:02
really think the USVII had damages done to it. They
44:05
were the ones helping this dude out. So I don't
44:08
want to hear shit from them. And I've been saying
44:09
this for how long now. I'm shocked that took this
44:12
long for JP Morgan and their lawyers to jump on
44:16
board and start pointing the finger at the US Virgin
44:20
Islands because these dudes are culpable and they're certainly complicit.
44:25
Days after she filed that suit, Brian fired George, who
44:29
had been attorney general for four years. The governor fired
44:33
George reportedly because she failed to alert him that she
44:36
planned to sue JP Morgan, which is the largest bank
44:39
in the United States. Despite George's firing, the Virgin Islands
44:43
has continued to aggressively pursue its litigation against the bank.
44:48
On Tuesday, there was another in a series of private
44:51
telephone conferences with Raykoff over the case. A public docket
44:56
entry summarized the outcome of that conference, which includ rooted
45:00
lawyers for the Virgin Islands, JP Morgan, former JP Morgan executives,
45:05
Jess Staley, and an Epstein accuser who has a separate,
45:09
similar lawsuit pending against the bank. JP Morgan is trying
45:13
to shift any legal liability it may have in the
45:16
suit to Staley, who was a point of contact for
45:19
Epstein at the bank. And that's bullshit as well, JP Morgan.
45:23
They have to suffer Jess Staley. He has to pay
45:26
the price, and so should the US Virgin Islands. But
45:29
instead all the USVII has done here is profit. The
45:34
deposition of Albert Bryant Junior is ordered to proceed on
45:37
June sixth, the docket entry says. The entry also says
45:42
that all parties other than JP Morgan are ordered to
45:45
contact former officers and directors of JP Morgan only through council.
45:51
CNBC requested comment from lawyers for the Virgin Islands and
45:54
from JP Morgan about the conference. On Tuesday. Epstein, sixty
45:59
six died by suicide, apparently in a Manhattan jail. In
46:03
August of twenty nineteen, a month after he was arrested
46:07
and charged in Manhattan federal court with child sex trafficking.
46:11
Epstein pleaded guilty in two thousand and eight to a
46:14
Florida state charge of soliciting sex from an underage girl
46:18
and was sentenced to thirteen months in jail. His prior
46:21
criminal case and Stinton jail, which were known to J. P.
46:24
Morgan at the time, came in the middle of his
46:26
tenure as a customer of the bank, where he maintained
46:29
accounts from nineteen ninety eight until the bank severed its
46:33
relationship with him in twenty and thirteen. Epstein became a
46:37
customer of Deutsche Bank after that. Deutsche Bank last week
46:41
agreed to settle a Manhattan federal court lawsuit filed by
46:45
another Epstein accuser, who alleged that bank enabled and benefited
46:49
from his sex trafficking. Deutsche Bank will pay Epstein victims
46:53
seventy five million in that deal. Now, seventy five million dollars.
46:57
That's a lot of money, isn't it. Well, how is
47:00
it that the US Virgin Islands gets more than that?

Nobody can explain that to me. Deutsche Bank in twenty
