- 0:00Speaker 1: This is for you.
- 0:00Speaker 1: You are not behind, you are not overlooked, and you are definitely not too late.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Heaven keeps perfecting time and your father, the author of every good thing, is not rushing your stories, he's redefining it.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Well, welcome back to the Stuck no More Voices podcast, where we help you find your voice, share your voice and speak your voice From the overflow of your identity.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Share your voice and speak your voice from the overflow of your identity, your relationship to God.
- 0:28Speaker 1: We help you do that in a podcast, maybe a social stage, or simply in your business a podcast marketing that goes into your tool belt of marketing.
- 0:38Speaker 1: So I'm so grateful you are here.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Let's talk about waiting to see impact from your kingdom business assignment.
- 0:47Speaker 1: So I'm so glad you're here today.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Whether you're listening from your car, your kitchen or in the middle of folding laundry oh, I know I don't like that either I want you to know you're seen, you're loved and you are not alone.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Today we're talking about something I think we all wrestle with at some point trusting God's timing.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Trusting God's timing in our kingdom entrepreneurial, in our Christian women's business going forward.
- 1:14Speaker 1: The timing that can be a hard one, right?
- 1:18Speaker 1: Especially when we feel like the clock is ticking.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I feel that often because I'm 62, but it's not too late.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I tell myself what I'll tell you if you're over 50, your best years are ahead of you.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Just put that in.
- 1:32Speaker 1: But you may wonder God, what are you waiting for?
- 1:36Speaker 1: God, do you hear me?
- 1:38Speaker 1: So let me just share a quick story.
- 1:41Speaker 1: When I had to wait, there were moments where it felt like my prayers were hitting the ceiling, like no one was listening.
- 1:50Speaker 1: But deep down I knew God never stops hearing his children.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Some of the way it had to do with my circumstances at the time a lot of judgment, a lot of closed doors, a lot of pushback, a lot of control.
- 2:04Speaker 1: A lot of closed doors, a lot of pushback, a lot of control.
- 2:07Speaker 1: But I noticed something, even in the midst of the cacophony that put me in action.
- 2:13Speaker 1: While I waited for God to open the doors to my dream with my kingdom business, I wonder, friend, what if the waiting isn't a punishment but a preparation?
- 2:21Speaker 1: I started my journey back in.
- 2:23Speaker 1: 2016 is really when I see a start, because that's when I was learning my identity in God.
- 2:30Speaker 1: I'd gone to the Bessel School of Supernatural and the first year they really hammer in identity.
- 2:36Speaker 1: A lot of stuff I knew, but a lot of stuff that needed to be solidified my identity.
- 2:42Speaker 1: So explaining identity became like fire in my bones to share it, and I did in 2019 went forward out of the sometimes studying your identity moves you forward with content, and I started a how did I say redeem your voice camp?
- 3:03Speaker 1: Redeem your voice.
- 3:04Speaker 1: We also often just called the voice camp and I had a consistent group, not large, but two times a month I would just pour my heart out in different subjects.
- 3:14Speaker 1: That came to a halt when, in 2021, my husband had gotten burned third-degree burns over 30% of his body and diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and he passed away just three years ago.
- 3:31Speaker 1: But even there, even after he passed, of course I had to go through healing of my mind that I wasn't good enough, but I still felt a weight that was excruciating.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I do understand this.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I thought my prayers were falling into silence, but heaven was holding every word like a treasure.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Even when God feels quiet, he's never absent, just intentional.
- 4:00Speaker 1: What felt like a delay to my dreams was really a divine design.
- 4:06Speaker 1: While the doors stayed shut, god was opening the door to my identity.
- 4:12Speaker 1: My season of silence became like a sacred classroom.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Out of the ashes came the assignment.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Out of loss came a louder, clearer voice right here on the Stuck no More Voices podcast.
- 4:27Speaker 1: But I know, I know.
- 4:28Speaker 1: I know how waiting is not easy, especially in a world where we can get same-day delivery.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Come on, amazon, right out our door.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Same-day delivery, instant results.
- 4:38Speaker 1: But God's timing isn't like ours.
- 4:41Speaker 1: It never has been.
- 4:44Speaker 1: In the midst of my wait, I often went to familiar verses.
- 4:48Speaker 1: One of them, habakkuk 2, verse 3, for the vision is yet for an appointed time, though it lingers.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Wait for it.
- 4:55Speaker 1: It will certainly come and will not delay.
- 4:58Speaker 1: And then Proverbs three, four and five trust in the Lord with all your heart and lay not on your own understanding.
- 5:07Speaker 1: In all your ways, acknowledge him and he shall direct your paths.
- 5:11Speaker 1: We could teach on that one verse for another hour, but let's just talk about waiting.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Trusting his timing means surrendering our schedule and embracing his purpose.
- 5:26Speaker 1: It means believing that even in the silence of delays, god is still working behind the scenes.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So can I share just a few things?
- 5:36Speaker 1: Why you wait, that I've learned in my waiting seasons and I think they will help you.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Number one stay anchored in God's word.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Stay anchored in God's presence.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Jesus and coffee for me every morning.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Open your Bible, even when you don't feel like it.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I would also say enter his presence, even when you don't feel like it.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Sometimes entering his presence is just sitting there with your cup of coffee and listening to him and letting him talk to you by the Holy Spirit.
- 6:04Speaker 1: And then, yeah, open your Bible.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Let his promises reframe your perspective and teach you your true identity, who you are and whose you are.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Number two, it's real simple Talk to God honestly.
- 6:19Speaker 1: He can handle your doubts and your questions.
- 6:23Speaker 1: There's a place in YouVersion where you can write your prayers.
- 6:27Speaker 1: After, like, this silent time, youversion is a Bible app.
- 6:31Speaker 1: By the way, I do it on my iPad and it'll say you know, it'll get to a point where what's bothering you know, write a prayer.
- 6:40Speaker 1: I don't write a prayer every morning, but the but I go over the prayers that I've written, so gut, honest.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Some of them are prayers, some of our declarations.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Some of them are definitions that chad GPT gave about me that I needed to walk in.
- 6:56Speaker 1: I know Chad GPT.
- 6:58Speaker 1: You're thinking what that's another podcast too?
- 7:00Speaker 1: Oh, you can go back a couple of podcasts and I tell you how I use Chad GPT in my podcast, in my Stuck no More Voices Academy.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's an amazing tool.
- 7:09Speaker 1: It's not from the devil.
- 7:11Speaker 1: You prompt it, so it speaks kingdom to you.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Okay, that's another podcast, but listen, listen.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Talk to God honestly and then be obedient with what's in front of you, even in those little things.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Just because the door hasn't opened yet doesn't mean there aren't small steps to take today.
- 7:29Speaker 1: One thing I always remembered, that later on in my marriage, that I didn't want to lose my kids for my diligence to study.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And I did lose my kids, but they're back.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Restoration is sweet, but the small things that I do that maybe have nothing to do with podcasting, and that's making them a meal every night, loving on them, being an ear they can talk to.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Those are small things but they add up and sometimes I really believe those small things start with your family.
- 7:59Speaker 1: If you don't have a family, they start in that small connections, speaking life over people.
- 8:04Speaker 1: And then, number four, surround yourself with faith-filled voices.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Community matters that is one thing we provide in the Stuck no More Voices Academy.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Be sure to check the show notes on that.
- 8:19Speaker 1: But you know, I used to think having friends was a myth.
- 8:23Speaker 1: But I took some steps.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I took some counseling, therapy steps, and I realized that's not true.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Even if you have one or two, you're blessed.
- 8:34Speaker 1: You don't have to have this crowd.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So let's talk about this when it's all said and done.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Can I encourage you with these words To the kingdom women who wonder if she missed her moment.
- 8:47Speaker 1: To the entrepreneur building something sacred between diaper changes, maybe, and deadlines.
- 8:54Speaker 1: To the visionary who's poured prayers into a dream that still feels out of reach this is for you.
- 9:01Speaker 1: You are not behind, you are not overlooked and you are definitely not too late.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Heaven keeps perfecting time and your Father, the author of every good thing, is not rushing your stories.
- 9:14Speaker 1: He's redefining it.
- 9:16Speaker 1: You are right on time in God's divine unfolding.
- 9:20Speaker 1: He sees your quiet obedience, your faithful yes, your unseen labor.
- 9:28Speaker 1: He hears the whispered prayers and the weary sighs.
- 9:34Speaker 1: He knows that.
- 9:35Speaker 1: He knows the vision burning in your heart, because he placed it there and in his perfect timing.
- 9:41Speaker 1: What feels delayed will be delivered, what feels paused will be propelled.
- 9:49Speaker 1: What feels hidden will be revealed in glory.
- 9:53Speaker 1: So breathe, daughter.
- 9:54Speaker 1: You're not falling behind.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You're being faithfully led.
- 9:58Speaker 1: God is never too late.
- 10:02Speaker 1: If you remember one thing on this episode God is never too late.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Let me pray for you, father, I just thank you.
- 10:12Speaker 1: I bless you that we can trust in you with all our heart.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I thank you that you know what's in our heart.
- 10:18Speaker 1: I thank you for the dreams and designs and the frequencies of heaven that you put in someone listening heart and I.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Her faith, her heart and her courage sometimes are struggling, but they keep trusting you, even when it's hard.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I thank you for that woman.
- 10:37Speaker 1: I thank you for that Christian entrepreneur Reminder today that you're working all things out in perfect timing.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Yes, we bless you that the timing is in your hand.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I love what King David said in Psalm 31.
- 10:51Speaker 1: He said but as for me, I trust in you, o Lord.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I say my times are in your hands.
- 10:57Speaker 1: You are my God, my times are in your hands.
- 11:00Speaker 1: So thank you, father, that you give us strength in the waiting.
- 11:04Speaker 1: You give us peace in the process.
- 11:06Speaker 1: So give someone that peace in their process.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Help her to hold on to hope.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Put her hope hat on.
- 11:15Speaker 1: It's Jesus.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Go out for a walk.
- 11:19Speaker 1: When you go out for a walk, science confirms that you release hope molecules.
- 11:23Speaker 1: My guest, alana Vanderventer, can explain that a little better, but it's true.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Get out and walk with God.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Talk to him.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Okay, I'm supposed to be praying but I get preaching.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Sorry, my prayers turn into preaching, but I love you, lord.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Let me just pray that I love you and I thank you.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I thank you for the journey.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Sometimes the messes God had become my messages.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Sometimes my misery because I kept trusting in you, has come out into a destiny.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Thank you, lord, that the landmines, explosions everywhere, have turned into landmarks of your faithfulness.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I pray that for someone, your landmines are turning into landmarks revealing God's faithfulness to you and able to share that in your business in some way.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Thank you, father.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Thank you for helping us, heal us so we can speak to the person we once were In Jesus' name.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Amen, all right, until next time.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Keep trusting, keep building, keep praying and know that God hears you.
