345: How SupportShepherd Changed My Life
In 2021, my life changed forever when I became an investor and customer of Shepherd, a recruitment company, enabling me to hire three talented employees from the Philippines who now play key roles in my real estate company's customer service team, managing 12 representatives and providing support to our customers. Through Shepherd's assistance, we have gained a competitive advantage by accessing overseas talent and expanding our workforce to 45 employees.
