- 0:00Good morning and welcome back to Unlocking the Paradigm Portal.
- 0:03My name is Sarah. I'm not messing around today.
- 0:06It's 5:00 in the morning on a Friday and I don't have coffee,
- 0:10so I'm jumping right in. You've been waiting for someone
- 0:13to come rescue you, right? For the right person to finally
- 0:17see you, for the circumstances to align, For the healing to
- 0:20arrive from somewhere outside of you.
- 0:23The right relationship, the right program, the right moment
- 0:25of grace that finally does the work that you have been too
- 0:28tired to do alone. And the whole time that you were
- 0:32waiting, you were already doing it.
- 0:35Every single time you got up when you had every reason not
- 0:38to. Every time you walked away from
- 0:41the thing that was going to end you.
- 0:43Every time you said the word yes, no, done enough, F off,
- 0:48whatever it might have been before anyone gave you
- 0:51permission. Every time you got yourself up
- 0:54off that floor, literally, figuratively, maybe
- 0:57metaphorically, in the dark, alone, when no one was watching
- 1:02and no one was coming. That was not luck.
- 1:05That was not timing. That was you operating at a
- 1:08level of self loyalty you have never once looked at directly
- 1:13and called by its correct name. And you've been handing the
- 1:16credit for it to everyone else. And you know what, my friends?
- 1:21That ends today. So your truth Hammer for this
- 1:24morning, Part 1, we're going to break it down into two-part 1 of
- 1:28the Truth Hammer. Think about the moments that you
- 1:30actually survived, and I don't mean eventually got through.
- 1:33I mean actually survived in the room in the moment when the only
- 1:37option was you and you walked away from the thing that was
- 1:42going to break you. Even when every part of you
- 1:44wanted to stay. Even when leaving felt like
- 1:47failure. Even when you had convinced
- 1:49yourself that staying was love and going was giving up.
- 1:53Something underneath the fear, underneath the story you've been
- 1:56telling yourself for years, said not this.
- 1:59And you listened. You said done before you could
- 2:02explain it. You said no before you had
- 2:05permission. You turned toward the hard thing
- 2:07in a moment where every exit was available and you didn't take
- 2:10any of them. You got yourself up off the
- 2:14floor more times than you can count.
- 2:17Not because it was easy, and not because you felt ready, and not
- 2:21because the circumstances were right or the support was there.
- 2:24Because something in you flatly refused to stay down.
- 2:28And that is not a small thing. That is the entire thing, and
- 2:33you have been treating it like it doesn't count.
- 2:36So instead of looking at that, instead of saying I've been the
- 2:39one constant I've been catching myself in every single chapter
- 2:42of my life, you've been asking why no one else will do it for
- 2:46you. Why won't they stay?
- 2:49Why won't they see me? Why won't they choose me?
- 2:52Why won't they confirm what I need to know about my worth?
- 2:56Well, guess what? Because they can't.
- 2:59Not because you're not worth it, you are completely, but because
- 3:03that confirmation was never theirs to give.
- 3:06It was never in anyone else's possession.
- 3:09You have been reaching for it in everyone else's hands, but it
- 3:12has been in yours the whole time.
- 3:16Now here's the truth. Hammer Part 2.
- 3:19And this is the part that it might be difficult to sit with.
- 3:23Every time you outsourced it, every time you handed your worth
- 3:27to another person and said please hold this, please confirm
- 3:30this, please be the proof that I'm worth catching.
- 3:34You also handed away your ability to feel it because you
- 3:37cannot feel the power that you are actively giving to someone
- 3:41else to hold. The partner who didn't stay?
- 3:44You handed it to them. The friend who didn't show up?
- 3:47You handed it to them. The parent who never said the
- 3:51thing? You handed it to them.
- 3:53And when they couldn't give it back because they never had it,
- 3:57you decided that meant something about your worth.
- 4:01And it didn't. It never did.
- 4:03The only thing it meant was that you were looking in the wrong
- 4:06place for something that was never lost to begin with.
- 4:10You've been treating the evidence of your own resilience
- 4:12like it's background noise, like it's just what happens to
- 4:15people. Like anyone would have done what
- 4:18you did. They wouldn't.
- 4:19They don't. Most people don't do what you
- 4:22have done. Most people stay on the floor
- 4:24longer. Most people go back.
- 4:27Most people choose the familiar wound one more time, five more
- 4:31times, 20 more times, because the unfamiliar feels too much
- 4:35like risk. It feels scary.
- 4:38And you got up and you walked away and you said the word and
- 4:43you chose differently. That's a big deal.
- 4:46That is yours now. Own it.
- 4:49There is a Ledger running in your head and it tracks what
- 4:52you've survived, what was promised and not delivered, what
- 4:55you needed and didn't get, what was taken, what was lost.
- 4:59And the entry that keeps appearing at the top of that
- 5:01Ledger reads like this. I keep falling and no one is
- 5:05catching me. But I'm going to tell you that
- 5:09is a very incomplete entry because if you expanded it,
- 5:13let's say it was a digital thing, and you can click on it
- 5:16and it opens up the full description.
- 5:18What the full entry reads that you're not seeing is I keep
- 5:22falling and I keep catching myself and I keep getting up and
- 5:29I keep moving forward every time without a single exception.
- 5:34Not once in your entire life did you need to get up and not get
- 5:38up. Not one chapter you didn't
- 5:42eventually move through, not one floor that you stayed on, not
- 5:45one moment that ended you, even the ones that should have.
- 5:49The rescue that you have been waiting for has been happening
- 5:52your entire life. You just haven't been calling it
- 5:54by the right name. You called it surviving.
- 5:58You called it coping. You called it getting through.
- 6:01You called it having no other choice.
- 6:03Call it what it actually is. Call it catching yourself.
- 6:07Call it the consistent, unbroken evidence of a person who has
- 6:11never once abandoned themselves when it actually counted.
- 6:16The power that you've been looking for outside yourself has
- 6:18been operating inside of you your entire life.
- 6:21It got you here. It will get you through what
- 6:24comes next. It has never failed you, not
- 6:26once, not ever. And you've been acting like it
- 6:29doesn't exist. Take it back.
- 6:32Stop handing it out. Stop waiting for someone to
- 6:34return it to you like it was ever theirs to hold in the 1st
- 6:37place. Start making decisions from the
- 6:40truth of what you have already proven you can do.
- 6:43Not from the fear of what happens if no one shows up.
- 6:47Not from the wound asking its question one more time.
- 6:50From the evidence, from the actual record of who you have
- 6:54been. In every moment that required
- 6:55someone to stay, someone always showed up.
- 6:58It was you every single time. It has always been you.
- 7:04You have been catching yourself the whole time and only noticing
- 7:09when other people haven't. So this is not bravado, this is
- 7:15what years of doing the actual work looks like.
- 7:17You didn't get to this point by accident.
- 7:20You got here by choosing to see clearly, and every single time
- 7:24it when it would have been easier not to.
- 7:27So stop waiting for permission to believe that you just gave it
- 7:30to yourself. And if you still have these
- 7:32threads of needing external permission, I am sitting here
- 7:35giving you full permission. Take back your damn power and
- 7:39you're stoned for today. Right down to three times that
- 7:42you caught yourself. Three times the rescue came from
- 7:45inside of you. The call came from inside the
- 7:48house. I think that's from a horror
- 7:50movie or a true crime thing. Three times that you got up when
- 7:54no one was coming and keep that list.
- 7:57Look at it when the wound starts asking that question again and
- 8:00starts poking and telling you that you're not good enough,
- 8:03you're unlovable, you're unworthy, whatever it may be. 3
- 8:07times that you caught yourself because you know you can list
- 8:10way more than three, but we're going to start with three.
- 8:13Keep the list on your phone, on your lock screen, print it out
- 8:17and laminate it. I don't give a shit what you do,
- 8:19but keep that list. It's important because the
- 8:22answer has always been on that list and the answer has always
- 8:26been you. I will be back tomorrow for
- 8:31Light in the Dark, Sunday for deep dives, and next week we
- 8:34start all over again with a whole new topic.
- 8:37If you have any suggestions, let me know in the comments.
- 8:40Like share, subscribe, hype, do all the things.
- 8:43But honestly, I I probably should care, but I don't care
- 8:46about all those things. I care that you come back and
- 8:48that you keep growing and expanding and finding who you
- 8:51truly are beneath all the layers of bullshit.
- 8:54O Come back and sit with me again.
- 8:56All right, I will see you next time.
