Peter Steinhauer is a husband, a father, and an artist photographer, who has been living and working in Asia since 1993. Steinhauer’s first artist monograph, Vietnam: Portraits and Landscapes, was published by Edition Stemmle in 2001. Enduring Spirit of Vietnam, his second artist monograph was awarded Best Photography Book of the Year 2007 by PDN.
Cocoons, Steinhauer's third monograph was published by Powerhouse Books in January 2019. His prints are in the collections of the Carnegie Museum of Art, the Hong Kong Heritage Museum and a growing number of private and corporate collections world…
