- 0:09Speaker 1: Vie. You welcome to the Naughty but Nice You have
- 0:17Speaker 1: your host, drom Shooter. It is Tuesday, one of my
- 0:20Speaker 1: favorite days of the weeks. I get to gossip with
- 0:23Speaker 1: Miss d Hey, Delana Dixon, are you there?
- 0:25Speaker 2: I am? I am Oh Tuesday. How I love thee.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So I love I love, I love Hey. It's such
- 0:33Speaker 1: a fun night last week with your friend Jay. We
- 0:35Speaker 1: were singing and dancing and eating and laughing. And I
- 0:39Speaker 1: love those nights where India York. You never quite know
- 0:41Speaker 1: where you're going to.
- 0:41Speaker 2: End up, and we had no clue. I think we
- 0:44Speaker 2: went to about four different places. Of course, you ended
- 0:47Speaker 2: up in a place where I can sing. And the
- 0:50Speaker 2: friend that I brought, Jay Draft, is actually an incredible singer.
- 0:53Speaker 2: He performs with Sarah Braitman. You can check him out
- 0:56Speaker 2: on Instagram. Jay Draft d r e F. I'm just
- 1:00Speaker 2: incredible and I think he did some lay this for us.
- 1:05Speaker 1: He did. He sings really really great and he also
- 1:08Speaker 1: to mister he looks good too, Miss Joan handsome man.
- 1:14Speaker 1: He's adorable. Adorable. Okay, let's jump into my show. What
- 1:17Speaker 1: time is it? My friends? It is tea time breaking
- 1:19Speaker 1: story at the top of the show, Dolly Parton's husband
- 1:22Speaker 1: of nearly sixty years, Carl, has died at the age
- 1:25Speaker 1: of eighty two. So the superstar is in mourning. She's
- 1:29Speaker 1: seventy nine years old. She lost her husband, Carl, whom
- 1:32Speaker 1: she was married to for nearly sixty years. We found
- 1:37Speaker 1: out that he died Monday in Nashville, Tennessee, at the
- 1:40Speaker 1: age of eighty two. Dolly's asking for privacy at the moment,
- 1:44Speaker 1: so we're not going to really discuss this very much.
- 1:46Speaker 1: We're not going to get into it. We do not
- 1:48Speaker 1: know how why he passed away. She has not revealed
- 1:52Speaker 1: those details yet, but she has put out a statement
- 1:55Speaker 1: confirming this. Dolly, our heart is breaking for you, for
- 1:59Speaker 1: your family. Let's move on with our show. Okay, Demi Moore,
- 2:04Speaker 1: we have some Demi more Gossips of a lip reader
- 2:07Speaker 1: reveals her icy reaction when she did not win the Oscar.
- 2:11Speaker 1: So we talked about this yesterday. Demi's devastated. She really
- 2:14Speaker 1: thought she was gonna win this. And I think the
- 2:16Speaker 1: media we should blame ourselves a little bit because everybody
- 2:19Speaker 1: told Demi it was hers, from the New York Times
- 2:23Speaker 1: to the New York Post to Naughty Gossip everybody said
- 2:26Speaker 1: it was Demi Moore's oscar. She did not win. Mikey
- 2:32Speaker 1: Madison won that oscar, and when her name was called out,
- 2:36Speaker 1: Mikey Madison, we saw Demi turned to her date, who's
- 2:41Speaker 1: her manager, I've known him forever, and she uttered one
- 2:45Speaker 1: single word, she said nice. Now we don't know if
- 2:50Speaker 1: she said nice like she was excited. I'm sure she wasn't,
- 2:54Speaker 1: or if she said nice which means something very very different.
- 2:59Speaker 1: But a reader has been on the case and has
- 3:03Speaker 1: revealed that this is what she said. We should add
- 3:06Speaker 1: if you haven't seen the video, Demi was not smiling
- 3:09Speaker 1: when she said it, and her body is almost a
- 3:14Speaker 1: force pulling her away if you look at her body reaction.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Demi's a professional, like she knows how to do this.
- 3:19Speaker 1: She's never actually really been nominated for anything. She said that,
- 3:23Speaker 1: so she's not used to losing. She's just not used
- 3:26Speaker 1: to ever being even given a chat. She's never really
- 3:29Speaker 1: been nominated. We should add ther Misty that Later on
- 3:33Speaker 1: that evening, we did spot Demi at the Vanity Fair party.
- 3:37Speaker 1: It was a big question would she go to the parties,
- 3:39Speaker 1: because everyone's going to come up to you and say, oh,
- 3:42Speaker 1: my goodness, you were robbed. I'm so sorry that happened.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I'm told everybody went up to Demi. Her daughters were
- 3:48Speaker 1: with her, So all three daughters were with her at
- 3:51Speaker 1: Vanity Fair. And then later on she posted a picture
- 3:54Speaker 1: she looks like she's back at a hotel. I don't
- 3:56Speaker 1: think she's home. I think she stayed in a hotel
- 3:58Speaker 1: eating French fries. So Demi, it's going to be okay here.
- 4:01Speaker 1: But what do you think about her reaction?
- 4:02Speaker 2: Well, of course, we had someone in the press room
- 4:06Speaker 2: at the Oscars, and when Mikey Madison's name was announced
- 4:10Speaker 2: as Best Lead Actress, there was actually an audible sigh
- 4:15Speaker 2: from the press in the press room and they literally
- 4:18Speaker 2: just stopped asking questions of the winner that was in
- 4:20Speaker 2: the room at the time. They were so incredibly shocked,
- 4:24Speaker 2: as was I. I thought, you know, Demy has not
- 4:28Speaker 2: had a lot of opportunities to be at the Golden
- 4:31Speaker 2: Globes and the Oscars, and this really felt like it
- 4:34Speaker 2: was going to be her year. But I must say,
- 4:37Speaker 2: she looked at her dress was stunning, and you know what,
- 4:44Speaker 2: like you said, she is a professional. She might have
- 4:46Speaker 2: gone home emptied handed, but we know who the winner is,
- 4:49Speaker 2: and it's Demi Moore for looking so fabulous and being
- 4:52Speaker 2: so professional in her loss.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Yeah, a pr friend of mine, a real big publicist,
- 4:58Speaker 1: said she actually won by losing. We're talking about her
- 5:01Speaker 1: more today than if she had won. Let's think about it.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Do you know who won last year? No, we've forgotten already.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It was Emma Stone, But you do forget. We're not
- 5:09Speaker 1: gonna forget Demi. We're gonna be talking about this for
- 5:11Speaker 1: a long time. And already it has worked for Demi.
- 5:15Speaker 1: She's getting better scripts. I'm told her agent is getting
- 5:18Speaker 1: tons of tons of new movies for Demi to start him.
- 5:22Speaker 1: She's already filming a new film, Mystery, which I hear
- 5:25Speaker 1: maybe could be a big deal. She plays a fashionista,
- 5:29Speaker 1: she's almost like a devil, wears Prada, Miranda Priestley. I'm
- 5:32Speaker 1: told she is terrific in it. And so maybe this
- 5:35Speaker 1: time next year it might be Demi's moment again. So
- 5:39Speaker 1: don't feel bad for Demi. It's sometimes awful, isn't it,
- 5:42Speaker 1: when you don't get what you want in life? And
- 5:44Speaker 1: it's happened to all of us, maybe not with an
- 5:46Speaker 1: Academy award, but it has happened Misteve. When we really
- 5:49Speaker 1: want something and we think it's it's actually gonna happen,
- 5:52Speaker 1: I think I'm gonna get it, and then when I don't,
- 5:55Speaker 1: I'm so blue. I'm so disappointed. But you gotta get
- 5:59Speaker 1: back up. That is success. It's the willingness to get
- 6:03Speaker 1: back up. And I'm told Demi is already standing, which
- 6:07Speaker 1: brings us to our pole question of the day. Demi
- 6:10Speaker 1: Moore had quite an icy reaction when it was revealed
- 6:14Speaker 1: that she was not winning the Oscar. She said, one
- 6:17Speaker 1: word nice. Question is quite simple. Should Demi have one
- 6:21Speaker 1: yes or no? Go vote on our Twitter page. I
- 6:24Speaker 1: had naughty nice rob at Facebook page is naughty guzib
- 6:27Speaker 1: ambishua to check back, Tomarrawater, here your results, he miss
- 6:31Speaker 1: d what are you working on?
- 6:33Speaker 2: In a flashback to one of the most iconic moments
- 6:37Speaker 2: in Academy Award history, so Halle Berry planted a surprise
- 6:41Speaker 2: kiss on Oscar winner Adrian Brody while he was mid
- 6:45Speaker 2: interview at the pre Oscar's twenty twenty five Red Carbet.
- 6:50Speaker 2: So basically, if you remember nearly thirty years ago, she
- 6:54Speaker 2: got a surprise kiss from Adrian and Brody, so this
- 6:58Speaker 2: time Hallie snuck up behind the pianist star and she
- 7:01Speaker 2: warned his girlfriend, Gina Chapman before going in for smooth.
- 7:06Speaker 2: She said, I'm sorry, Georgina, but I have to do it.
- 7:08Speaker 2: She grabbed Dre and Brodie she planted one on his lips.
- 7:12Speaker 2: He seemed a little surprised.
- 7:13Speaker 1: But you know it was nice. It's a cute kiss.
- 7:17Speaker 2: And so Georgina was there and she gave her full permission.
- 7:21Speaker 2: She didn't have any objections to the moment, and Hallie said,
- 7:25Speaker 2: only because Georgina said I could, and she gave a
- 7:28Speaker 2: little grin. So you know, it's great when you can
- 7:31Speaker 2: go back to the Oscars and recreate a moment that
- 7:35Speaker 2: happened so long ago. And you know, Halle was just
- 7:39Speaker 2: having fun. And again she's on my top five for
- 7:41Speaker 2: those dresses. That mirror dress she had on was fantastic.
- 7:46Speaker 1: What do you think fan fantastic? I think it was
- 7:49Speaker 1: Christian Seviano, who you know from Project Runway that she
- 7:52Speaker 1: was wearing. Hallie said, she's been waiting twenty years to
- 7:55Speaker 1: do this. If you remember, he grabbed her when he
- 7:57Speaker 1: won she presented him the award. He planted that kiss
- 8:01Speaker 1: on her at the time twenty years ago. This was
- 8:03Speaker 1: before me too. Even then we thought it was a
- 8:06Speaker 1: little uncomfortable, but Hallie said, no, no, no, it was
- 8:08Speaker 1: just in the moment. She knows what it's like to
- 8:10Speaker 1: accept an Academy award, and it's an outer body experience,
- 8:13Speaker 1: and so she said she's been waiting twenty years to
- 8:16Speaker 1: return the favor. I like that they can have a
- 8:19Speaker 1: little bit of humor about this, they can enjoy themselves.
- 8:21Speaker 1: It happened on the red carpet. Hallie did go on
- 8:23Speaker 1: to say that she asked Georgina Chapman's permission. That is
- 8:26Speaker 1: Adrian Brodie's girlfriend. So we're all happy here. This is
- 8:30Speaker 1: a fun moment, And I think it's something about being
- 8:34Speaker 1: politically correct, which we want to be. We want to
- 8:37Speaker 1: do the right thing. We don't want to make any
- 8:40Speaker 1: body feel like we are imposing ourselves on them, but
- 8:43Speaker 1: at the same time having some fun. I don't want
- 8:46Speaker 1: all the fun to disappear from life. I still like
- 8:51Speaker 1: a cheeky joke. I don't like a racist joke. I
- 8:54Speaker 1: don't like a sexist joke. I don't like a fat joke.
- 8:57Speaker 1: But I do like a cheeky joke to I do
- 9:01Speaker 1: like giving my friends a hug or a kiss, and
- 9:03Speaker 1: so I thought this was just so lovely. Both of
- 9:06Speaker 1: them clearly enjoyed every second of it, and it is
- 9:09Speaker 1: the picture that is once again seen all around the world. Okay,
- 9:13Speaker 1: moving on Adam Sandlers moment at the Oscars. We know
- 9:17Speaker 1: how that happened. It was Adam's idea. So Conan O'Brien
- 9:22Speaker 1: called him up. Because, let me remind everybody here at
- 9:27Speaker 1: the Golden Globes, Nicki Glazer pointed out what Timothy Shalon
- 9:31Speaker 1: Bay's name would sound like if it came out of
- 9:34Speaker 1: Adam's mouth. It was very, very funny. Well, they decided
- 9:37Speaker 1: to actually do it do it on the Oscars. He
- 9:41Speaker 1: also too, so he was spotted. The whole diagnosty was
- 9:44Speaker 1: he wasn't really wearing appropriate attire. He was in like
- 9:48Speaker 1: a T shirt and a hoodie and some short However,
- 9:52Speaker 1: let me just tell everybody I saw Adam on the
- 9:54Speaker 1: red carpet. He was in a tuxedo. So it was
- 9:57Speaker 1: all a bit. It was all funny, these moments of humor.
- 10:01Speaker 1: What did you think mistakes?
- 10:02Speaker 2: So I'm going to tell you guys a little story.
- 10:04Speaker 2: I went to the kind of pregnant premiere, which is
- 10:06Speaker 2: produced by Adam Sandler's company. He's at the party walking
- 10:10Speaker 2: around and let me tell you that man was in
- 10:12Speaker 2: a hood d Now I'm sure it was a very
- 10:15Speaker 2: expensive hoodie designer brand, but he is much more comfortable
- 10:20Speaker 2: and just comfortable clothing. I think he was cane on
- 10:23Speaker 2: a red carpet wearing a tuxedo and they asked him,
- 10:25Speaker 2: how do you feel. He's like, this is the worst
- 10:27Speaker 2: thing that I have to wear. So listen, he is standing.
- 10:31Speaker 2: It's true. He likes to be in his comfeet clothes.
- 10:35Speaker 2: So I just thought that was hilarious. And I remember
- 10:37Speaker 2: my friends and I were like, is he ana hoodie
- 10:41Speaker 2: hood We were like yeah, I'm like, okay, if that.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Works for him, Adam Sadler, the Sandman, Okay, Miss Steve.
- 10:48Speaker 1: We have a fashion story. Some of the trends from
- 10:51Speaker 1: the evening. There's a new type of dress. You're going
- 10:54Speaker 1: to be hearing a lot.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Of bad Yeah, so I'm gone. Were the completely see
- 10:58Speaker 2: through grounds, you know that risque dressing and now it's
- 11:02Speaker 2: all about the underwear dress trends. So this year, lingerie
- 11:05Speaker 2: inspired fashion took center stage with first with a letter
- 11:10Speaker 2: swamping sheer plannels for corsets that were very structured, exposed
- 11:14Speaker 2: bras and sculpted bodices that were borrowed straight from the boudoir.
- 11:18Speaker 2: You can think of Leapito Nijungo if you need an image.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Thank old Hollywood glamour meets modern seduction. Delicate lace details,
- 11:27Speaker 2: satin finishes, and perfectly tailored silhouettes that highlighted the body
- 11:32Speaker 2: without bearing it all. So a little modesty that's not
- 11:36Speaker 2: so modest now. Fashion insiders say this mark shifts. It
- 11:40Speaker 2: marks a shift from over exposure to a more refined sensuality.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Oof, I love it, I love it.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Yeah. One actress actually had some sequence on her dress.
- 11:52Speaker 2: The outlines kind of a men's briefs, whitey tidies, they
- 11:55Speaker 2: like to call them. So did you like it?
- 11:57Speaker 1: Rob? I'm quite a fine. Shouldn't you know this? I
- 12:01Speaker 1: don't like the underwear dress, the underwear look. I think
- 12:03Speaker 1: your underwear should be under something. But that's just me.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I can appreciate it now. I like it better than
- 12:09Speaker 1: the nude dress, which made me wildly uncomfortable. A few
- 12:12Speaker 1: years ago, it looked like everybody was naked. This year,
- 12:15Speaker 1: it did look like people were in their underwear I
- 12:17Speaker 1: saw Kylie Jenner on the front way road just wearing
- 12:20Speaker 1: a bra and I was like, oh, that's a bold choice.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I mean, they look fantastic. Where what makes you comfortable.
- 12:25Speaker 1: We're just talking about this with Adam Sandler. If he
- 12:27Speaker 1: wants to wear a hoodie, where your hoodie. If you
- 12:29Speaker 1: want to wear you're underwear, where you're underwear. Be you,
- 12:32Speaker 1: don't let other people tell you what to do, just
- 12:34Speaker 1: because my style is quite conservative. Actually, I really like
- 12:38Speaker 1: a jeans and a black T shirt and a jacket.
- 12:40Speaker 1: That's really where I'm the most comfortable. But be you well,
- 12:43Speaker 1: I will tell you this.
- 12:44Speaker 2: So I have been gifted with a well sized rack,
- 12:51Speaker 2: and I've found that corset dressing, which has the boning
- 12:53Speaker 2: in it holds up the girls. So I kind of
- 12:57Speaker 2: like it now. I know at the Oskars we didn't
- 12:59Speaker 2: see a lot of boobies, you know, they were really there.
- 13:02Speaker 2: These girls were marrying more kind of strappy tops. But
- 13:05Speaker 2: a nice bone corset like a long time ago and
- 13:10Speaker 2: yesteryear can hold everything up. So you've seen me in
- 13:14Speaker 2: a couple of.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Key times like that little tip, miss d quickly before
- 13:18Speaker 1: we get a break, Adrian Brodie has the Internet on
- 13:21Speaker 1: fire about his gum. So he was chewing gum when
- 13:25Speaker 1: he won. However, he spat it out and then sort
- 13:28Speaker 1: of threw it towards his girlfriend, Georgia Chapman. Now some
- 13:33Speaker 1: people are saying, well, this was just the right thing
- 13:36Speaker 1: to do. You don't want to accept the award with
- 13:38Speaker 1: gumbing your mouth. Other people are saying Chorery is dead
- 13:42Speaker 1: and are furious that he would throw he's gum. They're
- 13:45Speaker 1: saying it is disrespectful. I don't know if I think
- 13:50Speaker 1: this is a nice and misty. Take your gum out
- 13:53Speaker 1: before you accept your award. If you get a chew gum,
- 13:56Speaker 1: I always have a little piece of paper in my
- 13:59Speaker 1: pocket or somewhere where I can dispose of it, or
- 14:02Speaker 1: I might even if I forgot to take it out,
- 14:04Speaker 1: spit it into my hand and then just close my hand.
- 14:07Speaker 1: And I know my hand would be gross afterwards, But
- 14:09Speaker 1: I think that's less gross than throwing it at my girlfriend.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Yeah. I would just say, if you're nominated for an OSCAR,
- 14:17Speaker 2: especially in the leading categories, when they start calling the names,
- 14:21Speaker 2: take your gum out, kind of let people not see
- 14:25Speaker 2: you do it, and stick it under your chair. Like
- 14:28Speaker 2: everybody else does.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Hey, we're gonna take a quick break and we will
- 14:35Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but nic Sham,
- 14:40Speaker 1: your host Ofbortuty with idea from Miss Lee hemistein let's
- 14:42Speaker 1: get to the polls, ah las shall. We talked about
- 14:45Speaker 1: Megan Markle posting a rare video of Princess Lily but
- 14:48Speaker 1: I loved it. But my question was something everybody's asking.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Is she using promote new TV shows? So it debuts today,
- 14:56Speaker 1: We're gonna have all the gossip about it on tomorrow's show,
- 14:59Speaker 1: but it does debut today. Three days before it launched,
- 15:03Speaker 1: Meghan put out a really clever clip. She knew if
- 15:06Speaker 1: she included Liberta, her daughter, the Princess, would all be
- 15:09Speaker 1: talking about it. We're gonna be talking about it regardless.
- 15:12Speaker 1: But the fact that we get to see Lili bit,
- 15:13Speaker 1: we were like, wow, is she using her to promote
- 15:16Speaker 1: her TV show? All this could be mean? Let's have
- 15:18Speaker 1: a look. Eighty seven percent said yes, Now this might
- 15:23Speaker 1: not be a bad thing. Mister, You've got to sort
- 15:25Speaker 1: of use your assets a little bit here when you
- 15:28Speaker 1: want to get publicity. When I went on my book tour,
- 15:31Speaker 1: I had to talk about Jlo and celebrities, and you
- 15:34Speaker 1: have to shiny objects people, You have to use the
- 15:36Speaker 1: glitter and the glam and so I do sort of
- 15:39Speaker 1: get it, although it doesn't sound like a very nice
- 15:41Speaker 1: thing to do.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Well, if you go to ebony dot com, you will
- 15:45Speaker 2: see that I've written an up ed about my adopted
- 15:48Speaker 2: daughter Megan Markle, and I think there's been a lot
- 15:51Speaker 2: of controversy about this show. Oh, she's doing a lifestyle show.
- 15:55Speaker 2: She should be doing human world news and things about
- 15:59Speaker 2: helping people. She's copied other people, and I will say, yes,
- 16:04Speaker 2: she has copied other people like b Smith, who was
- 16:07Speaker 2: one of the first black lifestyle influencers to have a
- 16:10Speaker 2: TV show. And you know what, when you're talking about
- 16:13Speaker 2: lifestyle and family and gathering, of course you're going to
- 16:16Speaker 2: have your child be part of that. So let's watch
- 16:19Speaker 2: the show first, see how we feel about it, and
- 16:22Speaker 2: then we can make all the opinions and judgments that
- 16:25Speaker 2: we want. And her children are her children, and most
- 16:28Speaker 2: people have their children in their shows, so let's not
- 16:31Speaker 2: judge her.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Harsh Well said, let's give us some grace here, Okay,
- 16:35Speaker 1: don't forget to vote. Und Day's Paul, We're going to
- 16:36Speaker 1: act the page Atnaudy nice rom at facebook page is
- 16:39Speaker 1: going to gilsip and be sure to check back time
- 16:41Speaker 1: mal Raut to hear your results. And now it's time
- 16:44Speaker 1: for our surprising nicest of the day.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Our nicest other day is Kylie Jenner's subtle move for
- 16:52Speaker 2: Timothy Chalomet's mother and it made a heart melt so basically,
- 16:56Speaker 2: you know, as you said, Kylie had been sitting next
- 16:59Speaker 2: to her boyfriend Timothy for most of the show. Just
- 17:02Speaker 2: before the Best Actor category was announced, she slipped behind
- 17:07Speaker 2: him so that his mother could sit next to him.
- 17:10Speaker 2: And that's Nicole Flander.
- 17:12Speaker 1: And you know, this is just so sweet.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Now Timothy didn't win, It's okay, but it was so
- 17:18Speaker 2: nice for his mom to be there. I mean, he's
- 17:21Speaker 2: made it to the Oscars. It's pretty incredible in itself.
- 17:25Speaker 1: You want your mom, You want your mom. I want
- 17:26Speaker 1: my mom sitting next to me at something like that. Kylie,
- 17:29Speaker 1: this was such a class act. She suddenly disappeared and
- 17:31Speaker 1: we were like, where did she go? And then we
- 17:32Speaker 1: found out she did it on purpose, she slipped behind.
- 17:34Speaker 1: It makes me laugh that Adrian Brodie cannot manage to
- 17:37Speaker 1: spit out his gum, but yet Timothy Shallow may Can
