- 0:10Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, we thank you for having on board for
- 0:12Speaker 1: this latest edition of Birds Weekly, presented by the Inside
- 0:15Speaker 1: the Birds Network for my colleague grade didn't joum Derek
- 0:17Speaker 1: Gunn and your Philadelphia Eagles are they not one but
- 0:21Speaker 1: two times defending NFC East champions ran When you look
- 0:27Speaker 1: at how they got to this point at ten and five,
- 0:30Speaker 1: obviously you know Dallas Washington, the Giants all stink, but
- 0:34Speaker 1: they had one of the toughest schedules in the National
- 0:36Speaker 1: Football League. They overcame a lot of adversity. There was
- 0:40Speaker 1: grumbling amongst the ranks. They hit a few walls occasionally,
- 0:46Speaker 1: you know, losing streak here, losing streak there. They lost
- 0:49Speaker 1: some significant players in Lane Johnson and Jalen Carter. Yet
- 0:54Speaker 1: through it all they found a way to rise to
- 0:57Speaker 1: the top and wrap up the division once. And I
- 1:00Speaker 1: think this says a lot about the character, the intestinal fortitude,
- 1:06Speaker 1: and the know how of just getting the job done
- 1:08Speaker 1: above all other things. Is the significant reasons why they
- 1:12Speaker 1: are where they are right now. Phase one is complete, Yeah,
- 1:16Speaker 1: it is.
- 1:17Speaker 2: It is. And you know, we've talked about it a
- 1:21Speaker 2: lot about how no team had repeated winning this division
- 1:26Speaker 2: in more than twenty years and here they are, you know,
- 1:31Speaker 2: and it was a season that we all agreed right
- 1:34Speaker 2: from the jump they were the best team. There's no
- 1:37Speaker 2: question they were the best team in this division, we
- 1:40Speaker 2: all felt. But there were times this season when they
- 1:43Speaker 2: certainly didn't play like it, but you know when they
- 1:46Speaker 2: had to, you know, when they really got pushed to
- 1:49Speaker 2: the brink, and the three game losing streak kind of
- 1:52Speaker 2: did that. I mean, there was a little bit of
- 1:55Speaker 2: a time there where just about the time they were
- 1:57Speaker 2: going south, the Cowboys were coming on and there was
- 2:01Speaker 2: some feeling that the Cowboys might catch them from pass them.
- 2:04Speaker 2: There's some people that thought that was a real possibility.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Well look where you are now. You know, the Eagles
- 2:09Speaker 2: are right at the ship. You know, won some games
- 2:12Speaker 2: in a row, and the Cowboys have totally collapsed, and
- 2:18Speaker 2: the Eagles were on their way to another on their
- 2:20Speaker 2: way to another division championship, and you know, staring at it.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Least at least one home game in the playoffs and
- 2:28Speaker 2: maybe two. So yeah, it's been we I think you
- 2:33Speaker 2: and I both talked about this right from the beginning.
- 2:35Speaker 2: It was not going to be an easy season because
- 2:38Speaker 2: the year after a Super Bowl is never an easy season.
- 2:40Speaker 2: It's just it's just an a typical season in so
- 2:43Speaker 2: many ways, a million things happen. The schedule is going
- 2:47Speaker 2: to be tough. You know that other teams are going
- 2:49Speaker 2: to be gunning for you. You know that, uh, there's
- 2:52Speaker 2: going to be nothing easy about it. And it wasn't.
- 2:55Speaker 2: But in the end, they overcame it and here they are,
- 2:58Speaker 2: and you know, they're starting to show some signs that
- 3:01Speaker 2: they're getting it together and getting ready to go play
- 3:03Speaker 2: a good peat, good postseason.
- 3:06Speaker 1: You know, every team along the way in the season,
- 3:10Speaker 1: they have a hiccup here or there, and of course
- 3:12Speaker 1: the Eagles had one against the Giants. You know, but
- 3:16Speaker 1: you look at that that gauntlet they had to run through.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I mean, they beat Kansas City by three, they beat
- 3:21Speaker 1: the Rams by seven, Tampa Bay by six, Green Bay
- 3:23Speaker 1: by three, Detroit by seven. Even through everything they had
- 3:28Speaker 1: gone through, they still found a way to get it done.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Wasn't pretty always, but it was enough. It was a
- 3:36Speaker 1: big pass play, a big run, a big defensive turnover,
- 3:42Speaker 1: a block field goal here or there. You know, it
- 3:45Speaker 1: wasn't textbook, but the bottom line, I don't care how
- 3:49Speaker 1: ugly it made.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Look at times.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Is that all important?
- 3:51Speaker 2: W Yeah, I think I think that's true. And you know,
- 3:58Speaker 2: there were the defense for the for the whole if
- 4:03Speaker 2: you look at the whole season, if you take the
- 4:06Speaker 2: big picture look at it, the defense was very good. Uh.
- 4:09Speaker 2: And the defense was what kind of got them where
- 4:12Speaker 2: they are right now. I mean the offense was up
- 4:14Speaker 2: and down and hit and miss, and we talked about
- 4:17Speaker 2: that endlessly, but the defense showed up every week and
- 4:20Speaker 2: that's continued to be the case. But what's really encouraging
- 4:24Speaker 2: from an Eagles fans standpoint is, you know, right now
- 4:28Speaker 2: the offense is showing some signs of coming around. Even
- 4:30Speaker 2: the Chargers game we talked about. You lost that game
- 4:33Speaker 2: on turnovers, but there were other stretches in that game
- 4:36Speaker 2: within that game that offensively, they did some good things
- 4:40Speaker 2: and they brought some new elements to the offense, and
- 4:44Speaker 2: against a pretty good Chargers defense, they made they made
- 4:47Speaker 2: some strides. Lost the game, but you saw them making
- 4:50Speaker 2: some progress. Certainly showed that last week against the Raiders,
- 4:55Speaker 2: who were pathetic, but they certainly showed a better round
- 4:59Speaker 2: it and better thought out and certainly a better called offense.
- 5:03Speaker 2: And this week, again a little up and down but
- 5:06Speaker 2: what's kind of coming out of it. Not from the
- 5:09Speaker 2: defensive side, because the defense is pretty well established. They
- 5:12Speaker 2: are what they are right now. But on the offensive side,
- 5:15Speaker 2: the one thing we talked about a lot this year was,
- 5:17Speaker 2: you know, what is your offensive identity? You know what,
- 5:20Speaker 2: what are you trying to be offensively? Because they were
- 5:23Speaker 2: they were kind of groping for something, but certainly wasn't
- 5:26Speaker 2: the running game for most of the year, which was
- 5:28Speaker 2: their calling car last year. That wasn't here for most
- 5:31Speaker 2: of this year. But it's kind of there now, and
- 5:34Speaker 2: the passing game looks better and the quarterbacks playing more
- 5:38Speaker 2: under center, and it gives this offense a different look
- 5:42Speaker 2: and certainly a better look. And you know, right now,
- 5:46Speaker 2: you know the old if you're in the NFL, the
- 5:49Speaker 2: key is peaking at the right time, and they seem
- 5:52Speaker 2: to be trending in that direction.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You know, I was waiting to see, coming out of
- 5:57Speaker 1: that lopsided Raiders win, how this offense would look against
- 6:03Speaker 1: a Washington team that was a bad defense. I mean,
- 6:06Speaker 1: let's face it, but it was a divisional game, and
- 6:09Speaker 1: you know, we figured Washington would put up a much
- 6:12Speaker 1: better fight than the Raiders did, and it was a
- 6:15Speaker 1: close game until Marcus Mariota got hurt. You know, But
- 6:19Speaker 1: when you look at the numbers, they had three hundred
- 6:21Speaker 1: and eighty five yards of offense, two hundred and seven
- 6:24Speaker 1: yards rushing. Quan had a buck thirty two and like
- 6:29Speaker 1: you said, the passing game. Look, Crisp, are you sitting
- 6:33Speaker 1: here at this point saying, Okay, I'm satisfied completely with
- 6:38Speaker 1: what this offense has been showing the last three weeks now,
- 6:42Speaker 1: or do you say to yourself, I'm satisfied, but.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I'm satisfied. But okay, I'm satisfied, But I think that
- 6:53Speaker 2: they're certainly better than they were a month ago. Yeah,
- 6:56Speaker 2: they certainly seem to have a better ie better idea
- 7:00Speaker 2: of what they want to do, a better idea of
- 7:02Speaker 2: what they want to be. Uh And and they go
- 7:06Speaker 2: through some stretches now where things kind of run on time.
- 7:11Speaker 2: You know, remember so much of this year we said
- 7:13Speaker 2: there does not instend to be a rhythm to the offense. Well,
- 7:16Speaker 2: now they're kind of does you know they're playing, they're
- 7:18Speaker 2: playing through stretches of the game. They're playing at a
- 7:20Speaker 2: quicker tempo, which which I think suits them. Again, I
- 7:24Speaker 2: think I keep saying this but I think the quarterback
- 7:27Speaker 2: under center thing is it. I think it's big, I
- 7:29Speaker 2: really do. I mean, we talked about it a lot
- 7:32Speaker 2: this year. Why don't they do that more? Why are
- 7:34Speaker 2: they so locked into this shotgun thing, which which I
- 7:38Speaker 2: thought is one of the things that made them very
- 7:40Speaker 2: predictable and much easier to defend team, Yes, varying it
- 7:45Speaker 2: a little bit, Yes, you still got you still got
- 7:47Speaker 2: the shotgun. But playing hurts under center definitely helps the
- 7:52Speaker 2: running game, and it gives you a play action game
- 7:55Speaker 2: you didn't have before. Uh, and everything kind of everything
- 7:59Speaker 2: kind of is seeming to come together. You see a
- 8:00Speaker 2: lot more motion in the backfield, there's a lot more deception.
- 8:03Speaker 2: They're making the defense make decisions and think, I mean,
- 8:07Speaker 2: that's a really big part of being an offense is
- 8:10Speaker 2: doing some things in terms of formation or motion or
- 8:14Speaker 2: shifts or something that put some pressure on the defense
- 8:19Speaker 2: to make a decision before the ball is snap. Put
- 8:22Speaker 2: that extra a little bit of pressure to make them
- 8:25Speaker 2: think a little bit if and you know, you may
- 8:28Speaker 2: get some opportunities there. Somebody misses a call, somebody misses
- 8:31Speaker 2: an assignment, somebody doesn't get to their gap, somebody in
- 8:35Speaker 2: the secondary doesn't understand that there's been a switch and
- 8:38Speaker 2: all of a sudden you got somebody wide open for
- 8:40Speaker 2: a big play, you know, and you've created all that
- 8:43Speaker 2: just by the design of the play, and you run
- 8:48Speaker 2: those kinds of plays often enough, you create some big
- 8:51Speaker 2: play opportunities for yourself. And the Eagles weren't doing that.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Well now they kind of are. And I think that
- 8:57Speaker 2: that's one thing that was kind of missing and it's
- 9:00Speaker 2: there and now, and just with the way that's kind
- 9:03Speaker 2: of redesigned the offense and there's a lot more combination
- 9:08Speaker 2: routes and a lot more pass routes, one setting up
- 9:11Speaker 2: the other that it seems to me that the ball's
- 9:16Speaker 2: coming out of Jalen Hurts his hands a lot quicker
- 9:20Speaker 2: and a lot more confidently than it was before. I mean,
- 9:23Speaker 2: early in the year. One of the things we criticized
- 9:25Speaker 2: him for was and it was true, I mean, he's
- 9:27Speaker 2: holding the ball way too long. Yes, well, now you
- 9:30Speaker 2: see things are kind of running on time, and if
- 9:34Speaker 2: things are running on time, it's much easier for Hurts
- 9:36Speaker 2: to get the ball out on time. And that was
- 9:38Speaker 2: something that was missing earlier. But it seems to be
- 9:41Speaker 2: part of the offense now.
- 9:43Speaker 1: You know, I still have a problem with the offensive
- 9:45Speaker 1: line sustaining blocks. I don't think they're sustained blocks long enough,
- 9:49Speaker 1: especially when it comes to the running game. I think
- 9:52Speaker 1: they shed off with defenders too quickly, which has been
- 9:55Speaker 1: a big problem, one of the many big problems with
- 9:57Speaker 1: the offensive line continuity and to see all season long.
- 10:01Speaker 1: But the last couple of games, again against inferior opponents
- 10:05Speaker 1: on paper, they ran the ball forty seven times for
- 10:08Speaker 1: Buck eighty three against the Raiders. They turn around run
- 10:10Speaker 1: the ball thirty four times two to oh seven against Washington.
- 10:14Speaker 1: And the one thing I noticed in both of those games,
- 10:17Speaker 1: the holes that we were accustomed to sing a year
- 10:19Speaker 1: ago were there again. You know, even Tank basically comes
- 10:23Speaker 1: off the bench and Sprintson has a nice touchdown run
- 10:26Speaker 1: as well. And I don't know, Ray, I think I
- 10:31Speaker 1: want to see them lean more so on this run
- 10:34Speaker 1: game again, because when you get to that second season,
- 10:37Speaker 1: you know, teams, some teams are defined by how well
- 10:40Speaker 1: they run the football to set up their passing game
- 10:43Speaker 1: if you're won to bench all in the playoffs, and
- 10:46Speaker 1: these coordinators and a lot of these defensive players, especially
- 10:49Speaker 1: the veterans, are smart enough to realize what you're trying
- 10:51Speaker 1: to do. That's that's a lot of trouble for you
- 10:54Speaker 1: because your one hand. It's like I said, it's like
- 10:56Speaker 1: going to a gunfight with a cap gun.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Yeah, no it is. And if you look back over
- 11:05Speaker 2: time in the NFL, teams have their biggest running games
- 11:13Speaker 2: late in the season. And there's a couple of reasons.
- 11:18Speaker 2: And I'm talking going all the way back, sure, I'm
- 11:20Speaker 2: talking about going back fifties, sixties to the pre Super
- 11:24Speaker 2: Bowl time, the biggest running games were always late in
- 11:27Speaker 2: the year. Part of it is you're dealing with bad
- 11:32Speaker 2: weather a lot, cold weather a lot. It wasn't conducive
- 11:35Speaker 2: to the passing game, so teams are just naturally running
- 11:38Speaker 2: the ball more. The other thing was, and I think
- 11:42Speaker 2: this wasn't talked about enough, but I think this is
- 11:44Speaker 2: part of the two is as the year goes on
- 11:46Speaker 2: late in the year, defensive are beat up, you know,
- 11:50Speaker 2: and so if it's easier for the offense to sustain
- 11:54Speaker 2: and to run the ball successfully against defenses because they're
- 11:58Speaker 2: beat down by the end of the year and a
- 12:00Speaker 2: good running game can just go wild against them. So
- 12:04Speaker 2: it's always been true that running games are more successful
- 12:08Speaker 2: late in the season. And I think you're seeing that
- 12:12Speaker 2: because there has been in the last couple of years,
- 12:14Speaker 2: very subtle, but to me, very noticeable shift of the
- 12:19Speaker 2: game sort of shifting back to the run being a
- 12:21Speaker 2: bigger part of it. Now. You know the old it's
- 12:24Speaker 2: quarterbacks the league, it's a passing legue. It's all about
- 12:26Speaker 2: the I think that's somewhat true. But if you look
- 12:30Speaker 2: at the teams that are winning now, most of them
- 12:31Speaker 2: are winning with a heavy running component to their offense.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Because defenses have now been built, they're smaller, they're built
- 12:39Speaker 2: more for speed. A lot of teams want to play
- 12:41Speaker 2: that cover too. They don't want to bring the safety down,
- 12:45Speaker 2: so you want to run at those defenses to make
- 12:48Speaker 2: them commit that safety. And teams have found, you know,
- 12:51Speaker 2: running games can work pretty well if we're just willing
- 12:53Speaker 2: to stick with it. And I think that's absolutely the
- 12:57Speaker 2: way the Eagles are built. I mean, they are built
- 12:59Speaker 2: to be a team. They are built to be a
- 13:01Speaker 2: team that runs the football. Certainly demonstrated it last year
- 13:05Speaker 2: and won you with Super Bowl. This year, they kind
- 13:07Speaker 2: of struggled to get back to that, but it seems
- 13:09Speaker 2: like they're kind of getting there. Now and if you
- 13:12Speaker 2: looked at the Eagles moving forward and you talked about
- 13:15Speaker 2: what's the ideal run pass kind of ratio this team?
- 13:21Speaker 2: Anytime to me, that they get into the mid thirties
- 13:25Speaker 2: pass attempts, it's too many. It's team. To me, the
- 13:29Speaker 2: ideal balance is somewhere around twenty five pass attempts. They
- 13:33Speaker 2: get to thirty over thirty, mid thirties forty, they're not
- 13:39Speaker 2: the offense they're designed to be. You know, they're getting
- 13:42Speaker 2: away from what they really getting away from what they
- 13:44Speaker 2: do well. So then I think the ideal thing for
- 13:47Speaker 2: the Eagles is right around twenty to twenty five pass attempts.
- 13:51Speaker 2: If they get into the thirties, that's when they're in trouble.
- 13:54Speaker 2: And in this little stretch here where they're starting to
- 13:56Speaker 2: play better, they're in that comfort zone. And I think
- 13:59Speaker 2: that's that's the team that that's the team that won
- 14:02Speaker 2: it last year, and I think that's the kind of
- 14:04Speaker 2: team that has the best chance to win it again
- 14:05Speaker 2: this year.
- 14:06Speaker 1: You know, speaking of thirty, you know, Jalen Hurts hit
- 14:10Speaker 1: on twenty two to thirty for a buck eighty five
- 14:12Speaker 1: and two testdowns. You know, he was efficient through a
- 14:16Speaker 1: beautiful testown pass stepped up away from the outside covers
- 14:19Speaker 1: through a beautiful testdown pass to Dallas Goddard in the
- 14:23Speaker 1: corner of the end zone. But from what I just heard,
- 14:27Speaker 1: you say, you're still not comfortable with the Jalen because
- 14:29Speaker 1: I know I'm not on a regular basis, You're not
- 14:32Speaker 1: comfortable with Jalen putting the ball up thirty times a game.
- 14:36Speaker 2: I think thirty to me is almost the ceiling. Okay, yeah,
- 14:40Speaker 2: I think when you got into that, look back at
- 14:43Speaker 2: the three game losing streak and how many passes they
- 14:45Speaker 2: were throwing there, thirty four to thirty five forty. I mean,
- 14:48Speaker 2: that's that to me, all of a sudden, when you
- 14:51Speaker 2: when you were there at your offense is off the track.
- 14:54Speaker 2: At least this offense is. I think right around twenty five.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Maybe you can maybe take it to thirty, but I
- 15:00Speaker 2: wouldn't go beyond that. If you're beyond that, then I
- 15:03Speaker 2: think that you're asking his offense to do things it's
- 15:06Speaker 2: not really built to do. But I thought that we
- 15:11Speaker 2: talk about Hurts his passing, and I thought he threw
- 15:14Speaker 2: the ball better, and I thought he threw the ball
- 15:16Speaker 2: pretty good in this game. But the other part of
- 15:18Speaker 2: it was he did run it again. You know, we
- 15:20Speaker 2: saw him take off and run for some pretty good
- 15:23Speaker 2: yardage and some key situations. And again, I know, you're
- 15:28Speaker 2: assuming the injury risk every time he takes off at
- 15:31Speaker 2: the football. You're hoping that he's smart about it. You're
- 15:33Speaker 2: hoping that he doesn't get hurt. But I think that
- 15:37Speaker 2: has to be part of your planning that you build
- 15:39Speaker 2: that into the offense, because just letting him have those
- 15:42Speaker 2: half a dozen or so rushing attempts in key spots,
- 15:46Speaker 2: I mean, that's part of who they are, you know,
- 15:49Speaker 2: and they for the longest time early in this year,
- 15:51Speaker 2: they just weren't going there at all. And I think
- 15:54Speaker 2: that was part of the reason why this offense kind
- 15:56Speaker 2: of bogged down, because defenses weren't didn't have to worry
- 15:59Speaker 2: about that anymore. Now in preparation, you have to start
- 16:03Speaker 2: thinking about the fact that he can run the ball.
- 16:05Speaker 2: You have to start thinking about the idea, do we
- 16:07Speaker 2: have to spy him in the situation? Do have to
- 16:09Speaker 2: have another guy account for him in this situation? And
- 16:12Speaker 2: it opens up a whole lot of things for the
- 16:14Speaker 2: rest of the offense, whether he's running the ball or not.
- 16:17Speaker 1: When you look at the game plan that unfolded for
- 16:22Speaker 1: the first thirty minutes of the game against Washington, how
- 16:26Speaker 1: surprised were you that Aj and DeVante were the only
- 16:30Speaker 1: targets in the passing game. They had done just such
- 16:33Speaker 1: a good job spreading the wealth, But in the first
- 16:36Speaker 1: half of that game, those two are the only guys
- 16:39Speaker 1: that got looks.
- 16:40Speaker 2: I know, I know, and look as good as they are,
- 16:47Speaker 2: we all know they're your one one A guys, there's
- 16:51Speaker 2: no question about that. But I really do think the
- 16:55Speaker 2: idea of spreading the ball around here serves this offense well,
- 16:59Speaker 2: you know, it really does. It opens up the field. Uh,
- 17:02Speaker 2: and you can you can always come back to AJ
- 17:06Speaker 2: and DeVante, but you need to keep the other guys involved.
- 17:09Speaker 2: I mean, we were saying that just last week, how
- 17:12Speaker 2: good it was to see Goddard be a big part
- 17:14Speaker 2: of the offense. He's he's just that good. He has
- 17:17Speaker 2: to be. You know, you can't lose him for a quarter,
- 17:21Speaker 2: two quarters. I mean, he's you got, he's got to
- 17:23Speaker 2: be a bigger part of that passing game. And the
- 17:25Speaker 2: other guys too. So yeah, I think to me, the
- 17:32Speaker 2: idea of being successful in the postseason is incorporating kind
- 17:36Speaker 2: of all the elements we're talking about. Now, keep your
- 17:40Speaker 2: passing attempts in the twenties. Have Jalen Hurts run the
- 17:45Speaker 2: ball half a dozen times or so. Try to get
- 17:49Speaker 2: Barkley up, you know, get his carries and get him
- 17:53Speaker 2: up around one hundred yards, and get Brown and Smith
- 17:57Speaker 2: but the other receivers involved too, and just make it
- 18:01Speaker 2: a fully dimensional offense. They're capable of doing that. They
- 18:05Speaker 2: really are capable of doing that. But early in the
- 18:07Speaker 2: season they just they just couldn't seem to find a
- 18:12Speaker 2: cohesion to their offense. There didn't seem to be as
- 18:15Speaker 2: we talked about, very often, the play calling just seemed
- 18:19Speaker 2: to be a play here, a play there, Let's try this. Well,
- 18:22Speaker 2: that didn't work, Okay, let's try this. Whereas what they've
- 18:25Speaker 2: got now it seems to be there seems to be
- 18:28Speaker 2: a flow, coherence, a direction, a flow, a rhythm to
- 18:36Speaker 2: this offense and the play calling that seems to work.
- 18:39Speaker 2: It's taken them a long time to get here, but
- 18:41Speaker 2: I think they finally kind of got it figured out.
- 18:44Speaker 2: We'll see more next week when they go to Buffalo
- 18:48Speaker 2: and they play a Bills team that really has a
- 18:51Speaker 2: lot to play for right now, see if they can
- 18:53Speaker 2: take this offense up there into what figures to be
- 18:56Speaker 2: pretty challenging weather conditions and see if they can still
- 19:00Speaker 2: run this offense efficiently. But I think they have a
- 19:04Speaker 2: pretty good and a better clearer, clearer idea of what
- 19:07Speaker 2: they want to do than they did earlier this season,
- 19:09Speaker 2: where it just all seemed to be kind of a mishmash.
- 19:12Speaker 1: You mentioned the word incorporate, and and I'm thinking Tank Bigsby.
- 19:18Speaker 1: You know, here's another example. He didn't get many touches,
- 19:20Speaker 1: but when he does get the ball in his hands, Ray,
- 19:23Speaker 1: He's not the biggest back on the block, but man
- 19:25Speaker 1: is he a tough customer to bring down. Legs constantly moving,
- 19:30Speaker 1: and when he gets an open space, he can run
- 19:31Speaker 1: away from people. And you look at you look at
- 19:34Speaker 1: a lot of the good running teams in the NFL.
- 19:37Speaker 1: They have a dual back situation where one compliments the
- 19:40Speaker 1: other and vice versa. And we know, we know Saquan
- 19:43Speaker 1: is the bread and butter of this of this running game,
- 19:46Speaker 1: of this offense. But I just don't understand why they
- 19:49Speaker 1: don't incorporate Tank even more so into the ground game
- 19:53Speaker 1: and give Saquan an extended breathe or so to speak,
- 19:57Speaker 1: so that he's fresher later in games.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's something that's worth that's really worth
- 20:03Speaker 2: talking about and thinking about, because you know, we've alluded
- 20:09Speaker 2: to this, but I think that what they have now,
- 20:11Speaker 2: what they've sort of found now, is a really good
- 20:16Speaker 2: two back situation where I mean, you can bring Bigsby
- 20:21Speaker 2: in for a series or two, uh, you know, get
- 20:25Speaker 2: sa Quon a little rest, but also give the defense
- 20:30Speaker 2: something else to think about, because Bigsby and Barkley really
- 20:32Speaker 2: are very different kinds of runners in terms of their style,
- 20:36Speaker 2: and I think the defense it's it's a little bit
- 20:39Speaker 2: of a change up, you know, it's uh, I mean,
- 20:42Speaker 2: it's not something as dramatic as say Brandon Jacobs and
- 20:45Speaker 2: Tiki Barber, you know. I mean, I mean, that's that's
- 20:48Speaker 2: your classic big, small kind of thing, and this isn't that.
- 20:54Speaker 2: But there's definitely a difference in their running styles and
- 20:56Speaker 2: a difference in the way they attack the line of
- 20:58Speaker 2: scrimmage that forces defense to adjust a little bit. And
- 21:02Speaker 2: the fact is Bigsby has been super productive in the
- 21:05Speaker 2: times that they've used them, and I think moving forward
- 21:09Speaker 2: every week they should find make sure that they get
- 21:12Speaker 2: him in the game and give him the ball some
- 21:14Speaker 2: because he's been very good and his role in this
- 21:20Speaker 2: and his ability to what he's been able to do
- 21:22Speaker 2: with the ball in his hands is one of the
- 21:24Speaker 2: things that I think has really kind of helped bring
- 21:26Speaker 2: a little energy and a little pop to this offense.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Hey, I still like a good night out, but I'm

- 25:12Speaker 1: Hey, what did you think about the Eagles over? They
- 25:15Speaker 1: had a comfortable league. They score touchdown, and they line
- 25:18Speaker 1: up and decide to go for two. They get to
- 25:21Speaker 1: two points and all of a sudden, a brawl irrupts.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Right now.
- 25:25Speaker 1: One part of me says, if a team is ticked
- 25:29Speaker 1: off enough to where, hey, look they're trying to embarrass us,
- 25:32Speaker 1: well then you stop to play. Washington didn't. But the
- 25:35Speaker 1: other half says, there's a certain unwritten etiquette where you
- 25:39Speaker 1: don't rub it in a team's face when you've got
- 25:42Speaker 1: your foot on their throats. And you know, dan Quinn
- 25:46Speaker 1: after the game said hey, we'll see him again in
- 25:48Speaker 1: a couple of weeks. Well, by then you may be
- 25:50Speaker 1: playing Eagle scrubs. Different position may be solidified. But what
- 25:54Speaker 1: do you think about Sirianni deciding to go for two
- 25:57Speaker 1: in a situation, in a very meaningless situation like.
- 26:00Speaker 2: That, I couldn't understand it. I mean, you've got the
- 26:05Speaker 2: game in hand, you just scored a touchdown points certainly
- 26:08Speaker 2: you don't need the extra points. I mean when they
- 26:12Speaker 2: when I looked and I saw who was on the field,
- 26:14Speaker 2: and I saw they're getting ready to go for two,
- 26:16Speaker 2: my first action, what are you doing? I mean, what's
- 26:18Speaker 2: the point? Now? I don't know what set off the
- 26:22Speaker 2: scrum immediately after that, but my thought was that the
- 26:26Speaker 2: Washington players were were just pissed off that the Eagles
- 26:32Speaker 2: are going for two. Yere you know, in a situation
- 26:34Speaker 2: where common sense kind of tells you just kick the
- 26:37Speaker 2: pat and be done with it, that all of a
- 26:39Speaker 2: sudden there on the lineup they're going to go for two. Really,
- 26:43Speaker 2: I kind of thought that that's what brought it about
- 26:45Speaker 2: But I guess Siriani had something in mind. I have
- 26:50Speaker 2: no idea what it was, but it didn't make it.
- 26:53Speaker 2: It didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. No,
- 26:55Speaker 2: it didn't.
- 26:57Speaker 1: You know, when they lined up, thinking okay, maybe they're
- 27:01Speaker 1: trying to work on something, you know, whether it was
- 27:05Speaker 1: a play of deception, something that we weren't a customer seeing,
- 27:11Speaker 1: maybe blocking scheme. But I saw nothing. I saw nothing
- 27:14Speaker 1: that was that jumped out. It was a basic two
- 27:17Speaker 1: point try that they were successful at. And you know,
- 27:24Speaker 1: it's a divisional game. I get it, you know, a
- 27:28Speaker 1: heated rivalry, but sometimes you have to know when you
- 27:32Speaker 1: when you when you pump the brakes, so to speak,
- 27:34Speaker 1: because stuff like that can come back to bite you
- 27:37Speaker 1: somewhere down the road.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Yeah, that's always the way I felt about it. Yeah,
- 27:41Speaker 2: I mean I was always you know, look, we got
- 27:47Speaker 2: the game in hand, let's just do the basics. You know,
- 27:50Speaker 2: at the end of the game, just don't throw the ball,
- 27:53Speaker 2: just run it. At the end of the game, don't
- 27:55Speaker 2: try to score more, just run out the clock. In
- 27:59Speaker 2: situations like that, don't go for two, just kick the pat.
- 28:02Speaker 2: I mean, I'm sort of very old school that way.
- 28:07Speaker 2: You know, it's a new age, man. I mean we
- 28:09Speaker 2: see that every week. I mean, it won't be long
- 28:12Speaker 2: before I don't even know if anybody's ever going to
- 28:14Speaker 2: punt again.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Really, I mean you come up to you come up
- 28:18Speaker 2: to fourth down, and it's almost like when they when
- 28:20Speaker 2: you see the punter coming on the field, you're surprised.
- 28:22Speaker 2: It's I mean, it's it is. The game has changed
- 28:25Speaker 2: so much now. I don't think this decision, the two pointer,
- 28:30Speaker 2: I don't think that has anything to do with analytics. No.
- 28:33Speaker 2: I think there's you know, I mean we talk a
- 28:34Speaker 2: lot about analytics, and there's no question that analytics figures
- 28:37Speaker 2: into a lot of decisions in the course of a game.
- 28:40Speaker 2: I don't think it analytics had anything to do with this.
- 28:43Speaker 2: I can't imagine how it did. I think this was
- 28:46Speaker 2: just this just came out of the fertile mind of
- 28:49Speaker 2: Nick Sirianni that he decided anyone to do that. I
- 28:52Speaker 2: have no idea why. I mean, if if if you
- 28:55Speaker 2: had a trick play, if you had a trick two
- 28:58Speaker 2: point play, well you wouldn't want to roll it out
- 29:01Speaker 2: and put it on tape. You know, you want to
- 29:04Speaker 2: keep that in your back pocket for a time you
- 29:05Speaker 2: really needed it. So I mean, I'd try to look
- 29:08Speaker 2: at it from all different angles and I'll be darn
- 29:11Speaker 2: if I could figure it out, So you know, I
- 29:13Speaker 2: guess yeah. I don't know if Nick was asked to
- 29:15Speaker 2: address it after the game, but I mean it had
- 29:18Speaker 2: me scratching my head a little bit because in the
- 29:20Speaker 2: time and the moment, it just didn't seem to make
- 29:22Speaker 2: a lot of sense.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Hey, from the department of one man's absence is another
- 29:26Speaker 1: man's opportunity. With Jalen Carter being out, it has opened
- 29:30Speaker 1: the door for Jordan Davis to really shine. I mean,
- 29:34Speaker 1: for three straight weeks now, he has been so dominant
- 29:37Speaker 1: in the trenches. He had two tackles for a loss yesterday,
- 29:42Speaker 1: I should say, you know, you know against against Washington,
- 29:46Speaker 1: and he's constantly controlling his section of the line of scrimmage,
- 29:51Speaker 1: which is disrupting a lot of the rhythm of opponents
- 29:55Speaker 1: running attacks. And boy, he has taken control of those
- 29:59Speaker 1: guys in the trenches. With with Jalen Carter nursing the
- 30:05Speaker 1: shoulder injuries, yep, and playing really well. And I mean
- 30:12Speaker 1: you're hearing Vic Fangio and some of the other guys in.
- 30:16Speaker 2: The defense talk about him in terms that you never
- 30:21Speaker 2: heard before, like saying, you know, he's he's a leader.
- 30:24Speaker 2: You know that he brings like real leadership to our team.
- 30:29Speaker 2: And I think that's a good thing. I mean, here's
- 30:32Speaker 2: you know, here's a kid that was first round pick,
- 30:35Speaker 2: thirteenth overall pick, came in with the idea that he
- 30:38Speaker 2: was going to be a big time player here, and
- 30:41Speaker 2: those are kind of guys with that kind of pedigree
- 30:43Speaker 2: that you expect to be the leaders on your team.
- 30:45Speaker 2: But it didn't seem to be his personality by nature. Uh,
- 30:50Speaker 2: And the way he was playing his first couple of years,
- 30:52Speaker 2: not that he played poorly, but he wasn't playing enough
- 30:55Speaker 2: and he didn't he wasn't playing a big enough role
- 30:58Speaker 2: to be that kind of guy. But now he certainly is.
- 31:02Speaker 2: And it's really become much more obvious now with Carter
- 31:05Speaker 2: out for a few games than he has kind of
- 31:07Speaker 2: become the guy on the defensive line. They asked more
- 31:12Speaker 2: of him and he's delivered, you know, And I think
- 31:16Speaker 2: with each game now, I think he's becoming more convinced
- 31:21Speaker 2: in his own ability, you know. I mean, it looks
- 31:24Speaker 2: to me like he's just playing with a lot more confidence,
- 31:27Speaker 2: and I mean there are stretches in the game where
- 31:29Speaker 2: he is just controlling that box in the middle of
- 31:32Speaker 2: the field. I mean, we all knew with his size
- 31:35Speaker 2: and his strength that he was going to be the
- 31:38Speaker 2: kind of guy that was going to be an effective
- 31:41Speaker 2: run defender. But he's much more now of a playmaker.
- 31:44Speaker 2: You can see him, you know, moving up and down
- 31:47Speaker 2: the line, making tackles behind the line of scrimmage, getting
- 31:50Speaker 2: a little pass rush now, sometimes collapse in the pocket.
- 31:53Speaker 2: I don't know that anybody really thought that he could
- 31:55Speaker 2: possibly be that kind of player as opposed to just
- 31:57Speaker 2: a straight run stuffer. But you're seeing that there's a
- 32:00Speaker 2: lot more to his overall game. And good for him
- 32:05Speaker 2: and good for the team because to see him taking
- 32:08Speaker 2: these strides. Now when Carter comes back and gets back
- 32:14Speaker 2: in the lineup here, then and you put the two
- 32:17Speaker 2: of them side by side with we know what Carter
- 32:20Speaker 2: can do, and now we're seeing what Davis can do.
- 32:22Speaker 2: You know, that is a very potent one to two
- 32:24Speaker 2: punch you're having the middle of the defense.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Nakobe Dean bowed out of this game with a hamstring injury.
- 32:30Speaker 1: The initial reports we're hearing is it's not serious, just
- 32:34Speaker 1: something he tweaked, so to speak. It is imperative that
- 32:38Speaker 1: Nikobe Dean is in the middle of that defense for
- 32:42Speaker 1: a variety of reasons. Number One, running backs can't block
- 32:46Speaker 1: him one on one when he's pass rushing. Number Two,
- 32:49Speaker 1: he is so good at coming up and filling gaps
- 32:52Speaker 1: running plays, and he's also very good at dropping back
- 32:56Speaker 1: in coverage. If there's one player that they cannot lose
- 33:00Speaker 1: on that defense for this stretch run beyond the regular season,
- 33:04Speaker 1: it's that man.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Yeah, and I wonder how this is going to I
- 33:10Speaker 2: agree with everything you just said, by the way. Yeah,
- 33:12Speaker 2: and I think you saw when he came back this year.
- 33:17Speaker 2: When they finally got him back this year, a lot
- 33:21Speaker 2: of things on that defense just sort of came together
- 33:24Speaker 2: because early in the year their run defense was not
- 33:27Speaker 2: particularly good. Once Nakobe Dean came back, the run defense
- 33:31Speaker 2: got a lot better. And there was no accident or coincidence.
- 33:34Speaker 2: I mean, he makes a lot of that happen in
- 33:37Speaker 2: the middle of that defense. So you know, they're in
- 33:42Speaker 2: a situation with him now where I think the only
- 33:45Speaker 2: the only concern about him in terms of contractually keeping
- 33:50Speaker 2: him getting him a new contract and keeping him longer term.
- 33:55Speaker 2: It has to do with his physical durability. You know,
- 33:58Speaker 2: is he the kind of guy Everybody agrees that he's
- 34:01Speaker 2: a good player, and everybody agrees that they're a better
- 34:04Speaker 2: team with him on the field. But because of his size,
- 34:09Speaker 2: I think there was some concern Listen. That's why he
- 34:11Speaker 2: was the third round draft pick. That's why he wasn't
- 34:13Speaker 2: drafted high because people were concerned about with his size,
- 34:16Speaker 2: was he going to be able to play sixteen seventeen
- 34:19Speaker 2: games in the NFL. And now you've seen he's had
- 34:22Speaker 2: some injury issues, and if that would make the Eagles
- 34:27Speaker 2: have second thoughts about you know, do we really want
- 34:29Speaker 2: to extend him and think about him long term if
- 34:32Speaker 2: we have to be worried about how often he's going
- 34:34Speaker 2: to play. I would hate to see that because I
- 34:37Speaker 2: really do think he's a key guy in that defense.
- 34:39Speaker 2: And I know this, I know that Vic Fangio loves
- 34:43Speaker 2: the guy. I mean, if you see Vic and his
- 34:46Speaker 2: press conferences, he's he's always bringing up in the Kobe
- 34:50Speaker 2: and how important he is and what he brings to
- 34:53Speaker 2: the defense and how he's really improved things since he
- 34:56Speaker 2: came back I mean, the guy who's calling the shot
- 35:00Speaker 2: that defense knows very well how important Nikobe Dean is
- 35:04Speaker 2: to that defense. And I hope, you know, I hope
- 35:06Speaker 2: that what he's got is just a tweak and it's
- 35:08Speaker 2: not going to affect him, because if this team's going
- 35:11Speaker 2: to go into the postseason with any real hope of
- 35:14Speaker 2: making it back to a championship game, I think they're
- 35:16Speaker 2: going to need him in the middle of that d.
- 35:19Speaker 1: I couldn't agree with you more. How about old man
- 35:22Speaker 1: Brandon Graham gets another sack. That's three now in two games.
- 35:25Speaker 1: I think he is much more effective from the d
- 35:28Speaker 1: tackle position than he was at this stage of his career.
- 35:31Speaker 1: At the defensive end, he's almost unblockable. I mean he's
- 35:35Speaker 1: not the biggest guy, like six to two two fifty five,
- 35:38Speaker 1: but his lower body strength is incredible. When you look
- 35:41Speaker 1: at the push he gets against offensive guards at times,
- 35:45Speaker 1: even centers.
- 35:48Speaker 2: He says, yeah, I mean he gets it's almost most
- 35:52Speaker 2: of your defensive tackle tackles tend to be like Carter's
- 35:56Speaker 2: and Davis's. They tend to be six four sixty five
- 35:59Speaker 2: were bigger, you know, I think the fact that Brandon
- 36:02Speaker 2: is six' to two And i'm not even sure he's
- 36:05Speaker 2: all of, that to be honest with. YOU i mean
- 36:08Speaker 2: he's a different sort of challenge for the big blocker
- 36:11Speaker 2: because he gets underneath them and you can just see
- 36:15Speaker 2: that he can with his lower body. STRENGTH i mean
- 36:19Speaker 2: he's just bull rushing guys right back into the quarterbacks
- 36:22Speaker 2: lap and. Listen three sacks in two. Games that's pretty.
- 36:27Speaker 2: GOOD i, Mean i'm thirty seven years. Old at thirty
- 36:30Speaker 2: seven years, OLD i just saw a stat that said
- 36:34Speaker 2: the last guy to do, that the last guy at
- 36:39Speaker 2: thirty seven years old to get three sacks in two,
- 36:42Speaker 2: games was the ageless KL A, campbell who IS i
- 36:47Speaker 2: think is still playing somewhere and it feels like it
- 36:50Speaker 2: feels like he's playing for almost. Everybody BUT i mean
- 36:54Speaker 2: he is just. AGELESS i, mean he just keeps moving
- 36:57Speaker 2: around and keeps making. Plays it's, okay he did, it but,
- 37:02Speaker 2: now you Know, BRANDON i, mean he's never going. Out
- 37:04Speaker 2: he's never retired and come. BACK i mean he's stayed
- 37:07Speaker 2: in the. League For brandon to actually, retire sit out
- 37:10Speaker 2: half a season and come back and play this, way you,
- 37:13Speaker 2: KNOW i mean everybody thought that the idea was to
- 37:15Speaker 2: bring him back and maybe give you some leadership and you,
- 37:18Speaker 2: know be a good guy in the locker, room and
- 37:20Speaker 2: his experience for all those young guys on the, defense
- 37:23Speaker 2: which he does provide by the, WAY i, mean that's
- 37:26Speaker 2: a very real thing animally That but the fact of
- 37:29Speaker 2: the matter is he put him on the. Field he's,
- 37:31Speaker 2: producing you, know and he has. Helped he really.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Has you, know what are we going to do About
- 37:37Speaker 1: jake elliad. RAY i mean the books say he missed
- 37:40Speaker 1: two field, goals but technically he missed. Three he has
- 37:45Speaker 1: now missed seven field goals and an extra point since week.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Seven seven field goals and an extra point since week.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Seven he had kicking issues in twenty twenty four as.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Well Nick sirianni stepped to the podium and, SAID i
- 37:59Speaker 1: still have the most confidence In Jake. Elliott that is
- 38:01Speaker 1: a big booster for him. Psychologically but there's something mental
- 38:05Speaker 1: AND i don't, know maybe even technical and has approached
- 38:08Speaker 1: to the ball that has been off this. Season and
- 38:11Speaker 1: this is, scenario especially in close games when you get
- 38:14Speaker 1: teams that are more evenly messed in the, playoffs this
- 38:17Speaker 1: is something to watch closely and hopefully his inconsistency in
- 38:22Speaker 1: the field goal department doesn't come back and bite him
- 38:25Speaker 1: when it counts the, most.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Right, YEAH i MEAN i fully Expected. NICK i fully
- 38:34Speaker 2: expected somebody would ask the, question, obviously AND i fully
- 38:38Speaker 2: Expected nick to answer it exactly the WAY i answered.
- 38:41Speaker 2: IT i have confidence In Jake. Elliott whether that's true or,
- 38:46Speaker 2: not who. Knows BUT i mean the question is probably
- 38:49Speaker 2: going to be. Asked are they going to bring in
- 38:52Speaker 2: some different kickures and maybe work them? Out are they
- 38:56Speaker 2: Really is there any chance that they would really make a?
- 38:59Speaker 2: CHANGE i don't think so, Either AND i ACTUALLY i
- 39:06Speaker 2: wouldn't do it because if you remember last year in
- 39:09Speaker 2: the regular, season he didn't have a particularly good regular
- 39:12Speaker 2: season and a lot of people were asking the same
- 39:15Speaker 2: question right around the same, time they need to make
- 39:18Speaker 2: a change, here you, know maybe time to go get another.
- 39:21Speaker 2: Kicker and if you, remember he went into the postseason
- 39:24Speaker 2: and he was dead, solid, perfect and he went into
- 39:28Speaker 2: the postseason and after a regular season where a lot
- 39:31Speaker 2: of these same questions were being, asked he came out
- 39:34Speaker 2: in the postseason and made. Everything AND i think that's
- 39:37Speaker 2: kind of what they're counting. On would they considered making a,
- 39:42Speaker 2: CHANGE i would be. SURPRISED i wouldn't do. IT i
- 39:45Speaker 2: think they're kind of thinking, That, okay you, know he
- 39:47Speaker 2: kind of went through the same thing last, year but
- 39:49Speaker 2: when we got to the, playoffs he made every big,
- 39:51Speaker 2: kick AND i think they're figuring that's what's going to happen. Again,
- 39:54Speaker 2: YEAH i.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Don't you, know we were debating that on our post
- 39:57Speaker 1: game show On, saturday and we all greed and, UNISON
- 40:02Speaker 1: i don't think there's any way they would bring another
- 40:04Speaker 1: kicker in at this stage of the, season you, know
- 40:06Speaker 1: and you saw people all over social media go find
- 40:09Speaker 1: some soccer style kickers and bring them. In you, know
- 40:12Speaker 1: we got to do something. Here But i'm, like if
- 40:14Speaker 1: there was there, was if there's any kicker worth his grain,
- 40:18Speaker 1: assaults he's already on somebody else's, team first of. All
- 40:22Speaker 1: and if kickers been sitting out there this long waiting
- 40:24Speaker 1: for somebody to call, him there's a reason they've been
- 40:26Speaker 1: sitting out there this long waiting for somebody to call.
- 40:28Speaker 1: THEM i think at this stage it's gonna be kind
- 40:31Speaker 1: of Like Groundhog's, day a repeat of what we went
- 40:34Speaker 1: through in twenty twenty. Four you, know the end of
- 40:38Speaker 1: the regular season is coming. Up we know we've seen
- 40:42Speaker 1: him be a money kicker in big game, situations AND
- 40:46Speaker 1: i just think they're gonna have to just ride this
- 40:48Speaker 1: thing out and see where it, goes and hopefully he
- 40:52Speaker 1: gets back to what he did in the postseason of
- 40:54Speaker 1: twenty twenty.
- 40:55Speaker 2: Four, yeah because he. WAS i, mean there was a
- 40:58Speaker 2: lot of going into the postseason where it was a
- 41:00Speaker 2: lot OF i don't, know you, know and then all
- 41:04Speaker 2: all of a, sudden, man he doesn went boom boom.
- 41:07Speaker 2: BOOM i mean he. Was he was hitting all kinds
- 41:10Speaker 2: of field goals and no doubt about, it like right
- 41:13Speaker 2: down the. Middle and so you've seen him do that,
- 41:16Speaker 2: before you're kind of counting on him to do that.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Again but, YEAH i mean to bring in a guy
- 41:20Speaker 2: that do you have no idea who he, is that
- 41:23Speaker 2: has no history with your, TEAM i just ask him
- 41:27Speaker 2: to come into the postseason and make big kicks for.
- 41:29Speaker 2: HIM i would much rather even though you, know, Look
- 41:34Speaker 2: i've Seen i've Seen jake miss the same Kicks you've seen,
- 41:36Speaker 2: it everybody's. SEEN i know. That BUT i would sooner
- 41:39Speaker 2: go with him a guy That i've seen make the
- 41:42Speaker 2: big kick in the big spot for me before than
- 41:45Speaker 2: some guy who's just your basic itinerant kicker bouncing from
- 41:49Speaker 2: team to team and, say, okay your show, Now i'll
- 41:54Speaker 2: ride this out With Jake elliott and hope he has
- 41:56Speaker 2: a postseason like the one he had a year.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Ago and through it all the adversity AS i set
- 42:02Speaker 1: off the top of this, podcast the trials and, tribulations
- 42:05Speaker 1: the inconsistencies of the, kicking the. Grumbling here they stand
- 42:09Speaker 1: ten and five and for a second straight, season champs
- 42:12Speaker 1: of THE Nfc, east something that had not been done
- 42:16Speaker 1: for two. Decades The eagles are you to Repeat divisional,
- 42:19Speaker 1: champion and coming up next is a heavyweight match and
- 42:23Speaker 1: possibly just possibly a Super bowl preview as The eagles
- 42:28Speaker 1: hit the road and head up to Snowy, Buffalo and
- 42:31Speaker 1: of course we'll be right here after that game is
- 42:33Speaker 1: all said and, done AND i can't wait to see.
- 42:35Speaker 1: It so For Raight, Dendrum Derek, gunn this has Been
- 42:37Speaker 1: bird's weekly so. Long everybody
