- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Conspiracy The Show, the world's most trusted conspiracy
- 0:16Speaker 1: theory podcast, with your hosts Adam Todd Brown and Olivia Hidar.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy The Show. I am your host,
- 0:38Speaker 2: Adam Todd Brown joining me as co host this week,
- 0:42Speaker 2: Jen Scott's here.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Wow, it's me. Hello.
- 0:47Speaker 2: You all know Jen from podcasts on the network and
- 0:51Speaker 2: from being an internet personality.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Right, it's true. You know me. They fucking better.
- 0:58Speaker 4: They fucking better.
- 0:59Speaker 2: And if if they didn't, they do now act like
- 1:02Speaker 2: you know, he's so weird.
- 1:04Speaker 3: If this is the first time you heard.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Me talk, yeah, that would be strange.
- 1:07Speaker 2: If it is high And speaking of people I've never
- 1:11Speaker 2: heard talk, we're talking about Hunter Biden this week.
- 1:14Speaker 3: You've never heard him talk.
- 1:15Speaker 2: That's one of the things I really respect about this guy.
- 1:18Speaker 2: I've never heard him say a fucking word in my life, which.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure i've heard him talk.
- 1:23Speaker 2: That's the way to be, Like, if you're the president's.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Son, shut the fuck up and do crack.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Yeah, shut up and smoke crack like a patriot.
- 1:32Speaker 3: God, do you love America or not?
- 1:35Speaker 2: I love a rich crack smoker, because that's a decision
- 1:38Speaker 2: me knew what well.
- 1:41Speaker 4: I mean, I've tried it.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Maybe there's good crack and we just don't know.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Well, I get why crack is as addictive as it is.
- 1:47Speaker 2: I've tried it. It's great.
- 1:49Speaker 5: It scared me when I tried it on accident, but
- 1:51Speaker 5: that's very surprising.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Hi.
- 1:54Speaker 2: My first thought when I tried it was, oh, I
- 1:56Speaker 2: can't do this two days in a row or I'll
- 1:59Speaker 2: be doing at the rest of my life.
- 2:01Speaker 4: And I stuck to that.
- 2:02Speaker 2: And I only smoke crack once twice. I think it
- 2:05Speaker 2: was twice actually, But we're talking about Hunter Biden because
- 2:10Speaker 2: he has just been convicted of crimes.
- 2:13Speaker 4: Jen, are you okay?
- 2:14Speaker 2: How are you holding up now that Hunter Biden's been
- 2:17Speaker 2: taken down by the justice system.
- 2:19Speaker 3: I've been really unwell since I heard about this.
- 2:22Speaker 5: I have been beside myself same same. Yeah, it really
- 2:27Speaker 5: matters to me.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I think there were people on the right who were
- 2:30Speaker 2: maybe expecting.
- 2:31Speaker 3: That, like, uh, not our president's son.
- 2:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:36Speaker 2: I don't know that there's anyone that has an actual
- 2:40Speaker 2: feeling about Hunter Biden either way. I don't know anyone
- 2:44Speaker 2: who gives a shit about this in.
- 2:46Speaker 3: More than a fi I do, and it's his dealer.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's true. Yeah, his drug dealer's probably bummed out.
- 2:53Speaker 3: It's probably the FBI.
- 2:55Speaker 4: Yeah, that wouldn't surprise me.
- 2:57Speaker 5: Let's be honest, I'm just starting conspiracies. I love this podcast.
- 3:03Speaker 3: I sold Hunter Biden all the crack he ever had.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I mean, that wouldn't surprise me whatsoever me either.
- 3:11Speaker 3: That's why it's a good conspiracy.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Absolutely, So we're going to talk about Hunter Biden's convictions
- 3:18Speaker 2: and his trial and what it all means for the future.
- 3:22Speaker 2: We did a similar episode about Trump's convictions on the
- 3:25Speaker 2: you don't even like this show podcast? You can go
- 3:28Speaker 2: listen to that if you haven't. It's a solo episode.
- 3:31Speaker 2: So Hunter Biden trailblazer alert. He is the first child
- 3:36Speaker 2: of a sitting president to be convicted of a crime. Congrats, dude,
- 3:40Speaker 2: you really have to be hated by someone to be
- 3:43Speaker 2: the president's kid and you can't get out of crimes.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Yeah the fuck? Or you have to be such a
- 3:49Speaker 3: fuck ass.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think Hunter Biden was or is such
- 3:54Speaker 2: a fuck ass.
- 3:55Speaker 5: Yeah. Also, I really always want to say his name
- 3:58Speaker 5: in a British accent Hunt Aby and oh Biden, then Biden.
- 4:04Speaker 3: It just sounds better, Hunter Biden.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Hunter Biden is the kind of guy who takes selfies
- 4:09Speaker 2: of himself smoking crack, which smoking crack is supposed to.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Be a shameful thing.
- 4:15Speaker 3: He lives.
- 4:16Speaker 2: You wouldn't take a picture of yourself injecting heroin, probably
- 4:21Speaker 2: unless you're like David Bowie in the seventies or something.
- 4:24Speaker 2: I could never wrap my head around him taking that
- 4:26Speaker 2: crack selfie with the crackpipe. Who's he sending that to
- 4:30Speaker 2: his dad?
- 4:31Speaker 4: Probably?
- 4:33Speaker 3: Hey, dad, just checking in.
- 4:35Speaker 2: I want to see the crack picture Joe Biden sent
- 4:38Speaker 2: him in response.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Yeah, some kind of old.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Maybe the Biden family just shouldn't have phones.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I have said for a long time that elected officials
- 4:47Speaker 2: should not be on social media. The minute Obama jumped
- 4:50Speaker 2: on Twitter, we should have been.
- 4:51Speaker 3: In the so that was dumb.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but now here we are. His crime is very
- 4:57Speaker 2: simple to explain. He lied about being a drug user
- 5:00Speaker 2: on an application to buy a gun. Drug users can't
- 5:02Speaker 2: be whatever. Even if you're in a state with legal weed,
- 5:05Speaker 2: you have to choose between gun ownership and weed smokers
- 5:09Speaker 2: ship usually lame.
- 5:11Speaker 3: I thought this was America. I love drugs, I love
- 5:15Speaker 3: gun What the fuck? I didn't know that. I didn't
- 5:19Speaker 3: know that and would have also lied.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yeah, this is a thing I bet lots and lots
- 5:24Speaker 2: and lots and lots of people lie about.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I would say, like infinity, people.
- 5:29Speaker 4: Have done this, yes, and most of them.
- 5:32Speaker 3: People are doing this right now for.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Sure, and most of them do not go to trial
- 5:38Speaker 2: for it like Hunter Biden did. That's one important thing
- 5:42Speaker 2: to note here.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Oh, most of them get high and shoot guns.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Hell.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Yeah, which two great tastes? That tastes great together, you know,
- 5:49Speaker 2: drugs and guns.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Ye huh.
- 5:51Speaker 2: It's like chocolate and peanut butter swimming in alcohol.
- 5:56Speaker 3: I know when I think drugs, I think guns. When
- 5:58Speaker 3: I think guns, I think rugs.
- 6:00Speaker 4: Hell.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Yes, he purchased a Cult Cobra thirty eight Special revolver
- 6:06Speaker 2: in October two and eight.
- 6:08Speaker 3: I looked up not a gun worth going to jail
- 6:12Speaker 3: for boys and girls?
- 6:14Speaker 4: Yeah, a revolver.
- 6:16Speaker 5: It's like a put in your purse, ask gun. Did
- 6:19Speaker 5: you see how small this gun is?
- 6:20Speaker 2: I mean I've seen a thirty eight Special before. They're
- 6:22Speaker 2: not big.
- 6:23Speaker 3: No, that's like a kill your husband in the forties gun.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Maybe that's what he's planning to do with it.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Oh, kill his husband in the past. That makes more sense. Yes,
- 6:36Speaker 3: you need the drugs for that.
- 6:37Speaker 4: That is what I meant.
- 6:38Speaker 2: When you do that, you have to fill out in
- 6:41Speaker 2: ATF form and ask questions about whether you're in the
- 6:44Speaker 2: country illegally, if you've ever been committed to a mental institution,
- 6:49Speaker 2: et cetera. And one of those questions is are you
- 6:52Speaker 2: an unlawful user of or addicted to marijuana or any depressant, stimulant,
- 6:59Speaker 2: nar cotic drug or any other controlled substance. So I
- 7:04Speaker 2: wonder if they mean like ADHD drugs also, I bet
- 7:07Speaker 2: they do.
- 7:08Speaker 3: If you're addicted to anything? They say, no, shoot ee.
- 7:12Speaker 4: I want to look that up.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Can you buy a gun if you take ADHD meds? Yeah?
- 7:17Speaker 3: Can you buy a gun if you're on adderall?
- 7:19Speaker 5: Adderall, God, damn, that's the worst hybrid Chicago La voice
- 7:25Speaker 5: saying anything that's ever happened?
- 7:27Speaker 2: Adderall.
- 7:28Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Did you live in Chicago and then live
- 7:31Speaker 3: in the valley? Yes, I'm so sorry.
- 7:34Speaker 4: What a confusing answer.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Okay, slay well.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Being prescribed with adderall prevent you from being able to
- 7:41Speaker 2: own a gun, and.
- 7:44Speaker 3: If you are a bit about it.
- 7:46Speaker 4: The answer is no.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Taking a prescribed medication does not appear in the list
- 7:50Speaker 2: of prohibitions for law abiding gun owners.
- 7:55Speaker 3: What if you told a doctor that you were addicted
- 7:57Speaker 3: to adderall at one point?
- 7:59Speaker 2: I figure they could probably if the rigged justice system
- 8:03Speaker 2: wanted to take you down, they could probably get your
- 8:06Speaker 2: doctor records and send you to the pokey over it.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Also, Lol, who legally buys a gun? That's so funny,
- 8:15Speaker 3: I know, just buy it on the street, dude, Just.
- 8:18Speaker 5: Go to a pawn shop and bring your mother's wedding dress.
- 8:22Speaker 3: Switch that shit out.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Come on, get on Craigslist, buy it in the Walmart
- 8:27Speaker 2: parking lot.
- 8:27Speaker 3: You're the president's son. How do you not have a
- 8:31Speaker 3: room of guns?
- 8:33Speaker 2: Why are you even buying your own guns?
- 8:35Speaker 3: Why aren't you biden a gun?
- 8:39Speaker 4: There we go?
- 8:41Speaker 3: Hell yeah.
- 8:42Speaker 4: So he was charged with three counts.
- 8:44Speaker 2: The first two pertained to that paperwork he lied on
- 8:47Speaker 2: in the third is four actually taking the gun and
- 8:50Speaker 2: possessing it, which you also cannot do as a drug user.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Obviously, bitch ass gun.
- 8:56Speaker 2: And he was convicted on all three counts, ands facing
- 8:58Speaker 2: a maximum of twenty five years in prison.
- 9:01Speaker 4: Do he think he's going to go to prison for.
- 9:03Speaker 3: That gay gun? I hope so.
- 9:06Speaker 4: That would be very funny.
- 9:08Speaker 5: But during Pride month to go to jail for that
- 9:11Speaker 5: gay gun.
- 9:12Speaker 2: He probably won't though, just like Trump probably no, this
- 9:18Speaker 2: is all a charade. Well, he has a lot of
- 9:20Speaker 2: things working in his favor. For one, he's got no
- 9:24Speaker 2: criminal history aside from this, he's never been arrested otherwise. Also,
- 9:28Speaker 2: these charges that were brought against him don't usually go
- 9:31Speaker 2: to trial, so the fact that they did should work
- 9:33Speaker 2: in his favor. This is a quote from Jeffrey Brown,
- 9:37Speaker 2: lawyer and former co chief of the General Crimes Unit
- 9:39Speaker 2: in the Manhattan US Attorney's Office, talking to Politico. I'd
- 9:43Speaker 2: be surprised if there's a lot of precedent for people
- 9:46Speaker 2: going to trial, getting convicted and sentenced to prison for
- 9:50Speaker 2: this offense. And if he is sentenced, he'll probably be
- 9:54Speaker 2: able to delay that for a long time while he
- 9:56Speaker 2: waits for his appeal. And don't worry, he will most
- 9:59Speaker 2: likely be able to vote this November. How funny would
- 10:02Speaker 2: it be if he wasn't able to and Biden lost
- 10:05Speaker 2: by one vote?
- 10:06Speaker 3: I mean it would be incredible.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Yeah, that would be such an outcome.
- 10:10Speaker 5: That would be beautiful, And I think we'd open a
- 10:13Speaker 5: portal to a utopian universe.
- 10:15Speaker 4: I don't see why it wouldn't do that.
- 10:17Speaker 3: I'm saying we should give it a whirl.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Seems like that's how those things usually happen.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I love when that happens.
- 10:24Speaker 2: His sentencing isn't scheduled until October, and even if he sentenced,
- 10:28Speaker 2: a lot of stuff has to go on between now
- 10:31Speaker 2: and then, so he'll be out, he'll be able to vote.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Thank God. I was so worried, so so worried.
- 10:37Speaker 5: If I was him, I feel like I would just
- 10:40Speaker 5: have not bought such a gay gun.
- 10:42Speaker 2: At least I wonder what he's buying that gun for.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Anyway.
- 10:46Speaker 2: The problem is history has shown he was addicted to
- 10:49Speaker 2: crack at the time he bought that gun.
- 10:51Speaker 5: I actually think that that is a very I'm buying
- 10:55Speaker 5: a gun out of paranoia because of all the crack
- 10:58Speaker 5: gun Yeah.
- 10:59Speaker 2: And also and so the fact that it was so
- 11:01Speaker 2: easy to conceal. They don't sell crack at the mall.
- 11:05Speaker 2: You gotta go places to get crack.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Yeah. Also wondering who is Hunter Biden's crack dealer. I'm
- 11:11Speaker 3: still thinking it's the FBI.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Yeah, because is he just driving into areas where crack
- 11:19Speaker 2: is sold on the street and buying it that way.
- 11:21Speaker 2: If so, I can see why you want to have
- 11:23Speaker 2: a gun. But also sure you're Hunter Biden. He is
- 11:26Speaker 2: also doing pretty well financially at this point. Why not
- 11:30Speaker 2: just send your assistant to go do.
- 11:32Speaker 3: All things weird anyway, it's.
- 11:34Speaker 4: All very weird.
- 11:36Speaker 2: So Hunter Biden's Laptop one that would be a great
- 11:39Speaker 2: band name.
- 11:40Speaker 5: Hell yeah, coming to the stage, Hunter Biden's Laptop.
- 11:44Speaker 2: That crowd is psyched about this conviction. That's one of
- 11:48Speaker 2: the longest running Biden conspiracies of his term as president
- 11:54Speaker 2: is the Hunter Biden laptop and all the nefarious.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Shit that is alleged to be on it.
- 12:01Speaker 2: And so now that this verdict has come down, a
- 12:04Speaker 2: lot of those Hunter Biden laptop truthers are treating this
- 12:08Speaker 2: like it's.
- 12:09Speaker 4: A confirmation of everything they were saying.
- 12:12Speaker 2: This is a quote from Sean Hannity the night of
- 12:16Speaker 2: his show when the Hunter Biden.
- 12:19Speaker 4: Convictions were announced. Quote.
- 12:21Speaker 2: The critical development from this trial is one huge, single
- 12:24Speaker 2: piece of evidence entered into the official record by your
- 12:28Speaker 2: US government, and that's Hunter Biden's very real laptop. Not
- 12:32Speaker 2: only did the US federal government confirm that Hunter's laptop
- 12:35Speaker 2: is real, They confirmed that its contents are real, and
- 12:39Speaker 2: the contents have not been tampered with by anybody. In
- 12:43Speaker 2: other words, you relied to on a very high level
- 12:47Speaker 2: just before an election by numerous people and entire institutions.
- 12:52Speaker 4: End quote well for one thing that happens every election.
- 12:55Speaker 3: Yeah, de dooy yeah.
- 12:57Speaker 2: And also no, he's wrong about this. All link to
- 13:01Speaker 2: a Washington Post article that explains it. But he's conflating
- 13:06Speaker 2: two different laptops For people who don't know the story.
- 13:10Speaker 2: We did an episode about Hunter Biden's laptop conspiracy a
- 13:14Speaker 2: while back, so you can go listen to that. But
- 13:15Speaker 2: the short version is he dropped his laptop off for
- 13:19Speaker 2: repairs and failed to come back to pick it up,
- 13:22Speaker 2: and the shop owner took possession of it basically, and
- 13:26Speaker 2: the repairs in question were he was trying to extract
- 13:29Speaker 2: data from this laptop that wouldn't keep working because Hunter
- 13:32Speaker 2: Biden spilled liquid of some sort on it, probably while
- 13:36Speaker 2: cleaning a crack pipe.
- 13:37Speaker 4: Just kidding, No one cleans those things.
- 13:39Speaker 3: So yeah, you just get a new one.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you just go buy another gas station rows
- 13:45Speaker 2: and use the container to smoke crack.
- 13:48Speaker 4: That's a deep cut.
- 13:49Speaker 3: I didn't know that.
- 13:51Speaker 2: I just learned that if anyone out there as a
- 13:53Speaker 2: former cracksmoker, they're gonna be like, WHOA, how'd you know?
- 13:57Speaker 3: Is that cheaper than a pipe?
- 13:59Speaker 4: Well, it's a pipe.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Basically, whenever you're at a convenience store and you see
- 14:03Speaker 2: those really small glass roses in a display, that's what
- 14:08Speaker 2: they're selling. They're selling crack pipes, They're not selling roses.
- 14:12Speaker 3: I love learning.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Yeah, Also shoelaces. If you ever see shoelaces at a
- 14:19Speaker 2: convenience store randomly that you feel like, wouldn't have stuff
- 14:22Speaker 2: like that so people can tie their arm off and
- 14:26Speaker 2: do drugs. I wrote a Cracked article about all the
- 14:29Speaker 2: shady shit that's hiding in convenience start.
- 14:31Speaker 3: I'll love this information. Gas station drug enabling.
- 14:36Speaker 2: There's an old timey cleaning product called chore Boy that's
- 14:41Speaker 2: like a scouring pad, and that is what cracksmokers put
- 14:46Speaker 2: in the glass pipe as like a screen basically, So
- 14:51Speaker 2: now everyone knows how to go out and enjoy crack properly.
- 14:55Speaker 4: I think we've done our job here.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Yeah, and you know how to get like tie offs.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Heroin huge, Yeah, I mean you could also just go
- 15:03Speaker 4: to any.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Place they see also have a shoelace.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Yeah, you have shoelaces right now. You don't have to
- 15:08Speaker 4: go out and buy those.
- 15:09Speaker 2: But also, maybe.
- 15:10Speaker 4: Don't tie your arm off and inject drugs. That's bad.
- 15:13Speaker 3: No, don't do that. I've never done that.
- 15:16Speaker 4: I've never done that.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I'm not scared of needles, but I'm not comfortable enough
- 15:20Speaker 2: with needles. If I was diagnosed with type one diabetes,
- 15:24Speaker 2: I'd be like, I might just hold out for a transplant.
- 15:28Speaker 5: I like, don't like doing drugs that feel like you're
- 15:32Speaker 5: really not supposed to do them. Yeah, Like the act
- 15:36Speaker 5: of injecting yourself that feels like I shouldn't be doing this,
- 15:39Speaker 5: Like maybe I should be doing.
- 15:40Speaker 3: This with a medical professional.
- 15:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:43Speaker 5: Even snorting things, I'm like, you're not supposed to snort stuff,
- 15:47Speaker 5: smoking stuff.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Everybody smokes stuff.
- 15:49Speaker 4: People have been smoking forever.
- 15:50Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, but snorting stuff feels wrong and it feels bad.
- 15:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:55Speaker 2: I'm from the Midwest. I don't have the sinus constitution
- 15:59Speaker 2: to nort stuff. It's not for me. So the thing
- 16:03Speaker 2: about this Hunter Biden laptop is the shop owner who
- 16:07Speaker 2: took it, he takes ownership of it because Hunter Biden
- 16:10Speaker 2: never came to pick it up. And while he was
- 16:12Speaker 2: moving the data from the computer to this hard drive,
- 16:15Speaker 2: which is what Hunter Biden asked him to do, he
- 16:18Speaker 2: noticed a bunch of stuff that he was uncomfortable with,
- 16:22Speaker 2: and according to him, it was stuff about Hunter Biden's
- 16:24Speaker 2: business dealings in Ukraine and things of the like. So
- 16:29Speaker 2: he contacted the FBI, and the FBI was already investigating
- 16:34Speaker 2: Hunter Biden by this point, but once they heard about
- 16:37Speaker 2: this laptop, they were like, fuck, yeah, we'll come take that.
- 16:41Speaker 2: And so they come and take the original laptop. That
- 16:44Speaker 2: part's important, but the shop owner makes a copy of
- 16:47Speaker 2: the hard drive. He gave them the hard drive that
- 16:50Speaker 2: was intended for Hunter Biden and the laptop, but he
- 16:53Speaker 2: kept a copy of the hard drive also. So the
- 16:56Speaker 2: FBI takes off with that and nothing happens. So he's like,
- 17:01Speaker 2: all right, I'm gonna escalate this. He sends it to
- 17:04Speaker 2: Rudy Giuliani's bitch ass and it's so weird. Yeah, well,
- 17:09Speaker 2: he was trying to be a whistleblower. He actually said
- 17:12Speaker 2: that in his first message to them. He was like,
- 17:15Speaker 2: why is it so hard to be a whistle blower?
- 17:17Speaker 3: But hello, I'm an arc exactly.
- 17:19Speaker 2: But The problem is what he gave Rudy Giuliani was
- 17:23Speaker 2: the hard drive that he kept. He did not give
- 17:26Speaker 2: Rudy Giuliani the original laptop. Bitch between Giuliani getting that
- 17:33Speaker 2: hard drive and the New York Post story that was
- 17:36Speaker 2: published about that hard drive that claimed there was all
- 17:39Speaker 2: this salacious shit on it, that hard drive was accessed
- 17:43Speaker 2: by a bunch of other people, and at some point
- 17:46Speaker 2: extra shit was.
- 17:48Speaker 4: Added to that hard drive, to the.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Point that even the shop owner who turned it in
- 17:53Speaker 2: went public later and straight up said that a lot
- 17:57Speaker 2: of the things that are being reported as having been
- 18:00Speaker 2: on that hard drive were actually not on that hard drive.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Jail for everyone for tampering with evidence.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of, and also I guess trying to plant evidence.
- 18:11Speaker 2: But the point is what Sean Hannity's saying is incorrect.
- 18:15Speaker 2: He's basically implying that a court confirmed all that salacious
- 18:19Speaker 2: shit that was in that New York Post article when
- 18:22Speaker 2: they didn't. They are working from the original laptop that
- 18:27Speaker 2: has not been altered like that hard drive was, So
- 18:31Speaker 2: he's just mixing shit up.
- 18:32Speaker 5: Yeah, you're talking about a hard drive, not a laptop, idiot.
- 18:36Speaker 2: When this New York Post story was first published. A
- 18:39Speaker 2: bunch of media outlets asked Juliani for the hard drive,
- 18:43Speaker 2: and he said no because he thought they would just
- 18:46Speaker 2: try to debunk everything on it. It's like, yeah, man,
- 18:49Speaker 2: that's what journalists do. They try to confirm if stories
- 18:54Speaker 2: are real or not.
- 18:55Speaker 4: That's their job.
- 18:56Speaker 3: That's kind of what they are doing.
- 18:58Speaker 2: But the Washington Post finally did get access to it,
- 19:01Speaker 2: and they had two different computer experts. I don't know
- 19:05Speaker 2: what the real job title was, probably just computer expert.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Ah, yes, And they.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Analyzed and found that a lot of the stuff on
- 19:14Speaker 2: it was real, but there.
- 19:15Speaker 4: Was also a lot of stuff that they could not confirm.
- 19:18Speaker 2: And when you couple that with the shop owner being like, no,
- 19:21Speaker 2: what they're saying wasn't really on there?
- 19:23Speaker 3: What stuff?
- 19:24Speaker 5: Even I am hunter Biden, I am bad guys? What
- 19:28Speaker 5: is in there that they're like tweaking about.
- 19:31Speaker 2: They were trying to imply that there was evidence of
- 19:35Speaker 2: illegal sexual activity. So I don't know if they were
- 19:38Speaker 2: getting it like QAnon type stuff or what, but I
- 19:42Speaker 2: feel like that's what the shop owner is.
- 19:45Speaker 5: You're telling me that someone was doing crack was also
- 19:48Speaker 5: fucking hookers.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Oh, if it's coming from the right, I bet we're
- 19:52Speaker 2: not talking hookers. I feel like they'd be implying something else.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Kids.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Yeah, they love to do that. They think about that
- 20:02Speaker 3: the most.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it's weird, right, it's so strange. Seems to always
- 20:06Speaker 2: be on their mind.
- 20:08Speaker 5: See how it didn't even occur to me that could
- 20:10Speaker 5: have been what was happening.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I assume the right would be trying
- 20:16Speaker 2: to get at.
- 20:17Speaker 5: Absolutely, I see now, but you see what I'm saying.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it's a crazy assumption.
- 20:24Speaker 2: So no, a court did not confirm all those details.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Don't let your right wing friends tell you they did.
- 20:30Speaker 2: And it's probably because those details were never on that
- 20:34Speaker 2: hard drive in the first place.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Sorry.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Sorry, So is Joe Biden going to pardon his son?
- 20:42Speaker 2: I feel like he'd be an asshole not to, But
- 20:45Speaker 2: they're gonna put him in a really, really tricky spot
- 20:48Speaker 2: because Hunter Biden's sentencing is scheduled for around October, which
- 20:54Speaker 2: means his sentence will probably come down right before the election.
- 20:59Speaker 2: So Joe Biden's going to have to decide whether to
- 21:03Speaker 2: send his son to prison or pardon him and give
- 21:07Speaker 2: Republicans more reason to call the Bidens a crime cartel family,
- 21:12Speaker 2: which they do.
- 21:12Speaker 4: Now damn. Yeah, that's a tough one.
- 21:16Speaker 2: I mean, he could just wait to see if he
- 21:18Speaker 2: loses the election and let because there's a lot of
- 21:21Speaker 2: things that have to happen between when you get sentenced
- 21:24Speaker 2: and when you actually go to prison. So Hunter Biden,
- 21:28Speaker 2: I mean, let him go to prison for like six weeks,
- 21:30Speaker 2: and then when Joe Biden inevitably loses the election, just
- 21:33Speaker 2: pardon him on your way out the door. I wonder
- 21:35Speaker 2: if Trump could undo that pardon.
- 21:37Speaker 5: Probably not, probably not, but also how petty. I mean
- 21:41Speaker 5: he would do it, but like hilarious if that happened,
- 21:43Speaker 5: if that played out low, Yeah, I think that probably
- 21:48Speaker 5: he won't go to jail and they'll still all just
- 21:50Speaker 5: fizzle out in some weird way.
- 21:52Speaker 4: Uh yeah, I could see that being the case. But
- 21:56Speaker 4: I don't know. Republicans, they are a tenation bunch.
- 22:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 2: There's also the thing that Hunter Biden is facing other
- 22:05Speaker 2: charges in California. What are they their tax evasion stuff,
- 22:10Speaker 2: concealing business income, I think, to not pay taxes. And
- 22:15Speaker 2: one thing you should know about notoriously liberal California is
- 22:18Speaker 2: when people talk about how harsh the taxes are.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Here, they're not fucking around.
- 22:23Speaker 2: No the state of California has shut down bank accounts
- 22:29Speaker 2: for like twenty five hundred dollars. They do not fucking care.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Doesn't matter how small you are. If you owe California money,
- 22:37Speaker 2: they're gonna fucking take it. They're much much, much more
- 22:41Speaker 2: harsh than the irs. So if anything's gonna send Hunter
- 22:46Speaker 2: Biden to fucking prison, it'll be fucking around with his
- 22:49Speaker 2: California taxes because they don't take to that.
- 22:52Speaker 4: But I don't know when that trial is supposed to start.
- 22:57Speaker 4: I'm assuming after the election, but we'll see. What would
- 23:00Speaker 4: you do.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Let's say you're the president inevitably also going to happen someday, Yeah, duh,
- 23:06Speaker 2: and your crack smoking kid goes to jail for lying
- 23:11Speaker 2: on their gun application.
- 23:15Speaker 3: My kid would not be this dumb period.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Let's say they were theater of the mind.
- 23:23Speaker 3: I would just make jail not a thing anymore.
- 23:26Speaker 4: That should be Joe Biden's October surprise.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Hey no more jail.
- 23:31Speaker 4: Yeah, you're all shut down. Let all the criminals out.
- 23:34Speaker 5: Bamn, let's go. Let's purge. Let's do a purge, jail,
- 23:39Speaker 5: open purge. That's what I would do.
- 23:42Speaker 4: I don't want to purge.
- 23:43Speaker 3: Everyone gets tiny guns.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Because there's no way a purge isn't going to be
- 23:48Speaker 2: homeless people.
- 23:49Speaker 4: First.
- 23:49Speaker 3: That's I don't actually want to purge. I didn't think
- 23:52Speaker 3: about this bit that hard.
- 23:54Speaker 4: But also I tweeted this at one point.
- 23:57Speaker 2: What the government should do is the blurge where they
- 24:01Speaker 2: send everyone ten grand just boo, and you.
- 24:05Speaker 4: Have to spend it in like twelve hours.
- 24:07Speaker 3: That rocks. I love that.
- 24:10Speaker 2: When I tweeted that, people were like, oh, you mean
- 24:12Speaker 2: like the movie Brewsters Millions. No, motherfuckers, Richard Pryor had
- 24:16Speaker 2: thirty days to spend that money. I'm talking about twelve
- 24:20Speaker 2: fucking hours.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Twelve hours to spend ten k. That would be so fun.
- 24:25Speaker 5: Yeah, everyone, do we know it's coming or.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Is it just like go?
- 24:30Speaker 4: That would be neat too.
- 24:31Speaker 2: If just a siren goes off and you all of
- 24:33Speaker 2: a sudden have ten grand in your bank account. Everyone, everyone,
- 24:37Speaker 2: even rich people. Fuck it, everyone gets ten grand and
- 24:41Speaker 2: you got to spend it in twelve hours.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Do you think a lot of people would go to
- 24:45Speaker 3: the doctor? Is that a sad question?
- 24:47Speaker 2: Yeah, a lot of people would just hit their computer
- 24:49Speaker 2: and pay off bills. But fuck it, that's fine. At
- 24:52Speaker 2: least your bills got paid.
- 24:53Speaker 3: That rocks.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Yeah, now you can take the money you were using
- 24:56Speaker 2: to pay those bills and go buy cool shit with it.
- 24:59Speaker 5: Fuck everything else we're doing. We need to petition to
- 25:01Speaker 5: make this happen.
- 25:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I want it, I really really want it.
- 25:05Speaker 3: I think we all deserve one once a year, Yeah,
- 25:09Speaker 3: every six months. Money's fake.
- 25:11Speaker 2: And imagine how much it would suck if you just
- 25:14Speaker 2: weren't around to hear the siren go off, if you were.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Sleeping, if you were for some reason, Oh I slept
- 25:20Speaker 3: your splurge again. Yeah, keep sleeping through splurge.
- 25:25Speaker 4: Splurge needs to be a thing. Make it so, dude.
- 25:28Speaker 3: Yeah, why can't society be fun?
- 25:30Speaker 2: That would be so much better than what it is now,
- 25:34Speaker 2: which is a nightmare hellscape on every corner of the globe.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I like when people say every corner of the globe?
- 25:41Speaker 3: What every corner of the flat globe?
- 25:44Speaker 5: Bring back flat earthers? I miss them? Remember the good
- 25:47Speaker 5: old days?
- 25:48Speaker 2: What like twenty twenty one?
- 25:53Speaker 3: No, I feel like flat earthers were all around before that.
- 25:57Speaker 2: If you ever want to watch a really really funny
- 26:00Speaker 2: flat Earth or documentary called Behind the Curve, we did
- 26:02Speaker 2: an episode of this podcast about it. But it's just
- 26:06Speaker 2: all these flat earthers meeting up and they keep trying
- 26:09Speaker 2: these grand experiments that they are sure is going to
- 26:13Speaker 2: prove that the world is flat, and every time they
- 26:16Speaker 2: get to the end and they're like, huh, this kind
- 26:19Speaker 2: of shows that the Earth is not flat, and then
- 26:21Speaker 2: they just come up with a reason why the test
- 26:23Speaker 2: was wrong.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Well, this is because this and this, this, and then
- 26:27Speaker 3: also the tests are for dumb people.
- 26:31Speaker 4: So I just go by my gut. I don't trust
- 26:34Speaker 4: all this science stuff.
- 26:35Speaker 5: My instincts say that we're still right, so so sorry.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Hey, gun control groups are in an awkward position over this.
- 26:45Speaker 2: It's actually gonna put Joe Biden in a weird position.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Also because gun control groups are all for Joe Biden.
- 26:53Speaker 2: They want him back in office because he has passed
- 26:57Speaker 2: a lot of restrictions on guns during his time in office,
- 27:01Speaker 2: none that are going to do anything to fix the
- 27:03Speaker 2: problem or even sort of address it. But you know,
- 27:06Speaker 2: ceremonial stuff that looks good on paper. But now his
- 27:10Speaker 2: son just got arrested for buying a gun illegally. And
- 27:13Speaker 2: not only that, his defense is that not letting drug
- 27:18Speaker 2: users buy guns is unconstitutional, which is exactly what right
- 27:23Speaker 2: wingers would say.
- 27:24Speaker 5: Yeah, we're just starting to have overlap here, because that's
- 27:28Speaker 5: all getting too complicated.
- 27:29Speaker 2: If it works, I don't know what Biden is going
- 27:33Speaker 2: to do, because there's another case out there. People are
- 27:35Speaker 2: going to love this. There's a similar case out there
- 27:38Speaker 2: where a guy's arguing that him being prohibited from buying
- 27:42Speaker 2: a gun is unconstitutional, but in his case it's because
- 27:45Speaker 2: he was convicted of domestic violence. Oh yeah, so yay,
- 27:49Speaker 2: that's in front of the courts right now, and if
- 27:52Speaker 2: he wins, there's no way Hunter Biden's not gonna win either,
- 27:57Speaker 2: which I mean he could still, but in that case,
- 28:00Speaker 2: if those prohibitions get taken out of the restrictions on
- 28:05Speaker 2: buying guns, Joe Biden is gonna kind of have to
- 28:09Speaker 2: go in front of the country and say it's a
- 28:11Speaker 2: bad thing, even though it's also the thing that would
- 28:14Speaker 2: get his son out of prison.
- 28:17Speaker 3: Everybody's trapped in their dumb morals.
- 28:20Speaker 2: Yeah, this would be a lot easier if we just
- 28:23Speaker 2: didn't have guns. M M.
- 28:25Speaker 4: That would be Or.
- 28:26Speaker 5: If guns were like only for recreational supervised use.
- 28:30Speaker 3: That's my pitch.
- 28:31Speaker 5: Yeah, I like, you could just go shoot a target
- 28:35Speaker 5: that's it.
- 28:35Speaker 4: Have you ever been to a gun range?
- 28:37Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 28:37Speaker 3: And I left.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Oh, I fucking loved it. I've only been once, but
- 28:43Speaker 2: it was.
- 28:43Speaker 5: I like, just I didn't I don't know. I wanted
- 28:46Speaker 5: to go to an arcade instead. Is the real answer
- 28:49Speaker 5: for this situation. I was like, or go play games.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm good at shooting guns. I don't own a gun.
- 28:57Speaker 2: But for one thing, I went to the Reagan Library
- 29:01Speaker 2: when they had an FBI exhibit there, and one of
- 29:04Speaker 2: the things you could do at this FBI exhibit was shoot.
- 29:08Speaker 2: You got ten shots to shoot at these targets, and
- 29:11Speaker 2: I got instructor level. So I was expecting an alarm
- 29:14Speaker 2: would go off and the FBI was going to come
- 29:16Speaker 2: out and offer me a job.
- 29:17Speaker 4: That didn't happen. But it's fine.
- 29:18Speaker 2: But the one time I went to a shooting range,
- 29:21Speaker 2: I went with a former coworker of mine and he
- 29:25Speaker 2: was writing a column about gun safety. We like went,
- 29:29Speaker 2: he got a groupon for a gun safety course. So
- 29:34Speaker 2: we went and took this gun safety course with just
- 29:36Speaker 2: the two of us and this sketchy guy in an
- 29:39Speaker 2: office at the airport in not Los Angeles. It was
- 29:43Speaker 2: like Ontario or something.
- 29:45Speaker 3: I know what you mean by that.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Yeah, and then we went to a shooting range and
- 29:51Speaker 2: we were like competitive about it, and I was so
- 29:55Speaker 2: much better at shooting guns.
- 29:57Speaker 4: I think that's why he never wrote.
- 30:00Speaker 2: The column, because it would have been a really good column,
- 30:02Speaker 2: and he just didn't write it because I fucking.
- 30:04Speaker 3: What a loser. Sorry you go.
- 30:07Speaker 4: Lameb some good at shooting guns.
- 30:10Speaker 3: But yeah, you shamed someone into not writing an article.
- 30:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 30:14Speaker 2: My favorite part is they had you do this thing
- 30:16Speaker 2: where you held the gun down at your waist and
- 30:20Speaker 2: then put it up and shot twice.
- 30:22Speaker 4: Put it down, shoot it up. And I was real
- 30:24Speaker 4: good at that. That felt like movie shit. But I
- 30:27Speaker 4: still don't own a gun.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Well yeah, and I can't that you need to. You
- 30:31Speaker 3: can just go and shoot one and that should be it.
- 30:34Speaker 4: Yeah. I don't need to own one. I just need
- 30:36Speaker 4: someone to toss me, Like you don't need.
- 30:38Speaker 3: A fucking ski ball in your house exactly. Someone would
- 30:44Speaker 3: probably get hurt.
- 30:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean as a recreational thing.
- 30:47Speaker 2: I'm all four guns, and I think that would be
- 30:50Speaker 2: It's not a compromise anyone would take.
- 30:53Speaker 5: We have two propositions, splurge and recreational guns only.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Yeah, just branch off from top Golf do a top
- 31:01Speaker 2: gun thing. Well that's already taken, but you know, oh fuck,
- 31:05Speaker 2: they'll work on the name. And yeah, you and your
- 31:07Speaker 2: friends just throw down some jalapeno poppers, drink some beers,
- 31:11Speaker 2: shooting targets out in the middle of an empty field off.
- 31:15Speaker 4: Yeah, that'd be so fun.
- 31:16Speaker 3: I'm a genius.
- 31:18Speaker 4: I agree, I agree, thank you.
- 31:20Speaker 2: We should be on Shark tank over this.
- 31:23Speaker 5: I know, just to the government though, being like hear
- 31:26Speaker 5: us out, Yeah.
- 31:28Speaker 3: The government is the sharks.
- 31:30Speaker 2: We show up at the White House like Elvis unannounced.
- 31:33Speaker 5: These aren't policies, these aren't real guns.
- 31:36Speaker 3: This is recreational.
- 31:39Speaker 2: We immediately get shot by Secret Service.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Wait, no, sharks.
- 31:45Speaker 5: I like they did too many drugs. They smoked crack
- 31:51Speaker 5: with Hunter Biden.
- 31:52Speaker 4: Yeah. See that's the thing.
- 31:54Speaker 2: I and I've been talking on various podcasts about how
- 31:58Speaker 2: it's getting to the point where gonna have to, you know,
- 32:01Speaker 2: consider buying a gun. And now I'm realizing I can't.
- 32:05Speaker 2: I smoke too much weed. I'm not gonna give up
- 32:07Speaker 2: weed just to buy.
- 32:08Speaker 3: A gun again. You're gonna buy a gun legally.
- 32:12Speaker 4: Yeah that's a good point.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I could just straw purchase it.
- 32:16Speaker 4: Have you know you could?
- 32:18Speaker 3: No, I'm not gonna say that on never mind.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Never sign up to the patreon for me and Jen's
- 32:25Speaker 2: tips on illicitly buying guns.
- 32:28Speaker 4: It's actually not true. That information is not there.
- 32:31Speaker 5: I also have never bought a gun and don't know
- 32:34Speaker 5: how to illegally buy a gun. I'm joking about buying
- 32:37Speaker 5: guns at pawn shops because it seems like something that
- 32:39Speaker 5: happens all the time.
- 32:40Speaker 2: I got an Instagram ad for a gun, for a
- 32:44Speaker 2: fold up gun that was like thirty nine dollars.
- 32:48Speaker 5: Okay, so just fucking temo that shit, Temo a gun, baby.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you probably can get them there.
- 32:55Speaker 3: I think you could definitely Tamo a gun.
- 32:58Speaker 4: They got everything.
- 32:59Speaker 3: Amazon probably has guns.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I want no, I'm checking, yeah, check, we should.
- 33:05Speaker 5: Amazon gun Yo, pistols. Let's fucking go. Let me click it. Yeah,
- 33:12Speaker 5: they got Hella guns. The cheapest gun on Amazon. Guess
- 33:16Speaker 5: how much how much?
- 33:18Speaker 1: Oh?
- 33:18Speaker 3: Wait, these are airsoft guns? Hold please?
- 33:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:20Speaker 2: I figured it would be something like that, like I
- 33:22Speaker 2: could see them having BB guns and shit, but.
- 33:25Speaker 5: All departments boom, Okay, I think these are regular guns.
- 33:31Speaker 3: No, this is a BB gun.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Yeah, there's no, I don't think you can still buy
- 33:35Speaker 2: guns by mail in general.
- 33:37Speaker 3: Can you, I don't know, buy a gun in the mail.
- 33:40Speaker 3: I can't google all this.
- 33:42Speaker 2: No, you don't have to a weird thing though when
- 33:44Speaker 2: I went I can who cares? I just mentioned I
- 33:47Speaker 2: went to the Reagan Library and saw that FBI exhibit.
- 33:51Speaker 2: I also, I've mentioned this on the pod before. I
- 33:54Speaker 2: went to the gift shop after just determined to find
- 33:56Speaker 2: something that didn't have Reagan's name on it, and what
- 33:59Speaker 2: I ended up finding was a I think the best
- 34:02Speaker 2: way to describe it as a souvenir program from the
- 34:06Speaker 2: Robert F. Kennedy assassination. It came out the day after
- 34:09Speaker 2: he died. It had all this information about the shooting
- 34:12Speaker 2: in it, and then at the end there's first a
- 34:17Speaker 2: profile of the Kennedy family and then this picture of
- 34:21Speaker 2: Ted Kennedy by himself, full page and in big letters
- 34:26Speaker 2: it says there's one son left. And then the next
- 34:30Speaker 2: thing is an article about how crazy it is that
- 34:34Speaker 2: you can still buy guns by mail and that some
- 34:38Speaker 2: lunatic out there is going to use that and be
- 34:41Speaker 2: the next Sir Hans, Sir Han, And it's like, are
- 34:44Speaker 2: you warning us or are you asking someone to do that?
- 34:48Speaker 1: What?
- 34:49Speaker 2: Yeah, what, It's a weird piece of memorabilia.
- 34:54Speaker 4: I have a substack article about it. Go read it, everybody,
- 34:57Speaker 4: go read the article.
- 34:59Speaker 2: So speaking of people that this conviction is kinda bad
- 35:02Speaker 2: for Trump, also, this is a problem for Trump.
- 35:06Speaker 3: I don't know that it is, but keep going.
- 35:09Speaker 4: Well, that's the thing.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Nothing is a problem for Trump when it comes to
- 35:13Speaker 2: his support. There's not going to be anything like this
- 35:17Speaker 2: that lessens his support.
- 35:19Speaker 3: He just got No, they're two headstrong and stupid. They
- 35:23Speaker 3: don't care.
- 35:23Speaker 2: He just got convicted on thirty four felony charges and
- 35:28Speaker 2: his support went up a little bit.
- 35:31Speaker 3: Yeah, because everyone's nuts.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Here's who it's bad for is other Republicans taking
- 35:38Speaker 2: this Trump talking point that the Justice Department is rigged
- 35:42Speaker 2: against Republicans and running with it because at the exact
- 35:46Speaker 2: same time, they're saying that the same Justice Department has
- 35:50Speaker 2: just convicted the sitting president's son of felony crimes for
- 35:56Speaker 2: the first time in history. How Speaker Mike Johnson, Which
- 36:00Speaker 2: that can't be your name if you're Speaker of the House,
- 36:03Speaker 2: It's got to be something cooler than.
- 36:05Speaker 3: That, No, Mike Johnson.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Yeah, like We're not Chad Smith or something.
- 36:10Speaker 3: That's like a high school name.
- 36:12Speaker 4: Yeah, it's probably a fake name.
- 36:14Speaker 3: You might be a hologram.
- 36:15Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the name the alien that's pretending to be
- 36:18Speaker 2: a human uses because they just consult AI.
- 36:21Speaker 3: They're like name Mike Johnson.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 36:24Speaker 2: So he vowed to go after the justice system after
- 36:27Speaker 2: Trump's verdict on account of how there is a two
- 36:30Speaker 2: tiered justice system that treats Democrats and Republicans differently. But
- 36:35Speaker 2: he also said in this case, the evidence was just
- 36:38Speaker 2: too overwhelming against Hunter Biden. So what he said about
- 36:42Speaker 2: the justice system doesn't apply here.
- 36:44Speaker 4: And Okay, that's that makes a lot of sense.
- 36:48Speaker 3: Sure.
- 36:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 36:49Speaker 2: So now, of course this whole thing was a sham
- 36:53Speaker 2: meant to distract from the Biden family's real crimes.
- 36:57Speaker 4: Jen this is a quote.
- 36:59Speaker 2: Obviously, this trial has been nothing more than a distraction
- 37:03Speaker 2: from the real crimes of the Biden crime family, which
- 37:07Speaker 2: has raked in tens of millions of dollars from China,
- 37:11Speaker 2: Russia and Ukraine.
- 37:12Speaker 3: Cricket.
- 37:13Speaker 6: Joe Biden's reign over the Biden family criminal empire is
- 37:18Speaker 6: all coming to an end on November fifth, and never
- 37:21Speaker 6: again will Abiden sell government access for personal profit end
- 37:27Speaker 6: quote relax.
- 37:29Speaker 2: That is Trump campaign spokesperson Caroline leave It on truth
- 37:34Speaker 2: Social I'm assuming.
- 37:35Speaker 4: And there's others.
- 37:37Speaker 2: Former Trump advisor and forever hob goblin Stephen Miller said
- 37:42Speaker 2: the gun charges are quote a giant misdirection and that
- 37:45Speaker 2: the DOJ is Joe's election protection racket. There's more. I'm
- 37:51Speaker 2: not going to read them all. Well, I want to
- 37:53Speaker 2: read Matt Gates. Yeah, read the Hunter Biden gun conviction
- 37:57Speaker 2: is kind of dumb tbh. That's Florida representative and accused
- 38:02Speaker 2: sex trafficker, Matt Gates. And so yeah, the thinking here
- 38:06Speaker 2: is that this was just a show trial to make
- 38:09Speaker 2: it seem like the justice system is fair when the
- 38:12Speaker 2: truth is it's actually rigged against that Republicans.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Some next level crazy dumb shit.
- 38:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Imagine with a straight face, getting in front of America
- 38:24Speaker 2: and being like, you know who, the justice systems rigged
- 38:26Speaker 2: against rich white dudes. No, it's not the only true
- 38:31Speaker 2: crime show I've ever seen a person win. Was the staircase,
- 38:36Speaker 2: and that was a rich white dude. Everyone else just
- 38:38Speaker 2: goes to prison forever.
- 38:39Speaker 3: It's a system literally made for you. Yes, how are
- 38:44Speaker 3: you fucking it up? So bad.
- 38:46Speaker 2: It is just so tailored to rich people. But why
- 38:51Speaker 2: admit that I saw it mentioned in one of the
- 38:54Speaker 2: opinion pieces about this. None of this makes any difference
- 38:58Speaker 2: because no one who believes Hunter Biden's trial was a
- 39:04Speaker 2: sham is going to listen to this or pay attention
- 39:07Speaker 2: to any other kind of.
- 39:08Speaker 4: Media that's explaining maybe why it wasn't.
- 39:11Speaker 2: And the people listening to it and paying attention to
- 39:14Speaker 2: that media don't.
- 39:15Speaker 4: Need to be convinced anyway.
- 39:17Speaker 2: So Nope, we're all just spinning our wheels here, really, yep,
- 39:22Speaker 2: and have been. And that's why I'm doing more shit
- 39:26Speaker 2: like the Elvis podcasts going forward, because well, yeah, there's
- 39:31Speaker 2: so much forgotten history out there that people just I
- 39:36Speaker 2: don't know, it's really.
- 39:37Speaker 4: Been swept under the rug. Did you know?
- 39:39Speaker 2: There were like three different Congressional Incentate hearings about whether
- 39:43Speaker 2: the CIA did jonestown. No, I didn't, And I did
- 39:46Speaker 2: a whole series about that very thing, and I didn't
- 39:50Speaker 2: realize because I focused it all on this one book
- 39:53Speaker 2: that's incredibly hard to find now. But I was researching
- 39:57Speaker 2: stuff this weekend, like just looking for topics for upcoming episodes,
- 40:02Speaker 2: and yeah, I found Congressional records. There's one where at
- 40:07Speaker 2: the end there specific recommendations are, we should look into
- 40:11Speaker 2: whether the CIA did this. If the CIA did this,
- 40:14Speaker 2: we need to look into how to prevent it in
- 40:16Speaker 2: the future. Like it was all about looking into whether
- 40:19Speaker 2: the CIA did jonestown.
- 40:22Speaker 4: And now as you mentioned that, people are like.
- 40:24Speaker 2: What, that's silly whoa Yeah. Yeah, there's so much out
- 40:29Speaker 2: there that we just don't big whoa no anymore. It's
- 40:32Speaker 2: because of the Internet. I say it all the time.
- 40:34Speaker 2: The Internet was supposed to make it so we never
- 40:37Speaker 2: lose any history again, but it actually makes it really easy.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Like once something disappears from the Internet, good luck.
- 40:44Speaker 3: Like MySpace, good luck trying to get that.
- 40:46Speaker 4: Yeah, let's bring back my Space. It'd be good.
- 40:49Speaker 5: I coded it the other day so fast it was
- 40:51Speaker 5: crazy nice.
- 40:55Speaker 2: So yeah, that's our episode. The justice system is rigged
- 40:59Speaker 2: against rich white people. I think that's our conclusion here
- 41:02Speaker 2: and exclusively, Yeah, against rich white people.
- 41:05Speaker 5: And also laptops just have whatever you want on them,
- 41:09Speaker 5: you know.
- 41:10Speaker 3: Yeah, whatever you want is on a laptop. That's what
- 41:13Speaker 3: it is.
- 41:14Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, just put anything on a hard drive.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Believe laptops exactly.
- 41:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 41:20Speaker 2: I love Sean Hannity. I almost called him han shanity.
- 41:24Speaker 3: And I like that han shanity.
- 41:27Speaker 2: I love his just the wording of that statement. Hunter
- 41:31Speaker 2: Biden's laptop is real. Well, yeah, it's a laptop. It's
- 41:34Speaker 2: not a fucking time travel device. Of course he's got
- 41:37Speaker 2: a laptop. What do you mean it's not real?
- 41:38Speaker 3: Nobody thought it was not real.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Yeah, we all thought it was an actual laptop, Sean, Sean.
- 41:45Speaker 3: It was never real. It was all in your head,
- 41:48Speaker 3: the laptop the whole time.
- 41:50Speaker 4: It was all a dream.
- 41:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:52Speaker 2: I used to read word Up magazine, Salt and Papa
- 41:55Speaker 2: Heavy d Up in the limousine. Me three hanging pictures
- 41:58Speaker 2: on the wall every Saturday. Rap attack, mister Magic Marlomo,
- 42:01Speaker 2: you are notorious, big song.
- 42:03Speaker 3: I know you're wearing the shirt.
- 42:04Speaker 4: Oh yeah, that would have been an easier thing to
- 42:06Speaker 4: point to.
- 42:06Speaker 3: Huh hah eh, all right, I think that's.
- 42:09Speaker 2: I think that's our episode, ain't it?
- 42:11Speaker 6: It?
- 42:11Speaker 4: Sure is?
