- 0:49Speaker 1: Hi love, today I have one of the most important episodes to date on the podcast.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I'm going to introduce you to my new friend, kate, who has exposed to me a tool that is more powerful than anything I've ever told you about before more powerful than EFT, emdr homeopathy and Kate is going to teach us and show us this amazing tool on the pod today.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Hi love, welcome to Dear Divorce Diary, the podcast.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Helping divorcees go beyond talk therapy to process your grief, find the healing you crave and build back your confidence.
- 1:32Speaker 1: I'm your host, dawn Wiggins, a therapist, coach, integrative healer and divorcee.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Join me for a fresh approach to healing grief and building your confidence after divorce.
- 1:51Speaker 1: All right, today on the podcast we are going to meet and get to know Kate Mayer.
- 1:56Speaker 1: She is a therapist in Scotland who practices quantum healing.
- 2:00Speaker 1: She also loves EFT tapping A fun question.
- 2:03Speaker 1: I asked her earlier about that and she is going to teach us how quantum healing works.
- 2:08Speaker 1: And then she is going to actually do a bit of quantum healing on the podcast today.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Ladies, get ready.
- 2:13Speaker 1: This is going to literally change your life in one episode, kate, welcome.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Oh, thank you, I'm honored to be here.
- 2:25Speaker 1: So Kate and I were introduced by a mutual colleague, should we say right, a dear colleague, marty.
- 2:32Speaker 1: She just sent us both an email in our inbox.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Right, we were on her podcast and she said you two need to know each other.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Yeah, she totally knew that we would click.
- 2:40Speaker 1: And the week before the email came in, I had really been doing a lot of EFT, tapping on abundance and connecting with the right people, being in the right place at the right time and attracting the right people.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And then, boom, here comes this email Meant to be.
- 2:54Speaker 1: So tell us a little bit about your story, right, how did you get to quantum healing?
- 3:00Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 3:03Speaker 2: Yeah, well, it's been quite a journey.
- 3:05Speaker 2: So I started off studying psychology and counseling and then kind of went off in a whole other direction and went into the corporate world.
- 3:17Speaker 2: I didn't really know what I wanted to do at that point, but in the, in the, on the side, I was kind of studying acupuncture, so understanding about how the energy systems work in the body and seeing some amazing things happen through acupuncture and and then life coaching.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Then I studied hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapy and then I was like, right, sod, all this corporate world I am, I am going to start my own practice and just jumped in.
- 3:43Speaker 2: And then, as I was working with clients, I was.
- 3:47Speaker 2: I was seeing that you know, cbt is amazing but you can only work with what's in the conscious mind and there's so much a much deeper level that needs to be worked through.
- 3:57Speaker 2: So then I was introducing kind of IEMT, which is like EMDR and EFT and some other kind of different modalities, polarity theory and all sorts of things like that.
- 4:09Speaker 2: But it was really there was something missing still.
- 4:13Speaker 2: So I would work with people and and they would be like, yeah, I feel great, and then six months later something would have triggered them again.
- 4:21Speaker 2: So I knew that there was a root cause here that we weren't, you hadn't quite gotten to yet yes, yes yeah, and and so, and so.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Then I had this email land in my inbox and it was this person doing a free session of this quantum healing and my body was just alive and I was like I know I need to do this.
- 4:43Speaker 2: And so, as soon as I started learning this and I mean, the impact on me was massive, because I've had a lot of, you know, I've had a difficult childhood.
- 4:52Speaker 2: I've had a lot, of, you know, I've had a difficult childhood.
- 4:53Speaker 2: I've had a lot of stuff happen in my life and for the first time, at the deepest level, I could believe that I really was okay, you know, I was really worth something and I'd been able to kind of, you know, in my conscious mind, be able to say that, but I couldn't feel it, not in my heart not in my nervous system, you know.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Yes, I think that's what when I talk to women, right?
- 5:17Speaker 1: That is the thing it's like.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I know these things.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I genuinely accept them and believe them, but it's not penetrating into my body.
- 5:24Speaker 1: I still feel anxious.
- 5:26Speaker 1: I still feel angry, even though I know.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and so what that means when you're in that state is you have to manage, manage, manage.
- 5:36Speaker 2: All the time you're constantly going right.
- 5:38Speaker 2: I can see that I'm being triggered here, right, what's?
- 5:41Speaker 2: What tools can I do to to shift this?
- 5:43Speaker 2: But quantum healing means you don't have to manage it anymore.
- 5:46Speaker 2: It releases it at the root level so that you can just feel clear, you can just feel into your heart, you can just connect with whatever is your truly aligned self.
- 5:57Speaker 2: You know, yeah.
- 5:58Speaker 2: So then, as I was doing this work with clients, the impact was just immense.
- 6:04Speaker 2: You know, straight away, it was like deep shifting and healing and people being able to stand in their strength in a whole new way, which is beautiful to see.
- 6:17Speaker 1: So, gosh, I have so many questions.
- 6:19Speaker 1: In a moment, you'll tell us more about what quantum healing means, right, but I do want to just put an asterisk here that quantum is something that I have also been studying over here the last few years and that I understand.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I have not spoken about it on the podcast really much, though, and so this is kind of an entree into that dialogue, right, but I understand that, as I have been advocating so fiercely, especially in the last year and a half, for homeopathy, I understand that homeopathy works on the quantum level.
- 6:50Speaker 2: that it's healing right.
- 6:52Speaker 1: It's healing at the, the quantum level, and so the tools that you and I are so excited about are the tools, ultimately, that pierce all the way to the quantum level, because when we're just talking or thinking, it doesn't go to that level so you were talking a little bit about um studying acupuncture, can you tell us I've just kind of always had this inquiry about the similarities between eft and acupuncture.
- 7:17Speaker 2: You can do acupressure on a point in the same way that you can with the needle.
- 7:21Speaker 2: So as you're tapping on a point, it really is creating the, the energetic stimulation.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Stimulation the same way, in the same way that a needle.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Stagnation yeah, absolutely yeah, so those EFT tapping points on the face and on the top of the head and under the arm, are those also points where we would ever?
- 7:41Speaker 1: We don't usually put needles in the face, but I've had acupuncture needles in my face.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Yeah, but is that it's correlated so?
- 7:50Speaker 2: each of them is a key meridian point.
- 7:52Speaker 2: So, like the collarbone is a kidney, to do the kidney meridian oh it's a kidney, okay yeah, and so this one's always a really great one to do.
- 8:01Speaker 2: And, like under the arm, I think that's a gallbladder, oh yeah.
- 8:09Speaker 1: So there's probably one for every major system, right?
- 8:12Speaker 1: Because?
- 8:12Speaker 2: why would we have?
- 8:13Speaker 1: developed a whole shtick without having addressed every major system Exactly.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Yeah, what about the karate chop?
- 8:20Speaker 1: What's the significance of the back of the hand?
- 8:22Speaker 2: So this is the hands and the feet are basically everything in the body.
- 8:25Speaker 2: So that kind of just gets everything going.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Basically, I see Wow.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Tell us a bit about quantum.
- 8:38Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 8:39Speaker 1: How does quantum healing work?
- 8:42Speaker 2: It's incredibly hard to explain quite honestly, I am sympathetic.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Right now I've asked you the hardest question that quantum physicists have struggled to explain to us for today.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So I just put you on the biggest spot, but I am here to come alongside you.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Yeah, okay.
- 9:00Speaker 2: And I'll try and explain it in the simplest terms that I can.
- 9:03Speaker 2: But basically, what quantum healing does is it releases all of the negative charge that we have built up over our lives from events that have happened to us, from from beliefs that we have let drive us, you know um, and from past lives and from ancestral you know, things that we that is not ours, that we have brought from from our parents.
- 9:29Speaker 1: What I have found the more I've studied homeopathy and practice homeopathy that what people call genetic genetic is really quantum inheritance.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, but we call it genetic.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe some of it is, but I find there's far more quantum inheritance than there is genetic.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Because you know, in our conception, the energy of our two parents, we are being conceived in that energy.
- 10:48Speaker 2: You know that is so.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Whatever their dominant beliefs, energy at that moment are, we are being born in that energy and that you know, if there's all sorts going on at that time, then that's our starting point know, if there's all sorts going on at that time, then that's our starting point.
- 11:06Speaker 1: I know what my starting point was and it was intense, it was not ideal, it was.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I don't want to call it not ideal, right, but there was a lot of dark energy going on when I was incepted.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, and so let me give you a kind of an everyday example, and I'm going to make this very basic.
- 11:23Speaker 2: I think that life isn't very basic.
- 11:25Speaker 2: So yeah, so.
- 11:27Speaker 2: So.
- 11:28Speaker 2: So Mary say um is sacked from her job, okay.
- 11:32Speaker 2: So in that moment she feels shame, she feels embarrassment, she is having to walk, go and collect her things and walk out past all her colleagues and she she feels like I'm such a failure, everyone thinks I'm terrible.
- 11:46Speaker 2: And at that time she was like in flow, she thought she was actually doing quite a good job, she was quite proud of herself, and so she's been knocked right off that space.
- 11:56Speaker 2: And so what happens is that when we're in a space of big, big negative emotion, our brains in that moment are very neuroplastic because, we want to protect ourselves from ever getting into that space again and so the.
- 12:13Speaker 2: The things that we're saying to ourselves, the thoughts that we're saying to ourselves, get very imprinted in those neural pathways in that moment so when she goes to get her next job.
- 12:22Speaker 2: She is seeking validation constantly, she is overworking, she is not letting herself see the successes or own the successes or hold on to any of that she's.
- 12:33Speaker 2: She's constantly looking for reassurance from people that she's doing an okay job and as that, as she, as she's in that space, you know, over years the fear builds up more and the beliefs about her, negative beliefs about herself, build up more, you know.
- 12:47Speaker 2: And so what we then do in quantum healing is I would, I would initially muscle test and work out where's the black space to start.
- 12:57Speaker 2: And so, just assuming that that was her leaving a meeting with some colleagues and walking to the lift, say and you know, everyone's in their own little world, nobody's really looking at her or talking to her, and she thinks, oh, you know, gosh, have I.
- 13:12Speaker 2: And so getting her into that space brings up all it.
- 13:15Speaker 2: It brings to consciousness the negative charge, all of the negative charge that we need to release, and it won't stop at that moment when she was, she's fired, because that moment she's fired will have, will be, um, all of the layers from her childhood as well.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Well, it links it's in a memory network, right.
- 13:32Speaker 1: If we think about a tree with branches of a tree, it's like it's gonna in that there are memories from the trunk of that tree, from the roots of that tree, all the way up to the tips of the leaves.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Right, there's a memory network to do with, not good enough, or whatever yeah, and then it just plops right in that memory network and it's like linked, like a chain right and so yeah, yeah.
- 13:54Speaker 2: so so I get her into that space, imagining that, as she does that, she'll feel it in her body, and then I can then muscle test and work out how we need to release this.
- 14:04Speaker 2: And it might be that we start with the negative emotion.
- 14:06Speaker 2: It might be to start with a particular belief structure.
- 14:09Speaker 2: It might take me to something completely different.
- 14:13Speaker 1: That would seem unrelated to her, but it's not.
- 14:16Speaker 1: So let's pause for a moment right there, because you've mentioned muscle testing and that's common language for me, but we don't talk about muscle testing on the podcast.
- 14:24Speaker 1: So here we are.
- 14:25Speaker 1: I am standing in a more authentic version of myself today, so explain what a muscle test is, so that the listeners can catch up.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Sure.
- 14:34Speaker 2: So anyone can muscle test?
- 14:36Speaker 2: Yes, and basically, when we tell the truth, our whole body is in flow.
- 14:43Speaker 1: You know all the energy is running smoothly.
- 14:46Speaker 2: When we lie, things go rigid and stiff.
- 14:49Speaker 2: It doesn't, you know, it doesn't feel good.
- 14:51Speaker 2: We'll all have experience of that.
- 14:53Speaker 2: And so when you, if you there's different ways, Like ask the body.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Yeah, when you ask the body and by pulling on a particular muscle, or I mean YouTube might be a good place to start to look at some videos of how to muscle test, asking the body yes or no, right, like, is this good for me or is this not good for me?
- 15:15Speaker 1: So the way I do it and you've showed me how you do it with the hooking your fingers together, and I've seen people do that so I'll muscle test, for instance, my family quite a bit around, which supplement or which food or which remedy, which flower essence, right, and so I'll have them hold the bottle in a hand and then I'll push down on an arm.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Chiropractors muscle test a lot, right To see what's firing, what's not firing, what is needed, what's not needed in terms of an adjustment.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I was adjusted by a chiropractor earlier this year who was muscle testing.
- 15:48Speaker 1: This was so interesting to me.
- 15:48Speaker 1: She was muscle testing which vector to place the head to do the adjustment of the cervical spine, to have the smoothest adjustment, and I had never had such a smooth chiropractic adjustment before.
- 15:59Speaker 1: So I'm just kind of sharing all these various applications for muscle testing because I do think in the natural world it's a very common practice.
- 16:06Speaker 2: But in the.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Western medicine world.
- 16:07Speaker 1: It's like not not heard of at all.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Hopefully, and it makes such a difference because it's overwhelming.
- 16:15Speaker 2: There's so much information out there and if you can just listen to your body and test on what is the next best, next step for you or whatever, that might be Right.
- 16:24Speaker 1: It takes out all of the yeah, so.
- 16:26Speaker 1: So when you say you're going to muscle test to see what Mary, who just got sacked from her job, you're going to muscle test, meaning you're asking the quantum field where it needs to start in processing this negative experience.
- 16:39Speaker 1: So meaning you're over there on your side of the pond and your side of the computer, uh, asking the quantum Mary's quantum field right, what Mary needs next.
- 16:47Speaker 1: And then you're pressing on your hand and you're getting a yes or a no, so your muscles are more strong for a yes and weaker for a no.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Yeah, so yes, that's right, yeah.
- 17:01Speaker 1: So when you're asking Mary's quantum field what does she need next, you get a strong response.
- 17:06Speaker 1: When it's this is what she needs.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Yes.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Your arm wouldn't be as strong if it was a no yeah, and I've worked with a lot of practitioners over the years that can do this and I've practiced it.
- 17:17Speaker 1: You've inspired me to do more of it in my own, with my own patients, so it's so cool.
- 17:22Speaker 1: So, all right, carry on, so you will have muscle tested.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Mary's parts and feel to see what Mary needs next to help clear up this sort of like.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Not good enough.
- 17:31Speaker 1: And it might be a memory, it might be a belief system, it might be a negative emotion.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yep, and then what happens?
- 17:37Speaker 2: and then.
- 17:38Speaker 2: So I'll continue going, maybe for 10 minutes or so and there might be.
- 17:44Speaker 2: So then I'm.
- 17:44Speaker 2: What I'm doing is testing on what command needs to be said, okay, and so a command is basically an intention.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Really, you know, it's about me saying clear, clear, this, this area, and this will make more sense when we do this at the end.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Yeah, well, but because the body can heal itself, right.
- 18:07Speaker 1: I think that's the missing piece is that the body is designed to heal itself, yeah, and it just needs the proper command right or the clear pathway to do it.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And so this, this quantum healing, works under a couple of premises.
- 18:19Speaker 1: It and so this quantum healing, works under a couple of premises A a divine creator, right, an intelligent creator created the body to heal itself.
- 18:31Speaker 1: And B that there is a part of us that maybe we don't fully understand that was not affected by our traumas.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Right there's like a clear space inside of us Internal family systems calls it the self.
- 18:38Speaker 1: I think the practitioner that you've introduced me to he calls it the subconscious, like it's not affected, right, and it has the capacity to hear an affirmation or a positive suggestion and to carry it out.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and I think the two key things are to have an awareness of, to be able to bring to consciousness kind of what needs to shift, and then intention, because so often we're not.
- 19:14Speaker 1: We don't realize, we think it's about this, but it's really about this thing.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Over here we're not conscious, because maybe so many people say like, oh, like I had an amazing childhood, but it's because those memories have gone dormant, or they're or they're dissociated and so they can't, they're not conscious of really the source of a lot of their pain.
- 19:33Speaker 2: And it can be.
- 19:33Speaker 2: It can be even more complicated than that.
- 19:36Speaker 2: You know, as I'm working through with people, they can actually build a whole structure in their minds that blocks them from seeing what their parent is up to.
- 19:48Speaker 1: And this has been validated with Western medicine, in that when we MRI people who have had loads of trauma, their neurological structure is different.
- 19:56Speaker 1: That trauma changes the brain on a structural level yeah.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Yes, so this is like science-backed information that you're saying.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
- 20:05Speaker 1: So then you initiate a command, right, yeah, you give the mind a suggestion, or you give the apparatus I don't know ourself right.
- 20:15Speaker 1: You give the self a suggestion.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Yeah, and then some people will feel that physically working its way through.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Some people will you know, a memory will come in and they'll be like I haven't, I haven't thought about that for 15 years.
- 20:29Speaker 2: This is, that's crazy.
- 20:30Speaker 2: But you can see the direct correlation to what we're working through.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Some people might some people see colors, some people are like sort of thrashing around the place even.
- 20:40Speaker 2: It's really really interesting.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Some people have don't really experience anything, but it doesn't mean it's not working for them.
- 20:46Speaker 2: And then so 10 minutes later or so, I'll check in with them and say how does that feel now, when you think of that lift moment and it's, it's pretty much always yeah, that feels much lighter.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Now I feel it down in my stomach and now I'm thinking this instead, or you know.
- 21:04Speaker 2: And so gradually, gradually, we shift that until it's like, oh, I'm fine, there's no problem, I don't need validation from these people.
- 21:12Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 21:13Speaker 1: So you and I did a few minutes of this right, like you did some quantum healing on me when we met initially a couple of weeks back.
- 21:20Speaker 1: It was so fascinating.
- 21:22Speaker 1: I definitely experience a lot of the preparation is very similar to how we prepare an EMDR, and I do think EMDR intends to get to the root of something right.
- 21:32Speaker 1: But again, quantum is so much more robust than just what our conscious or unconscious mind has.
- 21:43Speaker 1: We were chitty chatting on a Sunday afternoon and we picked a topic right and there could have been a number of topics we could have picked right, but a topic that frequently comes up is about scarcity and money for me, and it's a through line all the way back to my childhood for sure.
- 21:53Speaker 1: And so you did some muscle testing.
- 21:56Speaker 1: I sort of dropped in and said, is it something about religion and something about being too much?
- 22:03Speaker 1: And you did some muscle testing and we agreed something about like I would be a weirdo if I had like more money, having more money.
- 22:10Speaker 1: I would be afraid I was going to be perceived as a weirdo or something like that Right.
- 22:15Speaker 1: So we spent maybe 10 minutes.
- 22:18Speaker 1: You gave the commands.
- 22:19Speaker 1: I just sat with my eyes closed, kind of internally perceiving, and then maybe I wanted to say some things, maybe you responded to some things, am I remembering this correctly?
- 22:27Speaker 1: And after 10 minutes I felt different.
- 22:31Speaker 1: And then this is so interesting.
- 22:35Speaker 1: So I already knew that the fact that we had been introduced was like so divinely oriented right.
- 22:41Speaker 1: So now I'm wandering around and I'm telling my super conscious to heal things right.
- 22:47Speaker 1: And so I'm on my walks and I'm like, what were those commands?
- 22:50Speaker 1: So now I'm standing in front of a plant one weekend, right, it's this big shrub we have in the front of our yard and it's got a bug infestation.
- 22:57Speaker 1: And because of my study in homeopathy and how the body, mind works and how healing works, I now understand that anything that is not in balance, there is some disease process that is caused by an energetic imbalance.
- 23:13Speaker 1: So now I'm looking at this plant that has a infestation of bugs.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Now, we just massively trimmed it right.
- 23:19Speaker 1: So from a homeopathic standpoint, gee, I wonder if this plant needs some arnica right To help recover from the trauma of being.
- 23:28Speaker 1: So we really cut this thing like in half right, is that what caused these bugs.
- 23:34Speaker 1: So now I'm standing here in my front yard and I'm staring at these bugs and I'm like quantum field.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I'm trying to come up front yard and I'm staring at these bugs and I'm like quantum field, I'm trying to come up with what the command would be right.
- 23:43Speaker 1: But I understand that this plant is experiencing some energy imbalance that's leading to there being too many bugs, and so I think that the plant still has bugs, which means I still have much to learn, but I bet it would work right.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:57Speaker 1: And so then I go on about my life and I'm just feeling so positive.
- 24:02Speaker 1: The next week, right, and I voxed you, I hit you back on box and was like I am just flying high and so that felt so, so good.
- 24:10Speaker 1: And then I went to travel, to be with some family of origin, which is always a trigger, right, there's just so much stuff built into it.
- 24:16Speaker 1: But I gotta tell you I came out pretty unscathed and what was interesting and I've asked you this was I paid for the whole trip on points, the airline, the hotel room.
- 24:26Speaker 1: We got this beautiful hotel room in downtown milwaukee and it was really, really beautiful.
- 24:30Speaker 1: And some family members came to see it and they were like, oh, there's the dawn, we know and love, and started telling me a story about how a family member was shaming me for what.
- 24:41Speaker 1: I don't know how she got like that.
- 24:42Speaker 1: I don't know why she likes such fancy things, because we were not raised like that, like that abundance was in some way shameful, right, and I don't know if I ever would have cued into that.
- 24:53Speaker 1: But you and I had done that work and all of a sudden it was conscious for me how I might be unconsciously resisting.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's the amazing thing that as we clear all the kind of emotional response that we normally have, like so, so in the past you might've just been like oh, guilt, and then you sort of try to make it all okay or whatever, and as we clear that emotional response, you're like, uh-uh, this is not okay actually and it's lovely it's like.
- 25:25Speaker 2: So quantum healing is kind of like peeling an onion you know, it's how I describe it and as we get rid of those layers, you start, you know, and get down to the core of the, that there's normally one darkest fear or imbalance, you know, or sometimes a few of them.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Susceptibility yes, absolutely.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Once we get down to that, you know people are thriving in their lives and it's amazing.
- 25:49Speaker 1: It is really amazing.
- 25:50Speaker 1: So you're going to do a bit of quantum healing, because nothing is as powerful as having people experience a shift, right?
- 25:59Speaker 1: So, as we were setting up for this episode, you muscle tested what our listeners need more than anything yeah.
- 26:07Speaker 1: And what you tapped right into was this idea.
- 26:10Speaker 1: It was sort of dual.
- 26:11Speaker 1: It sounded, you know, maybe, but like this idea that I can't have a good life and because you know there's something wrong with me, I'm not good enough, right, and so I can't have a good life again as a result of this divorce or previous pain or whatever.
- 26:25Speaker 1: It is Right, yeah, and so, love, I want you to take a deep breath.
- 26:28Speaker 1: We're going to slow things down a minute and prepare for Kate to do a little quantum healing.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I want you to know that this moment of you listening I feel choked up as I'm saying this is so divinely ordered that there have been so many moments that have led up to this moment and that everything you desire for your life and for your children's lives, that you have asked for it has already been given love, and your mission is to let it in.
- 26:57Speaker 1: So I want you to take a few breaths and I want you to allow yourself to feel in your body, the places where you feel fear that you cannot have a good life, where you feel like there's something wrong with you, that you're not enough, and I want you to just let that be for a moment.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Breathe through it.
- 27:20Speaker 1: I'm going to turn it over to Kate.
- 27:22Speaker 1: She's going to do a bit of quantum healing and I want you to really sense what shifts for you through this experience.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Okay so, super, please treat the structure of problematic and disempowering structures around the belief my life will never be happy.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Superconscious, please treat all disempowering associations to guilt, including all past experiences, and then do a massive change history and everything else required.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Superconscious, please identify the base part of the stacked I can't memory structures and treat this from beginning to end and then, in the correct order, treat the stacked parts right up to the top layer.
- 28:53Speaker 2: And, super conscious, please treat all collages of negative emotion around I will never be enough.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Treat the first collage and follow the associations through to the memory structures and treat them in the correct order.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Then treat the collages in this way, in the correct order, and then do a massive change.
- 29:44Speaker 2: History and everything else required okay.
- 30:11Speaker 2: And when you're ready, just feel into how that feels now when you think of life never being happy again, and just notice if you have a shift notice if you have a shift and they can continue to have a shift as the day goes on right, Because you've sort of given the computer commands.
- 30:33Speaker 1: And so I know that when we do EFT, emdr homeopathy, sometimes it's a slow burn right.
- 30:38Speaker 1: The shifts start to happen and the momentum builds and we start to see shifts unfolding.
- 30:45Speaker 1: After a good night's sleep, you name it.
- 30:47Speaker 1: I always found with EMDR, that sleep is where a lot of consolidated gains are realized.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Where the brain gets to those delta waves, where it's really healed, it's a repair state right, and so I would expect that tomorrow when our listeners check in.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Yes, they will then and they may find.
- 31:09Speaker 2: I mean, that's obviously just a little sample, but often people feel sleepy, emotional, fatigued after a session.
- 31:17Speaker 2: All sorts of things can come up.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Often people need a sleep, you know, a couple of hours sleep, um.
- 31:23Speaker 2: So so all sorts of things, as it's processing through, can be coming up.
- 31:28Speaker 1: That's right, that's right because the body goes into a healing state yeah I just am so encouraged and inspired that these same things happen after EMDR, after a well-paired remedy.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Right, it's like these tools are the most powerful tools one can be using.
- 31:47Speaker 2: And.
- 31:47Speaker 1: I think we are so programmed to struggle through healing, to struggle through life, and it doesn't have to be so hard yeah.
- 31:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and especially after divorce.
- 31:59Speaker 2: You know that's, you've been in this struggle state.
- 32:02Speaker 1: It's such a low vibe state.
- 32:04Speaker 1: It really is, yeah.
- 32:05Speaker 1: And it's so important to be able to feel that there's another possibility for you in that place and I've found so much with women that even hope brings up, even right, like either they feel hope or hope brings up right to your point.
- 32:23Speaker 2: so it's literally like they'll feel it'll be like well, if I experience hope, disappointment will always follow.
- 32:48Speaker 2: So then the nervous system starts getting stressed out when they even start getting hopeful.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Wow.
- 32:55Speaker 1: So from our earlier meeting, we talked about you creating an exclusive track for our listeners to listen to.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Right, we're going to have over on premium content that probably dropped today.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Um, so you last week or so recorded just for our listeners, a quantum healing track on loneliness.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, because, that's also another common theme in place and it's you know, people, as they are divorcing, have probably felt lonely in their marriage for a long, long time, and then all of that loneliness is then triggered big time at this place, where they're still feeling lonely and they're experiencing yeah, aloneness.
- 33:34Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, so I can't wait for them to head over and check out that track.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, so I can't wait for them to head over and check out that track.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Now, in addition to this right, you have created some amazing ways to work with you.
- 33:47Speaker 1: You have an app that helps, that uses all of these quantum techniques and EFT and some other various tools to help heal from abusive relationships, and I'm so curious.
- 33:56Speaker 1: This is just a little like just to be a little dramatic, right, a little fun dialogue.
- 34:05Speaker 1: But what do you love about how we've had this conversation about narcissistic abuse in popular culture and what do you not love about the narcissistic abuse conversation in popular culture?
- 34:13Speaker 2: Because everywhere people are talking about, oh, my, narcissist, this is narcissistic.
- 34:18Speaker 2: You know, all of that kind of chat like and it's taking away from from the people who've really experienced the deep, dark, narcissistic, abusive, uh behavior, you know, and people are always saying, oh yeah, my, my, my parent was emotionally abusive, they would shout at me and things like that.
- 34:35Speaker 2: That's not emotional abuse you know, that it's emotional abuses, is that kind of manipulative and twisting behavior which has got an agenda and and so you know it's great to have the conversation out there, but but I think it's kind of, you know it's it's been thrown around in a way that maybe it's lost its meaning for a lot of people.
- 34:58Speaker 1: I know and I think that I've really seen a lot of folks kind of use it as a way to avoid just kind of owning their own work that needs to be done, or their own pain that needs to be healed.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Yeah, because people stay in that victim mindset If they're always like, well, they're doing this to me and they're doing this, and you know, and it's all about them.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Instead they've got to focus on them and their journey and moving, but I think that marketers figured out that we love to feel like victims and so they just right.
- 35:28Speaker 1: I think that anybody who's got something to sell figures out.
- 35:31Speaker 1: You can sell more faster by monetizing our codependency right, monetizing our tendency to want to blame shift and it not be my fault and you know, anyways, but I love that we're now starting to have the other side of the conversation, which is all right.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Narcissistic abuse, no, narcissistic abuse, there's a solution, right?
- 35:49Speaker 1: And so, kate, tell us about your app, tell us about your app that, really, if you were abused, if you have experienced abuse, yeah, you really provide deep healing.
- 35:59Speaker 2: So so I've worked with a lot of people who've been through emotional abuse.
- 36:03Speaker 2: You know, I've been through emotional abuse myself, and so it's an area I'm really passionate about, and so there's six kind of key areas that I don't I identify in working with people, and so my app follows these six key areas and there's all sorts of different healing recordings that people can listen to in the middle of the night when they need it, you know, on a daily basis, whenever they feel triggered.
- 36:24Speaker 2: And I wanted to help people in a way that they could access and really cheaply and, you know, without having to go to a therapist every week and have all of the stress of that, and particularly when you're divorcing, you know money can be difficult, finances are tight.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Time is tight, it it's right.
- 36:46Speaker 1: There's just less resource.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Yeah, except there's not there's it's there's, healing is available.
- 36:49Speaker 1: It feels like there's less resource.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Right, it's a season where it feels like there's so much less.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Resource when we have this kind of abundant quantum field we can tap into any time, but we don't see evidence of that in our bank account or in our diary, right and so, and then we believe what we see and so, but here you are creating this abundant resource that will actually change it at its root level.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Yeah, well, that's my hope and I hope that it can help many, many women as they step out into their freedom and their strength and their power.
- 37:20Speaker 1: I am so excited, so in the show notes we're going to have the links to, because you see people one-on-one also, right, I do, yeah, so we're going to have all the links to your app and we're going to have a special link for podcast listeners, right For them to have I think you said a free first month.
- 37:37Speaker 2: A free first month.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Yes, that's right right yeah, can you imagine loves having a free first month to just have kate in your pocket.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Like I cannot tell you what a gift like there is.
- 37:47Speaker 1: That is just it's an unbelievable gift.
- 37:49Speaker 1: So there'll be a link in the show notes for a free first month to kate's app.
- 37:54Speaker 1: There's also a track just for you over on the premium content side to help treat loneliness, kate and I are now building our best friend forever, shipness.
- 38:03Speaker 1: So if you're a listener, I think we'll have a lot more Kate in our lives.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Kate, it is such a joy to know you and to help spread your message and your light.
- 38:14Speaker 1: And just it's so inspiring how you've turned your pain into power and purpose for yourself and then you're sharing that gift with women of the world.
- 38:23Speaker 1: It is unbelievable.
- 38:24Speaker 1: I can't wait for what's to come.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Oh, thank you.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Fabulous to be here and talk to you.
- 38:29Speaker 1: All right, loves, be sure to check out the show notes.
- 38:30Speaker 1: Download Kate's app, get your first month free.
- 38:34Speaker 1: And then, ooh, send me a DM or an email about what you notice about the quantum healing that you experienced today in this session.
- 38:43Speaker 1: But don't send it today, send it tomorrow, because I really want your full feedback about what shifted for you, because I just know that you experienced some things and yay.
- 38:52Speaker 1: All right, talk soon.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Peace, Dear Divorce Diary is a podcast by my coach Dawn.
- 39:10Speaker 1: You can find more at mycoachdawncom.
