  attention to be methodically mentored to structurally learn how to live.

  Every man's work will be tested eventually. Are we together now?

  You would think because there are so many preachers, so

  many churches, so many people doing great things.

  Speaker 1: I am always overwhelmed by these statistics that we have.

  Now are little above eight billion people upon the earth,

  and we have just less than two point six billion

  professing Christians. So in the midst of all the conferences,

  the conventions, all of the meetings, we have not even
• 7:53
  closed that margin. About eight billion people and counting upon
• 7:58
  the earth, and yet we have only about two point
• 8:02
  six billion professing Christians. And this does not mean serious Christians.
• 8:07
  This doesn't even mean genuine Christians, just Christians who feel
• 8:10
  their form and wrote Christian. Then if you now see
• 8:15
  that from the lens of scripture, it can distill to
• 8:18
  almost less than half of it. So, in as much
• 8:20
  as we celebrate the things we're doing, let me tell
• 8:23
  you the truth. The global harvest is still The Bible
• 8:26
  says that harvest is wide, but the laborers a few,
• 8:32
  the few that are there, will become victims if we
• 8:35
  do not add more to the field. It is the
• 8:37
  reason why the fall of one becomes a big catastrophe
• 8:41
  to the kingdom because the laborers are few. And so
• 8:46
  when God finds a people like this who are willing
• 8:50
  to invest a portion of their lives to be trained
• 8:53
  towards efficiency, let me tell you it gladdens the heart
• 8:56
  of God.

  Speaker 2: I want to tell you.

  about the wisest decision you've made with your life this year.

  To invest these weeks, these months of your life to learn.

  meditate on these things. There are some these things you've

  been taught, from pneumatology to leadership, to ministry to personal transformation.

  Finals You've been taught several things by your lecturers, through

  the rain, through the sun, and the Bible says meditate,

  not just know them. Meditate on these things. Then it says,

  give yourself holy, Give yourself holy to them, that thy

  profiting may appear onto all. I hate to say this,
• 9:57
  but you would think, because hands will be laid up
• 10:00
  on you shortly, you would think, because you've sat down
• 10:02
  on that structured mentorship, that in itself is only potential
• 10:08
  for exploits. It does not mean in itself that you
• 10:11
  will live a life of exploits. Allelujah. There were many
• 10:16
  people in Jesus's crusades. I wonder why they were not mentioned.
• 10:20
  Where were the seventy two? The Bible talks about a
• 10:22
  few of the twelve, but he also mentored seventy two.
• 10:26
  He also taught five thousand. They only ate the bread
• 10:30
  and left the world, and the Bible says we live
• 10:33
  by bread and by knowledge. They threw away the knowledge,
• 10:36
  carried the bread even through part of the bread, and
• 10:39
  left home. And some of them ended up living mediocre lives.

  Speaker 2: But there were a.

  Speaker 1: Few who meditated upon the things that he said. They
• 10:46
  gave themselves wholly to them, and the Bible records the
• 10:50
  exploits of these individuals. Perhaps they did not know the
• 10:54
  extent of their training and the kind of spiritual investment

  that was being done in them. He that souls to
• 11:01
  the spirit, will of the spirit, reap life eternal. He
• 11:05
  that souls to the flesh, will of the flesh rip
• 11:08
  corruption allelujah. I want you to make up your mind
• 11:13
  that you will pay attention to these things even after
• 11:16
  you are done me. Dictate on these things, give yourself
• 11:20
  holy to them, and the Bible says you're profiting will
• 11:24
  appear onto all now a very quick thought, and then

  will pray. I want to borrow an illustration that I

  gave recently while preaching in Ghana. Decisions decide destiny. This

  is a message now to everyone. Decisions decide destiny. Indecision

  is a decision itself. Decisions decide destiny. That the endpoint

  of a man's journey is a messless product of his

  decisions or his indecision. And do you know if this

  is true that decisions decide destiny, then it means you

  most respect the information that guides your mind as you
• 12:10
  make those decisions. Whatever influences your ability to make that
• 12:16
  decision has also influenced the outcome of your life. Let
• 12:19
  me take it again, Decisions decide destiny. There are others
• 12:24
  who have decided to fail. There are others who have
• 12:27
  decided to be mediocresed. They do not even know they
• 12:31
  made the decision. They would argue that it would they
• 12:33
  did not make that decision, but decisions decide destiny. Because
• 12:39
  the same Lord is rich Onto all away together, and
• 12:43
  God leaves every man to choose his lot in life,
• 12:47
  whether life or death, whether blessing or cursing, whether failure
• 12:51
  or defeat, a life of excellence or a life of mediocrity.

  Some have painfully choosen a life of grace and glory,
• 12:59
  orthers have true in a life of excuses and mediocrity.

  Decisions decide destiny. The second thing I want everybody to

  know tonight is that your mentality, your belief system, is
• 13:13
  the platform upon which your decisions are made. Your mentality,
• 13:19
  your belief system, is the platform upon which your decisions
• 13:24
  are made. So if your decisions are poor, if your
• 13:28
  decisions are anti destiny, anti greatness, it is not really
• 13:33
  the decision. It is the belief system that ponsor that decision.
• 13:39
  Every decision is ponsored by a belief system. Don't forget this.
• 13:44
  The decision to fail is ponsored by a belief system.
• 13:49
  The decision to prosper is ponsored by a belief system.
• 13:54
  The decision to be serious with God until your results
• 13:58
  speak is sponsored by a belief system. The decision to

  decision to be a world changer is sponsored by a

  belief system. The decision to live in a realm of excuses,

  blaming every other person but yourself is ponsored.

  a belief system. The decision to still remain a victim

  of witchcraft, a victim of attacks, and youngs of darkness

  by seeing the quality of decisions that come out from you.

  I know your belief system by seeing the excellency of

  the results that eventually, maybe not immediately, but the results

  that immediately, given ample time, the results that emanate from
• 14:54
  your life are a reflection of the quality of your
• 14:58
  belief system.

  Speaker 1: Systems are so powerful that it literally defines what the

  nations will know you to be, whether a failure, whether
• 15:11
  a great person. Let me do an illustration. Please give

  me the bottle of water. I made this illustration in
• 15:16
  Ghana and I wanted to make it now. Please let
• 15:20
  me your attention everyone, look at this. What do you
• 15:23
  call this a bottle of water? Am I right on that?
• 15:26
  Do you know that this is a bottle. The manufacturer
• 15:30
  did not necessarily make the bottle for water. It was
• 15:35
  a bottle can be a bottle of anything. But you
• 15:38
  name the bottle by the content that found its way
• 15:42
  into the bottle, in this case water. The new name
• 15:46
  becomes a bottle of water. If I empty this water
• 15:50
  and fill it with oil, the name changes immediately in
• 15:54
  honor to what content it has allowed. It can become
• 15:57
  a bottle of oil. It can be become a bottle
• 16:00
  of poison. It can become a bottle of kerosine. It
• 16:04
  can become a bottle of cashew notes. It can become
• 16:08
  a bottle of whatever. It can even be an empty bottle.
• 16:13
  These are the various names this bottle can be called,
• 16:16
  depending on what content it allows. It's someone learning now,
• 16:20
  So if you call this a bottle of water, it's
• 16:23
  not an insult. You are describing what it has allowed
• 16:27
  to be in it. If this bottle is angry at
• 16:29
  the water. One benefit of this bottle is that it
• 16:33
  has the ability to be opened and to be closed.
• 16:39
  It has the ability to be opened.
• 16:42
  Speaker 2: And to be closed.
• 16:43
  Speaker 1: This is how a mindset is that if you are
• 16:46
  discontented with the things that represent your mindset. So I
• 16:51
  give this illustration. There are many names you can be
• 16:54
  called from a belief system standpoint. You can be Joshua Selman,
• 16:58
  the fool, Joshua Self, the mediocre, Joshua Salman, the leader,
• 17:03
  Joshua Salman, the failure, Joshua Salman, the anointed, Joshua Salman,
• 17:08
  the blessed, Joshua Salman, the advancing, or is still Joshua Salman.

  But at any point in my life the description of
• 17:16
  my destiny will be with respect to my belief system.
• 17:22
  Speaker 2: It's someone learning now.

  Speaker 1: Many of us, because of our backgrounds, you did not
• 17:27
  participate actively in all honesty over the contents that became
• 17:34
  the initial composition of your mindset. Many of us were
• 17:38
  conditioned environmentally. You grew up seeing things and your knew
• 17:42
  things to be that way. But in every body's destiny,
• 17:45
  this is a message to everyone. God gives you a chance,
• 17:49
  through the journey of your lifetime to choose whether to
• 17:53
  live that content the way you found it, or take
• 17:56
  advantage of the grace of God.

  Speaker 2: To begin to change it. So it's possible.

  Speaker 1: You came from a family made up of witchcraft and
• 18:04
  defeat with all your respect, maybe a polygamous family, and
• 18:07
  all you saw was hate and whatever it is, you

  can get to a point in your life where you say,

  from this day forward, I make up my mind to
• 18:16
  empty discontent. It will be a journey you've never taken before.
• 18:20
  It's a virgin dimension. But that you are saying knowing
• 18:23
  that I have the power to redefine my destiny. And
• 18:29
  you can throw out the mindset of failure, hatred, a
• 18:34
  mindset of blaming people and blaming things, poverty and mediocrity
• 18:38
  away together a mindset that has no regard for growth.

  Speaker 1: Away that mindset and receive with meekness and not that
• 18:48
  kind of belief system. Now, what I did not tell

  you is that nobody has the ability.

  Speaker 2: You cannot choose consequences.

  Speaker 1: Consequences are connected automatically to decisions. You are given the

  liberty to make decisions, but with every decision will come

  a consequence. Failure is a consequence. Poverty is a consequence.

  An excelling life is a consequence. Victory is a consequence.

  A preacher is a consequence, an am robot is a

  consequence I have taught you here. If you recall that

  if you put one person by my left and the
• 19:29
  other by my right, and you call the one person

  by my left a preacher, and you call the person

  by my right an um robert, if both of them

  just become dead bodies here, you don't call the dead

  body a preacher, and you don't call the dead body

  a nun robot.

  Speaker 2: So who was the preacher?

  Speaker 1: The preacher was the belief system. The umbrober was also

  the belief system. Because now the bodies supposedly have equal value.

  What made them different? What is the difference between a

  CEO and with all you respect, someone somewhere who is

  at the lowest levels of life. It's not necessarily their size.

  that they have been given this gift by God to

  open or close their mindsets at will, and others opened

  there be any virtue, and if there be any praise,

  The students who are graduating now have decided, as an

  act of their will, to work with the Holy sp

  Speaker 1: Your life today, this version of you, is a testament

  of endurance. It is your telling your destiny that I

  cannot be the way I came. I came from a family,

  say of witchcraft. I came from a family of failure.

  But I know that the one thing God gave every

  man that only death can take away the power to decide.

  The prodigal son lost everything except the power to decide,

  and he used that same ability to bounce back.

  Speaker 1: The Bible did not say the Holy Spirit spoke to him,

  I will arise as an act of my will.

  Speaker 2: Lose any or not thing in this life.

  Speaker 1: But if you still have the power to decide, you

  can decide to start again. You can decide to rise again.

  You can decide to be anointed again. It is on

  the basis of the will that we can say, rejoice

  not over me, my enemies. It doesn't matter how my

  yesterday is. I still have a gift. I may lose money,
• 21:55
  but not that gift. You may lose reputation, but not
• 21:58
  that gift. Like and you may even lose certain dimensions

  of your grace, but not that gift. That gift can
• 22:05
  help any man to bounce back again. Now listen, there
• 22:11
  are many people who do not know that the same
• 22:15
  energy it takes to complain, to give excuses and to
• 22:19
  blame is the same energy it takes to decide to
• 22:22
  move forward. The energy it uses. The energy that is
• 22:27
  required to complain and grumble and give excuses is the
• 22:32
  same energy it takes to make decisions on the one
• 22:35
  and someone is using the energy left to say, I
• 22:39
  will make up my mind to know God. I will
• 22:42
  make up my mind to live a victorious life. I
• 22:44
  came from a poor family, but a poor family will
• 22:47
  not come out of me. I came from a family
• 22:49
  of witchcraft. Body glory will come out of me. My
• 22:52
  children will be called blessed. I suffered serving idols. I
• 22:56
  know the curses that came upon my life. But I
• 22:58
  made up my mind that might children will be royalty
• 23:01
  saving the Lord. As at the time you are making
• 23:04
  that decision, let me tell you, the devil will lie
• 23:06
  to you as though you are just speaking gibberish. But
• 23:08
  the Bible says, let the redeemed of the Lord say so,
• 23:13
  Let the blessed of the Lord say so, Let the
• 23:16
  anointed of the Lord say so. You begin to re
• 23:20
  engineer your mentality, that though my beginning be small, my
• 23:24
  latter and shall greatly increase. So what if I came
• 23:27
  from a family with no light? So what if I
• 23:29
  came from a family where I had to trek to
• 23:31
  the well? That was my yesterday. The beautiful thing about
• 23:35
  yesterday is it is never allowed to come into your today.

  Accept you allowed the mindset that brought yesterday to follow
• 23:41
  you into your today.

  Speaker 2: Someone learning.

  Speaker 1: If you choose to be a preacher, you can be

  called a preacher. The preacher is the mindset. If you

  choose to be a failure, the failure is not your body,

  is not the sound of your voice. It is the

  content of your belief system. What turns a man from

  a failure to a success. It is the journey of transformation,
• 24:13
  that mental transformation by the spirit. The Bible says whom
• 24:18
  the God of this world had blinded their minds. This
• 24:21
  is what Satan does. He blinds your mind so that
• 24:25
  you give up and you feel you cannot amount to anything.
• 24:28
  And we live in a culture that end does.

  Speaker 2: These wrong belief systems. Look at me. Do you know

  what a stronghold is?

  Speaker 1: A stronghold is a demonic presence that builds fortification around

  faulty mindsets to keep the victim perpetually in.

  Speaker 2: That tought line. So when the devil comes, do you

  Speaker 1: Evil depends on a certain mindset it must connect with

  to manifest. Every prophecy depends on a certain mindset. There

  is what God will tell you, and it will fall

  like he lied because the mindset requirement. Biology teaches us

  that there has to be a union.
