Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #203: The Art of Shifting Objects in Your Space
Transcript
- 0:00M Hey, everyone, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. Ho
- 0:05La, good day, good day. How's it going. Well? We
- 0:13were conversing about some things and are trying not to I'm trying not to.
- 0:18Yeah, So if there's any of that you want to run with, I'm
- 0:22good. I'm I can't even think right now, trying to do trying to
- 0:29multitask, it's not working. I mean really, ideally, if we're present,
- 0:35we're only present with one thing at a time anyways, if you're really
- 0:39absorbing it. So we were kind of talking about you changed your up your
- 0:42space behind you, which it looks awesome. We've changed up the office space,
- 0:46or I've changed up our office space that we share. Okay, real
- 0:50quick about that. Before I had shared with Bev that I had changed things
- 0:57around in my office because the shoving unit behind me was over here. If
- 1:03you go and look at previous recordings, and every week I would sit here
- 1:07and I'm like, I felt off balance, and I knew it, and
- 1:11I knew I had to do with that shoving unit, but I just never
- 1:15made it a priority to move it. And then finally I said, I
- 1:19got to move it. It's just I'm done so I chose to move it.
- 1:25Now, typically I have the full moon and New Moon dates in my
- 1:33calendar, and I haven't done that yet this year. I still haven't done
- 1:36it yet. But the moment I chose to change it, to move the
- 1:42shelving and do make it different was on a new moon, near a moon.
- 1:47It wasn't on the new moon, but near a moon new moon,
- 1:49and I just I had changed it. And then later I found out we
- 1:53were in the new moon energy and I was like, oh, imagine that,
- 1:57and that interesting. New moons are for beginnings, and so I just
- 2:01wanted to share that piece real quick before you went on that's awesome. It
- 2:07is awesome. And it's like you talked about that shift and how all of
- 2:10a sudden you shift to some stuff around in your office, and that's kind
- 2:14of where our conversation was starting to go before recording. But it's like,
- 2:16it's so easy. We have these askings and I talk about this, but
- 2:23we have askings with the inside of ourselves, like maybe we want to be
- 2:27more on task, or we want to be like I want to be more
- 2:29on track with the full moon and the new moon, and we want to
- 2:31do I don't know you want more peace in whatever in your life, and
- 2:37then Spirit's guiding you, right. Spirit guided you to want to change this,
- 2:42and it started planning seats like well you could put it right here.
- 2:45You could put it right here. And that is what was happening with me
- 2:47at the office while I'm working on clients. I'm working on clients, and
- 2:52then all of a sudden, I'm like, well that could get moved over
- 2:53there. I was like okay, and it's like, well that could go
- 2:57over there. And it's like once you start listening following that path, that's
- 3:00where we talk about so often. It's like listening to your intuition, listen
- 3:05to that internal guidance before you decide to go out and do. Now,
- 3:08sometimes you can still go out and do but know that it was planted in
- 3:12your mind already to start shifting things and play with things. And really that's
- 3:15kind of right. There's a huge statement play with things. You want to
- 3:19be in a playful state when you're doing all this stuff. And it's like,
- 3:22every time I would shift something at my office, it was like great,
- 3:24and I end up moving a mirror that was on the wall. I've
- 3:27got a bathroom mirror, so if people need to go look at themselves.
- 3:29They can go into the bathroom, but it's like I said, it behind
- 3:31the Buddha, and it's like it just looks like it was meant to be
- 3:35there. So it's like, sorry, guys, what mirror. We don't
- 3:38have a mirror there anymore. I can't move it because it fits there,
- 3:40but it shifts the energy, which is kind of ironic. And I'm not
- 3:45sure because I'm kind of working through this. I had one of my friends
- 3:50ask me what was the address of my office space, and it's like I
- 3:53could not, for the life of me think of my last night it started.
- 3:55I couldn't think it. I'm like, ohll just deal with it tomorrow.
- 4:00I've been there for I only like eight years or seven years or some
- 4:02it's been. I've been there for a while. And I'm sitting there this
- 4:05morning trying to give her the address again, and it's like I cannot.
- 4:08I'm trying to give my home address. This address is not coming forward to
- 4:12me, and so it's paying attention to all those little details because that,
- 4:15to me, is notifying me that there's about to be a shift. And
- 4:17it's like and I've shifted the whole space that I love walking into our office
- 4:23space now because the way it feels it just feels more organized, It feels
- 4:28more uplifted, not stifled, like there's no energy being blocked in places.
- 4:33We've shifted some stuff out of the space and just changing things around that can
- 4:39make a big, huge difference. And that's you know, I'm glad we're
- 4:42having this conversation because just shifting things around if you feel like things aren't going
- 4:46in the direction you want them to go to. You know, we can
- 4:48sit there. I can tell you go sit there and listen to your intuition.
- 4:50And I've done that, and I sit and write this stuff. But
- 4:53I know that when we're not in the space to receive that information, we're
- 4:56just not so sometimes getting into that mindless the movement part now, that allows
- 5:00the information to flow into you and you start getting things, or at least
- 5:04you start recognizing. My body's letting me know, ooh that feels good to
- 5:09be right there. Oh yeah that is that an't feels you better. I'm
- 5:11gonna go ahead and put it back. You know, it's just all of
- 5:13it. Every single thing that's life, every single thing that we're doing is
- 5:16like telling us guests. We like it. No, we don't like it.
- 5:18Ooh that feels good. No, it doesn't feel good. That's just
- 5:21how we navigate. That's just it. And we just got into the path.
- 5:26Why it's going this direction, I don't know, but we've gotten into
- 5:28the path of suppressing and sticking ourselves to his sides. I was talking to
- 5:31Freeman this morning and we were talking about, you know, like raising kids,
- 5:35because he's always preparing my foods and stuff like that. For me,
- 5:38he eats after I do, typically, and it's like that was how it
- 5:42was for me with growing up with my kids, Like you know, me
- 5:45growing up and my kids growing up. That's how it was. I was
- 5:47always put on I put myself on the back burner all the time. I
- 5:50was the last one to eat. I was a lot, you know,
- 5:53and if I sometimes half the time when you when you skip a meal like
- 5:56that, hey you're not hungry anymore. You skip the meal and you just
- 5:59keep going. So it's easy to you know, to get into those routines
- 6:02and just kind of throwing ourselves to the back burner again. But it's just
- 6:05taking that time. A lot of information that's through out there, but it's
- 6:09just taking that time to kind of process and put yourself first. Honor yourself,
- 6:14honor your body. It'll present so many more opportunities that the better we
- 6:19take care of it. It's like then it's like, oh, what once
- 6:21to go for a walk? Oh wants to go do this? It's fun?
- 6:26Yeah. Yeah. And there's some other things in my office space that
- 6:30I sit and look at and I'm really internalizing do I still need this?
- 6:36Why am I still holding on to it? Or why do I feel like
- 6:41I need to keep it in my space type of thing? And so when
- 6:46I start receiving things like that, I kind of sit with it for a
- 6:48little while until I really know, you know, And again that's the intuition
- 6:55that's just either or I know it's time for it to move. And then
- 7:03the question is where to move it to if that makes sense, so to
- 7:08whether it's someplace else in the house or out of the house. If it's
- 7:12going to go out of the house, is it a trash or is it
- 7:15giveaway? Is it donate right type of thing? So I'm sitting with that
- 7:20With a few of the things in my space right now, I know it's
- 7:25time for them to go. It's try to decide what is the next step
- 7:32for them type of thing. So and we got to say with those things
- 7:38sometimes and it's you know, this is this is with like stuff that you
- 7:45store in the closet, you push it into the closet and store it there.
- 7:49I'll walk into my closet and time and time again just look at things
- 7:54and go, well, I still have that I'm taking up some space for
- 7:58me right now. But we can do that with anything, your your decor,
- 8:03your furniture, anything, just you know, if it's starting to pull
- 8:09you in as to like this doesn't mean anymore this something here needs to shift,
- 8:15it might just be a matter of just moving something. It's like this
- 8:18showing unit, there's just a matter of moving it. And then across the
- 8:20way, I have a recliner, and so I moved it. It was
- 8:24like a breath of fresh air. And then I went and sat in that
- 8:26recliner and I was just like, like it just felt more relaxing, and
- 8:33really the energy felt a lot better. So I'm really enjoying it. It's
- 8:39funny that we're even having this conversation because before we even got onto this recording,
- 8:41I'm like think I'm looky looking in the closet, like I'm going to
- 8:45go through this closet, and then you're talking about that, and my mind's
- 8:48automatically see slipping my desk into a different direction where I'm facing my angel cabinet,
- 8:52but I can still see outside the window, seeing all the rocks.
- 8:54I've got so many rocks, and I mean I've got spaces that are covered
- 8:58with rocks because we live out I collect rocks, and it's like I don't
- 9:01need all these rocks in my room. So it's like, if I can
- 9:05find a place, I'll create a rock garden, is what I'll do in
- 9:07a space. But so I'll shift a lot of this stuff out. But
- 9:09it's like my mind is really like in that space, and to me,
- 9:15that's almost like it's that's the energies, right, So we're to me,
- 9:18I guess if we stop and look at this a bit, we're in the
- 9:20middle of a shift. Things are changing and now we're recognizing what we want
- 9:26in our in our in our vision. One of my clients tells me she's
- 9:31a friend as well. She's not just a client. I don't think any
- 9:33of my clients are just clients. But she says, if she looks around
- 9:37anywhere in her house and anything her eyes rest on, if she doesn't find
- 9:41joy in looking at it, she donates it, she gets rid of it.
- 9:45Yeah, it's just that simple. And I'm recognizing I've got so much
- 9:50stuff if I don't even my closets, got so much stuff. It's like
- 9:52all these things, and it's like you don't even look at this stuff.
- 9:54You don't even process this stuff. So it's it's just crazy that we're having
- 10:00this conversation now. I want to go a little bit because I have a
- 10:03vision board. I've always meant to be. This is not crazy. It
- 10:07was meant to be. Yeah, it was, but that's the way it
- 10:13is. And I tell the Holy Spirit, I'm like, okay, well
- 10:15let's start. Let's where do you want to go next? What do you
- 10:16want to talk about? How do you how do you want to flow through
- 10:20my life? How can we find so much more joy in this life?
- 10:22And it's also getting to the vision boards, right, I have I had
- 10:26a vision board. So I'm sitting here, I'm facing my desk and I've
- 10:31got a wall over to my side over here that you wouldn't see it from
- 10:33here. So if anything that's on the wall is my vision board. But
- 10:37I noticed that I don't spend much time looking at it. And I was
- 10:39listening to a person and he was saying, the problem with vision boards is
- 10:43we don't put him in a place that work at all the time where we're
- 10:48constantly looking at him. So he says, put it in the bedroom.
- 10:50Well, I don't lay in bed and look at the walls or do any
- 10:54of that stuff, because where do you spend more of that time. But
- 10:56when I'm putting all my makeup and stuff, I've got a huge mirror or
- 11:01I've got wall around there. So now if I'm looking at an image of
- 11:03let's just say some I love these apps that i'm looking at right I'm looking
- 11:07at these apps and I'm not All I'm doing is seeing them every day.
- 11:09And if I'm standing there and I'm thinking about it and I'm moving around and
- 11:13I'm thinking, those are my abs right now, I'm moving around, I'm
- 11:15creating right now, that's my vision board. And that's an opportunity because i'm
- 11:20you know, I'm listening to YouTube or I'm listening to a podcast, and
- 11:24it's like it's I'm open. So if you're in that space of openness,
- 11:28right now you're receiving, You're like resetting your subconscious. There's so many things
- 11:31are happening right now in that very moment, and so I've shifted that kind
- 11:37of stuff and that feels better to me too. It's it's just you don't
- 11:39know until someone says something so simple as well, why don't you put it
- 11:43in a place that you spend more time? And it's like, duh,
- 11:46why not? Why not have it where you're going to be seeing it,
- 11:50where you're going to focus on it, and then if you start getting too
- 11:52used to looking at it, then change the picture, update something, shift
- 11:56into something else, because you've already planned that seed. Now now you're off
- 11:58in the something else. You let it go and it creates unless you self
- 12:03sabotage, unless you're putting some more blocks up in the way. Otherwise everything's
- 12:07perfectly fine. But it's like, what the heck's going on? Like,
- 12:11we're just getting ready to go into a new space. Do we already have
- 12:13the Chinese New Year? Yeah? Yeah, so crazy? But you know
- 12:18what, I think a lot of people believe that was it. April first
- 12:24was the beginning of actually a beginning a year off to do some research on
- 12:28that again. So it might be if we're really paying attention to the way
- 12:31things feel, maybe that's maybe that's part of it. But I do feel
- 12:33like there's a lot of stuff that's shifting in the world right now, and
- 12:37it's really what do you want to put your attention on? Right What's what
- 12:41level do you want to be at? You want to be at your three
- 12:45D reality, or you want to be at the five D or you want
- 12:48to be higher than that, you want to be lower of that. What
- 12:50it's like, whatever you want to be, it's or wherever you want to
- 12:52be. It's your choice really in a lot of ways. And always that's
- 12:56one of the things as a constant reminder at work is their focus. And
- 13:03I say their focus because I focus on if there's something that comes up that
- 13:09causes some discord, Okay, well we know what the we know what that
- 13:13is, right, We've already identified that, So let's move into what do
- 13:18we want it to be? What do we want to create? What direction
- 13:20do we want to move in? And they just want to keep telling it
- 13:24over and over and over and over, and I'll have a nut like they'll
- 13:30come into my office and want to start talking and I'm like, oh,
- 13:33and I'll change this, like seriously, just almost put my hand up and
- 13:37like stop, change subject, like right now, I don't even try to
- 13:41be courteous or anything. I'm like, oh, and anyway, you know,
- 13:48and go on to a different topic because I just that's not a good
- 13:54use of my time and energy of being there. Y'all want to talk about
- 13:58it, great, go out of my office, go into your office,
- 14:01go somewhere else and have these conversations, because I know once you leave the
- 14:05office at five o'clock, you're gonna go sit at the bar and you're gonna
- 14:07talk about it there too, and then when you get home, you're going
- 14:09to talk about it there too. I don't want, I don't need to
- 14:11talk about it. I already know what it is. I've already been told
- 14:15once and ten times. I'm good. So I got to spend my time
- 14:20and energy focusing on a solution. And so that is a constant each day.
- 14:24And so having even me saying that is a confirmation or affirmation right that
- 14:31this is happening every day at work. So changing that language of we are
- 14:39solution oriented group of people and keep holding that vision. But that's on me
- 14:43that's that's my choice, and you know, it's it's their choice to talk
- 14:50about it, but it's my choice to say not in my space. I
- 14:56get to do that, and it actually has felt really good to say I'm
- 15:00not talking about this again. We've already talked about it ten times. Not
- 15:03talking about because we have gotten nowhere, so we need to talk about something
- 15:07else, or we need to talk about a solution. What do you want
- 15:09to do? And it's I just have been key. I have been repeating
- 15:13that over and over and sometimes I know I could be a little slow sometimes
- 15:18too. It's like I need to hear it several times or in different language,
- 15:24different words, different verbiage for it to really go for me to go,
- 15:28oh yeah, why am I talking about this again? Right? So,
- 15:35just holding that space and being grounded in what I do and what I
- 15:43teach and practicing that's what it is. So I was a practice and the
- 15:50more I do it, the better I get. So I'm not upset about
- 15:52it in any by any means, because I know that's where they're at with
- 15:56themselves, and that's what they know how to do, is to focus on
- 15:58the drama and the being upset about everything and and I know that's not my
- 16:03truth. It's like, I don't I don't need to be in that space.
- 16:08So yeah, it's interesting dynamics with that. And when you you know,
- 16:14you talk about and a shift, that's like a shift in me being
- 16:18very aware of that. Hardly ever, when Bev and I see each other,
- 16:23or prior to us re recording or after our recording, we all sit
- 16:29in the problems of things. I have noticed that in our conversations we do
- 16:33not sit in the problem with oh my god, Bev, did you know,
- 16:37and and then just sit there and rehash it. We don't. I'm
- 16:40like, hey, Bev, I'm having an issue. I need I need
- 16:42some input. That input needs to be directed toward a solution or a different
- 16:49direction, right, And she knows that, and I know that's the same
- 16:52with her. Okay, I told I told somebody in my life just the
- 16:57other day. I said, we keep rehashing the same thing. We gotta
- 17:03stop doing that. So I will. I will be happy to be your
- 17:07sounding board. I'm okay with that. I will sit and I will listen,
- 17:11and I will set a timer. So you tell me, do you
- 17:12need five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes, that's it. That's your
- 17:17timeframe. Let me know how much time you need. I'll set a timer,
- 17:21I will listen, and when that timer goes off, we're done.
- 17:25We're gonna focus on what we need to do to keep moving. And so
- 17:29she just it was almost like a deer in the headlights, like, wait,
- 17:34what do you mean? We're not gonna keep talking? Just like,
- 17:38ah, I don't know how much more time I have on this planet.
- 17:42So I just I'm not interested in being in those conversations. And if they
- 17:48would stop and recognize because I was trying to look and find the proper verbiage,
- 17:52that felt good to me. It's all those problems quote unquote are a
- 17:56solution opportunity. That's that's really what it is. So if you automatically recognize,
- 18:03we're back to the feelings again, it either feels good or doesn't feel
- 18:06good, but it doesn't feel good, what's the solution opportunity? Like what
- 18:10can you do from there? And then you can create and let's talk about
- 18:15the truth stuff as I've been changing and stuff. Now before I would have
- 18:18had like white lies or when I say white lies, Hey beb you want
- 18:22to come out tonight? Oh no, i've kind of got a headache,
- 18:23I'm gonna go ahead and stay in. And that's a white lie because a
- 18:27lot of times I would say that I just really wasn't and I didn't have
- 18:30a desire to go out, and instead of saying, you know, I
- 18:34really appreciate you inviting me out, but I'm going to stay home tonight,
- 18:37I'm gonna enjoy you. I'm going to stay home tonight, period or just
- 18:41no. You don't have to have a reason why, but you just know
- 18:44why inside of you. Recently, my biological father it had his birthday and
- 18:56we were invited to go. My sister and our spouse is that we're invited
- 19:00to go, and myself were invited to go to have lunch with their family.
- 19:07And I was like, okay, you know because for me, in
- 19:11my mind, I'm thinking this isn't about us, this is about him.
- 19:15And then I mentioned it to my sister. She's like, oh, yeah,
- 19:17I'd love to go to breakfast. And I'm like, okay, So
- 19:18there's six of us right So there she was like, how many ever you
- 19:22are there? And I said, well, there's you know, those two,
- 19:23us two and then you two, So there's six of us. And
- 19:26she says, oh, well, we've invited the brothers and the sisters of
- 19:30his brothers and sisters. And I was like, oh, okay, not
- 19:34even stopping to processes, not even stopping to think about this. And I
- 19:38tell my sister and she's like, I'm just not comfortable with that. I'll
- 19:41pass. And I thought, how freaking awesome was it for her to say
- 19:45that? But it made me slow down for a second, and I thought,
- 19:48I'm not comfortable with that because there's been some situations with one of his
- 19:53brothers when I was a child, and it's like, maybe I'm not ready
- 19:57for that. I don't. It's any even if I'm ready for it.
- 20:00Do I want to go sit and hang out like that? No? I
- 20:03don't. And it's recognizing that and it's being okay with that. Well,
- 20:07then he ended up getting sick and then couldn't make it through the day,
- 20:11so I ended up going over to his house and we're having a conversation and
- 20:14I just freaking straight up told him. I didn't say anything about the brother,
- 20:17but I just said, you know, it just wasn't comfortable and it
- 20:18wouldn't have been intimate. This is the first time that we're coming together to
- 20:21sit as a group and have a conversation. I said, it would be
- 20:25there'd be too many people happening. And I said, this is kind of
- 20:27you. Guys are wanting to bring us together, and we're wanting to come
- 20:30together. So it's like having a conversation amongst each other and not with a
- 20:33bunch of other people that we haven't seen since or maybe ever seen since we
- 20:37were children, or maybe never. And it's like so processing all that stuff
- 20:41and then standing in that truth, and it's like now I'm just like,
- 20:45I just say exactly how I felt. But it's the difference is I'm not
- 20:51coming from that victim defensive place that I used to come from. Now when
- 20:56I'm coming from this place, I'm neutral and I'm just staying and I'm like,
- 21:00I know it may sound crazier, it may sound ought to you,
- 21:02but that's just how I feel, and I'm just going to be one hundred
- 21:03percent honest. I said, what do we have to lose? I said,
- 21:07I know nothing about you and you know nothing about me. And I
- 21:11told him, I said, I filled out a card for you, and
- 21:12I said, but I didn't know what to put in it. I said,
- 21:15do I put Dad, do I put Frank, I said, I'm
- 21:17not sure right now, I said, we just met. There's a huge
- 21:19gap in our lives right now, and I'm coming together meeting you up as
- 21:23you know, coming together as a friend to get to know you and have
- 21:26some better understanding. Because this understanding is going to benefit myself as well,
- 21:30but it will benefit him too. But I also realize, with all that
- 21:33being said, being our true, authentic selves and not trying to tell the
- 21:38little white lies just because it's you're trying to please everybody else. Just to
- 21:42stand in your truth. It does It doesn't even better if if someone invites
- 21:47you to something like no, doesn't matter how you respond, I'll get back
- 21:52to you. And I learned that a lot of that from you. But
- 21:53it's like now it's I'm in that place. I'm practicing these things. I'm
- 21:57practicing these things we were talking before we got onto this recording about I just
- 22:03deleted TikTok. I deleted it. I felt a desire that I don't need.
- 22:07I was being told by spirit, I don't need this information. This
- 22:11is a distraction that I'm filling my time up and I have everything that I
- 22:15need from withinside of myself. I don't have to distract myself out there.
- 22:18I can get I can if any questions that I have. The information is
- 22:22going to flow to me one way or another, and I'm going to receive
- 22:26it, and I'm going to receive it even deeper than I probably would have
- 22:29received it. For TikTok So TikTok, I'm using that as a one of
- 22:33the apps that I use. And we talked about deleting a couple of or
- 22:37I talked about deleting a couple other apps. And it's not because I don't
- 22:40appreciate having contact with people, but it's just not my space anymore, if
- 22:45you know what I mean. It's just not It doesn't it doesn't grab my
- 22:51attention. I don't feel like I before. I felt like I always wanted
- 22:53to go on and put positive stuff and it was fun, but it's it
- 22:57was also for me. It was it was like people pleasing, Oh,
- 23:02I'm gonna post this stuff because people are gonna like this. This is good,
- 23:04this is good stuff right here, and it's like, I'm not in
- 23:07that space anymore. I'm no longer. I no longer think that way.
- 23:11I think we all have something to present and bring to somebody else. And
- 23:17I'm enjoying this journey. You know, I thought I had an idea of
- 23:21where I wanted to go and what I wanted to be and grow up and
- 23:23all that stuff, and it's like, I'm just going on the journey I
- 23:26am. My group's changing into almost like it's our own personal church. So
- 23:32it's like, and I love that. And if you would have ever said
- 23:34anything to me like that before, I probably would have told you to f
- 23:37off and turn around and walk to the way. I'm being honest. And
- 23:41then people quoting scriptures. I used to get so irritated. My mom used
- 23:45to stay quote scriptures sometimes and I would get so bent, Like I would
- 23:49get bent on this stuff because what I fought against anything that was controlling,
- 23:56stifling, fear guided, any that anything. But in that process, when
- 24:02you're pushing against everything else again we've talked about this, that means you're pushing
- 24:06away everything, you're not allowing anything to flow into your your experience. That
- 24:10that is good stuff. And so now that I've become neutral to that,
- 24:14I the groups that have been coming together and they all and I tell one
- 24:18of my friends, she's just like, oh gosh, she's just everything to
- 24:22be she and she's been a huge cheerleader for myself. But if it wasn't
- 24:26for her, because I've been seeing her for a long time, if it
- 24:27wasn't for her quoting these scriptures all the time, I probably be hearing her
- 24:33say those things. Because I liked her so much, I was allowing,
- 24:37right, I was allowing that information to come through instead of slamming on the
- 24:41brace like I'm turning, I'm turning the corner right now, or changing the
- 24:45subject. I'm nut, you know. And so none of that stuff happened.
- 24:48But because of her, that helped open that opportunity. And that's what
- 24:52I told her. And I also know there was a give and take in
- 24:53that because I helped her, you know, to see things a little bit
- 24:56different and not be so closed off and just stay in that box. And
- 25:02it's like she tells me, like the Bible has a lot of information in
- 25:03there. It's good for you. It's just how you're looking at it,
- 25:07right, But that's the world, it's how you're looking at it. So
- 25:10now as this group has come together and has started having these conversations and I'm
- 25:14seeing how it's changing, I am absolutely loving it, absolutely loving it.
- 25:19And even that morning I told God, I said, you know, I'm
- 25:22open to donations. I'm not. Before I would have been like, oh
- 25:25no, I don't. No one needs to be putting donations out the or
- 25:27anything like that. And I didn't put anything out. That's all I said
- 25:30was to God. And I get there and one of the gals walks in
- 25:33and she hands me a card and she said this is from four of us,
- 25:36and I was like okay, And I didn't open it till later.
- 25:40But the group was so great that we I'm like, I want to switch
- 25:42to Sundays because it seems like this, this is the day. Then I
- 25:47don't have to worry about fighting around on a Saturday or whatever. It was
- 25:51just it's just awesome how that shift happened. And then I get feedback afterwards,
- 25:56like one of the girls went to someone else and she says, I
- 25:57went to a place that was my a church. And I was like,
- 26:00holy crap, Like how can you even do this stuff? And you talk
- 26:04about I talk about Holy Spirit and stuff like that. Now I never spoke
- 26:08about that stuff. I was like, what the hell, Like I don't
- 26:11even understand what all that stuff means. And I start asking questions and I'm
- 26:14getting these answers. But the difference is it's not just the words, and
- 26:18it's not just being religious or going into all this other stuff. It's how
- 26:22does it feel? And it feels free, open, good, great,
- 26:29It's it's a win win for me as far as this goes. And so
- 26:33I'm open. What does my life look like in the future. I have
- 26:36no idea, and I don't care. I don't care. I'm enjoying the
- 26:40trip. That's awesome. And it's been the opportunity to relax and be in
- 26:47the flow of things instead of trying to control. And this is my next
- 26:52move and this is what I got to do, and this is what I'm
- 26:53supposed to be doing, or just the typical societal viewpoint and being that people
- 27:00pleaser and then also feeling like you need to be in control. And a
- 27:06lot I've leaned into I've been talking about for a while too, is just
- 27:10leaning into everything's gonna work out whatever that looks like, right. I mean,
- 27:15I'm I'm talking to I'm talking to community college about revamping how they're marketing
- 27:22things. I'm talking to a nonprofit organization about getting people, you know,
- 27:30to be off drugs. But I used my voice and said, y'all are
- 27:36missing a spiritual aspect. You are missing the piece of bringing them home to
- 27:38themselves instead of having the focus of just getting them off drugs. Like I'm
- 27:44having these conversations and you know what, I'm kind of with you, I'm
- 27:47like, I don't care. I want to say it, and you either
- 27:49receive it or you don't, and that's okay, but at least it planting
- 27:52a seed is planning a seed, and they're hearing it and they're like,
- 27:56wow, you know, I never about that. I'll consider it. I'll
- 28:02see, I'll see where this can go. I'll see how I can because
- 28:07even I've posed, I have posed ideas and I've said I have the idea,
- 28:12but I don't know how to implement it. I don't know the steps,
- 28:15I don't know the context I said. But this is the idea that's
- 28:19coming to me and I just need to share it. And if you do
- 28:22anything with it, fine, If you don't, fine, I'm just telling
- 28:25you this is what is coming to me. And you know what, that
- 28:32would have never happened ten years ago, twenty years ago, never, Because
- 28:37I don't want somebody looking at me, cross eyed and bug eyed, like
- 28:41I have lost my damn mind and I have three heads? And who is
- 28:45this person? Why is she talking to me about coming home to yourself?
- 28:48What does that mean? I don't It's like I don't care. This is
- 28:52what I have to offer because I think that it's time for people to hear
- 28:56that. And I said it, and I'm just like I felt good about
- 29:00it, and that was the other thing didn't matter to me if they had
- 29:03any kind of judgmental thoughts or or wasn't interested. I said it because somebody
- 29:08needed to hear it, or it was just me practicing using my voice and
- 29:14saying what I felt was needed to be heard, So it doesn't matter whatever
- 29:18the dynamics. I did it, and I was like, well, I
- 29:21walked away from the conversation. I walked back to my office. I was
- 29:23like, oh, look at you go, girl. And to me,
- 29:27I feel like it's so spirit guided when you had that opportunity, and when
- 29:32we don't when we receive those that information, it doesn't feel good. When
- 29:36we don't express it, when it doesn't come out of us and we just
- 29:38keep it trapped inside, it doesn't feel good. It's almost like It's almost
- 29:42like when if I'm working on a client and my throat starts bothering me,
- 29:47which is funny. I was working on someone yesterday in my throat started bothering
- 29:49me and I start coughing. But you know, we're in this day and
- 29:52nature. You're almost afraid to cough in front of people. And it's like,
- 29:53I got a freaking cough okay, And she's like, oh, you're
- 29:56clearing for me. She knew, and I said, one hundred percent,
- 30:00because this happens a lot. I'll get up to someone's throat and I can
- 30:03tell when they're stifled, when they're it's it's almost as if something's on there,
- 30:07but that but that goes along with the whole thing. That's It's just
- 30:11it's that it's that easy. It's that simple. Yeah, And as soon
- 30:14as you express it, then it's gone gone. And my coughing for that
- 30:18person was expressing it yep yep. So then I know when someone's closed off
- 30:23in their throat chakra. Well you look at things two three D. I
- 30:30feel like, you know, oh gosh, my hip is hurting. Oh
- 30:32god, it could be cancer, it could be this, it could be
- 30:33that. On an energetic level, which is not three D. If I'm
- 30:37looking at it from a chakra level or from an energy level, all that
- 30:41it means is there's stagged an energy. There's not flow happening right now.
- 30:45That's all that it means. And then it's getting into the flow. How
- 30:48do you do that? It's asking questions and you're going to be guided into
- 30:52that space. And sometimes it's just expressing yourself to someone else, just like
- 30:56you were in that group, just saying those words because when you said it,
- 31:00it impacted me so much. It's so true, it's so true.
- 31:03There it's a missed opportunity. People get so caught up on the you know,
- 31:07the structure of things and the way they think should things should be,
- 31:11instead of being more open recognizing, oh well, they just shouldn't be doing
- 31:15drugs, that's just it. They should have just said I'm be doing them.
- 31:18That's there. They're just have the tough love. They just got to
- 31:21figure their shit out. You know. It's all that stuff, but it's
- 31:22not because we're all connected. That's another aspect of me that's not flowing properly.
- 31:29Go back to the body. Now I can start look at how how
- 31:30could this be flowing? Differently. I'm telling you, there's been I've been
- 31:36talking a lot during this conversation. Okay, I'm good with it. You're
- 31:38doing okay. My granddaughter stayed the night for the first time she's ever stayed
- 31:44to night with me. Sunday. No, no, no, no,
- 31:47it was I don't even know what freaking day today is Sunday. She stayed
- 31:52the night Friday night, and I work Saturday, so I had her a
- 31:53Friday. I picked her up in the afternoon, like around two or something
- 31:56on on Friday, and I so much so I had a sleepover and it
- 32:02was it was like me being a kid again. And she's like, well,
- 32:07we do these. And I just made sure that she was getting her
- 32:08food. She ate there, could keep complaining about how she doesn't want to
- 32:12eat. Well, the environment out here is different. There's not a lot
- 32:16of commotion, activity, anger, yelling, or everything's more of a piece
- 32:22peaceful area. So she's eating, Grandpa, I'm hungry again. We watched
- 32:25we don't watch TV a lot, but we watched a movie called Wish,
- 32:29which was a pretty good. So it's got a lot of singing and stuff
- 32:30in it, but if you can hear the words, they're this being said.
- 32:34In this whole show, there's so many amazing messages, and there's so
- 32:37many amazing messages and talking about people giving away their wishes to someone else to
- 32:43control, and then them feeling empty because they don't they don't have wishes anymore,
- 32:45they don't know what they want to do with themselves. It's so funny.
- 32:49It's giving the power away to other people. But it's such a great
- 32:52movie. But we watched the movie and then, like we we did a
- 32:54few other things. We made our bed and we did it together. It
- 32:59wasn't just a grandma. And we made it and I slept it in her
- 33:02slept in the We blow up mattress with her in the room. I didn't
- 33:06sleep. I didn't sleep really at all that night, but she slept all
- 33:08night long and that was important and because that means to me that she was
- 33:13comfortable. And we laid there. So we read three books afterwards, and
- 33:16we're having a conversation and she's like, I want, well, tell me
- 33:20a story, and she's like, I can't think of any right now.
- 33:22So I started telling her all these stories about this princess Bivvy and you know,
- 33:27and how everything was so beautiful and the animals talked to her all these
- 33:30crazy things, right, And we're talking, but it's an opportunity to plant
- 33:34seeds, it's an opportunity for imagination. And we're getting ready to go to
- 33:37sleep. What a divine time to have our imagination flowing. Anyways, and
- 33:40we're talking and then she puts her hand over on me, so I'm holding
- 33:44her hand and then she falls asleep. I'm still talking to her and she
- 33:46falls asleep, and I'm like, I sure do love you, Bibby crickets.
- 33:52I don't hear anything, but it was so amazing. It was just
- 33:54such an amazing time. And I sat there my heart was so full.
- 34:00It's like, you can't even there's no money, there's nothing that you can
- 34:05place on those opportunities that we have. Right. We can sit and look
- 34:09at them and be, oh my god, they're crazy and it's exhausting to
- 34:13take care of them or what you know, all these things, these thoughts,
- 34:15but it's like, if you're just being right now and really being with
- 34:19whoever you're being with, it's such a beautiful opportunity of a connection, a
- 34:23growth of gosh, just giving them that reassurance in this world because sometimes we
- 34:29need that reassurance because it gets a little crazy here. But to feel that
- 34:34love, that's what I was looking for. That just to feel that life.
- 34:38Not to say that I didn't I love my grandkids, I love my
- 34:42kids, I love all of them. But from that space, now I
- 34:45can send so much love to myself, to you, to my house husband
- 34:52here, to my kids, to my clients, to everybody that I meet
- 34:58on the road. It's even influencing the way that I am on the road.
- 35:01So if I start to get irritated about anything, I'm like, I
- 35:06just don't. This isn't me anymore. That's not that stuff. As we
- 35:09were moving forward, we realize we don't need that. We don't need that
- 35:14defensiveness, and we don't need that victim. We don't need all these other
- 35:19things. All we really needed was that love. And all that stuff led
- 35:22me to love. So it's like it wasn't a bad thing, it was
- 35:25a good thing. It led me to the love not just from my parents,
- 35:30but from the love of creator. Yeah, and just sit and relish
- 35:36in it, because how many opportunities We have lots of opportunities throughout a day
- 35:42to do that, but how often do we really take the time to do
- 35:45it right. And it's because we just think we're so important and we have
- 35:52so many things we need to do and take care of, and don't we
- 35:55don't sit in relish in those moments. So that's awesome, I think as
- 36:00absolutely beautiful. And I'm sure there's somebody that's going to listen to this video
- 36:02that needed to hear that. To embrace those moments, I don't, yeah,
- 36:10because we don't know. We don't know how long we how how long
- 36:14do we get to be in this space to hold that hand or to even
- 36:16when we're driving, the kids will sit in the front seat. We're out
- 36:21on the dirt. So if I meet the kids over like a Petro or
- 36:23whatever, I'm holding on will hold hands. And that's just my connection with
- 36:28them, knowing that they're being loved, that you're always being loved. I
- 36:30just and I'm constantly reassuring them because I didn't do it with my kids.
- 36:35And it's not again, it's not because I did something wrong. I've learned
- 36:37more. But I feel compelled to constantly share this because I know even through
- 36:43that, there's a healing that happens for your children. There's a healing that
- 36:46happens for yourself, so obviously it's going to have for your children. Yeah.
- 36:51And it's interesting because I'm noticing, like at my work, it's like
- 37:00business stuff, right, And it's amazing how many people will hug each other.
- 37:05And that's awesome women. I mean typically, you know, it's just
- 37:07women hugging each other. It's guys hugging guys, women hugging guys, women
- 37:14hugging like everybody. Not everybody will hug, but a good portion of people.
- 37:17And I sit and I just watch and I was like, this is
- 37:20so cool. And then there's been times when I'm just walking with my friends
- 37:24and and our hands will bump or something and I'll actually grab their hand and
- 37:29hold it for a little while. Nice. I love it. It's it's
- 37:37just being in that space of feeling loved and accepted or or holding that space
- 37:40for somebody else. You know. Man, that makes me want to cry.
- 37:45I know, I'm getting tea too. I'm like, oh, yeah,
- 37:49because it's so awesome. How often how often do we have those opportunities?
- 37:52Well, like you said, we have them all the time. They're
- 37:54there all the time. And if it's if people and the way who cares,
- 37:59Yeah, you just say, and you can put up tream both hands
- 38:00and just let them know I really care about you. You really matter because
- 38:06a lot of times, you know, when you're walking and you happen to
- 38:08bump into each other, you go oh, and you kind of get over
- 38:10and create more space. I've to stop doing that. I just get closer
- 38:15and I hold their hand and I'm like and most of the time, not
- 38:21every time they've grabbed my hand allowed that to happen for a few, you
- 38:25know, moments, It could be seconds, not very long, and then
- 38:29let go and I'm like, whatever, I'm good with whatever. You know.
- 38:34So, and what if that's the first time they ever experienced that kind
- 38:37of unconditional love, do you know what I mean? And now it's like
- 38:42they got a taste of something. Oh I want some more of that.
- 38:45Yeah, I don't even know what that is, but I want some more
- 38:47of that. It's good, right, it feels good. I want more
- 38:51what feels good? So ah, yeah, it's I'm not going to say
- 38:58it's been easy where I've been working. Not not the job or anything,
- 39:02but the people. Just staying grounded in myself and everyone. In a while,
- 39:12I like to hear the stories. I like to hear the drama stories.
- 39:15I think they're just fun. I also learned from them. Sometimes they're
- 39:19very comical and and but you know, even hearing it, hearing the stories
- 39:24helps me and my growth personally, but also in my brain, I'm like,
- 39:31oh, well, you could do this. This is right. I'm
- 39:36solving it in my head. I was like, I know what solutions are.
- 39:40They're not in a space to hear it. And if I think they
- 39:43are, I'll ask are you open to a solution? Are you open to
- 39:46some input that type of thing? And if they say yes, then I'll
- 39:51offer up the words. But also, you know, how deep into the
- 39:59drama am I going to? And I've I did at first i got sucked
- 40:04into some of this stuff and I'm like, oh no, this doesn't feel
- 40:07good. We're gonna stop doing that. So it always just always awareness and
- 40:13always an opportunity to practice. Not that I did anything wrong, and I
- 40:16don't. I don't say to myself, oh you're doing something wrong. I
- 40:22don't do that anymore. What I say is does this feel good? Jesus?
- 40:25How time and energy are huge for me right now. I feel like
- 40:30I'm gonna be here for another forty fifty years. I feel like that that's
- 40:35not the thing. It's what are you gonna What is this valuable, this
- 40:40time and energy that you're putting onto this situation? Is this something you want
- 40:46to do with your time and energy right now? And a lot of times
- 40:52the answers know because it just it doesn't feel good. But like I said
- 40:57before, is keep rehashing the story with every everybody they talk to, and
- 41:00I just it's like old. It's like when I was telling my story all
- 41:05the time. But the thing is, it wasn't that I was verbally saying
- 41:08it out to everybody else. It was that I was thinking it to myself,
- 41:12how how horrible of a person I was, and and all the things
- 41:15I did wrong, and just rehashing that internally all the time for several years.
- 41:22And then at one point I was sick of it. I was like,
- 41:28I'm really tired of living this story. I'm just tired of saying it
- 41:31to myself. I'm tired of talking about it. I'm tired of the emotions
- 41:35that are attached to it, the anger, the shame, to get all
- 41:37the things, and and it was like that's similar, Now, why why
- 41:44do I want to give my time and energy to that if it doesn't feel
- 41:47good and they get to do exactly right. It's not that I'm trying to
- 41:53change them. I just bring awareness to them. Is this this is really
- 41:58So? Here's just an example of one little thing. There's a lady in
- 42:02office who some co workers that she's not even directly in contact with on a
- 42:08daily basis in person, just over the phone type of thing. So there'll
- 42:16be weeks that she doesn't even see them in person, okay, and it
- 42:22irritates her because two employees will dress the same every day, and she gives
- 42:28a lot of energy and a lot of emotional status to that. And she
- 42:32was talking about it the other day and she was just really like in it,
- 42:37and I'm like, why do you want to why do you want to
- 42:44make that take that moment of your life, that time of your life right
- 42:49now when there's a couple other people in the room where we can have an
- 42:52amazing conversation, and you're frustrated and irritated and annoyed by that. Where's what
- 43:00they do. It's not affecting, it's not directly affecting you or your job.
- 43:05It should not even be in your wheelhouse. Like not even giving attention
- 43:09to it. So things like that are just I'm gonna use the word petty
- 43:15because that's pretty petty to me. That's a judgment on my part and I
- 43:19get that. Man. It's like, those are the opportunities where I look
- 43:24at myself and go, Wow, how much energy are you given to something
- 43:28that's frustrating or irritating or that doesn't even directly affect you. So it's very
- 43:39interesting, it is, and it's you know what I can reflect and say
- 43:45I had been in those kind of places, you know what I mean,
- 43:46where every the little thing and it doesn't feel good, but it kind of
- 43:52gives you an indication where you're at. Like even if you I'm looking at
- 43:54my office, I'm like, wow, this this office kind of gives me
- 43:57an idea where my mind has been at, where it's it could be so
- 44:00scattered on so many different things. I'm going to be so busy after this
- 44:05meeting. I mean, I really don't know what's going to happen, but
- 44:07it's about to happen. That's all you got to say to you, because
- 44:13I'm thinking about it as I was talking. As you start talking, was
- 44:15that these two girls, you know, what they're demonstrating is playfulness and lightheartedness
- 44:21and creativity and connection, like they're connecting with each other. Oh, what
- 44:25do you want to wear tomorrow? You know what type of thing? Like
- 44:29that? To me, that's fun, that could be fun. And she
- 44:32could be she could feel slighted, maybe she could feel slided and cut out
- 44:36of the group, not being included, Like maybe they should send her a
- 44:39message and say, hey, tomorrow, we're wearing purple shirts with red shoes.
- 44:44But you know it's sing is that there are what is there's about ten
- 44:53of us in this office space, nine of us, and on most days
- 45:00we're all wearing the same color palette. I understand this because you and I
- 45:07have done that. I've gone to I'll go to the gym. We obviously
- 45:12don't send out messages to a gym, and I'll start recognizing, Yeah,
- 45:15I'll start recognizing the guys and the girls. We're all wearing similar colored shirts
- 45:20or the same color. Yeah. And there might be a few odd people.
- 45:22I say odd people because they're just not they're not They just didn't get
- 45:25the memo apparently. But but that's what I mean. It's like it not
- 45:28even it's not even thought or planned of. It's just we all woke up
- 45:31and locked into our closet and thought, well, hey, I'm gonna wear
- 45:35this purple shirt today. I'm gonna wear this. I was gonna say orange,
- 45:37but you don't wear orange. So but it looks good. You got
- 45:40orange. You got your salt lamp in the background there. Yeah, So
- 45:46I do like that better. I do like it better. There is more
- 45:49balanced, there's more color, and I like it. Yeah. And then
- 45:54here's the interesting thing. If if somebody typically probably wouldn't notice this, so
- 46:00I'm just gonna point it out. And I've talked about several times that the
- 46:05number three is significant to me. This was not intentional. It just happened.
- 46:12There are three roses here, there are three roses here, and there's
- 46:17three flowers up there. So you got your three three three yeah, and
- 46:23that interesting. And then each of them were bought at different or received bought
- 46:30at different times, so them being set up, they've been in my space
- 46:37in different areas. And when I brought this this collaboration together, like,
- 46:44oh look there's three rows. Oh look, there's three pink roses. Oh
- 46:46look there's three and then just what you just said, Oh you have your
- 46:51three three three. I didn't even think about that until you said it,
- 46:53but yeah, there you have it. I'm surrounded by my three three three
- 46:58and I got my power animal and spirit uh like spirit team spirit guys,
- 47:06right, Buddha, the angels. So yeah, I just feel it's just
- 47:10like, and you know what this entire I noticed is this entire time that
- 47:14we've been talking, I've been very calm and relaxed. And typically when we
- 47:19are having a conversation, i have my pencil in my hand and I'm tinkering
- 47:22with it the entire time. I've not done that today. Nice, the
- 47:28first recording we've done with this setup, so nice, very interesting, Like
- 47:34it really didn't notice that stuff, right, but people don't get and we
- 47:37don't until we take the time to notice those things, and that that's huge.
- 47:43I just realized that it was about five ten minutes ago. I was
- 47:45like, I've been very calm this conversation and not been having to have something
- 47:52in my hand and twirling it or or whatever. Yeah, very very interesting.
- 48:00I like that, you know. And it's paying attention to all the
- 48:02details of everything in our life because we're getting messages all the time we are
- 48:07and whether we understand, like for even for me. So Sunday was a
- 48:10group. This last Sunday obviously not today because we're on Sunday was group.
- 48:17And on the way there, there was a dove that kind of flew across
- 48:21my windshield at an angle from my right to my left so to the passenger
- 48:27side, and then I saw two doves. Immediately after that, I saw
- 48:30sheep, and immediately after that I saw vulture. And it's all interesting and
- 48:36it's like you can look at it, you can look at everything in different
- 48:39dynamics, but like everything had a message that was going for on that way
- 48:45on my way there that day, and then just I kind of looked at
- 48:47some of the stuff and I can't I won't even remember all of it,
- 48:51but it's just like it was just all the messages that resonated with me that
- 48:54had to do with all that stuff. There were were receiving stuff all the
- 48:59time. We've have burrows that are running around out here lately, and I
- 49:01don't know where they came from. I'm sitting here think because the only place
- 49:05you ever see burrows at is over in Oatman. And now you think about
- 49:08it, if they came across through the back way, maybe at the wall
- 49:10of pies and came over this direction somehow. Well, there's a pair of
- 49:14them. It's not something you see all the time, so it's another thing
- 49:16to recognize. And it's funny. I was telling one of my friends about
- 49:20this stuff, and she says, oh, I saw these two ravens.
- 49:22So as soon as she she said crows, and I said, oh,
- 49:25they they're probably ravens. So I sent her a thing, you know,
- 49:29regarding ravens. What what that can how she can interpret it? And she
- 49:32says, yeah, she says. She tells me a few days later,
- 49:36and this is why I love about authenticity. She says, yeah, you
- 49:38would say all that stuff, and it's like, yeah, whatever. She
- 49:42rolls her eyes and she says, then she says. Then she says,
- 49:45now every time I go there, she said, those ravens were always there
- 49:47before, and now I go there, there, there, they're never there.
- 49:51I said, yeah, because you got the best of Yeah, it's
- 49:53that simple. Yeah yeah. And she's like every day for like over a
- 49:59week, she kept saying, there's still not here. This is so crazy
- 50:00to me, Like they were always here, this is the place they always
- 50:02hung out, and now they're not here, because that's the that's the whole
- 50:07thing. Our messages are like, you know, it's like the old messages
- 50:10machines that would have the light flashing on it, so let you know that
- 50:14you had a message. We're getting a light flashing all the time, letting
- 50:16us know that we had a message. You haven't asking, You've got messages.
- 50:21Start checking your messages. Take your time to breathe and listen. Listen
- 50:24to your messages. I like that. That's great analogy. I got the
- 50:30message and now they're not there anymore, and that that is interesting. I
- 50:34like that. Never thought about it that way. With the animals. Nice,
- 50:38that's cool. That's funny too for her to pick up on that.
- 50:43Yeah, they're always they're always there. And then you're like, oh,
- 50:46well here's a message about ravens and now the ravens are gone. That's just
- 50:51that's awesome. It's fun. But that's life. That's life. Once we
- 50:57received the message once. If you're working with a client, if if you
- 51:00didn't express yourself, which I so love what you said, but if you
- 51:04didn't express yourself to those people and kind of hid yourself and stayed the introvert
- 51:07and all that stuff, you would have we carry it. That puts a
- 51:10weight on this, I feel like, But when we can express ourselves,
- 51:15it's just like as soon as that cough starts to come up, I can
- 51:16express myself and tell that person, hey, this is what I'm looking up.
- 51:20Or if they're laying on their stomach and it's the first person, the
- 51:22first time I've ever seen this person, and especially if they're a male,
- 51:24because I don't know if they're open to receiving this information. I'm being bombarded
- 51:28with all this information. As soon as they flip over, I'm like,
- 51:30ah, telling them everything, and then they're super quiet. And it can
- 51:35be super quiet, but I had to deliver the message. Otherwise I come
- 51:37home with a headache, or I come home with my hips hurting me or
- 51:40something it because I didn't address it. But once we've received the message,
- 51:45it's gone. Once we've given the message, it's gone. We don't need
- 51:49to carry it anymore. There's nothing there for us anymore. Now we can
- 51:52move on them or ready for the next thing. And it's similar with the
- 51:54moving of this shelf. I'm not kidding you. Every single week when I
- 51:58turn my camera on, I see that show, and you know, it's
- 52:00just in the back of your head, and it's like, I got to
- 52:02move that shelf. I need to move that shelf. I'd be better if
- 52:06I move that shelf. And it was just a constant for weeks and weeks
- 52:08and weeks, and the shelf is moved. Now Now what I'm now,
- 52:15what am I going to think about? It's true, but it's so true,
- 52:21so many more amazing things. That's what you're going to think about,
- 52:24right, that's right. I'm not distracted, like when I look in the
- 52:28mirror or in the camera, I'm not distracted that that shelf is still sitting
- 52:32there. So it's just energy. Is is amazing. And you know,
- 52:42you hit upon a little bit earlier about the physical body. And when you
- 52:46were talking about that, I was counting the number of people in my immediate
- 52:52experience right now. There are like four people at work, my husband,
- 53:01I'm somebody who's visiting right now. And then over the past couple of days
- 53:09being around just groups of people all talking about physical issues. And a friend
- 53:17who I talked to you yesterday on the phone, just checking in on her
- 53:21because she's going through some medical stuff right now, and just and some of
- 53:27them, well, the people at work already know. My husband knows,
- 53:31the friend I talked to on the phone knows. They all know what I
- 53:36do. And I got that. I got that Secret Language of your bodybook.
- 53:40It's on Kindle on my phone because I refer to it so much,
- 53:44and so when I'm out and about, I have it right there right I
- 53:47can look things up and the interesting thing to me and I know we could
- 53:53go into a huge old conversation about it. We've already done these conversations several
- 53:59times. And it's not that I want to go down this rabbit hole,
- 54:00but several of them, I'm like, well, if we address these emotional
- 54:10issues, I bet this would probably clear up. Well, let me see
- 54:15what the doctor says first, let me see what the tests say first.
- 54:17And I'm just like, they just want to suffer. And that's okay.
- 54:24I've been there. I get it and I understand. But it is like
- 54:29all around me right now, all around me right now, and I just
- 54:32almost every person I've talked to, it's their medical stuff comes up. So
- 54:38I know that's spirit or universe sharing information with me. I'm kind of in
- 54:45this. I'm in this space of you know when you talk about signs and
- 54:52information, and Stev asked the questions, It's like, what I'm not what
- 54:58direction am I going right now? I'm not kind of in this space.
- 55:00I'm not quite sure yet. Again, So here's the Buddhia. Think about
- 55:05it. You're just being the Buddhi. Be the Buddha, because the Buddha
- 55:07is going to say, okay, you're right, because from their perspective,
- 55:12they're right. And it's when we're looking at them, it's not that there's
- 55:15a problem, it's just what they're talking about. It just shows you where
- 55:19they're at, that's all. And you know when someone comes and says,
- 55:22oh, well, I can't do that until I see the doctor, and
- 55:23I think I totally understand where you're coming from, Like, okay, you're
- 55:27right, okay, but also no, when you're ready to explore any other
- 55:34of these opportunities, the solution, opportunities that we might be able to,
- 55:38you know, have together, I'm here for you. You're just being the
- 55:42Buddha. Isn't it interesting? Okay, further you're at we just came to
- 55:46me. Isn't it interesting too? They want to know what's wrong with them
- 55:51when there's nothing wrong with them. That's the problem, I know. But
- 55:53the idea is I need to see what these tests say so that I know
- 55:57what's wrong with me. There's nothing wrong. I just like, it's just
- 56:05like the disgruntled conversations, the drama and stuff. There's nothing wrong with anybody.
- 56:09It's just that's just how they know how to show up. That's how
- 56:13they know how to contribute to the conversation. That's how they need to show
- 56:16up to feel to be able to use their voice to feel loved and accepted,
- 56:20or stand their ground or create their boundaries. And it's like they're not
- 56:25wrong, it's just I don't agree with it, right, It's like,
- 56:32what's my position. Well, from my position, I just don't agree with
- 56:37what they're doing and how they're doing it. But that's my perspective. If
- 56:40they feel like they're in the right, then they're in the right, and
- 56:44that's their perspective. So we want to jump on the bandwagon of pointing out
- 56:50what's wrong with everybody, including ourselves, when really there's nothing wrong. And
- 56:53that's what I mean, That's what Abraham Hicks talks about all the times,
- 56:58just like you're your world is perfect and they say it all the time.
- 57:05Yeah, but we don't see it that way because of our own things,
- 57:09our emotional state, our mental state, our programming, habits, beliefs and
- 57:15all the things. But when you go into that space of being neutral and
- 57:21you're listening and you're observing, and you're taking your own story out of it
- 57:25the equation, that's a big practice to take your own story and all your
- 57:32beliefs and program all the things. You take all of that out of the
- 57:35equation and you just sit there and you observe something. Then you are open
- 57:40to this whole different world of the dynamics, of the solutions, of the
- 57:45interactions, and it's just like, it's really amazing to be an observer.
- 57:51It really is. I've been an observer of my entire life because of my
- 57:53introverted background, and even more so now it's really fascinating just to observe.
- 58:02So maybe all those people are just showing up for you to become more neutral.
- 58:07No, I mean, I'm not saying they're feeling like you have to
- 58:08fix it, But you're just neutral because there's okay. It's like you just
- 58:13walk around in the world in your head and it's like, okay, that's
- 58:16on to the next thing. Not a problem, right, not a problem,
- 58:20but just becoming. Once you're in that space of neutral, there's nothing
- 58:22more to learn from it. So if we're not from my perspective, if
- 58:27we're not neutral to something, there's still something for us to gain from that.
- 58:30There's still knowledge that maybe, like you were saying, that's very in
- 58:34us from younger, that we can look at that's the only reason that's triggering
- 58:37us or sparking our imagination, getting our attention. There's so many different ways
- 58:45we could probably look at that. And if I'm drawn or anybody is drawn
- 58:51into the drama of it and focused on what's wrong right, quote unquote what's
- 58:54wrong, then there's no room to be open for anything else. There's no
- 59:00real those solutions come. There's no room for openness, awareness, growth,
- 59:07expansion. There's no room for that. And you don't resonate with that.
- 59:12I don't resonate with that, not anymore. We used to. I used
- 59:15to be in that space all the time. But it's not. It doesn't
- 59:17it doesn't make sense from where we're at. It doesn't make sense to do
- 59:22that, but we did at the same time. What just came to me
- 59:25too, is when when somebody is telling me you know this dramatic story and
- 59:30how upset they are and everything. I get the opportunity to send love to
- 59:35everybody and then hoold the vision of that it's it's going to work out and
- 59:40that and pray for everyone to learn whatever it is they need to learn.
- 59:45I mean, I have a part in it if I choose to participate in
- 59:50that way. So and prayers everything to me. I mean, what do
- 59:53we have control over? We have prayer without having to do anything, and
- 59:57with that person or anything. We have prayer. Yeah, so awesome.
- 1:00:02And I'm not sitting here talking like I'm holier than now and I got it
- 1:00:07all together because I still If this is the first video anybody's watched of ours,
- 1:00:13please know that, go back and listen to the other videos because you'll
- 1:00:16know. Like we're in the practicing piece too all the time every day.
- 1:00:22So it's a practice to have that self awareness each day at work with all
- 1:00:28these people. It's a practice to not get caught up in the drama and
- 1:00:32be sucked into it. And it's a practice to be able to use my
- 1:00:37voice and plant seeds and say things that I typically wouldn't have said years ago,
- 1:00:43like I'm still practicing all of these things. But it's also recognizing how
- 1:00:49far I've come, how far Bev has come, how far having that self
- 1:00:52awareness where I was and where I am. So that's that's what I want
- 1:00:58the audience to hear. This is not just oh, I'm the greatest thing
- 1:01:04because I can stay here and be calm now. No, there's there's lots
- 1:01:07of practice on a daily basis, and I appreciate it more so now than
- 1:01:13ever because it gives me the opportunity to see where I'm at compared to where
- 1:01:15I was, And that's the only thing I can compare myself too. Is
- 1:01:20is me. That's my gauge, and people who are doing better than I
- 1:01:25am, they're my inspiration, right, I'm inspired by them and they're laying
- 1:01:32a path, they're shining a light, they're being a lighthouse. And you
- 1:01:37know, if that's the If that feels good to me, then I observe
- 1:01:40them more and and practice more of what they do. If it doesn't feel
- 1:01:45good to me, then it's not my not my gig. So I love
- 1:01:50it. That's good. So many final words. Sys this has been a
- 1:01:59blast. Yeah, I love everything that we've talked about. It's like everything
- 1:02:04that we've talked about. It's been conversation in my conversations or in conversations around
- 1:02:08me in the last probably week. So it's this confirmation. Thank you,
- 1:02:14Yeah, thank you. It's eleven eleven on my clock. That's been happening
- 1:02:17a lot, Like I don't know. I mean, you can watch my
- 1:02:21eyes. You can tell I'm not looking at the clock the entire time.
- 1:02:23I just glance over. I'm like, oh, it's eleven eleven. That's
- 1:02:27awesome. So anyway, thanks for hanging out with us, tea time with
- 1:02:30Amy and BEB again. Like I said, go watch the other videos,
- 1:02:34go see us. Geez, how long we've been doing us? Three years?
- 1:02:39Four years? I think you said three and a half. I think
- 1:02:42we're getting closer to four, but I'm not sure when that. Oh it's
- 1:02:44probably like in October November, so probably like three and a half. Okay,
- 1:02:49So anyway, go watch the other videos and you'll see, you know,
- 1:02:52our own growth in our conversations and how we've evolved and have implemented and
- 1:03:00we come together each week as much as possible to have our own therapy session,
- 1:03:06and we know it's going to be beneficial for other people. So that's
- 1:03:08why we record them. And so if you get anything valuable out of these
- 1:03:15this video or any other video you watch, doesn't matter if it's ours or
- 1:03:17somebody else, is anything valuable, please share it. It helps the content
- 1:03:22creators, but it's also helping the people that you care about and love for
- 1:03:25them to implement something that's going to help them to be and do better.
- 1:03:29So do that part play a part in helping others. So right, if
- 1:03:37that's that, then thank you so much for being here. We appreciate your
- 1:03:40time and energy, and we'll see you next time. Goodbye,
