- 1:50Speaker 2: and be a part of it. And right now it's
- 1:52Speaker 2: fifty percent off. So you got to do is head
- 1:53Speaker 2: over to Eyluniversity dot com. You're gonna get fifty percent off.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Twenty twenty one, We're gonna do something different. I'm gonna
- 1:59Speaker 4: let you guys decide if you want to execute it
- 2:01Speaker 4: or not. I'm not going to force you. But this
- 2:03Speaker 4: is for those who want the greatest return and possibly
- 2:06Speaker 4: the greatest year possible.
- 2:08Speaker 3: To follow up from last year, these are the three
- 2:10Speaker 3: secrets to winning with your money in twenty twenty one.
- 2:13Speaker 3: So let's rock and rolls. We can bring our amazing
- 2:15Speaker 3: guest point. So Number one, what I want you to do.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Please write these down every spare dollar that.
- 2:23Speaker 4: You get in twenty twenty one, I want you to
- 2:26Speaker 4: put half into the market and half the too. Eliminate
- 2:29Speaker 4: in debt if you want to be debt free, type
- 2:32Speaker 4: debt free in chat. I think all last year we
- 2:35Speaker 4: proved what kind of games are possible set Tesla seven
- 2:38Speaker 4: hundred percent, Apple eighty nine percent. We'll talk about a
- 2:42Speaker 4: few others that ran up two thousand percent. The misnomber
- 2:45Speaker 4: that you can only get seven to twelve percent.
- 2:47Speaker 3: That's we prove that to be wrong.
- 2:50Speaker 4: But this year I want to go more comprehensive and
- 2:53Speaker 4: talk about lifestyle structure and having great games in the
- 2:58Speaker 4: market means nothing if you have a ton of debt
- 3:01Speaker 4: and a bunch of bills every time you walk to
- 3:03Speaker 4: your mailbox. Number two, this is important for my fellas.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Got to avoid lifestyle creep. I say this because interest
- 3:11Speaker 4: rates were more than likely rise in twenty twenty three.
- 3:15Speaker 4: This year will not be as sexy as twenty twenty,
- 3:20Speaker 4: so it'd be a little bit more difficult.
- 3:22Speaker 3: So we're going to get a.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Chance to see the cream rise to the top and
- 3:26Speaker 4: those who can actually invest in trade it will be
- 3:28Speaker 4: on display this year, so you don't need to go
- 3:31Speaker 4: get a fourteen bedroom house this year.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Let's wait. Everyone can't do like him five hundred.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Listen, you may not be able to get Ride to
- 3:39Speaker 4: Night Maxwell, sure you know you may not be able
- 3:42Speaker 4: to get.
- 3:43Speaker 3: John Legends say baby, I love you.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Let's put on this playlist and let's not have any stress.
- 3:48Speaker 4: And then number three. Everyone always asks me how long
- 3:51Speaker 4: does it take for me? It took me about eighteen
- 3:54Speaker 4: months once I concentrated heavily on it. I use the
- 3:57Speaker 4: Dave Ramsey death snowball, but modified so every other revenue
- 4:01Speaker 4: stream I put fifty to seventy five percent into pan
- 4:03Speaker 4: off my debt. If you only have one source of income,
- 4:06Speaker 4: it can take you anywhere from two to three years.
- 4:09Speaker 4: If you have more than one, it can take.
- 4:10Speaker 3: You twelve months.
- 4:11Speaker 4: If you really bust your ass and put all your
- 4:14Speaker 4: extra money into it. I know when COVID clears, everybody
- 4:17Speaker 4: wants to go to Plaia.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Everyone wants to go to Tuloom. Great, hold off until
- 4:22Speaker 3: you get debt free.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Though this quote from John Templeton is probably one of
- 4:29Speaker 4: the most important. Happiness comes from spiritual wealth and not
- 4:33Speaker 4: material And when I was broke, I used to think
- 4:36Speaker 4: to myself, like, give me the money and then I'll
- 4:38Speaker 4: find a way to be happy.
- 4:40Speaker 3: But we tried to put this on display week after week.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Last year.
- 4:45Speaker 4: I was happy as given to others last year. Very
- 4:49Speaker 4: really did I even talk about any of my personal accomplishments.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Last year, I was happier to give to those who
- 4:55Speaker 4: needed or wanted it. So I'm begging you write this down.
- 4:59Speaker 4: I need you to find a way to give to
- 5:00Speaker 4: ten people every week for fifty two weeks this year,
- 5:04Speaker 4: and watch how the blessings multiply in your life. This
- 5:06Speaker 4: is not some theoretical well or some church thing. This
- 5:10Speaker 4: is something I've actually done. This had a tremendous impact
- 5:12Speaker 4: on my life. And last year something you beat up
- 5:16Speaker 4: on me was like, man, all you cover is stocks
- 5:19Speaker 4: and long term investing. But this is what I call
- 5:21Speaker 4: the freedom set of light. So this is the beginner's version.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Once we go into week sixteen, I'm going to give
- 5:26Speaker 4: you the full blueprint. But this is your freedom set
- 5:29Speaker 4: of light. These are the things that you need in
- 5:31Speaker 4: place to actually have financial freedom. So Number one, you
- 5:36Speaker 4: need a business you pick now in your industry. You
- 5:39Speaker 4: need to see what the probability of hitting a million
- 5:43Speaker 4: or multimillion dollars isn't your business. We don't want to
- 5:46Speaker 4: walk by hope. We want to walk into the data
- 5:49Speaker 4: and know what's possible. Number two, stocks, We talked about
- 5:52Speaker 4: that forever. We know why real estate. So I said
- 5:56Speaker 4: this before, it's not a gang war. It's both. It's
- 5:59Speaker 4: not stocks or real estate, is both. We talked about
- 6:02Speaker 4: it two weeks ago. Life insurance. For what you invest in,
- 6:06Speaker 4: the bang for your buck that you get life insurance
- 6:10Speaker 4: is a great addition to your satellite and portfolio. This
- 6:16Speaker 4: is a big one I want to touch on. I
- 6:17Speaker 4: talked to about it in the Sniper Room earlier. But
- 6:20Speaker 4: having a job. Don't let people on Instagram and social
- 6:24Speaker 4: media tell you that working is bad. The average entrepreneur
- 6:28Speaker 4: makes less than thirty thousand a year, and we all
- 6:31Speaker 4: have a friend that has excuse me how the business
- 6:34Speaker 4: for eight years and he hasn't went anywhere. But he's like, man,
- 6:36Speaker 4: I can't believe you work for somebody else, and meanwhile
- 6:40Speaker 4: they're not able to provide for them. So there have
- 6:42Speaker 4: been more millionaires made from stock options inside of companies
- 6:46Speaker 4: than they have been actual entrepreneurs that have went on
- 6:48Speaker 4: to make a million. So don't let people trick could.
- 6:51Speaker 4: My mom used to tell me some beats none right.
- 6:54Speaker 4: So if you have money coming in, it's what you
- 6:57Speaker 4: do with it that would help catapult you. And once
- 7:00Speaker 4: you actually get into this business, we'll talk about this
- 7:03Speaker 4: week eight. You need twenty four streams of revenue in
- 7:05Speaker 4: your business.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Now.
- 7:07Speaker 4: When we talked about it two or three weeks ago,
- 7:10Speaker 4: people were shocked because you often heard seven was the number.
- 7:14Speaker 4: I've been to enough conferences wherever I brought up that number,
- 7:17Speaker 4: of people laughed. But I want to walk you through
- 7:19Speaker 4: an illustration of what corporations do. Don't follow what I say.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Follow with the top ten companies throughout the world. Due
- 7:27Speaker 4: So these are the fundamentals that matter. Add this to
- 7:30Speaker 4: that fundamental list. When you are evaluating a company, this
- 7:34Speaker 4: is key. How many customers are in their ecosystem. So
- 7:40Speaker 4: Apple has one point five billion active devices. According to
- 7:44Speaker 4: last year, T Mobile actively has ninety eight million customers
- 7:47Speaker 4: paying every month. Microsoft has seventy five, Netflix seventy three.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Disney Plus had eighty six point eight. They're projected to
- 7:55Speaker 4: go to two hundred and sixty million by the end
- 7:58Speaker 4: of this year. The only weakness we do Disney Plus.
- 8:00Speaker 4: They don't have any amazing content. They're living off old content.
- 8:04Speaker 4: But if they can find a way to create more
- 8:07Speaker 4: content without going into debt like Netflix, they can have
- 8:10Speaker 4: a powerful last business. So a key point I want
- 8:13Speaker 4: you to write this down. Companies with a subscriber base
- 8:16Speaker 4: of seventy million to one hundred million is eight.
- 8:20Speaker 2: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.
- 8:22Speaker 2: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
- 8:25Speaker 2: and sure they definitely can be, but understanding of professionals
- 8:29Speaker 2: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 8:33Speaker 2: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 8:37Speaker 2: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
- 8:40Speaker 2: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
- 8:43Speaker 2: what helps you live or more happily fulfilled life. P
- 8:47Speaker 2: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly

- 11:09Speaker 4: Sweet Spot to invest in your homework for the night,
- 11:12Speaker 4: make a list of ten of those companies and select
- 11:14Speaker 4: the three that you want to invest in really quick,
- 11:18Speaker 4: go ahead.
- 11:18Speaker 3: And like you don't like the mandalorian is.
- 11:21Speaker 4: The last episode was amazing, But it's one of those
- 11:24Speaker 4: things where it's like, it's very niche, it's very It's
- 11:30Speaker 4: kind of like kid Cutty, like kid Cutty spawned a
- 11:33Speaker 4: wave's but not everyone is like, yo, you hurt the
- 11:37Speaker 4: new cutting. But if Kanye does it, Kanye would be
- 11:40Speaker 4: Apple or T Mobile or Netflix in comparison.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Your analogies are incredible. Man, that's a good one. I try.
- 11:46Speaker 3: I try. Spot.
- 11:49Speaker 4: It's a point that needs to be stressed home for
- 11:52Speaker 4: the fellas. You can either buy and hold for freedom,
- 11:56Speaker 4: or you can choose to be selfish. Fellas, I'm gonna
- 11:59Speaker 4: talk to us more aggressively this year, and I'm gonna
- 12:00Speaker 4: tell you some of the things that I wish that
- 12:02Speaker 4: I was told earlier. The number one reason that people
- 12:05Speaker 4: don't hold for ten to thirty years because you don't
- 12:07Speaker 4: give a damn about who is in your life and
- 12:09Speaker 4: who is in your family, and you're not looking to
- 12:11Speaker 4: secure their future. At some point, fellas, we've got to
- 12:15Speaker 4: have some private talks about hedging in relationships. But the
- 12:22Speaker 4: thing that I see is amongst the men that love
- 12:25Speaker 4: their kids and love their family, they all have put
- 12:27Speaker 4: something away. For the men that have had the misfortune
- 12:32Speaker 4: of dealing with the wrong type of person or having
- 12:35Speaker 4: a child and being divorced with the wrong type of person,
- 12:37Speaker 4: they are a lot more hesitant. Through the good graces
- 12:41Speaker 4: of God and through this partnership out last year, I
- 12:43Speaker 4: was able to talk to like fourteen thousand people about investing,
- 12:47Speaker 4: And whenever I've talked to men, the ones who really
- 12:49Speaker 4: loved their kids, it was not even a question if
- 12:51Speaker 4: they have money put away. So we won't do this
- 12:56Speaker 4: in a public form, but in the private form we
- 12:58Speaker 4: have to talk about some strategies to mitigate even if
- 13:00Speaker 4: you are in a tumultuous situation in your household, if
- 13:05Speaker 4: you got in before the crash last year, it only
- 13:08Speaker 4: took you three months to recover, thank God to quantitative
- 13:11Speaker 4: easing and all the Robinhood traders and all of us
- 13:13Speaker 4: that were new in the market that helped prop some
- 13:16Speaker 4: of these things up. And if you bought at the
- 13:19Speaker 4: absolute high before the world shut down, it only took
- 13:23Speaker 4: you six months to recover. Six months, and we talked
- 13:27Speaker 4: about it before post World War two, in a recession,
- 13:30Speaker 4: on average it takes seventeen months to recover, which is
- 13:32Speaker 4: not a long time. When you're in the middle of
- 13:34Speaker 4: that store, man, it f its like hell on Earth.
- 13:36Speaker 4: But I want to reemphasize these points. So if we
- 13:40Speaker 4: enter another because today the market's slid down and everyone
- 13:43Speaker 4: was panicking, I'm like, Nazdak hit an all time high
- 13:46Speaker 4: before the.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Open, What did you think it was gonna do? Once again?
- 13:49Speaker 4: If I score fifty two in the garden the next game,
- 13:52Speaker 4: I'm probably I'm going to go back to my baseline average.
- 13:55Speaker 4: And the people who kept waiting and kept saying, well
- 13:59Speaker 4: in another month, I'll invest they missed.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Out on one of the greatest roullies in history.
- 14:03Speaker 4: So I need you to know, once the market drops
- 14:05Speaker 4: thirty to fifty percent, it usually goes up one hundred
- 14:08Speaker 4: to one hundred and thirteen percent and four years off index,
- 14:12Speaker 4: and a loan technology usually is five hundred percent to
- 14:16Speaker 4: one thousand percent return.
- 14:20Speaker 3: These are the three sleepers that I wish I.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Had called in twenty twenty. This first one you need
- 14:24Speaker 4: to write down. Domino's Pizza. We've talked about it. I
- 14:27Speaker 4: wish I would have called it in March so I
- 14:29Speaker 4: could have patted myself on the back, but I think
- 14:31Speaker 4: I did already with tussling over the last ten or
- 14:34Speaker 4: eleven years, Dominos is up fifty seven hundred percent fifty
- 14:40Speaker 4: seven hundred percent number two overstock. Oversock is going to
- 14:43Speaker 4: slide back down this year, but it was a nice
- 14:46Speaker 4: return of five hundred and seventy percent seventy six percent,
- 14:49Speaker 4: and Novavaks is a sleeper.
- 14:50Speaker 3: I don't think Novavax is good now.
- 14:52Speaker 4: And maybe we'll do chart time next week for sure,
- 14:55Speaker 4: but ten thousand in last year in n Novovaks.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Would have grossed you two hundred and eighty. I can't lie.
- 15:01Speaker 3: I have some fun over that. I really do.
- 15:04Speaker 4: This is my personal blueprint for twenty twenty one. My
- 15:08Speaker 4: entire theme of this year is going to be no talking,
- 15:10Speaker 4: all executing. So I'm gonna be straight to the point
- 15:12Speaker 4: on every episode, and I want you to execute if
- 15:15Speaker 4: you choose to. For me, I'm personally gonna go through
- 15:17Speaker 4: two hundred pages a day, go through my research stack.
- 15:20Speaker 4: I'm going to go through the weekly review of the
- 15:22Speaker 4: top one hundred companies on my list. So write this
- 15:24Speaker 4: down because if you want a competitive edge, this is
- 15:27Speaker 4: what I'm doing to get it. I'm going to research
- 15:29Speaker 4: every single stock in all markets, are international markets and
- 15:33Speaker 4: domestic in ninety days. I'm going to mark off the
- 15:37Speaker 4: by zones for every company, mark off which ones are
- 15:41Speaker 4: winners and losers, and block out all the noise.
- 15:45Speaker 3: This point right here is the most important.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Block out all noise. I'm gonna be real. Most financial
- 15:50Speaker 4: outlets have turned into world Star or shape Room. Kudos
- 15:54Speaker 4: to the good people of at shape Room. Love y'all right,
- 15:58Speaker 4: but not a lot of information is given to help
- 16:01Speaker 4: you catapult to the next level. A lot of it
- 16:05Speaker 4: is to keep your attention and eyeballs glued to their
- 16:08Speaker 4: page for at revenue. And then my final assignment is
- 16:12Speaker 4: to discover what the top three investments are for the year,
- 16:15Speaker 4: So screenshot that because this is my personal blueprint. So
- 16:18Speaker 4: if I'm a little bit quieter this year, I'm getting
- 16:21Speaker 4: back in the trenches in the laboratory so I can
- 16:24Speaker 4: put some enhancements on this crystal ball. This is one
- 16:27Speaker 4: of the most popular posts and cause some controversy, but
- 16:32Speaker 4: I originally posted this in twenty eighteen in December and
- 16:37Speaker 4: posted it again and caught fire. But I'm not putting
- 16:42Speaker 4: this to cause you to be stressed or depressed. I'm
- 16:46Speaker 4: doing it to give you context. So when you first
- 16:49Speaker 4: get your first hundred grand, whether it's liquid, partially liquid,
- 16:54Speaker 4: or all tied up once you have kids in a family,
- 16:58Speaker 4: that's not real money, right, So let's take me out
- 17:02Speaker 4: of it and let's look at the DAYA kudos to Joshua.
- 17:07Speaker 4: In order to be considered rich, according to twenty nineteen seven,
- 17:10Speaker 4: you need at least two point three to be wealthy.
- 17:13Speaker 4: That's to have a cushion. So whether it's liquid, real estate,
- 17:17Speaker 4: a combination of both, that's how much. This is the
- 17:20Speaker 4: metric for where we are right. So the first goal
- 17:24Speaker 4: you want to get to is ten grand. After that
- 17:26Speaker 4: you want to get to fifty. The third milestone is
