- 0:35Speaker 3: you were talking about the one they just released for
- 0:36Speaker 3: you in Star Wars. I did see the Wicked teasers.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Wait, there's a behind the scenes thing they just released
- 0:43Speaker 2: the Star Wars.
- 0:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I sent it to you. I DM it to you.
- 0:47Speaker 1: It was just a little moment talking about freck and
- 0:50Speaker 1: how i'd moved the jaw on the character.
- 0:52Speaker 4: No puppeting and stuff.
- 0:54Speaker 2: You know, it's really happening for you, Zach. I'm so
- 0:56Speaker 2: happy for you, bro, it's really happening so well.
- 0:58Speaker 1: I don't think anything's happening because I don't know if
- 1:00Speaker 1: they're making any more obi Wan and I don't know
- 1:02Speaker 1: if Frek's coming back, So nothing happened. You'll be happy
- 1:04Speaker 1: to know.

- 1:10Speaker 1: They released this little feature.
- 1:11Speaker 2: They invite you to celebration this year, and you were like,
- 1:14Speaker 2: I can't go because Star.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Wars is the Only thing that happened that you'd like
- 1:17Speaker 1: is that I signed TOPS cards.
- 1:20Speaker 2: You know I did that too. I did that too.
- 1:22Speaker 2: That's pretty cool.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I signed. Do you have your TOPS cards? No,
- 1:25Speaker 1: I don't even know if I have one. I just
- 1:26Speaker 1: signed a bunch.
- 1:28Speaker 2: They didn't make you sign like a one of a kind.
- 1:30Speaker 1: No, I signed to I signed like. I don't know
- 1:33Speaker 1: how many I signed, but I signed a lot of them.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Yeah, So I'm surprised they didn't ask you to go
- 1:38Speaker 2: to celebration and stuff.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Well, Frek isn't like a huge character. He didn't fulfill
- 1:44Speaker 1: the prophecy that I had planned for Frek. I don't
- 1:48Speaker 1: think Obi Wan's coming back, right.
- 1:50Speaker 4: Joelle, we have not heard anything about.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I don't think so. So I don't know. I don't
- 1:55Speaker 1: even know if they did come back, if Frek would
- 1:57Speaker 1: be invited back. I thought there should be a Frek show.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Mhmm, you know what, I'm to be a Frek show,
- 2:05Speaker 2: you know what.
- 2:05Speaker 1: I'm loving that such a Joe Well slash Daniel slash
- 2:09Speaker 1: Donald show, even though Donald's all other things for all
- 2:12Speaker 1: of us, Fallout loved Falling all of us show.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Wait, Donald do a zero reaction? Have you not seen
- 2:19Speaker 4: fall Out?
- 2:20Speaker 1: No, he doesn't watch things, but he would love I
- 2:21Speaker 1: never played the video game either.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Believe you don't need to play it. It's not necessary.
- 2:26Speaker 2: It's just I watched it. I just want them to
- 2:29Speaker 2: make GTA or Red Dead Redemption. I want those movies.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Said Red Dead was never going to be a movie.
- 2:36Speaker 3: They were like, you would love this shows the video game, and.
- 2:39Speaker 1: You would love the show. It's like sci fi, it's funny.
- 2:42Speaker 1: It's a based on video game, but it's really well done.
- 2:46Speaker 1: You would love it. I wish I could force you,
- 2:48Speaker 1: like in Clockwork Orange, to watch something with your eyes.
- 2:52Speaker 2: You know what. Somebody said that to me about Avatar.
- 2:55Speaker 2: It's like the cartoon, you're gonna love it. And I
- 2:58Speaker 2: watched that.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Ship and that's not We are all people of really
- 3:04Speaker 3: good I don't know who told you that. I don't
- 3:05Speaker 3: want to hurt anyone's feelings, but people in here have
- 3:08Speaker 3: great days.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Fallout is so great and oh my god, what's his name?
- 3:13Speaker 1: Walter yes, such a good actor.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Gosh one, but that looks like Red Skull.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yes, and she's wonderful too. Her name's Ella Pernell.
- 3:24Speaker 5: Right, Yes, he's very robot.
- 3:28Speaker 2: She's the wonder with the robot.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Got a little bit, not the whole time the robots
- 3:34Speaker 4: in the video games.
- 3:35Speaker 2: She rolls with the robot though.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Right, it's so good. I can't it's one.
- 3:40Speaker 4: It's a continuation within the universe in the game.
- 3:43Speaker 1: I don't understand. You can play as any of those
- 3:45Speaker 1: lead characters.
- 3:47Speaker 5: Those characters are based in the Fallout universe, but they're
- 3:49Speaker 5: not any of the characters you play in any of
- 3:51Speaker 5: the games.
- 3:52Speaker 4: You can play within the factions they represent.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Oh, I got to play this game.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Is it open It's Fallout open world?
- 3:58Speaker 5: Yes, follow this an open world game.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Really, I gotta tell you, this is the first time
- 4:02Speaker 1: I've ever seen something that's based on a video game
- 4:04Speaker 1: that makes me want to play the video game the
- 4:06Speaker 1: video game, right is happening?
- 4:08Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, that's very exciting, Zach.
- 4:10Speaker 5: That's the show is I would recommend Fallout for It's
- 4:13Speaker 5: the newest one.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Looks great. Do you ever twitch stream it? Can I
- 4:16Speaker 1: watch you twitch it?
- 4:17Speaker 5: I don't twist stream anymore.
- 4:19Speaker 1: But why why did you stop?
- 4:20Speaker 5: I'm off that ship. I don't want to do it anymore.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Yeah, he ran into somebody. He ran into somebody online
- 4:26Speaker 2: and it was like, yo, man, I'm gonna take down
- 4:29Speaker 2: your and he couldn't. I don't know what happened.
- 4:33Speaker 5: Just you know, I'm moving on into doing other things
- 4:36Speaker 5: with my time. I want to play three times a week,
- 4:38Speaker 5: so I'm doing that. But I did play Fallout on
- 4:40Speaker 5: stream and it's a great game. Fallout four is a really,
- 4:42Speaker 5: really fun game. I highly recommend it. All Right, great writing.
- 4:45Speaker 5: What platform it's on? It's on Xbox, right, it's on
- 4:48Speaker 5: whatever you want, whatever you want to do place you
- 4:51Speaker 5: see a PlayStation?
- 4:52Speaker 1: Xbox didn't they promote this? Is it like Xbox's TV show?
- 4:59Speaker 1: So it's an they Microsoft bought the studio, see I know, Yeah,
- 5:05Speaker 1: they bought Bethesta. So now all the Pathesta games are
- 5:08Speaker 1: Microsoft exclude well, you know, primarily Microsoft exclusive. Anyway, there's
- 5:12Speaker 1: my recommendation of the week, everybody. Fall Out very good actors,
- 5:15Speaker 1: very well made, very beautifully beautifully executed. For something that's
- 5:19Speaker 1: a really hard ask to execute, they've done a really
- 5:23Speaker 1: beautiful job. The other thing I started to mention that
- 5:26Speaker 1: I really liked was they did. They didn't release a
- 5:29Speaker 1: Wicked trailer. They released a little sort of I don't
- 5:33Speaker 1: know what you call it, a little featurette.
- 5:34Speaker 2: About the behind the scenes.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Right. Did you watch it? I sent it to you Donald's.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I opened it up and then immediately turned it off.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Why he can't get his attention this week? Everybody? I
- 5:45Speaker 1: tried two times.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Listen, I'm going to tell you something right now.
- 5:49Speaker 1: It's two minutes long, and I just don't understand.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I love Cynthia Rebo, me too. I think she is
- 5:58Speaker 2: a freaking dynamic force power that is uncontrollable. Yes, and
- 6:07Speaker 2: you cannot contain it. So the best way is to
- 6:09Speaker 2: just let it be, let.
- 6:10Speaker 1: It shine, right, Yes, go on, what's the butt going
- 6:13Speaker 1: to be?
- 6:14Speaker 2: I love the show Wicked because.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I knew you create some change for good.
- 6:23Speaker 2: And that's not even my favorite song.
- 6:25Speaker 1: That's gonna great song every time.
- 6:27Speaker 2: When those two sing that ship at the end, Are
- 6:29Speaker 2: you fucking kidding me? Before they split? Are you kidding me?
- 6:33Speaker 1: Yes? Go on, what's your butt going to be? These
- 6:37Speaker 1: are all good things you don't like Ariana Grande.
- 6:39Speaker 2: I love Ariana grande last time. I need cut that dent?
- 6:52Speaker 1: All right? So why don't you want to watch? Why
- 6:54Speaker 1: aren't you excited about Wicked?
- 6:56Speaker 2: I don't want to see anything on it at all.
- 6:58Speaker 2: I just want to go and watch the ship. When
- 7:00Speaker 2: I first saw the show, I haven't even seen the trailer, Like,
- 7:05Speaker 2: there's a teaser. I haven't. I haven't even looked at
- 7:08Speaker 2: the teaser. I haven't. I immediately when I saw her
- 7:12Speaker 2: in Green, I was like, no, I don't want to
- 7:13Speaker 2: see the ship anymore. I don't want to see the
- 7:15Speaker 2: shit anymore.
- 7:16Speaker 1: They barely showed anything, but it looked really good. And
- 7:19Speaker 1: I got to tell you, I contain multitudes because I
- 7:23Speaker 1: went to the Rangers game last night, and I must.
- 7:27Speaker 1: I must be the only person who came home from
- 7:29Speaker 1: the Rangers game and quickly watched the Wicked behind the
- 7:31Speaker 1: scenes video. The Raiders game is fun. I've never been
- 7:37Speaker 1: to a Rangers game. It was amazing.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Did they put you on the JumboTron?
- 7:42Speaker 1: No, no one knew I was there. I was with
- 7:43Speaker 1: my friend. It wasn't I wasn't like in a celebrity
- 7:46Speaker 1: seat or anything. I saw them putting celebrities on the JumboTron.
- 7:49Speaker 1: But that wasn't like anyone knew that I was there.
- 7:53Speaker 1: They showed John Hamm, they showed Will Arnett. Okay, they
- 7:57Speaker 1: showed us some athletes. I didn't know who they were,
- 8:00Speaker 1: but the crowd sure did. Oh they showed up. They
- 8:03Speaker 1: showed gret Ski. Of course, anything of.
- 8:04Speaker 2: That was oh.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Yeah. They got killed, though. It was so fun to
- 8:10Speaker 1: watch though.
- 8:10Speaker 2: I got a playoffs. You went to the playoffs.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Man, I went to the playoffs, and it was so fun.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I've never been. It's so crazy about New York. Like
- 8:19Speaker 1: I can get to MSG on my bicycle in like
- 8:21Speaker 1: eleven minutes. Like my friend asked me to go to
- 8:24Speaker 1: a Rangers game. I'm like, yeah, sure, I'll meet you there,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and I'm like, get out of my bike. I'm there
- 8:26Speaker 1: in eleven minutes and then we're the Rangers game. It's
- 8:28Speaker 1: just such a fun part of New York. How much
- 8:30Speaker 1: is happening, like just all around you.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Be careful.
- 8:34Speaker 4: It's nice.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Why do have to be careful?
- 8:37Speaker 2: Just care my bicycle. That's true, but you're one on
- 8:41Speaker 2: a bicycle and cabs and stuff like the New York
- 8:45Speaker 2: City drivers are.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Very the Wild West. I got to tell you when
- 8:48Speaker 1: I used to live here back in the day that
- 8:51Speaker 1: there was at least like the idea that you could
- 8:53Speaker 1: get a ticket on a bike, and some people like
- 8:55Speaker 1: didn't always go anyway they wanted or break every rule,
- 8:59Speaker 1: every law. Obviously, the cops have no bandwidth for that anymore.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And it's just the fucking wild West with all the
- 9:05Speaker 1: delivery guys.
- 9:07Speaker 2: People get hit and die the electric.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Well, dude, because the electric bikes are fucking so the
- 9:12Speaker 1: delivery guys are all electric bikes, they're so fast and
- 9:17Speaker 1: uh and then then then you have the city bikes
- 9:20Speaker 1: and then no one gives a fuck about going the
- 9:23Speaker 1: way with traffic. Everyone just goes every which way. It's crazy.
- 9:27Speaker 1: It's crazy. I feel scared for like if.
- 9:29Speaker 2: You're New or that movie with Lawrence Fishburn and Kevin
- 9:32Speaker 2: Bacon where they were delivery guys what New York City?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Oh oh yeah they were.
- 9:40Speaker 2: They were like that, yeah, quick quick silver maybe something
- 9:47Speaker 2: like that, something like that.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Daniel will find it, Joell will find it. Kevin Bacon,
- 9:55Speaker 1: Kevin Bacon bike Silver nailed it. I don't ever saw
- 9:59Speaker 1: got it.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, that's what it sounds like, because it
- 10:03Speaker 2: seemed like the well, I was like, I'm never riding
- 10:05Speaker 2: a bike. I were street and park. I'll go to
- 10:08Speaker 2: the park and ride around Central Park in the little
- 10:11Speaker 2: path and shit like that. But fuck that. You get
- 10:13Speaker 2: caught in the street on a bike, there's nothing to
- 10:16Speaker 2: protect you. There is no there is no a wall,
- 10:22Speaker 2: a plex, whatever the fuck cars are made out of
- 10:25Speaker 2: that doesn't exist. When you're on a bike, you get it,
- 10:27Speaker 2: you go flying. Well, some cars aren't made out of metal.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Some are made out of fiberglass.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Fiberglass.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Well, anyway, I can tell you as a New York
- 10:37Speaker 1: City bike rider, it is dangerous as fucking hell, but
- 10:41Speaker 1: it is the best way to get around. It is
- 10:42Speaker 1: the quickest way to get around. But yeah, you went
- 10:45Speaker 1: to a you went to a Devil's game and you
- 10:46Speaker 1: had a fun time. I remember that, rummer.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Well, I didn't go to the it wasn't a playoff game.
- 10:51Speaker 2: The Devil's won that night too, congratulations, shout out NHL man. Like,
- 10:56Speaker 2: I don't watch it on television, but when you go
- 10:58Speaker 2: to the games, it's such a great experience.
- 11:01Speaker 1: It's such a but fans are so fun.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Hockey you know what it is, and you can see
- 11:05Speaker 2: the puck when you go watch it live on television.
- 11:08Speaker 2: You can't really see the puck, but when you watch
- 11:10Speaker 2: it live, yeah, the puck doesn't zip across the screen
- 11:13Speaker 2: as fast, so you see what's happening.
- 11:16Speaker 1: And the fans are so fun. Everyone is so into it.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Well, you went at a special time though, too. You're
- 11:22Speaker 2: going into playoffs, so everybody's crazy right now, Zach. The
- 11:27Speaker 2: Rangers are.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Deep in I know, and I'm telling you, like almost
- 11:31Speaker 1: it felt like ninety percent of the crowd had jerseys
- 11:33Speaker 1: on and all just the parents and the kids, and
- 11:37Speaker 1: everyone's just so into it. It's so fun. I mean,
- 11:40Speaker 1: when they scored, the place went fucking crazy. And you
- 11:43Speaker 1: know what's crazy, When the other team scored. If you're
- 11:46Speaker 1: not paying attention, you wouldn't even know because it just
- 11:48Speaker 1: goes silent. So you didn't even know. There wasn't even
- 11:51Speaker 1: like boo or like fuck or anything. It was just
- 11:53Speaker 1: like it was like a library. And I looked up
- 11:56Speaker 1: and I was like, what happened? Oh, they scored? It
- 12:00Speaker 1: was crazy.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it's yeah, that's such a fun experience.
- 12:03Speaker 1: This guy in front of me was yelling the craziest ship.
- 12:05Speaker 1: It was so funny just laughing at this crazy guy.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Were there any fights on the ice not enough.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I was hoping to see like some melee. I mean,
- 12:14Speaker 1: there was a lot of checking and and stuff, but
- 12:17Speaker 1: I thought, like every hockey game, people got into it. No,
- 12:23Speaker 1: not really.
- 12:24Speaker 3: That was my perception too. I thought, we're constantly fine
- 12:26Speaker 3: glos yeah.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Coming out, and these these rests broke anything up anytime
- 12:30Speaker 1: they started to tussle. Tussle, tussle, tussle, tussle, tussle.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Everything fight is for a reason, either it's strategic or
- 12:37Speaker 2: it's because somebody pissed you off.
- 12:39Speaker 1: What I don't understand is how come the refs sometimes
- 12:44Speaker 1: like just break it up right away, or then when
- 12:46Speaker 1: I see videos they let them fight. I don't get
- 12:48Speaker 1: that part.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Once you fall on the ground, it's over.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Oh, once he hit the ice, fight it's over. These guys.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Maybe it's because the playoffs there was no tussling allowed.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Really, they just jumped in the way.
- 12:59Speaker 1: No, there was hard checking like you would you would
- 13:01Speaker 1: think to yourself, how that fucking hurt? But there was
- 13:05Speaker 1: no one like taking off their gloves and fighting.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yeah, there have been so many fights in the NBA
- 13:10Speaker 3: finals you would think hockey would just let it cook.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Let it cook.
- 13:18Speaker 4: The fights come on.
- 13:19Speaker 1: It was fun, though. I want to go to them.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I want to go to more games. Now I'm into it.
- 13:23Speaker 4: Hell yeah, Masson Square Gardens sposed to be like Next
- 13:26Speaker 4: Level too.
- 13:26Speaker 1: MSG's so fun.
- 13:27Speaker 2: What you need to do? You need to go to
- 13:29Speaker 2: the Knicks.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I want to go to a next game. I was
- 13:31Speaker 1: looking on I was looking for tickets. They're so expensive.
- 13:34Speaker 1: But Bill's coming to town. I was holding my sugar.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Daddy would buy them.
- 13:36Speaker 4: Yes, time Series, let's go.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I did go to the secret club they had, like
- 13:43Speaker 1: I think it's the Tow You remember tow in uh
- 13:45Speaker 1: and in New York, Well there's Tow Vegas. It's called
- 13:48Speaker 1: the Tow Group. Anyway, my friend had had a hook
- 13:51Speaker 1: up to that, and it's called Club sixteen. You go
- 13:53Speaker 1: up to the tenth floor and there's like this beautiful
- 13:57Speaker 1: bar and and uh it was cool. It was It
- 14:00Speaker 1: was kind of like what I imagine that Disney World's
- 14:01Speaker 1: Secret Club is that you can only get into if
- 14:03Speaker 1: you're a member. It's really nice.
- 14:05Speaker 2: I've never been in that one either.
- 14:07Speaker 4: Know this, it's hard to get into.
- 14:10Speaker 2: You really got to be a members, got to you
- 14:12Speaker 2: got to have the money to do.
- 14:13Speaker 4: No, you got to be a member.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Where you have to they have a you can go
- 14:16Speaker 3: into the first part of it if you have a
- 14:18Speaker 3: friend who's a member, or if Disney really likes you
- 14:22Speaker 3: and they're like, hey, you've done a little bit first,
- 14:25Speaker 3: get get in here.
- 14:26Speaker 1: You get Donald so much. We never got We never
- 14:30Speaker 1: got invited, and the.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Message Marshall, I've done hit movies for Disney.
- 14:36Speaker 1: It's like insane to join that club. What's that club called.
- 14:40Speaker 4: Club thirty three?
- 14:41Speaker 1: I believe Isn't it like like a for something stupid,
- 14:45Speaker 1: like joining a golf club or something you gotta really like.
- 14:49Speaker 4: Yeah, let's see.
- 14:51Speaker 2: But once you're in, you're in.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Donald. When you come in to New York to hang
- 14:54Speaker 1: out with me, dude.
- 14:57Speaker 2: I got children and they're growing fast, and the only
- 15:00Speaker 2: way that happens is if we all go to New York.
- 15:03Speaker 1: I wish you were coming in visity. Bill's coming, Charlotte Lawrence,
- 15:06Speaker 1: I should say, I'm burying the lead is opening. Did
- 15:08Speaker 1: we talk about this, how she's opening for Madison Beer.
- 15:11Speaker 2: No, No, we haven't talked about that.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Charlotte Lawrence, Bill's daughter, Bill and Krista Miller's daughter is
- 15:16Speaker 1: on tour opening for Madison Beer. All across the country
- 15:20Speaker 1: and on Saturday night they're fucking sold out Radio City
- 15:26Speaker 1: Music Hall. So I'm going with Bill and Christa and
- 15:31Speaker 1: friends to see Charlotte open for Madison Beer at Radio
- 15:35Speaker 1: City Music Hall.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Love it, I love it. I remember I remember her
- 15:41Speaker 2: being I'd say this all the time, this is how
- 15:44Speaker 2: old we are, bro, she's a baby read through. She
- 15:49Speaker 2: was a baby, not even a baby, she was a
- 15:51Speaker 2: new born.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Yeah, Charlotte's the Yeah. If you ever want to gauge
- 15:56Speaker 1: how long ago we did scrubs, just look at Charlotte.
- 16:02Speaker 2: Wow.
- 16:02Speaker 1: And she's so talented. I'm watching all her videos on Instagram,
- 16:05Speaker 1: like she she's really gotten confident and she's just strutting
- 16:09Speaker 1: around the stage and playing guitar and on these huge crowds.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Because Madison Beer, I don't know much about her. I
- 16:15Speaker 1: know she was an influencer, but I guess she's also
- 16:17Speaker 1: clearly a very popular singer and she's playing these huge venues.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Isn't her boyfriend like an amazing guitar player.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Charlotte's yeah, he's beyond that. He's probably the most successful
- 16:31Speaker 1: producer in music currently.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Right now I'm talking about I'm talking about as a musician.
- 16:36Speaker 2: I'm not talking about his success as a musician.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Oh, Andrew Watt is also, yes, a very good guitar.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Andrews also a very vergae guitarist.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Yes, right, So I imagine Charlotte sitting down with him
- 16:50Speaker 2: and a guitar. Learning is learning from love too, that's
- 16:57Speaker 2: the other thing. Learning from love is another thing. Also,
- 17:01Speaker 2: somebody's teaching you how to freaking change this shit. She's
- 17:05Speaker 2: going to be amazing.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sure he doesn't produce her stuff, but I'm
- 17:09Speaker 1: sure I actually know that he gives her notes and says,
- 17:11Speaker 1: why don't you do it this way? Do it that way? Yeah,
- 17:14Speaker 1: but just you know, I remember her being like a
- 17:16Speaker 1: little shy and nervous at like a small club, like
- 17:18Speaker 1: when we went to Hotel Cafe. Hotel Cafe, and I remember,
- 17:22Speaker 1: you know, that's like one hundred people. She's like nervous
- 17:25Speaker 1: but good, but like shy. And now I see these
- 17:27Speaker 1: instagrams are her playing fucking Arenas killing it.
- 17:31Speaker 2: I love it.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So why don't you fly in for the weekend to
- 17:35Speaker 1: come with us?
- 17:35Speaker 2: I would love to, but I cannot do.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I'll buy you a plane ticket we.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Had Remember when we had the sex therapist on and
- 17:41Speaker 2: they were talking about carrying, helping with the load.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Yes, they called it chore What did they call it?
- 17:46Speaker 1: Chore play?
- 17:47Speaker 2: Shore play?
- 17:47Speaker 1: How's your tour play?
- 17:49Speaker 2: My chort play still sucks. But I do understand that
- 17:52Speaker 2: I need to help with the load. Well, what a
- 17:56Speaker 2: load is the children?
- 17:58Speaker 1: What if you see just for the weekend and then
- 18:00Speaker 1: I bought you a plane ticket? No, zach, no what
- 18:04Speaker 1: you don't know to stand play for me?
- 18:06Speaker 2: You don't know. That's very tempting. It's very tempting.
- 18:12Speaker 1: But you can stay with me in my apartment like
- 18:16Speaker 1: the old days, like we used to do. We can
- 18:21Speaker 1: play ping pong in our boxers.
- 18:23Speaker 2: It wasn't boxers, man, we were in underwear.
- 18:27Speaker 1: We were in boxers.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Underwear. Bro, you you don't wear you don't well, you
- 18:34Speaker 2: might wear boxes now, but you didn't wear boxers back
- 18:36Speaker 2: in the day.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Sometimes I rocket tidy whitey. It just depends what kind
- 18:40Speaker 1: of moved me and my balls or in. Sometimes we
- 18:44Speaker 1: want to be held close. Sometimes you want to know.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Sometimes you just want to let them hang.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Sometimes you just want a tight little hug down there.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Sometimes it's too hot.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Sometimes it's rare that I want a tight little hug
- 18:58Speaker 2: down now.
- 18:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest with really, Sometimes I like to
- 19:01Speaker 1: be held.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Nah, I don't like that. I don't. I mean I like,
- 19:04Speaker 2: I like a little juggle, I don't like I don't
- 19:06Speaker 2: necessarily like a little a hold a grip?
- 19:10Speaker 1: Really? What about your sport? What about your playing sports?
- 19:15Speaker 2: Nah, that's fine, I'll be all right with.
- 19:18Speaker 1: The Let everyone bounce around.
- 19:20Speaker 2: No, but I wear compression shorts though.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they bring it all in and bring it
- 19:24Speaker 1: all in. Are you sticking to your workout a little bit?
- 19:28Speaker 2: I haven't worked out in a couple of days.
- 19:31Speaker 1: You can't just make a regular regimen. You won't do it.
- 19:34Speaker 2: I live in it. I live in an area where
- 19:37Speaker 2: I'm telling you, man, this ship is not You have
- 19:39Speaker 2: to travel to get this ship. And then my day
- 19:42Speaker 2: is ruined because I'm all the way in Hollywood at
- 19:46Speaker 2: my workout spot, and right now I'm truly trying to
- 19:51Speaker 2: build sets for this animated short I'm working on right now,
- 19:59Speaker 2: and I can't. I only have but so much time
- 20:03Speaker 2: while the kids are at school. I have so many
- 20:05Speaker 2: excuses I need to work out at home.
- 20:07Speaker 1: It's what it is, all right, Well you do you.
- 20:12Speaker 2: I'm going to figure it out. But I have aspirations
- 20:17Speaker 2: of creating a short and working out and.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Would you like to see? Would you like to see?
- 20:26Speaker 2: I was watching so my daughter wakes up this morning
- 20:29Speaker 2: and she's on a cheaper by the dozen kick and
- 20:34Speaker 2: it was the scene where you were in the car,
- 20:37Speaker 2: uh changing into your kid's outfit.
- 20:41Speaker 1: It's my cool guy outfit. That was a cool guy outfit.
- 20:44Speaker 2: And you're pretty ripped in that. Yeah, seen alone, and
- 20:50Speaker 2: I'm looking at that shit, I'm like, this motherfucker. And
- 20:52Speaker 2: then in my head, I'm thinking, if Scrubs goes, Zach
- 20:57Speaker 2: is fucking gearing up right now.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Holy shit, like gearing up for scrubber.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Fucker, you know, not gearing up for Scrubs like the
- 21:05Speaker 2: television show. Like when you're on screen, you don't want
- 21:08Speaker 2: to be the motherfucker that they're like, this fucker is
- 21:11Speaker 2: the oldest looking motherfucker. You're like, no, I'm gonna look
- 21:14Speaker 2: like fucking it.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Just makes me feel it. I'm not I'm not really
- 21:18Speaker 1: doing it for Alverfox. I do like to be a
- 21:21Speaker 1: silver Fox. I'm not really doing it for a role.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Although I'm single, so I guess it's good to be
- 21:24Speaker 1: in shape, but also I just do it because I
- 21:26Speaker 1: feel good, like if I when I just just.
- 21:28Speaker 2: I'm pitt your cock is real veiny, bro, I bet it's.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Where do we take that turn? That was such a turn.
- 21:38Speaker 1: I don't know how that happens. But here we are.
- 21:41Speaker 1: All right, let's get into the show on that. I
- 21:45Speaker 1: can say to follow that.
- 21:51Speaker 6: I'm not sure we made about a bunch of.
- 21:58Speaker 7: A story.
- 22:03Speaker 8: So yea, yea, all right, dear, look amazing. I'm just
- 22:15Speaker 8: saying you look, I can show you.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I won't show you my peep, but I I want
- 22:20Speaker 1: to inspire you.
- 22:22Speaker 2: My inspiration isn't that right now? My inspiration right now
- 22:26Speaker 2: is sincerely trying to fix and figure out how to
- 22:30Speaker 2: do this. At one point I was paying people to
- 22:32Speaker 2: do it, and I can't. I can't do that anymore.
- 22:35Speaker 9: Man.
- 22:35Speaker 1: It's just you mean, makes sets for your animation.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Well, a lot of things sets, you know, lighting, there's
- 22:41Speaker 2: a lot of things that goes into what just a
- 22:45Speaker 2: little bit of shit that you see on Instagram, you
- 22:48Speaker 2: know what I mean, that's lit by lights and stuff
- 22:50Speaker 2: like that, and you know, and and and there's a
- 22:54Speaker 2: big ass fucking table and that's for you know, and
- 22:58Speaker 2: it's just a lot, right.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Why don't you find someone who's a young, aspiring animator
- 23:03Speaker 1: who you could pass on some of your knowledge to,
- 23:05Speaker 1: who could help.
- 23:06Speaker 2: You because I don't Okay, that's a great idea. First
- 23:09Speaker 2: of all, that's not awesome idea. But I don't want anybody
- 23:12Speaker 2: knowing where the fuck I live. One two you know,
- 23:16Speaker 2: uh well.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I mean it could be someone through your you have
- 23:19Speaker 1: the stupid buddies relationship, right, it could be someone related.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Isn't that what they're called? Yes, and I do someone
- 23:25Speaker 1: related to, like a young kid who you could actually
- 23:28Speaker 1: pass on your knowledge to who'd be happy to help
- 23:30Speaker 1: you build stuff and light.
- 23:32Speaker 2: Right, that'd be great, That would be awesome. And I
- 23:35Speaker 2: do have people that charge me for that, And because
- 23:39Speaker 2: of that, I do have quite a bit of stuff
- 23:43Speaker 2: here right now that I, as an artist, by myself,
- 23:47Speaker 2: can use to get to where I need to be
- 23:50Speaker 2: and do it by myself. It's just going to take time.
- 23:52Speaker 2: That's what it really boils down to.
- 23:53Speaker 1: All right, I got it, All right, let's get into
- 23:55Speaker 1: the TV show Scrubs. This is our dear leaders. Scrubs
- 23:59Speaker 1: Wiki said, this is the first episode of Scrubs ever
- 24:01Speaker 1: where JD's not even mentioned it it's over. I'm dead, everybody.
- 24:09Speaker 1: This was such a hot mess of an episode. I
- 24:12Speaker 1: I I'm just going to go right into it.
- 24:15Speaker 2: I thought Turk was so funny, though you did. I
- 24:19Speaker 2: laughed a lot at some of the ship he did.
- 24:21Speaker 2: I pulled it, I pulled it. That shit made me
- 24:23Speaker 2: laugh when she's pulling them away. I laughed really hard
- 24:26Speaker 2: at that. I don't know why.
- 24:27Speaker 1: But you're just doing a redux of your dance from
- 24:30Speaker 1: your famous dances. It's like becoming what you're talking about,
- 24:35Speaker 1: willis where you're like doing your funny.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's not what. That's not where. That's not
- 24:42Speaker 2: what made me laugh. The thing that made me laugh
- 24:44Speaker 2: was the way I said, I pulled it.
- 24:47Speaker 1: I pulled It's up. Okay, So I guess the big
- 24:51Speaker 1: story is that it's Hell Week and the students are
- 24:57Speaker 1: going to be going NonStop.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Cole has roller shoes too.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Cole has roller shoes that Lucy got him to distract
- 25:05Speaker 1: him from ruining the group because he's such an idiot.
- 25:10Speaker 2: And Cox informs the kids that they've entered Hell Week.
- 25:14Speaker 2: He's so excited.
- 25:15Speaker 1: He's never been so happy.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Yes, but he was so excited. That's a that's bullshit
- 25:20Speaker 2: every week. Cox is so happy because this same reason
- 25:26Speaker 2: he was gonna crack, one of you is gonna He's
- 25:29Speaker 2: like fucking Lou Gassi Jr. And fucking an Officer and
- 25:32Speaker 2: a Gentleman. I want your d o R.
- 25:37Speaker 1: What's do are the quit?
- 25:40Speaker 2: I'm not gonna quit?
- 25:41Speaker 1: Oh? I thought you were gonna say Iron Eagle.
- 25:45Speaker 2: No, you never watched An Officer and a Gentleman.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Bro of course have, But I prefer Iron Eagle. Oh.
- 25:53Speaker 2: There are a lot of people out there that will
- 25:55Speaker 2: agree with you, But I'm gonna tell you right now,
- 25:57Speaker 2: Officer and a Gentleman is a way better movie than
- 25:59Speaker 2: Iron Eagle.
- 26:00Speaker 1: But Iron Eagle Eagle, I I have a lot of
- 26:04Speaker 1: fun memories. I saw with my father and it was like,
- 26:06Speaker 1: you know about a son rescuing his dad's we have.
- 26:08Speaker 1: We had a nice time watching Iron Eagle.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Did you ever see Iron Eagle Too?
- 26:13Speaker 1: No?
- 26:13Speaker 2: But I love killed the son in the first five
- 26:16Speaker 2: minutes of the movie.
- 26:17Speaker 1: What was that kid's name was?
- 26:18Speaker 5: Oler?
- 26:20Speaker 1: He was a good actor. What happened to him? He
- 26:23Speaker 1: got the lead and Iron Eagle?
- 26:24Speaker 2: They killed him in Iron Eagle Too, Well.
- 26:26Speaker 1: They didn't kill him in real life. I don't think
- 26:29Speaker 1: look it up. Maybe they did.
- 26:31Speaker 2: I hope they didn't. That'd be horrible. Uh. Turk loves
- 26:35Speaker 2: being chief.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Turk loves being chief. And he's got a Lexus and
- 26:39Speaker 1: a parking spot and people kiss his ass and he
- 26:41Speaker 1: gets to make up make up nicknames and he's feeling
- 26:44Speaker 1: himself big time, strutting around, George Jefferson walking yes people.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Denise grabs a muffin, tells him she can't eat it
- 26:55Speaker 1: because it's bad for his diabetes.
- 26:59Speaker 2: That's how they looking out for him. He's the Chief.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Denise and Drew are so awkward with each other because
- 27:05Speaker 1: they they've told each other they love one another and
- 27:08Speaker 1: now they've decided to break up because they're so pissed off.
- 27:11Speaker 1: This was so stupid, but anyway, I guess this was
- 27:15Speaker 1: like one of those things where it's like it's a
- 27:16Speaker 1: TV show, just go with it, all right. So they
- 27:18Speaker 1: said they love each other, but now they're so awkward
- 27:21Speaker 1: they've decided to break up because they're mad at each
- 27:23Speaker 1: other for saying they love each other. Deell, did you
- 27:26Speaker 1: find out who that actor was?
- 27:27Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 27:28Speaker 3: Actually, let me make sure I have his name right here.
- 27:31Speaker 3: It's Jason Gedric Jason Gedrick. I know him as Rick
- 27:36Speaker 3: Coletti on Desperate Housewives.
- 27:39Speaker 4: He still works time.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Well, Jason Deeddrick. If you listen to the podcast, I
- 27:44Speaker 1: really loved you and Iron Eagle. I wanted to be you.
- 27:48Speaker 2: I wanted to be Remember that nature like hugs to me.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Do you remember that he has to He can't fly
- 27:54Speaker 1: as fighter jet well unless he's listening to his mix
- 27:57Speaker 1: and his music. And he's got a belcro to his leg,
- 28:00Speaker 1: his cassette deck and he puts in his mix of
- 28:03Speaker 1: music and now he can fly, and now now he
- 28:06Speaker 1: can fucking hit all the targets because.
- 28:08Speaker 2: He's How the fuck does this ever, ever ever make
- 28:16Speaker 2: it in the military if I was a sergeant or
- 28:19Speaker 2: a fucking whatever, the dude that flies, the teacher the
- 28:22Speaker 2: kids how to find it playing Hold on, kid, you
- 28:25Speaker 2: got to listen to your mix in order to hit
- 28:28Speaker 2: these motherfucking targets.
- 28:31Speaker 1: It's an eighties movie. He's got to like.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Tape pops in the middle of the motherfucking it's the
- 28:36Speaker 2: middle of a battle.
- 28:37Speaker 1: It's so amazing. He's got to listen like his eighties
- 28:40Speaker 1: rock or he can't feel the music and he can't
- 28:42Speaker 1: hit his targets. It's amazing. I love Iron Eagle. Denise
- 28:49Speaker 1: and Drew are on this break. Denise has a very
- 28:51Speaker 1: wacky flashback where she's in the shower eating pie and screaming.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Because of what was because of hell week.
- 29:03Speaker 1: That was her first time. Oh that was her experience
- 29:04Speaker 1: and help.
- 29:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:06Speaker 1: But then also the actress Eliza Coop clearly has a
- 29:10Speaker 1: cold in this episode because her voice, she sounds sick.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Did you know whatice that?
- 29:15Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, she'said for until that last scene where we're
- 29:19Speaker 2: sitting with Kelso.
- 29:20Speaker 1: Yeah, she sounds very voice back. Her voice is like
- 29:23Speaker 1: half gone. I was thinking maybe she was sick, and
- 29:26Speaker 1: then she shot this flashback and did the screaming and
- 29:28Speaker 1: then she really lost it. But scrubs Wickie said she
- 29:32Speaker 1: was sick, so maybe she told that story to somebody.
- 29:35Speaker 1: It was nice seeing them and having them on the
- 29:37Speaker 1: show last week.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Huh oh, my goodness, it was great seeing. What I
- 29:41Speaker 2: really noticed is how much different Carrie is from Lucy.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Like I honestly thought she would be this bubbly, you know,
- 29:53Speaker 2: cheery type of person, and she was just playing, you know,
- 29:56Speaker 2: and that's who the character was she came on. She's
- 29:59Speaker 2: so sophistic cadd and so you know, so you know.
- 30:04Speaker 1: She's no fessional graduate, so she's very smart.
- 30:07Speaker 2: She's also a Northwestern graduate. You guys got a great
- 30:10Speaker 2: fucking film school and acting school there too.
- 30:13Speaker 1: So yeah, she's It's funny. Neither one of them look
- 30:16Speaker 1: like they aged today. Donalds not you, and I got
- 30:19Speaker 1: you and I got wrinkles. They didn't look like they
- 30:21Speaker 1: aged one day.
- 30:22Speaker 2: We are a lot older than they are too.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I know, but they still didn't look like they aged
- 30:25Speaker 1: one day.
- 30:27Speaker 2: I know.
- 30:28Speaker 1: We should take a break. When we come back. We're
- 30:30Speaker 1: going to talk about doctor Extreme, who play Who's Russell Vaughan?
- 30:35Speaker 1: Who is Turk's nemesis played by a young man? I
- 30:40Speaker 1: looked it up, named Reno Wilson. I obviously wasn't there,
- 30:43Speaker 1: so I had no experience.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't know Reno. I've known Reno's. We'll get well,
- 30:47Speaker 2: we'll take a break, we'll.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Get the tees. I'm edging the audience. Okay, audience, you've
- 30:51Speaker 1: been edged. Now enjoy these commercials. I want to meet
- 31:05Speaker 1: scrubs and I want to meet Black Scrubs too. Yeah,
- 31:08Speaker 1: I agree.
- 31:09Speaker 4: You haven't gone so love.
- 31:13Speaker 7: A.
- 31:15Speaker 1: So did you know did you know Reno Wilson from before.
- 31:19Speaker 2: I've known Rena Wilson for a really long time, since
- 31:22Speaker 2: I was a kid. He was on The Cosby Show
- 31:24Speaker 2: back in the days. Man he was he's like one
- 31:26Speaker 2: of the he's one of the ogs. Uh as far
- 31:30Speaker 2: as New York actors goes for me? Uh him Carl Payne,
- 31:36Speaker 2: who I believe played Cockroach, Well.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I thought he was great in this. He did a
- 31:40Speaker 1: really good job.
- 31:41Speaker 2: And he's a very good actor.
- 31:43Speaker 1: You guys were a good he was a good foil
- 31:45Speaker 1: for you.
- 31:46Speaker 2: He's a very good actor. He's always been a very
- 31:48Speaker 2: good actor. He played Theo's best one of Theo's best
- 31:51Speaker 2: friends back in the day on the show and deal. Yeah,
- 31:55Speaker 2: and he's gone on to do like so many things.
- 31:57Speaker 2: He was on Mike and Molly.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Is he our age.
- 32:01Speaker 2: He's a little bit older than us, but takes really
- 32:04Speaker 2: good care of himself. He does like a spin class.
- 32:07Speaker 2: I've seen a follow on Instagram. He does like a
- 32:10Speaker 2: spin classes where he teaches them and ship like that.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Very very healthy. You'd like him, man, You guys would
- 32:17Speaker 2: get out.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Well, maybe maybe.
- 32:20Speaker 2: I'm a mountain.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Since you won't come to New York. Maybe maybe he'll
- 32:24Speaker 1: be my New York friend.
- 32:26Speaker 2: I don't know if he's in New York. I think
- 32:27Speaker 2: he's out here. Oh, but such an amazing person in
- 32:31Speaker 2: real life. His character, however, is the douchiest.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Of the douchey character. Well, we just skipped that. Cole
- 32:37Speaker 1: says he doesn't want to get kicked out because he'll
- 32:39Speaker 1: have to take he'll have to go to medicool in
- 32:41Speaker 1: the Caribbean.
- 32:41Speaker 2: And he doesn't speak Caribbeanese.
- 32:45Speaker 1: What did he say? He said no, he said Caribegian Caribesian.
- 32:52Speaker 1: That was kind of funny. I don't speak Caribegian, all right.
- 32:58Speaker 1: So Russell Vaughan is like this famous doctor. He's got
- 33:02Speaker 1: a book, he knows bono. He uh.
- 33:06Speaker 2: He's like Indiana. He's the Indiana Jones of doctors.
- 33:09Speaker 1: And he raises tons of money for the hospital. He's
- 33:11Speaker 1: a celebrity. All the nurses are gathered around, he's signing books.
- 33:15Speaker 1: He's like a star. And I don't know why he's
- 33:18Speaker 1: come to the hospital. He just likes to dive into
- 33:21Speaker 1: cases that interest him.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I guess he's always come to Sacred Heart. They've since
- 33:26Speaker 2: he's been a young doctor. I guess he's always come
- 33:30Speaker 2: and raised money for Sacred Heart.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Okay, and he's parked his car in Turk's parking spot
- 33:35Speaker 1: and he's just really just when Turk I guess the story,
- 33:39Speaker 1: I guess the BT story of the episode is just
- 33:41Speaker 1: when Turk has really found his groove, here comes this
- 33:46Speaker 1: cool guy to cock block Turk and it really hurts
- 33:49Speaker 1: Turk's ego. A theme of the episode is ego.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Yes, he comes in and he immediately starts disrupting everything.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Not only does he take Turk's parking spot, but he
- 34:03Speaker 2: also takes Turk's patient. Yes, and Is and Kelso and Cox.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Turk knows this already also inform him that listen, man,
- 34:17Speaker 2: the money that this guy brings and is so important,
- 34:20Speaker 2: let him have free reign pretty much throughout the hospital.
- 34:23Speaker 2: So this dude is he's a pain in the ass
- 34:29Speaker 2: for someone who's if like, if you ran the show
- 34:32Speaker 2: and somebody like this came in, you'd be pissed off
- 34:34Speaker 2: in Turkey, Yes.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Of course. And also I think we established that he's
- 34:38Speaker 1: really good though. He is truly good.
- 34:40Speaker 2: He's very good.
- 34:41Speaker 1: He diagnoses Turk's patient and then Turk's like, yeah, yeah,
- 34:44Speaker 1: that is the diagnosis. We are going to go with that.
- 34:47Speaker 1: So it's not like, I mean, he's very cocky, but
- 34:51Speaker 1: he is clearly a good doctor competent. Yes, Turk says
- 34:57Speaker 1: that Serena Williams's ass is righteous? Is it is?
- 35:01Speaker 2: That's one hundred?
- 35:02Speaker 1: Okay? Joelle just silently nodded.
- 35:07Speaker 2: One hundred. That is one hundred?
- 35:10Speaker 1: Is that one hundred?
- 35:11Speaker 2: That is one? It's one hundred is one hundred? Is
- 35:14Speaker 2: however you wanted?
- 35:15Speaker 1: There were a lot of references to tennis players in
- 35:18Speaker 1: this episode. There was a reference to someone slept with
- 35:24Speaker 1: Michael Chang. Someone slept with.
- 35:28Speaker 2: Oh gosh, there was Asian racism in this show, is
- 35:32Speaker 2: like so hardcore, bro.
- 35:34Speaker 1: But wait, there was something totally fucked up. But I
- 35:37Speaker 1: forgot what it was. It wasn't really to Michael Chang.
- 35:39Speaker 1: I don't think.
- 35:41Speaker 2: I mean, that's a pretty racist joke. Oh really, my
- 35:43Speaker 2: mother slept with Michael Chang as she's cuddling her Asian boyfriend.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Oh, that's what it was. It was Mickey Wheeling, who's
- 35:52Speaker 1: only given one line an episode, and that's her line.
- 35:55Speaker 1: So you're saying that her family has an affinity for
- 35:58Speaker 1: Asian men. Is that the joke?
- 36:00Speaker 2: Yes?
- 36:00Speaker 1: Okay, so Cox tells Drew he has to quit the group.
- 36:04Speaker 1: This was a weird story. I didn't really follow it.
- 36:07Speaker 1: But Cox says that Drew's a leader and he wants
- 36:11Speaker 1: to prove to him and he's a leader, so he
- 36:13Speaker 1: makes him quit leading his study group, which makes them
- 36:17Speaker 1: not have a leader and none of them are good leaders.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Lucy tries to be a leader, but then Trang overthrows
- 36:24Speaker 1: her leadership with ease too.
- 36:27Speaker 2: She like, it's nothing, Yeah, I'm gonna be leader now.
- 36:34Speaker 1: I don't know why Trang couldn't lead the group. He
- 36:36Speaker 1: seemed like he was fine. Lucy tries to intimidate Trang.
- 36:41Speaker 2: After getting advice from Drew. Yes, and she does this
- 36:46Speaker 2: because she knows she'll turn into this the hulk, Yeah,
- 36:50Speaker 2: this pheral.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Feral. She knows that if Trang pushes her too far,
- 36:58Speaker 1: she will turn into a feral like hulk like animal animal,
- 37:02Speaker 1: and she's she's she's trying to keep it down because
- 37:04Speaker 1: she doesn't want to lose her ship, right, But Trang
- 37:08Speaker 1: eventually pushes her to all too far and she attacks
- 37:15Speaker 1: Trag attacks him.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Yeah, like I kicked out like five times now, there's
- 37:20Speaker 2: like five times in this whole series so far. The
- 37:23Speaker 2: cheating this.
- 37:25Speaker 1: I know by the way she really goes. We don't
- 37:27Speaker 1: see it, it's off camera, but we hear her. First.
- 37:29Speaker 1: We see her growl and then she like she turns
- 37:32Speaker 1: into you watch her like go from Bruce Banner to
- 37:35Speaker 1: the Hulk, and then off camera she like it's like
- 37:39Speaker 1: a hyena going after the trag. Yeah, you get the
- 37:42Speaker 1: sense she might be biting him. Well he is bleeding, Yeah,
- 37:46Speaker 1: and then we see her and her hair is all
- 37:48Speaker 1: fucked up and like she really she she went like
- 37:50Speaker 1: as you said, she went ferrel on track, Faryl. Yeah,
- 37:58Speaker 1: it's kind of funny that that character lost her ship,
- 38:00Speaker 1: like like the Hulk try and went too far.
- 38:03Speaker 2: What the fuck?
- 38:04Speaker 1: Russell does a must say warrior dance, And this is
- 38:07Speaker 1: when you get jealous and you do your famous uh
- 38:10Speaker 1: running man. You could have shaked, you could have shaped
- 38:14Speaker 1: shooking it up and not one the running man, my guy,
- 38:18Speaker 1: but you got like three good moves that you do.
- 38:20Speaker 1: You rotate through.
- 38:21Speaker 2: You wish, you wish that's what it was. You wish
- 38:26Speaker 2: that's what it was. I wonder if this is almost
- 38:28Speaker 2: like you know what, man, if I still went to clubs,
- 38:32Speaker 2: I would show you, but I don't do that ship
- 38:35Speaker 2: no more.
- 38:36Speaker 1: When you went to clubs, would like people gather around
- 38:39Speaker 1: you and.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Zach what the dance floor would be empty? Guess who's
- 38:45Speaker 2: the first motherfucker on a dance floor?
- 38:47Speaker 1: Yeah? You get the car going?
- 38:50Speaker 2: What has two thumbs up and agrees with getting the
- 38:53Speaker 2: crowd going.
- 38:56Speaker 1: You? This guy in another life'd be a great like
- 38:59Speaker 1: barmns a hype man.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Oh my god, I would loved. Holy shit, that's how
- 39:05Speaker 2: you do it? Did you see that the fireworks?
- 39:07Speaker 1: What did you do? This guy two thumbs up his fireworks?
- 39:11Speaker 1: Mine's turned off.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Daniel helped you.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Daniel helped our audience turn it off. We could turn
- 39:18Speaker 1: it on if you want to, or I don't want
- 39:20Speaker 1: it on.
- 39:21Speaker 2: I liked mine.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Yeah, did I ever tell you? Sorry? I had this
- 39:25Speaker 1: black friend in high school, and we went down to
- 39:29Speaker 1: Argentina because our best friend his family was Argentinia, and
- 39:32Speaker 1: they moved back to Argentina, and we went to this
- 39:36Speaker 1: little and and and so our parents all arranged for
- 39:39Speaker 1: me and my friend to go visit the Argentinian friend.
- 39:44Speaker 1: And we went down to some little suburb of Buenos
- 39:46Speaker 1: Are's and they had never seen a black person in
- 39:50Speaker 1: real life. And it was really weird. I remember, because
- 39:55Speaker 1: he was like it was like walking around with this
- 39:56Speaker 1: huge celebrities, like walking around the streets with.
- 39:58Speaker 2: Like motherfuckers just stop and drop it, and they just
- 40:05Speaker 2: didn't say that they everyone was excited.
- 40:08Speaker 1: It was like it was like seeing I don't know,
- 40:10Speaker 1: insert like Tom Cruise walking on the street. Everyone was
- 40:13Speaker 1: like shocks and they would walk up to him and
- 40:15Speaker 1: be like rap music, rap music. And then I remember, oh,
- 40:21Speaker 1: this is true. We were kids. We were like we
- 40:24Speaker 1: were like fourteen years old. So we're in the club
- 40:28Speaker 1: and because we could get into clubs down there, when
- 40:30Speaker 1: we're getting hammered and we're dancing in the club, and
- 40:34Speaker 1: I remember my friend wasn't like a really particularly good dancer,
- 40:36Speaker 1: but like he was just dancing with everyone, and like
- 40:39Speaker 1: we were all hammered, and like crowds started to form
- 40:42Speaker 1: around him to like see what are the latest moves
- 40:45Speaker 1: from America. No, but his moves weren't good. But then
- 40:50Speaker 1: you'd see I swear, you'd see like people trying out
- 40:53Speaker 1: like whatever he was doing.
- 40:54Speaker 2: The influence of hip hop across the universe. Yeah, across
- 41:01Speaker 2: the globe. Yeah, it's real deal. Holy feel.
- 41:06Speaker 1: It was funny he loved it though, because he was
- 41:08Speaker 1: He was like, you got to pretend he was a
- 41:09Speaker 1: celebrity for like a couple of weeks.
- 41:12Speaker 2: That reminds me of Camp Buy Me Love, the African
- 41:14Speaker 2: Antida ritual. What's that you never saw Camp Buy Me Love?
- 41:19Speaker 1: Bro, this is the second week in a row you
- 41:21Speaker 1: reference Camp Barlow, I guess I should watch it. It's
- 41:23Speaker 1: been probably three decades.
- 41:26Speaker 2: All right. So Ronald Miller becomes popular in high school
- 41:32Speaker 2: because he dates Cindy Mancini, the most popular girl in school.
- 41:37Speaker 7: Right.
- 41:37Speaker 2: He pays her one thousand dollars to go out with him,
- 41:42Speaker 2: pretend go out with him for two weeks. The most
- 41:47Speaker 2: they they have to do is hold hands. That's it.
- 41:52Speaker 2: That's all he pays for. Right. Story goes. She falls
- 41:56Speaker 2: in love, et cetera, et cetera, He falls in love,
- 41:59Speaker 2: but at one point he becomes the most popular kid
- 42:03Speaker 2: in school. His plan works. He call he there's this
- 42:09Speaker 2: big dance. He's taking a different girl to the dance.
- 42:12Speaker 2: So he puts on what he thinks is American Bandstand
- 42:17Speaker 2: and watches these two artists do an African dance solo,
- 42:25Speaker 2: and he thinks he's watching bands what PBS like the
- 42:30Speaker 2: traditional I don't know what the fuck it's called. It's like,
- 42:33Speaker 2: I don't remember it. Well, it's been a while since
- 42:34Speaker 2: I've seen it.
- 42:35Speaker 1: But it's like, so he thinks he knows the news dance,
- 42:37Speaker 1: but he's learned an African like ritual.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Dance, an African ritual dance from a PBS.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Yeah, this is kind of like that.
- 42:47Speaker 2: And he goes on the dance floor in the middle
- 42:50Speaker 2: of the dance after fucking spiking the punch and everything
- 42:54Speaker 2: like that that girls like, I want to fucking dance.
- 42:55Speaker 2: He's like, all right, let's dance. And he gets out
- 42:58Speaker 2: on the dance floor and does the the ritual in
- 43:02Speaker 2: front of all of.
- 43:03Speaker 1: The kids, right, and he's now popular.
- 43:06Speaker 2: He's very popular. At this point, everybody fucking starts doing
- 43:10Speaker 2: the dance at the fucking game. Everybody starts doing it
- 43:16Speaker 2: and doing it on beat too, so I let At first,
- 43:18Speaker 2: everybody's kind of like, I don't know about this, but
- 43:21Speaker 2: then at one point everybody's like, ah, all on beating.
- 43:24Speaker 2: It's one of the fun look. Can't Buy Me Love
- 43:26Speaker 2: is one of my favorite movies. It's where I first
- 43:28Speaker 2: saw Seth Green for the first time. Uh, and I
- 43:32Speaker 2: fell in love with that young little boy that he played,
- 43:36Speaker 2: Chucky Miller. I thought he had some of the most
- 43:39Speaker 2: dopest lines that ever heard in my life.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Alright, let's get back to scrubs. I know we the
- 43:45Speaker 1: audience is now all gonna watch Camp by Me Love everybody.
- 43:51Speaker 1: But first watched Iron Eagle with Jason Geddrick. Turk makes
- 43:57Speaker 1: Cole beatbox so that he can dance and beat the
- 44:01Speaker 1: Messiah Warrior dance done by Russell, right, and he pulls
- 44:08Speaker 1: somethinge thing because he's he's not in shape. Yes, the
- 44:14Speaker 1: patient wants Russell to do her surgery. Russell picks Turk
- 44:18Speaker 1: to assist him.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Cannot take what did just you said about it?
- 44:25Speaker 1: You said something about LaMarcus Down. Who's that? Is that
- 44:29Speaker 1: a real football player?
- 44:31Speaker 3: When when you were talking about I got a trainer,
- 44:34Speaker 3: I guess down at the gym or something.
- 44:36Speaker 1: Yeah, he said he was an NFL linebacker who came
- 44:39Speaker 1: out of the closet and he's your trainer.
- 44:42Speaker 2: I don't know that this is just a story point
- 44:45Speaker 2: that's something to look up.
- 44:46Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure I'll look it up.
- 44:48Speaker 2: But I remember that at one point there was a
- 44:52Speaker 2: kid who was one of the first football player. Yeah,
- 44:57Speaker 2: was openly gay at the NFL draft, and he got
- 45:01Speaker 2: into the NBA, didn't he'd never I didn't know if
- 45:04Speaker 2: he made a team. But let's take a break.
- 45:06Speaker 1: We'll be right back after these fine words. All Right,
- 45:17Speaker 1: Drew can't help it. He has to help the group,
- 45:19Speaker 1: and he's just he just can't help it. And Lucy
- 45:24Speaker 1: gets Lucy's in a fight with one of the other people.
- 45:27Speaker 1: Is it trying again?
- 45:28Speaker 2: She says she's still in the fight, but.
- 45:30Speaker 1: She says, you feel in froggy then leap sung. Yes,
- 45:36Speaker 1: it was funny coming out of Carrie's mouth.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Right like I would I, you know, when she led
- 45:43Speaker 2: with I was afraid of you guys. I wish she wasn't,
- 45:46Speaker 2: because who that person was that we talked to yesterday
- 45:51Speaker 2: was really I mean, the last podcast was really cool,
- 45:55Speaker 2: and I wish I got to know that person a
- 45:57Speaker 2: little bit better.
- 45:58Speaker 1: Well, yeah, obviously what she was saying is like it
- 46:01Speaker 1: was also intimidating. I didn't get to know you guys.
- 46:04Speaker 1: Now we're all grown ups and it. You know, I
- 46:09Speaker 1: liked how I liked just how I was not expecting
- 46:14Speaker 1: her to have that podcast where she's doing that with science.
- 46:17Speaker 1: It just seems really interesting. She's a really interesting character,
- 46:21Speaker 1: that Caboche. It's probably because she got bit by the
- 46:25Speaker 1: spider in the jungle when.
- 46:26Speaker 7: She was.
- 46:28Speaker 4: Amazon the Amazon Change.
- 46:32Speaker 1: That's probably why she wants to meet with scientists, because
- 46:34Speaker 1: she got to that spider when she was doing research
- 46:36Speaker 1: in the Amazon with Ezekiel. Okay, So Drew defies Cox,
- 46:41Speaker 1: and Cox is like, yes, I was my plan all along.
- 46:45Speaker 1: I wanted to prove to you that you can't help.
- 46:47Speaker 1: But you're a leader. So there you go.
- 46:50Speaker 2: And did not see that coming.
- 46:52Speaker 1: No, I didn't see it coming.
- 46:54Speaker 2: You didn't see that coming. You didn't see At the
- 46:56Speaker 2: end of the show, Cox saying, of course, I I
- 47:04Speaker 2: don't know you would do this.
- 47:06Speaker 1: I was rolling mad. I probably couldn't see it because
- 47:09Speaker 1: my eyes were being rolled. Oh, by the way, I
- 47:14Speaker 1: listened to some of those rap beef tracks because you
- 47:17Speaker 1: guys told me to listen to them.
- 47:18Speaker 2: Let's get into it, good morning.
- 47:20Speaker 1: Well we don't have to put down this wormhole.
- 47:21Speaker 2: But yes, let's go. Fuck you, bro, you can't bring
- 47:24Speaker 2: this shit up.
- 47:25Speaker 1: And then I know you guys are so excited about this,
- 47:27Speaker 1: but Joelle told me that no. Actually I read a
- 47:29Speaker 1: New York Times article that said, like you could click
- 47:34Speaker 1: and it would because if you don't know anything about
- 47:36Speaker 1: the beef, you could click and it would show you
- 47:38Speaker 1: the lyrics annotated and what they mean. You know that
- 47:41Speaker 1: that helped me for someone who doesn't know anything about
- 47:43Speaker 1: what's going on. And I listened to one where Kendrick
- 47:47Speaker 1: Lamar is like a minor.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Yes, that's the that's the fire. Listen. I'm gonna say
- 47:54Speaker 2: something real quick. I was all scared to talk about it,
- 47:57Speaker 2: but it's it's evidently clear Kendrick won that ship. Yes,
- 48:01Speaker 2: and I think everybody if I don't give look.
- 48:04Speaker 10: Four singles, four hit rap singles, four hit rap hit singles,
- 48:11Speaker 10: hit singles, he hit tracks, ye.
- 48:17Speaker 3: Yeah tracks possibly song of the Summer, Yeah, possibly summer.
- 48:22Speaker 2: You know who the last person to do that was
- 48:24Speaker 2: though Drake Drake, back to back, back to back, probably, But.
- 48:29Speaker 5: Isn't that isn't that poetic inappropriate?
- 48:31Speaker 2: That the person it's so poet was the person to
- 48:34Speaker 2: take him down? Was the person that was the person
- 48:38Speaker 2: did exactly what he did to Uh, I don't know,
- 48:43Speaker 2: back to back tracks.
- 48:45Speaker 1: There were lots of I got. I was glad I
- 48:48Speaker 1: had this article that that website that I went to
- 48:50Speaker 1: Joel or I don't know if you mentioned this or
- 48:52Speaker 1: I just saw this on the Times, but you could
- 48:55Speaker 1: click on it and had all the lyrics, and if
- 48:56Speaker 1: you clicked on the lyrics, it explained to you if
- 48:58Speaker 1: you're not following this saga, what what the diss is
- 49:02Speaker 1: all meant?
- 49:04Speaker 5: Like genius?
- 49:06Speaker 4: And did you enjoy the poetry, zach is?
- 49:08Speaker 1: I thought it was clever and I and I you know,
- 49:10Speaker 1: the annotations helped me realize all the many triple on
- 49:14Speaker 1: Tondra's and I guess you know, so that was interesting.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Even the name euphoria alone was like he said so
- 49:22Speaker 2: in one of the disc tracks, Drake says, you better
- 49:25Speaker 2: come at us with some like quadruple on Tondra or
- 49:28Speaker 2: some shit like that. I know were waiting on it
- 49:31Speaker 2: right pretty much eggin Kendrick lamar On And the word
- 49:36Speaker 2: euphoria alone, not just as the definition, but what it
- 49:42Speaker 2: means too, h. Drake is in a lot of ways
- 49:48Speaker 2: a triple on Tondra. Drake is a freaking executive producer,
- 49:52Speaker 2: I mean, quadruple on top whatever the fuck it was.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Drake is an executive executive producer of Euphoria. What the
- 49:59Speaker 2: word the definition of euphoria. There's like a bunch of
- 50:03Speaker 2: other things. I'm speaking out of turn because I don't
- 50:07Speaker 2: know all of you.
- 50:07Speaker 1: You need to reference this thing I looked at.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Yeah, what is it that you looked at? Yeah?
- 50:13Speaker 1: No, I'm sure people could google it and find it.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Just look like for like annotations of the rap battle.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Is Drake the most successful rapper of all time?
- 50:27Speaker 2: Yeah? Man, he's yeah, I would say. I mean he's
- 50:32Speaker 2: got more hits than Michael Jackson number one hits to Michael.
- 50:37Speaker 2: That's what that song is. Yeah, I'm one away from
- 50:40Speaker 2: Michael Nigga, beat It, beat It? That's with him and
- 50:45Speaker 2: ah who is that him? And with him? And isn't
- 50:50Speaker 2: that him? And j Cole? Yeah, first person Shooter.
- 50:57Speaker 4: I'm researching hold on.
- 51:04Speaker 3: Okay, So apparently jay Z, according to Forbes, is the
- 51:08Speaker 3: highest paid rapper of all time, but Drake has the
- 51:12Speaker 3: most number one singles with twenty nine, followed by Lil
- 51:15Speaker 3: Wayne with eleven, Kanye West with eleven.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Wow.
- 51:20Speaker 4: So yeah, HiT's wise everyone.
- 51:21Speaker 3: But if you were going to break that down, how
- 51:23Speaker 3: many of those are features versus how many of those
- 51:25Speaker 3: are his tracks?
- 51:27Speaker 4: You know, there's some possible asterisks in that space.
- 51:30Speaker 2: But no matter how you look at it, it was
- 51:33Speaker 2: two fucking titans going at it.
- 51:35Speaker 1: How do you know it's over? Doesn't it keep going?
- 51:37Speaker 2: Because there's nothing this dude can say. Now, Man, I
- 51:39Speaker 2: don't give a shit anymore, bro, Like I don't care,
- 51:41Speaker 2: nobody gives a shit anymore. Please enough, he buried it,
- 51:45Speaker 2: he came. That's last.
- 51:48Speaker 1: So you're saying the last track was a mic drop?
- 51:52Speaker 2: I mean, and if Drake would have responded right away,
- 51:56Speaker 2: then I mean, I don't know, because I don't listen
- 52:00Speaker 2: to none of the disc tracks that he did other
- 52:02Speaker 2: than first person Shooting Mode, you know what I mean,
- 52:04Speaker 2: That's the only one I kind of listened to. And
- 52:06Speaker 2: what was the one after that? Uh? I'll be with
- 52:09Speaker 2: some bodyguards like Whitney, what's the one? What's Uh?
- 52:14Speaker 1: There's so many tracks you didn't listen listened to that battle,
- 52:18Speaker 1: but the ones that are fucking fire or all of
- 52:20Speaker 1: the fucking Kendrick ones.
- 52:22Speaker 2: Manever, WU Tank Forever, but like for real, like for real, bro,
- 52:27Speaker 2: WU Tank Forever? Like it was artistry this man, I
- 52:33Speaker 2: just wish.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I couldn't believe when Kendrick said.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Eat these balls, Zach.
- 52:36Speaker 5: That was up h.
- 52:41Speaker 2: I don't know if.
- 52:41Speaker 5: And then when Drake said, you honor me, you honored me,
- 52:45Speaker 5: that was messed up too anyway.
- 52:47Speaker 1: But the real way, the real Mike job was when
- 52:49Speaker 1: Kendrick said.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Everybody likes little ass Flay. Don't even act like you know.
- 52:54Speaker 1: Because it's not even far off.
- 52:55Speaker 2: That's buddy.
- 52:56Speaker 1: I mean, where's Kendrick from? Okay, God, I don't know
- 53:03Speaker 1: she's yelling, all right, So then.
- 53:08Speaker 2: Well he's fucking a number one now bro?
- 53:12Speaker 1: All right, Well, anyway, we learned that Kelso says, good
- 53:15Speaker 1: leaders don't care about their ego. Turk, you could go
- 53:18Speaker 1: learn from this guy, go be his assistant, and you know,
- 53:24Speaker 1: you gotta sometimes you gotta step up. You have to
- 53:26Speaker 1: step aside. That's sort of the lesson of the episode.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Don't let your ego get in the way. And then
- 53:32Speaker 1: Drew and Denise bond over loving when ice skaters fall.
- 53:37Speaker 1: They both think it's hilarious, so they.
- 53:40Speaker 2: Realize they realize they really love each other when they
- 53:43Speaker 2: when they like watching kids.
- 53:46Speaker 1: Fall, right, they love watching ice gears fall. And then
- 53:49Speaker 1: he's like, I do too, and she's like, I like,
- 53:50Speaker 1: I think it's funny when kids fall, and he goes
- 53:52Speaker 1: I love you. Yeah, so they they really do love
- 53:55Speaker 1: each other.
- 53:58Speaker 2: Do you think it's funny when kids fall?
- 54:00Speaker 1: No, but it is hard not to laugh on ice
- 54:01Speaker 1: skaters fall. I feel bad every time I laugh, but
- 54:04Speaker 1: it does trigger something.
- 54:06Speaker 2: And there are a bunch of people who fell ice
- 54:10Speaker 2: skating right now that are like, fuck you, zech.
- 54:13Speaker 1: I'm sorry. It's funny when people fall, it's funny. That's why,
- 54:17Speaker 1: that's why the Internet exists. Gosh, a woman coming out
- 54:20Speaker 1: of the Rangers game last night, she fucking nailed herself.
- 54:23Speaker 1: She tripped on the sidewalk.
- 54:25Speaker 2: You know that, you laugh.
- 54:27Speaker 1: I ran to her to help. I ran to her
- 54:29Speaker 1: to help her, But then I was so worried that
- 54:32Speaker 1: she was gonna think I was really a doctor because
- 54:34Speaker 1: I have this I have this concern. When I's amazing,
- 54:41Speaker 1: this is amazing, I do have this concern. I had
- 54:43Speaker 1: this natural instinct to run over she she felt. You know,
- 54:46Speaker 1: these like we're all we're all the payphones used to
- 54:49Speaker 1: be in New York. They now have these little they're
- 54:50Speaker 1: like they're like video walls that run ads and I
- 54:54Speaker 1: guess they're five they're probably five G towers or something.
- 54:57Speaker 1: But anyway, there were all the payphones used to go.
- 54:59Speaker 1: This woman ripped on the sidewalk and nailed her head.
- 55:02Speaker 1: I don't know if. I don't know if she was
- 55:03Speaker 1: drunk or what, but man, did she hit her head hard.
- 55:07Speaker 1: She was definitely gonna have a bump. And so I
- 55:10Speaker 1: ran over her. I said are you okay? Are you okay?
- 55:12Speaker 1: And her other people that were with her were there,
- 55:14Speaker 1: it was all and she was like, I'm fine, I'm fine, fine.
- 55:16Speaker 1: But I had this concern in this type of scenario
- 55:19Speaker 1: that people are gonna think not be thinking straight and
- 55:22Speaker 1: think I'm really a doctor that can help them.
- 55:26Speaker 4: Amazing.
- 55:27Speaker 5: Hell yeah, I.
- 55:28Speaker 1: Don't want her to be like, thank god, doctor Dorian,
- 55:32Speaker 1: thank god you're here, you're here, You're here. My head,
- 55:37Speaker 1: my head, zack braf.
- 55:39Speaker 2: She looked up and goes, zach braf. Oh thank god
- 55:42Speaker 2: you're here doctor.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Yeah exactly. But fortunately she was fine. My diagnosis was
- 55:47Speaker 1: you're gonna be okay. And then I got on my
- 55:51Speaker 1: bike and rode away. I don't know if she was
- 55:53Speaker 1: drunker and I couldn't tell, but man, she took a
- 55:55Speaker 1: doozy of a tumble.
- 55:56Speaker 2: Was it downstairs? No?
- 55:58Speaker 1: But like you know what I'm talking about, those like
- 56:00Speaker 1: those those video walls and of course, all right, so
- 56:03Speaker 1: and they have like you can use a phone, I
- 56:05Speaker 1: guess you can call anywhere in the world on them,
- 56:06Speaker 1: like free calling, and you can charge your phone and whatever.
- 56:09Speaker 1: But anyway, she tripped on the sidewalk and her head
- 56:13Speaker 1: hit the fucking side of the fay. Don't worry, everybody.
- 56:17Speaker 1: I was right there to help her right outside m SG.
- 56:21Speaker 2: But then you weren't really there to help her.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Because she was fine. She was fine, there was done.
- 56:28Speaker 2: Sure, you don't know, you don't know what happened.
- 56:30Speaker 1: And she was crazy. People were coming out, you know,
- 56:32Speaker 1: all levels of intoxication. And I saw this little girl,
- 56:36Speaker 1: young girl crying and I thought, I was, like, what happened?
- 56:38Speaker 1: And she was crying because they lost. She was so
- 56:40Speaker 1: sad they lost.
- 56:42Speaker 2: That's that's how it goes Brough. It really is, man,
- 56:48Speaker 2: It's it's so. We're watching the Knicks right now and
- 56:51Speaker 2: they're they were up two oh and it looked like
- 56:55Speaker 2: they were going to do really well, and then now
- 56:57Speaker 2: they look really tired. You know. The coach Tom Toibadeaux
- 57:01Speaker 2: is notorious for playing uh players into the ground. He
- 57:07Speaker 2: did it with Derek Rose, a lot of people think
- 57:09Speaker 2: that a lot of people think that he's the reason
- 57:11Speaker 2: Derek rose career is is. I'm not going to say
- 57:17Speaker 2: the way it is, but he played him so much
- 57:20Speaker 2: that he played him into injury. A lot of people
- 57:22Speaker 2: feel and that Derek Rose didn't bounce back from that anyway.
- 57:27Speaker 2: My wife is so invested in the New York Knicks.
- 57:32Speaker 2: It's one of the best things I've ever seen in
- 57:33Speaker 2: my life. Because if you know me, you know I'm
- 57:35Speaker 2: a huge Knick fan. I love the New York Knicks.
- 57:39Speaker 2: And all she wanted to do for Mother's Day was
- 57:42Speaker 2: eat ribs and watch the Knicks. And I was like,
- 57:46Speaker 2: this is I did my fucking dang ship well.
- 57:52Speaker 5: First of all, high five second ball? Where the ribs from?
- 57:55Speaker 2: Oh? I made him?
- 57:56Speaker 1: You made the ribs? Yeah? You guys married well, well.
- 58:02Speaker 2: Done anyway, So we fucking love that shit. So for
- 58:07Speaker 2: Mother's Day, that's what she wanted. And my kids had
- 58:12Speaker 2: to sit and watch the race, I mean the next
- 58:14Speaker 2: game also, and when they when they lost on Mother's Day,
- 58:19Speaker 2: my daughter tried to fake cry to make me and
- 58:23Speaker 2: my why why take so that she would be like
- 58:28Speaker 2: I was invested just like you were, Boom, Because my
- 58:31Speaker 2: Mom's sitting there like, I fucking oh my god, this
- 58:34Speaker 2: is the worst. They got blown out, my wife.
- 58:37Speaker 1: They got blown out. Why my friend told me that
- 58:40Speaker 1: their players are injured.
- 58:42Speaker 2: No, well, Ogianna Nobley's injured. But they're tired, is what
- 58:46Speaker 2: it is. They looked like they were exhausted. Josh Hart
- 58:51Speaker 2: has played four games in the playoffs without taking a rest.
- 58:58Speaker 2: That's not normal, Bro, not normal, that's normal. P Yeah,
- 59:04Speaker 2: they're in New York tonight.
- 59:05Speaker 1: I should go ticket if you can give it.
- 59:08Speaker 4: It's gonna be an insane.
- 59:09Speaker 2: This is gonna be Oh my gosh, dude, it's crazy.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Been so amazing on stub hub. And see if we
- 59:15Speaker 1: can go flying? No, bro, why won't you fly in?
- 59:21Speaker 5: You make it.
- 59:23Speaker 4: You can make it right now.
- 59:24Speaker 2: If you leave right.
- 59:24Speaker 1: Now, I'll buy you. I'll buy you a courtside seat.
- 59:31Speaker 1: He's They're probably not fifteen thousand dollars.
- 59:36Speaker 2: No.
- 59:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm telling you.
- 59:38Speaker 2: We could figure that out anyway.
- 59:39Speaker 1: My point is not, you don't want to go. What
- 59:41Speaker 1: if can Casey come? What if I? What if I
- 59:44Speaker 1: your light coat?
- 59:46Speaker 2: Case can go? That's taking the load off of her. Okay,
- 59:49Speaker 2: let's to be able to do.
- 59:50Speaker 1: That for two tickets continue all right, The cheapest one
- 59:54Speaker 1: I'm seeing is three oh six a seat.
- 59:59Speaker 4: Damn for the cheapest one, three hundred and six thousand dollars.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: Six dollars they made.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: She made what they made it so not that's for
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: the that's for all the way at the top they
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: made it. Nobody can fucking go if you if you broke,
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: if you don't, if you don't make that.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: And the closest, the closest they have for saleing here
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: is eleven d row one twelve thousand inch.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: God damn, it's not even course.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: I'll get you that for Father's Day. There you go
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: with the king. You want to go, I can't, But
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: all right, I guess I wont.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: But I mean, look, how about this, How about this?
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: If the Knicks would have fathers to make it past
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: this round, I'll figure it out. But I can't do
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: that right now.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: But in case, I'm just kidding, I'm gonna go. I'm
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: gonna get one of those three hundred dollars seats and go, helly,
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: you're all the way to tell you're doing my binoculars.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: I have binoculars. The Yeah, or as I like to
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: call them, the opera glasses. Yes.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: By the way, the internet is, it's going to be amazing.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: And hockey are long. That's one thing I learned. They
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: take long breaks.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: You gotta get beer. You got to get food.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: They give people time to get pee and buy beer.
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: Between each.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: There's no period, so there's there's three. I'll educate you
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: well because I'm listen. I can indicate you on two
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: things I learned yesterday, the behind the scenes of the
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: Wicked movie and the Rangers game. That's how that's the
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: diaspora of my heart. There's three periods, so there's two intermissions,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: and they're long, like they need Everyone needs to piss
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: and then get more beer and they got and the
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: Zamboni's got to do their That makes sense. It looks
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: like fun. I mean, I thought being an adult that
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: driving the zamboni wouldn't look as fun as it did
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: as a child. But it still looks fun. Still looks fun.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: It still looks fun. They're presides too.
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: I'm always impressed by those.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: You want to hear something so cute. Amanda won't mind
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: if I played this for you. So Elvis, Amanda's son
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: is gotten so into hockey, he's obsessed and she Amanda
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: has a hookup with the with the Kings and they
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: go all the time. And I texted her. I was like,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: I'm going to uh I was joking. I was like,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: I'm going to the Rangers game. I need Elvis to
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: to tell me about hockey. And she sent me this
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: voice note, listen to this. I won't play the whole
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: thing else at the beginning.
- 1:02:37Speaker 9: Uncle Zack, just as well, hockey games go, the players
- 1:02:41Speaker 9: should still fuck, but there's actually a goalie in A
- 1:02:44Speaker 9: goalie tries to block the puck.
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: How many periods are there?
- 1:02:48Speaker 11: Free?
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: And what do you do when they score?
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: Cheer?
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: Who who should win? And the Rangers or I don't
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: know who they're playing, actually what the Canucks? And what's
- 1:03:07Speaker 7: the trophy if they win?
- 1:03:11Speaker 11: There you go.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: So that was my He was so cute.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Just now he's so cute. All right, Joell, do you
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: have a video a caller of talking about this episode
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: or anything?
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: I do?
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Yes, Okay, So we're gonna take a quick break. This
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: is us teasing you. When we come back, we have
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: a caller's two cents on season nine?
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: Are we teasing or edging? I'm your confusing.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: I think this is technically an edge because we are
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: getting you all ready to pop, but first we're going
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: to take a commercial break. Go dright back and we're back,
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: all right, go ahead, Joelle.
- 1:03:54Speaker 11: Hi, guys, it's Maddie here from a little beach town
- 1:03:57Speaker 11: in northern New South Wales, Australia. I just wanted to
- 1:04:02Speaker 11: say I think I figured it out. So yesterday I
- 1:04:06Speaker 11: was cleaning my car and I was just like, what's
- 1:04:08Speaker 11: wrong with the show because it's still quite funny, like
- 1:04:10Speaker 11: there's still some lols, but I was like, this, but
- 1:04:14Speaker 11: there's something really fundamentally wrong. And then it came to me.
- 1:04:18Speaker 11: It's Lucy and her character. So she's a little bit
- 1:04:22Speaker 11: too ditsy and I can't take her seriously. She doesn't
- 1:04:27Speaker 11: have that great thing JD had, which was that he
- 1:04:30Speaker 11: could be so silly and so funny, but then he
- 1:04:33Speaker 11: had this depth and we really wanted to see him
- 1:04:37Speaker 11: fall in love and we saw his growth and that's
- 1:04:42Speaker 11: just something I'm not rooting for. For Lucy. Yeah, I
- 1:04:48Speaker 11: just can't take her seriously, so you know, and even
- 1:04:52Speaker 11: Elliott was who's kind of like got Lucy traits, she
- 1:04:56Speaker 11: still had that depth that we that we could see
- 1:04:59Speaker 11: and we could take her serious sleep. So yeah, it's
- 1:05:02Speaker 11: the character. And as you guys were saying last week,
- 1:05:05Speaker 11: Drew or Denise would have been better. They're stronger characters
- 1:05:09Speaker 11: and we can see they have that serious side too,
- 1:05:12Speaker 11: So yeah, I think that's the key. I also just
- 1:05:17Speaker 11: wanted to say it doesn't make your podcast any less hilarious.
- 1:05:23Speaker 11: Last week you guys had me rolling when Donald said
- 1:05:27Speaker 11: he whips out his venus. You didn't take him seriously,
- 1:05:31Speaker 11: but then Casey confirmed it. I was in hysterics. So
- 1:05:35Speaker 11: thank you for the weekly last let's you really do
- 1:05:40Speaker 11: make my week and I just want to say thank
- 1:05:42Speaker 11: you so much. You guys have brought so much joy
- 1:05:45Speaker 11: into my life, and thanks for just being like vulnerable
- 1:05:48Speaker 11: and awesome on your show.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Cheers, thank you. That was so nice.
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: Just now, she was so articulate. How dare you?
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: And you don't understand the Australian accent. I understood every
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: single word.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: Call back to the beginning of the season with wheeling.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: Oh god, I didn't get it. God, you're good. Madelin.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Thank you so much. That's very sweet of you, and
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: we're so glad that we were making you laugh. That's
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: all we want to do is just make you giggle,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: even if it's talking about how Donald makes up with
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: his wife by just whipping out his penis.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: And sometimes you gotta do.
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: We don't, we don't, we don't. We don't advocate it
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: for it. We don't advocate for it to here as
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: a means of making up with your lover. But it
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: seems to work with Donald.
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: For fox sake, to stop talking about your willies.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Sorry, sorry, you.
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: Did you know that when you say raise up light,
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: you've actually just said raizor blades in an Australian accent.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: Raise up lights, raise up lights. Okay, rise up lights,
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: rise up lights. That helps me with my Australian saying
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: I can't supply rise up lights, raise.
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: Up lights, rise up lights, just say raise up lights,
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: rise up lights.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: Took my rise up lights, SI took my rise up lights.
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: Stories that show we made about a bunch of thousand
- 1:07:45Speaker 6: nurses in the jan He said, here's the stories, netlition,
- 1:07:53Speaker 6: So gather round here, yeada here
- 1:08:00Speaker 9: Dn no
