A shocking stabbing erupted Saturday night at Bob’s Steak & Chop House in downtown Austin, where Reverend Jairo Sandoval, a pastor from San Jose Catholic Church, was attacked by his former churchgoer, waiter Edward Koubek. Koubek, who allegedly harbored a grudge dating back to 2018, allegedly stabbed the reverend multiple times with a steak knife during dinner — just as he was about to leave.
