a good discussion and all of a sudden, everything just stopped. Nobody was

never happened, and it just stopped. But it just happened to be that

we were what we were discussing is one of them sensitive matters, sensitive matters.

this weekend. Man, we had something really really crazy happened. It wasn't

super crazy, but it was just intense right on Friday night. Yeah,

it was definitely intense. US I've had I've had sort of the same thing

happened during the day, but it's nothing. It doesn't feel the same during

the day as it does at not right, it's pitch black and you can't

really see what's going on. It makes that makes it a little bit a

little bit more edgy, little edgie, that's a good word to describe it.

creepy. Well okay, so so let me let's do a little recap of

what happened and UH and what we're talking about, so the audience has an

idea. Um. So on Friday Friday, UH, we went up to

uh North Georgia where they had the Georgia Bigfoot Conference, and uh, and

I met Robbie up there and we had a few of us that we're all

staying uh and we actually stay in Uh. I guess you called it.

I was gonna see a hotel, but I don't think it was maybe a

step down from a hotel. It was about a step down or two from
18:52
a hotel or four. But but it was nice. It wasn't been It

had a shower, okay, and I'm not used to having a shower in

a when I'm up there doing big footing. Okay, so it was it

was okay with me, but um. But anyways, we went up there

and had like a meet and greet for the Georgia big Foot Conference. I

was a I was a prisoner. I guess you can called a presenter.

I rambled for about an hour about big foot stuff um at the conference.

But but yeah, we had a meet and greet that night. So so

Robbie, you and I met up early and uh we decided we're gonna go

uh go scouting and uh and I was gonna take you to some some good

spots that um that you know, I've I've had a lot of interesting encounters

in Okay as far as big foot and et and things like that. Go.

So um, yeah, sweeting. Yeah, so I had to um

yeah, went went and you know, hung out for a minute and we

we hit the mountain, right, Robbie and uh we had we had some

you know, beautiful scenery. It was really nice out there, and uh

and we kind of decided to, um, you know, kind of chill

out and go back to the meet and greet and like later that night we're

going to go and do some big footing basically, you know, after you

had kind of I'd shown you like the t to rain and like kind of

where we might go or whatever. The plan was to go back later that

night if if we if it wasn't raining, to do like I said,

some big footing and just to kind of see, just to kind of experience
20:26
whatever was out there. And uh and Robbie, did did that disappoint you

at all? The act the activity that we had. No? No,

not at all. Yeah. Okay, Well, um, well why don't

why don't you tell the audience today or tell me, um kind of your

experience and uh and how how it made you feel? Well, I feel
20:49
like doctor Phil right now, how did you how did that make you feel
20:52
Robbie. We actually, I mean it's actually probably one of those, with

the exception of the of the actual sighting that I had when I was a

kid, This was probably the most intense. And I call it fun.

I mean, I you know, I'm the adrenaline junkie. I'm the guy

that runs towards dangerous away from it, sometimes stupidly, but you know,

um, yeah, we were just we were out in the spot that you

took us to, and it's a spot that you know that you've investigated plenty

of times before. Um, and we're sitting and talking. Bugs were,
21:34
you know, chirping children. Everything was going, you know, just I
21:41
had almost to the point where I was like, we'll probably not gonna see
21:45
or hear anything because we're out here. Because our conversation was having to get
21:48
louder to talk over the insects. So I was really loud too, Like
21:55
it was like deafening loud at some point, and it sounded like it was
21:57
just right in front of us, lait them crickets and yeah, it was
22:02
like somebody was gradually turning in a volume up on them because they were just
22:04
getting louder and louder. So we were probably out there. I don't know
22:07
what you say about twenty minutes talking, So the insects were not bothered by
22:14
us in our conversation at all. And as we're talking and the insects were
22:21
getting a little bit louder and louder and louder and louder and louder, all
22:23
of a sudden, it's like somebody just cut a light switch off and it
22:26
went dead, silent, dead, silent. I mean imagine just going from
22:33
like, you know, one hundred and fifty decibel concert to absolutely nothing in
22:41
the split second. Yea, And everything was just like so. And we
22:45
started looking at it. We immediately shut up as soon as they did and
22:51
started looking at each other. I was like, and I was looking one
22:57
direction, you were looking the other direction. And I think I either I
23:00
pointed, because I don't know if I saw, if I saw a movement
23:06
or what it was, but something like over your shoulder I felt like was
23:11
moving up towards us. But just as I did that, you started looking
23:15
over my shoulder and you felt like there was something coming up behind me or
23:19
on the other side. So as I'm looking this way and you're looking that
23:23
way, then I think you turned and look back down towards because we were
23:26
probably about one hundred yards away from your car. Maybe you ever take you
23:32
look down and you felt like you felt something or was moving around down there.

So it was almost like we were being surrounded. And what almost we
23:40
were, you know, we were being surrounded by whatever was out there.

You know, see what I did there, Whatever it was out there,
23:48
it's really out there, that's right. So we kind of, you know,

we were whispering at that point, and we both kind of made the
23:55
decision, and not that we felt like we were in any kind of danger

at that particular moment, but it feelt like it was smarter to get down

towards the car, so we didn't get cut off from the vehicle, just
24:03
in case something changed. Well, I was hearing something down by the truck,

so that's why I thought it was like once once I knew, I
24:11
knew, I felt, you know, there was something right in front of
24:15
me and then over to my right, and it was you your back was
24:18
facing that way, and I could feel there at least two let's just call
24:22
them beings. There's something we can say sasquatch. Maybe perhaps they were they
24:27
were they were creeping up like behind you that way. And then there was
24:32
something rustling around by my truck down at the bottom, like down on ways
24:37
from us. So I knew we were being surrounded at that point. So
24:41
we make, say, we make the decision that you know, to get
24:42
back down to your truck just so we don't get cut off. So we
24:47
get down by the truck and we stayed at another five ten, maybe fifteen
24:49
minutes. I can't remember exactly how much time it was. Anyways, I

turned and was looking back. You were looking back in the direction that you've
24:56
heard something behind the vehicle, I think, or around the people, and

I was looking back up the hill where we were just standing. And as
25:03
I'm looking up there, I see a shadow. I don't know if it

was right where we were or no, no, woo it was. It
25:14
was strictly kind of sasquatchy, other than some like orbs or lights that I
25:18
saw it. But I didn't I didn't even tell I don't mean because I
25:19
knew, well, I should have told him. I did tell you there
25:22
were lights. I thought I saw lights. But see the thing about that,

as lights can be anything at the point to where we were looking up,
25:27
it could be stars, through the trees. So I don't make a
25:32
big deal about those things a lot of times, so I don't know.

We had other stuff going on. It was, it was a little more

sasquatchy. As I look up, I see a shadow, big big shadow.

I don't I can't say how tall it was. It was. It

was big. It was big enough for us to see it. And I

don't know if it was standing, if it walked across right where we were

at, or if it was in that tree line. But there was a

big shadow that walked straight across in front of us. Yeah, because you

were starting to say something out, I think I went, really, you

tell me, you tell me to shish And I pointed up. I don't

know if you saw it, because it was he had already kind of made

it across its zenith or wherever you want. It was already almost to the
26:15
point where it stopped. So and I pointed up top the hill and you,

I told you what I saw, but I didn't know if you ever.

I don't think I even asked you saw it. I had been seeing

a figure in the tree line, right right where the trees were, But
26:26
see you where what you saw was something walking where we had been standing,
26:30
in the exact spot where we had been standing for all that time, and
26:34
what I saw was more up in the tree line. So it may have
26:37
been two different ones, because I did detect at least two, and I
26:41
was we were, it was there, It was definitely there. Um.

What what creeped me out more was the one down by the truck though.

And so you know when you see one or you you you know there's one

there, there's usually a lot more. Um, they're they're usually all around.

But I mean, did you ever feel like you were in danger really

bad or or what? What? What were you feeling? I and I

try not to judge off just off me because like I said, I've got

that that adrenaline junkie that whatever you want to call it, I and pardon

the fun tombstone tombstone courage sometimes is what people call it. And until something

happens to change that, I'm probably that's probably the way I'm always going to

be. It was more exhilarating to me than it was scary. You put

somebody else in that position and they've been may have been scared out of their
27:37
minds, you know. I felt like we needed to be cautious, just

because I didn't want to get caught in a situation to where it would put
27:45
us in any kind of bad situation or danger or a dangerous situation. But

I didn't feel personally like we were in any kind of major danger. That
27:55
wasn't like they were you know, they weren't throwing anything at us, they
27:56
weren't hooting and hollering like you know, any kind of territorial just displays.

I felt like it was just curiosity at that point. I don't I don't

feel like it was anything other than you know, they because the way they
28:11
came up on us, you know, it was it was really sudden,

So it wasn't like they had been sitting there for a while and let the

insects get you know, is because the insects, you know, sometimes if
28:25
something moves in the area you kind of hear like a wave, it'll you
28:27
know, stop over here, and it will still be going and all of
28:30
a suddenly it will gradually go to to where it stops. It was like
28:36
everything stopped at once, so wherever they came up pretty quick. So I

don't think it was I think it was just they might have been moving along
28:45
and heard us talking and kind of come up the top of the hill.

And as they got up top of the hill, that's when the insects sensed

it. And and I think the new they listen in my experience, they

know when you're coming. They knew we were there, and I think it

was just a matter of them letting us get comfortable and then they let themselves

be known. I think that's what it was. That side, yes,

this side hold on there was Oh yeah, it was this past weekend.

What does that mean exactly? For people in the audience who aren't familiar

with with the bugs, that means there was a big predator in the area,

and that that's why I clarified that earlier, or saying that, you

know, they didn't care that we were there. They didn't view us as

anything it was gonna hurt them. They were just the crickets. Yeah,

they were going making their noises and doing what they normally do. We mean,

you they're talking, they don't stop, and things don't say. It's

just the same thing, the same way with birds and other animals during the

day. Like I said, I've I've had that happen during the daytime,

but it's not quite as ominous during the day, is it. And I

don't know that I've had it happened that sudden, because that was pretty freaking

sudden. I mean, it was just like it was shockingly sudden. Yeah,

because it was just and they never stopped. We were they're probably fifteen

twenty more minutes after they stopped. They never started back up. So whatever

got them to stop stayed in the area, because that's that's usually the way

you tell if there's a big predator in the area. Is everything just goes

quiet, and I don't you know, if it had been a mountain lion,

we would have known, because it would have it would have made itself
31:14
known. You'd have heard something. We didn't hear anything except the silence.

Yeah, if it'd been bear, we'd have heard something, you know,

because bears would have would have huffed or grunted or something like that, especially

territorial thing. So whatever it was was was specifically trying to be quiet and

was doing a really good job of it. I don't think it was you

know, weny wolves or anything, because any kind of other animal like that,

I think we would have heard. We would have heard some kind of

some kind of sound or something. And I don't know that we ever heard.

You may have heard something down by the car, but I never actually

heard any anything other than the site of the ugs go silent. And I

got, you know, the being in the woods and being a police officer,

you get that feeling. The hair on the back of my neck stood

up. I knew something was there watching. It's just that feeling you get.

Then I had that feeling the whole time. Yeah, yeah, I

actually had goose bumps all over my body right after the cricket stopped chirping.

You know, your body is a very good detector, Okay, if you

just pay attention to it. When you get the goosebumps on the on the

top of your head, the back of your neck, all over your body,

you can just feel, you can feel feel the presence there. You

feel something's off. It's it's important if you're going to be out there doing

big footing to know what's out there, what's really out there. You know,

it's just just to know first of all, you need to know what
32:46
the predators in the area. You know, there's potential bears, mountain lions,
32:52
all sorts of there's there's all sorts of stuff that could be creeping around.

But knowing that area, I know that there are sasquatch up there and

potential like we've had some you know, other stuff happened maybe some like et

activity and things like that. As a matter of fact, Bob Wilson,
